Inexperienced customer handling. When you get paid to shop for other people and you Have a full day to do it. Then you have 5 people up at the pickup counter Waiting on their orders because someone doesnt want to do their job makes it costly to do business with this location. Will not be back
One man in particular. I needed help loading some pebbles on card and putting them in my card. Said he would call someone to help me. I dont think he ever did. When ever I would ask him for help he just ignored me. I had to put the pebbles on the cart myself and Im 75. Finally the man on the register closest to store entrance from garden center. Left the register to help me load the card. When I left I could see that there was a man sitting at the side of building were you load up he was just sitting there. Two times before that within the week I had purchased both top soil and sand pebbles a tall young man put them on cart kept throwing them on cart and breaking the bags. He could care less about what he was doing. He helped me twice and was thoughtless both time. I have to say Home Depot is much better right now with customer service. Wont be back to Lowes for awhile
I just bought a $2000 range stove sales person ordered the wrong powercord without being sure of my correct connection, it was delivered without it properly having the inside rubber gaurds installed. I found this out three days later You can tell the delivery guys just did whatever to get the signature without me knowing they rushed the proper installment of the heat rubber gaurds inside of the oven door, they ripped some of the rubber trying to rush the job. 2K for an oven and I have ripped black rubber swinging & hanging from the inside! Ill be calling management ASAP! Also Posting pics to this rushed job installment.
I dont know if it was just this particular location but the shells were chaotic. So I spent quite a bit of time at the store looking for the things that I needed. Then when I go to check out I think that Im going to use my Google pay and find out that they dont have it and Im thinking to myself is this not a major corporation? Like shouldnt you have Google pay by now? So I had to use a different payment method because I didnt have my credit card physically with me. Last but not least when I asked the lady to enter my veterans discount she said I had to bring all my items to her and she would ring them up which at that point I was done. I almost considered just leaving the items and going to Home Depot but time wouldnt allow. I usually have a good experience in Lowes so again it may just be this particular location.
I had a good experience placing an online order and doing a pick up from this Lowes. I placed my order online and soon after I received an email and a text informing me that my order was ready. When I arrived at the store and went to the customer service pick up area I was immediately helped. The pick up process was fast and simple and the young lady that helped us was friendly and pleasant. The store also has a huge gardening section I found some beautiful plants and accessories for my backyard.
Ordered appliances for delivery. . I was given a window of time for an early delivery (what I required) for Sunday delivery. I received an automated call for a very late time. I called store and was told I would have to call back the next day, but the appliances are to be delivered today. I was disconnected several times and left on hold. Terrible customer service! Only one of the items I ordered finally showed up. Crew knew nothing about the other 2 items. Canceled the order and was bounced back and forth from Loews to 3rd party delivery.
Dark haired younger girl working at the returns desk kept my wifes drivers license after we spent an ungodly amount of time on a return that should have been extremely easy resulting in us having to make a special trip and many many phone calls to retrieve it. Wont be returning to this location as it seems they arent staffed well with knowledgeable individuals capable of doing their job efficiently. Guess Ill just go back to home Depot never had an issue there.
My go to place for all things needed for the home. However they let me down when ordering appliances for a remodel. I bought appliances in September for a delayed December delivery. Only to find the appliances never came in. I received no call to inform me. I called them to move up delivery and was hit with the news 3 appliances were not available although they were fully paid for. To there credit they did locate subs for missing items. Not sure I will use them ever again for major purchases unless they are on site at the time of purchase.
Hello all. I went to Loews to get an item their website said they had in-stock. However, they did not have it. But thats not the worse of it. They had a paint spill and it wasnt blocked off properly and as a result I nearly fell. Thats actually the first time that I patronized that location. Oh well, isolated incident properly.
Kudos to Brinden. Electrical and lighting.This associate was professional and patient.He assisted with moving a bathroom vanity and locate a faucet. He was well dressed and has a sharp haircut! Great customer service.It is because of staff like him we will be repeat customers. Ashley is an awesome manager.
If you enjoy terrible customer service, spending money on product they don’t have to be delivered and then cancelled without notice, and enjoy waiting over 2 hours for a manager, this is your spot. The staff is totally uninterested in your questions or inquiries. The manager is never around so prepare to wait. But wait, it gets better….. call the customer service line. They will call you back in 30 minutes to only inform you that they are very sorry and can do nothing for you. Lowe’s is a joke. This location is a joke. They do NOT care about your business. I went shopping for a lawn mower…. The guy “managing” that area was watching tennis on the work computer. Didn’t even realize I was there or that I wanted to buy a $2500 machine. Save yourselves the hassle and go somewhere else. You’ll thank me later. Oh, and by the way…. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on my refund of over $1000 dollars to hit my card.
If I could give negative stars I would. Just went to go return 2 doors that were not needed for a flip house project and there was nothing wrong with them. Not knowing about the 90 day policy, it was a month past to the day and two girls said the return would be done but they needed an assistant manager to do it. There was a meeting going on so we had to wait. The one girl came back and said that the assistant manager said no to the return without even seeing us face to face which is super unprofessional when we were already told that it could be. We were being very nice and understanding but in the end we got horrible customer service and they need to be more vocal about the return policy. In the end don’t tell your customers something will be done and then you turn back and end up not doing it. Do better.
Lowe’s installed the wrong fence at my home & their contractors left equipment, nails & chunks of cement all over my backyard & driveway. It has been nearly a year & I still have not received the discount I was promised for my inconvenience.Lowe’s also delivered the wrong dryer to my home. I refused the delivery, the driver returned it to the warehouse & I STILL have not received a refund for this dryer that I never even took possession of.Now, I can’t get my phone calls or emails returned. Do not use this location for anything that requires installation or delivery!
Horrible experience. Ordered online for pickup… waited 4 hours without a peep. My order was for an emergency repair at my home so I needed my items. Drove to the store. Order still wasn’t ready. They said they hadn’t even started picking it yet. Went in and started picking the items myself… item numbers in the store didn’t match with online. Finally after an hour of looking, finally found all but 1 of my items. Went to customer service for help locating the last item. Was told by 2 associates that the item was online only. After showing both of them the site said 11 were in stock they finally got someone with some sense. She said she would have a manger meet me in the aisle where they were supposed to be located. Waited in the aisle for 30 mins for no one to show up. Ended up placing an order at Home Depot for pick up while I was waiting…. It was ready by the time I canceled my Lowe’s order and drove there… SAD AND PATHETIC!! DO NOT SHOP HERE.
My goodness what a horrible experience! No discount is worth the disaster we are still working through. Ordered washing machine June 1, waited til today for delivery. Delivery person stated Ive got NOTHIN to do with Lowes almost refused to take the old machine, but then did not install the new one and damaged a power line as he pulled his truck out. 30 minutes on hold, still havent been able to talk to a human at Lowes. NO DISCOUNT IS WORTH THIS!!!
Im store service was decent, but the delivery and installation service was HORRIBLE.... VERY HORRIBLE.... DISTURBINGLY HORRIBLE!!! My dishwasher sat in my living room for a month before they came to install. I placed AT LEAST 8 calls to their installation department and only received 1 callback even though each person i spoke with promised a callback. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Ive never had a worse professional experience with ANY industry.
Staff does not seem to be that knowledgeable when it comes to what they are selling. Went in looking for low voltage transformers and was sold the incorrect product for what I was attempting to do. Also, their return policy on bad christmas lights is ridiculous; apparently, if you lights burn out the 1st year you have them, but it is after Christmas you are out of luck.
Lowes is the first place you should think about when you want to buy flowers, bushes or trees in order to beautify your yard, because there you will find a lot of it. As for prices - I miss the time when it was possible to buy perennials in smaller pots for more reasonable prices. But its still my favourite place to shop for flowers, bushes, all kind of fertilizers, seeds and garden tools.
I stopped in to see if a could get a replacement ash pan for my gas grill. I finally found a couple employees to ask. I was asked if I need help and told them what I was looking for. I told them and they both told me which aisle to go to. Neither one offered to help snd continued on with their personal conversation. I looked and couldnt find what I was looking for. I looked back and they had vanished. There seem to be many staff wandering around doing little to help customers. I put down what I was going to purchase and left moving on to Home Depot where I received incredible service from 2 of their associates.
Horrible. Went in to look for a barn door that it said online they had 6. Unfortunately nobody could find the individual working in mill work. After several pages over the intercom and about 35 mins of waiting I finally gave up and left without the door. Ill try the Mentor, Ohio store. Im sure ill get a better experience. This store is grossly understaffed.
Highly upset with the way my online order has been handled. I placed an order for a chandelier on June the 14th, now I did receive notice that it would be delayed but they also said I would be able to pick up on June 19th. So I decided to give the store a call before I just headed up there and they had not received my order. Long story short I will never place another online order with Lowes again. And I’m still waiting on either my chandelier or my money back! If I could put no stars I would
Met my customer today at the store to purchase a vanity when I walked in it looked like a bomb had went off and there was a employee scolding another employee at the computer as I tried to ask questions to no avail. Thank goodness Katie came around the corner with a positive attitude and stopped everything she was doing to help me and my customer find the right vanity for our project! If it had not been for Katie I would have walked out of the store frustrated ,she was so helpful and made my experience there so much better! You are lucky to have an employee like that thank you again to Katie for giving me the best service Ive ever had at this Lowes. As far as Im concerned she should be in charge of the pro desk. I dont even stop at the pro desk anymore its a joke.
My encounter with the staff gentleman was great. He was informed and willing to not only tell but to show and stay with me until I made a choice. Coming out of covid-19(hopefully) it’s very comforting to have an engaging person who helps to make ones day a bit more pleasant. Thank you, R.
Had a delivery scheduled from this location on April 16th. Waited around all day and called the store a couple times but could not get any answers. Got a hold of someone on the 17th and they had no clue why it wasnt delivered, offered us free use of their truck as recompense. It was a fair offer, but my wife and I were about to go on vacation and did not have the time to take up Lowes on this gracious offer. We just got back from vacation and my wife was ordering from the Home Depot site for delivery and I said, Hey, lemme call Lowes to see if we can just pick up our drywall with their truck and save some money! Spoke to Shatia in customer service and got shut down. When I asked if I could speak to her boss, she said that she was the boss. Delivery was scheduled for the 16th and canceled on the 17th, why didnt she believe me when I politely explained what happened? I recommend ordering delivery from Home Depot, it is cheaper anyhow and the customer service actually knows what they are doing.
Horrible experience!!!!! Bought a dryer online, received automated email and phone confirmations for date and time of delivery. Waited all day and nothing. Called the Bedford Hts location who “fulfilled” the order for answers. Every single phone option just rang and then disconnected for 2 hrs straight. Finally got ahold of someone who told me delivery hours are 8am-8pm and I needed to be patient, even though my delivery time was set for 11:30-3:30. Call back again and ask for a manager, who then gives me the phone number to the 3rd party delivery service. The delivery service tells me that Lowe’s alerted them at 7:45am that morning that they are unable to fulfill my order which is why it was never loaded on their truck and I never received it. I called Lowe’s back furious, and get no apology, they say they have no record of that and I should have received it. They say they have to call the delivery company to make sure I’m telling the truth. I tell them it’s been a whole day of waiting and I haven’t received anything or an apology and I looked at my account and was not charged so they need to cancel the order. Lowe’s tells me I’m not charged until it’s loaded on the truck and they print the ticket!!!!!! Well clearly the dryer was not loaded or delivered. I never received an apology let alone acknowledgement for my wasted time and the terrible customer service and lack of communication. What an unbelievably horrible experience. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. The service at the Bedford Hts location was awful!!!!!
If I could give Lowes a zero I would. We had a vinyl fence installation that was ordered in March 2020 and scheduled to be installed August 2020 due to Covid. We had nothing but problem after problem. First the materials shipped too early then the wrong material was shipped. They were unable to find the other materials that were supposed to arrive at our house and then continued issue after issue. Marlon was the project manager and he would never return my phone calls or emails. The project was finally finished in March 2021 after the installers had to come back again and again because of wrong material or not enough material and eventually because the installation was done poorly and needed redone. We will never use Lowes for home projects again and we highly recommend you dont either.
Normally, I would say that Lowes home improvement is a much better place than other improvement stores such as home depot. This is a notable exception. The management is simply terrible here they mess it up right from the beginning theres carts scattered throughout the parking lot they have one person working in customer service and a line of 12 people. Adding to that there are numerous staff meandering around but none of which are willing to assist you in any way I asked for an item and had 3 different people tell me 3 different aisles(they were all wrong) none of which actually went to find the item with me.
I paid to get a fence installed. I had to pay in advance, then I had to wait a month for an install date.on the date of the install the fence material was never delivered. On the reschedule day I had supplies the installers put in the fence post and said I had to wait for the cement to cure they also told me they didn’t have all the building supplies they needed for the job. So I waited for two weeks and they delivered the items. I once again called to get put back on the schedule. Apparently I didn’t get all the supplies so I waited another week. The following week my neighbor across the street brought over my supplies (they were delivered to the wrong address). I once again called and once again I was on the schedule . The day of install they called and said due to rain they are behind on their schedule on Monday. It is suppose to rain all next week so I’m SURE I won’t get my fence installed next week either. This is the last time I will deal with Lowe’s! I wouldn’t buy a hammer from this company. I’m canceling my credit card and won’t ever be customer! LOWES SUCKS!!
By far the worst Lowes I have ever been to.The app said there were 7 in stock, but the store has items all over the place and the workers were so lazy they lied and said that sometimes they sell items but dont update the quantity. Anyone who has ever worked retail knows this is a lie.Then when I asked if they could call another store, the worker said yes, then disappeared for 10 minutes. I watched him the whole time helping someone on a forklift. When he came back he said they werent answering their phone.I would give negative stars if I could.
The customer service I received was in my opinion terrible. These young people do a great job of lying in the interviews because the interaction was dry, took forever to find my items when I repeated I had 2 under the same order before the person who assisted me sent someone else to get it instead. But yet her service with another woman was pleasant. I will make sure if I have to use Lowes to try another location or just have it delivered.
Unfortunately, there is incredibly poor customer service here. We ordered a fridge, and the delivery guys wouldnt even attempt to take out our old fridge, which, okay, thats fine. I was the one who had to remove the door and get it to the driveway. But the fridge itself was scratched up and it was supposed to be brand-new, so we called this Lowes where we ordered it from and after fighting to get someone to come take away our fridge (even though we already paid for that service), someone said a manager would be calling us about the experience. Its not like we were looking for a replacement fridge or anything, but the fact that the manager didnt even call us back and anyone we talked to acted like we were bothering them/interrupting their day... thats stuff doesnt sit well with me.
Curbside is AWFUL. They never pulled my order. Went to pick it up after receiving update that it was done. They never answered the phone. I had to go into the store and then they couldnt find the order. I had to leave so I wasnt late for work. Came back after receiving another message to pick it up or it would be cancelled and after arriving at the store I sat in my car 45 minutes. Called them back and the order had never been pulled.
This location was super accommodating and friendly. I went in at about 8:45pm NEEDING glass cut for window repair. The sales associate explained that she wasnt sure if it would be possible due to everyone leaving for the night, but to give her a minute to check. She reached out to her supervisor right away. Although it was his first time cutting glass, he was able to help us out and get us on our way. The glass was about a half inch too short (no issues though). I appreciated their efforts in a last minute situation!
Understaffed. I walked around for 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me. Finally I was able to get ahold of someone and they were extremely rude. They may have even had the item in stock but she was too lazy to help. You guys lost my business. I hope Amazon continues to crush you for your disrespect to your customers. Disgraceful.
We are very pleased with the customer service we received from our salesperson, Keith, in the flooring department at our local Lowe’s Store in Bedford Heights, Ohio. He was absolutely terrific to work with & after going to other stores, we felt the most confident working with him due to his knowledge of the product & his professionalism. A great experience!
I purchased this deep freezer from Lowe’s 2 weeks ago. They told me that the delivery would be on Tuesday the 21st of July but the waiting period for delivery is from 8 am until 8 pm. Well it’s now 8:30 pm and still no freezer. I called Lowe’s and the guy in the delivery department said that it’s still gonna be delivered. I asked to speak with the store manager and I was promptly disconnected. It took me an hour and a half before someone answered my call off of their automated store calling system. My whole experience with the employees and their unprofessional attitudes made me want to fill out a review for the first in my life just so I can warn everyone to stay away from this Lowe’s in Bedford. I will be calling corporate Lowe’s to make an official complaint and will do the same with the better business bureau. I will also alert all the news stations In Cleveland so they can see first hand for themselves. Don’t waste your time there. They are very unprofessional
Spent over one hour trying to call each department to get assistance( no answer when calling ANY department and even corporate didn’t answer)with an order that was postponed because I was told the assembly team needed to come in and “ assemble it”. Each time I checked the online status it would go from “ready to be delivered” to “ processing”. The store received my payment immediately and it took my father going in to the store to untangle this mess with me calling from California!Lowe’s you’ve lost my business for good! Piss poor service at its finest!
Contrary to their advertisement, THERE IS NO CURBSIDE PICK UP OR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’d ordered online for curbside pickup, went to assigned location, called the number listed and it just rang and rang. Tried contacting customer service and no one answered that line either. After about 15 minutes I saw an employee outside and asked about curbside pick up and was told I had to go inside. Right inside the door there was another employee at the pick up counter. No one was in line and no one else was waiting at curbside so it wasn’t that they were busy. They just don’t answer the phone. Terrible!
Wanted to give you guys a shot because Home Depot has fallen out of favor. You provided a horrible experience. Had very few people working. 45 minutes to check out. Nothing set up for social distancing. Standing in line with people who did not care and were right on top of each other. Half the employees wore masks below their mouth. For someone taking Covid-19 seriously, your establishment was horrendous. Then they double charged me and the cashier made me go to customer service. He would not void the sale. Another 45 minutes to wait or more, so I walked out. I will have a big issue going back to Home Depot, but at least I felt safe.
I was at your store two days ago. Not exactly sure what is going on with your store. Everything was in disarray in the garden section. The check out line was 25 deep. The worst issue was your plants. 40% of your plants were dead due to a lack of watering. What a disgrace to see so many dead plants. If you dont have the staff to water the plants you should have donated the plants, especially the vegetables. This store is in dire need of assistance and corporate needs to be informed and step up.
I downgraded my Stars - comparing to previous visits - because:- The Garden Center clerk didnt know where Id find Polymeric (pavers) sand & when searching, the area was in disarray, the sand had no price available.- Inside, the indoor plants area was equally in disarray - also many plants without prices.Ill return to shop at (the much closer) Home Depot!
I wrote last week about my online order for delivery. The issues we had with them scheduling the delivery and the supervisor saying she’d have her assistant manager call us but also hung up on us and the assistant never called us. Once we got the delivery I contacted customer service because they delivered the wrong door. I was told when the driver got back they’d call us to arrange swapping out the door. Never got a call. We took the door back to the same store to exchange it and it was 2 hours and a lot of issues. No one understanding we just wanted the correct door we ordered which cost more than the door they sent. They wanted to return the door they sent and charge me again for the door I already ordered. Yesterday placed an order for pick up. After 4 hours and getting an email saying the order was ready for pick up the order was actually not ready for pick up. And we didn’t receive all the items. Lowe’s customer service has a lot of issues. The store employees that handle online orders do not know how to pick the items correctly or double check that they picked the right items and right quantity. The customer service of the employees in the store is terrible. I will never shop at Lowe’s again.
After receiving a confirmation that an online order was ready for pick-up, we waited 30 mins for them to bring the wrong order out. Another 15 mins for them to bring the correct order. The correct order that was damaged! Then, we wait ANOTHER 10 mins for them to replace the damaged items.Terrible customer service. Nothing about this location is ready. I completely understand why they have police cameras in the parking lot. Save time and frustration...drive to Willoughby.
0 Stars. I placed an order 2 months ago, never delivered. Called the store 8-10 times over 2 months: no one answers most of the time. If they do answer, they try to transfer me to another department and then the phone systems hangs up on me. I finally canceled the order and they only issued a partial refund, didnt refund me the delivery fee for the order they never bothered to deliver.
This Lowes location is the worst Ive ever visited. Customer support and curbside pickup is non-existent and are very rude. Orders are always ~2 weeks late and can never get a proper answer from anyone. When calling the phone rings and rings until it just stops and hangs up. Once I receive this final order I will never go to Lowes again.
Went to this poor excuse of a home improvement store to purchase a few things for work. I had found an associate who directed me to the first of a few items I needed. After that I went over to the plumbing. As I searched for about 15min, not one associate asked me if I needed help. They kept walking by and I was entertained by another talking LOUDLY on his cell phone in the next aisle about a side business he had. I said screw it and walked towards the checkout. The first line I went to, I had put a couple things one the counter just to set them down. The cashier immediately said this woman is first. I said no problem I’m just setting them down. The cashier had NO CLUE how to run the credit card machine, and the lady in front was getting perturbed. I went to another register. She rang up my items and handed her a $150. Total was 132.46. She then asked, you don’t have 46 cent? I said no, that’s why I gave you $150. She looked as if a customer was the downfall of their day. These box stores and this generation of workers is a disappointment. I’ve worked in the customer service industry going on 17 years and have NEVER treated a customer this bad. Stay away from this store unless you like being the downfall of the employees day.
I ordered a toilet a few months ago, it was going to arrive in 3-4 weeks. I called on the day it was suppose to arrive and they said “oh yeah, its here” never did I get a call. I picked up the toilet and it was cracked, so we had to order another, but I had to return it at customer service, and then find someone to order another in the plumbing dept, took at least 30 min to find someone to help me.I was called and told the other toilet had arrived aug 1st. I went in to pick it up and after being told by customer service it was not ready, I went back to the plumbing section again, 30 min later I found someone that could help. Funny because there is always a lot of employees walking around that also cannot help, for whatever reason. So after about 1 hr they found the order and said it was here in row cc and I should go wait up front and they will bring it. 20 min later I went back to plumbing and was told they are looking for it, 20 more min went by and they could only find 1 box. That is where we are at now. 2.5 hours in the store yesterday and not sure what is going on.talked to customer service this morn and they were all set to order and send to my house because of the incompetence in the store, but I would have to pay 4$40 more for tax! I dont understand how this store is run so poorly, the employees are just mot helpful, and seem to have an attitude when I do ask for help. I heard a lot of “we are understaffed” and “ thats not my dept” A gentlemen at the store told me he would look more when they have more time and have my number to call. Customer service also indicated the manager would call me to figure it out. I am not holding my breath. Hopefully I will get a toilet, since it has been paid for, but If I were anyone else, I would steer clear of this store, it has been nothing but a waste of 6+ hours of my time and still have nothing to show for it beside resentment and anger, and who wants that!
I have had nothing but a miserable experience with this location. Customer service is some of the worst Ive ever seen. From returns to finding help, its just been awful. Today I went in to buy a particular grill. There was one left and the sales associate refused to sell it. Website said there was availability and that was the only one. Complete waste of time. I will never return to this location or Lowes in general.
Worst experience I have had in a long time. Bought a tub for our bathroom renovation and said it would be two weeks to be delivered which was perfectly fine. A few days before the expected delivery date I receive a text confirming the delivery date. The day comes and goes and no tub, no call, no text... nothing. I can Lowes for two straight days, multiple numbers and nobody picks up the phone. After calling their corporate office, they could only reschedule the delivery for two weeks from that date. The tub is finally delivered and is damaged. After calling corporate again and getting another call from the store management team, they told me theres nothing they can do since this was the last one available and would have to order, but were unsure how long it would take to arrive. I requested a refund and they are unable to pick up the tub for another FIVE DAYS. Absolutely terrible customer service and will never ever buy anything from Lowes again.
Finding what I want and store cleaniness are up to par. The issue here is lack of checkout speed.I understand with COVID they had to make a change with how they do checkouts, but Ive been to other Lowes locations and have gotten in and out faster.The bottom line is this location rarely has enough cashiers so expect anywhere between 10-20 minutes to get checked out.
The customer service in this store makes it worth driving elsewhere for your home improvement needs. When we visited in an unseasonably warm day in the winter (50F+ outside) and our infant wasnt wearing a coat (because theyre not supposed to wear them in the car seat and she didnt need it indoors) we asked an associate for help finding a type of paint and she said she should call child services on us for not having our kid wear a coat.Today, I visited to return a $10 store-brand light spinner from Christmas in the original package and with my receipt (it stopped working the second time I plugged it in and I never had the chance to put it in my yard) They had a sign up that they were not accepting returns on Christmas items after Christmas day and to ask an associate for details. Knowing that my return would likely be denied, I waited in line and asked the associate working the desk if my item was eligible for returns or if not, if I could exchange it. She said she didnt think so and went to ask the other associate for confirmation. The other associate said, were not taking that. The sign is right there! I asked if I could put the light in with the recycled Christmas lights they take and the associate snapped, I dont care!I can understand the Christmas policy, but I dont appreciate the implication that Im an idiot, particularly when the sign indicated that customers should ask associates for details of they had a question. There was nobody in line behind me, I was perfectly civil and didnt raise a fuss when they said they couldnt accept it.I know that my review is unlikely to make a difference or even be read, but Home Depot is just down the road, and I dont get yelled at and humiliated there for no reason. Working retail is pretty awful, but theres no need to take it out on customers who are just asking questions.
Was in a few minutes ago intent on buying a washer & dryer. When we arrived there was a line of 5-6 people in the appliance department. We browsed washers and dryers while Chris(tall lanky), the employee working that department took care of the line. When he finished, we approached him for help. He ignored us and started talking to a man who had just walked into the department. While he took care of the newest guest we went and stood where the line was to make it clear we needed help too. The new gentleman, who was assisted before us, told Chris we needed his help. Chris looked at us and walked away. I followed him over to the next isle saying excuse me and he went to the back of the store as if he did not hear me. So even after being told by a guest who entered the department after us that we needed help, Chris walked away intentionally. The other gentleman even commented on how rude it was. I then bounced between two more employees who were not from that department. I waited at customer service for a number of minutes for a manager, who simply did not come over, ever. Hopefully our money is good enough for Home Depot. Just an excessively rude experience when we just walked in there to purchase a couple of appliances.
Had the opportunity to go buy supplies at Lowes . Aisles were in disarray, and many empty shelves with inventory that needed to be stocked in piles on the floor, employees trying to navigate returns through traffic and 50 foot long checkout line, only 2 register open, limited carts available especially lumber carts, garden center plants desperately needed attention and watering. The good news is that they had what I needed- I looked online and did a search of exactly what I needed and made sure it was in stock before choosing store and location otherwise would have been a disappointing experience and would have only given 1 star rating.
From a truck drivers prospective this is one of the worst places I have been to. But with that being said they have worked extremely hard to clean up the backend or warehouse to make deliveries easier to turn around in the back. Thank you hard working employee!Also noticed a big change in the store being cleaned and organized for customers to shop. Keep up the good work every day is a day for improvement.
The store is organized, however had some rude employees who seemed put out when you ask for help 🙄 I had to go online on my phone to show Ryan that they carried the product I needed because I was told first they didnt carry it. Then when I showed him he had the nerve to say well do we have it in stock? My replay to him was I dont work here and you do, so while your on the computer why dont YOU check? I finally found it myself. Then they were so rude at registers. I will stick to your Willoughbystore where employees are respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable!
Bought ceiling fan with lights from store in Bedford Ohio. Parts were missing including lightbulbs which I discovered After I began installation. I called the Bedford store and talk to customer services. They were very unhelpful and when I ask to speak to a manager They left me on hold for over 30 minutes. I never did speak to the manager. The store policy is that I cannot get the missing pieces and Have to buy a whole New fan. Just wanted missing pieces. Very unhelpful and disappointing
Those is one of those great American stores that really looks out for their veterans. They have a new veterans parking space closer to the entrance, and offer a 10% discount. I was shopping and uniform and the cashier noticed that we didnt get the military discount, so she made sure to send us to customer service to get our military discount. In general, Ive noticed that the quality of the customer service on the floor is very good as well. The staff will stop and help you, and if they dont know, they will check with a manager to get an answer.
Im gonna go against the grain and say the customer service and everything else at this store really isnt that bad. They had a couple quirks processing my online order this Summer, but it all got worked out and pick up went fine. The workers will happily help you find things, and the prices are the same as anywhere else. They dont have much organic plants / soil and the plant selection is not as good as some other places... But they process returns and check outs well.
Staff is really not very helpful which is very disappointing barely anybody ever says hello or asks you if youre finding everything okay. Im usually happy with whatever I find there myself and Im generally pleased with my purchases here. Plus the 5% off using the lowest card is a very nice touch. But good God could your customer service you some upgrading.
Very disappointed in this Lowe’s. My parents ordered a refrigerator which had a delivery date of today, June 4th. They were told a delivery time of 12pm-4pm and that they would receive a phone call when the truck was on its way. Well, they never got the phone call or delivery!The crazy thing is that my mom went up to Lowe’s this morning to double check the delivery (because this Lowe’s also doesn’t seem to want to answer their phone) and was told it was on the truck ready to go!How does this happen? No phone call to your customers to let them know their MAJOR APPLIANCE delivery isn’t coming!?
This is the worst lowes in the entire USA. They installed a fence around my property through this horrible company named JJ fencing, and they did a very horrible job to the extent that they had to come out the second time and still couldnt fix it properly, they did not fasten the chainlink fence properly, the bottom part of the fence was all open, their job was also very sloppy.Lowes customers service was also very horrible. They promised me a compensation gift card for all the conveniences they caused during the installation of the fence and I never got it, they also promised to come and remove the leftover fencing supplies clogging up my garage and they never came even until now. Geoffrey and Marlone are the lowes external project managers that poorly handled the whole project and made unfulfilled and empty promises.
Awful customer service!Purchased appliances and cant get them delivered at least 5 times. Every single person in customer service says different thing all the time. Delivery never calls, shows up in wrong time window and wrong day. Last delivery supposed to be on Thursday and the appliances were on the truck to be delivered on Wednesday (WHY?????). I was so mad and the lady from customer service talk to delivery people right in front of me and said it will be delivered on Thursday first thing in the morning. obviously, nobody showed up in am and I called the store to find out that the delivery not even scheduled for TODAY! WTF?????
The staff here at this location have been getting much better over this he past few years. There must be some serious training and focus. The store is well stocked and organized. Typically the lines don’t have much of a wait. Like most big box retail it can be hard to find a sales associate when needed, but they are generally knowledgeable in their field. The last few times I’ve noticed the plumbing department person is very helpful and knowledgeable; was in the trades prior to this job. A how “can I help you” mentality and training still needs to continue across the board for all staff, but there is real improvement from prior years.
I ordered online to pickup. We went once I got the email that it was ready. There was no record of my order when we got there. We have to wait quite a while for the customer service to figure out how to get me the washer I paid for without charging me twice. But they were patient and very helpful it just took a while.
Worst costumer service! I needed a tub that was in a high shelf, waited 40 minutes before someone helped me! Spoke with 3 different guys, all of them said “I will be back” when 2 times to costumer service! Delivery is even worst, they schedule it and don’t give you a time frame, waited the entire day and they didn’t show up, called several times to delivery service, and they couldn’t provide any information! Next day went to the store, they promised to delivery the items next morning, ...they didn’t! We finally got them late afternoon after being on the phone for 40min. However, the tubs were chipped! Worst shopping experience! I have to said that at least the manager was concerned about what happened, he apologized and returned the delivery cost!
Oh my gosh I cannot say enough about our customer service! Very bad. Tried to buy electrical conduit and have it cut... which I have done before at that location. The helper in Electronics... AL... said they dont cut conduit... lie... that they stopped 9 months ago... lie... lve bought them there a couple of months ago. We went to Home Depot and got them there... cut... Oh... and bought a couple of thousand dollars of other supplies...
We ordered a microwave oven online with an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks. Received an email saying delivery would not take place until 4 weeks after ordering. Received a third email four weeks after ordering saying unit was ready for pickup. Went to curbside pickup and the curbside pickup phone is not manned: the phone just rings and no one answers it. Had to go into store to request someone bring the unit to the curbside pickup slot. After waiting 20 minutes, had to go back into the store to request someone bring the unit to the car. Total wait time was about 45 minutes for someone to bring the unit out. Person who brought the unit to car insisted I take the unit in the box from them and refused to put it in the car. I could not handle the 33 lb weight due to recent stomach surgery and insisted someone put the unit in my car for me. The employee holding the unit then threw it on a dolly forcefully enough we were wondering if something had broken. We had to wait about another five minutes for another employee to arrive to place the unit in the box in the car. The customer experience at this Lowes location is horrid. Home depot wins hands down compared to this Lowes store. Go elsewhere, the employees dont care, are not cross trained, are rude, and the curbside pickup is not being staffed.
I have tried for weeks to get a fridge since ours was dying quickly. I went back to this one repeatedly and they had none of the ones we wanted in stock or available to order. That is when you could find someone to help you at the appliance counter. If it is not available and you cannot sell the floor model, then why is it still out as if someone can buy it? When you call, no one answers the phone. Lowes used to be my pick of the home improvement stores, but this location has given them a bad name. I am very disappointed.
Worst experience ever!! Terrible customer service with the manager Lanelle would not allow me to use my in store credit for just $28 because my mother made the return. I called my mother and she sent me a picture of her ID. The manager Would not show me a written policy said it would be awhile and walk off and never returned to the register. I had to have my mother come to the store. The cashier Pandora was extremely rude while I was taking down information to make a complaint she reached in front of my face and waved for the next customer. She started ringing items and reaching over me several times while I was writing. I would never recommend you shop here. Horrible service do not shop there!!
I dont shop here often so I found it a bit difficult to locate things. Overall its a nice store and well kept and stocked. The prices seemed to be a bit high for some things but I understand Lowes lets the manufacturers set any price, competitive or not, as Lowes is really in the business of renting shelf space not selling goods.
I went here with my fiance to get a two prong adapter. It was confusing trying to find where they were so I tried to ask a worker that was working quietly on something. I couldnt even get the whole question out before he cut me off saying Im working on something here and I cant multitask, find someone else! So we found it eventually and headed towards the checkout line. There were only two lines open and the long line of other customers were barely moving. We just left and got the prong adapter somewhere else. Just go to Home Depot at Southgate. They had too many workers to only have two lines open and the customer service is abysmal. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
Ive spent way too many hours looking for what they have listed as being in stock to find out they dont have it. Another issue is that many items are not in their respective bins so its like digging through stuff at a flea market hoping to find what youre looking for.A lot if the staff seems friendly and some are even knowledgeable but they are limited by the fact that the store is in a perpetual state of disarray.I only visit Lowes as a last resort.
To be clear, this 5 star rating is for our experience specifically with Eric at the Bedford Heights, OH store, who was able to resolve an issue that we encountered after 1 of 3 globes was delivered broken for a light fixture we ordered online. We had talked to 5 or 6 other customer service people over the phone and online chat who had all given us different answers and kept passing us off to someone else. Eric was very friendly and helpful and took care of the problem without any hassle. Thank you so much, Eric!
Bad experience with washer /dryer purchase. Was not informed by salesman in store that dryer I purchased was oversized...found out during delivery. Had to return to store to purchase smaller dryer. Finally got washer and dryer installed. Dryer exhaust vent hose was not clamped to the dryer, so it constantly falls out AND the first time I used the washer, the hose shot off the back of the washer while draining the wash cycle and flooded my floor. Cheap, stiff plastic hose and lousy installation. Had two washer/dryer installs in same place previous years with Sears (r.i.p) over the years and never had any issues. Would give ZERO stars if possible.
I sat at curbside pick up for 17 minutes with nobody answering the phone. Walked inside (unfortunately) to find the ladies at customer service super overwhelmed. Nothing was were it was supposed to be - every pick up (I witnessed) was a disaster. I commend the ladies and their professionalism, but the process was a complete nightmare!
Tell me why I place an online order on April 20th for a dishwasher and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday May 1st between 8am-8pm. I rearranged my entire day to compensate that time frame. Around 6:30 pm I called the store responsible for my order (BEDFORD, OH) and they insisted my order was on the truck and would be delivered by 8pm. So when 8:30 pm rolls around and my order is still not here, I try calling the store and shocker theyre closed for the day! I reach out on here through facebook messenger, they ask for my email and never respond! So I call back to the store and wait on hold AGAIN for them to tell me that they have no idea where my order is and I have to wait for a manager to call me back. Meanwhile I call corporate, wait on hold for 40 minutes to be told by the representative that this keeps happening and that the manager of the store should compensate me for this inconvenience. Then I get a phone call from who a girl who pretended to be the manager to say that my order is now on back order and I can either wait or cancel my order!! They never called to tell me it was on back order, never called to cancel, never tried to compensate! She didnt even care! So when I say I want to go ahead and cancel my order SHE HANGS UP ON ME!!! I call back to get confirmation that my order is canceled and they keep hanging up on me as soon as I ask to speak to her!! Are you kidding me!!!! Hanging up on people? Classless! Then your employees hanging up on me when I call to confirm the cancellation of my order because it is still not canceled? And shocker...I come on here and see all of the bad reviews you already have! Not surprised!!! Will NEVER shop at Lowes again. I have never experienced customer service like this in my entire life!
If I could put zero stars I would. This store apparently doesnt know how to answer phones. I have tried for 4 days to purchase a dishwasher. I called customer service who created a contact for me. All they had to do was contact the Bedford store to process my payment. I spent 4 DAYS AND A TOTAL OF 7 HOURS ON HOLD. No one was able to get ahold of anyone at the BEDFORD store. They even sent a corporate manager to the store to resolve the issue. But its obvious nothing was resolved.........still havent purchased the item. I ended up hanging up with customer service because he had not checked on me in over an hour. Im so upset. I have no idea if this contract I signed will be held over my head even though I have been trying to purchase it for days.
This has to be the worst Lowes around. No one has any idea what is going on good forbid you actually get someone who knows anything. You place an order for delivery the delivery date is changed 5 times, you try and get a hold of anyone in the store on the phone and sit on hold for 45 minutes because they are trying to figure out some bullsh*t answer to give you. Lowes period is a joke goto menards or home depot! Dont waste your time!
Could not find a 60 degree hinge for a corner cabinet. Store employees were almost nowhere to be found, and no one asked if they could help me find anything. When I finally got an employees attention, they were unhelpful. Unfortunately, exactly the same worthless trip as my visit to Home Depot. Disappointing.
I like Lowes the only downside is the store isnt very well organized and product is always in aisles and the fork lifts and ladders are left in the way, either with keys still in or the keep off chains not put back on. So safety is a hazard, dont leave your children unattended they could get hurt.
Buying a bathtub was ignored by 2 staff and had to go look for help the guy had no clue about the tubs and it was his department, told him I was buying this tub where do I get a flat cart to put it on he said from the front of the store when I came back with the cart he was no where to be found to assist me with the tub had to load it by myself. Poor customer service.
Horrible customer service! I called and it rang and rang. No one picked up. When someone did finally answer, they did not understand that I wanted to cancel an order for a fridge that was going to take over a month to be delivered after an initial date of two weeks. Then, I got cut off and no onecalled back or would answer the call again. I called over and over again. Took over 45 minutes to cancel an order.
It was extremely crowded. But the lines moved reasonably well considering. We just bought a home and inadvertently thought that the ground cover was a weed so we had the landscaper kill it. Imagine our surprise when the stuff we didnt kill came up and it was gorgeous. Loews had the replacement plants. The orange place didnt.
Good selection, great help unless you need something taken down. Always seems to be a shortage of tow motor drivers. Wasnt really impressed with their pick up service either, had to wait several times for them to pull my order. Even though I received confirmation on it being ready.
The two stars was for the overall experience. First the parking lot was nearly empty two weeks before Christmas this evening. There were a couple of employees standing around chatting sharing photos on their phones and ignoring customers.It took nearly 10 minute wait for someone to come make keys as several just walked past us even though they assistance button was pressed and announced we needed help. Terry finally came and was friendly, funny and amazing!!When I asked about custom cut window shades for 11 windows to several employees one lady stared at me blankly and pointed to the section the other gentleman after he walked away from me while I was talking without saying one moment or excuse himself called a young lady who offered a blah explanation. I just decided to get them from Home Depot again.
Poor customer service. I dont often leave reviews and it normally takes a lot to push me to leave bad reviews. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location to the point where I feel this review is warranted. Hopefully upper management and Lowes reads this and takes steps to correct it. First experience: I called to check and see if my item (floor tile) was in stock at the Bedford location. I was hung up on during transfer to flooring department. I called back and explained what had happened, was transferred again, waited over 10 minutes on hold, was transferred back to the operator who hung up on me upon attempting again to transfer me to flooring. Second experience: I checked online to verify my item was stocked at this location (lexan/plexiglass panels). Site said 4 available. Called to confirm and waited on hold till I was disconnected. I arrive at store and the item is out of stock. Employee told me the website isnt always accurate and to call to check product availability (which does not work because they will probably hang up on you). I drove 45 minutes because nobody would help me (again) over the phone to realize the product was out of stock. Experience 3: Drove up to purchase 2 kitchen cupboards. Items were on third shelf up with labeling barely visible and no tag on the shelf. It took a long time to find it and I could not find anyone to assist me. Every employee I asked for help told me they would get someone else from that department to assist me. Every time that person walked away nobody else came. After almost a half hour of waiting I climbed onto a dolly and got it down myself, nearly broke my neck doing it. The icing on the cake is that when I got the cupboards home I noticed that one of the boxes was opened and the cupboard inside was cracked. Someone intentionally restocked a broken item. I had to drive up there AGAIN (45 minutes round trip) to return the defective item and climb up on a wheel dolly AGAIN to replace the item. Very Very Very frustrating. If you go there dont expect much help, checking website product availability at the store is hit and miss. Dont waste your time calling to check product availability, you will most likely wait a VERY long time on hold and just get hung up on. Thumbs down on customer service at this location.
Horrible is an understatement. We ordered a new washer and dryer online on December 21, 2019. We continued checking online and the order just kept saying “processing” we called on January 3 because we assumed the holidays delivered any shipments. The store said “oh they’re delivering it on the 6th of January.” I stayed home from work and was told by the Bedford store that I’d get a call the day of giving me a time window that it would be delivered. They never called. Called the store that evening and they apologized and said they ORDERED the set on the 6th and it couldn’t be delivered until the 15th of January. I’m frustrated at this point but whatever. I just need the washer and dryer before I end up with a mountain of laundry. I called today to check that they are in fact going to deliver the washer and dryer before I stay home AGAIN tomorrow and I was repeatedly put on hold, no one could provide me an answer, and one guy said “you’ll have to wait and see”. I cancelled the order, closed my Lowe’s card and just ordered a better washer and dryer from Home Depot that will be here Saturday. We will never come back to this store.
To whom this may concern,This past weekend I visited your location in Bedford Ohio. I was not able to find help any where in the store. Me & Another customer stood at the paint counter for almost 20 minutes. When I request to speak to a manager There was an Allison who stated she was the manager on duty and it was very rude. This is the Second time I have experience very rude customer service at this location and Allison being the manager on duty. I refuse to spend my money somewhere I will be miss treated.
Terrible pick up experience. I called to give them a heads up that I was on my way in (I only live 12 minutes away and I had a very large order that I would require help loading). It took 10 minutes to get someone on the phone, and then when I told him I was just 1-2 minutes away and could he start getting my order loaded onto a cart so it would be ready when I arrived, he insisted that I call back when I was in the parking lot. Now I’m back on the phone, it’s been 15 minutes and no one is picking up the phone. Beyond annoying especially since I was hoping to get everything done before my daughter woke up from her nap!!
Ill edit my review if things change. This year (2019) I needed to replace about 2500 sq ft of carpet in my house and Lowes is the only big store close by that sells StainMaster carpet. I wanted to go name brand because of the PetProtect and warranty that StainMaster has. They didnt have the brand or color in store so I started off by ordering carpet pieces online which was painless. I then scheduled a measuring online which was also painless. However, I have an older home and they ask you about it so they can charge you money for a lead paint test, which they did not do during the measuring as advertised. When I went in to discuss the purchase options I explained to them about the lead testing and they said if i chose to purchase anything they would take it off that price. There was also a disconnect between them and the measuring company because the measuring company made it seem like there was existing carpet to remove, which they were going to charge me for, when 95% of the carpet was already removed! I explained this and since my total for just the carpet alone exceeded the $700 for free installation, it didnt really matter. But buyer beware of something like this! I asked them for a breakdown by room but I didnt see a cost broken down that way, just the measurements. So as long as you can add and multiply you can ensure they are not cheating you somewhere. They were nice enough to upgrade my padding to the elite padding from the one just below it at no additional cost since my overall price was over $5k. I also got money taken off by agreeing to have all of the furniture moved prior to the installation as that was an additional $200. Overall Im happy they were understanding of my concerns every step of the way and that they tried to meet me half way as best they could. My installation is tomorrow (7/10/19) and I cant wait to finally get carpeting back in my house again!Edit 7/19/19: Its been over a week since my installation and Im still happy about my purchase. During the installation the installers paid attention to detail. As an added bonus they did a french cap for me on my stairs which was far better than what I had there with the previous carpet. All the rooms look very nice and I think they did a great job. The next time I get carpeting done I will definitely consider using Lowes again.
I just wasted hours .... worst customer service Ive had in the covid era .I did an order online that came in Thursday. I went to pick it up Saturday at 7. I called for curbside 40 minutes straight they never answered. I went inside . waited . Gave them my info. By 830 was told they couldnt find my orders and I needed to come back . Went back today . Got there at 1215. Stood in line again because no one answered the curbside number. Gave them my information . Stood around until 130 until they finally found my order. A 5 foot mantel . I had to ask the associate to take it to my car .Moreover theyre wearing masks as the company instructed. But under their noses and under their chins . Theyre talking to maskless customers without pulling their masks up. Id be hard pressed to believe all those 20 and 30 year olds have health conditions that stops them from wearing masks ..
I cant give less than one star. I spent over $1000 on blinds and wanted them picked up by the installer (another charge for the installation....). Given no options, I had to have the blinds delivered to my house, instead of having the installer pick them up from the the store. But, because I have had issues in the past with deliveries, the items would need a signature to be left. Yesterday I found one package left on my front stoop in the pouring rain when I arrived home. Today three boxes were left in the rain in front of my garage. My son pulled the wet boxes inside the area where my car is normally parked. I am unhappy, have no idea what has happened to my expensive purchase and have called Lowes numerous times and spoken only to operators that have no idea what is going on. Blinds will be returned as soon as I get someone who is helpful on the phone. I have not been this unhappy with locally owned businesses.... I bought a stove last night at Snow and will not use the uncaring big box operations again, although my new front door was done by Home Depot and I have been relatively pleased with the process despite some delays.
I would never get delivery services from this store again. Wait times are very lengthy and this store seems to be bombarded with customer deliveries which negatively impacts their customer service- and the way customers are treated in general. If youre deliberating between Lowes and the competition because you are expecting a better experience, go with the better pricing. Good luck!
This was our first foray into home remodeling and we went all out: top of the line appliances,granite counters,beautiful cabinetry,flooring,light fixtures-the works! Our bungalow kitchen project was started on 1/24/2020.... Five months later and it still isnt completed. This project should have been done before the words pandemic,Coronavirus and Covid-19 even became worldwide concerns. I think the contractor was overbooked and just accepted this paid project w/o considering the details. Its been frustrating&disappointing and try getting a Kitchen specialist on the phone.... The Corporate email address of Lowes is unavailable so my complaints have gone unanswered. Never again!
Long line in garden center. Assic Rep Nathan was apologetic for my 25 min wait in line. 2 registers and only 1 line open. Unacceptable. Heard intercom request addl sales rep in garden center needed but no one came. Other associations walking around but no one available to assist Nathan. A big thank u to him for doing his best in a bad situation.
Overpriced on some items compared to Home Depot. Staff is extremely hard to find. The only saving grace this place has is its occasional sales on flooring and sheet material vs Home Depot. Also unlike home Depot, they dont carry retro compatible items. My advice does your research before driving. FYI their online item quantity update over 24 hr. So dont expect to find the item there just because the website told you that they have 4 or 5 on hand.
This is the worst store I have ever been to. I had to visit this store on several occasions. There are really flat carts available as they put orders on them and leave them in the aisles blocking the merchandise youre trying to get to. The employees move at a snails pace and it will take forever to check out if youre there in the morning. The employees couldnt care less about helping customers and the place is dirty.
Really bad service. The store is not crowded at all. People have been waiting over ten minutes at the returns line. There are no staff members working the return desk. Just empty registers. Had to borrow a truck to bring this return in so its not like there are other options.
By far the worst Lowes in the area taking over two hours to get cabinets and were not done yet all they had to do was pull the order they should have had it ready everybodys looking at everybody else like they dont know what the hells going on right hand dont know what the left hand is doing never come to the store run as far as you can as fast as you can!! unbelievable!¡!!

Great Customer Service experience with these three team players.We purchased a brazilian brand ceramic tile for our entire downstairs home....when asked if we had decided on our color choices, Tony & Jill were SUPER helpful....infact they opened up a few boxes outta concerns we had regarding a few pieces being cracked....Not one time did any of these three complain about going the EXTRA mile for us. Roderick loaded our truck without a scratch, & understood we needed to make two trips in order to avoid extra weight on the truck. Thank you all....you certainly made our purchase easier with great service!!!Jay & Von
There was a clearance sale this weekend Saturday and Sunday only from 9am -6pm and it was items that they dont even sale anymore, so I found some deck stain that when checked by a employee it was no longer in their system and discontinued, so I should have gotten a great price right? WRONG! This white female manager comes and tells the worker Oh, No! You cant give that much of a discount! Just take off 15%!Im like your just going to throw it away! You dont even sell it anymore. There were other items I found st a great price but she was trying to go back and raise them up! I got my stuff and checked out ASAP! She was mad she couldnt get to the other stuff I had fast enough to change the price! Its terrible how some people treat customers, and she was the manager! There was a Male manager there and he was great!
Id give it 0 if I could. We ordered a new refrigerator for our rental property and I called at noon and was told that we would have delivery between 1:30-3:30. I gave them a phone number to call so we could meet them 20 minutes before hand. Turns out the rude floor manager lied to me and we were the first stop of the day and already missed them and then the delivery driver called and said too bad, tough luck. Very unprofessional and rude. I called back and she refused to admit she lied about the delivery time frame she originally told me and basically blamed us for not sitting and waiting all day. Then they cant redelivery for another week and she doesnt care. I will be going above her head to take this up with Store Manager or I will cancel and go to a better store with real customer service.
That store has the laziest people working there. The paint department was the worst. I stood waiting for 10 minutes for some help. When I got help it wasnt even the woman working in that department. Another employee came to help, he didnt know what to do. I appreciate him stepping in exempt when he bent over in front of me with his underwear in full moon. So disrespectful
The customer service was professional, courteous and helpful. The only issue is that I observed an employee whom got irritated with another employee for asking a question for assistance. Employees should be working as a team together. Everyone has a starting point working in training.
Theres no employees around to assist customers, I had to check the website to find which aisle an item was in. Once there I saw only one of the item, that was listed as in stock on the site. The cashier took me to the employees that stocked the area, and they said that there were 61 of the item in the store, they just didnt know where. Then they continued to talk to each other. They didnt bother trying to locate them. This store has the worst customer service.

2022-05-14I had to return an air conditioner I bought yesterday there, because the controller did not work. I didn’t put it back in the box because the box was complicated. They were very gracious in accepting the return and made the transaction easy. Then, I got help from an associate who took time with me in selecting the replacement air conditioner. I was very pleased with the quality of service. Thank you!

2022-05-29Lowes has a wide selection of goods If you need anything, I even saw grills for sell there! My favorite spot was the garden center and, although they didnt have the specific bush I was looking for, I was able to buy some vines I wanted and some palm trees as well... The workers there were friendly and knowledgeable when It came to different types of plants and products! Ill definitely be coming back because I want some bushes and hydrangeas for my porch!

2022-01-25Decent place, generally has what I need. But dont go first thing in the morning. I waited at least 20minutes for assistance and that was after they announced over the pa system twice for an associate to come to the area. But like I said they had only been open about 10 minutes when I got there. The product I was looking for was not located in the store in the aisle and bay their website said they would be located in. I will say this much in their favor. They were the only store that had the product, with the special promotion items and the reduced sales price that the manufacturer was offering on their website. Other stores had the same model Kregg pocket hole maker, but they all had it at a higher price and minus the manufacturers special promotional offer. So that is a plus for Lowes.

2022-05-16The first problem occurred when I bought a dishwasher and didnt measure it first. I was off by a half inch. I had to wait over a week for a new one to be ordered because they didnt have the size I needed in stock. the next problem was lack of communication because they didnt call me about it when the dish washer was picked up from the store they ordered it from. the 3rd problem was the installer showed up today to install it and I found out they lied to him. they told him I already had the dish washer but I dont have it. it was supposed to be delivered and installed. who knows how many years Ill have to wait to actually get the dish washer I paid over 800.00 for including installation.

2022-02-22Sales person was very helpful and professional. Delivery of refrigerator was promised on Tuesday. No show, no call. Finally (after 30 minute hold) reached the outsourced delivery company who said that date had been changed to 3 weeks from now. I was never notified. No assistance resulted from multiple calls to the store.

2022-03-15Horrible service. The end results were paint all over my trunk. Bruce complained to me about not being able to get help on the weekends. I waited 30 minutes for someone to mix paint. the machines werent working for my preferred brand I still walked out with something. The service was deplorable. The manager Bruce was HORRIBLE and whiney. Still couldnt paint because a large portion of my paint was left in my car.

2022-01-23I got to the store just as it opened at 8 am. I walked to flooring, grabbed what I needed and headed to check out. Not one register was open. I saw a store associate and asked about the cashiers. She suggested I ask customer service. So I proceeded to customer service where there were 3 young ladies. One of them helped me ring out. I was annoyed at the fact I had to find a way to check out. Not only for that reason was I annoyed, but also because the reason I was there in the first place was to buy another stair trim since the vinyl floor Lowes installed 7 months ago had split on the stair and an installer was due the next day to repair it...for the 2and time!

2021-09-27This location used to be one of my favorite places to shop....not so any more. The entire store seemed disheveled. No carts available for customers, overflowing trash bins outside and in and rest rooms that were a real mess. We came in looking for a ceiling fan and had trouble locating the one we were interested in. There were no employees available to help us.

2022-01-13Tried to help me, but could not find my tool: didnt know what tool I was requesting. I showed them a screen-shot of Lowes web page, showing the tool and its item number. Eventually, they found that the tool did exist, but must be purchased on line and delivered to the store for pick up. Not useful at the moment, but the team tried. The lumber side of my purchase went much much better. They even rough cut my pieces, which made them much easier to get home.

2022-06-30Dont go to Lowes for fencing. They will treat you like human garbage. I know from my first hand experience. I have been tossed around to multiple contractors. Had delivery dates in correct. And still do not have the product I paid for more than 4 months later. I would only reccomend Lowes to my worst enemy.
