Darren arrived on time (five minutes early) and did an excellent job of communicating with me prior to the appointment. Upon arrival he gave me a detailed run-down of the work to be done and an approximate completion time. I let the man work his magic and about two hours later Jolene (my truck) looked like she was from 2016 again. Money well spent and hes free with advice if you have questions on things youd like to do yourself as well. Theres a reason Luxe Automotive has so many five-star reviews. Mine is just the latest. Treat yourself and your vehicle!
Darren was an absolute dream. The exterior and interior of my car were a disaster, plus there was mold in the interior. Darren was responsive, up-front, professional, and convenient-- he came right to my house! I highly recommend his services. 10/10!
Darren was punctual, cordial and showed respect for my belongings. He gave an estimate of time. When he was done he had me look over the car - it looked like new. He Cleaned up after himself and said to call him I found something wrong. I will use him again. Thanks Darren for the shiny car!!!
Wow!!! Amazing job on my cars interior! Ive never had detailing done before and was starting to want a new car but love my current one except it was feeling really grungy. It was like driving in a new car again. I just cant get the results he did even when Ive shampooed and vaccumed. Pet hair was my biggest issue and he did an amazing job getting it out. Makes my short list of the best money I have ever spent and I highly recommend. Darren is a straight forward individual, normal guy and very comfortable to interact with which was a relief since I was turning my car over to him for a bit. I like that he comes to your location which is super convenient. Will definately use his services again!

Darren did a fantastic job. Our Ford Fusion was my partners work vehicle and it was in deplorable shape. Dust, dirt, clutter, everything Joe could drag home from the work site. The Ford Fusion has since been passed to me as Joe bought a new car and I just had to get it detailed. I did not want my baby in that gross car lol. Darren did a wonderful job and I am so happy with the results!

I needed my car detailed but done from my house. Darren was prompt in his response to my text message and able to schedule me in right away. So convenient to be able to get the car interior cleaned from my house!! He brought everything and set it up in the garage because it was raining outside. The car looks amazing, better than new. I have two kids l, so goldfishes and things everywhere and wish I would have taken before pictures so you could really see the difference! Don’t want to let my kids back in the car now that it’s so clean haha. Thanks so much for great service!
Excellent job! We accidentally left windows down on the car for over a week during thunderstorm season. Mold was everywhere in the car. Luxe Automotive came to the house and worked a miracle! No mold and it’s been several weeks since the car’s interior was detailed. Not to mention there is no trace that we have 3 little boys who make messes in the car! Thank you for saving our car!
Had a spill in the backseat that left a ring and an odor. Darren told me it wouldnt be a problem. Returned a couple hours later to find he was just finishing up. The end result was like having brand new interior. He actually cleaned the entire inside of our vehicle and the final cost was less than the original estimate. Darren did excellent work on my wife’s Lincoln MKC he was punctual and courteous. I don’t remember the car looking this clean when we bought it. The price was very reasonable. I plan on having Darren detail my car when it comes back from the shop.I highly recommend Luxe Automotive. I love the idea of mobile detailing especially with COVID making it difficult to wait somewhere or having to go to drop off a vehicle. Darren did all the work in my driveway. I have two kids at home and this made things so much easier.

Darren did an amazing job! I used Luxe services for a complete interior detail. Between two small children and a soda accident, I had some stains and a million crumbs caked into everything. I came to Darren At Luxe with a huge mess, a previous detailer from another company left holograms (Buff marks) all over my black Tahoe and then disappeared on me. Darren was able to identify the issue and take the most practical approach to solving it, the result was out of this world, he not only got the holograms out, he made the truck look like the day it was purchased! Some of the best customer service. I reached out to the company and got a response back within 10 minutes. They got me set up for an appointment the following week. They come to your house and just need access to an outlet and a water source. Darren did a phenomenal job!

Wife wanted a car detail for her birthday. With a busy schedule it was hard finding time to drop off and pick up her car. Miami Valley detailing handled that issue by coming right to the house. Professional, detailed, on time and on budget. For what you get, he isnt charging enough!

Outstanding service! I called Luxe because my car had an awful smell inside. I had no idea where it was coming from. He came to my house the same day. We had Luxe Automotive come out and detail two of our vehicles, a somewhat new Subaru and a 9 year old Jeep weve used to haul our pack of dogs. The customer service was above and beyond! He did an amazing job on my 13 year old van that 3 wild and messy boys spend a lot of time in! It somehow smells new which I didnt think was possible! 2022-07-05I scheduled an interior detail for my car for the very 1st time back in March. Darren was able to get me scheduled within 5 days which was great seeing as how I was told from a lot of places that this was a popular time for car detailing and a lot of places were already booked pretty full. My car is an 08 and I don’t think it has looked this good since it was purchased. I appreciated that Darren let me know there were some spots on the rubber mats he was unable to remove and let me know the steps he took to try to remove them such as steaming and deep cleaning them with degreaser. I did however knock off a star (would have just been 1/2 if that was an option!) because there was some nail polish (my doing:) in the center console that I thought would have been removed also. With 100% acetone nail polish remover I was able to remove majority of it.Overall, I was very pleased with the service Darren provided, how quickly he got me scheduled, and how my vehicle turned out. I would recommend his service and would return again in the future! Thank you!

2022-07-13Got a ceramic coating on my 2014 q50 and the car looks amazing. It’s shiny, no swirl marks, no scratches. If you guys need your car to be detailed, go with this establishment. Darren Is honest and wants to make sure he makes his customers happy. If I need anything done to my cars or if my friends need anything done, I will recommend this to them. 2022-07-20Luxe was fast, affordable, and thorough. They did a terrific job detailing the interior of my car which hadnt been detailed in six years. It looked brand new when they were done. Id definitely recommend them and hire them again!

I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who failed to detail my interior and Darren was able to get my car to have a new car smell. He responded quick when asked for a quote and was able to schedule me fairly quick! Decent price and good service. Definitely will use again
