I pop into Marshall Goldman’s sometimes when I am in the area. I stop in for motivation to keep working hard so that I can own a nice car that I can sit and drool over in the garage.Marshall’s staff is excellent and they will have my business in the future because of how they treat me.
Couldnt have asked for a more simplistic experience as well as quick. Coming all the way from Maryland I drove to pick up my vehicle and was pleased with how quickly they had everything ready for me to drive away in my new car. Joe Levak helped me from start to finish and was straight forward with everything leading up to my arrival at the dealership. I recommend Joe specifically hes someone who wants to work with you and not against you. As write this I couldnt be more happier with my purchase and the process definitely gave me hope for some people who sell cars that actually dont play games. From me they deserve the 5 stars.
A+ experience! They purchased my 2015 Dodge Viper and it was a smooth easy transaction. Accepted their offer, transport arrived in 2 days and they overnighted my check. Communication was excellent with very quick responses all times of the day. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them in the future for buying or selling.
Very satisfied with the transaction and transparency. Joe Levak was open about what he knew and didnt know about the 21 year old car I purchased. The car was a new marque for me and, to his credit, Joe recommended an independent specialist who helped me inspect the car and get an accurate estimate of what was needed to bring the maintenance up to date. There was one inadvertent snafu on the dealers part but they were attentive and quickly rectified the matter. No complaints. Id buy from Marshall Goldman again.
RJ held my hand during the whole process. Sending a car and cash 1900 miles away can be nerve racking to say the least. RJ was great and even went the extra mile to find a cover for my SL65 AMG. Car is everything I expected and more - I would do business with his company again with NO concern. Thank you Marshall Goldman and Company!
This place is incredible! Breathtaking inventory, and a large variety of cars! Took my 9 year old son with me to look for a car. We met Joe and he showed us around. He knew everything about literally every car! He was incredibly friendly to my son, and showed him around, and insisted on showing him some of the cool cars with some cool features! I felt no pressure at all like Im used to feeling at car dealerships. And sure enough I ended up buying a car. The dealership dealt with the banks and got me an interest rate lower than my own bank. The process after approval Of the bank literally took no more than 15 minutes! I was blown away! Im used to spending hours. Joseph Levak is the best in the business, and its clear how enthusiastic he is about cars! He made the experience an awesome one. Definitely going back when I need another car! Would recommend him to all Of my friends!
I purchased a 1983 Porsche 928S from Marshall Goldman last week. One of the most pleasant and trouble-free transactions Ive ever had. RJ, my salesman, was excellent. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed talking to him. This was my first sight unseen purchase of a vehicle of this caliber and price, so I was relying heavily on what RJ was telling me about the car. Its perfect. He stated several times if I wanted a 928, this was the one to have. I love it. Great experience. Thank you.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Joe at Marshall Goldman motors. I called to ask about the vehicle. Joe and I discussed the vehicle and he was very up front and there was no pressure sales tactics. He let me know there were a couple of small road dings on the front of the vehicle. took some video and text it to me. We negotiated price over the phone. Since we only live three hours away we decided to drive there to look at vehicle. Vehicle was as advertised and we finalized the purchase. Joe arranged enclosed transport to our house before we left the vehicle showroom. The entire purchase was very easy and seamless. It was great working with Joe.. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
I and my family have worked through Marshall Goldman on 4-5 car deals and every time it has been an unparalleled car buying experience. Effortless, fast and fair transactions over the finest selection I’ve laid eyes on. These cars are minty-fresh. We truly appreciate not feeling “screwed,” pressured or manipulated by the team. Special thanks to Arthur who has been our guy over the years: he’s truly on top of everything, he’s a wealth of knowledge, and just made the whole experience truly ideal.
Have been in twice to view the same vehicle, a low mileage 986 Boxster. Asked today to test drive it and was told I had to buy it before I could drive it. At this point it made zero sense to ask if a certified tech from the brand dealer could retrieve the car for a PPI...to the guy above who used their recommended mechanic to perform a PPI, well thats a joke given the test drive philosophy. These guys obviously hang their hats on as is. I wont be back.
Recently my family and I went to Goldmans to buy a vehicle. Before we came here we made a purchase from the Toy Barn in Columbus, Ohio and the service was top tier. When we arrived at Marshall Goldmans in Cleveland for our appointment I was surprised at how different our experience was. The energy was very different from the Toy Barn. We were met with stares, no greetings, our salesman was in a rush the whole time. We had to ask him for the keys to look at the vehicles we intended on purchasing twice. He seemed disinterested. Now when we make big purchases, we always pull up in regular 20k cars on purpose. Maybe we were judged based on that but Id rather spend my money some where Im not judged based on looks and get the same service as everyone else. My recommendation would be for you to travel to Columbus, Ohio instead and experience superb service from the Toy Barn regardless of what you pull up in or how you look .
I bought a Rolls Royce Dawn 2019.Over $330k.The salesperson Adam, had no clue about the car.He didnt know what the Driver Assistance 1 is.That feature is in the car description that they advertise ,but I do not see it so far and Adam dont know what does it meanThey brought the car with one key.Adam said that he is working to find the second key even after 5 days I got my car. They sent the Title with 3 day Fedex,,because over night costs too muchHe didnt know what features the car has.I have to go to Rrolls Royce dealer to check out what features my car has and if yes to activate them.Is the worst experience ever. You will get a better customer service,if you buy hot dog in any 7 eleven store
These people are so nice, they welcome you in let you look around, yes they dont let you take pictures, but would you if you had 200,000 cars sitting there, with the chance that some one drops a camera on one. I went the the guy who takes there photos for the website (sadly never got a name) gave us a tour of the facility, telling us all about the little features that certain cars had, he also let me sit in there Ferrari 458, which is an experience I will never froget, so If you love cars this place is a must do!
I just bought a slightly used Porsche from Marshall Goldman, my third car purchase from them. ( and not my last one, I hope) I made the deal with Joe Levak, literally while he was on the road. No pressure, no games. The paperwork only took ten minutes, and the car was delivered exactly as promised. Joe knows everything about every car in the showroom, and is very trust worthy. I would give him six stars if that was an option.
What an amazing experience!!! From the first time I spoke to Art; I knew this was the dealership where I would purchase my first Ferrari. His knowledge and professionalism was second to none. I received the car this morning and wow absolutely beautiful!! The pictures on the site do the car justice!! I would and will purchase vehicles in the future.. Thank you for everything!!!
I just recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Marshall Goldman. I worked with the same salesperson as my first purchase. Arthur Knight was AWESOME! He was so educated about each of the cars and helped me navigate the extensive showcase of vehicles they had. I had an idea of what I wanted, but with his help and insight I found the perfect car! The owner was also equally great to work with. I had a unique trade in and with open and honest dialogue we came to agreed upon price. The process was more than fair and I will continue to do business with MG. Who says a good handshake agreement is lost. That was how our deal was completed. I live 2 hours away and we negotiated the price from different states. At the end, I drove there and was on my way back home in no time. The process was convenient and efficient. They did not waste my time and was overwhelming satisfied. When I arrived home, I noticed a small issue. I called Arthur and he sprung into action. He apologized profusely and they wanted to rectify the issue immediately. He directed me to find a dealer (not just the cheapest guy) for the replacement part. I did. Arthur coordinated the entire process and made my life simple. That was unheard of since they were already paid. In summary, if you are looking for a Great Car and want to build a trusting relationship, do business with them. At the end, you DO get what you pay for. Thank you Arthur and thank you Marshall Goldman!
I worked with Arthur Knight over serval months finding the right older Ferrari for me. Once we found the car I was able to arrange with Arthur’s help a Ferrari Machanic to come in and completely go over the car. Only a few things were found and Arthur paid to have them fixed. It was a very good experience buying from Arthur especially when you consider I never actually saw the car until it was delivered. Car was perfect! Great experience and would recommend Arthur to anyone looking for a car. He’s very knowledgeable and not pushy.
I live in North Carolina and recently purchased a vehicle from the Beverly Hills location. Everything was done via phone calls and emails. The professionals at Marshall Goldman were very responsive and knowledgeable. Their passion for great cars was certainly evident during the several phone conversations we had about the vehicle prior to the sale. I would definitely do business with them again.
I have been in sales for >20 years, and it is clear to me that the sales people at Goldman have been trained to use the Challenger technique to sales. In short, they are not responsive to initial inquiries as the Challenger technique believes it puts the sales person in a position of strength over the customer. The customer will feel they have done something wrong and will not challenge later claims by the sales person. The sales person will be in control. Here is how I experienced that... First, I sent in a web request and got an automated response saying it was the weekend and someone would contact me on Monday. On Tuesday afternoon, I decided to call since I had not heard anything about the Ferrari California T that I wanted to buy. On Tuesday, I was connected to RJ who really did not seem like he wanted to spend a lot of time on the phone with me answering questions (part of the technique). He also refused to budge on any requests about warranty, etc. He said Mr. Goldman would do the right thing if something happened. He was supposed to send me some information and reach out the next day. He did not, so I called again and almost fell for the technique. I asked how much to hold the car for me, and RJ said 20%. He said he would work up the paperwork and send it to me. Again, he did not follow through so I started searching for other dealerships.I bought a slightly better packaged California T at a dealership in Pittsburgh. That dealer also had the CPO Ferrari warranty, 2 remaining services, and was willing to give me 7,500 / 6 month warranty of his own on a 2016 model vehicle.I am happy that I did not fall for the sales technique used by RJ. I purchased a much nicer Ferrari California T as a result. In summary, they might have nice cars, but buyer beware that you are being treated like a pawn to see if you will succumb to their sales technique. That is probably why you see 1 star and 5 star ratings. The 5 stars are the ones that got lucky on the car, and the 1 stars are the ones that bought junk. Both ways Goldman wins, so I am not sure they care.
Excellent selection of cars and superb customer service! Purchased my first Ferrari (360 Modena) there, and to say I’m please would be an understatement. The place has almost every exotic super sports car imaginable! The salesperson Richard was very professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable, and always available to answer all questions or concerns one may have. John, on the other hand, took the time to explain details of the car we were purchasing. He went above and beyond, and took my wife and I, on a tour of the entire facility, showing us all the vehicles for sale, while explaining their backgrounds and history! Highly recommended!
WOW! is all i can say about this place. Never have seen so many high end quality cars under one roof. Dealt with Joe Levac, Great guy! He showed me the car I was interested in, we made the deal and 2 hours later I was out the door driving my Ferrari. Simple, straight forward and no silly car dealer games.
Stopped by recently to check out a 997 listed on their website that I was interested in. Was almost immediately stopped at the door by the receptionist and told they were “not open to the public”. She made no attempt to even schedule me an appointment. Maybe I would’ve been treated differently if I pulled up in a nicer car, but who knows...
Just purchased a Ferrari 360 Spider from Marshall Goldman Motors. Excellent experience all around! Arthur was great to deal with, very knowledgeable & made the transaction very simple & smooth! They went above & beyond to help me with a trade-in as part of this purchase & I was very impressed with that aspect of their customer service & dedication. I will make them my go to dealer for any future exotic auto purchases!!
I purchased a Ferrari from them. Arthur King was very professional and made the transaction seemless. He set up financing and transportation. Car came in perfect condition and it was as described. I am shifting through their inventory to buy another Ferrari. Thank you!!!!!
I have been buying cars for the last 40 years. And this is the first time I have ever decided to write a review and for good reason. I bought my Ferrari from Marshall Goldman but I would have never purchased it from them were it not for my salesperson Richard Kruzel.Over the period of several months he maintained contact with me, worked with me tirelessly and throughout all negotiation was not pushy whatsoever. He was very fair and transparent. He is the most mild mannered salesperson I have ever met and in my opinion and experience of 40 years, he is the most professional person I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was knowledgable, transparent and knew every detail about my car, which I happened to know alot about. There simply was never an interest from Richard in trying to make a few extra dollars from me at the expense of being unfair or losing me as a customer.Richard should be teaching salesmanship to everyone in this country who is in the business of customer service. He is the most honest and ethical salesperson you will ever have the opportunity to speak with.If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Marshall Goldman, do yourself a favor and a big service to yourself and ask to speak with him. You will know what I am talking about as soon as you spend a few minutes on the phone with him. Congratulations to Richard for being in such a small percentage of professionals in this world. Marshall Goldman is probably the most fortunate dealership anywhere because of him.Thank you Richard for everything regarding my purchase.James
I found the car on line and worked with Joe Livak. Having been new to MG I flew out to see the car after Joe told me about it. What I found was what Joe told me on the phone and photos but I felt satisfied I made the trip to meet him and see the store. It is a great car place. We worked by phone together to bring the sale to a contract and with Joe’s dedicated follow up, help and guidance right through to a carrier getting the car to Florida ( left Sat arrived Monday mid day) was great. I consider myself a customer in the future.
I came in from 6hrs away with a truck and trailer to buy an FF and was dealing with Richard, had a PPI done on the car by who they suggested and was told all was good with the car. From the moment we arrived I didn’t feel very welcomed and as If we were doing him a favor being there to buy a car. We took the car out for a test drive only to find out that the A/C didn’t work. All through this process Richard was on his phone and very unattentive. So much so that he was texting while he was supposed to be giving directions and we missed our turn. This continued once we got back and was happening prior to us leaving for the test drive. Every time his phone rang he stepped away to pick it up. Anyway when we got back we asked him to have the car taken down the street to check the AC issue as we would like to finish the deal today (since we already agreed on a price and brought the trailer) he then proceeds to tell us he can’t do that (but didn’t even check) then tells us they can do it later next week. We tell him we’re looking to leave with the car today and he then says “how are you planning on paying” ...we say as “we discussed certified check” just like everyone does. Then we’re told “oh well I wouldn’t release the car it has to clear first” but yet we told him we would be coming up to get the car and took out while Saturday off and drove 12hrs round trip. His dismissive behavior and attitude was unacceptable and I would never do business with this dealer. Not to mention we didn’t want to waste our trip so asked to test drive a 991 turbo s only to be told no. Never again and quite frankly I don’t feel I would have been treated like this if I Caucasian. As he was very attached give to the other white couple that came in.
I called last Saturday (10/10/2020) on a 2014 Bentley GTC. Spoke to a fellow who introduced himself as RJ. I let him know that I was interested and advised him that I had an ‘09 911S Cab that (because of a lower back issue) I was struggling to get in and out of and I was willing to trade it. He asked me a few questions about my car and took my contact information. He advised me that he would discuss with his sales Mgr (no name given) and he would scratch together some numbers. I expected a call on that day but figured that maybe RJ needed to wait until after the weekend (Monday 10/12/2020). Figured maybe his manager wasn’t in that day? Tomorrow is Thursday and I have yet to hear back ? I want to thank RJ for showing me the level of customer service and support to expect from this dealer! It almost cost me $100K!!!!
I had the pleasure working with Richard Kruzel on purchasing a Ferrari 458 a couple months ago. His attention to detail and his flexibility was refreshing. If I reached out to Richard on a Saturday evening trying to set up a PPI - he would respond almost immediately. From transport pick up to delivery and even assisting in getting all the paperwork done in a timely fashion - Richard stayed on top of everything. If you shop at MG Cleveland, be sure to ask for Richard!!!
Richard Kruzel and I have worked together for many years. I recently connected with Richard once again to facilitate another deal for a car. I cannot say enough positive about this gentleman. His character, honesty and timeliness is unparalleled. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for an industry partner for their next automotive investment. I’ll certainly be back again in the near future.
Stopped in a few months back on our way from Michigan to Newport, RI., planning to buy a Maserati we saw online. Someone came to the door and said that they didnt want anyone in the showroom because of Covid.Luckily, we were able to find a similar car in Connecticut at a dealer who wanted to do business.
Walked in and was looking at a few cars and know one even attempted to greet me.I had to flag a salesman down to ask a few questions not interested in remotely try to help I will only work with an authorized Ferrari dealer for my next car purchase. I appreciate your response but your sales staff judged me by the way i was dressed and my appearance. When i decide to purchase a car its not something i feel i have to dress up for the staff to take me serious.
I think it’s time you guys step up and make things right. You sold Speed Phenom a damaged car ($30,000 in damages) which was zip tied back together - and now ignore all calls. You should be ashamed of yourselves. For any and all potential clients, search YouTube for “speed phenoms” videos covering the situation in his McLaren purchased at this outfit. I feel terrible for the guy.
This place asks top dollar for their inventory ... an inventory with issues. Cars are clearly not inspected well, the owners are most concerned with their gross profit, and they want you to worship them for the opportunity to purchase. Ive dealt with many dealerships, and many high end dealerships, but I dont understand why people do business with Marshall Goldman. Paying the highest end of market/above market should equal exceptional inventory with exceptional service. Not impressed. Thread carefully, or youll overpay for a vehicle not as described.Edit: I just looked at the rest of the comments. I see management takes an aggressive comment response strategy. Post a negative review? Well call you to the carpet. This is the WRONG way to treat customer complaints, and its definitely the wrong way to facilitate a high end sales experience.
I bought a Bentley from these guys recently. My salesman was nice enough to deal with, and we came to an agreeable deal on the specific car, but when it arrived there was damage to the car that wasnt disclosed or there previously, and it apparently happened during shipping. The car was otherwise largely as described, but if you are thinking of getting a car from these guys, make sure you get a PPI done. I ended up fixing the car at my own cost (largely paint and a light dent, but not cheap), and feel this should have been a better experience than it actually was.
Called about purchasing a car, while on the phone I hear another salesman tell the guy there is another buyer about to make a deposit on the same car, I immediately thought this was a sales tactic to get me to buy instantly so I said I would think about it and call back. 1 hour later they increase the price of the car on eBay by more than $8k. They never had another buyer on it, in fact, they’ve had this car listed for over 6 months. This tactic was not appropriate and quite shady, for this reason I will never buy a car from them nor will any of my peers.
Dont buy a car from here. They deliberately sold a $250,000 McLaren knowing that it had damage on the undercarriage and was zip tied barely hanging on by the suspension. Regardless of what happened it was bad business if didnt know about it and didnt catch the damage and especially terrible if they knew and sold it.
Really bad customer service! If could i give them zero stars, i would do that! They treated us like we have some strange disease. We want to go inside to see their cars in the shop and they told us, please stay there we will meet you outside, and they had others customers inside! We just wanted with my husband to look for a fancy car to buy for us, and also we have a car transportation company, we wanted to speak with them for some accounts! And they treated us that way! Shame on you!
I just picked up a vehicle on Saturday and the entire process was flawless. I dealt with Arthur, who was straightforward and easy to deal with. The dealership was accommodating to my PPI and the vehicle was very accurately represented. Their inventory is incredible and I would buy a future vehicle from them without hesitation.
So....which review is helpful? The review of someone who walked around the Marshall Goldman Motor Sales showroom, opened up the cars, sat in the cars, asked a million questions, wasted everyones time, ate the free snacks, drank their coffee, had no clue what they were doing and could not buy a bicycle ...OR... the review of someone who has been in the retail automotive industry for 39 years, has held high managerial positions in AutoNation, Hendrick, Sonic Automotive group and bought/sold around 71 personal high line vehicles? I think the second and not the first.Recently, decided I was going to purchase a Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 63. Searched the entire country, called 16 dealerships, spoke with 14 different sales people, 9 different Sales Managers, 3 different General Sales Managers and 2 owners. Reviewed every possible 17/18/19 SL 63 available from Miami to Spokane. ( You would do the same if you were spending 130000.00 to 187000.00 )The second I called Marshall Goldman Motor Sales ....the exact second...the phone was answered with... thank you for calling Marshall Goldman this is Joe, how may I help. The entire team Joe Levak, Danny Baker and the Manager of the reconditioning department John Goins were the single finest, most professional, courteous . knowledgeable team I have ever dealt with.....ever! I was overwhelmed with their attention to detail and what I wanted to accomplish. The other reviews with less than 5 Stars are from wanna be, cant buy, too cheap to pay, think car dealerships are AOC Democratic Non Profit charities staffed by employees who won the lottery twice.I bought the single nicest 2017 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 63 in existence. Non nicer anywhere. The pick up of my trade and delivery of the car I bought went perfect. The delivery person Mike called me 6 times to let me know his progress and how the pick up of my car went.As.... you can tell by this review, I can sometimes ( wife of 38 years says all the time ) be a bit shall we say difficult, which is putting it mildly. All I can say is that, if I was looking at 2 identical high line, expensive automobiles and one was at some other dealership and one was at Marshall Goldman Motor Sales and that one was 6000.00 more at Marshall Goldman Motor Sales than the one else where, and they are both the same with the same miles.................I LL pay the 6000.00 all day long to deal with Joe - Danny - John VS amateurs elsewhere. There are no short cuts, secret underground tunnels, hidden back doors or magic. You get what you pay for and I got more than what I paid for with this team !!! Cannot wait to buy my next car from them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not trust these people. Bought a Mercedes Benz Cl63 for 50K, which was top dollar. Car looked beautiful. Flew into Cleveland to pick the car up and drive it home. On the way I found that several options listed were not in fact present. Once home, warning lights started going off. Eight thousand in repairs later turns out the car was in a flood and my not even be repairable. How can you not know this. Nothing but crooks. Would never buy anything from these people. Simply not trustworthy. While they have an incredible inventory of cars to look at, buyer beware. Looks can deceive.
This is my second time buying a car from RJ at Marshall Goldman. First of all, the staff is friendly, accommodating, and listens to your needs and wants. The trade in process was flawless. Regarding the new car, RJ and Marshall Goldman made the process easy. I requested a PPI, installation of a clear bra, tires and some minor body work. All of these requests were completed on site and within an impressive 2 days. This is the customer service you expect when buying a car of this caliber. Do not hesitate to contact RJ for your exotic/sport car needs. He knows the market and models well. He is also not pushy nor arrogant, which I have experienced at other dealers. This is what sets MG apart from the rest. Lastly thank you to the “Johns” for taking care of the fleet and my new purchase.
Will be interesting to see how MGC handles the McLaren YouTuber, Speed Phenom situation, alleging undisclosed undercarriage damage (held together by zip ties) discovered while driving back from Cleveland to CA. Is it true that you guys wont put your used supercars on a lift so customers and yourselves can fully inspect the car prior to the consummation of the sale? Hoping Not! 3/21 Update: Resolved to the YouTubers satisfaction.
I make a deal to buy a car I drove all the way there with a cashier check to buy the car. When I get there i wants informed about I can not take deliver off the car because I have to wait 10 days for the cashier check to clear. I think that was a racial profile what a way to do business. I went down to a Chevy dealer next door and buy the same car from them which I was treated like a human.
This dealership sold Youtube star Austin Everett aka Speed Phenom a Mclaren 600LT and mislead him regarding heavy damage at the time of purchase; upon taking the car, Marshal Goldman refused numerous attempts to return calls or get back to Austin to solve this issue. The world is watching as his reviews are tanking.
I bought 2 cars from them, a Mercedes S550 4 Matic and a Bentley Continental GT , both only had 1 key ?? when I was driving the Bentley home I noticed a very scratched passenger side windshield. I called my salesman to tell him about it and he told me more or less that I was out of luck. A new windshield cost me $3,600.00. Beware and always ask for your second key. The Bentley key cost $1,117.00. I think some one there collects exotic keys, look at the pics, youll rarely see 2 keys.
Tried to tell me that if I dont delete this review, this will not sell me the car, tried to have the Fedex package recalled with the signed purchase agreement. Called the dealer board on them and the attorney general of Ohio, and filed a complaint and requested an investigation, and intercepted the purchase agreement at Fedex before it made it back. Then all of a sudden they wanted to sell the car and didnt care if I deleted the review. 1. Will not allow a pre-purchase inspection or to let you put the car on a lift. I asked if I could fly my tech and put it on a lift. 2. Will not allow a test drive of the vehicle, what if a rock hits the windshield on a test drive, is their argument? 3. Didnt send the docs on time, to get the deal done, and even though I arranged transportation, and they agreed to the time and date of arrival of the driver, they wouldnt let the car go, because they didnt send the paperwork. Will try to make you pay for for the car first, so they dont have to spend the $35.00 on a fedex overnight package and send it out, in case the deal falls through. Even when they do send out fedex packages, they send them out for 8pm delivery, vs 10:30am so they can save a few bucks, thats how cheap they are. Even if there is weekend coming and you could save a day, nope they dont care. 5. Did nothing to get me service records, had to call the previous dealership and got them on my own. 6. I wouldnt buy a car from them, they say they have been selling luxury cars for 37 years, my best guess is they have been giving people the worst service for this long.
Recently stopped by with a friend of mine as we had happened to be in the area on a day they were open and to also check out a car for a family member who was interested in buying an exotic. Upon entering we were quickly interrogated as to why we were there and were very strictly told we could not take photos (friend had his camera as we had been in town for the autoshow) not being able to take photos was no big deal and we respected the request. The problem was how we were treated upon entering and walking around the showroom. We didnt even stay long enough to check out the car the family member had asked us to check out. Needless to say with the way we were treated a potential sale, and a nice figure sale at that, was lost. Would not recommend.
In reading some of the negative reviews I would still purchase a vehicle from Marshal Goldman Motors no matter the few petty written complaints.Ive often heard that the owner and his team will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. This luxury car palace has millions of dollars in inventory and you have regular everyday people, executives, collectors up to superstars like LeBron James making purchases.Ive experienced nothing but professionalism from the salesmen that Ive encountered when I pop in just to day dream. One day soon I hope to make my first purchase and if your in the market for a great luxury used car check out Marshal Goldman Motors.
Its a sweet place to browse and dream. Staff is very casual and happy to chat about the cars. Ive never bought anything, but prices seem high, even for cars like this. Dont go expecting any test drives or even to get in the cars - its a bit more like a museum of awesome cars.
Bought 2015 Bentley GT. Had it shipped to Las Vegas from Cleveland. When it got off the truck the windows would not close all the way. Called Danny Baker told him the problem, said get it to Bentley, whatever the problem, we will make it right. Bentley put in 2 new batteries, 1347.30, and they agreed, no arguments to take care of it. Also tear in seat that wasnt there when it left Cleveland, took car of 125.00 to repair it. Thanks to Richard Kruzel , salesman, and Danny Baker, COO, to do everything right! Will do business with them again, they do what they say they will do!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont be fooled by ANY claims made about the condition or completeness of a vehicle offered for sale by Marshall Goldman. When I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from Marshall Goldman I was delivered a completely misdescribed car that was missing books, service records, the spare tire and miscellaneous trim pieces that were clearly illustrated in the photographs advertising the automobile on their website. While discussing the purchase of the vehicle with Harland Goldman (General manager of the store) he also assured me that the car was complete. The moment the car arrived I contacted Harland Goldman to discuss the items that were missing from the vehicle. I offered to ship the car back to Marshall Goldaman (at my expense) as it fell short of my expectations. From there I was passed along to Joe Levak (salesman at Marshall Goldman) who asked or an accounting of what was missing from the vehicle and promised to make things right by supplying the missing items.Fast forward one year... I havent driven the car one mile. After countless broken promises to provide the missing components to the car, they kindly offered to make this nightmare go away and purchase the car back at approximately 2/3 of the price I paid one year previously. I accepted. They then ask me to ship the car to them WITHOUT PAYMENT. In all of the decades I have bought and sold cars NOBODY ships a car that isnt paid for. Based on their complete lack of honesty in all previous exchanges, I declined their offer to steal the car back.DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. Purchase an automobile from Marshall Goldman Motor Sales or poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick? The latter is the wiser decision.
I just received my Huracan Spyder as scheduled and I can not be happier! From the first communication to the the delivery ,the professionalism couldnt have been better.Richard was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with every detail of the vehicle and the sale.I would highly recommend!
Before Covid hit, I would take my son there to see cars. For example, the Mclaren P1 and the Bugatti Chiron. Every time we went, the people there were extremely nice to us, even though we said we were just here to drool over the cars. They were nice enough to let my son sit in a coupe of Lamborghinis. Amazing cars and service. Would definitely recommended.
If you are unfamiliar with this dealership and are in the market for an exotic or high-end car I strongly recommend a visit to their showroom. You will meet some of the most knowledgeable and helpful folks in the industry. They dont have to rely on high pressure sales as a matter of fact you might even be offended that they never ask for the business. Their cars quite simply sell themselves. At any given time Marshall Goldman may have more Ferrari than any Ferrari dealer in the country. If youre in the market for McLaren oral Rolls-Royce they have those to. The bottom line is if youre looking for someone else to take the initial depreciation and get into a absolutely pristine vehicle investigate Marshall Goldmans before making a purchase elsewhere. You wont regret it.
My husband purchased a 2007 Lotus Exige a couple of months ago and Joe Levak helped him out. He bought the car sight unseen. Which can be a gamble. We live 2000 miles away and everything was handled by phone and email. Joe even Facetimed with him to show the car. Awesome experience. Joe handled the shipping, the paperwork, everything. Car arrived in perfect condition better than described if that is possible. All we had to do was send a wire. My husband has bought and sold many cars and this was by far the best buying experience yet.
Bought a 2005 Dodge Viper from MGMS....They assured me the car (with only 2,800 miles) was in pristine condition. Upon delivery it was discovered the front spoiler was badly scarred and the top of the motor was covered with dogfood (home to a rodent). I was able to get all the debris off the motor and there was no engine damage. Marshall Goldman told me they would pay to have the spoiler repaired since the damage was undisclosed. Eight months later.......they still have NOT owned up to their promise!! Be Careful!!!!! Dont make an online purchase from them!!
Bought 911 Turbo last May. Paid top $$. Upon independent inspection, after my bank paid it in full, I found that the front clip was painted. Management promised a price adjustment and up till now I have not never received the check. Don’t buy anything from this dealer without an independent inspection prior to full payment. Very disappointed!!!
Bad Customer Experience:Went to look at a Lotus and they would not let me test drive it until we agreed on a Purchase price and showed financially that I could buy the car. How would I know what to pay for the car unless I could test drive it first?Nice place to look at cars but I would not buy from them in the future.
This is a dealership where I have taken my sons for to see very expensive cars, because they are into expensive vehicles and I have explained to them that if you want to have an expensive car that they needed to stay in school and then work hard by keeping their grades up, finishing school and finding the right paying job and get one. We love visiting this place.
Called in to see what terms they have in financing. Told him Im not buying right now, I want to hold out for a ferrari 458 getting down to 100k.He started getting real irritated, and said “THATS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN, that’s a 300k dollar car. Yeah I’m waiting for the Mets to win... I’m waiting for hell to freeze over. That’s not going to happen man. How old are you man... It’s never going to get to 100k”I mentioned well this ferrari 360 you have is 96k...He responds well that’s 17 yrs old man seriously.I mention that’s fine, I don’t have a problem with that.I told him the convertible 458 yes, was 300k... the hardtop was 225k and I have no problem waiting for it to come down.He seemed like he wanted to just sit there and bicker. I told him to have a nice day and hung up.Really negative and intense.Well I’ll enjoy my 3 corvettes for now and my great house, and when Ferrari 458’s get down to to 90-100 like they all do, I’ll be sure to go somewhere else for the sale!
I know lots of folks love this place, but I only received an auto-reply email, stating someone would contact me about my interest. I never received any contact from them, so I just assumed they are too busy to answer emails. My opinion would obviously change if they would of just talked to me. Oh well, when business is good its ok to let a few slip through right?
This is dealership has one of the most extensive collections of unique and exotic cars; most recently I saw a P1, TDF, a couple GT40s, and loads of Porsches Its somewhat off the beaten path, but well worth stopping in. Staff were very interesting to talk to, as well. Thanks!
Was passing through the area found this place you are free to roam around and look at it any car they do not pressure you .... Well at least they didnt pressure me they must not think Im worth but their loss not mine if only someone would have come and asked me if I was interested in something they could have possibly made a sale.

2021-11-22I have been receiving emails from Marshall Goldman for a while now and always enjoyed looking at the warehouse of beautiful high-end cars that they have in their inventory. I really wasnt looking for anything in particular but found an 09 Callaway Corvette with only 7k miles. I owned an 02 camaro ss 35th anniversary edition with 3k miles so I reached out to them and asked if they would be interested in trading my camaro for their vette. I told them what I wanted for my car and they agreed to do the deal. It was easy working with Joe Levak and we handled the transaction via email and docusign. I hired a transportation service and they took the camaro from Houston to Cleveland Ohio and brought back the vette. I only drove the car from the trailer to the garage and when I was changing the fluids, the clutch failed. Stuck to the floor. (Found out that the clutch master cylinder was a recall on this year vette vette although it was past the 10 year grace period.) I had it towed to a corvette specialist here in Houston and received an estimate for repair. I emailed Joe to let him know what was happening and to my surprise. They offered to help cover the cost of repairs. They also contributed to the cost of transportation. I understood that it was an As-Is sale so I didnt expect them to step up and do what they did. I can truly say that I was surprised but happy to have a used car dealership take responsibility for the cars they sell. I would definitely recommend buying from them and put them on the top of my list of places to buy unique vehicles. Its so nice to see that there are still business owners who believe in doing good business. Great character and top notch customer service. I couldnt be more satisfied with this transaction.GFrazey

2021-12-10Since I was 5 years old my Dad would take me into Marshall Goldman to stare at all the exotics to dream of one day owning one. Joe and Harlan made my dreams reality this past week. I purchased a 2007 Ferrari F430 and it is in like new condition. They provided me with all the service records and taught me everything I need to know about the car along with service intervals and who to contact if ever need assistance. What a pleasure and experience I will never forget. Excited for the day I get to return to purchase another vehicle.

2022-02-25Recently tried to purchase a car through MG-Cleveland and my experience embodied the worst of the typical used car salesman archetype. I felt like the salesman was disrespectful and was more interested in playing games than selling a car. I turned around and took my business to a licensed exotic-name dealer and couldnt have been treated better or had an easier purchase experience. While MG has a great inventory I will definitely think twice about contacting them about a future purchase.

2022-04-04Bought a car from them. Paid in full $200,000. Two weeks later, no title, no extra key, no receipt for the service. Salesman says its coming but seriously it should not be that hard. This was my second car from these guys and there is always some sort of promise that they dont seem to fulfill

2022-06-29Marshall/Goldman is the REAL DEAL! I purchased my high end dream car from Mr. Joe Levak in April 2022. Less than 90 days later I experienced a GM manufacturers defect that wasn’t covered under warranty. I made one call to Joe and he took my cause to the owner, Mr. Goldman himself. Instead of dismissing my request, which they had full right to do, they offered assistance to make the sting of my situation less painful. As the Sheriff of a large county in Flint, Michigan, I know leadership whenI see it. Marshall/Goldman does it right! Keep up the great work!

2022-05-14Purchased a car from these guys and was told there was a 2nd key. They were unable to remove my old plate from my trade-in but promised it would be mailed back to me. Title issues kept my from registering my car with my state for several months. I never received the 2nd key, my old plate, and they provided no help with the title process. Less than a year later, my car is requiring service for several electrical issues. Although the car selection is nice, I wouldnt recommend buying from them.

2021-05-08I had been looking for an F12 for a good six months until I saw one at Marshall Goldman online. I contacted the sales manager Danny Baker. We struck a deal and Danny had the car shipped to their store in Beverly Hills within a week. The transaction was smooth. The car had an electronic problem shortly after and Danny really went above and beyond and helped me out to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. It was really comforting to know that this dealership stands by the cars they sell and made sure their clients were satisfied.I highly recommend this dealership and especially Danny Baker.

2019-08-31Went in to view cars, they have great selection some rare cars you won’t see at anywhere else even at the biggest exotic car dealerships! Salesman were very respectful of me (being a 20 year old) looking at cars, even enjoyed talking about their favorite cars there. I recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to buy a great exotic car in a great environment!

2019-11-12Just Purchased a 2015 Maserati MC. I had been looking for the specific features on this car for years. I called and was introduced to Richard and then his manager Danny. I received white glove service through the entire process. Richard even went and took a video for me as I waited for the car inspection to be completed. Even though I was out of state, they are definitely looking to build a long term relationship and not just move on and forget after the sale. Highly recommended.
