I will start by saying that Im 42 years old, so I remember when going to the department store was an experience. There were always people to help if you had any questions and there was always a person stationed in the shoe department to help size you and get what you needed. This is just not the case anymore. It has been many years since Ive been to a department store so Im not sure if the current lack of staff is due to the employee crisis that many businesses are experiencing because of covid, or if this is just what shopping is like now. Overall I was underwhelmed. The cashier was very nice and helpful once we were able to locate her and I got the feeling she was over worked and trying to do the best she could. If getting employees in the door is an issue, redefining the business model might be a good idea. Just a thought.
Purchased a mattress. The salesman was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. BUT delivery was a different story. I paid for them to haul away my old mattress and they did not. The delivery men told me it was not their job to take my old mattress. It has been almost a week now, and I was informed today that bc I dont have another delivery scheduled to my house, they will not be making a special trip to get my old mattress and box spring. Also, the delivery men did not do any of that white glove commitment stuff that Macys touted. They tracked mud in on my carpet, didnt offer to sweep...me and my husband carried out our old mattress for them. They were here less than a few minutes, like they were in a rush. Very rude. Im super disappointed in the delivery service that I received.
I’m am so disappointed with how things are done here. I went to the shoe department looking for shoes, there was no one working the floor to go to the back to get sizes for you. You have to stand in the checkout line with the shoes you want ask the cashier if they have the desired size, she looks it up or goes to the back room to check. If they don’t have the size you want you have to get out of line find another shoe and get back in line for the cashier check. So it’s best to pick up multiple sizes before you go to the checkout lane. That is so annoying. And might I add the checkout lines are very long. So finding a pair shoes due to there process of customers waiting in line to inquire about shoes on display along with customers checking out. This process was so weird to me
This store just lost $300 business from me. Saw a Travelpro elite luggage priced at $600. In travelpro official website it’s selling for $299 and in Amazon travelpro store for $256. Manager said they can’t price match. Basically they are looking for sheeps who will fall for the overprice that Macy’s is selling. Probably never buy anything directly from this store.
I purchased my absolute favorite makeup while in Macys at the MAC counter in Kenwood mall. Anytime I wear this mineral powder, I almost always get compliments on how pretty my skin looks. One of my coworkers stated that she was going to get some MAC products. While living in Georgia, a MAC rep applied deep dark (now dark deep)mineralized powder on my face and it didnt even look like I had on make up. The rep went on about how beautiful my skin makes the makeup look. I was sold and Ive been wearing MAC ever since that day 13 years ago. I ventured off and explored other foundations from Sephora, and Clinique, but Im definitely a MAC girl! I love the beautiful golden sparkle my skin has after applying this product.
Do not buy a mattress from Macys anywhere. Dont buy the protection plan either. King sized mattress purchased with warranty March 2021. The warranty company never got my info from Macys. I called Macys 2 weeks ago about large craters, sink holes, in my mattress, the lady was unknowlegeable about process, told me eventually, that she could set up an inspection appt. This was set up for today 10th of Jan between 8 and 4pm. I would get a call Sunday yesterday nothing. I called Macys no person. I call protection plan he couldnt find us in thw system said Macys has to send it to them and hasnt yet. He gave me Macys customer service number . I called spoke with Rachel uwho was unhelpful ajd unknowlegeable she kept repeating what I told her. I would like to know when inspector is coming today. Very poor quality mattress. Severe breakdown for the short time frame. Poor customer service,poor quality beds, do not buy.
Store is empty hardly any shoppers. No petiq sizes. Wife and I drove 60 miles to get here and it looks like they are going out of business to me. They have a sign on the door about masks but employees for the most have them pulled down. We never return to store again. Certain groups dont wear masks and talk very loud. Its just not our kind of store anymore. They closed a couple of stores just west of here and I am sure thats what will happen to this one.
Macy’s return was seamless we had our card and Jenny at customer service was quite amazing she returned our mail order item but did not find it on the first search she then returned our first item then checked to see if she could find our second. What wonderful service.
Thankful that this Macys is still available to us. Excellentassociates are always ready and willing to assist with a smile. My mother, who is in a wheelchair, was given superior help with finding what she needed in the womens lingerie department. Thank you for your kindness.
I had a pickup order that got marked as completed when I did not pick it up and the store was of no help to get it resolved.When calling to try to talk to somebody it seems they have eliminated their customer service department so its difficult to actually talk to someone to get help.I miss the days of Macys being a high-end store that prioritized customer service. Its basically a Walmart in terms of how they function and customer service.
So during the pandemic, they moved the juniors clothes to a totally different area and put the Plus sizes in the old Juniors area. The lady doing Plus sizes got really rude with me when I inquired about the juniors section (yet I cant imagine that many shoppers in general know that at this point). Juniors section is a place youd literally never find without an employee helping you.I have a Macys gift card, so I probably will come back just to use the gift card, but I will definitely be taking my business to Dillards.
My car broke down in front of this store. And the security was very helpful and checked on me,while I waited for a tow truck. And there were 5 people that helped me push my car to a small parking lot. They are the best, and very helpful. They made my day a whole lot better.
Even though there only one girl in the shoe department, the girl did the best she could on waiting on customers. A lot of people did have the patience to wait & a lot of sales were lost. I guess Macys feels they are making enough money to lose sales. I give the clerk that waited on me more credit.
The ladies who staff the Channel kiosk have always been outstanding in customer service. I love shopping there because I know Im going to be offered the best option for my purchases. I just wish I could enjoy makeup again as i would definitely buy from them. The line of scents is expensive and worth the money, but the staff there are the icing on the cake.
Was in this store yesterday to buy a pair of shoes for a funeral. The sales clerk was extremely rude. I left when they did not have my first choice shoe. Would have stayed if the clerk hadn’t been so rude! Bought my shoes at Dillard’s around the corner! Will never shop at Macy’s again!
Not sure what happen but when they moved the womens department from back up to front mall entrance all the nice tops must have gotten lost. I am 65 and a little overweight but I still have good taste and like to wear more modern tops. I keep checking and I over hear women making same comments. I always found tops there but not since they moved up front.
The home collection is so vast and full of products for all rooms in the home. I Enjoy shopping in the men’s department too. It’s so complete for all age ranges and styles. They’re always able to order online with ease for additional colors and sizes. Macy’s is more than just a women’s clothing store. The best Macy’s in the Cincinnati area!
The buyers have changed. The changes that I see are not due to covid. The Misses clothing seems to only appeal to crowds age 20 to 30. What about customers that want good quality, respectable outfits. Not always trendy. Not all trends are fashionable. The Columbus, Dayton, and Florence stores are just as bad. No real conservative, upscale clothing. Working in a corporate setting, this style will not be acceptable. We are not amused. Rethinking Macys.
Such nice things are at this store. Its been many years since I was at kenwood towne center and boy has it changed! Such a very nice mall and highly suggest that you see for yourself. The summer clothing colors are beautiful from pjs to swimwear. 5 stars and then some!!!
My best Macys at all times, everything that I look for is either available immediately or the customer service representative will make sure that I receive it from another store. The employees of this location are very helpful and professionals no matter how old/young they are. Huge variety of the products, the price and the deals are unbeatable. This branch also have a Starbucks on the first floor, on your right when leaving the elevator.
I like the store its well stocked and clean BUT I had an awful customer experience with one of the aging female associates in the mens department. Management needs to tell her to keep her opinions to herself especially regarding coronavirus as she is not in the medical field and not to assume blk are broke and need to be questioned regarding their purchases.
Not enough associates to help the customers. I wanted to purchase Jimmy Choo perfume but couldnt get no one to help, because they were helping others. Went into the women shoes department the exact same thing happened. I finally was able to get help in the men cologne department from an elderly lady the was very helpful.
I brought a 5 carat diamond bracelet. I wore my bracelet for 1 week and notice the clasp was loose. I brought the warranty so I took the bracelet to Macys and was informed that it would go to be repaired. Well the bracelet has been in the repair shop longer than I owned it. I could have taken it to a repair shop on my own if I knew it would take over 2 months and counting for a repair.
It took a very long time to get assistance and the cashier that was working there at the time just walked by me and didnt asked if needed help i walked over to finish line on the inside of Macys there and only came back to the mens shoe dept for Macys because they didnt sell boots that i needed. Thankfully someone else came along and helped me eventually. I wouldve went elsewhere but i didnt have cash on had and had to use a Macys charge its time to step the game up on the customer end a good name is nothing without quality employees
Visited the mens department to find a brightly colored dress shirt for my sons band performance. Was helped by a man and a woman both were incredibly kind. My 14 yr old son was very impressed that the man just looked at him and knew his size. All he did was measure his neck. The woman helped him find the perfect tie. He was the best looking young man at the show! Afterward the show my son wanted to find a way to give a survey on both employees because they made him feel good. They seemed just as enthusiastic about his new outfit as he was, if not more so. What a wonderful experience!
Horrible today they had a power outage but they had a lot of customers with Prepaid orders and they need to learn how to assist a customer manually for prepaid orders I understand their cash registers werent working however when you have a prepay order youve already given that information through online and they should be able to take your information and when the systems come back up put that information in the system and account for that item
One of the biggest a d best MA ys I have ever been in and the employees r so friendly a d I am amazed of how much merchandise they have and sales on everything and we live Noth of dayton so I wod recommend this store to every body passing thru the kenwood mall and make sure u stop at macys u wont regret it
This was an AWESOME experience. The two ladies that worked in the free people department made my day. I was not expecting to spend any money at Macys at all. I got a Tommy sweater and when I was checking out the lady mention to me about the free people clothing line had just did some mark downs and it was some great deals. Sure enough their were. Brought more than I expected to but the 2 ladies were so nice, I couldnt help it! I only regret I did not get their names. Great Experience....Customer Service #1
Good deals today.My suggestion is this: you can get really good deals with new card and delayed shipping and all. But youll come to know only when you go for billing so buy whatever you want to buy and then go to the billing counter and you will really be surprised what the lady might have on Offer. we had fun and we will continue to shop there.
This used to be the place to go for clothes and gifts. Today, I needed a white dress shirt. Nothing in stock, no one helped. When I finally got a shirt that wasnt the size I needed but was ok, only one person to check me out.Its easier to buy online and Macy online is not stock correct for local stores.
Narvada waited on me today and was an excellent representative of Clinique. She listened to what I was looking for and provided suggestions without using a hard sell method. When she realized she was out of her best recommendation, she gave me a sample of plan b for me to try at home before investing in something that might not be the best for my needs. She also made sure she took my info so she could reach out and gave me the pre-sale info. She was great!
Has good variety. We have been shopping at Macys for years. They are little pricey than other stores but have good quality stuff. They have made change how their coupons work, since then coupon doesnt work pretty much on anything. For everything you pick coupon might work only on 1 or 2 items.
They have really great deals and carry a variety of different sizes and styles. I had to do a return and the lady apologized for my wait even though it had not been that long and was very fast and polite. Im hoping they have some good black Friday deals as this would be a great place to shop for Christmas gifts
Every time I order from Macy’s online the website tells that it will be here on this date and it never makes it on that date. It has happen the last three times. When you call in to customer support they tell you it will be on time but it’s not. I would not use Macy online ever again
Bad online service. I bought a voucher as a birthday present. It got confirmed first. A few hours later it was cancelled without any reason. It should have been a birthday present and was very complicated to organize something completely new for a whole group of people. Wouldnt do online vouchers at Macys anymore, I never had any problems like this with other shops.
I have loved Macys for a long time! I use to get great deals at the stores or online. My last few visits to a store have been disappointing. They have lovely things, but it seems their prices have shot up & the deals are a little more difficult to find. The staff today was a little unfriendly too. The items I was looking for today were much, much more at Macys than a few other stores.
I have to give them credit; in these days of retail pressures and Covid lunacy, they have keep this location organized, clean, and at least looking like they care. The challenges of running a huge store like this must be enormous, but they should get credit for trying to keep this place feeling like retail of old.
Wife had no problem getting help with shoes. Very friendly. However, earlier I was looking at suits for 45 minutes and never received any customer service. I was ready to buy and had gift cards but no one seemed to want my patronage. I refused to buy from them after that point.
This Macys used to be very nice, helpful employees, but it is slowly deteriorating. The customer service isnt what it used to be or should be for a large department store, such as Macys. I can only speak for today for the Cosmetics department and ladies clothing. I understand Last Act is, exactly that, last stop for purchases before they get rid of the clothes but, if theyre going to have that department, they could tidy it up somewhat or just charge less in the beginning, then they wouldnt have to mark them down so much😊 ...there were more clothes in Last Act in the ladies than there were in almost the entire ladies department. Im being nice by giving four stars, but I understand it was a busy Saturday and it could have been worse.
Overall a pretty good place to shop however, the dressing rooms in the girls junior section are absolutely disgusting. We went to go try on dresses and there was gum stuck to the walls as well as dead insects! I told the lady who worked there and she kinda just shrugged it off and ignored me. Definitely not coming back.
One of the better Macys stores. Decent sales but if you go up to the one in the Dayton mall, you may be able to get better deals. I dont like the fact that the counters are always empty and its hard to check out - takes forever. Some of the customer reps might appear snooty but others are very nice and helpful.The store is also massive and I cant remember where I am.
Macys was absolutely amazing experience todayRecently had an extensive surgeryToday was my first time out on my own after 3 weeksFriends and Family sale Carol from the Christian Dior counter noticed I was having a difficult time carrying my purchase and balancing my cane at the same time. And offered to assist me with my bags. I told her I was going to drop them off at my car because I still wanted to buy some perfume. She still continued to walk with me to my car. I was so grateful to her but her goodness didnt stop there she asked me what perfume I wanted and brought it to me closest door to my car and had the cashier ring it up for me there. Went the Saturday before Christmas, actually had very good assistance in the mens department from Dan. It was not as chaotic as I expected and was well decorated. In general I find the stores to be overwhelming and am frustrated by the every day is the biggest sale of the year mentality but today was a good experience 👍
Sales guy? Just a sales a guy who cares about nothing but the sale. My salesperson was Terry. You could tell that he did not care about anything but the sale from the time of purchase to the mandatory phone call where I brought up a concern about the cushions on the couch and he bypassed the concern and continued with the thanks for the purchase.Hes an older man so you would think he would understand the importance of real customer service. I would rather pay more and have great customer service than have something cheaper. Unfortunately my furniture was a tad bit expensive and the customer service mediocre at best. I would not of bought the couch if I had not of loved it and it was the last day for the sale.
Best Macys in the Cincinnati area. Lots of brands and plenty of selection in every department. The makeup section is something to rival Sephora and really friendly and helpful staff. More likely to get a sale price here, as well. Clean and well-maintained. There is an elevator in the center of the store which is helpful when switching floors in the mall since the next closest elevator is not close. Parking lot and garage outside.
I havent been to a mall or Macys in a few years. I know Im quite different. is looking for something specific and went to the Kenwood Mall. Ive got to say I love that mall. Macys was pretty much like I remembered maybe a little more upscale or maybe thats just the difference in mall locations. I love that theyre doing more discounts on a regular basis. The towels I got from Macys oh, probably over 15 years ago still look good as new, so when I need new towels thats where Im going. I also buy my sheets there.
Please, please lighten up on the hard sell of Macy’s credit cards every single time I try to have a transaction. I wince every time I check out because I know that I’ll have to spend five minutes politely declining each effort to get me to “just sign up.”Is customer satisfaction really worth losing over shilling your credit card?
First the dressing rooms are open, then they are closed.???? Two checkouts open on second floor with 15 plus people in line at each checkout and only one cashier at each checkout!!!! Horrible for customer service. If you. are going to open your store then staff them appropriately !!!!
Did not find much variety or unique styles in womens clothing or the shoes section. Lots of clothing in the discount area, but nothing that was of great interest. Styles seem dated and unappealing. I was surprised at the mound of items in the house/bedding section that were piled to sell quickly. Too much to easily navigate there.
Macys like all their stores attempt utmost to keep their standards up to the mark. This particular Macy store is rich in variety and elegant in arrangement of commodity. I found the staffing particularly friendly amd cooperative. There is enough parking space and a straight entrance. However, the route to the store can be a little tricky as the main road is somewhat on a distance and the Macys building is not visible from there.
Macys is a very good store. What I like is that they are smart about male shoppers accompanying others. They have places to sit. Now if i could talk malls into having mall-wide shopping carts & registers mall-wide registers at exits, Id enjoy shopping again at malls. Better for the mall, too. Why make your shoppers leave because their arms are weighed down with bags? Why prevent impulse buying? They havent been smart at all.
Macys is one of my favorite places to shop. While shopping online is convenient there is nothing like a Hands-On touching and feeling and trying on clothes. I worry about the future a free-standing box stores. You must support the stores in order to keep them open! Id like to see in person what Im buying. I like that Personal Touch of a sales clerk there to assist me. Shop local!!!
Whenever I need to get in some retail therapy I head to Macys at the Kenwood Towne center. It just feels like a nicer high end store and it is still affordable. They have just about anything you would want or need and friendly helpful staff. If they dont have it for you them one of the many shops right outside their mall entrance will.
So I went to checkout at the register closet to the mall exit. I was purchasing 3 last act clothing items. I ended up checking out with a woman whos name I dont know. Her co-workers name was Elizabeth. So my boyfriend wanted to use the Macys rewards the bronze level. My boyfriend asked the employee of he could give her his phone number since we had just purchased a a clearance linen item and the woman at the returns area was able to type it in. The employee started talking about how she would need to look it by the drivers license and etc. But we just wanted to do a simple type in phone number. When I paid their was an option to type in the phone number but we didnt get to. She argued with my boyfriend saying you dont get points on last act. My boyfriend said he does. And the employee argued back saying that he didnt and that she would know because she works there. She also went on to say that you cant get rewards because the already marked down so low. My boyfriend after hearing the employees talk about how they dont how to do the rewards and how Elizabeth has tried in the past to do the rewards and it didnt work. He asked if the employee could call a supervisor. Elizabeth ended up calling on her phone and she said no one picked up. My boyfriend just gave up and I paid for my items. This whole interaction ruined my night because I feel like this was all misunderstanding. I tried looking the Macys bronze rewards page if last act items are excluded. If someone could contact me about I would really love to clarification on what counts towards the Macys bronze rewards points. Because we have mainly purchased last act and feel we have gotten rewards. So Im just trying to understand what is going on. I have been to other Macys and have never had a problem about having them type in the phone number or me doing it on terminal.
I had a very bad shopping experience in attempting to use retail me not coupon at the womens shoe counter. I was told they dont honor retail me not and Gwen one of the workers said she never heard of retail me not??Then she called security and asked them if they heard of retail me not and they had never heard of retail me not.I was using the same code all day getting 10.00 off every purchase over 25.00 Gwen in womens shoes ruined my shopping experience.I will probably not shop there again
I went into the Kenwood Macys today looking for an on sale, down, plus size coat. I was willing to look at anything. I have football tickets for Saturday and it looks like it is going to be really cold and I just dont have a coat suitable for sitting outside in the freezing temperatures. With my frustration mounting due to the lack of plus size coats in any style in the store, Tiffany went above and beyond in her efforts to help me. She looked in a stockroom where she thought there might me a coat. She even offered to go downtown to pick the coat up for me from that store. We finally settled on having the coat sent to me. Tiffany is a wonderful example of what customer service should be. She was pleasant and helpful and never once made me feel that I was asking too much. So many times people are quick to complain but seldom take the time to praise. I would like Tiffany to be recognized for her exemplary customer service. Thank you, Tiffany!!!
If theres anything you cant replace with todays technology its going through a department store and looking at the merchandise right then and there the store is nostalgic for those remembering going to the mall and glad to say that still open they also have a Starbucks there.
I was in Macys today wearing my gym clothes and was standing in line in housewares all ready to purchase several hundred dollars in cookware. Then, a middle aged man, wearing a suit, asked for help in luggage. He wasnt in line, but after the clerk was finished with the transaction of the people in front of me, she left me hanging to go help this man. Turns out, he was just looking for a price on an item. Once the clerk arrived, I let her ring up the items, totaling over $800, and then told her that looks arent everything and walked away. No more shopping at Macys for me.
Sometimes all an associate can do is recite policy. It doesnt mean that they are bad just that for whatever reason they cannot extend themselves beyond the rules. Thank God for managers Teresa and Katie and associate Josh for going above and beyond in Customer Service. It is because of their caring efforts I say I love Macys Kenwood!
(I originally sent this to the wrong Macy’s finish line. It was meant for the Kenwood location) I shopped at Macy’s Finish Line about a month ago to buy shoes for my son. I was looking for a particular pair of shoes to fit my sons orthotics and this was about the 5th place we had tried. I was already beyond frustrated and when I came to Finish Line there was a gentleman that was SUPER helpful and made the shopping experience must better! I wish so badly I knew his name. If someone would like to contact me from Macy’s I would love to tell you about my experience and maybe this gentleman could get some sort of recognition! I wish there were more people out there in the customer service world more like him. Thank you :)
Shopping for dresses has ALWAYS been a nightmare for me. But let.me.tell.you.. Cathy up in formal wear made my experience not only fun but wonderful in so many ways. She was present, kind, attentive, and so incredibly sweet. She made my and my mother in laws evening. The world needs more of her in it. Thank you Cathy, for everything.
Great staff. Extremely helpful with no fuss. The 3 stars are for him.Macys the company gets no stars, however, as the item I wanted was actually only available online and it turns out I am unable to make any Macys purchases online as I am only in the Sates for 6 months and they do not accept payment from either a Paypal account outside the US or a card with a billing address outside the US. WAKE UP MACYS ITS THE 21st CENTURY! I will obviously be shopping anywhere else forever after.
Macys is a fine department store with enough locations to make it fairly convenient to shop no matter where you live in Cincinnati. The have a great selection in almost every department, and always seem to have a large sale going on. The clothing is higher end and fashionable, the jewelry section has many options and price points. The service is always outstanding. The only issue I have with Macys is their online star program. You have to buy select merchandise on select days to earn points. If you buy something like a ring like I did and spend a decent amount of money and dont get and rewards points, it feels kind of pointless to partake in their rewards system.
I went it to check out a Clinique lipstick I saw in an ad. There were no Clinique reps working today. Gwynn came over to see if she could help me. Gwynn is a Lancome rep. Together we found a better color at Lancome and a few other things. Gwynn was helpful and answered all my questions without pressuring me at all. I will definitely be back because of her. The store was spotless.
Staff is good- really nice people. However, the music selection is the worst of pop played so loud that I will likely not shop here again. Even the sales staff are unhappy with it. Very unpleasant shopping here. Just wanted to get out of the place and head to Nordstrom.
Macys is still the hidden gem that i dont know if enough people still visit. I went to buy my new hard case carry on and loved their selection. Yes i went to TJMaxx, Marshalls, and more but the variety wasnt the same and i got a better quality case that will last multiple trips here. Also Macys has INC, my favorite brand to look business professional, feel confident, a little sexy and boost me up for that interview, big meeting or my every day. Maybe its how i grew up but the big department stores have a lot to offer, i think people can forget that until they go.
Never by expensive Jewelery from Macys or this store. I bought a $3,000 diamond ring for my wife. The piece was defective the white gold turned yellow in just few months. The staff in jewelery are very non cooperative. The jewelery manager was suposed to call us when we left our jewelery and she never called . We went to store and staff in jewelery said manager was very busy today. I went to store there was no customer and manager went on dinner break at 5 and it was 6:30 she is still on break. I can see how busy she is. They are just bunch of liars.NEVER BUY EXPENSIVE JEWELERY from Macys Period.
The lady at the counter pushed me into getting a credit card that I didnt want. I asked her multiple times if its a credit card that Im signing up for, and she kept telling me No, its a store card.Now i have an unnecessary card for an overpriced store, and my credit score is down by 20 because of this, and I cant cancel it now without damaging my score further. I get that being a salesman requires you to twist your words, but this is straight up dishonesty.

2022-04-05This is a really nice Macy’s location! The store is always well kept and clean. They even have a Starbucks inside. Sometimes on the weekend they have a live DJ! This is a great place to shop for everything from special dresses to glassware.

2022-06-14Macys seemed to have a wide variety of clothes. The prices are decent when the item you want is on sale, but may be too much if paying retail. I purchased a watch for my wife and the price was reasonable. If you enjoy shopping in store, this place could be just the spot for you.

2022-07-09Macys had everything and everything. Their clothes of course is a very nice selection but the prices were quite high and the store layout could use with some signs. Staff were very nice, and if you want to get a gift for someone, you will always find something classy at Macys.

2022-04-12I was at the jewelry counter and it was fully staffed. There were 3 ladies working and I didnt have a long wait to check out. For me, It was a very pleasant experience and the ladies were eager to help.

2022-03-26I walked to where the Petite Department used to be and its GONE! I now need to find a new store to open an account at so I can shop for clothes. Ive been a Macys customer, including whatever stores they used to be, since I was about 18. They have alienated all women 53 and under. Not a smart move, Macys.

2022-03-04They were having a PJ sale. I went looking for undies, but left with 6 nights worth of comfy jammies. The store was clean, couldve been a little more well organized in the clearance dept (like at least sorted by size.) My endeavor wouldve been quicker.

2022-05-22Horribly experience!!! The people there are extremely RUDE!!! I tried to use my rewards and the lady wouldn’t let me use them she just assumed they were coupons and refused to even look at them! I would never even wast my time stopping in there again the experience was so bad!
