Lowes Home Improvement in other cities:
Completely lied about the square foot we had for when we needed carpet! We knew there was only about 500 upstairs and they claimed well over 700 (to make more money) and had to wait days for the measurements and then would have had to wait 3 weeks for carpet, had carpet one in mentor come instead and they measured around 500 square feet like we knew we had. Got the measurements same day and didnt have to pay them to do them, got the carpet we wanted installed two days later. Definitely glad we didnt go with Lowes in Willoughby and get ripped off!!
I was able to find some products for drafty Windows. I asked a couple of employees for help just to see how they would respond, and only two out of five didnt willingly help me. However it was hard to find employees to get help. Some of the workers watched me walk around with a puzzled look and never asked if I needed help. Also, the female worker quickly walked off when I said excuse me miss. A male worker told me that he was too busy to help me, but 2min later i saw him again doing nothing. I didnt like the fact that they didnt take samsung pay.
Terrible curbside pickup. I don’t expect it to work like target, but I expect them to actually bring the stuff out! Waited over 30 minutes. Checked in the app right when I get here and no one came. Called after 20 minutes and was put on hold for another 15 minutes until someone would be out “momentarily”. When you are trying to not get your kids out of the car and get some shopping done, don’t chose curbside.
They took my Moms 1,000$ for a stove they didnt have, Then told us they were sending a Lowes Only Credit Card by UPS, Back to her, it never came after a week, We had to go in and threaten to call the News Station to get our money back, they gave it in 20s, 10s & 5s-- AND,, Tried to short us 33$. I would never refer Anyone to Willoughby, Ohio Lowes.
First, Great prices and awesome stocked merchandise. However, Associates poor customer service. Needed help placing a/c I M my cart the worker in appliances totally ignored me. A kind customer had to help me, and he was upset the worker didnt give any assistance. No excuse....
Was in desperate need of a new kitchen faucet because a plumber was coming the next morning. Went looking for help, but could not find anyone to help me. When I arrived back in the aisle, there was someone there helping another customer. That clerk had to go find another person and brought back KEVIN. When Kevin was finished with the other customer, he patiently helped me pick out the new faucet. He answered all my questions and gave me the pros and cons of the various units. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. If you need plumbing help at Lowes Willoughby, be sure to ask for KEVIN. You will not go wrong.
No one to help you or answer a question! Walk entire store and no one to help my friend . Finally left the store without what we were looking for. Went back several days ago and everything was great. People there to help you and everyone was friendly. Completely a different store.
Terrible experience as this store. I went into here with a backpack blower that I purchased 6 months ago. I went to exchange it, not return it and they had ZERO idea what to do. I ALSO purchased the 3 year extended warranty protection plan through them and it completely pointless. They tried calling them and were on hold for a hour and 25 minutes while I waited patiently there. After the associate finally gave up he told me sorry warranty wouldnt answer, youll have to call them. I returned home and tried calling the warranty company and I have been on hold now for an additional 2 hours and 10 minutes with no sign whatsoever of them answering. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase power equipment OR a warranty from Lowes ever! Worst customer service I have ever received.
It was poor customer service. I came to get faux blinds. Another customer and I came about the same time. I waited for the worker, David to work with them. The other customer and I talked back and forth. I was patient and waited until he completed with them. Instead of helping me next he went to a phone call where he begin to write down this persons phone order. I waited thinking he would stop and put them on hold. Nope, he kept talking. I said excuse me can you put them on hold to assist me because I have been waiting for your assistance. He ignored me. I went to a manager to complain. The people he had worked with earlier were up front holding up a line because he had not helped them properly and had to come up front. Then I was told by the manager I had complained to that is it correct that levelor blinds were to receive a 25 % discount. However, at the register the cashier said they were not. Then I go ti give my military identification for the 10% discount as I usually do and I am told I have to now be registered online to receive the discount. Needless to say I did make almost a $600 purchase but my family said to return the items and shop at a more customer service friendly store.
I always find what I am looking for and then some at Lowes. This particular Lowes location, located in Willoughby across from Willoughby Commons on Euclid ave., is my favorite not only because its located less than 5 minutes from my home, it happens to be the most organized and clean Lowes store ive visited including the rest rooms, the staff is helpful, friendly and provides outstanding customer service. I love the little clearance islands they have started setting up throughout the store. My guess is that is supposed to coax customers to walk through the store looking for these clearance items which contain some pretty awesome items for unbelievable prices like the $49.99 wallpaper I got for $5.00. I couldnt believe my eyes and I was prepared to argue at the register but I didnt have to say a word, it rang up just as it was marked. The clearance used to be concentrated at the endcaps of a couple aisles but now you can find clearance throughout the store so its worth looking if you have the time. I love the garden center. I spend at least 15% of my paycheck in the garden center at Lowes faithfully during the summer months. I love the life that they bring to the room you place them in . They make the air feel cleaner and healthier and bring the beauty of nature inside. I highly recommend this Lowes location to everyone, if its not located right in your neighborhood it is definitely worth the drive. Excellent customer service and everything is ALWAYS in stock as advertised in the circular and online. Love this place!
I hate coming to Lowes on a Saturday, but I had an emergency and needed blinds cut for my front windows. David at Willoughby Lowes is an ANGEL!! He was so friendly, patient, and accommodating. He offered suggestions, took his time to make sure they were perfect, and made friendly conversation while I waited. Customer service can be so hard, and the store was pretty busy. David, your kindness and attention to detail meant so much to me. Thank you for everything!
Went relatively early was unable to locate what I was looking for eventually spotted employee and asked after roaming for 15 minutes! This product was in isle with lumber and not were I assumed it should be! But all worked out well! Dry Wall (mud) n 5 gallon buckets...very heavy dont do it by yourself ladies unless your confident and strong enough to do it
If costomer service is what you need I highly suggest NOT going to the Willoughby lowes. The workers act like your bothering them when you ask questions, they put zero effort into making shopping there easier for the costomer. In appliances the associate Michael waved his finger at me to come to him, then left in the middle of helping me. He clearly wasnt listening to me when I asked if I could do an exchange because I had to say it three times. Never will I shop at this particular store again.
Good location. Easy to get in and out. Good loading zone. Has all of your household needs. Knowledgeable associates and great customer service. They even have reserved parking for veterans (nice touch). I usually get propane refills from here. They have the best and most convenient tank trade in.
I have never felt more alone in a crowded store than the day we walked into this store.the cashier was busy with another customer when we got there, so we waited, and waited, and waited, and then we waited some more....after ignoring my girlfriend and I for nearly an hour, we had to have someone ring for him to come into the area we waiting at.Then he starts looking down his nose at us as if we were bothering him.we inquired about laminate flooring and without so much as looking up at us, he said it would not be that cost effective to put it in but hed score us a great deal on carpeting....next we walked to the door department and once these guys found out we lived in a trailer they refused to help us.youre on your own basically, so we went to another store, got exactly what we wanted and didnt spend the farm getting it.Goes to show you something...Never under any circumstances should you judge someone purely by their looks....I personally will never set foot in that store ever again.
This is a standard Lows store much like all the rest. But I will say it was very clean they had an associate at the front clearing all the carts as you walked in. The store was full of all their spring and summer items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing for me this trip was that the item I was looking for was out of stock. Still a nice store.
I had the best customer service experience ever today from an associate named John in the electronic department! I came in for a bunch of wires for a stereo receiver that I had no knowledge on. He really took his time and went the extra mile to help me get everything I needed. I came in frustrated and confused and thanks to him left with everything I needed and happy.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It is the same as any Lowes store. Some of the staff is very helpful and some of the staff could use more training. Sometimes things can be hard to find; I find it easy to find the location on my phone and finding an item myself than actually finding a staff member to help. The staff is always friendly and professional, just not always knowledgeable.
They generally have what Im looking for. Help can be pretty scarce at times but it is also a huge store so what do you expect. A business like that cant afford to staff every isle. Some of the staff are knowledgeable, so dont know much about things. I usually know what Im looking for and dont need help though. We had carpet installed through them and were very pleased with the price and service. We just bought a set of appliances and theyve been helping with some issues on the order. Checkout lines usually move decently but there are times when its slow. I often times check out at the Pro Counter end of the store as theres not many people down that way.
I went in and wanted to pick up a 3 foot toilet auger I saw online for about $10. I went to the isle and bay where they were. They had hardly anything on the shelf. I tried to find someone to ask, but there was no one around. I would have gone to the service desk, but that line was 6 people deep.I left and went to Home Depot in Mentor. Walked in and within seconds had someone asking me what I needed. They had the shelves stocked with multiple options. Picked up what I needed in less than 5 minutes and it was less expensive! Its Home Depot from now on. Lowes needs to get their act together.
Will no longer purchase anything from this store. Return desk extremely inefficient compared to Home Depot. Today 3 staff sitting/standing at desk were unable to do any transactions because computers all “being used”No apology . This is third time I actually waited so long here that I left without returning my item. A shame since I have had many nice staff here help me over the years.Update. Had to return 2 more times before we were able to return item
Stopped in to pick up some larger flagstone blocks for my landscaper to finish up a project. Two helpful guys not only loaded them on the cart for me, but also loaded them into my vehicle. That would have taken me an hour to do myself - it took them minutes. Thank you, Lowes, for employing exemplary, helpful people!
I purchased a dryer from the Lowes store in Willoughby Ohio. My experience with the installion/setup dept was horrible. They arrived 2hrs early i didnt get a call to make sure i was home. Thankfully i was home. The installers didnt have the correct tools to remove the pins off my doors to get dryer in. Fortunately i have a hammer and screwdriver. The dryer had the wrong electrical plug attached. It was an electrical plug for a stove/range(the manager admitted that to me. Thanks)The installer advised me i would need to call the installation dept to setup another appointment. I called installation dept while the delivery people were till hereI was advised by the manager that the delivery people should have what they needed on the truck to finish the job. I advised them what the manager said. They said they would come back later to finish the job. They said they didnt have the correct plug on the truckOne of the delivery person returned but he was in his own car.He installed the correct plug. Before he left i advised him the lifter or riser to keep the dryer steady needed to be put on the dryer, he looked at me like he didnt know what i was talking about. I showed him where there go. He didnt check to make sure the dryer was stable before he left. I had to call my handyman to come and redo the installation correctly.I was told by the salesperson that this installation dept had excellent reviewsLIES
Phil and John were great in helping me to find the material I needed for my decking project. Phil made great suggestions for alternatives, when the Trex manufacturer had discontinued the products I needed. Very happy, after the dismal experience I had with Home Depot. Mike, was great in helping me open a Lowes account. An all around great experience!
Me & my husband just received our special delivery order for a washer & dryer that weve already waited 3+ weeks for just to find out that our dryer has a defect & is missing a screw head in the back which caused them to have to only install the washing machine. EVERY time we call the appliance department at this location they never answer the phone or leave us on hold just to get disconnected. We keep getting transferred back & forth from appliances to the installation team & seems like noone knows when this issue will be resolved. On top of that the installers that came out thinks it may be a defect because theyve had multiple dryers with this issue. So here we are left in the dark about anything until 3-7 business days when Lowes decides to call us about this issue. For all the money we spent Im VERY DISAPPOINTED.Oh and on top of that we paid for them to haul our old washer & dryer. So now we have no dryer & are forced to go to the laundry mat until they decide to help us.
Needed to special order expensive lights. Cashier told me to go all way done to customer service. Waited in line 20 min to be told to go to cashier. Waited again. She had no clue was going to send me back to original person. I left ordered them at Home Depot in out in 20 min. I live close to Willoughby Lowes but will be going to the Mentor Home Depot for now on. Posted it on FB for all my fellow veterans to see.
Very low stock and long checkout lines...all blamed on COVID-19. That said, tried to purchase a Whirlpool washer and dryer combo, but the washer was on backorder till October. Combo was advertised as a special value, but as usual these days, just not available. Why advertise if not in stock. Seems to be the norm these days. Thanks for listening, but no answer in sight!
Willoughby Lowes is very unprofessional. I called to get information about doors, the sales associate refuse to answer any questions and when I asked him for his name he hung the phone up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a Supervisor I was told a store Supervisor was not available but can be transferred to a department supervisor. I explained to the department supervisor what happened with the store associate she was very defensive and brushed me off. This is not the first time I had terrible customer service at this Lowes. I would not recommend this Lowes. RUN RUN RUN.DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Excellent service I will go here instead of home depot any day. Very nice guy helped me out in the lumber department. All they did st home depot when I asked questions about lumber was ask me for a skew number?? At Lowes the gentleman found the skew numbers and told me what they were. Very nice bunch of people here at Lowes. Thank u 4 your service.
Majority of time I have a good experience here. For a big store and lots of departments I think thats saying a lot.m y last visit, I stopped by the flooring and I cannot say enough on how much time the man spent with me. Amazing. Sorry I cannot think of his name, but when I find out I will add his name. Great pics place.
I walked in and as an employee was walking past me I stopped him to ask for help. He seemed bothered and made me repeat myself a few times so he could understand what I said bee trap...not that hard to understand as I speak loud and clearly. The cashier also was not very friendly. You work in customer service and youre getting paid good money, smile its not hard I do it everyday even when I dont want to.
The store is very well kept in organized. They definitely lack experts in many of the areas there is one fella who is an expert in the electrical section I forget his name but hes a guy with glasses I would highly recommend asking him any of your questions. I go to the store because its very close to my house however to be quite Frank Home Depot is a better option but for convenience sake I usually end up here.Update: just when I thought things couldnt get any worse they hired a girl named Latavia. Oh where do I start with her her ability to get out of doing any work is amazing. Definitely a girl I would like to hire if my company provided a service of giving no service.
This Lowes has a really rude and obnoxious employee. I went there looking for a bbq qrill and a young lady tried to help me but she didnt know exactly what I was talking about so she asked her coworker who was an old rude grumpy fat guy with an attitude. She asked him about the item and he goes ( eh, what is that, Im mean what is that really, I dont even know what that is). He needs to find another job if hes going to be rude to customers instead of doing his job which is to help.
Lowes doesnt care, so dont bother them with your complaints. I purchased a $2700 zero turn lawnmower. They delivered it and it wouldnt start. An employee in Seasonal was very helpful and was trying to help. When I called back and got the female manager, she told me the Seasonal associate didnt know what she was talking about and they would only help me if I had the extended warranty. It had been maybe two weeks, hardly an extended amount of time. I complained to corporate and they sent my complaint to the Willoughby store. They called and left an unprofessional voicemail that couldnt have left me less interested in working with them. Meanwhile I had to pay another $150 to have it repaired. Im willing to bet they delivered it already needing repairs.
Tried curbside pickup twice. Sat in the designated spot & called the number on the sign several times - no answer. You have to go in the store anyway , wait in line, then wait while someone gets your order.Would be much faster to just go in the store & pick it up yourself.Guy who put it in my trunk spilled product all over the back of the car.One star - back to Home Depot I go.
I am very disappointed at my recent experience with this store. I have looking to buy a specific LG refrigerator since March, but Lowe’s across the country have been out of stock for the past three months and the online website has not allowed me to purchase it. About two weeks ago, I noticed that the price went up $1000. With the printout of my order went to the store to ask if I could Special order this refrigerator with the original price I noted in March. After speaking with appliance, customer service, and the manager on duty, ultimately they said they cannot honor the $2999 price from March because it was a manufacture special. What I don’t understand, is how Lowe’s would not allow me to order this two months ago at that price, but expect me to pay $1000 more for it today. And the not so funny part, the refrigerator is still out of stock.
I bought a sliding patio door and after I installed it we noticed it was defective. Called the store and talked to a customer service representative. He talked to his supervisor and I came back into the store they sold me a better door and delivered it the following day. I did not have any hassle whatsoever returning the old door and the Lowes team was very nice and professional. Thank you. A satisfied customer!
Normally this is one of the more decent Lowes to shop at... However the past few times Ive come people are walking and shopping with their dogs in the store. I understand people who have disabilities may need a certified service animal but when someone just brings their pet in thats rediculous. Hopefully no one with allergies or one of these dogs doesnt maul someone!
5 star only because of the supervisors and Dan and electrical. Today, Dan helped me with my needs, solved an electrical problem I had, and proactively provided me with the products I needed to solve my problem at home. Additionally, the supervisor team is helpful after an individual told me it was too late to cut blinds. The supervisor helped me quickly and easily.
Was looking to buy a new 5 gallon bucket with a lid, they have buckets on every corner of every aisle throughout the store it seems with no Lids to be found anywhere dot-dot-dot after circling the entire store needlessly I asked the check out attendant if they even sell lids dot-dot. He tried to call the lumber department no one answered on a Saturday morning so he called the paint department and yes they had a small area with about a dozen lids of course those were extra money I dont know about anyone else but when I want to buy a 5 gallon bucket I sure as hell want a freaking lid for it ! Seems like just another reason ... To go to Home Depot
Great selection of products! Even though it was November, I was still able to find everything I needed for a late season outdoor project. It was easy to find other items I needed as well, and they have everything well-organized. The staff was helpful when I needed it, and the overall visit was pleasant!
I like Lowes a lot. I shop there mainly for flowers, plants, and lawn& garden stuff. They have an especially nice selection of tropical/indoor plants. In the summertime, the outdoor garden center is, in my opinion, superior to outdoor garden centers at other home improvment stores. When I shop there for other stuff, the staff is helpful and knowledgable :)
Not sure what has changed at this Lowes location, but this was our last trip to the Willoughby location. Its gotten more and more disorganized, and the associates are becoming less and less interested in assisting shoppers. Tonight we ran in looking for a new bathroom faucet. We stumbled across a display that advertised Fathers Day sales ,good thru 6/19, and immediately found just the faucet we needed at a great price. When we got to the checkout the item rang up the original price.. the associate was not pleased when we told him it was a Fathers Day sale item ,immediately started complaining that those tags need to come down! Then asked if we took a picture of the tag???!!!! We werent aware we needed to shop that way!!!!!! He asked my husband to get the sale tag !! WHAT? So my husband figures fine,he will go get it. While my husband was gone to get the tag I had to stand there and listen to this whole rant about other workers that werent taking down sales tags as though it was MY problem...what the ....??? When my husband gets back Maybe a manager(?) comes over ,says ohhh, that item is 1 number off...THAT is not the right one. She wants to see where it is. So we walk back with her, show her the display, and then ANOTHER associate walks over, ADMITS the signs are placed wrong and acts as though WE were trying to get away with something...it was humiliating and ridiculous, and he simply said, well, theres no way we can give it to you at THAT price! Never had a store admit their error and do nothing... will work with Mentor location for now, but cant wait for Menards, and theres always Home Depot. No more Willoughby Lowes for us.
I purchased a washer and dryer from this place. I paid over $1400 for the set. The sign on the wall says delivery next day when available but the next available was over a week from the time of purchase. My washer came but not my dryer because it is gas and requires a different installer. Now it has been nearly 2 weeks and I just heard from the company today. Apparently the next installment they have open is over a week from now. So it took these people 3 weeks to deliver a dryer. You would think that they would hire more installers or something. I will NEVER buy from them again. If you have a big appliance purchase to make do not go here unless you can plan on spending $900 on a dryer and going to the laundromat for a month.
Will never go here again. Went for some paint and waited in line because one associate was already helping another customer. While we waited another couple came over and waited on a different part of the counter. The associated helper finally showed up and didnt even ask who was first to be taken care of. After her partner told her we were first she totally ignored her and me saying we were next and it was rude of the couple and the associate who never even acknowledged our existence. Screw this place I will be taking my business to home depot or a different lowes store from now on
The staff just watched me passed by them without offering any assistance. My cashier stood in front of her register, and as I approached her she welcomed another patron farther away in the other direction. While waiting to be rung up, she made conversation with him and proceeded to just ring me up silently. It felt like very discriminatory courtesy.
Not to bad on weekends most the dark skin workers hang together at the doors. Week days trying to out when only one or two registers are open is terrible. Ill go to home depot, they have at least three open registers open plus they have four self check out stations open all the time. As your store tries to run lean with very few open registers, it must be hurting your business as a house flipper, its better for me to spend $100,000.00 a year buying materials from a different store.
I give them two stars because they do carry alot. My problem is the staff. They either cant tell you where something is at or dont know if they sell it. Or they tell you where its at but its not actually there. And to make things worse almost every time I have been there I asked many questions and came home to find out they were wrong. So I had to go back and exchange for something else I needed. This is assuming you can find a worker there to begin with. One time we walked around by the lumber for about 20 minutes. We even had some other person page someone in lumber and still waited. I will say the cashiers we have had are mostly friendly. But the girls at customer service can have an attitude sometimes.I go there because its really my only option locally.
Was looking for rebar. Had to walk through half the store to find an employee and when I finally did find one they didnt know where it was. They sent me to the guy who allegedly knew where it was and he told me the wrong aisle. Not only are they overpriced but their employees suck too. If youre in the Eastlake/Willoughby area, try Harbor Freight or ACE. They are much better hardware options.
The man who worked In the lumber department was VERY rude! I asked a simple question. Instead of helping me find someone who could help me because he didnt have a clue, he made snide comments. He needs to step up his customer service game if thats what he so chooses to do with his life.
I cannot express how professional and helpful the employees are at this location as well as the one in Brooklyn. Today I needed lightbulbs for a 100 year old lamp. The employee knew exactly what lightbulb I needed when I brought the one in that the lamp came with. He answered the few questions I had and didnt act like he was needed elsewhere. I have just found my go to store for anything home improvement.
All around store. I mark it 3 star for customer service because its hard to find one when you have questions. When you do is helpful. Usually end up spending more time there unless you know what you want. Even with online pickup can be long depending on the line at service counter.
Waited outside of building for 20 minutes to pick up online order of shadow box fence. Thats where the CS lady told me to go so someone could check order. There was nobody outside or even a help button to locate anyone. I just loaded up fencing by myself. Sorry but my time is important. Lowes...I checked the numbers and loaded the correct amount 4 sections!!!
I do Residential and Commercial remodeling every week. While looking at the dimmer switches today in the electrical department, I was approached by a worker that asked me if I needed help. I told him no thank you Im just looking before I spend a bunch of money on a new style dimmer switch. He tells me dont look too long or theyll end up sending workers over here to keep an eye on you. And proceeded to tell me that thats why he came over was because they told him to come over. In my opinion very unprofessional to tell a customer that, and Im starting to wonder why I always liked homedepot better. In my opinion I will look as long as I want before I spend money on a product. Lowes is really letting themselves go, or they should at least train their employees better. I almost put back my cart full of stuff and went somewhere else
After utilizing the self checkout, my wife and I where followed around by the elderly lady supervising the area while we used the self service key maker. I guess buying tools for work with tattoos means I am going to steal something. Will use Home Depot from now on and disappointed with this establishment.
Lowes Is our favorite goto Big Box store. The only problem is they seem to be running short on staff lately its almost impossible to find a clerk to help you find something. If you are active or ex-military be sure to bring your ID and get an automatic 10% discount.Hopefully with summer hours maybe theyll add more staff to make it easier to find someone.
The staff is so unbelievably rude and moronic. Asked someone in the hardware department for a kick plate and he had no idea what it was. And then was rude to me when I had questions about it. There was only 1 person on register and a huge line of people. No one knows anything about anything and the whole staff is smart with you. I wish I could rate my experiences 0 stars. I HATE this lowes.
Ive learned not to expect much from Lowes. Yes, the prices are competitive, but you have to sacrifice timely, accurate or competent service to get those prices. Not like you really have a choice to take your business elsewhere. The other D.I.Y. Behemoth stores are just as mediocre. Pick your poison.
Paid $35 for a detail, a quote to install a dishwasher where an installer comes to my house to take measurements. The installer came by a week ago yesterday, on a Monday. When I hadnt heard anything from them on Thursday, I called them, twice. They didnt have anything back from the installer. Called on Friday and the guy finally had some numbers he read quickly at me. I asked to have the quote emailed. He said he would. When I hadnt received it on Tuesday, I called again. The guy said he would send it again. A few hours went by and I called again. The guy I spoke to this time said he would send it but refused to stay on the phone line while doing so, because he had customers to help. When I pointed out I was a customer who had already paid, he chose to argue with me, rather than address my needs or the needs of the customer in the store. He did, after about an hour, send the quote, though.
Ordered online, received a call that the order was ready. Came to pick the order up about 5 hours later and waited over an hour for my items. The associates didnt apologize for the wait or that the items they brought were wrong, and the correct items were also wrong. Will never order online again. Will only come here if its an emergency need.
Its been getting steadily and steadily worse over the course of the last 2 and 1/2 years.Im a Im a contractor and I dont have much time there to mess around and I spend anywhere from1to 2hrs +waiting for the stuff I need or somebody to help me. Theres never prices on anyting things are always mismarked and the timber is getting horrible.I spend more time going through the woods and it doesnt take me to do the project. And trying to get someone to help you is impossible. I have helped customers load materials because the people there wouldnt. Not a proper way to run a business. Im so fed up I really dont even want to go back. 😡
What happened to this store, I was there yesterday and I was shocked to see what a mess it was and unstocked. Some workers were just standing around bs ing. I was very surprised and disappointed. Left there and went to home depot and found what I needed and the store was clean and workers were working. What happened Lowes?
Could not locate three items I needed through the national contact, contacted my contractor who called me back and asked me to try the Willoughby, Ohio, store. Dealt with a great young man in the Plumbing Department, Rob, and a great young lady at the Service Desk. What I couldnt do with the National helpline, the store in Willoughby was able to do in less than 15 minutes. Great service, nice, knowledgeable people.
If I could give less I would, So disappointed with their return people, I was in the return line waiting my turn and the cashier (male) ignored me and waited on the next male guest and skipped me, when I mentioned I was next and not him. Lowes get your customer service in check
Go here a lot but always have a hard time finding what Im looking for. I usually find it, but in my opinion it takes to much time. Sometimes the same items are in different places in the store and you have to look in both places. Tool selection is limited to basic. The only thing it has going for it is its close location.
Terrible customer service. We ordered a stove and they told us installation was included with delivery. Well it turns out when the $600+ stove we purchased was delivered, installation is another $120 some dollars and not only left us with a non-working new stove but the manager of the store basically told us there was nothing he could do about it. We will be shopping at home depot or another hardware store from now on. Very disappointed.
They have anything you can ever need, but the employees are never available and when they are, they have no clue where to locate items. You end up wandering aimlessly until you find what you need. If the employees had better customer service and knowledge in their departments, things would be much better!
I was shopping for some paint and the young lady working helped me out so muchVery sweet younger lady and the other lady she was working with was very sweet as wellA lot of people will not go above and beyond yet this woman did and I just want to let her know I appreciate itI didnt catch her name but I think it was latoiva or somethingThank you paint ladies :)

2022-02-20Its a big box store. If you have been to one... You have seen them all. The employees here are all helpful and really nice. I lost my hat while shopping once and a employee offered to walk around and help me recall where I may have set it down. Maybe she and the other employees really cared or it was because it was 8:53pm. Bottom line is.... I walked out with my hat! 🤠. And thats the Lowes difference!

2022-03-04Knecole is AWESOME. She is the model for Great customer service. She attended to my issue after 2 employees failed me. She was friendly, funny and customer service centered. She listened attentively and responded with patience. She showed me empathy and ensured me that she would take care of my concern. She accomplished that with a high level of knowledge and customer service skills. She is an asset to the Lowes team. I was lucky to have this encounter.

2021-05-25I did my research online with Lowes to see whats on sale, deal. I was very pleased to find everything I need and more. Im a senior and I needed a lawnmower. I decided on electric and did the compares online to find my best fit. So pleased with my Craftsmans mower it can with a free weed whacker($129.00 value, free). The mower it light weight and easy for me to maneuver. Easy set up not much to put together. Easy to use.

2022-05-095 stars for Darryl, who spent at least 20 minutes to locate a product that wasnt where it was supposed to be. He went above and beyond to take care of my needs.0 stars for the others who didnt want to put in the effort. 0 stars for having 1 checkout lane open.

2022-05-27My wife went to the Lowes in Willoughby. She came home boastful of the service and customer care she received from Gary in the garden center. She told me he offered to load her mulch, and she accepted his help, as she had our three children with her. He was cheerful, amazing, and my wife said he loaded bags of mulch like Chuck Norris would have, she imagined.

2022-03-10Must have looked lost, I was :). Female worker asked if I needed help. She was friendly and helpful. I am kicking myself because I cant recall her name. But it was nice to be acknowledged and not ignored.

2022-06-21Picked up an extra propane tank, but had to go in and ask for help after waiting around after they called once. I guess the person didnt hear or was distracted.
