If you are a chocolate lover this is the place to go. Theres a great selection and variety. The prices are a little high but the quality is worth it. I didnt try the cheese but I will when I go back . This is a nice clean and friendly place to go to. I would recommend going there.
Delicious chocolate with tons of selections and a while bunch of different cheeses as well! A chocolate and cheese lovers dream!!! I made my husband pull off the 90 on the way home so we could stop!! 🤤
It wasnt quite what I expected, but it was fun. There is a nice selection of chocolates, lots of jellies and jams, and plenty of sauces. I thought there would be more cheese. All in all, a nice place.The sea salt caramel was *totally* worth the $1.50 I paid for it. So, so good.
Good candy but be prepared to spend some money as some items are pretty steep in price. The little bags of candy are a good deal. Will focus mainly on chocolate items vs the other retail items the next time we visit.
Huge variety of cheeses, chocolates, hot sauce, salsas, gourmet popcorn, and so many other treats. The large windows to the kitchen allow you to watch the chocolate making process. Easy access to I-90. Just like our own Grandpas Cheese arm of northeast Ohio, but better because chocolate too.
Chocolate is good and employees are helpful. A definite stop if you are in the area. Their Chocolate covered potato chips are amazing!

They have a large amount of interesting, unique, and tasty items. The downside is if you have peanut allergies, peanut dust is a common ingredient in many of the chocolates. The spicy cheese and chocolate are excellent.
Must Visit! Chocolate, cheese and many unique items. Great for cooks, gifting, or just to indulge. Only downfall is ...no coffee .

The chocolate is of course delicious and the cheese was great, but it is very pricey. But honestly it was very clean, fun and if I would ever find something like that on a rand exit Id be very happy!
Great selection of spicy and unusual cheeses, nuts, jellies and smokies. And lots of other interesting items. And the chocolate is incredible!!!

If you love fudge, Mariannes the best. Period. Period!! Their variety is a great bonus. Plus, they have lots of other good things to eat.

Fudge is 😋🤤. I wish I could have their chocolates but i have wheat allergies and they cant guarantee cross contamination. Really clean, friendly and helpful

An employee informed me that all th sweets they produce are run through the same machine. so if you (or your child) have an allergy to anything they make, you have an allergy to everything they make.

Quality chocolate, I drive over an hour to buy thier chocolate. I make that at least 3 times a year. It is a labor of love.

2021-10-28I saw the word cheese and got very excited, Mariannes is very clean, but will need many more cheese flavors and unique cheeses, that I cant get at a local grocery store to be worth my trip. The staff was friendly, and had a good bit of chocolate choices, but left me so wanting on the cheese side...

2021-10-11First stop on our great Northeastern Cheese tour. Its right off the highway and Marianne has a great selection of cheese and chocolates. You can check out the process through a big window in the store. Wonderful gifts for just about everyone.

2021-07-16A little disappointed in the cheese selection. Different cheeses from different makers. Tasted fine but I thought Marianne might of had her own brand. The chocolate product I bought was good but nothing that great. Will probably give it another try in the future.

2022-04-05Love this store! Bought some cheeses for a party that I cant wait to try! They have wines on top of wonderful chocolates, jerky, beef stacks and so much more! You have to go there! Great for Easter baskets!!!!

2021-12-17Mariannes chocolate is the best tasting chocolate Ive had. They have so many different varieties to choose from. This location also has several yummy cheeses to choose from. I had the Toryer cheese curds today and they were delicious. Its nice to know my money is going to a local business as well. Stop on by and grab yourself some treats. They have a location just off of I90 so you can take a treat on your travels too

2021-12-12A-MAZING chocolate! I have been hesitant to stop for fear of being letdown. However, after finally giving them a chance, I’ve discovered that this might might be some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had.Marianne’s gained a new customer today - I will be going back many times. I purchased the buckeyes, milk chocolate strawberry creams, sea salt caramels, and cherry cordials - all were delicious!

2021-12-24Mariannes has some of the best chocolate Ive ever had. Its always fresh. Note their new location at State route 45 and interstate 90 has longer hours than their Ashtabula harbor location.
