Super expensive to say the least ridiculously hard to get help almost had to go hunt somebody down to ask them to help me otherwise employees just stand around and chat with each other and surprisingly enough it was more the older employees rather than the younger ones but besides that everything that I wanted was either out of stock or unavailable and apparently each different location and online all sell things at whatever price they deem necessary supply and demand I suppose
I have a special needs daughter so I can not leave her at home when I have to make a run but she is terrified of dogs and this place is infested with them. Last night I saw 4 of them while shopping there and these where not service dogs but pets. A few weeks ago there was one who approached my daughter in the store and she hanged on to me for her life. The owner said oh it’s ok he is nice but my daughter can not understand that. I ask a cashier about the policy an apparently they say nothing about it and allow them in. I will find somewhere else to shop, I’m done with Lowe’s.
I will no longer use Lowes exclusively for large home projects. Their financing is a great convenience even if a few products are more expensive than elsewhere. In the past if I needed separate trips, they just had me do a refund and rebuild to get it on the same project. A pain for sure, but the only way their system worked they said and they do it all the time. I was met with complete indifference by the customer service manager and told she would not do it today. Their store was out of a few items I needed so bought them at another location, so she said she wont do it as she didnt want to mess up their inventory. I was advised I can go to that other store and maybe they would be willing to help me. When asked if I could talk to another manger, she just said she is it, sorry. Terrible customer service and complete lack of human emotion.
Lowes always has been a great place to shop and have been a faithful customer for about 5 years. Heres whats funny, I realized recently that I go to Walmart for things that Lowes sell. Not just that, but Lowes also have a great selection at better prices, too. Not to mention, its also better organized. With this in mind, when I am looking to update my place, I go to Lowes first instead of Walmart, lol
Very nice interaction with the employees I encountered. Web site said one location, item was in another. Employee walked me to new location, asked if anything else was needed, took me to location of other item, site said in stock, shelf was empty, looked in his magic locator (site not updated) went to garden center for ice melt, encountered another employee who postponed her break to help me and even waited for me to check out to load the 50# bag for me. Hopefully she DID get her break. Thank you Lowes employees.
I will never do an online order pick up at this location again! The system used for online picks ups definitely needs revised! My first pickup was a hose, two clamps, and a power cord I waited at the counter for 25 minutes while it was located, it was visible from the counter on the shelving unit. I figured maybe it was a first day frustration. However, today I went back for the rest of my order. 45 minutes after giving my order number they finally located the washer and dryer which were supposedly on a rack where they needed a forklift. If its an online pickup it should be easily accessible for fast exchange!I have never had an issue shopping in store but will not being doing online with this location again!
Terrible experience at this Lowes location which makes me never want to shop at another Lowes again. My husband ordered a swing set for our sons birthday that was supposed to arrive at the end of June/early July. We received our ready for pick up email at the end of May, which would normally be no problem, except we were heading out of town the next day. My husband called twice to ask if they could hold the swing set until we returned, to which Lowes insisted was no problem.Fast forward to Memorial day when we return from vacation and go to pick up the swing set. We were there for over an hour and they couldnt find it. Who loses a giant swing set?! No one knew where it went and none of the employees we spoke (who promised a call back and some answers) ever got back to us. They couldnt even re-order the swing set because it was out of stock by the time they lost it. Thankfully Home Depot had a different swing set we could purchase - that DIDNT get lost. TERRIBLE customer service at this Lowes. They refunded us our money and we have shredded our Lowes credit card. Thanks for nothing, Lowes.
Justin Cardenas did a great job helping us with our bathroom remodel. The installers from Lowes Brimfield were fantastic and i could not be happier with the workmanship. We were so happy we had the building department recently build a new side porch on our house. Everyone involved in our projects from the instore staff to the delivery drivers were great and easy to work with.
I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had here. It is usually pretty good. I was at the self checkout and the cashier who was there was so rude. She got upset with me for using a gift card in the card only lane. Anyway she was very rude to me, she refused to finish my order which needed her number to finish it. It was not good. Hope I dont see her again.
Bought a LG washer/dryer on sale for $899 each. Regularly they were $999 each. A really good buy but the next day Home Depot had the same models on sale for $798 each! I called and talked to the appliance salesperson (Craig). He was a great help. By the time I got to the store he had already pulled the ad info from Home Depot and price matched them for me to receive a $202 refund! Thats what customer service is all about. Thanks to Craig and Lowes.
The cashier at register 2 name Betty based off name tag. Was extremely rude to me and my significant other about military discount which has been verified and he is an authorized user. Never have I ever had an issue at Lowe’s, except with this cashier. Every time I come in this cashier treats us this way. I thought the company supported the military and instilled having respect for them to there employees if anything. Very disappointed, may be taking my business else where. This happened on 06/09 around 8:15pm. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I don’t have my physical ID on me 24/7 but a photo of it was not good enough or his even though he is an authorized user.
Husband returns 10,000$ worth of unordered material to Lowe’sI’d like to start off by saying how proud I am of my husband deciding to return a deck that was delivered to our home from Lowe’s that wasn’t ordered by us but the law did say that we could have kept it. We just moved into our home and he instantly wanted to add a deck to our home and a bunch of other things to make it more “ours” so it was a very hard decision for him to make. But, in the end he made the honest right decision. He was a little annoyed because it was July fourth weekend and we had a party planned for the next day but he wasn’t able to leave because the lady in the office didn’t know when the driver would be there to pick up the material. So he wasted alot of Saturday waiting on the driver. He said the only person that really thanked him was the driver that picked the material up. My husband even helped load all the material on the pallets. Because being July fourth weekend the driver was asked to work on his day off due to being very short staffed he said it was only going to be him to picking up the materials. So being the great man my husband is he didn’t want the driver to load all the material by himself. My husband loves to shop at Lowe’s and he’s always there, he really did think they would be a little more appreciative of his honesty.
If I could rate this place any less than a one star I absolutely would. Being a contractor that works through Lowes and we do almost a half a million of dollars worth of business every year through them this store is the absolute worst to deal with. They do not honor their orders and cancel them blaming the vendors. Where the other lowes in the area make sure they fulfill their orders even when it is a mistake on their end. I will do everything in my power to make sure I never have to go into the store again.
I could not believe living in the United States of America (Ohio) going to a store and not being able to understand what is being said over the announcement because it is in Spanish!! Get it together we speak English as our primary language seriously will never go there again
I have to admit, I dont know what I would have done for years without Lowes. I have remodeled a basement, built decks, installed kitchens, painted houses, changes carpet, installed flooring, landscaped, and much more! Never have I had to go anywhere else. Product quality is great, service is always excellent, and reliability is, well...reliable!
I have appliances on order since July 3rd. I have had 4 delivery windows scheduled and had them cancel. They even sent the installation guy to the house before they arrived. No one is on the same page. I have went into the store and spoke to a manager about the issue and he said he would try to upgrade to expedite the order. I have since called and left messages for him and never have received a call back. One of my current appliances has stopped working and I am worried that it may happen to another before this is resolved. I would just like to know when I will receive them and if the answer is ??? I can handle that. We have missed work and an important event. That time we can never get back. I understand that there is a pandemic but we didn’t make these dates it was the store. Just would like a response.
Employees are always friendly and willing to help at this location. Curbside pickup was a breeze.I am updating this review with a recent experience. They canceled an online order I placed indicating the item was out of stock, but when I physically went into this location there were multiple counts of the item I was looking to purchase available. Felt like it was too much work or they couldnt be bothered because of the increase in online orders....
This store is not typical of what a person would expect at a Lowes. Poor customer service, empty shelves and no one knows what they are talking about. Asked about touch up paint, the paint person took me to wood stain markers... I specifically asked for paint again and he said thats all they had. But, it is okay, went across the street to Menards and they have everything you will need and more.
If it were possible I would rate this place NEGATIVE 5 STARS !! The customer service is absolutely HORRIFIC. There is attitude from every employee if you ask for help. Went there on 10/21/20, asked a question @ customer service, dealt with attitude & no answer to the question. Needed 25ft of wire, was informed there was no electrician there. (Ill cut the wire myself, not rocket science)They had none of the other supplies that we needed in stock. Went to self checkout & dealt with attitude from the associate that was there to help with issues. We left our things & walked out. On the way to the door the employee laughed because we left due to her lack of customer service skills !!! We will never go there again ..
This place is great for home improvement and for buying appliances. The staff members are always very helpful. The paint is always mixed right for a great price. The store itself is huge, so you will definitely find anything you are looking for. The prices are average so they are not too expensive but its not very cheap either. Overall its a great store.
The cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a military discount. I even had a picture of my dd214 and ID that has armed forces printed on the front. She said I had to register online and validate the information for my next visit. When I did that the site said it was unable to verify even after I uploaded my documents. Ill continue my business at home depot, Ive never had a problem there.
I just moved to the area and looking to do many home improvements...So far I bought a washer n dryer here...youll take time off work and they never showed...no call no txt...and as Im here waiting for a refund two ladys have been waiting for paint help longer than ive been here....A lot has to be said about this stores team...And its not good....headed to menards....for no now.
This Lowes has a excellent staff. Most of the staff have worked there for quite a while, so they know what theyre doing. They have loaders that actually help, not just stand and watch. Jeff the pro manager is very knowledgeable and can answer most of your tech questions. Ive had problems at other stores but never this one.
I placed an online order for store pick up for a push mower that was in stock. The confirmation email stated there is a high volume of pick ups and it could take up to 3 days for the item to be ready. I waited 9 hours and the email came that it was ready. When I picked it up is wasnt even assembled. What exactly took 9 hours? The pick up system is not useful and a waste of time. Its better to just go to the store and skip ordering online.
You guys are going to be done when Menards opens up across the street. There is never anyone on the floor that can help. Never enough lines open. This store is very mismanaged and whomever does the ordering of stock is horrible. As much as you guys made off of covid-19, youd think you would spend some of it to hire people. I feel bad for the workers there.
Was in the Brimfield area so stopped at Lowes for an extra large night light. They had exactly what I was looking.100 lumens. No waiting to get in, stock levels good, clean and following guidelines. Only self checkouts open, but if you need help, someone is right there for you.
I would give a zero on the side of their installation Dept. Doug who was in charge of our fence installation process was terrible. Did not communicate well and when we did reach out to him, he either ignored us or waited days to respond.I do not recommend any type of install with this particular store. The shopping experience in this store is always pleasant but go somewhere else if you need fencing or outdoor installation.
Unusually bad experience-- I needed help finding a particular plumbing fitting. The call for help button did not work, and I asked various people for help three times before I finally got someone who was available and also knowledgeable. Total time, about a *half hour* waiting, and looking, and waiting.
Bought a $1600 washer and dryer was told 2 weeks to get, now a month later they call at 7pm say delivering tomorrow morning? Like I can call off work the next day with no notice- Employee on phone got nasty and hung up on me when I asked for a manager- NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN, Hurry up and build that Menards!
An organized home hardware store that caters to home owners and contractors alike. Prices are reasonable and everything is relatively easy to find. Plenty of selection too. Store associates arent quite as helpful as the tried and true Home Depots around the area, but since Lowes offers a 10% veteran discount while Home Depot doesnt, I continue to take my business here.
My opinion has gotten better since I must have had a rather irate employee treating my father in-law very poorly due to him being Puerto Rican. Time has passed and Ive purchased a few things from there with generally no problems. What I needed today I was able to find and the employees were helpful. Other than that, its a Lowes
Expert assistance in finding a quality item, at a decent price, with a good warranty. Although the aisles are well identified, clerks were eager to help locate small miscellaneous items. And in addition to being helpful, there were enough clerks on the floor to assist customers at almost any location in the store.
Today my family and I went to this Lowes and received zero help and no customer service. I need some help in the electrical department. My wife asked a worked at the store to page someone for this department and they did but noone came. I in fact had to open a sealed box read the instructions and figure it out. Not a big deal but Im sure a simple question answer for a worker in electrical. Then I went up to the register and told the cashier what had happened and they did not seem surprised, instead they just told me to fill out the survey on the bottom with what has happened to my family and I. No apology. I would have given this zero stars.
The other day I was at Lowes. I went there to get paint. Hey whats the guy said hey I need some paint you said its going to be a little bit. To which I said what like 10 minutes and he just looked at me and he said a little bit. I stood there and waited 20 minutes 15 minutes into my 20 he says its going to be a little bit. I finally got annoyed and walked out. And ended up at Home Depot way on the other side of town.
Its really quick to order online and have it ready to get picked up.. I think it wasnt even 2 hours.. Awesome..I will say that the loaders didnt understand when I said to gently close my back hatch and Id move the car and readjust the gutters.. She tried to slam it shut while I screamed nooooo.. I meant just let it drop and Id fix it.. I hope you can get them to understand that before a window shatters.. Luckily the gutter was squishy, but with a little adjustment I got it to not touch either window once I parked and looked at it myself.
130 in the afternoon and not one Cashier at a register. Yet they have 4 self check outs and a person just standing there watching. Knows that Im looking for a cashier but doesnt call anyone over. I waited for 10 minutes and decided to just walk out and leave everything. I couldnt use the self check out with the items I had.

I order a freezer on Nov 30th, today when I track my order status, it was cancelled. I checked my email, voice mail, missed calls. Guess what? No notice! I haven’t received any notice about that, so l lost the chance to buy another one with Black Friday price. How can you cancel an order without any notice?! I called the customer service and they told me Someone should tell me the cancellation. Excuse? Who is someone, where is he, still on the way? I am so upset about Lowe’s. How can you treat your customer in this way.
Called to verify appliance availability in store, talked to a a very nice gentleman who walked from the front of the store and physically checked my item as available. Few hours latter, I drove to the store and by accident ran in to same employee who recognized me from phone conversation and he was very nice. He even helped load item to the cart, transport it to the front of the store, and helped load it to my truck. Previously, I had very bad experience with Home Depot so - Good job Lowes! Great Customer Service.
Terrible location . Have tried to complete 2 projects with this location. They screwed both up. Most recently, confirmed order twice after placing it and paying. Even left and came back to confirm. The order was only off by $1,500. The asst. Mgr didnt apologize but he did offer a ridiculously generous 10% discount. So, nice! Now its only off by $1,350.Back to Home Depot! Cant wait for Menards to open across the street.
Your return policy is rediculous. Sometimes a remodel takes longer than expected. My wife and I buy pieces and parts as we get the money. So it might take us a few months to get everything we need for our kitchen remodel. Now I guess you should just go in there, buy $10,000 worth of stuff, bust out the remodel and hurry up and return what doesnt get used. So.... Ill take my wood and make a Cant wait for Menards sign instead and put it in my front yard. You guys dont have half the stuff Im looking for anyways. Like a simple shelf bracket. Not one for a closet which is 12 wide but one that is just 8 or whatever,....... Nothing unless Im building an entire closet system.I would have totally expected a store credit at least. I was even there to buy a few more things. But nothing. So now I will give you nothing. Except for bad reviews on every platform I can. It was only $32 worth of wainscoting that was still in the plastic wrap and in better condition than the pile of material I picked thru.
Had a delivery scheduled for today from lowes.my wife got a call from Lowes saying he could not deliver due to ice in driveway.he pulled three quarters up the drive and left.not giving us the option to carry in the house.he never came up to the door.lowes customer service is terrible will never shop there again.
Worst experience I have ever had at any store was at this store! I ordered a kitchen cabbinet set 2 months ago and they ordered them wrong. It took a month and a half for them to get it fixed and they had me drive 25 minutes to the store every couple of days because they kept ordering the wrong ones or they came in broken. All while I have no kitchen. Its 2 months later and my kitchen still isnt finish. Also after I installed the cabinets that I got (2 at a time) I found the exact cabinets at Home Depot for half the price. I was given an 11% rebate and was told by the cabinet lady that I should get about $500 back from the rebate. Turns out that the cabinets were excluded from the rebate. These people dont know how to do their jobs. I talked to 6 managers over the first month and all of them said they would personally handle it and get it fixed. Not one of them did and I still to this day am missing cabinets that they messed up. Never again! Ps. Lowes, Im remodeling an entire 2800sf house and the kitchen was the first room I started. Im taking my business elsewhere!
10k fence, subpar customer service (5 misoders by Doug) a year for installation (ordered long before COVID) 3.5% compensation. What a joke. Dont shop pro services with Doug) the fence is only 220 linear feet!The original post was much longer, but it keeps getting removed. If any of the upper management wants to talk about this with me, you have my number.
Since May 2015, I have been remodeling my house little by little. I am done remodeling but over the last year I have received some great help from a lot of employees throughout the store. From great advice, or after a long day working, one the the employees would help me take items out to my truck and help load.
Two females were all over a male customer. So Im standing there waiting. So when they both were going to follow him out I said can I get some help. Well I got the dull brain one who still had to ask the other one. When I complained to mgmt they lied that it took a long time to get the rocks. Which actually took less than 2 mins but it took them over ten mins to finally come back to help me. So besides being incompetent they are liars. This use to be my favorite store these two staff members give Lowes a bad reputation.
I am not a home improvement store person so when I had to get some paint for a touch up in my house I kind bbn of dreaded going. I want to commend this Lowes for having a awesome person working in the paint department (8/16/19)- Joesph was extremely helpful and considerate. I will shop this Lowes for any future home improvement items I need because of people like Joesph.
Just had quartz countertops installed Friday...came with a chunk missing from the corner and scratches all along the side, my husband didnt notice...I saw it as soon as I walked in...the installation guys had just left before I got home (I passed them on the road)...we called them right away, said theyd call us back, havent heard from them...called Lowes Saturday, just to make sure that they knew too and that something was gonna be done about it...she said shed make a claim and wed here from someone Monday...noone called...called Lowes again Monday and this lady never even filed anything for it...still havent heard what they plan on doing about it...just keep saying well call you back...we had a bad experience with getting a privacy fence put up as well...after dealing with this BS, I will never buy from here again!!..
I was going to give a review on your website but I lost the receipt with the link. I was in a bad mood coming into the store last week late one night. My house was hot and I needed another ac unit. A staff member, Aree, came up to me and asked if I needed help with anything. He made me laugh and helped me pick out a good unit for my home. If it was not for him that night I may have given up after being to multiple stores that were all sold out of ac units. Aree is a great human being and truly made my experience at Lowe’s that night a five star experience.
Clean store. Not cluttered. . Service in home appliances was terrible. Waited over 35 minutes to purchase a dishwasher that was cash n carry. Salesmen seemed indifferent as to help or not. Only was helped after a call to the front desk and asked to speak with manager.
Not a good day for Lowe’s. Came in to buy bi-fold closet doors and have keys made—should’ve been easy. First I couldn’t find a pallet cart anywhere when I went in. Located my closet doors, went in search of a pallet cart—found several...all loaded up with Lowe’s stock and unavailable. Saw an associate standing nearby, asked for his help but he was on his cell on what was clearly a personal call. When he finished and came to help, he told my mom and me to meet him back at the ”millinery desk” and he’d get a cart. My mom went back while I waited at the desk to get two keys made. Key story to be continued. Pallet cart boy came by and said, “you needed this, right?” “Right—my mom went back to the “millinery desk” to meet you.” Off he goes...never to arrive there. Several minutes later my mom comes up to the key desk (I’m still waiting here while 2—TWO—-guys are trying to figure out that Lowe’s doesn’t have play doh for this woman, and where she can probably get some. Seriously??) I finally started tapping my key on the counter, the young man says he can help me, hooray! As he comes over, the older clerk apologizes again to play doh woman and says HE will make my keys, why doesn’t younger clerk go to lunch? Younger clerk laughs and says that by the time he gets back, he’ll only have 15 minutes left on his shift. Yep, I’m still standing here tapping my key while they discuss this. He finally takes my key, I tell him I need two copies. He makes one and hands them to me. I need two. “I’m sorry, I didn’t realize you needed two.” *sigh*As he hands me two keys, my mom returns with one set of doors standing upright on the bottom of regular cart. Apparently pallet cart boy didn’t show up in the back. I go back, find the empty pallet cart by the bi-fold doors, NOT by the “millinery desk.” I get my doors down and carry them to the front myself.Say to the cashier that this was a fiasco, that no one would help, that one guy was too busy on his cell phone.....response? Nothing.Excellent customer service, Lowe’s. Thanks for the coupon to use on a subsequent visit, but not likely.
Went in to store to find tyvek tape. First employee said well, I could look it up. Then I proceeded to wait for them to do that. After uncomfortable moment of silence he replies the tape isle is right there. If course thats not where the tyvek tape is, or at least I could not find it. I proceeded to speak with two other employees who both let a customer answer my question. End result I spent 30 minutes in the store walking around looking for what I was trying to find a walk out empty-handed. If theyhthey to stay in business once Menards opens across the street they better improve on this
Its a hardware store they have everything you want my particular visit I spent an HOUR and a half there trying to get a handful of planters they had in the garden area on the top shelf (needed a forklift to retrieve) so your mileage may vary I suppose, not a very responsive staff
The service has gone down the drain. I used to love this store. Its hard to find anybody that wants to help you. If somebody sees that you need help, they pretend that they dont see you and keep on walking. This is not a one-time thing. This happens almost every time I go in there which is few and far in-between nowadays.
So I needed to BUILD A WALL for A job. The situation was an Emergency as sewage and filth seaped into the good water system and it had corrupted almost the whole system. Luckily there was MAGA great service. qQuick workers and helpful friendly people all around. With the great help of many great people I was able to BUILD THAT WALL and fix the leaky SWAMP water problem. Thanks Lowes Home Improvement

Was going to buy a $700.00 generator they didnt have one new in the box,.. so I asked to talk to a manager to see if I could buy the display model. The cashier called Terry and asked if I could do that,and I asked if they could give me a break on the price a little bit... needless to say, I was relayed a message that said no!!! Wow!!!! Really!!!! Good job Terry!!! Home depot here I come!!!!
This is generally the only lowes location we shop at because the people are so helpful. i received a giftcard for christmas that our dog unfortunately got a hold of and chewed the 4-digit pin off of. The service manager Jeff on duty didnt blink an eye before helping me although the card was next to useless at that point. Thanks, again.
Every large lumber cart that they had was full of inventory that the employees had not put away. So we could not buy what we needed because we could not get it to the counter. An employee at the front of the store asked if we needed assistance, we told him we needed a large cart and we were completely ignored. We will not be back again. I would have given no stars.
No customer service ask an employee if he can locate me a flatbed cart and he said there are none and walked awayI had to hunt down a cart myself in put a 100 lb box on it while another employee stood there and watchedThis location that needs to get their poop in a pileThink I will drive a new extra miles and go to Home Depot next time.But then again there will be a Menards across the street and not to Future.
Went to our Loews to look for pulls for a cabinet I am updating !! Also looking at backsplash for our kitchen ideas ! Bought a gorgeous plant and my husband purchased something but I dont remember exactly what it was now!! If he needs something hell go about every weekend !!!!!

2022-06-24Ive always had a great experience at this Lowes. The employees are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked, and the curbside pickup team is always quick and has made our home improvement projects go so much smoother. Thanks for the quick pickup tonight Scott!

2022-06-17Overall have had good experiences here. Last time I bought a sawzall from the case and it was CLEARLY used. Saw dust on it and damage to the side of it. Check your “new” tools before leaving.

2022-04-24Do not have anything delivered from Lowes, they use a third party services that will always have issues if they dont want to deliver what you ordered. The company marked that we were not home because they had the wrong address. We were home they just had a completely wrong address. Lowes was not helpful at all and pretty much said it was our problem. We will be returning the 800 dollar outdoor set and go somewhere else. Horrible experience and Lowes doesnt care about their customers after you pay them. Please go somewhere else.

2022-05-17Wow ! Have you been to Lowes lately ? Beautiful flowers and VERY reasonably priced . I also bought a riding mower and it was delivered next day ready to mow with bags attached ! Great service and exceptional help ! Lowes is now my go to hardware store !

2022-05-21I waited in line for 30 mins to check out a Bissell, Wednesday, May 18, 2022 around noon. The customer service representative was not attentive to customers waiting in line (there were four of us waiting patiently), she spent her time gossiping on the phone and chatting with fellow team members. It was extremely unprofessional.

2022-03-16I had to remove a star because it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a checkout with a human. Im not going to explain why this is important, because we all have our own reasons. I buy most of my rental supplies here, but I am starting to explore Menards now because of this. They are right across the street.

2022-04-10Lowes is my go to place. Generally they have items in stock that I need. Staff at this Lowes are always friendly and willing to help you and will even offer you extra advice on your project.

2022-02-07Typical box store but it was not easy to get thru aisles many employees restocking and blocking product. They are oblivious to a customer and then act insulted when you ask to get by them and look at something.
