Lynd Farms was a wonderful experience for the kids. I signed up for the tour, the kiosk to sign up is behind the snack canteen. They drove us to a farther location where the kids got to see how apples are sorted, the history of the farm, the life cycle of the apple tree. Lastly we picked apples from dwarf trees. The kids learned a lot and enjoyed it.For lunch we bought hotdogs from the canteen, they were a little burnt and the fries greasy. Popcorn was yummy. We went to the farmer market where we bought honey, plums, and eggplant.Great outing, totally recommend!
Lund Fruit Farm is a great place to take the family around the end of summer and in the fall. Their apple orchards have the best apples and a wide variety to choose from. Once you’re done picking your apples the kids can play in the play area, or go for a scavenger hunts in the corn maze! Before you go home be sure to check out the market, they sell fresh fruits and vegetables. As well as jams, salsas, pies, pumpkins of all sizes, and some of the most beautiful mums! Definitely put this place on your check list of places to go this fall.
The apple picking is always fun for us. It’s a huge farm with so many apple varieties. There is a kid’s play area with corn maze. In Farm Marketplace, they sell fresh fruits and vegetables. Such a fun place to go!At times it’s very crowded, especially in the falls. But you can park your vehicle right at the trees you want to apple pick. It’s always a good idea to visit their web page before going there.
Fun family day picking apples. We were unsure the kids would enjoy filling a bag with apples but surprisingly the kids loved it. An hour or so without phones and tablets, just helping each other pick the best apples to place in the bag. We got to eat as many as we wanted for free too.
Great day for apple picking! Fuji are my favorite for the crunch and the sweet/sour taste. So fun to eat them fresh off the tree as you pick them. Dont be shy, the organizers even encourage that.At first I thought $25 for the big bag was pricy... since we are even picking them, but when I got home to see how many apples we stuffed in one bag, I was very satisfied. I think is is about 3 pecks, which would be about $45 in their store. But all that aside, the fun is in the picking with your wife and kids... finding the perfect ones that catch your eye and you cant live without! Jumping, stretching, and teamwork to get your hands on those pristine ones seemingly just out of reach. We also enjoyed the corn maze and bounce house race and corn hole across the road. Such a great place for young kids, as well as my teenagers. The maze is $11/person which gets you access to some other things too. In the maze there are 6 hidden objects to find, so it is more interesting than getting lost in the corn. They give you a map. They serve hot food for when you get hungry. Quality grilled burgers, brauts, and hot dogs and snacks and desserts. Campfires at night, with rings of seats.
Great place to pick apples. They have it down to a science, so there is limited wait time and plenty of space. Weekday picking is better than weekends in terms of crowd. Market has good stuff, but can be very crowded. Lots of other things to do - pumpkin patch, corn maze, kettle corn, play area, and apple cannons. Pet friendly in orchard. Accept credit cards. Sign-up for newsletter for apple picking schedules and what is available in the market.
We came to Lynd today for an event. Great fun for all ages. The corn maze (which I call a maize maze) was pretty impressive, complete with a map, several different color-coded sections, and prizes. Nice play area for the younger kids. Apples, pumpkins, gourds, and plenty of Autumn fun!
Spent some amazing time with friends and family. Never thought it would be so much fun to pick up apples here. My kid enjoyed this activity so much. $15 for small bag and $25 big bag except Goldencrips and everscrips type apple, they were $25 small bag and $35 big bag. Not only apples there are pumpkin, different berries to pick from ofcourse its seasonal activity so goto there website for up to date information. Highly recommended place to visit with family and friends.
Great farm, My family always likes the apples from the farm much better than from a grocery store. I love that they have curbside pickup for those not comfortable with walking in. Their curbside pickup is so personal you call and a person shops while you tell them what you want.....great job Lynd Fruit Farm!!!
We started coming here as kids. Still brings out the kid in all of us. Great selection of apples, pumpkins, gourds and fry pies. Make sure to leave time for the corn maze and dont forget to try the apple cider slushes.Weekends are pretty crowded so if you want more selection and fewer companions in the fields go during the week.
This farm and fresh market is a must visit location in central Ohio.Although fall is the time we go as family for apple picking; the store is open throughout the summer and a go to place for organic farm fresh produce all summer. If you are looking for Gluten Free pasta this market is a must.
We love Lynd Fruit Farm! It is a lot of fun to pick apples or pumpkins or just to visit and see what goodies they have in the market! They have hamburgers and hotdogs which are delicious although a little pricey when you have 8 mouths you are feeding lol! We also love their apple cider or pumpkin doughnuts they make in the sweet shop!
We have been coming to Lynds since before we were engaged. Now that we have children, we decided to make it a family tradition. Prices are reasonable and we always have a great time. there is always plenty to pick from and always a wonderful variety!Edit: returned again as a family of four. Clean rows, friendly staff good yield every time!
Busy place today, partially because its apple picking time and the day is beautiful. Well, that and all the pumpkins, gourds and fresh fruit and veggies they offer. Then theres a wide range of ready to eat food stuffs too. We really like this place because of the selections of so many tasty things. Staff stays busy keeping everything stocked and register lines moving.
A great place to come and picnic and enjoy family time while you pick your apples! Not sure if they are the cheapest apples you could find, but you can eat them while youre there! And some of the apples are HUGE. They have many varieties as well as other fun attractions for kids and such.
My sons school(woodcrest elementary) had an apple tour today. The kids had a really great time. Our tour guide Mrs. pat was very nice and friendly. The kids loved her. My son was sad it was time to go. We will definitely be back to pick apples as a family and get some pumpkins!!!
Want the experience of a great fall harvest day? Then go to Lynds fruit farm. Pick your own apples or already bagged apples, beautiful mums. and pumpkins and gourds. Cider and other goodies are available too, along with kettle corn, donuts, nuts hot dogs etc. Celebrate the best fall has to give here. Great prices and great family fun.
This farm visit was an excellent experience. There were plenty of delicious apples to pick your own. The farm store and food vendor area was well run. There was a band playing and a few other types of entertainment. They have two options for Apple picking. They offer a $20 or $30 bag to fill as you pick your own apples.
We spent a lovely Saturday afternoon searching these beautiful fields. There were so many goodies to choose from. The market area has a great amount of fall themed treats to pick through. UNDERRATED BARREL FULL OF 25 CENT GOURDS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE MARKET. Get yourself a handful!
You have to pay attention when you get there for signs showing you where to drive for picking, but its a pretty good layout. Fun for groups (you pay for each bag of apples) and their main center has lots of delicious food and drinks! Definitely a place you should visit at least once for apple picking.
Great place to visit. Rustic setting. The produce is amazing. The peaches are sweet and juicy you.Excellent selections of jams and jellies, salsa as well as unique Ohio specials such as candies and souvenirs. The fall events are a lot of fun as is the corn maze. The selection of apples is amazing in season.
The property is beautiful and the market is so great, but it’s way too crowded! It’s not really worth going on the weekends when you have to elbow your way through the crowd and wait in a car line to go apple picking. But the apples are delicious and everything in the market is amazing! The staff are all very friendly. The pricing is on the higher side but the quality is worth it!
My family loves LYND fruit farm. We go every year to pick our own pumpkins in their large pumpkin patch. This year they told us we can not pick our own pumpkin, only what is available at the market. At check out the employee told the car behind us (my husband) we can not be doing that, next year they will charge $15 just for entry even if we do don’t purchase anything.
A must-visit for Columbus in the fall! One quick warning: it WILL be crowded for the U-pick season, and the parking lot in front of the market can be a bit frustrating because of the sheer number of cars. But its worth it! Everything in the market--from fresh produce to baked goods--is excellent, and the picking is fun no matter how old you are. I always enjoy munching on two or three different varieties of apple as I wander the picking fields.
We have been to Lynds before. They are probably one of the best orchards Ive been to for picking and products made from fruit. Im assuming people in the area know as well since they were insanely busy. We still managed to get out fairly quick. We were there around 12:00 or after and when we left cars were lined up to the intersection. You could pick your own on Sunday but their bagged apples are as good as the ones you pick yourself.
On this trip we went apple picking. Even though the trees were tiny and I was not expecting a lot from them, the apples were amazing (evercrisp). We normally do their pumpkin patch but my kids didnt want to this year. Love the service and the options they had at their main little store.
We really enjoy going to lynds each year. Many different varieties of apples each fall season as well as many other Amish made and fresh farmers market type produce as well. Many specialty items like jams and jellies that you cant find in other places. It can get really crowded during the you pick season.
My friend made a salad and threw in some cheese. I just HAD to know where it was from! He took me today to get a couple blocks of their Farmers Cheese - a mustttt try! So thick, smooth and creamy. Best Ive had in a while. I ended up getting their Apple Sage hand cream as well. Smelled delightful and I was glad to be welcomed by Christmas music!Oh...and the price point is very fair.
My visit here offered way more than expected. From the variety of items in the store to the separate food and dessert stands to the fun activities and U-pick opportunities....lots to do and see. And spend your money on...in a fun way. When the weather is nice I bring my out of town guest here - they love it!
Very friendly cast of workers. Apples were fun to pick. Kids loved it. Though upon driving out of the apple tree area this year to pay for the apples there was no safe exit. The exit had gaping holes that forced cars to try and avoid tearing up their cars pulling out a steep mud bank onto a narrow laned busy road. I had the misfortune of hitting that hole trying to pull out with heavy oncoming traffic. Bottoming out the vehicle rubbing it across the pavement, effectively damaging the car. Also, checking my trunk to see if we had stolen any apples felt uncomfortable. I dont remember that happening anyother year. Granted it was done to everyone, but not expected. Overall it was about the kids picking apples and pumpkins. For that I give it a happy ending..
I was recently at Lynd Fruit Farm and purchased 6 caramel cob soft caramel popcorn as a nice treat for my family. To my dismay, they all expired 1/12/20. So beware of packaged items. Check for dates, since they arent.Refunds are not given. What poor customer service.I did ask for a reund. Emailed picture of one of the uneaten to Andy. I posted a picture. It is in your picture option. And it clearly states it expired 1/12/20.
The apple picking experience is fun for sure. There are beautiful vistas. The store is cool. I cant put my finger on it exactly but I sometimes get this sense that theyre annoyed that Im there. I should note I havent had an experience that would keep me from returning.
Awesome place, plenty of apples of all flavors and colors. The price of the bags appear excessive until you see just how many of your favorite apples you can fit in your bag. Theres no hit or miss with the apples you select as you can taste them and know immediately if its what youve been looking for. You can also taste varieties that arent at stores. 10/10 we will be back.
I came here with friends at the beginning of apple season. They have so much to offer! The market had so many goodies, there was a great selection of pumpkins and gourds, and the apple cider donuts are AMAZING!! I locked my keys in my car and their staff helped me get my car unlocked free of charge! I am still so grateful for that. We will definitely be back!
We visited the Market only. It always has a nice assortment of produce, baked goods and unique gifts. Price points are a bit high; but its VERY fresh and supports local small farms and businesses so we do not mind. In the fall you can pick your own apples and the have a corn maze and childrens activities like a hay ride and bouncy maze. Its a nice way to spend the afternoon. Their apple prices are very competitive with your big box stores and you can buy fresh cider.
WARNING: at the end of apple picking, they basically force you to open your trunk. The guy said we have to open it, because people try to steal apples. Then, went around to the back of the car and popped our trunk before we could say anything. Did not warn us of this at the entrance, and this is not something we consented to. Felt illegal and wrong. They should have someone out there monitoring the apple fields, rather than subjecting customers to a search without consent. And for what its worth, their trees are overcrowded and apples are not good. They should not worry about people stealing them.
Loved it! They have added lotions and other beautiful merchandise for surprisingly reasonable prices. A lot of the stuff was from local small businesses so its a win win. I was able to purchase a large, gorgeous plant from a local grower for $10. I had paid $15 for a far less attractive version of the same plant elsewhere. I never would have thought to shop there for plants, but I will now. As always, their produce is great and fairly priced.
Bought an Apple pie from Lynds Fruit Farm!(Actually it came from Stevens Bakery in Springfield, Ohio)Unfortunately, it was anything but an Apple pie; They used some kind of thick paste or filling with a slight Apple taste; very unappealing and bland, left a pasty aftertaste in my mouth; couldn’t even eat a whole slice; the remainder went in the trash!Seems strange a supposedly real Apple farm would use another venue to sell pies. That’s the last pie of any kind I will but there!!! 👎🏼
Lynds is a great place to buy farm fresh produce, homemade jams, jellies, and pickles, specialty candy, snacks, and especially apples, for which theyre known. Recently theyve added baked goods, organic meats, and unique toiletry items. Their hours are limited in the winter and spring months, but they start having a full schedule around May 22 this year (2021). I recommend visiting for the quality items and friendly atmosphere.
We have going to Lynds for years with our family. From picking apples to picking pumpkins or their seasonal fun family/kid activities. Everyone there is great and their market has all kinds of good stuff in there. Its a must for you and your family if you havent been yet!
We come here every year. We enjoy looking around the market area. There is always great produce. The apple picking is fun. We enjoy just walking around the trees and seeing the apples. We tend avoid the popular weekends. Much more fun than to enjoy.the corn maze is fun when it is open. Great way to spend an afternoon!
Made our annual trip today for U-Pick apples! The market has tons of yummy treats and pretty decor, but seems to have less product this year. I assume its because of Covid and social distancing. We had a great trip, looking forward to going back to the market for more treats!
This farm is the ABSOLUTE BEST...bar none...in Ohio. I went here for 16 years every Fall picking apples, apple pears and the day lilies they used to have.In the market they have the best fresh produce around and their apple cider is the best Ive ever had. Their mums are huge with lots of blooms and I also got my big pumpkins and corn shocks here as well.I moved from Ohio almost 2 years ago and Lynds Farm is the place I miss the most. My annual Fall shopping trip will never be the same.If I ever get back to Ohio, it will be in the Fall to head straight to The Farm to pick honey crisp and pixie crisp apples and load my car up with their produce, mums, pumpkins and assorted other goodies. Dont miss The Farm...its great!
A great place to go and spend a day with friends and family. It’s beautiful there in the fall and they got fantastic apples you can pick right off the branch. You can eat as many as you like as well! If you don’t want to pick them off yourself you can go to the store and buy a big back of apples yourself along with many other delicious items. I can assure you they have all your cider and pumpkin needs as well. If you’re considering going here I highly suggest you take advantage of the opportunity.
We normally have a good time at Lynds and their other properties- berry farm, sunflower patch, etc. Unfortunately, we drove 45mins on Saturday AM because my girlfriend had purchased tickets for yoga in the sunflowers. We arrived and couldnt find anything; eventually found out that the event had been cancelled. However, we werent notified, and we still have not received a refund. Mistakes happen and I understand that sometimes events have to be cancelled, but some notice would have gone a very long way so that we could have made alternate plans.
My son was playing and having fun on the swing set as he went and pushed his cousin the swing set tipped over and knocked him down and hit him in the eye. It blacked his eye immediately. Not once did anyone of the helpers there check to make sure he was ok where is the compassion in humanity today. We got ice and let the people know what happened! No worker did anything it was kinda just like oh well sorry, and that was it! So just be aware of the swings and it could be worse for a smaller child! I’m just thankful he didn’t have a fracture or a concussion!
This was an awesome experience for everyone. It was a beautiful country atmosphere almost idyllic. Live music, bonfires, corn maze, wagon rides, and apple picking. Meanwhile, noone is up in your face making you feel guilty or in danger being out in the pandemic. It was honestly an amazing experience. It was nice to escape city life and feel transported into this simple but satisfying type of environment. The staff were all wearing masks and extremely polite, even friendly. We cannot wait to go back. The apples were the best Ive tasted in years!
Family always has fun going there. Got our Christmas tree there this year. Men that helped were great, and bonus there was sales going on and I am in love with their apple sauce, jams, and apples. October is always a fun month there but it is a great spot for homemade goods. Applesauce brings back memories of making it at home with my mom as a kid.
I love coming here! Lynds is a great family place for kids and adults alike! There is a wide selection of specialty apples you can either buy from the store, or go out on the weekends and pick your own! The U Pick is well organized, and the apples are grown so that you can eat them right off the branch! Other produce is always fresh and crisp, I havent had any gross surprises when I open my bag after getting home. The market is clean and organized, with COVID guidelines being kept in mind. Staff wear masks, and ask shoppers to do the same. They offer sanitizer for the carts and your hands. The staff is always kind and helpful, Ive never had a rude or negative experience engaging with them. They are always bubbly and will share knowledge about the farm and recipes for the many different types of apples Lynds grows there. The only things I have issues with are how crowded it can get there, especially toward the end of the day and how fast things can sell out. Thankfully, most everyone is polite and wears masks so it is bearable, even if your cart is at a constant stop-and-go.Those things aside, the Lund Fruit Farm is a fantastic family friendly destination with tons of fun things to do, see, taste and enjoy! My family and I make sure to make the trip out every year, and it is well worth the wait! Its a great place to go and I highly recommend it!
Perfect for my 3 year old grandson. Mini corn maze, barrel train ride, play area, and tractor ride. They sanitizing the train ride every time, the play area frequently and there was hand sanitizer available. My only complaint is few patrons were wearing masks. All employees were.
Its almost super awesome, but Ill give it just a regular awesome because the place is a hectic mess on the weekends with lots of disorder and people everywhere. Also, spending 7 minutes entering and exiting the parking lot is a bit much. They should take advantage of all their acreage, and spread things out a bit. On the other hand, they have a great pumpkin and gourd selection, plus I do love their varieties of apple!
Fun for the whole family! We love Lynds and go multiple times a year. The apples ( and the rest of the food) are delicious. The staff is kind and there are some great photo opportunities. We look forward to our trips there and will continue to take friends and family with us.
Lynds is great. They have plenty of staff able to help, great selection, and theyve taken extra covid precautions and have sanitizer readily available. They were busy, but the checkout was quick and efficient. U-pick pumpkins has GREAT selection of really nice pumpkins at a good price. Highly recommend.
Fun place for apple picking! Great place to take kids. Try an apple to decide on whether or not to take any home. Its a plus to know the origin and freshness of the apples. Neat store to purchase lots of other things including apples, if you are not inclined to go pick them. Many of the products are local. So worth the drive! Bring spending money as there are just too many cool things to pass up.
A local fun place to shop, especially for local fresh fruits and non grocery store specialty items. Traffic get heavy during fresh apple season. They also offer pick your own pumpkin. Check with them for other fun country store events. This is an amazing farmers market
This is a family fun opportunity.also great for dates. You can pick your own apples or buy them in the store. The store is pretty amazing with a wide selection of apple products that include pies, jams jelly and breads. The food concession is outdoors and while a little pricey it was all very good
We’ve been coming here every year since I was a kid and we’ve continued it with my son. It’s one of our favorite family traditions! The apple picking is the best. And make sure to stop at the market when you’re done! The pumpkin bread with buttercream frosting is a must!!
Really liked this place. However, prices are way too high. I understand the fruit is fresh, but, when you charge $2.25 for a small sugar cookie, Im out. That is just one example of the high prices. Six dollars for a lemonade? Six dollars for a funnel cake? I think the family has realized it is a novelty and is taking advantage of people. I wanted to tip the food workers but didnt have any cash left due to the high priced food. I will not drive 45 minutes AND pay higher prices. Also, took 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. One way in, one way out. They need to make adjustments to account for the number of people.
I just moved to Columbus and my sister introduced me to this fruit farm. This place is so amazing... Evercript apple is my favorite and everything else so great. A little disappointed that I didn’t get a chance to pick my favorite apples because they sold out...after long hour waiting in line in the car to get in,,. but I got a big bag from the market. I sure will come back for my favorite apples and other fruits. Love it.
My wife and I went to Lynds with another couple to pick apples and visit the market they have. Its always a fun family event to go and pick apples. Even though Lynds was busy to the point of being overwhelmed at their market, it was quick in-and-out.The food and local goods they sell there are top quality and the corn maze, is always fun. They do a unique theme every year.My only gripe is the staff seemed annoyed when we would ask questions about directions to different types of apples or help at the market on three separate occasions. This is a trend year after year.Other than a poor customer services experience, It still holds pretty high on the list of apple picking / pumpkin picking experiences for the family in Central Ohio. Make it a fun time!
Fruit is good, but expensive if you pick it ($25 a half bushel). The cider is excellent. Did not care for the donuts. Tried some fritters last year, were raw inside, pitched them. This year I tried the Apple donuts; too sweet for my taste, probably better if they were not Stone cold. The fries are great and celiac safe, yeah....
Great family experience but very busy. The lines aren’t too long but they also move fairly quickly. Traffic is very slow but consistent so you most likely won’t miss it. The prices are those of a sporting venue. Hiked up because of the fall occasion but manageable if you allocate a specific amount. I’d definitely say go. Well worth it. Dates, family trip, or just a group of friends. I’ve seen everyone single one of these groups attend and have a great time. Going on my four year going.
Picking is always fun and theres lots of variety. The farm market is great but somewhat pricey for what you get. The variety is OK but would like to see more of a selection of snacks and edible goods. Their selection of cooking ingredients is great, but again a bit steep in price.
Fresh apples, cider, produce, baked Amish fry pies, eggs and cheeses. Lynds private label jellies and jams too! Plus fresh squash all varieties and pumpkins!! Not mention decorations like dried corn and gourds! And thats just the store!! There is also u pick apples and a maze! The staff is friendly and there are cute photo areas. Dont forget to get a cider slushy when you checkout!
Come here every year with my family to pick apples and sometimes pumpkins. Always so pleasant and the apples are wonderful and at a decent price. Inside the market prices are kinda crazy, but it is all homemade/handpicked or the like. Youre paying for convenience for sure.
Best place by far to pick apples in central Ohio. The farm sells tons of local produce and goods like bread from Lucky Cat Bakery. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Just be sure to go early on the Honeycrisp weekend because they sell out so fast. And dont forget to buy some apple fritters on the way out.
Apple picking!!! Great activity for families, couples and friends. Gorgeous orchards full of a large variety of apples, and you are allowed to eat apples while you pick them. They also have pumpkins, berries, a corn maze and a well stocked farmers market of vegetables and various goods. Best cider in central Ohio! Lots of gift ideas.
Been coming here many, many years. I LOVE everything about this market, from the locally picked produce, to the staff. The best there is in my opinion. Apple picking is just another diamond in the crown. Starting in August through November. Picking apples is a great way to start the day. And boy are the apples ever good. Honey crisp to Gold rush. Look forward to picking EVERY year. Its my all time favorite place to go.
We visited for the annual Peach Fest, and had a wonderful time! This was an excellent family-oriented event, with plenty of activities for the kids. The selection of fresh fruit, produce and baked goods was exceptional, and the facility was well-kept and well-organized. Well definitely be back!
Nice friendly people there great band awesome fruit can goods excetera all produce fresh very nice atmosphere and are very nice place recommended to go there every everything is grown right around the place so its all fresh even the honey is made there and theyre jamming everything Wonderful place to shop
I always enjoy going to Lynds fruit farm, however today I was disappointed to see a manager or owner at the register not wearing a mask. Everyone else was, however I guess she didnt feel the need to protect herself or her customers. I thought the company/family was better than that.
I went here with my wife and kids for the pumpkin picking and entered the orchard. I drove in and found out that they were not doing pumpkin picking this year; even though the website said they did. Staff said the only available ones were at the market. So we said alright awesome let’s go. As we made our way through the orchard to get out. We were met by the check out staff, we told them we were heading to the market since they didn’t have pumpkin picking just apples this year. The man said that next time there will be a $15 charge just to Enter than he started looking inside my car under every nook and cranny as if we had stolen some. It was rude. After he finished his investigation and found nothing he said tell your family that it’s going to be $15 next time just to enter the orchard.
Some of the best fruit & produce youll ever taste! All their baked goods (fruit fry pies) are prepared and baked daily. They have different kinds types, flavors and, degrees of salsa, honey, jams and jellies to. The list is endless! Ive never bought anything I didnt love. They also offer products by, Brother Veterans, a non-profit that makes Andys Apple Crisp Mix which is superb! Oh and their sweetcorn....
This place is so cool to go to the maze. We love going there in the fall, but weve heard they are good to go to during other seasons as well. We will try it in the summer for sure. The store has so many yummy healthy treats. I spent way more in the store than I should have.
This place is absolutely amazing! We had our 3 year old’s birthday party here yesterday. The kids and the adults all had a great time. While the kids couldn’t get enough of the bounce houses, climbing wall, playground, barrel ride and more, the adults had an amazing time on the wagon ride to the apple orchards. The firepit and smores brought the entire group together.Amy and all other staff were sweet and accommodated all our big and small requests. It was perfect!Highly recommended for personal and corporate events, or just a visit alike.
I absolutely love Lynds! Ive been going for years. Their market is always fun to walk around in. I always go for apple picking and they have one of the best U-Pick experiences. The apples are always delicious and they help you decide what apples are best for cooking, baking, eating, etc. Lynds also carries many local products that are amazing.
Love picking apples at this farm. Schedules for apple picking dates are listed on their website. Have gone a few times and had slim-pickings but havent been too disappointed. Kids love eating a few apples while they pick. Wear comfy shoes, can involve a decent amount of walking. Pets seem to be permitted, just bring stuff to clean up after them.
Went to their warehouse sale which occurs once a month during their off season. Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They would give you a sample of any apples or cider that they were selling that day. Prices were their usual, a smidge too high but quality costs.

2021-10-23Such a wonderful experience! You’re allowed to eat the apples as you go along, which makes for an extra fun and tasty adventure. They have several varieties of apples but only certain apples can be picked at one time. You definitely get your moneys worth of apples in the bags they give you. They have a $20 bag and a $30 bag which is about twice the size. I would recommend the larger bag, especially if you go with multiple people. The apples are so rich and sweet and deliciously crispy. The farm is gorgeous as well. Hundreds and hundreds of trees. They also have a pumpkin patch that you can go to as well! This is definitely a great spot for a family trip or to take a special someone on a fun date. Thanks for the fun trip! Will be coming back.

2021-09-18Well organized and great selection of apples. Can get very busy on peak weekends. The market is just okay but there are deals to be had. The apples are expensive considering we are picking them so I dock them a star for that. There are better options if you are actually looking for bulk apples. Overall it was fun for the family once a year.

2021-09-11Down on the farm fun picking apples from their beautiful orchards today! Lots of families also enjoying a picnic amongst the trees. Worth the drive and the price is for a whole bag plus any you want to eat while youre out there picking and enjoying the fall weather.

2021-09-19Amazing fun. Family friendly. And the staff are wonderful. They helped us all the way, and made us feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the farm. The corn maze was awesome. You have to try it!!

2022-03-13I am in love with their apples. Even the apples that they held in storage for the winter are incredible in both flavor and texture. I go there on the few days that they are open each month over the winter. Warm weather has a wide selection of products.

2022-05-10We had fun. Stay isnt the most helpful and prices are high but its always fun to go. They had a new place called monarch meadow doing honey and lettuce and things that was really nice. 2021-11-26Where do I begin, Lynd, Lynd, Lynd... a customer since childhood, 1960. Halloween was made special with Lynds cider and our own caramel apples. Hand picked from Lynds Orchards, large baskets of every variey apples lined a basement room and kept us happily fed and desserted all winter.- Still, I recall the lovely aroma of that old coal bin. God bless the Lynds and God bless my Mother.
