Rude Rude Rude….Went in for a $30 balance reg polish asked the lady to cut them down she didn’t ask how short and then charged me $5 said my nails were long charged another $5 bc I got 2 colors so they just nickel and dime you without asking or telling you! Went a second time the male worker told me I couldn’t look at my nails to watch tv and made all my fingers bleed…. just terrible!
I have been going to Lida for over a year now and she is amazing at what she does. I always get long coffin acrylics. She listens to what I want and always helps me achieve what I am looking for. She is quick, efficient, and detail oriented. I would 10000% recommend her to everyone!

They were able to get us in for a pedicure on Valentines day today which I appreciate and is the only reason I will give two stars, but they did not do a great job. The gentleman that did my pedicure seemed to rush and ended up cutting the cuticle on my big toe and drawing blood, the rest of the toenails are jagged and nail polish is already peeling up after a few hours. The exfoliating/pumice portion of the pedicure was extremely rough as well. Definitely not worth the price and will not be returning.
Lady who appeared to be managing the salon did my nails. Gel manicure. Seemed put out the entire time, not a word to me, sour face, was rough and over cut my cuticles. Manicure already looks less than stellar after only 3 days. Not impressed, obviously wont be returning.
I asked my nail tech for a specific style and she nailed it. I could tell she took the time to make them exactly how I asked her to. I don’t know if her name was “BB”, but the station I was at said that name on a name tag. The picture is what I found and asked for, and we both agreed on a lighter base color so that is different than my nails compared to the picture. I am so happy with them, great experience!
Absolutely terrible service. Me and my younger sister waited 4 hours to be seated🙄 we were looked over the whole time and was asked multiple times if we were ok in the waiting room. Left no tip. Lady cut me so many times and my nails were rushed, they are super sharp and I got coffin nails apparently. My nails feel so flimsy and like they are about to come off. They took in many people who had no appointments before us and we have been there since 2:12! Literally just now leaving at 6:19 and they were closed!
I want to give a shout out to Say she has done my nails several times and they always look amazing. She has a awesome since of humor!
I have been coming to this establishment for years but today was my last day giving them my business. While getting my nails done, one of their employees said “I call women who have long nails ‘KFC nails’ because it helps them eat fried chicken, I know that is discrimination” when I replied to him that it is, he proceeded to say that it was a joke, never offering an apology. This is the type of disgusting conversations that they do casually have with customers so I can only imagine what they say when customers are not around!
I came in a hr before closing and was told that I could get only one service but they waited to tell me once I was in chair starting service of pedicure. First and last time trying a new shop. Also was looked at weird by nail tech for asking questions.
1ST TIME CUSTOMER! Ivy helped me and she was amazing. She moved so quick but also paid attention to details. I was smiling the whole time and I still cant stop looking at them! I LITERALLY WENT BOWLING AT TEN PIN 2 HOURS AFTER GETTING THEM DONE and they stayed perfectly in tact. These photos are from the morning after. 100% reccomend
They’re actually really slow and rude. Never go there!!!! My nails have never looked as bad as they did from getting them done at a salon.
I loved my manicure, and my youngest loved her dip nails, but my eldest is not happy with the shape of her nails. If the older gentleman is assigned to you, you might want to request someone else. Shes had him before and was unhappy with his shaping skills.Great prices!Heres a picture of my manicure with regular polish. She nipped my cuticles beautifully (they were a mess because I pick at them), shortened and shaped them, and did a wax dip before polishing.
My friend and I went to get dip powder manicures for her birthday. The service was quick but very low quality. My nails are uneven, bumpy, and he made my thumbnails ridiculously short compared to the other nails. It was also very overpriced. I paid almost $60 with a tip for nails that look awful and will probably not last long. I do NOT recommend this place, they focus on getting people in and out and do not take their time ensuring each customer is satisfied. I even told my nail tech I was not happy with my nails, mainly the thumbnails, before I left, but he basically said, theres nothing I can do about it now. Super disappointed.
The atmosphere was good... Nice salon and nice techs. Except for Nhi who was practically twisting my fingers off but she did good on my nails. I would go back

Hi go there and have my nails done and the price changes all the time. I will go in for a balance and they will start grinding and redoing and charge me the same as if it was a first set being put on. $50 for every time that I have my nails done no matter what. Trying to find a new place do you girl.I have never gotten charged for just a fill. I went in after two days of having my nails redone and the middle one popped off and they charge me five dollars to repair. Ridiculous And as you notice they don’t have the prices up like they used to.
I haven’t got my nails done in a while so I was trying to get my eyebrows and nails done excited at the same time but what I experience was unprofessional and disrespect I will never again go here and nor will I very recommend people to go there
I love this salon. Nina does a great job shes polite and the service is great here. They have a great selection of products and wait time is not very long 5 stars !!!!
I walked into the salon and it was VERY busy. I asked how long it would be for just a eyebrow wax, they said 5 min. Which was correct. However they rushed me back and waxed my brows in literally .2 seconds. Not only did they take unneeded hair off but they took skin off as well. My skin burns and it’s raw. This is 8 hours after getting them done. It’s worse in person.
Very disappointed. Me and my mom have been going to this salon for years, slowly watching this salon downgrade. Everytime I go to the salon there is always a long wait, but they do my nails nicely so I don’t mind. Every time I go to the salon I get charged a different price and most technicians rush the work. I went yesterday and waited about an hour. I got with the technician by the name of Bb, I went in for a fill and to fix two broken nails. She did my nails like asked she then asked me if I would be paying with someone else or by myself. I said myself. Once we got up she charged me $50, I’m not one with confrontation so I just paid her and did not tip ( would’ve tipped if I didn’t feel scammed) The website claims that a fill is $28 and each broken nail is $4, I was not expecting 50 for a full set and felt taken advantage just because I was young.
Its a nice relaxing environment but the nail tech I had somehow was on demand! Quite frankly, she wasnt all that good, did sloppy work, unfriendly and not warm or caring. Didnt seem passionate about her work and kept taking all the calls while doing my dip manicure. Overpriced for subpar work.Edit: I came back in 2022. So, I dont know 3 years later and it was worse .... one of the few places open on a Sunday so the wait was long and the tech was very rough on my feet trimming my toe nails. She created a new slanted shape for my toe nails. I didnt know I had formed a blister from the sandal I was wearing and one of the softening liquid she used to make my feet soft burned a hole in my 2nd toe. It wad quite painful.
I love going to have a pedicure done by Tina she is amazing at her job and is always Pleasant and happy!!!! When I go to get my nails done younger girls are very sweet some of the woman who have been there dont really talk or communicate and come across a little cold
They are always busy so call and make an appointment. Some of the girls do not talk to you and while they have tons of colors to choose from they dont have the kind that changes color in the sun.
Say did my nails and did a fantastic job 🤩🤩 She suggested 09 gel polish Ballerina Gown and I am just in love!
Lady at the front desk extremely rude and denying service to people based on their weight. I am disgusted by the behaviour witnessed here and the work they do isn’t even worth the trouble, go somewhere else.

Definitely quantity over quality. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel. The lady was unfriendly and didn’t listen to a word I said. I asked for a certain shape she did it different and it was too late to fix as I had already waited over an hour. She then put a glossy top coat when I asked for matte. She didn’t clean up any of my cuticles and didn’t even have me wash my hands after filing and drilling. First and last time I will go to this salon.
Fast service on a walk-in for full set and pedicure. Both ladies did a great job.
VERY POOR QUALITY. I made 2 appointments for 11am and waited 45 minutes until my friend was done with her nails to get mine done. The work was lazy, nails weren’t cut, cuticles we’re pushed back, and overall poor quality. I called later to mention my experience and was told that the salon does not offer refunds for any services.
So I have gotten the same thing for the last few years while coming here. They have a list price for EVERYTHING!!!!nicole was my technician, I got a fullSet coffin nails with gel polish with 2 designs. That’s $53 according to their list price. I was charged $60 dollars because I was told my nails were longer. No where does it say you pay more because of the length of your nails. I can understand if you want themLonger than the fake nail but mine were not. They were actually cut down. If there are extra fees, it needs to be on the list price. I need to pay more and go somewhere where everything is included. For $60 that should have Included a manicure, cuticles cut or something!They from now on will be my last resort when getting my nails done.
I have been to this salon several times and while it’s typically always packed I’m usually pretty happy with my service. However, last week my pedicure was awful. The first seat they had me sit at the bowl was extremely dirty so we moved seats. Then the tech, who is very nice I want to add, cut both of my feet on the bottom, making them bleed and burn. She also cut so deep into the sides of my big toes that now one side is infected. She was just too rough and maybe the instruments weren’t clean, I’m not sure. Either way I will not be returning.
The worst place they have no respect to customers I thought they might have a bad day but every time I go new faces but same attitude. It looks like I wasn’t the only one that experienced this.
Really not the type to write reviews, however this time I just feel like I had too! I initially went in on my daughters 10th birthday and asked how much here service would be being that she is only a child. When asks I was told by the tech she was unsure and that she would ask her manager, she came back and apologized and said the cut-off age for children pricing was at eight years old. No biggie went ahead and got the service. So to today I came in to get a balance and addressed the fact that their website as well as their brochures showed a different price. I had no intention of receiving a refund whatsoever simply just wanted to let them know however the manager cut me off and asked for a receipt. I told her I did not have a detailed receipt only my transaction and once again reiterated I did not want free service nor money back all I wanted was for her to address the issue. Apparently staff is unaware of the pricing. I was very irritated with the way she handled the situation after then. I understand maybe she became upset or what not but there was no reason to rush my service today! And when I told her she was very rude about it and started questioning what I wanted done with my nails. I have no problem paying for my service whatever the price may be BUT i do have an issue when I dont get the service i pay for specially coming from the manager herself. Very unhappy with the service I received today!
After going from one bad salon to another and about to give up..google told me to go here..boy am I happy I did..very nice salon and Miyoung is just amazing..a perfectionist..she renewed my faith in this nail business and I will be happily enjoying her services as long as she is conducting them..thank you Miyoung❤
Usually I have a pretty good experience here. today wasnt that great. not very happy with the length and thickness of my nails. theyre just not even. I I I was able to find someone that always did a great job
First time here, place was busy but organized and clean. Prices were fair but I didnt expect my gel polish to crack and now peel within two days. Now their at the point were I can pick the polish off ( not that im going to) anyhow Ive never had this happen . so do I go spend another $40 to get them fixed when they should be good for another week or just leave them. Wasnt expecting to have to spend more money on my nails when they should be fine for another week!
The nail tech was rude and seemed insanely rushed. She was argumentative when I noticed my acrylic nail was very crooked and then ripped off without any tools… the nail polish was poor quality and was messed up after the first day.

Every time I come to this place there are new people working. The lady who did my pedicure today was new and it showed, especially with her hands constantly shaking like she was nervous. She did not know what to do and kept looking at the technician beside her for direction and next steps. I barely felt her touching me unless I was looking directly at her. She did not push my cuticles back and did not really cut them. Just paid for a job that I now have to go home to correct. I should have just did my own pedicure because I am constantly “fixing” what they already should be doing. This place is all about quantity and not quality. Never going back.
They left my nail soaked on action for 40 mnts . And then no one has time to even acknowledge my presence. So I left with nothing done then they charge me 16$ for soaking my nails.

I have been to Lovely Nail Spa twice now. And both times I’ve had wonderful experiences with my nails! The place is clean, friendly, and I like that they show you the different nail shapes when you sit down! The almond shape I highly recommend :))
Went to have acrylic nails removed. Lady went digging into my nails with cuticle trimer snipping piece by piece. Told her she was hurting me and she giggle and just kept going. Very rude, said nothing in English. Everytime I would flinch from the pain, she would say something to the lady next to her. My fingers are very sore and I am very unhappy. I have went here before with no issues but after yesterday, I WILL NOT RETURN.
We had an appointment but waited for a half hour. My friend and I had pedicures. Her lady forgot to scrub her left foot. They both were very rough. My lady did such a lousy job and didn’t even put on 2 costs of polish. I will never go there again
We arrived at 5:25 had a 5:30 appointment. There were 3 people who had a 5pm appointment so waiting. There were about 10 other customers waiting as well who seemed to be walk-ins. They were taking walk-ins before people with appointments. Very frustrating! Dont take appointments if you arent going to honor them. We ended up walking out.
After a lot of my friends have told me about the low prices of this salon, I was really interested in changing out my old, expensive nails for a cheaper rate. My nail tech was doing an amazing job, however I realized half way through the shaping of my nails that my right hand of acrylics were all slanted. He got grumpy after I asked if he wouldn’t mind filing it down to not be leaning over. He lifted up my nail, did two files and put my hand back down, ignoring my issue. I tried to point it out, however him being more upset wasn’t something I was trying to make happen. We continued with the nail shaping process and when it came to painting my nails, I realized he didn’t have the one bottle of polish I wanted out. Maybe this was my fault here, but I asked him if he had the one color I had asked about, and he responded with a very aggressive “I know, I know! I have it.” It made me very uncomfortable as I was just trying to make sure he didn’t get into the process then I would have to correct him after. It’s upsetting that I received this kind of service after my friends have told me their great experiences.
They have a chalk board at the hand washing station “if you’re not satisfied let us know before you go” I told the girl my nails were crooked and she said It was my nail. I also told her that i felt that the square shape was too wide she got mad and walked away. Worst service ever. This is not the first time I get nails and I wasn’t going to leave with nails I didn’t like but I wasn’t offered to fix the nails or nothing. The coworkers started talking among themselves and got mad because I wasn’t satisfied with my nails . Why have a sign that means nothing? I didn’t cause a scene or anything all I said is my nail is a little crooked, there was no need for the attitude and rudeness. I just wanted my nail fixed for 50$ I paid .

Super clean, but every time I go for a pedicure I end up my nails becoming ingrown/infected. After many attempts I will go somewhere else. Pedicures are sub par, drinks are great...when somebody can actually run the bar.

They always do a great Job! I am editing my review. I went in again on 7/2/2020 and got a pedicure by one girl and my nails done by Phu. They did such an amazing job once again! Thank you, I am grateful for you guys.
This nail salon does not tend to their walk in customers at all. 4 hours later and Im still waiting. Never again.
I came here today for a pedicure and was not satisfied at all. I specifically said to file my nails and shape them but my technician proceeded to cut them down even though I said not to. Some of my toenails are naturally darker and it can be seen through nail polish so my polish is layered usually. She only put two layers on my darker toes and you can CLEARLY see it through the polish. You would think that they would do your nails how they do their own but this is FAR from the case. My technician got done polishing and when I started looking at my toes she was no where to be seen once I noticed I could see my nail color through the polish. This experience was NOT worth the money I paid!!! This place is not concerned about their services only the money, the amount of customers they have and how fast they can get the job done!
Very inconsistant service. Ive had some good pedicures here but always feel rushed. Recently I was given the worst pedicure Ive ever received from anywhere. Dead skin around several toes remain and polish job is mediocre. Owners seem to only care about pushing people thru and getting their money. Dont seem to care about their staff either. Seriously need to take a course in customer service. Too many salon options out there to risk bad service again. Will not be returning.
I do not recommend. The lady convinced me to get dip nails and pay extra, and they would last a month. After a week, 3 of them chipped off and she filed my nails down and in so much 3 of my fingers were bleeding when i left and one was cut open. No discount or anything for 4 of my fingers bleeding and looking bad!
Took my daughter and I for a pedicure.Havent had one for awhile. Was there an hour and it was best money I have spent in a while. My husband really like the color of the Polish. Great job ladies! I will be back!
I had an awful experience here. My mom and I went to get our nails done together and they set us far apart when there were close seats despite our request to be close. We both got the gel manicure and are unhappy at the 35$ that went into each of it. The lady who did mine would not stop cussing and talking about getting drunk to her friend. She did not interact with me whatsoever. My nails looked terrible and were uneven. I asked her to put another coat on nicely and she huffed and puffed and did it with annoyance. They also file the nails after the manicure which breaks the seal, youre not supposed to do that! It hasnt even been a week and my gel manicure has chipped and one nail even came off without peeling or picking. Never again will I take my business there. They were rude and in a hurry not caring for the customer.
Love this place. Techs are always friendly and dont rush you through. I took my daughter (shes 3) and they were so good to her explaining everything as he did it and she loves the bear chair! She had to go to the bathroom halfway through my pedi, the woman was getting done with my first coat of polish and said she would take her so I didnt have to get up! Always recommend this place to friends.
Lovely nail spa is the only place I will go. I was able to get right in with no wait. I got a pedicure and full set of color acrylics from Synthia. She was friendly, professional and did a great job. I will definitely be requesting her next time.
Ive been getting my nails done for years, and this was the best experience Ive EVER had. Nicole was so gentle, shaped the nails perfectly, would constantly go back with a file to make sure everything was even... Im blown away. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, everyone was smiling and joking. I will definitely return!
This is the worst nail salon in Columbus, I regret going here and my nails look like I did them at home. The service is extremely poor for example my nail technician left while doing my nails to do someones eyebrows and she yelled at me to relax and at one point rudely asked “do you not know how to relax?”. They leave you in the dark about many things such as how gel polish in a gel manicure costs extra and how paying with a credit card costs extra. The pedicures were lackluster and didn’t help nourish the feet at all with minimal scrubbing. The hand massage was minimal and the look of the nails looks like it could have been done at home. Everyone here lacks the communication skills and can’t even answer simple questions without confusion.The people in this place are all about the money and how they can bag an extra buck, they rush you so they can get the next person and then ask you about your payment method 3 times before your even done. Overall this is not the place for relaxation it is the most average experience possible so don’t go unless you want your nails to look like you did them at home.
This is a huge nail salon. Reminded me of an assembly-line process. They do pedicures and manicures. My manicurist was outstanding; My gel manicure still looked beautiful after 20 days. But, as it was $55, I will not be going again any time soon. Also their credit card machine was down, so cash was required.. Im not sure if thats a regular thing or not.
I went to get a pedicure and they rushed the service I paid for the smart pedicure and I really don’t know why I did. It’s the same service as the other nail shops except she barely scrubbed my feet and no massage. She also painted my nails like I did it at home so what’s the point I paid for nothing. They rushed everything to get more money . I will never go back there and if your new pick CT Nails or Finger Nails they do a way better job! Half of them don’t speak English I can almost guarantee you they don’t have their license either! Next step reporting them for sanitary and professional concerns.
Love this Nail Salon/spa. Very clean. I like the fact that they open new sterilized set of clippers and equipment for you appointment. I have been to places where they get them out of a cosmetic bag.. never returned to them. The staff are very friendly. Pricing is reasonable.Lovely Nail Spa is my go to place for all my mani-pedis.
Will not be returning to this salon. Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment (if they dont actually check appts then they just be strictly walk-in)... Once in the chair my appt was completely rushed. Only two super quick coats of polish were put on my acrylics because she wanted to hurry along to the next guest. Now four days later several of my gel nails already have large chips and will need done much sooner than they should- in which I will be getting them done elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and find a different salon.
This was my first time at Lovely Nail Spa and Kyle was my nail tech. They got me right in and quick service, Kyle was excellent-money well spent! I found me a great place to get my nails done. ILL BE BACK!
This place is usually decent but today was awful. I went and signed in for an eye brow wax. Sat for 15 minutes, another lady came in for an eyebrow wax and they take her right away. Skipping me...and totally ignoring that I had been sitting there waiting. No one that worked there had a clue what was going on and continued to place people in seats for manicures and ignoring me. So I left and took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so.
Usually I enjoy getting my nails done here. However, the waxing service is a disaster. The techs rush, fail to properly sanitize your face after applying waxing product and results are not satisfying.
This was my first time coming here and when I walked in I thought WOW this place is super nice and big however by the end of my experience I decided to never return. My pedicure turned out great however everyone working there except Tina was very rude and hateful. I got my eyebrows done and the girl rushed right through them. When she was done she held up the mirror and said are they okay or do I need to fix them more and then basically threw the mirror at me.
Very professional, polite and good at what they do! Have plenty of seats for nails and pedicures. It is beautiful inside and they offer so many different services for a good price! My nails are beautiful with a beautiful hand drawn design. Love love looove and will be back!
Went in to have a set removed and a new set put on. Told them I needed soaked off but instead they popped them off with another nail. I told the tech who was doing them that it hurt. But didnt listen. I then told the tech I wanted pink and white gell but ended up getting a whit tip nail with regular acrylic. I said something about it but was once again ignored. After the tech was done they put the top coat on for me to only have a none smooth nail because it had dust in them along with fuz mixed in the acrylic. My nails have ripples in them from not being cover evenly with acrylic and dust and are also missed snapped. When I pointed out the issues i was once again ignored. Then they drilled the underneath of my nails only to burn my tip of my fingers. I complained again and at that time was told to wash my hands and rushed out the door. Use to go here all the time. But I will never go back now.
My daughter went in a week ago. They cut her cuticle. It is now infected and she is on antibiotics. The doctor said it was from a metal object that was not cleaned properly. I called and spoke with the owner. She just kept saying that they sanitize everything. She said she will not do anything - discount/money back. NOTHING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Great service! A smart mani-pedi with sugar scrub and hot towels is approximately $65 and worth it. Massage chairs and hot wax dipping, too. I got one bad nail tech in the last five years of coming here. Great service and great value. Its also a little cheaper if you pay cash!!! 😋
Nice environment. This isnt my normal nail salon. I just went here because I got a gift card for Xmas. I got gel polish which is supposed to make your nails stronger, my nails were so brittle. I couldnt wait to go back to my regular shop in London. Nail Spa!!
Tell me why I sit down with a tall man spike hair, refuses to tell me his name, I asked him to push my nail back a little before applying new acrylic and he tells me to do it my self, and hands me a tool. Then when I ask him why Im doing it and not him he says its not my job. He is only doing a balance. Oh boy very poor customer service. I have been going there for about 3 months and never had an issue, I always tip very well, even though i feel as if they are always rushing. I work for tips too so I know how it is. I must say Ill never be back. Too bad I cant give them a 0 star!
I have received outstanding service for my gel pedicure everytime! Justin and Bryan do a fabulous job of pampering me. They also take pride in their work and make sure the polish looks wonderful.

Because I didnt return on time... They could not redo my bad nail job. I had pictures, with date. They could have looked me in their system. But they just turned me away: she said: everyone could come and say that. I just left. Never coming back. Do not recommend.
Lovely nails is a great place to get your nails done at! they give you good quality nails with a huge color selection. they are really flexible on what designs you want on your nails as long as you show them a picture of what you want.
Stopped here in a pinch during Labor Day since they were opened (or had better hours than my usual salon?) and they were not busy but it took 10-15 minutes to be greeted. I usually do gels so while i was happy at large color selection nothing was labeled and i guess I picked color that wasn’t truly a gel option (???) but was able to mesh a couple colors to get what i wanted. I need my nails short but my tech didn’t cut them far enough down.. Once i washed my hands i knew I wouldn’t be happy if i let them stay that length so i requested them to be shorter and he seemed upset! When you make such a request your tech usually confirms the length they cut to is good?! After all this when i went to my usual place and they soaked my gel off turns out he didn’t even use a BASE COAT!!! My nails were stained green 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Won’t use this place in a pinch again!
Nail salon is a joke! If I could give no stars I would!! Not only do they not understand the concept of an appointment, they rush their services to squeeze as many people as they can while still managing to be at least 30 min behind. They are only good for taking your money and wasting your time.
Poor decision! The lady I had was removing my acrylics and was tearing them apart. Caused so much pain! She kept pulling on my arm multiple times and telling me to come closer. Finally came closer and she laughed. Would not recommend this place!
Bought a gift card here as a Christmas gift, it got thrown out by accident Christmas Day. They would not bother to re-write the gift card, even with proof of purchase in hand. So now I’m out $55 and a Christmas gift to my mother. Very unprofessional and rude. Won’t be coming here to get my nails done again.
Always a good place if you need to get your nails done and are dropping in. Toms of steating. Ive never waited long IFi even had to. They do a nice job with mani/pedis.
Great looking place. Clean and organized. Although the service I had received did feel very rushed. The eyebrow lady was kinda rude. I went to pay and she told the guy to make sure I tipped her. I had a five in my hand for a 10$ service. Because Im not a complete jerk I did tip her.
I had an appointment at noon and they had stated him with someone else when I had arrived then told me to wait for 30 minutes and they would call me...BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED. So I went back in the salon only to find out that once again the person that I SCHEDULED an appointment with was given to someone else and then was told that he had appointments all afternoon and I could come back at 6
Worst salon ever. I went and got acrylics and a pedi and my finger and toe got infected. I went in to talk to them and they tried blaming me saying I probably got it infected. They wouldn’t even give a refund. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They claim to sanitize their tools but they don’t especially the male workers. I have to go on antibiotics because of this and wasted $70. Don’t ever go here.
This is the first time Ive actually written a bad review and the first time Ive ever walked out of any establishment. When you walk in the place looks great. I made an appointment for 4 of us on my birthday. All of us getting pedis and just me getting gel mani. I told them when we walked in Im the only one getting my nails done (assuming theyd start on me first) NOPE they started on me last. I explained that I have gel polish to the tech that was servicing me and told her I wanted it to soak off. She replied gel polish 🤦🏽♀️. I repeat I want to soak it off as you do my pedi. She ignored me. When shes finished my partial pedi o explain to her that I dont want my nails done now. She grabs my shoes and takes me to a chair where the tech seems like her English is better. So, Im like I can do this its my birthday I dont want my hands to look a mess at my dinner. I sit explain to her is like to soak them. She then sits another person in the chair next to me. Then puts my hands in two sandwich bags with COLD acetone. Im sitting there for 30 minutes without service so I asked my cousin to just tell anybody I just want my polished removed. She tells the tech she ignores her and grabs the next person. At that point I was beyond pissed I just snatched the bags off my hands and walked out. I wish I had the option of giving them -5. NEVER GO HERE!!!! Its so bad I think the people that gave them a 2 was one of the techs trying to bring the rating up. HORRIBLE!
Honestly the worst Mani pedi Ive ever experienced. Ive had my nails and toes done so many times in my life, so I know quality when I see it and this was NOT! If I could rate this lower than one star I would, I could have slapped the polish on at home for free and it would look better than this mess. Its sad when you have to go home and fix your nails after having them done.

I’ve come here for years because it’s always been pleasant. After being busy for a few months I finally decided I’d go treat myself to a mani. The guy who did my mani extremely rude. Idk if he was having a bad day or what be he bad feb worst attitude as if I was a bother to him by being there when this is his job. It was so obvious the women who were sitting next to me kept looking over and watching him. The girls who were doing nails next to me kept trying to add in saying nice things to make up for him being such a jerk. Then the polish I picked out was mood changing however I didn’t know it was mood changing because there went any labels on it. I definitely didn’t mean to pick mood changing I had a major presentation in front of very important people at my job that week. When I saw that the color was changing (it was gel) while he was coloring my hand I was like no I had no idea that’s what this was I’mSorry I can’t have this polish. He got even more upset. Because I wanted it changed. At the end I asked for for gold leafing on one nail and he said no when earlier he said he would add something to one of them. I’ve never in my entire life been treated so rudely by someone performing a service. I will never go back to this place. When I left. I paid. I informed the manager how rude he was and left. Unless you are scheduling w one of the girls and you know who you are going to I wouldn’t just walk in anymore. I will never go back again. I’d rather pay more for better service somewhere else.
WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD. Absolute worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. First thing lady does is take out nail clippers and chop off all my toe nails down to stubs. Doesnt even use nail file. Doesnt use toe dividers and gets polish on edges of skin. Parts of polish was see through because lack of care. Could have done it better at home. ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE.
Miyoung is personable and she hooks me and my daughter up with great styles. She takes her time and always keeps her appointments. Lash game is right and our eyebrows are always done right. Never leave mad or disappointed.
I wish I could not give any stars. I have gave this place numerous tries and every time it is awful. They are so rude and never speak a word to you just to each other. The prices are outrageous and it always seems to cost more when you go up to pay. They always try and pressure you into getting the more expensive stuff. I had my pedicure and acrylic nails put on yesterday and they sped through both. I was very disappointed being 37 weeks pregnant and finally getting a little time away from my 4 year old I didnt even enjoy it. My nails also look horrible I just want them off already.
Just spent 50 minutes waiting to get a pedi for my 3yr old and myself just to end up walking out. Signed in like the sign said. picked out polish like the sign said. then we waited. We were even asked what service we needed and she said “ok!” And then we waited. Then the 2 walk-ins that came after us and they were serviced before us. we waited longer just to see if maybe that was a mix up. Then some staff came out from back, looked at us and then just sat down and played on their phones!!!!!!
Nice atmosphere...some are talented others are not so choose wisely! nails look nice for the most part but quality is lacking when the place is busy because they rush. The language barrier makes telling them what you want hard and can be very aggravating.
Last time I came in here they had to repaint my nails because my GEL nails weren’t dry all the way... and this time they charged me 10 dollars without telling me until the very end, just for taking off my nails because I had got a new set... Not coming here again.
I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years and will drive all the way across town just for them! Salon is clean, plenty of staff so the wait is never long and everyone is so friendly. Justin is the best at pedicures!

I went in for a pedicure and the nail technician took her time and was what I thought was a good job until my cuticles keep bleeding where she cut my skin on 6 different toes. I paid to have some bleeding toes
Went for a pedi and a full set of nails.my pedi was fine but the lady who done my nails didnt give me a set of nails and just painted my nails with gel polish. Well $72.03 later I feel as though I was ripped off I will never go back to that place ....
I walked in this morning at 10:31am. On a Saturday morning, I anticipated a small waiting period, which I was told would be just 10 or 15 minutes. Its now 11:00am and I have not been acknowledged. How does a 10 or 15 minute wait turn into 30 minutes? Theyve sat FOUR customers ahead of me, thats how. Ive never written a review on anywhere nor am I EVER one to complain, but this is making my blood absolutely boil. If you choose to come here, be sure to make friends with one of the technicians (if you ever actually get serviced) because from where Im sitting, those are the only customers being seated. I will NOT be coming here in the future, regardless of how well they do. This is just absolutely ridiculous and Im genuinely pissed off by the way Ive been treated, and I STILL have not been serviced.
I love this place. This is my favorite nail salon of all time. They serve alcohol while you wait/get your nails done and they did a beautiful job! Definitely is my new spot
This is now my favorite nail place in Columbus.Lida is the best. She did a wonderful beautiful french manicure and it looks great!I will keep going to her. She is awesome!
I go to so many nail shops and this has been one of the greatest ones I’ve been too! My mani was absolutely amazing and the workers were so sweet.. I definitely recommend this place!
I had a really bad experience, I was disappointed to the service, the lady that was supposed to do my nails didn’t finish them and she was very mean and rude and had someone else take it over and I was told that it will be only 45 dollars but they charged me 69 dollars just for my nails . And I had an appointment at 12 o’clock for my eyelashes she had me with until 1:20 and still didn’t do them and she went to do someone else’s eyelashes but a nice young lady got them done for me.
Rude staff. They don’t really “Welcome Walk-Ins”. The sign should say “We have to take Walk-Ins”. When I finally got service, the main lady who runs the shop refused to give me what I wanted saying “she cannot do that, it will not look right”...when I get the same thing everywhere I go. I paid a lot of money to get not anything like I wanted.

They can do anything (airbrush, acrylic designs, colored tips etc.) ... you might want to call and make an appointment. They can be really crowded sometimes. The kiddie pedicure chairs are a hoot!

I went in for my eyebrows. I couldn’t understand the gentleman at the front desk and the lady that did my eyebrows seemed rushed and she ended up taking off more of my left brow then my right this was my first and last time there wouldn’t recommend for eyebrow .

A nice, clean shop that does eyebrows as well as nails. I go for the occasional pedicure and eyebrow wax and never leave disappointed. Some of the people arent great with English, but I bring a magazine.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. First time my nails were so stubby and chunky. Horrible. So I said maybe it was just this ttie.. so I went back. They still didnt give me the style I wanted and I can see the glue under the nail. They r see thru in places. Again horrible. I will never go back ever again.
Called Saturday for a noon appt on Sunday. Got there at 11:55 only to find that Mi took an appt before me. They open at noon .Mi kept saying 5 mins. It came to 12:15 and Mi was just starting to Drexel the girls nails. 5 minutes turned into 25!WONT BE BACK!!!!!
This place put me in so much pain, I was getting gel acrylics and got regular , was cut multiple times under the nail till I bled. It was just not a good experience for me at all. Worst experience getting nails that I have ever had.
The place is nice but I felt rushed the entire time, the guy cut my cuticule and I was bleeding continuously he was hurting me trying to stop the blood. He never apologized until I told him that he hurt me and he was laughing about it. Never again.
The nail techs are patient and kind and they are good at what they do. They have many different technicians so when you find one you love remember their name.
They were kind of busy, so the lady rushed to finish my nails. She did not paint all the way to my nail bed, or completely cover the sides. Im extremely disappointed and want them to fix their work, but dont want to go back there. Will NOT visit again.
My nails are crooked, it was a rushed job and the nails aren’t probably shaped. Now I have to grow them out completely again in order to get a new set.

This place has really gone down. Took my daughter Friday for a gel manicure and her nails are already chipping and my nails were suppose to be straight across they are round.

2022-06-14This was my first time in years since I’ve had my nails done, I decided to get them done after talking about it when my significant other. I had been wanting them done for awhile so I asked my friend where she gets hers done, so I came here. Although the service at first wasn’t the best, I still enjoyed the time I spent here. My nail tech was ok, she wasn’t talkative but that was ok as I know she was trying to focus. Although she could have not been as rough when using the nail file, thankfully I didn’t bleed. I tipped 10 dollars, I figure that’s more than what most people tip nail techs. I give this place a 7-10.

2021-09-11I’m not sure what happened between the visit today and August 7th because I was very pleased before. Each time I asked for the same thing which was French tip with gel polish. I’m guessing the nail tech on August 7th put a darker base color on my nail to make it look presentable since I’m getting a balance with French tip and not a full set. This time I wasn’t offered that courtesy and honestly didn’t know that it was something I needed to ask for. I went to wash my hands to conclude my service and in that area is better light. I can see there that you can see every imperfection in my nail so I politely advised the front desk. The man attending the front proceeded to ask me “If I knew I didn’t like it why didn’t I say anything?” and continued repeating that it looks good to him. The nail tech(Manager Ivy) that did my nails then comes over and says I needed to ask for a darker base which again I did not know or ask for August 7th or any other time in the 15 or so years I have been getting my nails done. She also stated that she saw the darker base coat when removing my old polish but there was no mention of it when she did my service. In this profession why would you proceed to do a service that you know as a professional would look bad without advising your client? I was waiting to speak with the tech from my previous service however she was with another client. The male worker approached me yet again and told me to interrupt the client’s service to speak with the tech which I refused. The manner in which I was approached by the male worker is the reason for this review. If there was some disconnect in communication that’s one thing but to be condescending about it is ridiculous. I did end up having my nails redone by Nina(second to last photo), the service provided by her and the tech that did my pedicure today… 5 stars.

2022-05-24I havent had my nails done in over 6 months....so I was way overdue. It was was first time here and it was very welcoming. The person doing my nails didnt talk much but his work was wonderful. I had to go back for a redo on the roundness on my nails but it was taken care of very quickly and Im extremely pleased.Will make this my Columbus Ohio home.

2022-03-20The service was amazing!!! the lady who did my nails was so gentle and was so kind!! i got a specific design and she got all of the designs exactly right! this is my 3rd time being here and im definitely coming back! the only downside about the salon is the long wait but ots worth it because the staff are amazing!!what i got vs what i asked for!

2022-04-18They did a good job, but seated me away from my child. I signed her in for one service and ended up paying for services that made no sense. When I addressed it with the staff they said no big deal and laughed. Please watch your children while they are getting serviced. A picture was shown for a color, they soaked off a set and added on another set same length and shape and because she was a child she let them do it. My tech was trying to save me money while the others were robbing me. Terrible experience!

2022-05-14The new boss at lovely nails rude and condescending as well as a lady in the front to work the front desk I don’t know her name but she knows who she is. They charge me 120 for French tip and a 3-D design plus diamonds for a long set OK I was fine with that. But then when I go back to this new owner they want to charge me 160 for just French tip logs that makes no sense. And I’m trying to ask him why he’s charging me this much and he’s being rude and handling my hands rudely and getting frustrated with me. I’m like how does it make sense to charge me more when I’m getting less and he told me to go to her and get my nails done then being so rude. Mind you this is a New Boss in the day that I was there he’s wearing a green shirt!! Then the lady in the front was like no I’m wrong I’m never getting charge that again being rude as well and not listening to me you’re hearing me out or not apologizing for anything. I’m very frustrated with the service I will never come back here again literally a one star

2022-05-18A friend of mine went here recently to get serviced and before she could even tell the lady at the front desk what she wanted, she was rudely addressed stating “you can’t fit in the chair , we can’t service you” . My friend is a plus size woman and she has been to this salon many times before so I don’t understand why she was treated so disgustingly. The front desk lady was so unprofessional and rude . I don’t recommend this salon to anyone !!!! Please avoid at all cost !!!!
