I can literally hours in this store. I love their sections. The only complaint is they dont carry the quantity of shoes and boots. I have a very large shoe collection, and most are from Marshalls over the years. But the last 4 times from 4 different locations, I couldnt find what I was looking for. But other products are great. As long as they are around, I will continue to shop at Marshalls.

Not cheap not good. Name brand and not name brand all priced maybe a dollar or two less than the original price. Filthy place too the bathrooms were so gross I threw up a little in my mouth and had to leave the store.

Very nice staff as usual! However, Im starting to visit less often, they never have enough little boys items, so I find myself leaving the store or passing by.

Went to buy clothes, picked out items I was interested in trying on, the dressing room is closed. Clerk said I could buy them, take them home to try them on and if I didnt want them I could bring them back for a refund. I try on many items, may buy a few, no buying $300-400 worth of clothes just to have to come back to return what I dont want. What is the point of closing the dressing rooms? You go in the room by yourself, already masked. If I take them home to try on are they going to launder them when I bring them back?I left the store and purchased nothing. There should be a sign at the front of the store that the dressing rooms are closed. I wasted a couple hours in the store and I will not be back.

To bad I cant leave one star. I bought my sisters boys some outfits for school since shes not working because of covid19 layoff but got the wrong sizes. I went to take the clothes back today. I asked for cash because it was a debit purchase and AMANDA B, COORDINATOR told me they dont $350 in the store I asked why not because its not a lot of money. She then just hands me the cash very nasty. She also had a attitude with me during the return. She had a sour face and didnt even say hello when she walked up. Shes a leader in the store but a liar with no integrity. She really turned me off from every going back to that location. Not a trustworthy person so Im sure if leadership lies the rest of the staff does as well. She did this while helping a young cashier at the register because she marked off the items returned on the receipt while he scanned. She showed him to bully, lie, be disrespectful and she should be fired. I was going to get correct sizing since they loved the items. The only reason I returned them before first is because I had 4 large bags. I went to dillards at Beachwood and spent over $1500 once I gbpppleft. Id rather spend more money then deal with horrible customer service and poor leadership. My return date was 8/13/2021. Register #1, store 100868, cashier 1056 and TXN#2967. The return amount was $349.95. Its a sign outside the store that says immediatel interviews. Dont just hire anyone to fill positions.

This store tends to be overcrowded with items not really where they should be. Granted, customers are probably moving them, but the stock has been a bit diminished as well. Still love this store and will continue to go, especially since customer service has been improving a bit.

Great finds and great prices. Stay away from the macaroons at the registers, they seriously tasted like soap! You can find some really nice clothes and really good bargains if youre willing to put in a little treasure hunting time.
