Brought in my 2005 Pontiac Vibe for the airbag recall and wanted to get the wheel bearing done as well. Richard was very nice however was absent when I picked my car up. The two star review is because when I called them to check on the status of my car they also said that I would need a new axle shaft because the nut that holds it in was stripped. They wanted $700 to do the bearing and put in a new axle shaft. I thought this was outrageous so I ordered an axle shaft ($100) and I already had the wheel bearing ($100). Now, Im a technician and this is where things get a little sketchy. I get the wheel off (maybe they meant the lug nuts were swollen) and the axle nut is perfectly fine. The threads were okay, and the nut wasnt even stripped but was a little rusty. I would appreciate comment from the service manager or the tech that worked on my vehicle as I feel that Ive been lied to and I really wish I could recommend this place, but however I cannot.

After getting an oil change I checked my air pressure and they were way off, front end was shaking and for some reason was drifting to the left when I just got an alignment months ago also the person didnt go over point inspection and let me know if things were OK or not. All I got was paying with a card or cash? And the keys are in the car. Never coming back for service.

I bought my Chrysler 200 from Joe Firment a couple years ago. They have been amazing from Day 1!! The service is by far the best Ive ever experienced at a dealership. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and wants. Ive always taken my car for service and have always had a pleasant experience. Customer service is awesome, they are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a life long customer here, I cant sing their praises enough!

I regularly have my chevy serviced here. This was my first visit since it changed from Joe Firment Chevrolet and I was astounded by the insane self aggrandizement of Mr Wahlberg. Every wall in the building is coated with posters of said dude and where there is not a wall there are life size cut outs just in case you do not understand that someone who is in the movies has plastered their name on an auto dealership! It honestly isnt a draw, it is simply ridiculous. My regular service was fine except that it cost $10 bucks more than 6 months ago and while I was told it was because of COVID I sincerely suspect it goes to the marketing collateral budget to buy more cheesy posters of Mark Wahlberg. No thanks.

Called to have some keys made for my car mine was broken they made the keys but failed to tell me that they had to be programmed my car was not available to get there they told me for another $100 and the cost of a tow they would program the keys for me....thanks but no thanks I did it myself....Just wish theyd have been up front with me..Honesty goes along way....if they want loyalty...

They Kind of arm and leg you. So I couldn’t find anyone to fix my panoramic sunroof so I went to them. They told me the base price to look at it which was 69.99 but then that went towards the price of fixing it if I went through them. They told me they would have to take apart the interior to check it out and DEPENDING on what parts needed replaced, i.e- motor or track, it could be $400 fix. So I agreed and left the car with them. They called me and said the sunroof motor was fine and the track, the pin kits holding two of four panels were bad and it was $39 for the two pin kits. He said “it’s well within the price we quoted you since the parks are only $40” so I was happy! I go to pick up the car FOUR days later and they tell me it’s $475. I told them I was only quoted $400 and I was under the impression it was less since the big ticket items didn’t need replaced? Well they said it was $400+$39(parts)+tax. That’s not what I was told. So the guy adjusts the price to $400 + tax. Upon the estimate I was told that it could be UPTO $400 depending on what needed fixed. So I just find it odd that even though I agreed to $400, thinking that would include a motor if need be, they still charged me that after two pins were the only thing needing replaced. So I advise anyone to read over the estimate, ask if parts are included in that price, and don’t assume that they’ll charge less than your estimate even if less parts were needed.
