There needs to be more Coltons in life. This salesman went absolutely above and beyond. I was busy at work inquiring about a car I was interested in, and he got me financed over email, in under an Hour. The honesty, the professionalism, and the integrity just CAN. NOT. BE. MATCHED. Colton did more for me and my fiancé, in such little time, than I could ever think imaginable. We went up there the next day and was driving home in just under an hour. The staff here is incredibly kind and humble. Never did I feel like I was getting cheated out of anything. They were honest and simply made you feel like close friends. If I ever have to buy a new car. I’ll be damned to make sure Colton is the one selling me it. What an absolute legend. I wish I could give this place a million stars out of 5. Such Extraordinary Service.
Worked out a competitive sale price on a 2016 Maserati Quattroporte. My salesperson was Colton C. We handled our deal via phone, email and text as my family and I live in Ca. Colton was quick to respond and even worked on his day off. Finance sent the paperwork overnight and the dealership offered to assist with shipping. I would highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism, incredible customer service and quality inventory.
Excellent staff. No pressure to buy, just knowledgeable and willing to help. My wife and I were looking for a used late model Audi S4 or S6 for a few months. Then I saw that they had a couple pristine used Audis on their lot at advertised prices that were as good as and better than others I came across within a 200 mile radius of home, the Youngstown area. So I took the trip to Akron and we now have a beautiful S6. Thanks guys.

Misdiagnosed my vehicle. They told me my alternator was shot and it was going to be a $2400 repair. I took it elsewhere and the alternator was just fine, only needed a new belt. It only cost me $100, a $2300 savings. I don’t recommend the service department.

Rude. Drove & walked around this parking lot for a little bit, there are only three maserati’ in this lot and their show room is empty. Seems suspect to me and the only worker I saw walked past me in dismissal did not even say hello. Left and went to the Lexus dealer

This store just opened next to Ganleys Toyota and Mercedes. When I visited there were no used cars for sale and a limited selection of new cars. Salesman was quite knowledgeable.

2021-01-19My used car buying experience was flawless. I had been looking for a specific vehicle for a few months and finally found it at Maserati of Akron. Colton made the transaction extremely easy. I was able to FaceTime to view the vehicle and it was exactly as described. After being picked up from the airport I was able to test drive the vehicle on the way back to the dealership. The paperwork only took 20mins as most was already accomplished over the phone.I would highly recommend this dealership as my out of state buying experience was extremely easy.

2021-04-09I purchased a used Porsche from Maserati of Akron and must say the experience was very pleasant. Colton was very responsive to all of my questions and described the vehicle perfectly well. I purchased the vehicle from out of state sight-unseen and was not disappointed. Overall it was a great experience with no surprises. Shipping costs from OH to GA were reasonable and the delivery was fast.

2021-04-08Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. I’ve always hated going into a dealership to buy or even look at a new car. Pushy sales people trying to sell me on everything I look at, trying to evaluate my potential trade without my consent, hours negotiating ect. I had a BMW 5 series that was getting a little old and wanted some thing new and more exciting. I bit the bullet and stopped by Maserati of Akron and was absolutely not disappointed in my decision to go with them. My sales guy named Colton was very laid back and extremely competent. Colton found me exactly the car I was looking for and gave me great value for my trade. I was in and out in no time at all! The car is absolutely fantastic and so was the entire experience. Everyone I came across in the dealership was very professional and very nice. If you are looking for a new car I would 110% recommend stopping by Maserati of Akron and ask for Colton, give them your business you definitely will not be disappointed!

2021-02-27Colton was very polite and honest. Buying experience is top notch with an email and literally 30 minutes of my time in person. He even took the time to vet out and ensure used car was not smoked in as I mentioned I wouldn’t buy if it smelled like smoke.

2020-07-08Working with Colton at Maserati of Akron was truly my best car buying experience to date. He made the process quick, efficient, and devoid of the usual BS often involved in buying a car. I was actually amazed at how seamless this transaction was carried out for my Maserati. I had some reservations since I had not seen the car in person, but Colton made sure to give me all of the pictures and descriptions (steering, traction, chassis etc) I needed to feel comfortable. He took care of all the details and delivered my car to Arizona within a week, and his descriptions of how enjoyable the car is to drive were all accurate. I love my new car!

2021-06-30Sales team (Colton and Alan) are awesome, but service department will fleece you.Run away! Unfortunately, Ive bought two vehicles which I loved until it came time for service. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio was incredible, except paint chips flecking off the hood. The quote for repair was hideous, as never had this problem with any of my American made cars. It got worse with the Maserati. All said and done, in order to keep my warranty which I was charged over $3,000 for and only drove for 4,000 miles, they wanted over $8,000! Ridiculous. Then, after further investigation, they charge you over $225 per hour for service work (more than surgeons by the way).So, while loving the sales team; Id be remiss to tell you to come here.RUN!
