Tool guy was really helpful over in the tool section. He really helped me out. I will shop lowes over home depot anyday. Plus lowes carries the best tools. You get either craftsman, kobalt, or dewalt. Craftsman much sturdier than Milwaukee. Trust me go to lowes. Even the staff that work at lowes are more friendly and willing to help.
They seem to need help here. The poor guy that helped me with door knobs and keys either wasnt taught the ins and outs of the key machine or he was just confused by it all. Regardless, it took way too long to get what I needed and he actually mixed up the keys and I wound up having to get a different lock set (which means theyre short on inventory now).
The reason I give this place a five star there was always someone coming up to you and asking you they could help me find something which I thought was very kind usually when you go to a place that large you got to find someone to help you but this place was very helpful I highly recommend it
We were rebuilding our 30 years old deck and went to Dublin Lowes to get lumbers and all other supplies. Lucas was extremely helpful. Since the deck boards vary in quality, he was so patient in helping me to examine one by one till I am satisfied. He spent the whole afternoon in helping me to get all the supplies I need, helping me to cut the lumbers to the sizes I need, and also offered me a lot of tips. I went to the other home improvement store across the street before came to Lowes. The quality of services was so different and now I dont even shop around anymore. Dublin Lowes is the place where I get all I need for my home improvement now because of Lucas! Thank you so much! You have saved me a lot of time.
This is my go to store for all of my home improvement needs. All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Big shout out to John in the power tools section, and Roger in the masonry section. I appreciate that they were willing to take time to help a young man learn how to tackle a job properly and guide him to the proper tools for the job. Give these men a raise/promotion! Ran into David in the plant area. Was looking for some topsoil (in the dead of winter) and unfortunately they were out. BUT David was amazingly helpful in answering questions and went above and beyond with ingenious landscaping/gardening tips to a first time homeowner who has never really gone beyond watering things to keep them alive. He even drew out a cheat sheet for me! Ill be coming back in once it gets warmer and if I need more help further into the season Ill definitely be asking for him. Back again, grabbed a deck umbrella.
They’re trying to get a lot more friendly then say 5 yrs ago. But , when I moved here there was poor attitudes right at front desk.Since they improved we bought two appliances this weekBut unfortunately they hired a trucking mover service and some extremely bad things have happenedThey said they’d make it right and they meant it so I hope soon it’s resolved. But, they really need to probably get the deliveries done themselves and I trust they get these two delivery men I am talking about squared away. Hopefully nobody else has to endure what I did and it was very wrong. They never made anything right on our bill. I returned a refrigerator and the replacement had scratched drawers. So they replaced them twice from China just kept receiving same bad parts. Overall, I wouldn’t buy appliances again here. It was a nightmare
Went to another lowes(south high street) to get a washer and could not get any help. It was as if there was no one there working at all. Went to this Dublin location and Michael in appliances helped me extremely quickly. He was thorough in explaining all the details of the warranty and delivery.Update: buying was great, but retail direct is the company they use to deliver and they did not deliver the washer at all.Update #2: tried to cancel the order and they set up another delivery date. Dropping this down to one star due to the fact that I still dont have a washer I payed 600 dollars for.
Nice place and very friendly staff. The only reason its a 4 star was because the saw that cuts the 1.5 pipe i wanted to buy was not operational and they didnt have an ETA on when it would be. It was my main reason for the 25 minute drive to this location. There were also lots of carts scattered around, which I more blame other customers, than the store employees. I imagine theyd get to rounding them all up before closing.
Recently purchased an LG Wash Tower (all in one Washer Dryer stacked unit). The delivery people came to my house and couldnt un hook the existing washer because they said the valves wouldnt turn off. I got the cold one turned off easily, and with a little WD 40 I got the hot one too. The problem is I got that hot one done 10 seconds after they decided to leave. So they left the unit and said I should call back so they can complete the install and move my old one to the garage for me. Well... I did that, but so far its been three days and I havent had a call back or any attempt to reschedule. I eventually just hooked up the new one myself, and tomorrow someone is coming to buy the old one, so well have to move it to the garage ourselves. They were literally seconds away and I called the delivery person, and sent a text asking if they could just return for a minute and finish the job. No response at all - very disappointed. So overall, I like the machine, but the service hasnt been good. I know people are stretched thin... but I dont think asking for a call back and to come finish the job is unreasonable. I think Ill go elsewhere next time I need anything that has to be delivered or installed. Lowes is happy to sell you stuff, but then you are just on your own.
As a contractor I was absolutely appalled by how they treated me! I can only imagine how they treat their customers every one in the back area should have to take the customer service training again! I will never shop here and I will tell all my friends and family to never shop here
Like the company in general but this location can be a little bit tricky to find. Its set up like any other Lowes which makes finding what youre after quick and easy, and their inventory seems to match what they show online. Competitive prices for the neighborhood. Customer service had to get help for a warranty question which is otherwise spelled out online - would think Lowes would train their people better before putting them on the counter.
My husband and I have been searching for a new grill and we found the one we wanted at Lowes. A gentleman by the name of Bruce was an immense help. He found that he had the one we wanted to purchase , in stock and already assembled. He facilitated the purchase and had someone help up load in our truck. The clerk was also helpful and very kind. Customer Service like this is a rare treat. Kudos to all involved.
Delivery for flooring. Paid for delivery and we had a set date. When didn’t get message of when time they would be arriving we called and they said it was changed to after our install date. We didn’t get any message changing date. They corrected and brought out next day. When they arrived with flooring their order said to just drop off. So they were going to drop off pallet at garage. We were told they would bring in and put in room so flooring can acclimate. We had to take upstairs to room. Delivery guys were great and helped unload from truck and put on first floor entry. They are not to blame whoever does scheduling needs to figure it out. I paid for delivery not drop off. Don’t tell me they will put in room if it’s a drive by. Very disappointed. Our rep at store was great when we ordered and we shop at Lowe’s a lot. Figure it out.

Robert in appliances is the best. I cant think of a salesperson in retail that was better. Super factual and clearly knows his stuff. No pressure just really good at guiding what we needed. Even really got into the right detergents and maintenance to get the most out of a dishwasher and my wife is a scientist and can confirm what he was saying made total sense but wed just never thought about some of it.
Horrible delivery experience all around. Lowes told be that it would be on a day between 8am and 12 pm. I called to confirm this 3 separate times. The night before the delivery I get a text that says it would be delivered between 1pm and 5 pm. I cleared my work schedule to receive the shipment in the am. I called Lowes and the manager said that they have no control over the third party delivery systems and they cannot out me in touch with them since they are gone for the day. She also could not tell me when they would be in in the morning. Then after again altering my work schedule for the delivery I get a text at noon that it will be delivered in 20 minutes. I almost lost my mind. Who on planet earth doesnt need to know what time a load of building supplies will be delivered until 8 oclock pm the night before? Never again.
Always has what I need in stock, and they usually have some nice appliances there. The store is clean and the staff seem pretty friendly. It wasnt crowded at all, but there did seem to be a lot of people when I went. Matching my paint is easy and quick here too, and the tool selection is amazing.
This store has the best customer service. Everybody was professional, courteous and helpful. Graham was especially helpful and personable. You can see, he not only enjoys his job but genuinely cares about helping people! He made our visit great! Thanks Graham and Lowes for employing such a great associate!
Wanted to get estimates on a few fences to compare & choose which one I would purchase. No experts available and noone knew much about them in general. I did get a fantastic young lady who did everything she could to get me an estimate and was very helpful, polite, and even went through the installation manual to figure things out for me. Ive been trying to figure things out on my own without success & cant walk in and look around because I care for my 95yr old disabled mom. Thank you Susie!
We purchased a house and were buying a lot of items today. Paul helped us a lot in the lock and keys, and was tremendous. Paint department was very friendly and helpful as well.Unfortunately, we purchased two items that required cards at the register, and the building didnt have any for sale! Each of the last few times we have come in, we have purchased items that arent even available! Please check the items you have listed for sale on the floor so others dont have the same inconvenience as we have.
The delivery is extremely sub-par... we had a freezer delivered ($70)... They were supposed to deliver, unpack, and remove the packing material... they brought it in (not wearing masks), dropped it downstairs, and left. No unpacking... calling Lowes got the matter fixed quickly, but it shouldnt have been a problem in the first place...
Thanks for having the washer I needed in stock, but my sales guy made me feel like I was a bother and not very important at all.Also, there was no sense of urgency when it came to assisting customers, and facilitating a smooth check out process went poorly.After purchasing, I waited over 20 minutes for my new washer to make its way up to the front.You’re better than this Lowes-get it together.
Stopped in today to see what house plants the Lowe’s in this area has. Found a couple of nice ones that come in a decorative pot. While going through the self checkout line employee ‘ Karen’ stops me and asks if there are plants in my pots to which I respond yes. This is apparently not the right answer as she rips my plants out of the pots turned them upside down and looks all over them for another barcode convinced I’m stealing the plant. Once she has throughly damaged the plant she returns it to the pot and walks away without another word. Will not return. Do not recommend.
I purchased a Werner rolling scaffolding baker and not only did they help me find it in the store but they got it down for me and opened the box and made sure that it was in tack and not damaged during shipment! I call that service with a smile. Plus it was $60.00 cheaper than anywhere else on the web. And if something goes wrong with it and you keep your receipt they will return it know questions asked!
Went in for multiple items and came out without several. Couldnt find the correct spark plug. Online chat was unhelpful. Even though the website said the fireplace handles we were looking for were in stock we didnt see them. Associates were willing to help but unhelpful.
Blake in plumbing was one of the most helpful hardware store associates Ive ever encountered. Not only did he help me find a couple different things, he also took the time to explain how to install each of them—as well as what other products Ill need to do so— without me even asking.
If I could put 0 I would i was in a line & the cashier had her light on. When I was next she turned off her light & said she was closed. I only had 3 products & went to self check out because of her terrible customer service I was upset & went through self check out & forgot a product for my mom. Honesty this store is terrible when it comes to customer service. The cashier was terrible. I rather go to Competitor or a mom & pop hardware store versus this again.
For your big box chain home-improvement stores this is a nice one. It did seem to be a little understaffed and I had to track down employees by going and finding them which seems unusual in this kind of store. All in all very clean very organize tons of choices I would highly recommend this Lowe’s. The employees that I did run into work extremely helpful very courteous and knew their jobs very well
Went to Lowes to get some dirt and grass seed. They always have what I need. I was going to get a couple of bins for my Craftsman shelves, when I noticed another brand called Commander. The Commander shelf unit was the same quality and price as the Craftsman, but it was wider. You could put two large bins next to each other vs only one on the Craftsman. The bins for the Commander shelf were longer than the Craftsman ones and were seven dollars cheaper. The only difference was that they did not have locking handles for the lids. The next shelf that I buy will be the Commander.
Its Lowes it always has everything I need when I go there. Sure prices are going to be different no matter where you go, thats just business. Ive never had any issues while being there. Would be nice if the suppliers didnt find such messed up trees to cut their wood, but thats more a supplier issue not Lowes.
Lowes no longer has people working in a department ( other than paint)that have any working knowledge other where something might be. In the past they had retired electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other trades professionals to answer questions and give knowledgeable answers.
I have foretold the future and I was right. Customer service will/has plummet during/after pandemic. Speaking to a seasoned salesperson, I showed him pictures of a window that needed a new screen. He did not look up and said aisle 49 and pointed. I explained I wasnt sure about measurements and showed the picture again. had looked elsewhere and couldnt find one. He said make your own... Stuffs over there too. Hello Amazon, youve got my money.
We spoke with two people at their customer service desk - both were rude and could tell they thought they were better than you and they clearly didn’t want to be there. I work in customer service and know you shouldn’t be that rude to anyone. My boyfriend asked a simple question and to see if he could pay more for something else on an exchange. The customer service guy said “nope you get what you get.” Just find it a bit odd they are turning down money? However Barry in the refrigerator department was a very nice gentleman and the only reason I’m giving this rating a 2 star. Get it together with your customer service.
Home depot has better prices and variety of items and you dont have to sign up in store as a member to use military discount. Main downside like I said was selection and variety as well as the deals for them. Almost no deals that could beat home depot. Always leave the store having to go somewhere else after to fulfill the shopping list.
Went there on the weekend and stood in line outside, in their garden department, for too long. A customer was definitely asking too many questions and needed things found for her, but there were two people helping her and no other registers opened. We finally asked if they could open another register and the rude lady, she may have been a manager, said no. There was no apology for the wait, either. So we, and the long line behind us, all had to go inside. I know Lowes is a big company and our little complaint will barely get noticed but there should be common courtesy and better managerial skills than what we experienced.
Often a good selection but at times they can run out of certain things and as a regular shopper it seems like those items often remain out of stock. When I have asked the items have been ordered and restocked. Just surprising that inventory is not better managed. Employees have confirmed knowing that certain stock is not available and that they are not sure why it is not reordered by the person who handles that. So disappointing but they are at least helpful. Also using a Lowes card will get you 5% off everything and since prices can be comparable other places the 5 % almost covers tax making for a better buy. Also love the return policy as I have never had any problem returning things at anytime for any reason. Plus if you use their card they can look up the receipt even. You can buy enough of something that you are sure you can finish but if you end up with some unused product an easy return is all you need to do after completion.
Manager wont price match (Home depot price) because its too low price.The item was available at home depot at $89 dollars while lowes selling it at $299. the manager refused to price match and said (no NEST company available near by 100 miles ) .. Which does not make sense .. Home depot MUCH BETTER and EASIER to price match . I had to drive 25 min to get it from homedepot
Wide variety, good prices and typically clean. Sometimes hard to find help when busy but it is my preferred home improvement store. UPDATE: Erica Shotts went out of her way to match an appliance package and get us the best deal. When many associates would do so much less, Erica sat us down, carefully made sure prices and styles were correct and sent us on our way with printouts and directions. Thanks for stepping up!
If you have any doubt about fixing anything in your house, just get up and do it, come to Lowe’s and get everything you need to fix up your house, this place has everything and I mean everything to fix, May to make a house. You can basically build a house with everything you find here.
Today, I had a great experience!... Thanks to Debbie, in the paint department. She was extremely helpful with my questions about painting the wooden picnic table that we bought there earlier. She walked me to the aisle were I would find what I needed and then proceeded to help me pick out the best stuff for the job! Im so grateful for her today because I had absolutely no idea where to start. Now, my table is stained a beautiful white color and I absolutely love it!
I wish I have a rating lower than one Star (*); they deserve ZERO rating. Highly unprofessional and HORRIBLE service – stay away. I made a gas stove & over the range microwave with installation kit, appliances’ installation service and hauling away the old unit through Lowe (Dublin) store and paid via credit card. I was told that their distribution department would set-up a delivery date later. The delivery guy (contractor) showed up after a week with a damaged stove and NO installation kit. I asked them to take it back and they left without taking it. I called them and they scheduled the second delivery. The deliver guy called during delivery and I asked for the installation kit and was told he doesn’t have it so I refused the delivery. I called Lowe store again and was told they fix the issue and rescheduled the third time delivery. The guy came this time without stove and kit and said he came to haul away the old stove. He said he has no knowledge of my order and/or installation. I called again and they promised for fix and schedule the fourth time delivery. During that process I had to call literally more than 1 dozen times to store and delivery center to straighten it out and they kept me hold 20 mins or so each time; I got a different answer every times I called. Distribution center called me fifth time again and told the next day delivery with a 4 hours window. I waited but no one showed up. I called the distribution center and they kept me waited for 20 mins until the line was dropped. I wasted about 2 weeks and about 4 hours of my precious time but NO delivery yet.
So I had placed an online order to get materials my employees needed for a job today. The ladder i ordered said there was 3 in stock and i had ordered a couple shovels and a couple brooms. Send my employee the address and order # . When he arrived the ladder was not in stock and it was said it would take a month to get that one delivered. The shovels were child sized (which that was my fault due to not paying attention the height when I ordered ) . I called and got transferred to the pick up desk and explained who I was and she proceeded to say oh the Mexican guy in here for the ladder. Yeah i can fix it for you tell him go get the right materials and come back up here . And said if she needed me for the card info she would call me I thanked her and waited by my phone . So My employee went to get the needed materials & goes back to the pick up counter. Hes there and the lady says she wont help him and he calls me to tell me whats going on the lady would not get on the phone with me , and would definitely not help him . so another 20 minutes go by hes I sure of what to do . He calls again saying to please cancel everything and go to another store to get what they needed . I was infuriated because why should he have to go to another store when he has everything he needs in his hands. So i call after talking to 4 other people . A department manager gets on the phone to apologize and thanks me for our patience. Once my employee got the assistance he needed they had him out the door within 10-15 minutes. The other employees who had helped were nothing but professional and had given him the respect he deserves as if he was just like any other customer in the store .After the experience my employee had with the pickup lady I was aggravated , because that was 100% unnecessary to treat him in such a manner. The manager definitely handled the situation so I thank you for that .But it still doesnt make it ok for an employee of Lowes to be so disrespectful to a customer of color . That was purely racist behavior of that young lady .Its not right he had spent almost 2 hours dealing with this when in reality it could have been resolved in 10 minutes.So that is why I gave the store 3 stars and not 1 .Thank you to the people who helped resolve this matter .
Great local service, your employee Mason was beyond outstanding in helping me find and resolve a water heater problem. Took me straight to the right item, and i was able to fix the heater for $6. You can not beat this. I love that the store is dog friendly, it is beyond outstanding that i can bring my best bud with me to Lowes. Dont change this! great part of your store. Thanks! -- And someone give Mason a gold star! He was great.
I have never had such bad customer service in my life - they told us itd be a week to turn around a dishwasher order...which turned into well over a month with no one contacting us. I guess they didnt care because when I called into the store it took me five calls to get to someone who actually had a slight idea what I was talking about...and that persons phone got disconnected. Store selection is fine - but once they get you to pay them the experience falls off a cliff
Tried t buy a washer and dryer and was unsuccessful and wasted 45 min. Went in with the exact washer and dryer I wanted to purchase in mind, told the sales guy, who then spent a crazy amount of time trying to figure out whether it was in stock or not. Got fed up, went to Home Depot down the street, and purchased in less than 10 min. Would not return to that department again.
In my recent large purchase with Lowes, I had nothing but one problem after another with the Dublin location. I had expected a little complication but nothing like what I really got. We typically like Lowes because the store is clean, and things are usually easy to find. We went November 9th to look at refrigerators. My girlfriend found the fridge she wanted, we had to wait about 15 minutes for an available associate, because as Im sure youre aware the appliance department is always understaffed. After finally working with an associate we discovered the fridge was a special order and would be some time before it would arrive for delivery. He scheduled delivery for December 15th.On December 11th, we got a voicemail, saying they could deliver the fridge on December 18th. We were not available for delivery that day, so we immediately called the store to reschedule it for the 20th. All seemed in order, until we got another call around December 17th, saying that the refrigerator will be delivered on the 28th. Wait what? You told us that wed be getting the fridge on the 20th? I arranged my schedule for this. Why did the date change? No one could give us any answers, just the fact that it wasnt at the 3rd party delivery company to be delivered. No one knew anything and trying to get any answers over the phone was a joke, because we couldn’t get a straight answer.We stopped in the store because we were getting nowhere in our search for answers. We finally dealt with a department manager (not even an appliance manager) that seemed to sympathize and tried to work towards a solution. With him we were able to discover that the appliance guy that originally called misspoke. The manager we spoke with assured us that hed make it right once the refrigerator was delivered and I trusted that he would. The fact that the original guy, misspoke had me question the process. Why and how would this mistake happen, and what could be done to correct it? All I got was “communication is a problem with a store this size.” Ok, yeah, maybe… what are you going to do to fix that because it’s effecting business. Never really got an answer to that.All throughout this process no one had any clue of the problems we were having. Every time we dealt with someone, wed have to explain the entire situation again, but at the end of the day no one could give us any direct answers, but they all apologized for the situation. Apologies dont do much, when you’ve set an expectation and then fail on that expectation without a valid reason. We simply went by the expectations you set.The manager I was dealing with, and the store manager agreed that I should be credited $200… equaling about 10% of my purchase. I gladly spent almost $2000 on something, and your lack to double check, and communicate to peers before setting expectations inconvenienced me, I do not feel that is making things right. The amount of inconvenience and hassled Lowes put my girlfriend and I is worth more than 10%, sorry. They didnt ask me my opinion, no one tried calling me back when going through this mess. I had left 2 previous messages to get a hold of the manager dealing with this, before finally getting ahold of him, but somehow, he never got those messages.Ive worked retail, I work with customers all day, and I understand that things happen outside of our control, but this store has shown that they cannot communicate internally or externally. Im shocked that this Lowes location functions properly based on the experience Ive have. Maybe they can handle simple things like picking up a few nails, flowers, or some lumber, but I will not trust the Dublin Lowes location with any major purchase. Youve lost my trust, and youve lost my business.
I was so impressed by the customer service, I had to leave a review. I ordered a small storage shed online and was almost immediately called by another store and informed that the shed was not available. She told me to call the Dublin Lowes to sort out the situation. I ended up having to go into the store which was a little inconvenient but Im glad I did!Store associates Jeff and Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that I left with the product I was searching for. Jeff spent close to 45 minutes walking around with me to look at sheds and when I didnt find one I liked we went to a computer and he found one for me online. The shed we found was delivered 2 days later and fits perfectly on our back patio.Jeff and Jacob didnt have to spend all of that time on MY issue but they did, and because of them, I will always shop at Lowes! Went in to get a few things that I needed, and a few others that I wanted... These big box stores are laid out fairly similarly, and signs signs, everywhere a sign which makes figuring out the do-dads location as straight forward as it gets. Those early employees were great, I was greeted with smiles and howdys, but nobody pestered me whilst I was perusing the merchandise, yet they put the hop-to in action as soon as I had a question. My experience there was nigh on perfect. Thanks Rob, Lowes employee...😎
I needed to piece together adapters and fittings for both the water line and drain for a sink and they took their time in the aisle to find the best and most cost effective solution. Now I have an outdoor utility sink powered by a garden hose with a flexible drain running into our yard drainage system. Outstanding.
Typical Lowes. They have everything. Good prices. The only I rate them a 3 is because customer service is so hit or miss. You can wander around the store and not see an employee if you have a question. Also employees are likely to just ignore you and walk right past you. I would rate them a fiver if they were more focused on customer satisfaction.
Terracotta pots were listed as different shades online but they were all the same color and they werent brought out in any packing to avoid breakage though employee did go in and get something to wrap them up. Also someone hit my car in the pick-up area which isnt Lowes fault, but does contribute to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
Overall very friendly and knowledgeable staff, my only complaint is the paint department employees only rely strictly on the machine for color matching. I miss the days when paint department employees could look at a color and tell what it needed from knowledge, not just doing what a computer told them to do.
I only give 2 stars because the facility is clean and nice. The staff and experience gets 1 Star. I don’t know what it is with this store, but every time I go in there, I encounter grumpy employees. I get the runaround and they seem annoyed if they have to help. In turn, even the customers seem grumpy when I’m in this store. I dread going in here but the product selection is pretty good, so I keep coming back bracing myself for grumpy customer service and I’m never disappointed.
Huge inventory of home improvements stuff under one roof. My fav store for home related purchases just because its at a convenient location for me as well as their staff is very friendly and helpful. Feels like they are looking for customers to help rather customers looking for someone to help them.
We are building a new kitchen and Lowes is the one doing the work. The quality of work is good but their timeline for getting things done is absolutely the worst Ive ever seen in my life. If you have a choice, spend your hard-earned dollars somewhere else. Lowes is the worst. We are four and a half months into the process and the kitchen is still not finished
Had an online order and went to the designated curbside pickup. Called the number and spoke with Katie who was extremely rude and apparently had no idea what we were talking about when we said we were there to pick up an order and said she didnt know what we were asking??? Great customer service 👌👌
Not a lot of customers, but lots of employees... Not a single employee acknowledged my presence, let alone asked me if I needed help. I decided not to go out of my way to interupt them because they were obviously very busy with their tasks. One group of empoyees talking to each other... Their conversation seemed really important. I really wanted to see if anyone would talk to me. Nope.On my way to walk out to go to Home Depot instead, I finally found the product that I honestly desperately needed (aisle wasnt even labeled, so no wonder I couldnt find it!), so I bought it. The person at the self checkout did say bye.I might use pick up in store option, but as far as wandering in there trying to find something? Not interested.
Shameless store. They dont honor their own prices. Ordered something online but got canceled because they said it was a price mistake??? Kidding me??? Other Lowes honored this price!!!!! Also, they really need to improve their online inventory database. It has been many times that I ordered online for in-store pickup but was then told those items were out of stock and they cancelled the orders. The bad thing for this is that I used my coupon but could not get my coupon back after the orders were cancelled by them, which is very annoying because it is not easy to get coupons.
Excellent service, great prices internet pick up orders,many seasonal deals and promotions, price matching and they are great with returns! No waiting on lines to check out, always clean. They usually have what I need and its a very big place. They have a drive through aisle where they happily load your car with heavy mulch, pavers,rocks,fencing, sheds or whatever you buy that you cant load yourself. I highly recommend Lowes of Dublin!
The store itself is fine. The fence installation folks are apathetic at best and morons at worst. Ive never tried so hard to give a company my business. After a cancellation I called REPEATEDLY to reschedule and nothing. I called both the store and the number of the guy who heads up installation. I do not recommend.
Should have learned my lesson when our stove was delivered, paid for install and they had no clue what they were doing. Now same issue with dishwasher, your installers are not what they say. They deliver only installation was horrible both times. Went with a competitor and had no issues. Same unit and all
The associates the worked there were rude and followed me around as if I was i going to steal something amd that made me feel very uncomfortable and what kills me is that everytime im there i spend a thousand dollars at the minimum I think its time to rethink where I spend money at multiple times a week
Dear Lowes, thought Id let you know, after walking all over the Dublin store for the hidden wheel barrows (in a corner, outside in lawn and garden, hidden behind new shipments), and asking 3-4 people where to find a specific, two wheeled one that the online site said you have 12 of, after 20-30 minutes, I gave up, left, and ordered it online for $5 more than you were listing it for in your store to be delivered to my doorstep in 3 days. I think you have some training issues to sort out.Ill follow this by saying the store itself is nice, and has more selection than I typically see in the one at Mill Run I usually go to. Things you find out searching the store for a wheel barrow.
Placed order and too day off work for new stove. Called me Monday stated it would be over 15 more days....due to special order. No big apologies and manager stated I will tell you what I will do for you..I will tell sells person he made a mistake. I asked for some sort of compensation for my inconvenience. NONE was offered. I cancelled my order. Manager also told me to buy in a different Lowes which is close to vacation home but I have always shopped at sawmill. Did not appreciate her rudeness since her store is where I shopped for years and near my home! Lowes has gone too low....
Inexperienced staff. Flooring department has questionable measuring practices. Beware they will charge you labor on overage not actual square footage. Said its their company policy. BS Also trying to sell us transitions for less than 500 sq. ft between dining & living room. Not our first home putting in flooring but first Lowes bad experience. Finding other suppliers agree with us. Labor on what the actual square footage is what is charged.
The absolute worst experience ever. Will never set foot in another Lowe’s store again. From rude delivery drivers to incompetent installers.Actually.... If anyone is looking to buy a storm door, please save yourself the hassle and frustration and do not buy from Lowe’s in Dublin. They subcontract to ‘Micham Doors’ who employs an installer named Glen. He is the rudest, most incompetent, discourteous person I’ve ever met. Because of him I will never set foot in another Lowe’s store again.Just a warning.
Youll find a much wider selection of offerings here than at the nearby Home Depot location, which already has a vast array of merchandise to begin with. The demo displays around the store (i.e., LED light bulbs of different white tints) are a nice touch. As an amateur do-it-yourselfer, I always arrive loaded with questions and theres always a red vest nearby armed with the know-how I often lack.
Lowes is a pain in the ass. We did an online order, paid and came to pick up. However we made a mistake and the wrong store was chosen for pick up, which is our fault. However they cant just transfer the order over to this location. We have to go back in cancel the order wait for a refund and then order again and have pulled here and come back. We are talking about a small order of odds and ends to finish up a project, they even have the stuff here in stock. Look like I will be sticking with my normal place Home Depot. The store manager is clueless here.
Not Honoring PricesI wont go back because this is the second bad experience Ive had. I picked up a bag of Miracle Grow potting soil and took it to the cashier. It rang up incorrectly. I walked back to plant area and PULLED the price sticker off the bottom shelf where the bag sat. The cashier STILL wouldnt honor the lower price. She said to me that I must have gotten the potting soil from the wrong shelf. There was only one shelf. I left.
I had such a bad customer service experience with a sale associate that I will be writing a formal letter to the company! To put it plainly Im not sure if their employee had a problem with my ethnicity or gender but whatever the case may be, I will be spending my money elsewhere for now on!
I love Lowes and this is why. I spend thousands of dollars every year at this store for my rentals. I went to Menards for the first time and then had to make a return and they charged me 25% to make the return. . Lowes has always treated me right. I know now not to go anywhere else.
I buy lumber and other things at this Lowes. I find quite a few mark-down perennials for sale in summer. The garden center also sells broken bags of mulch for half price. In spring, there are always a lot of the broken bags available. In general, their broken bags are cheaper than other stores sale prices.
I went in for three things: double sick tape, magnetic strips, and to look at garden gates. I got the first two, but after bad directions from one of the lumber dept staff, I eventually found the decks and railings, but no fencing or gates. At the Lowes near my home, they have at least a display of the samples and then you order them. This store apparently has none.
I want to get countertops for my bathroom I couldnt get to the countertops they have pallets all over the place there was a lady I asked her how did she get to see the countertops she told me and the workers in the orange shirt there is about four of them said you have to squeeze in there to look at the countertops I thought to myself she must be crazy to do what they say cuz she was an elderly woman and so am I I am not going to put myself at Jeopardy and hurt myself trying to look at some countertops I then went to speak to a manager there was a lady over by the appliances she said that she was a manager I asked her who do I see to get gas money to go to the Polaris store because its 1 in the afternoon and products should not be on the floor that customers cannot buy I thought thats what night stock was for
Was in the store for an hour and not a single employee and if I needed help with anything.Then when I did ask if they could cut some emt piping they scoffed at me saying how they couldnt do that type of piping and I heard them talk about how dumb I must be to ask that as I was walking away.

Courtney went above and beyond to make sure that any hiccup was met with fast and comforting solution. Will definetly stay a lowes customer!

2022-05-03Lowes can have some good deals, and I was here to buy a chainsaw. So score on that front. They had the chain and bar oil as well as the 2-cycle oil right there in the same section. Works for me.For hand tools, they seem to cater to a more rough in selection. It was impossible to find hand carpentry tools. Searched everywhere for a brass hammer and chisels. Found some chisels, but not the hammer. Minuscule selection on that front.The store was huge. Probably if I searched around and/or checked the web for whatever isles are needed to go down Id have an easier time, but I was worn out by the time I was done.

2022-05-15One of my items was not in stock - which was fine. What is not ok is that because I used a gift card online, they were not able to refund my money immediately. They will be mailing (yes - snail mail) a gift card to the BILLING address that I entered. Billing address does not mean shipping address. This is a terrible process and business practice and I sincerely hope that someone sees this and fixes this process moving forward.

2022-03-07Store is west of Sawmill Road, south of 270, behind other stores. Found the 40 pound bags of bird seed I needed. Price is a bit high but the assortment of seed is better than the corn filled cheaper stuff Menards is selling. This store is huge. Easy to get lost inside even with the aisle signage.

2022-03-25Cashier was extremely rude to my 4 year old son. She was open and had her light on and he went to put his candy up to purchase and she rudely said Im busy right now and took his candy and set it where he could barely reach it. She could have politely told my son she was busy. No need for her rudeness to a little boy. Or at least gave handed him back his candy to find someone else who was willing to help us.

2022-06-15If you want the workers to invade your personal space an privacy this is the place to go every corner I went around every single worker was acting like I was stealing or something. Then went to self check out an kept getting hasled at the register wanting to check my items blah blah to make sure it was on there but didnt do it to know one else. Definitely avoid .Worse lowes I ever been to.

2022-03-16I bought a washer and dryer and they kept delivering the wrong dryer. After three weeks I got fed up and told them to return both. Now, they have only refunded me half my money and they keep putting me off. This has been going on for a Month now.Just beware
