It is a pleasure to visit a Practice that is so caring and professional. Dr. Luebbe not only takes the time to examine ones hearing, but also explains the results in laymans terms. Also, they seem up to date with the fast moving advances in technology. I have been a patient of Dr. Luebbes for many years and I heartily recommend Luebbe Hearing.

Luebbe Hearing Services is an excellent place to go for hearing problems and hearing aides. They are very patient and strive to make your hearing as good as it can be. My Audiologist is Dr. Kelly Rostorfer and I would highly recommend her for her expertise and patience.
Kristin was very nice and explained things to make me feel comfortable. I was at ease in a difficult situation to admit I needed hearing aids.

Absolutely amazing service. Went in thinking I needed ear wax removal, but after realizing that I did not they performed other tests to check if my problem was being caused by something else. Test did not show anything wrong and they did not charge me for the visit. Highly recommend you use lovely people
My experiences with Luebbe Hearing Services were all very positive. Every staff member is highly professional in their approach to your hearing concerns. I was never Ill at-ease. Options were clearly explained and financing fully covered. I do not hesitate in recommending them.
I went with my husband today for a 6 month check up on his hearing aids. Hes been confusion using them. He was embarrassed to admit his problems.Dr. Kristi was very patient. She showed us that there was a problem linking them to his phone. It wasnt his fault. She reset the app and his hearing aids. He left Luebbe Hearing Services hearing much better and feeling much more confident.
Both product quality and service offered by Marylou and her team was fantastic. She went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations for not only the hearing test, but also in finding me the right instruments, fitting them for me and explaining all the technology. Truly a wonderful experience. I don’t know why I waited this long before moving forward to improving my hearing.
My 84 yr. old mother-in-law keeps talking about what a miracle her hearing aids are! We have had such a good experience with Luebbe. My mother-in-law suffers from dementia along with her hearing issues and Dr. Rostorfer has been kind, patient, and gentle with her at all our visits. My mother-in-law looks forward to each appointment and raves about the good work they are doing at Luebbe.
Luebbe hearing is a great place. People there are fun to work with. They know what there doing and enjoy helping people. I never seen anyone in the office that didn’t have a smile on there face. And MaryLou is so happy all the time. I always have a good time when I go there.

The service and products I have received at Luebbe have all been excellent. The Widex hearing aids I obtained through Luebbe are very comfortable and easy to use, and they have greatly enriched my world of sounds. Any time my hearing aids need adjustment or repair, Luebbe has patiently worked with me to ensure they understood my needs. If a unit had to be serviced by the manufacturer, I was provided a loaner unit of comparable quality until my unit was ready for me to use. I highly recommend Luebbe Hearing Services.
Dr. Luebbe is the most experienced and most effective audiologist in this area. She will not be satisfied until you have the exact product you need and the hearing aids have been customized to work perfectly for your requirements. Anyone can sell you a hearing aid, but few provide the expertise and quality of service available at Luebbe Hearing Services. I have seen her work over the past 12 years with both my mother and my husband and strongly recommend her to you.
I have been to Lubbe 5 times and they always give great service. Erin, who tested & fit me for hearing aids has been the best consultant I have ever used (this is my 3rd set of hearing aids, and by far the best quality of device & most helpful & informed service Ive had). I highly recommend them.

Today, July 29,2020, was a real challenge for me getting my cousin, Joan, into the office. She didn’t bring her walker or a cane. I was not able to get the wheelchair the nursing home gave me, into my car. Joan had quite a bit of difficulty getting out of the car and, she felt lost without her walker or a wheelchair. Lara, the receptionist at Luebbe Hearing Services, saw us struggling and came to the rescue with a wheelchair! Things went very smoothly once inside the office. Joan got her brand new Hearing aids and we both left the office in an uplifting mood! Thanks Luebbe Hearing Services. Everyone was kind and considerate and Joan couldn’t be happier!
My hearing loss was due to an illness when I was a small child and have had many hearing test in my lifetime. Dr. Kristin Wilson was the most professional and most thorough of anyone I have have ever experienced in my life. If you want the very best, this is the place to go, no one else will even come close!

I could not be happier with Luebbe Hearing Services. I recently began experiencing tinnitus and was quite anxious and upset. After seeing an ENT who did not provide any other help besides learn to live with it, I decided to visit Luebbe .My first appointment was scheduled within a week of my call. Erin Good was compassionate, understanding, very knowledgable and professional. The staff is friendly and I never wait past my appointment time. Erin was able to help me find some relief from the tinnitus with hearing aids. I am very grateful to her and will recommend this practice to anyone with hearing needs.
I did not want to admit that I have a hearing problem, but I could not ignore it any longer... The ringing in my ears had gotten to the point that I have forgetten what total silence feels like... I am a teacher and had to have students repeat questions several times before I could understand what they were asking me. I knew I had to do something about my hearing but I had reservations. The thought of being 35 years old and having hearing problems and potentially needing to have hearing aids was depressing and troubling. However, I made an appointment to see Dr. Rostorfer. I am so glad that I made that phone call to make an appointment! Dr. Kelly Rostorfer was amazing! She took the time required to make me feel comfortable about my condition; making me feel at ease that I was making a great change for myself and my loved ones. She helps to remove the stigma of wearing hearing aids. She was very professional and best of all, she was extremely courteous and happy to help in any way possible. I am so glad that I decided to take the steps to change my life so I can hear things again that I have missed since I lost my hearing. Dr. Kelly Rostorfer is the best!
Just a great place. I went for earwax removal. The doctor/audiologist was friendly and informative. Everybody is friendly, with great energy. My ears feel better, and hear better, than they have in a long time. Highly recommend!
Ive been using Luebbe Hearing Services since 1980, and have been extremely happy with their services. They bend over backwards to make everything right. As a professional musician, I know exactly what I want to hear where music (especially classical) is concerned, and through their expertise and guidance on state-of-the-art hearing aids, I get exactly what I want. Though my hearing has deteriorated a great deal over the years, music still sounds wonderful. Great sound in every range. Speech is great, too, but less of a concern for me than music. If you are a musician, you may need to try out different hearing aids before you settle on the right ones and the right adjustments, but it can be done. Technological advances have been amazing that way, too.

Dr. Mary Lou Luebbe was thorough and educated me on several areas of my hearing that I had no idea about. My hearing is solid, but she was able to identify my difficulty in hearing clear conversations. Very important for my career. My loss even though I am fairly young, my exposure to live concerts and earbuds/headsets has diminished my hearing which she is helping me with. Thanks Dr. Luebbe
Luebbe Hearing has been a true blessing for my soon to be 90 year old mother. Kelly, her doctor has been amazing in developing a trusting and caring relationship with my mother, Carmella Santisi.My mom was very close to being deaf in both ears and she suffered for years missing out on so much.After relocating my mom to Central Ohio to live with my husband and I, Dr. Jeffrey Milks referred us to Luebbe Hearing. My mother’s life has since changed with the gift of being able to hear again which was something she thought would never happen.I highly recommend Luebbe Hearing as a great place to help you hear for the rest of your life.
Our technician was excellent, dispelling any nerves we might have been having prior to hearing test. Afterwards she went over the results clearly and did a good job of not pushing us to more hearing aid than we needed. She went out of her way to match the deal our insurance offered. The only down side was that as we were leaving, the owner herself cornered us for about 10 minutes, in what felt like a poorly disguised attempt to upsell us to a more expensive hearing device. Thus 4 stars, not 5.

Audiologist Rostorfer was wonderful. She got me in immediately and diagnosed an ear ear problem resulting in my successful treatment. I was from out of town which made my experience that much more satisfying not having ever met her before. Thank you!

I highly recommend Luebbe Hearing. They have a very thoughtful staff who will work with you until you are happy with your new hearing aid. They even clean the excess wax out of your ear.
Clint helped my mom with her Beltone hearing aids. All the Beltone service centers in Columbus closed last summer. So thankful to get great service for her at Luebbe.

These folks took such great care of my Dad. In fact, they may have saved his life. The audiologist noticed a spot in his ear during a fitting. She suggested he get it looked at right away. It turned out to be melanoma. Hed just had a physical a few weeks earlier. If the Audiologist hadnt questioned that spot, it might have been found too late. They always treated him with respect and caring.

Terrible customer service. They are only interested in making the sale. Their online chat will only point you to a sales associate. Red tape and multiple levels of service only guarantees you will be paying a premium for the device.

Ive been here several times for ear cleaning. Ive always had narrow ear canals and as a kid I dealt with doctors inflicting a ton of pain on my ear canals to remove impacted wax buildup. A friend recommended Luebbe to me (probably around 6 or 7 years ago) and after my first appointment it was obvious Id be coming back regularly. My experience with them has been nothing short of professional on every level, and the service is generally painless compared to my experiences with other doctors when I was younger. I dont even live in Columbus but always make it a point to book with them when I travel through. Cant say enough good things. Thanks for the top notch service!

2022-02-22Dr. Kristin was amazing! She had a hard patient to work, with my husband. He did not believe he had a hearing problem. But after Kristin took her time to explain the tests she would be doing prior to doing them, then explained the results in detail he realized he had significant hearing loss and was losing out on conversations with others. I appreciated the time Dr. Kristin took with us and explained everything in detail. Im so glad a friend of ours recommended Luebbe hearing and we will now do the same if we are asked for a recommendation. We also like the fact that they have other offices available at other locations to fit our busy schedule.

2022-08-17My experience was exceptional! Dr. Kelly was very patient, informative, and helpful. It was kind of her to meet me at the location after regular office hours. She treated my wife and I like friends. I hope to go back in the very near future for a follow up and purchase. I would recommend anybody that may need hearing assistance give the Luebbe location on High Street near Worthington a visit.👍

2022-06-13I dont even know where to begin with Dr. Kristin. She was not only professional, but also very kind and understanding with my mom and I. She was patient with me translating everything for my mom and made sure she understood. We had a bad experience in the past with an audiologist so coming in I felt hesistant. I felt completely at ease with Dr.Kristin. Although we could not get hearing aids through them because of our insurance plan, I still highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Dr.Kristin for your kindness and help, it went a long way today!

2022-03-12Luebbe hearing services is Awesome!I couldnt hear out of my left ear and I had a lot of confusion at times I was suffering from vertigo symptoms.I went to Luebbe as a last resort thinking that if this is not help me I dont know what I will do.I am very impressed. They made me feel at home, they paid extra special attention to my needs.My life has improved in such a short time just because of what they have done for me.The woman at the front desk is amazing made me feel at home right when I walked in,and Dr.Rostorfer has been nothing less than amazing.Im very impressed and would recommend anyone who has any kind of hearing problems or problems with their ears or concern for their future health to go to Luebbe hearing services.I thank God for Luebbe

2022-05-10My 81 year old mother goes from “Huh?” incessantly (before her ear cleaning) WITH her hearing aids in and on to nearly being able to carry on a normal conversations (after her ear cleaning) WITHOUT her hearing aids in and on!Her hearing aids are buzzing an incredibly high pitched squelch that I can hear from downstairs! And both of these irritations disappear after our first 2 visits!Thank you for making my mom’s hearing better, healthier, and happier for EVERYONE!

2022-03-25Went in for an ear cleaning because I thought I may need one. Quick wait, then the nice doctor looked in my ears and even showed me video of it to confirm what was going on. Turns out I didn’t need a cleaning, so there wasn’t even a charge. Nice place!
