I love the prices and the variety of items that are sold however I was shocked at how filthy the bathrooms are. Its honestly so unacceptable. I had to take my six year to the bathroom and wouldnt let him touch ANYTHING. Filth. Not to mention the checklist on the back of the bathroom door had clearly been ignored and put up for legal purposes only. Health code violation.
Had variety of products and groceries to choose from.
Never go to Samanthas line, shes not personable, sweet little old lady in front of my mother and I was asking for help with her groceries and she just stood there and did nothing about it, and was pissy about being there. I never really review places and am usually lenient about things, but what a horrible experience. I have been a cashier for years and if you dont like dealing with people who is giving your place of employment money to keep you employed, just quit.
Sad that the cashiers just stand there like theyre mad you bothered them. What happened to customer service here? The only thing my cashier said to me today was the total. I asked her not to pack bags to heavy and I could barely lift them . There have been times when the cashier has watched me bag my own groceries. I have shopped here since the day it opened and it just keeps getting worse here. Doesnt seem like customer service is priority here anymore. I guess Ill just have to drive to the Shoppes to go to marcs there.
My experience today at your marcs at Shoppes of Parma was awesome! I was especially with our deli team really impressed me. Two women and a fellow were a great tag team! Even with all the pressure of these days they were friendly, kind, played back! Please say good job to these great three!
Great prices on everything! They carry all kinds of different types of nick nacks, tools, garden stuff, you name it, MARKS probably has it. The food is inexpensive and the quality isnt too bad either.
Love Marcs. This store is a little older so it gets crowded when the checkout lines get long. But, they have a great selection of items at great prices.
Im not use to shopping at Marcs but it may be my new store. Alot of fresh, healthy produce and I noticed some vegan friendly options as well. Oh, and the price is right Lol
Misplaced stock or mismarked item? 5lb potato placed below sign, but not sale product. This bag was 3.29 in this location. Was it purposely put there to upsell the wrong item for the higher price? Manager had gone back for the right items which was in a different location from the sale sign. Hmmmm

DO NOT SHOP HEREAccording to the under cover rent a cop they have there kids are not allowed to play/tpuch toys in a cart that you intend to purchaseThis lady without saying a word to me snatched a toy car out of my childs hand and proceeded to tell me kids have germs and they arent allowed to touch and if I dont follow her rules I can leave.
With Marcs being right around the corner I do my shopping between there and across the street at giant eagle which marks has more of better deals and as far as the first cut lunch meats and cheeses Marcs has hands down the best with the best prices
I asked to speak to the manager and he was polite and helped me with my inquiry. The store was clean and I was able to get what I wanted and leave the store in a timely manner.

2022-07-21I have shopped here a few times and have been generally satisfied but I have to say that today, Amy at the customer service counter had a terrible attitude. She started off being acting like the customers were bothering her. She had obvious contempt for the old couple in front of us who had trouble understanding that she couldnt break a $100 bill. The couple was not giving her a hard time, they just were a bit confused and I think English was their second language. So there was no reason for her attitude. As they were walking away she threw her hands up and rolled her eyes,. Then she didntgreet me or my husband and gave off attitude the whole time she was scanning our groceriesNot even a thank you or goodbye.

2022-04-30It’s disappointing how the customer service is horrible, The lady at the customer service was very rude and aggressive. She was very rude to the person in front of me as well. The customer in-front of my had a confusion and the customer service lady started going off and giving the customer attitude, then it was my turn she was very aggressive scanning stuff and she acted as if I’m bothering her. I never had this issue with anyone in this store except a lady named Lillian.

2021-04-12Why do I bother going to this Marc’s? I hate going here because the customer service is horrible!! I shopped here around Christmas and the cashier was pleasant. Today’s cashier literally grunted at me when I greeted her and asked how her day was. Isn’t that her job? She mumbled something when she handed me my receipt. Pretty sure it wasn’t have a nice day!

2020-02-01The store is great and welcoming. Alot of the employees had just straight bored faces BUT... There is this one cashier I know her name but i dont know if Im aloud to say it. This cashier sang to me a song and she was very lovely and I believe that she is the definition of great costumer service. Every time I go I look for her but recently I have been looking for her but she hasnt been there. but she was lovely. Get you a cashier that sings to you !
