Personally... Massys reminds me of donatos... And Ive never been a fan of either... However, having made some changes in my diet recently I decided to try the cauliflower pizza. Its a 10 cauliflower crust which eliminates a lot of the carbohydrates Im not able to eat... It was Freakin delicious! It looked like any normal thin crust pizza and really couldnt tell it wasnt actual flour. It had a nice texture...the toppings (cheese & pep) were great! It was 14$ which Im kinda ok with... I realize theres a profit margin... But, it was nice to have pizza I didnt have to cook. Ill definitely order again when pizza night rolls around... I May have been converted.
My chicken wings wasnt all that good and I dont go nowhere for just sandwiches unless its Subway lol
Overpriced! The Supreme Pizza was too salty. I told them to add pineapple. The pineapple was added after the pizza came out of the oven. We could not eat it. Donatos & Papa John always add the pineapple on the pizza before going into the oven. The pepperoni bought was ok. We thrashed the supreme pizza and eat only the pepperoni. First time and highly disappointed. Never going back.
Best pizza in Columbus in my opinion I get it every time I return to Ohio. But you know how Pizza is one mans meat is another mans poison LOL. Just be prepared to drink a couple gallons of water from dehydration pepperoni related but well worth it 👍

5 stars if they cook their fresh veggie toppings a bit longer. The peppers and onions were a little too crunchy for my taste. Other than that the food is amazing, crust is perfectly crisp, and the sauce is delicious.
This was the worst food Ive ever had in my life. The was terrible. They gave me a pizza that I waited over a half hour for and it wasnt even my order. I called back and I got blamed for the order. I drove all the way back and this pizza was correct but it was almost raw. No apology no Im sorry but just took the other pizza back and I gave a 4 dollar tip
The subs were barely cooked. Run them thru the oven twice next time. I love 💕 the pizza. They dont hold back on the toppings.
OMG The deep dish GODFATHER pizza! 1 word - Amazing. Im trying not to over- do my wording but this pizza was ridiculously delicious. Real Italian sausage, crisp pepperoni and an insane amount of cheese... What?!?! Bring your appetite because even though the box looks kinda small, that pie is HEAVY. Just try it. You will NOT be disappointed! Only 4 stars because this location tends to make up their own hours- regardless of the signs or the website. Couldve been extenuating circumstances however if you close at 10p, then you should let me order a pizza at 930p, yes? Cant say enough good things about that pizza though...YES!
Absolutely the worst subs you can imagine. The Italian had barely any meat and NO CHEESE! The BLT WAS HORRIFIC. Just crumbled bacon that was not done!!! Not hardly any bacon at all! Mostly lettuce and 2 tomatoes. We sent them back. It turned my stomach off! They would only replace them. Waiting over a hour for the first order! Then replacing them (which I didn’t want the BLT) I thought maybe a medium cheese pizza instead but was told the oven was off. So we waited another 45 mins for replacement of the subs! I had to throw the BLT away!!!! Never again. Never
The food was great. Ordered a sub and a pizza. The sub was good. The bread taste so fresh. The pizza was excellent. There was an abundance of toppings on the pizza. The dining room was updated since the last time we was there. The customer service was great also. They took good care of you there. They checked on you to see how the food was. The lady also came out and told us that our food is almost ready. I will go back.
ETA: The store owner reached out to me about this. He offered an apology and said theyd use this as a training example. I was also given another specialty pizza and we ate it tonight. It was half supreme and half hawian. Very tasty. Nice crunchy thin crust. My family enjoyed it.Ordered online. Selected a large Philly Cheese Steak pizza and added Tomatoes and mushrooms and was charged for the extra toppings. Pizza arrived quickly but was missing any of the cheese steak toppings. No onions, green peppers, or cheese on top. Called back and was offered a discount on my next purchase. Im a first and last time customer. When I asked at the very least that they refunded my money for the extra toppings I was denied. The only option I was left with was returning my 1/4 eaten pizza for a refund (my kids were hungry....)Very disappointed in how this was handled. While the online ordering system may be flawed it is not my issue. I would have been happy with a correctly made replacement pizza. Also the mozzarella sticks we ordered were soggy and had to be reheated in the oven to make edible.
Great pizza I use delivery because I know it will be hot and toasty. Love the Godfather pizza best. I also get the side salad which is custom made to my taste.Great place to had a Friday night dinner from.Thanks for the great service.
This is excellent pizza and the owners bend over backwards to provide high quality food and service! They honor their word on coupons and they are always fast, professional, and friendly!!I dont need a chance for a free pizza to give a five star because this Masseys Pizza deserves a 6 star rating in my opinion!

I always order from this location 👌 the pizza is always made perfectly! They are kind on the phone and in person. When I order online its ready just when they say it will be! This location is the best to me! I drive all the way from Whitehall for The Pizza 🙌🏿💪🏿 Its great! I love Massey best in Columbus.
This is the best darn pizza Ive had in a very long time. The store was very clean and the customer service was spot on. The pizza came out fast and HOT! I ordered the cauliflower pizza crust and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be eating here more often.
We patronize this location regularly, and the food, regardless of what we order, has been hot and well prepared. Our visit Friday evening was the rare occasion when it was not. Both the pizza I ordered and the stromboli she requested were hot, but unfortunately semi burnt on the bottoms. We were already home when we discovered this , but luckily we were able to salvage a good portion of both. We will still continue to visit, as we understand every establishment can have an off moment, however, in the future we will probably inspect our order before we leave .
Order multiple pizza and subs and all items were done correctly as ordered. The staff was nice and cordial. I had forgotten to include paper plates and plastic ware and the staff lady who gave me the order gladly provided those at no additional charge. I will order again from the Beechcroft location of Masseys Pizza.
I ordered from the 161 location, My food was the best tonight! Wings were fat and juicy and my Taco pizza had ripe crisp tomatoes, not mushy!! Lol.. I hate mushy tomatoes. Bonus: my delivery driver was hot and very personable! He should take me out for a drink!

Growing up in Whitehall, Massey’s pizza was always a treat for my siblings and I. When my wife and I bought a home in north Columbus 3+ years ago, I was very excited to have a Massey’s just down the street! We have ordered frequently, and have NEVER been disappointed! My wife, who is gluten-free, LOVES the cauliflower crust pizza!
I Really Love this Masseys Ive gotten 2 Orders from them this week a 8 inch pepperoni Delivered ,It was On Time and the Pizza was still Warm, I also got a Italian Sub and side salad that I picked up there, I told them to leave the ham,onions & peppers off the Sub and they Did, & the salad was Good, I Will Order from them Again. Masseys Has the BEST Pizza
I love Masseys on occasion, but when the company sends an email to their coupon list subscribers and says This location needs our help! Leave a 5-star review and youll be entered to win a large pizza thats not a good look for the company. At all. That just says We have major issues with customers complaining about all of the staff, but rather than address that, were going to artificially inflate our reviews with token 5-star reviews from people looking to get a free pizza.How about instead of tricking people into thinking your customer service isnt garbage, you actually *fix the problems people seem to keep having.*Besides, Masseys is great for thin crust pizza, but of you want better pizza near this location, take a few more minutes and drive to Borgata Pizza - its the best pizza in all of Ohio.
Had sub,it was good,but the pizza had so much sodium, it made me gag. Something wrong.What is the sodium level on that pizza.Out of control,and I like sodium.
After work on Monday’s I frequently stop at Massey’s before heading to a study group event in Worthington. There is nothing more satisfying than their Meat Feast Pizza with added banana peppers before hitting the books. The team there is always warm and welcoming and more than helpful. I can’t find many good pizza shops, but this sure is one of them! I highly suggest you give them a shot, and I promise you won’t regret it!
The owner is so rude, raised his voice when I called about the tip that I did not authorize. I ordered delivery. Then continued to scream at me for 8 minutes. When he asked what I wanted from him I told him a refund, and he refused. He should not be adding unauthorized $$ to my bill. I can not begin to tell you about this horrible experience and poor tasting pizza. I’ve been ordering pizza since 1980’s when the 1st Massey’s opened in Whitehall. What a bad name this franchise owner is giving to the Masseys name. Massey’s corporate needs to shut them down NOW! Do not go here or order from this location unless you can tolerate nasty people & service!
It took 20 minutes longer for my order to be made then what I was told. The salad was lacking as it was a bunch of lettuce and 2 very tiny pieces of tomatoes a few back olives and no green ones. The stromboli crust was chewy and the sauce was to thick. I will go some places else next time.
Masseys 161 - I havent had this pizza for years for a reason but thought I would give it a try once again. Not only was the pizza over priced but it took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive. I paid for double cheese but it didnt have it. It was cold and dough was soggy. I rate this as the worst pizza place in town...Now I know why that car drove through the front door, too bad it didnt drive through the entire place to close it down.
I ordered the deep dish pizza, and received a thick crust pizza, it wasnt made in a dish. Then they didnt give me the garlic bread, that should have come with my spaghetti dinner. I received 5 small pieces, for the large, $16.99 stromboli. Which wasnt even enough, to feed my 12 year old son, and myself! Wow, really?! Im done, I will never order here again.

Great pizza! Lunch buffet. Only problem is they strive for fresh and hot and not enough pies on the buffet. Sometimes there is not a pizza. they really need to put more out during lunch. I get why you dont have them always there and ready but people dont have much time to wait for pizzas that long during lunch.
I would rate this location less than one if it was possible. The food was delivered 30 minutes late, cold and soggy. We contacted the restaurant and their customer service is appaling. The gentleman on the phone yelled and cursed at my husband. He asked us to count how many peices of the pizza were in the box. Refused to refund any part of the $40 we spent and then said if we are rich (not sure why this assumption was made), then why are we begging for our money back. Did not have any issue with the way their service or quality of their food was. I wouldnt recommend this location to even my enemies. Massey pizza is ALWAYS good when we order from Westerville and we will Never make the mistake of coming to this location again. Morale of the story: Spent $40 to end up making dinner at home, since the food wasnt even edible!
Their gluten free cauliflower pizza is NOT GLUTEN FREE. Ive gotten pain 2 times now. Told them about it and all I got was we take all the precautions. Somethings wrong.
I ordered a pizza and I live 15 minutes away. When I came up there they told me that I have 7 more minutes to wait on my food. So after 12 minutes I went back to the counter and asked how much longer will the wait be. The older guy at the counter was very rude to me and told me that it takes 25 minutes to cook the pizza. So my problem is why did they wait for me to get there before they even put the pizza in the oven. Let me remind you I ordered the pizza from my house and it took me 15 minutes to drive to the store in the first place. Food isnt that good anyway. I will never go back to this location. I also observed the buffet to be very limited on pizza with a restaurant filled with people.
I love Massey’s pizza! I used to only eat from donatos but they don’t stand up to their word on the pepperoni, they say edge to edge and it’s not. So I went to my mom’s house one day her and her fiancé eat massey’s all the time, I opened the box, the best pepperoni pizza ever. I haven’t ate donatos ever since. I love massey’s pizza a forever customer!
The staff at this pizza place is horrible an concept how to take care of their customers ask to speak to the head manager didnt wont to talk to me until i asked 4 my money back then she had a lot to say but to make it short she was worried bout me using restroom instead of telling me my pizza was going to take another 25 minutes after Ive been 20 minutes after i was told. 25 minutes and after i paid 4 my pizza one worker said u can wait after i paid with my credit card.But i got refund an went to Westerville massey as usual WILL NEVER GO BACK ASK THE OWNER SHE DIDNT WANT GIVE IT TO ME BUT WILL REPORT TO OWNER
This place has really gone down hill. By the looks of everything, Im assuming that theres new management now. Well this new management seems to be doing a poor job not only with customer service but also with their product.I ordered the Chicago style pizza and a small cheeseburger pizza. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I get there after 30 minutes and the guy at the front desk gladly accepts my money first, then tells me its going to be another 20 minutes, without any reason why. Since I was in a good mood I was ok with that. Well, I wited just about 20 minutes and they gave me my two pizzas. The small cheesburger pizza was luke warm and looked like it had been sitting around a while. The chicago style pizza was about 80% cooked.I will NEVER go to this fart hole ever again. They will likely be out of business/sold to new franchise owners within a year, Id say.
In my top 5 for Columbus.... You havent experienced Columbus-style pizza until youve had Masseys!
I cant rate what I didnt receive. I ordered a single pizza and salad. The delivery driver shows up with the wrong pizza and no salad. I call the store long after speaking with the driver about a refund and the managers excuse to not having my refund available is being busy.... Im sorry you cant run your business properly.I never have this issue at the westerville location
These guys suck!!! I grew up in Whitehall on the original pizza. Customer service is terrible. In fact we cancelled an order the other night due to being 2hrs late. Then my wife called tonight to reorder and the owner went crazy on her for no damn reason. Fine I dont want to give you fools my money. Little ceasers is better
Ive been getting Maaseys for years and I gotta say its always Good but tonight, Thursday April 9th 2020 was the BEST Ive ever had and the cinnamon bread was awesome.Keep it up TEAM MASSEYS...BEST PIE IN TOWNTo me it the Range Rover of Pizzas because I love me some Range Rover.Lol
The deep dish was equivalent to most other places hand tossed. The wings were cold, one has pink in the middle. I feel like I wasted money and could have gotten a frozen pizza and have been more satisfied. Maybe mine was a fluke, but I will never order from here again.
It was horrible!!!! The salad was brown and the bowl was empty! There was no pizza out, theyd bring one pizza out at a time and there were 8 people waiting... and they continued to sell more for the buffet. The pizza taste like a frozen pizza, blanc! I will never return to Masseys at Beechcroft!

14 people in here, and I have to ask if they will have pizza on the buffet.... seriously? Its a buffet. Its 12:15 pm prime lunch h time and I have to ask for a pizza. Corporate needs to monitor their satellite stores. Ive eaten Masseys for 30+ years at the Whitehall location. Should have just gone out of my way and eaten there.Added to this on 4/16/2017I gave it another try only because I was meeting friends there. It all started with a phone call to the place asking about if they sold gift cards. They said yes. So i didnt discourage my buddies from going to this location. I arrived early to get the gift card out of the way before meeting my friends. So I said to the owner I needed a gift card, he responded with, my machine is broken down and I cant issue one.....So I responded with, why didnt you tell me that when I called? What a jerk. Then someone from the crowd yelled from across the room, dont give him any money he doesnt put any pizza out on the buffet. So this is a regular thing with this location. Turns out its a franchise location. This was a bad idea letting this guy get hold of a Masseys Pizza location. They have wonderful pizza. This location needs shut down, or change the name. He is dragging the good name right through the mud. I will never go back there. I also added more pictures of the amount of people in the store with a picture of the two slices of pizza for 15 other people in the restaurant. And we had to ask for salad as well. What a shame. This guy should bow out of the pizza business.
This is still the Cadillac of pizza. Pepperoni doesn’t get any better than this. Staff is always friendly even when insanely busy. If I ever have to move out of town, this will be my first stop when I come back to visit.

I was soo disappointed in the medium deep dish supreme pizza I ordered. $19.49 and I bet there wasnt 10 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pie. It was weighted down with cheap vegetables peppers, onions and uncooked dough in the middle . Just a sprinkle of sausage too.The cheese didnt cover the top and the mushrooms were rubber. This is the worst pie i have gotten there and I wont go back again.
The store needs some much needed improvements...we were there around 2:30-3:00...bathrooms are for customers, but the bathrooms were locked. No one came and checked on us while we were eating. There was no ice in the fountain machine. Pizza and sub were sub-par, Ive had better

I always receive excellent service at this location! That are all very friendly and always tell me what the current promotions are and if any coupons are being offered! I glad they got to rebuild after the accident and remained open! GREAT PLACE!!!
Masseys Pizza is the best pizza place in Columbus. They call it The Caddilac of Pizza. It is. It really is. My family loves Masseys so much that we had Masseys Pizza shipped to our out of town family. Dont change a thing Masseys Pizza!!!
I love this place!!!! But out of 7 out of 10x my order was perfect and fresh....but when I get my food it be cold sometimes....and I still tip 5 or more bucks.....thats why people love coming to me.....but it will be nice if I can have it hot and Im only 2_3 blocks away!!!! Can I get some love
Ordered online from here and by the time the food was to be delivered I received a call from the clerk stating I was .2 miles outside of their delivery zone. I asked if I could just come and pick it up assuming it was ready and he stated that the food hadnt even been put into the oven yet and that it would be another hour or so. Terrible online and store customer service. Hopefully my funds get returned to my account so I can eat tonight.

Terrible customer service. The manager took my order, s didnt ask me my name but told me 20 minutes. After getting here he tells me he has nothing for me. When I showed him my phone and their number he laughed at me and said, You were not on the call long enough to order a pizza and laughed at me. Very rude. Stay away from this location
Kept up on refilling buffet. Pleasant people working there. Salad and fixings , pasta and several types of pizza. Free get your own soda or lemonade refills. Sometimes have dessert pizza also.
I view this place as Donatos little cousin. The pizza is very similar to theres. I go for the pizza buffet. For under $10, you can slam as much pizza as you can. Thats really the only time I eat here.
Dont know what is going on with this place but I ordered on line so I could pick up on my way home, had to still wait 15 minutes AND pizza wasnt even what I ordered. Employee argued with me until I showed him my order, REFUSED to give me my money back so I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make what I ordered. Deserves ZERO stars

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a pizza and it was so burnt you couldn’t even tell there was cheese on it and that’s not the worst , I tried to get my pizza replaced and the owner her self was so rude with me on the phone and hung up on me, I will never order here again , don’t waste your time and money lovely people
I ordered a pepperoni mushroom pizza and just got a mushroom pizza. Which made the pizza taste so so without the pepperoni being added. Young co-worker didnt pay attention to what I was trying to tell her twice over.
Ordered in store, wait time was ok, but got an alert from my credit card company about an overcharge! 33.00 for five items! Someone gave themselves a tip that I didnt approve of!Will be going in to speak with the manager! My credit card chard is going to be disputed!3 items for 6.99, thats only 21, so a fountain soda and a 2 liter to go is 11....me thinks not people!
I come in here 2times a week and i asked the owner to punch my card that it was missed 5 times 1 they dont always ask for the lunch card and i forget also but come on ive been coming there for 8yrs after they refused to make up the punchs im done i will be going to masseys in graceland shopping center and i will let friends know as well keep your free lunch

Masseys IS The Cadillac of Pizzas. I have yet to go to a Masseys location that didnt serve the same taste and texture.Consumer since 1959. Customer since 1975.
Was a loyal customer at this location for years. I think it has a new owner or something because nothing is the same. If you liked the stromboli everything from the dough to the sauce seems different and not for the better.

Masseys has always been my favorite pizza since I was a child growing up in Whitehall,Ohio .This location meets that same quality and taste.
When my order was delivered, it was wrong. I called and the owner started arguing with me on what I ordered, and swore I said buffalo wings, when I really said barbeque. That man shouldnt be running a business. Will NEVER order from here, again.
Lunch buffet food not real fresh. May want to consider medium pies on slower lunch days to keep a fresher rotation out.

Delivery time was double what eas quoted and when it got here, it was so greasy that noone could force it down. We have given this place enough chances, wont be wasting our money here ever again.

This place is really nasty and dirty. The first thing I have seen was hair in my pizza from the buffet and now I went into the bathroom and there was a cockroach laying on the bathroom on the floor.

Save your money folks , employees and owner are rude and obviously don’t know how to prepare a pizza without burning it there wasn’t no cheese at all don’t go there cause they won’t try to fix the situation

2022-03-31This was my first time dining with this pizza restaurant. The portion was equal to the cost. The food was prepared in a timely manner and tasted well. The staff was very professional and kind. They were very attentive to each customer and the inside was clean and presentable. I will be a returned customer. I recommend this location.

2021-11-18Its kind of like Donatos. Large volume of toppings and thin crust pizza. Its decent but its not incredible. The cauliflower crust though was actually pretty good. Bummer was it took a while for the pizza to get finished. Unfortunately they only had two people working.

2022-03-13This Massey on 161 is a great location. They always make my pizza right, I always ask for it well done. The staff is friendly, they have my food ready in a timely manner. They are very good at letting me know about different specials that are going on. I highly recommend this location. Its the only one I go to.

2022-03-05This place is awesome! Especially the Friday night, night crew. I was on my way out the door with my on time order of a medium pizza, lasagna dinner, and a side salad when the door blew back into me and knocked the lasagna out of my hand and busting all over. I thought I was going to have to buy another one but the nice lady just told me to sit down, relax, and it was ok. They made me a new one at no charge. Way to go above and beyond!!! The lasagna was perfect!!! Thanks guys, Ill be back soon!!!

2022-04-18Alexis was a sensational server! She was fast, friendly, and fabulous! Earl came by to make sure our dinner was cooked to perfection, which it was!We will definitely go back. Want to try different things on the menu, but we all agreed the wings are the best in town!

2022-07-08I initially had a bad experience at this location but the owner made it right. Dianna provided great customer service and the pizza was great! The boneless wings are meh, but thats probably has to do with them being cooked in an oven instead of a fryer. Masseys is known for their pizza and they do not disappoint.

2022-04-22Ordered online tonight and it was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes. 40 minutes later and finally getting the pizza—I could live with that. I open the boxes and 1 of the 2 pizzas were made incorrectly. Their only suggestion was to take the pizza back; that’s not helpful. I would go home 1 pizza short and not be able to feed my family; there were other options that could be made to not only rectify the situation but make a repeat customer—neither of which happened tonight and that’s unfortunate.

2022-03-27Isah was leaving work and acknowledged me as I was sitting waiting for my food. Just want to praise him for having good manners even off the clock. We need more polite younger people in this world. Job well done.The very long haired lady was questioning my order bc it had a extra receipt in the box (no biggie, she was doing her job well) Will came over to double check with her, he didnt give her any attitude and apologized for his mistake. Nothing was wrong with my order and food is very hot. I just think we need to acknowledge polite hard workers these days.These 3 made a great team.I had to ask for their names, and made them all wonder why hahaJob job by all 3!

2021-04-12I always enjoy a pizza from Masseys. Had both a pepperoni / banana pepper and a Supreme the other day and both were excellent. I am glad they have a spot on 161 and look forward to when they reopen their dining room.

2022-01-29Called for a delivery order from 161 location at 5:18 p.m., call took 5 minutes to complete. Female told me delivery was going to take over an hour to Little Turtle (no problem with me) , called back at 7:00 p.m. to check on order, same female said she told me delivery was at least 1 hour and 45 minutes ( which she did not) ,told me our order was in the oven, and we should have called the Westerville location.....uh ok. At 8:00 the driver called from parking lot, I told him I told the Female to tell the driver to come upstairs, he (the driver)wasnt having to come upstairs (mind you,we paid on the phone with a card at time of order), so my husband had to walk out and get our order. MASSYS PIZZA has always been tasty, but we will never order again. As for the smart Alec lying Female on the phone, Good Luck MASSEYS, you need it.
