I ordered on line on April 28, they would not update you on the parts delays, you had to contact them, parts finally shipped June 6, less one part they said they were still waiting on, parts came in with one part not correct, I kept getting run around, so I am finish with this company and do not recommend them
Went in for a part. Lady at the counter was no help. I gave her the engine type and make. She wanted me to drive home and get a model number. When I ask how to take carburetor apart, she stated she was not a tech. I told her she was a big help and left never to return
Searched all over the internet for a replacement lawnmower blade for a Lowes Kobalt wired electric push mover. Lowes discontinued replacement blades for my model so I entered the part number in search and found it here at M&D. my only disapointment is the relatively high shipping and the addition of a handling charge.
I ordered a control board for my 3 year old Whirlpool range. I am in Canada and could not source the part locally.It took about 4 days for M&D to ship the part, but I didnt mind. It was here in 8 days total.The board was shipped with USPS and I did not have to pay duty, which was nice.Id highly recommend M&D, especially for Canadians.
Never heard from them when I placed an order on 12/30/2021. I called, emailed and went through Paypal. Just waiting on a refund. Will never buy from again. Wish I could rate 0 stars.Response to you: You NEVER sent me an email. What date did you send the email? Why hasnt anyone answered my emails or return my phone calls? Stop lying and please give me a refund.
*BUYER BEWARE*I placed an online order, and was shipped the wrong part (snow blower cable). I called and spoke with one of the customer service representatives who insisted on arguing with me that I ordered the wrong part. I pulled the part number from the owners manual, copied & pasted on 3 different websites trying to find best price & availability. However, she will NOT BACK DOWN telling me I am wrong. So, she finally agrees to send me a new part with discounted shipping ($5 instead of $15). I received the new part... and after all this, the new cable was too long. So I had to return both parts, pay out of pocket $10 to ship via UPS. I ending up spending nearly $70 for both parts and return shipping. I received my refund from M&D, of just $30. I called AGAIN, and had the pleasure of speaking with the same customer service representative who again argued with me AGAIN about me ordering the wrong part, pointing fingers rather than taking ownership for their mistake.If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would, based on the part mix-up, the poor service, and the company essentially robbing me of $40. Not recommended.*Edit to their response*Blaming the manufacture for having the wrong part number now... unbelievable. Furthers my justification to not buy anything from this company.
I order a blade for the mower, but they dont have the parts on stock for purchase , when I called they said they must way for Chinese manufacturing to made the blade. So my question is why you put something on sale if you dont have the product. It is like the Chinese sold out houses that they dont build up yet. Are we following the same corrupt standard?
I really wish I would’ve found this company/website sooner! I’ve been looking for an extremely hard to find part for my Mini Skid Steer for months. I didn’t know what it was called, didn’t have a part number either, so I was under the impression I would have to fabricate my own, or try and repair the broken part.Within 5 minutes of finding this site, I not only found exactly what I needed, I also found the name of the part, part number and installation instructions. These guys Rock! Would shop here again without hesitation. Hopefully it’s in stock, but if it’s not, I have a few months before I’ll be using the machine again as we roll into the 2022 landscape season. I couldn’t be happier and finally have some piece of mind.I’ve attached a photo, this is what I was working with while searching the manufacturers Owner parts lists and instruction manual to no avail. Turns out, these engines were made specifically by Kubota for use in the Toro Dingo. Makes sense that it was a Kubota part number. This was too easy! Thanks again!
When I ordered my parts they stated that everything was in stock and would be shipped. It was not shipped for nearly a week. As an aside, and totally separate from M&D, my local post office lost the shipment for five days. When trying to track it down M&D was quite helpful in pinpointing it’s last known location. I was glad to get the parts albeit a little late.
I ordered some tool upgrades that I have been eyeballing on another site for a few weeks. The tool was discontinued and the other site decided to price gouge on their related parts. The markup was about %200. M-and-D did not change their prices. I bought through M-and-D and Im glad they were here competing with the price gouging types.
Web site was easy to use and pricing seems fair. Not sure yet about speed of shipping but we will see how it goes. Ordered for a friend who doesnt use the Internet so Ill need to follow up and post again if theres an update. Nice to do business this way - shipping charges arent bad either.
After fighting with Celeste with power smart about my 200 cc self-propelled lawn mower that wont start ,brand new and it wont start after fighting with the customer service person Celeste ,calling her and every name in a book she called me every name in the book lied about the warranty lied about this lied about that I finally found a carburetor with m&d thank God for you guys havent got it yet but its electrically being filed right now and shipped to my house I cant wait to get it put it on power Smart will try and avoid the warranty ,at task lie through their teeth just like Celeste did me, they have an excuse for everything they want you to perform the labor on your own machine thats already broke down from the factory. what a shame man thanks M&D I appreciate you guys.Tim
These people are a scam I would never recommend anyone buy anything form them I purchased parts over a month ago. The first email i get from them is sorry these parts are still at least 4 weeks out and that the parts went up and price and if I want them i have to pay the $135.00 more. OK i understand covid related shipping problems I can deal with this no problem. What I cant deal with with Bait and Switch you sell parts for one price then after awhile you come back and say sorry its more then we charged you pay the difference like it or not. in my 25 years in business i have never gone to a customer after they paid for my service oh if you want me to finish its going to cost you more! Its your website you set the prices this is clearly bait and switch!! these people are crooks. I already reported there business to paypal as well.
I needed an air filter for a PowerSmart 161cc lawn mower, which are very hard to loacate, M&D was the only place I could find them on the internet. Fast shipment. I thought the shipping and handling was a little steep but overall very happy with my purchase. Would buy from them again.

There was even a note stating the the notched version was no longer in production. Though snug, it fit perfectly. Would gladly do business with M&D again.
Ordered parts and paid almost 3 weeks ago and still no parts or even response.Your response to my review is simply a lie. No email. (Aside from the initial order confirmation) I call and get a busy signal. I text and get no reply. I’m at a loss and would appreciate the parts I paid for.
I ordered a replacement front panel for my utility cart at a good price. After 3 weeks it has still not been received. The only status updates came after numerous e-mails where they finally informed me the part they received was damaged and now is on back order. I am waiting for my refund.
This web site has so much information on Wisconsin Engines with compete parts numbers. I have several very old Wisconsins that i want to restore. I ordered a carburetor kit for an old Wisconsin Engine thats impossible to locate. Thanks for the information on thee old engines.
Over the years, on countless occasions I kept coming back to good old reliable M&D for hard to find tractor parts. As a Canadian shopper, I can attest that we sometime have limited suppliers for high demand items, or else the asking price is simply highway robbery. For the hobbyist being able to find repair parts at a reasonable price is the important role M&D has been playing in my experience. Keep up the excellent work.
I needed a couple of specialized parts for my snow blower and found them both at a reasonable price and in very short time on the internet to find them. Their lookup database was perfect and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this company for your small engine repair needs.
THIS COMPANY IS SHADY . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Ordered a part on august 4th. Payed with Paypal and received confirmation from PayPal immediately. After never receiving a confirmation email from the company, and no tracking info, I called on August 12th. Was told the part was discontinued under the Generac name and had to be ordered under Briggs and Stratton. I was never informed of this. Was also told Paypal should have refunded me. They had not. I could buy the part through them under the new part number at 143 dollars. My original price was about 56 before tax and shipping. As Im on the phone still trying to understand this issue, here comes my refund from paypal. Unbelievable.***Regarding the response. Your website is where I bought the part. That makes you responsible for selling it at the price you have it listed. You were just unwilling to take the loss. And as for waiting for me to call to decide to do anything about it? Shame on you. How long were you going to keep my money before you even sent me an email to advise me of YOUR FAILING TO UPDATE THE PRICE. Because you sure didnt wait long to take my money. Did you seriously expect me to believe my refund came in AS I WAS ON THE CALL WITH YOU? This place is a joke.
I placed an order on September 24th and it is October 6th, take away week ends and that should be 9 days with no product or a response to my email. If there is a delay I should get a notice. Perhaps what I need it on one of those ships waiting off the coast. Will keep trying to get a response.
Very similar problems to others. Ordered a $3 item (and paid $13 SH) on May 31st. No word for several weeks. Emailed June 16th asking for update, on June 18th was told it would ship early next week. Still no response or information by June 22nd, so I ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded - I didnt need the item anymore by this point. No response. June 24th I escalate with PayPal, and the item suddenly receives tracking info and ships - after I asked for it to be cancelled. Even after escalating with PayPal, I received no response from the company.They may be great in person, but I wouldnt order anything from them. Terrible shipping prices, poor communication, and they didnt process or even acknowledge my email about cancelling the order.Edit, response to owner - it was NOT delivered some time ago, it was delivered 3 days ago (28 days after I ordered), and it was shipped AFTER I asked for the order to be cancelled - which the dates on the tracking information supports. Thank you for adding to the proof.

Was great to find parts in stock that most other suppliers had back-ordered. Definitely on my check them first list going forward.Keep up the great work!
Ordered replacment paddles and scrapers for my snow thrower and this time I got 2 small rubber paddles that were bigger than what I previously ordered. Summited pics and was told not to worry, way over a month and still no resolution! I doubt Ill order from this company again. How long does it take for Powersmart to investigate? I just want my part.
They were one of only 2 places that I found on the whole internet that had the dado blade throat plate that I was looking for! Thanks guys. The only reason that I didnt give 5 stars was because the shipping cost seemed a little outrageous. Over $11.00 to ship a piece of plastic 14x3 by 1/2 thick. Pretty light piece but I didnt have but 1 other site to go to and M&D price was a few dollars cheaper. Other than that its been great. Ill update this post if it takes too long to receive my shipment.
I ordered some parts for my old Craftsman air compressor and they had them. I inadvertently made two orders and they combined them at my request and refunded partial shipping. Even though some parts took a while due to location at a different location, they kept me informed and their customer service was top notch. I’d buy from M&D again, no problem.
The fact that M&D had the PowerSmart 20 inch blade that we needed was a big plus. All of the sellers such as Walmart, Home Depot and Tractor Supply sell the mowers but have no parts available. The process of ordering was relatively simple but information already entered was erased each time one little thing was missed and had to bee entered again. The Shipping and Handling charges are high but overall would recommend this site for PowerSmart parts.
I ordered parts for my powersmart snowblower, was told I would get it in 10 business days, even after spending $30.00 on shipping and an additional $6.00 on handling I still have not received the parts, today is the 11th day. The online package tracker shows that the package is still in pre-transit. It was easy to place the order, the sales associate knew what I was looking for.
I ordered a striping kit for my lawn mower on 08/4/20. I received the kit on 8/7/20, shortly after opening the package I realized that all the hardware to install the kit was missing. I contacted M&D that evening to let them know about the missing items. I was asked to email pictures of the package. M&D responded quickly to my email. The experience was going well until M&D neglected to expedite the shipment of the missing parts. I requested expedite shipping for the missing parts and was told no👎🏻. I had to contact UPS & then pay UPS to expedite the shipment which was being sent by USPS. I would never order again from this company.
Found M&D in a how-to video about fixing my snowblower. Had a part fail on me and I searched the internet and M&D was literally the only place that had it in stock. Website is simple and to the point. Placing the order was simple. Emailed a confirmation and now I’m just waiting for the part. If there’s and issues with the part I’ll come back and leave an amended review, but I don’t foresee that happening.
Website not user friendly. Only place that has the parts I need. Shipping prices are pricey. Company holding my order until they have the whole shipment ready. Want to charge me two Shipping cost if I want separate packages. Only ordering from them again if I can not find the parts anywhere else.
Ordered hard-to-find parts for an air compressor. M & D had part of the order in stock, the remainder had to be ordered from their supplier (during Covid pandemic).Parts are (to the best of my knowledge) OEM parts, not “knock-offs”. Appreciate the phone order contact being upfront about stock availability and resulting delivery times. Parts arrived around the time the contact estimated. Prices were reasonable for OEM quality. It was a good experience, and I would purchase from M & D again in the future.
Thought I would help a small business out. Ordered a part Nov 3. Contacted company on 11/13 and received a simple reply that “ ETA is listed as 11/21 at this time.” No thank you for your business, no sorry about the delay. Nothing. Contacted them again 12/3, part will be here 12/10. It’s the 13th still no sign.... would not recommend. No communications and poor customer service. I’ll be requesting a refund.
They were one of the only places that listed the compression spring I needed. The website is not very modern and is hard to use. The price for the part was reasonable and Im ok with paying shipping but they also added a handling fee of $4.99. I think this is just wrong. I havent received my order at this time.
I never thought I would be able to get my wifes Greenworks rototiller running again, I figured I would have to buy a new one. The hardest part was finding the actual part number I needed and then finding a vendor. I am not sure how I stumbled upon the M&D Mower & Appliance website, but Im glad I did because now I need to find more parts for different tools. They have access to a lot of parts. Thank you!
Ordered hard to find filter for my lawnmower from these folks. Received an immediate email with order confirmation, followed by an email with shipping info. 10 business days was the estimated arrival, received it in 7! Excellent service, considering the times we are in. Very happy!
Do not order from this place if you need your parts sooner rather than later. I contacted them prior to putting in an order and was told the parts were in stock. I placed my order that afternoon and now almost a week later, I emailed them for status and was told that the parts are in another warehouse and they have to bring them in to their place before filling the order. Itll be a few more days before they even ship. So Im stuck waiting for parts that are in stock. This is total BS.
Ordered a fuel pump, asked when I should receive it and was told, its in stock, 5 days. 7 days past so I call and Im told that its in transit to our shipping department once its accounted for we will provide you with a tracking number should receive next week sometime. So they really did not have the part in stock they ordered the part and had it shipped to themselves and then shipped it to me. Thats low overhead, thats online shopping, store fronts with little or no inventory, just a middle man. I wish that they would just say up front that it will be ten days to three weeks before I see the part, but then I would not have ordered it from them.
I was having a hard time finding some parts for a Bobcat mower. My order with another company was cancelled due to back order but I needed the parts asap for my customer. I was able to find them at M&D but before I placed the order I emailed and called to make sure they actually had the parts in stock so the order would not get cancelled days later if the part was unavailable. When I called I was very rudely told that they just answered my email and hung up. According to the email they had the parts in stock. I placed the order immediately. Got my emailed order confirmation and never heard anything for a week. 8 Days later I get an email that one of the parts is one backorder. I replied and asked why, when I called and all I got was Stock changes constantly. That is why I called to verify you actually had it and should have been told before 8 days if you did not. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence now make my business look bad. Do not waste your time here, especially if you are a business that relies on providing good service to your customer.
Good site for hard to find parts or dated parts. I have used the company a few times and prices are reasonable. Why only 3 stars? The online store needs updating to make it friendlier both functionally and visually. The search function requires precision and I also wish they shipped faster.
I dropped off my belt sander to be repaired that was covered under manufacturers warranty. I was told that it would be no problem etc. After numerous calls and waiting for 5 weeks it was never repaired! They kept telling me that Black & Decker was holding up the part which wasnt true. I called the fifth time magically the manager says its not covered under warranty. Black & Decker finally took care of it and sent us a new one. I would not recommend this place at all. The manager was so unprofessional, combative & did not care about the customer. She didnt want to be bothered.
I was in need of parts for a customers maruyama hedge trimmer, it was an older model so our local deal had no parts/ and would have to order them in and everything was ridiculously marked up, and it took almost an hour on the phone just waiting for them to figure out what I was telling them I needed.I found your site fast/easy to use/ and most definitely even with shipping the best prices around.Thank you very much I will be putting you in my rolod
I ordered something. Then realized it was not the complete part. It was ordered for second day i called back with in 20 minutes. They refuse to cancel the order or to stop the shipment. I am so disappointed in this company. I guess its time to take advantage of people cause business in down due to the pandemic. Shame a company of this size would be so pathetic and to take advantage of people in this time of people being out of work. Kathy took the time to locate an ancient snowblower parts list for my Montgomery Wards (mid) unit and emailed it to me. I was able to troubleshoot my issues and order parts. There was a slight glitch in the on line order system requiring a phone order which I suspect was my issue. I appreciate a wide selection of parts at various price points. As for me , they have created a return customer !
I got M & D off the internet and they were in my back yard. Truly walking distance. I went in and talked with a counter person. He gave me a good feeling about the place. We talked about my mowers and other items. Once they had my mowers, a walk behind and a rider. Now that they have me the tone changed. I had to keep calling them to get updates. I truly had to pester them to get info as well as a total and a day to pick up my mower. The total was less than the max I was willing to pay so I was okay with that part of that issue. However I HATED how I was treated. I will NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS COMPANY.
Large supply of inventory. However, ive had issues every time I purchased something so needed to cancel all orders. First time, I placed an order and they emailed me saying that the price went up and they need to charge me additional if I wanted the item. I said no, and cancelled. The second time, I placed an order- they advertised that it was in stock. Then called me to tell me that it will take 8 weeks to arrive.
If I could give this place less I would. My husband ordered a part for his tractor. Within the hour he called to cancel the order because he found out it didnt have all the pieces inside.The lady informed him that she can not cancel it because he ordered it 2nd day. I asked for a tracking number and she said she doesnt have it. She said the order was in their warehouse and but it still cant be cancelled. She told me they just have so many orders they dont have time to cancel.
If I can help it I will never order from here again! I ordered parts on 10/6/18 and it is 10/23/18 and my parts have yet to ship. I have called twice and will be calling again as soon as they open up to find out what the deal is. I get the same answer every time “as soon as the parts ship we will email you a tracking number” nothing to my knowledge was on back order. 100% completely dissatisfied with this company and the lack of customer service. Order #310924. Also be aware that according to these other reviews it sounds like the term “shipping” does not mean shipping to the customer it’s shipping from a warehouse to the retail store. So when they advertise your item will ship in 5-10 days yeah they meet that advertised deadline but it doesn’t ship to you in 5-10 days. My mower has been down for almost a month because of the poor business practices of this company.10/23 update. Just spoke with Kathy and now I’m being told that a part is on back order. Kathy also confirmed that no backorder email was sent. Shocker there. So stay tuned for further updates.
Looked for a part for a store specific item that was no other in stock anywhere. Did a google search for the part number and found M and D with the exact part I needed.Great price for the part, should have looked for more to justify speading nearly the same price on the shipping as well.
I had some damage to my Cummins generator. I ordered parts directly from M&D. Within a day they informed me that one item was on back order. I still wanted the item and asked them to keep me apprised as to a new ship date. They did that. Now Im ready to fix the generator. I urge every to use their service.
Where other websites/companies failed, M&D excelled. I was able to order my parts with no hassles and it was shipped in just a couple of days. I have already saved M&D so I can return for all my snow blower parts needs as well as possible future equipment purchases. Thank you.

Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this company. Ordered parts over a month ago. No order confirmation ever sent, figured order didnt go through. Bought part somewhere else now they send me shipping confirmation and say order cant be cancelled because it already shipped and left the building within the two hours of waiting for their response. Kept saying that part was on backorder and an automated email would have been sent to inform me of that. Wrong. No emails, no correspondence. Check email every day, yes including spam folder. No wonder they have such a low review score.
Placed an order online, called 8 days later to check the status of the order, as I still hadnt heard anything, was told Id get an email when the order is shipped. Instead, I got an email the next day saying that the part is out of stock. It took them 9 days to realize that they didnt have the part I ordered. What a joke. My fault for trusting such an amateur website.
M&D is absolutely great! I called the last couple days about some engine parts for a Continental TMD20. I thought the parts were pricey and hard to find until I called M&D. They had all the parts I needed at a HUGE price difference. Normally they are 200+ and they had it for 46 bucks, and I didnt have to buy it in a kit! Great customer support, very friendly, especially after I called the 5th time in 1 day trying to find certain parts.
This company was one of the very few left that had the parts I needed for my discontinued lawn devil mower. I placed my order for a mulch bag and matching frame. The order took a good while to get to me and when it did.. I got two bags, no frame! Call the company and come to find out they had a substitute packer that day.. so someone got two frames and I got two bags. They told me theyd fix the issue, no problem. Weeks go by, no return label in the mail to send the wrong part back. I call them explaining it should be faster and easier than theyre making it.. so the kid on the phone tries to shift blame to the manufacturer. After a few more excuses I get the guarantee Ill have my label soon but now the frame is on backorder. Less than two weeks later I receive my frame and return label! Turns out that the supposed backorder was an excuse! Unprofessionalism and mishandling of orders to this degree has earned this company one star. I gave one extra star only because the correct part that was supposedly backordered showed up to my house lightning fast once I called them out on their B.S.Would not recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again.My recommendation to M&D is as follows; you may want to take corrective action with your customer service representative who handles the phone. If you cannot handle a customer properly, you need to be trained how to do so. Do not make excuses and fabricate lies when a customer has an issue that you (whom the customer has brought their money to) have created. I never received a backorder notice because the item was not backordered. That is an aforementioned excuse, to shift blame and cover for a mistake instead of owning up to it. One star removed for yet again proving what they stand for. Would not recommend this company.
Do NOT buy from these guys. 17 Days after the order placed and still no shipping. Paced order on 8/30, no shipping after week, called in and was told parts is on back order takes 7-10 days to get them. On 9/16 still no parts, called in and same message, parts on back order takes 14 + days to get them. Had to cancel whole order and lost over half of the month in production time. Support staff is careless.
This was the 3rd store we went to trying to find our spark plug. That was our 1st mistake. We should have came here first. Not realizing you were still at this location, we actually forgot about you. Never again. We are now ordering a filter and pre filter kit for our Toro and wont forget you again. Plus, you were closer to our home that our first two trys. Go Figure!!!!

A courteousperson answered the phone when I called to ask a couple questions andour account was set up and ready to use in a matter of a few minutes.I placed my first order and everything went smooth. Thank you verymuch and I look forward to doing more business with M & D Mower and appliance.
Took an order for a part they didnt have and couldnt get and didnt even notify me till i called them 6 days later asking for the status. Now they plan to keep my money for the next several days cause tomorrow is a holiday. They shouldnt take orders for what they cant get and I shouldnt have had to call them to find out. The price was twice the listed price elsewhere and i only ordered cause i knew it was hard to find but assumed since they listed it they had it.
Placed an order for a pair of motor brushes on the 10 of August 2016.This is now the 23rd of August and have not received it. I called their number and they said part has not arrived to their warehouse from another warehouse. In short they have not shipped it to me. Their invoice says most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Several days ago I contacted them via email about this shipment but no response.
Horrible customer service. Kept our generator 3 weeks, never called us. When we called them they claimed to have called us, they didnt. Then later said they called the wrong person. When we went to pick it up they wouldnt use the power lift they ised to unload it. Told my disabled vet husband he and I had to load it. Its a 10000 watt generator, extremely heavy.
I am a shade tree mechanic and rely on M&D for parts to keep my lawn equipment running. I couldnt do it without their prompt and accurate order process. Pricing should never be an issue to a good repair but I have found no other source that can compete with price or service.
Do NOT do Business with these people. They take your money immediately and then when the part arrives from their warehouse they ship it to you.They constantly fall back on their agreement during checkout indicating that you will receive your item within 10 business days.I placed an order Sunday night. Monday saw money taken from my account and it didnt ship until I contacted them on Thursday to ask what the hold-up was.Had I looked at the reviews I would have never done business with them.I hope I can prevent someone else from going through the same hassles that I am going through.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. They have the worst customer service of any buisness I have ever seen. It took 3 weeks for my product to ship to me. When I finally got it, it was the wrong item. I contacted them & they said they would send me a shipping label for me to ship my item back to and that they would be shipping my correct item that same day. LIES. I never received the shipping label via email, so I contacted them again (my item was supposed to have been shipped already) They would send me the shipping label again. Finally received the email yesterday along with an email today saying my item HAS NOT been shipped. Their policy is that they wont ship out the new one until the product is shipped back to them (especially because someone is waiting on this part they shipped to me!). This is understandable, but do not lie to me and tell me it was shipped out a week ago. Talked to Amy (sp?) the manager, was very rude and condescending. She placed the blame on everybody but the company (including me- seriously?). I should have checked out their reviews first before ordering. I will update with a link to the BBB complaint I filed.
M&D Mower was a very good source for my 67 Gilson for parts. I remember 2 years ago I needed a pulley cause I damaged the old one trying to remove it from the shaft. I ordered it and it fit perfectly. Now I am going to rebuild the carb, and install a new muffler so I can continue using this ol snowblower. Great service and they were there when I needed them and Im confident they will always be there for my needs! Thank you M&D!

2022-05-14Needed a hard-to-find part for our 2003 Bolens rototiller. The very nice lady at the counter was able to find the part online. (Something I was unable to do.) Do to the very expensive cost of the part and the age of the tiller she suggested some websites that I maybe able to use to find used parts. I very much appreciated her help and expertise in helping me with my problem. I definitely will be returning here to M &D for any future replacement parts or service.

2022-06-1512 days after placing my order on their website, it still has not shipped. I called before ordering to make sure it would arrive in a reasonable time frame since their site does state 5-10 shipping.I will never do business with this business again. I am still not sure they are a real business, getting ready to contact my credit card company to get my money back at this point.

2022-07-18I placed a order with this company on 6/20/22 and have yet to receive it, they claim to ship in 5-10 days and we are reaching 30 days. Trying to call I got through 2 times and send messages and emails and now the number listed goes to rapid busy signal and still NO answer back. I would avoid placing orders with this company until they get back on track with at least communicating with the customer.

2022-07-06Ordered a replacement pull-start assembly for my lawn mower from them as I couldnt find a Canadian supplier. It took a few weeks to arrive and when it did unfortunately contained the wrong part. M&Ds promises of customer satisfaction came through, and they reshipped my order which arrived in a matter of days.

2022-07-17Ordered my part on a Sunday and it was shipped on Monday. Part was exactly what I needed. Quick no hassles. Part was also the cheapest listed that I could find. Even with the handling fee. Very happy with the purchase.
