I LOVE Dr. Shauna! She truly cares about the WHOLE patient ... she always listens and asks questions before my adjustment and/or therapy to make sure she is addressing all of the problem. She also asks and remembers about what’s going on in my life (and thinks about how that’s all affecting my health and pain issues).When I was pregnant, she adjusted me frequently- alleviating my sciatic issues and helping me stay comfortable. I attribute those adjustments during my pregnancy to a relatively quick delivery as frequent adjustments during pregnancy help with that. After my pregnancy, Dr. Shauna helped when I was having serious back pain from nursing.I cannot recommend her enough!
I have been going to Dr. McLain since she came to this area years ago. She has seen me through broken bones, headaches, sprains, stomach issues, and more! Her expertise and caring demeanor are like no other. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and her massage therapist is wonderful! I love that she has walk-in appointments to suit my busy life, too. Thank you Dr. McLain and staff for caring so much about your patients.
This is the best place! Staff is excellent and the service is phenomenal! This is the only place that can get my hip to stay in place! Plus doc is wonderful for my 3 year old! My daughter used to cry at adjustments but not since switching to Madison Chiropractic!
Dr. Mclain is the best around. She cares about her patients and truly wants what is best for them. Since starting to see her in April of 2019 I have noticed a total change in my pain. I lift and twist and turn at work everyday and my pain is nothing like it used to be. I also got injured and work and she has worked with me through the process to get that handled. If you are looking for a caring and loving chiropractor go see Dr. Mclain. She is great with all ages young and old.

I love this place. Shauna takes care of me. My daughter always is with me and they love her. The receptionist always offers to play with her while I get adjusted. I love it and would 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the great service guys!
Great Chiropractic care and massage combination which keeps your musculature aligned with your spine and easily manipulated after the massage. Very nice facility with caring and friendly staff.

Dr. McClain is knowledgeable and caring, helpful and seems to know exactly what to do to give me relief when I see her. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Receptionists are really nice, too.

2022-01-19I am so happy a friend recommended Madison Chiropractic to me! Dr. Shauna listens to my needs, thoughts, and concerns. She knows each person is different and there is no one-size fits all approach to wellness. I love it that they are a full service office. I get spinal adjustments, am working on my over-all health and wellness and am so excited to get my first massage there in just a few days. Thanks to Dr. Shauna I feel like Im in charge of my health!

Their commitment to helping is unmatched. You can tell they truly care for their patients. To be honest, I have never felt like a patient. Walking into the office is like walking into a friends house. The atmosphere is that welcoming. Shauna has worked with my family to improve our general health. The staff is always helpful. 2022-01-26I have been going here off on on for the past 3 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr. McLain is both professional and relatable and knows what she is doing. Sometimes you may even get a bonus pedicure here.

2021-09-30Dr. McLain knows her stuff! I laid down and she knew exactly what I needed to get aligned. She does an amazing job at keeping you relaxed throughout the process. The office staff are friendly and helpful too. You can tell that they care about getting you feeling better.

2022-01-18I firmly believe Dr. McLain saved my life. She identified an issue I had been complaining about for over a year to my ob/gyn. She listened while other Drs did not. He had dismissed it as nothing, but it was really something huge. Because she identified the source of the issue, he took it seriously and resolved it. If it had gone on, I very well may have died.Facilities are spotless and Dr. McLains staff is lovely. Dr. McLain herself is knowledgeable and does a very good job. She takes her time with each patient and isnt satisfied until they are. She takes a whole-person approach to chiropractic treatment.

2021-10-06Highly recommend for anyone needing a DOT physical. Staff was awesome, doctor was awesome, very easy going atmosphere. Got me in pretty quick despite the fact I was a walk in, and the price was one of the best Ive seen... will DEFINITELY be the place I get my DOT physicals from now on.

2022-01-19I will never go anywhere else again. Such caring and understanding people. Very easy to talk to and I absolutely love that they remember their clients. Sfter having health issues for a long time, they were able to figure out what was wrong and ive felt like a new me. I highly recommend this place.
