I just wanted to get my nails filled and I have holes in my nails or craters. She left the gel polish all over my fingers and the top coat all over too. Will not be going back.
She did great asked for a picture with the way I wanted them and she did exactly that for me. Just didn’t like getting cut a couple times but other than that she did phenomenal love that she took the time to try something for me
Boyfriend and I paid $103(pre tip) for two pedis, one with gel. The pedis were 30 minutes, the water was lukewarm, and the whole experience was underwhelming. Very overpriced for a mediocre pedicure. I recommend going to Best Nails or Maxx Nails instead.
The lady spent 15 minutes on my manicure which she pretty much filed and painted them. The pedicure was ok but my feet are still a little rough. This place was the last place I wanted to go to but every where else was booked. They dont care about how it looks, just getting it done fast.
We were quoted $37 for a full set ended upPaying over $100 for two full sets. Nails are crooked, nails not fully polished, I have glue on my fingers and I was cut more than twice. Lady also kept looking at her phone while doing my nails.
Pedicure was relaxing and leg and foot massage DIVINE! The manicurest, Ken, did an absolutely fabulous job for never having worked on me before. I enjoy a slightly rounded square tip with a slight curvature so the nails are not flat. He NAILED it!
The man that did my nails, was very rough. He kept yanking my hand and telling me to relax my hand. The more I tried to relax my hand the more he told me that I was tensing up. On one nail, he gouged my cuticle and there is gel polish under other nails that left unsightly bumps. I paid $55 for my nails and $55 for my pedicure and I will never go there again.
I use to love coming here. But over the years the quality has become terrible. They are super grumpy and rush! And my acrylic was uneven and my gel polish was painted worse then a 4yrs old girl could do. They didn’t even use the base coat first just put the color Straight on and then the top coat. They didn’t even wipe my nails after the top coat went into the light! And when I came back in to ask them to fix my nails they were rude and told me they didn’t know what I meant about them being uneven. And then told me it was because of the color polish I picked and the lighting and angle of the way my hands sit. Extremely upset! And what a waste of money! I now have to have another salon fix them when I shouldn’t have too! I wouldn’t recommend ever coming here.
My mom is 77 years oldAnd she really needed a lot of tlc for her feet. They delivered. They were kind, patient, and did a wonderful job for her. It was a great experience. On another note they were just. As wonderful with me. My feet feel and look amazing.

Extremely rough, cut me several times. Completely rushed through. They looked terrible, cracked in a week and were WAY over priced. I paid $50 for a regular set of acrylics with regular nail polish
I had my nails done by them last Friday the morning of my wedding. They did a gel french manicure n my real nails. By Sunday it was coming off of my nails. I called and spoke with the lady who told me to come in on Tuesday after work and she would fix it. First she set me and my maid of honor up with an 8:30 am appointment. Didnt show up till after 8:45. Then she starts another lady who showed up after us. She puts my maid of honor in the foot soak and tells me to sit at the table her husband would be there shortly. He shows up at 9:15, and starts my nails. I told him that I only wanted a manicure with a french tip no gel. He started doing my nails and then said he could only do it with the gel not the regular polish. So he did the gel manicure it looked great BUT it started peeling off by Sunday. now it is completely peeled off of 6 fingers. My pedicure was terrible. The water was cold she didnt do any type of massage and DID NOT do any pumice or anything. She then rinsed my feet and painted the nails. It was all less then 12 minutes for the entire thing. Then I ask her how much and she tells me $69 dollars. Then told me I had to pay and tip in cash. Then they do the manicure on my maid of honor. She picked a color out from the front case which was NOT gel. Her husband starts doing her nails and she tells him that it is not the right color and she didnt want gels but he continues on anyway. Once she is done they tell her her total is $70. She paid with a credit card and then the lady tole her that she had to tip in cash. After we paid we left. Only to have the gel on my nails start coming off by Sunday. So not only did they switch and bait what we asked for the services rendered were bad. Also after my maid of honor was done with her pedicure they took the toe separators off and put them right back in the drawer. YUCK!!!! I plan on going up today like she asked and either demanding she re do both services or give me a refund for the services of the gel nails that FELL off within 2 days.
I got my gel polish done on a Thursday and by Friday the 1st nail started to peel off by Tuesday morning 5 of the five nails completely feel peeled off and other nails are also starting to peel off. Poor quality of service. Would not recommend for gel manicure 😬
Read the reviews before you go here! If I could give them zero stars I would! I will NEVER go here again because of there greed. I got a full set from another place but they were not accepting walk-ins so I went to Lovely Nails. When I called I was told it was only $18 for a fill but when I got there it was $20. $2 no big deal. Kenny asked me if I wanted French again with design and I told him no I just I just wanted regular polish. He did my nails (which are misshaped). When he went to polish I told him regular polish again. He gave me a list of colors to choose from. I was watching tv and looked down and noticed it was gel. I said something and was ignored. I went to pay and was told it was $38 mind you I paid that for a full. I had $35 which I thought was plenty for fill and tip. I had to pay with my card so it turned into $40.50. I told moon that’s what I paid for a full and she said well that’s what it is. They went against what I wanted and charged me more for a fill then I did for a full. Greed cost you a customer and I will never be back! They charge $5 to trim your nails!
Moon did a fantastic job! She filled my acrylics and even narrowed and straightened them out from the last place. She even gave me a cute flower design!
This was the worst experience I ever had getting my nails done. We walked in at 6p and I asked if they had time for a fill and a pedi. I was told to sit and they’ll be with us. At 6:05 they ran water for the pedi and my daughter put her feet in and was still sitting there at 7p with her feet soaking the entire time. The pedicure wasn’t a pedi, it was a rush job and she was done and polished in 15 mins. They charged me 60.00 for it. Needless to say we will never go back there again
The worst service ever!! The Man did my fill he is very rough grumpy and my nails look horrible and are lumpy and bumpy. Very rushed and sloppy. I also had toes polished $59. Very expensive, especially for the type of work they do. Horrible customer service. Wont ever go there again
Went for a fill and was charged 58.17 gave her a 2.00 tip ( she was rough and rude, cut me twice) and when I signed the slip she claimed oh wow 2.00 tip I’m rich! I looked at her and said you’re lucky you got that! You’re way over priced for a fill!
I had the most horrible pedicure Ever! It cost me $32. No foot scrub, not even a massage! I get a pedicure as most people do for the massage! She hurt me cutting my cuticle and then I picked out a turquoise polish and apparently it was old so he got a new one that was supposedly the same color but it came out Kelly green! Im a hairstylist and I ALWAYS tip, but not today. It was horrible! I went for a relaxing foot and scrub.massage and came out feeling horrible.
Went for a pedicure with the gel polish. Never got any scrub or lotion just filed the bottom of my feet, trimmed and polished nails. Decided to get full nail gel also. No per lotion or cuticle oil, jut stemmed, glue, stick on nails, trim, fill and polish. I was outrageously charged $101.00 for this service. I would never go back because their services are terrible, you get zero spa treatment and they have become beyond greedy. They will prove themselves out. Very dissatisfied.
This afternoon I had a pedicure with Moon. She has been doing my feet for many years. And I have never been disappointed. The manicures are the best! She and Kenny are very skilled. As long as they are in business, I will depend on them so that I look my best.
Lovely nails it was very nice and I got some beautiful nails I also got a pedicure . very good pedicure, the only thing I have to say about the pedicure is the water just was not warm enough it was warmed up a little more but it was still a little chilly but overall a very nice place I would go back
I went in to just get a soak off and manicure and one she started peeling off my polish. One why would you do that when I told you to soak them off and two she tried to get the dip off and cut into my nail making it bleed and said that was my falt because I moved my hand. Well maybe if you didn’t cut me it would have been fine. Lastly my nails don’t even look that good I could have done this myself. NEVER AGAIN!! DON’T GO HERE!!
A young man did my gel pedicure today . I did not look at my toes until I got home. The polish is a mess it’s all over the skin on the sides and tips of my toes. I could have done a better job myself
She does such a great job on pedicures.Great nail polish designs that are hand drawn. Its a little more on the pricey side but its well worth the money. I will always go back there.
If you want to waste your hard earned money this is the place for you. Worst experience Ive ever had and Ive been getting my nails done since I was 14. She burnt my pinky nail, badly. Then told me it was my fault for coming in at two weeks not three. My end result looked like a child did my nails. Every time I pointed out a flaw I was unsatisfied with she again told me it was my fault. I even pointed out a dark spot and asked for new acrylic so water wouldnt get under the nail and she told me no. I will not be back here again, I suggest you dont even both giving it a try.
The staff was condescending and down right rude. My pedicure looks messy and the woman doing it did everything I asked her not to until I physically stopped her. I finally decided to write this review when my foot doctor found an infection under my nail bed from them not disinfecting their tools. My foot is in so much pain.. spend the extra $5 and go to a place where they disinfect their tools.
I have been going to Lovely Nails for years and just recently the service has gotten SO bad!! Always grumpy technician (Kenny) and today I had a new older lady... She had my cuticles bleeding & then says I came in there that way!!! REALLY!!?? So Kenny finished my fill & I picked my gel polish - the Polish was no where close to the same color I picked. He asked me if I wanted something different but I had already been there over an hour, with no wait to get started. I will never go back!! Looking for a new salon in medina before my next fill!!!
Been there 3 times for a fill and have been charged 3 different prices. First on was 29 something then next one was 40 something. So I just blew it off went back last week and this time she did a flower on my nail bill came to almost 50 bucks will never go back there again. Fills don’t cost that much what a rip off.
Joker did my nails. Other places shaped them poorly; he fixed them and they are perfect. He took his time and was very personable. I will definitely return when I need them again. It is a very clean environment (no dust everywhere and well ventilated), and it seems to be trans-friendly.

Worst pedi/mani ever. Service was horrible! During my pedi she wasnt even paying attention to what she was doing. She wouldnt let me have the nail polish color that I had chose. My feet were as rough when I left as going in.My gel nail polish pealed off my fingers within a week.I will never ever go back. I could get over that the place is seriously outdated but I cant get over the service and poor quality.
Worst nail salon ive ever been to. deserves 0 stars. women were nasty and mean and it hurt so bad to take acrylics off. youre supposed to soak them, not just rip them off. my nails were bleeding. they charged me 40 for a full set when they said 30 also, they charged me the extra 10 for a design that i didnt want or adk for
Just went there paid $110.00 for a full set for each my daughter and myself. There was just the husband and wife. Very rude and horrible job. I didn’t want to complain so I paid and left. I then went to Akron to do some shopping and found another place that was upset with the price and job that they did and fixed them for free. The owner of the place that fixed them said they treated their employees poorly so that is why it is just the two of them and he said that they were very bad people. Will not be going back and I hope they close up bc of the terrible job and horrible customer service! Also, they do not have a price list and charge what they want!
I usually go to a nail salon in Brunswick that Ive been going to for a few years, but I was in Medina and really needed my nails done so I stopped in with a friend of mine. It wasnt busy so we got in right away, but the people were extremely rude, I had cracked one of my nails the day before and it had grew a little fungus which I was unaware of going in and the worker made it a huge deal and yelled it multiple times and I was extremely uncomfortable & embarrassed. She also commented multiple times on how poorly my nails were done from the last time I got them filled (there was nothing wrong with them). Then both the lady working on mine and the man working on my friend completely filed all the skin around our nails and when we complained their response was beauty is pain.. I have been getting my nails done for years so I know it is possible to do them without completely destroying the skin around the nails. I wish I could post a picture - they look awful with scabs around everyone of my fingers. As for the final result (besides the bleeding skin) - the nails were painted well and look nice, but my friends were done terrible and look like she let a 6 year old do them with press on nails she got from the grocery store. I would not recommend this place unless you want just a polish change..
Will never go back. Took my mom for a manicure Saturday morning and they were so grumpy. Half way through my manicure a younger girl come over and took over literally jabbing my fingers with the clippers. They used one coat of polish, no base coat and it didnt last 24 hours. Then they had the audacity to ask if we had cash for a tip because we were paying with a card...
Went to Lovely Nails around 4ish today. No customers were in at the time. Got a Mani and Pedi. They did a great job! I was a bit nervous going in at first because I read a bunch of bad reviews before hand. During the manicure a lady was doing my real nails and started to file them a bit wrong. Kenny stepped in and took over and finished the hand as well as the other. He did a great job! I wasnt upset because they werent all that bad from what she did. He stopped her before it really became a problem. Yay Kenny! Never had too bad of an experience here. I used to go in all the time. Been a long time since but was glad to see Kenny still there. Plus hes easy to understand. Unfortunately it sucks when I cant understand them. But it is what it is...lol.
They fixed my sister in laws nails after being completely botched by another nail salon in Medina on her wedding day and they didnt charge her as a wedding gift. Since then Ive been back several times and always found the job to be done professionally and with a smile.
I really enjoy going here.Moon is wonderful. My nails always look great and she is incredible with my handicapped daughter. She is very patient when she does Elizabeths nails.
Had a mani/pedi done. My pedi turned out to be decent but by the time it was time for my mani they were getting super busy so it didn’t turn out the greatest all said and done my mani with gel polish started peeling two days after

My experience at this salon was HORRIBLE. I came in approximately 6:00 p.m. and the owner acted like I was inconveniencing him. He never greeted me or said a word. He just motioned for me to sit down. He started working on my nails and kept looking at the movie playing on his I Phone. Apparently I wasnt relaxing enough for him and he kept shaking my fingers. How can one relax when you are being treated SO POORLY? I asked him to please stop doing that ...I am a 50 year old woman with severe Rhuematoid Arthritis and my joints are constantly in pain. He didnt care and told me if I didnt relax he would hurt me. I asked him what I had done to make him treat me so bad and if he would like me to leave. He continued to ignore me and then his wife accused me of NOT listening to him and instead watching the TV. I really dont understand how these people come to our country that we pride ourselves on and how they get away with treating people the way they do.? This is not the first time I have been embarrassed with the way I have been treated in this place. How is it that they can get away with acting like we are bothering them and talking about us in another language? Go back your own country and work where you cannot prosper from all what that our fathers have done for us. I would never treat someone the way I was treated last night!! FIND A DIFFERENT SALON THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!
Took my daughter here and the guy is a complete d bag to say the least, he should understand that nail salons are a dime a dozen and what differentiates them is customer service and professionalism.
We go to this salon every month and always have a good experience. Very friendly people. Some are better than others at getting your feet nice and smooth, but we enjoy it.
This place was horrible me and my mother came here like 6 minutes ago and they “cleaned” my mom’s feet, they technically cleaned my mom’s feet and we’re about to paint it but it was horrible, when you enter they start being rude to you I recommend not to come.
Rude. Slow. Poor quality. I see no reason to return. I should have read the reviews before I went there. There are lots of great nail salon options in the area. They forgot what customer service is. If they continue in this manner they will go out of business.

Moon is a sweety ! Be careful- Google has store open 9-7 Sundays but on Sunday they are actually open 11am-4pm . I got there at 5:15 & Moon still squeezed me in. Thanks Moon - so appreciate you !
They care about quality and are not aggressive with your fingers as some other places are.Ive been there twice, have had two different people and have loved it every time!
They put my nails directly into acetone causing my already dry hands to crack. The service was quick however not worth the money spent.

2022-05-13They get one star just because they were friendly. Other than that it was the quickest pedicure I have ever had . I was really looking forward to a leg and foot massage but all she did was rub lotion into my legs about the same speed I would at home and then was done. Nail polish looks splotchy and you can see through to my nail in some spots . She was wearing the same gloves she wore during the pedicure before . Would NOT recommend

2021-12-05HORRIBLE!!!! First of all the man that did my nails was so rude and grumpy he should never be in customer service. Second of all I told him I like my Nails to look narrow. These look like fat squares. I kept asking him to fix them and he just kept telling me I was wrong. I came in there with eight of my acrylics off and the two thumbs still on. He refused to take those off for me. I had to pay $56 for these terrible nails

2022-04-23I just got the worst pedicure of my life. First it was done in 14 minutes time and she didn’t soak my feet more than 2 minutes. She didn’t remove dry skin either. When I tried to tell her she acted like she didn’t understand me. She 100% does not have a license to do feet or nails. And I am reporting this place as soon as I am done leaving this review. I hope my $42 was worth all the trouble I am going to bring this place. .

2022-03-31I went here with my sister and daughter for pedicures (and manicures). The lady who did my pedicure didn’t change her gloves the entire time (multiple tasks were done) and she used the same tools on my daughter that she did myself. I didn’t make a big deal at it because it is my child so I let it go, however, this is so unsanitary. She rushed after I asked her if I could sit in the seat for a little before the pedicure itself. She was very rude and made multiple rude comments to me. Again, I ignored it because I wanted to get through the service with no further issues. She did not put the top coat on the gel polish so my polish came off a week later. I do not recommend this place due to it being unsanitary and due to staff being unprofessional.

2022-05-17Up until a few yrs ago this was my go to, stopped because of the way I was spoken to. A friend was going so I decided to try again. Big mistake, had to go back twice for repair because the polish was to thick and didnt dry right. The wrong color was put right over the top of the lumpy messed up polish the 1st time as I stood there. It looked horrible so I went back again, the old new polish was removed on just the 1 toe and then the wrong color again applied. So $50.00 w tip for a Pedi, very unprofessional I couldnt see how far apart the colors really were until I was outside but they could, I questioned the color both times. They try to make it look like its your fault and your the problem or to picky. Never Again...

2022-05-28One star for rudeness. They are lacking to the extreme with customer service. The owner was rude and does things his way. Does not listen to what your needs or wants are. $50 for a full set of gel nails. Did a so,so job. I wont be returning.

2022-05-18My fiancee and me went here 3 and a half to 4 weeks ago and got moon. she got a jell overlay and they still look amazing. We made another appointment to go back soon with moon. Definitely recommend her.
