My initial review was poor, because I tried to reach the store before visiting. It’s a 90 minute drive, and had inventory availability questions that couldn’t be answered by website. That experience was very poor.However, the in-store experience was far better than I expected. The associate I worked with was a young man from Letcher county Kentucky. He was a tremendous help, very consultative, and made great recommendations! Based on that interaction, we will return to shop at this store, with this associate again.
The first man I talked to told me that the bag I wanted, a speedy was out of stock, only for another sales person to tell me they had the bag in store and bring it out for me.Moreover, the same person (identified as client advisor SROJ) was condescending and impatient as I had trouble deciding which size bag to purchase.
I have shopped at this location several times and have never received anything but great customer care. My first time at this location since it moving from downtown I met with Victoria. It had been several years since my last purchase. She was very knowledgeable and helped with my decision. Even though the exact bag & color combo wasnt available she went above and beyond to order it for me checking several different avenues and it arrived much quicker than anticipated.Ben is also amazing. He helped my husband when ordering a Christmas gift. Ive been able to recommend him for people out of state looking for a certain item.I have always had great luck in finding the items Ive been looking for at this location. When otherwise sold out online or harder to find. And if not available immediately, they will order them.They do have certain protocols in place with the current situation of the world, so I would recommend getting there early (especially weekends & holidays) as there is usually a line and only a certain number of groups in at a time. But Ive never felt rushed and its always been a great experience. PS-you can also make an appointment!
If you want to be sold by rude and condescending sales staff by all means, go and buy here. Otherwise avoid this store like the plague. They will not come across as outride rude, but the tone and delivery of their communication is very apparent. Its like they dont want to sell you anything, or maybe they judge people before you take out your wallet. Looking at the reviews here, I guess Im not the only one. Seriously go online or elsewhere.
This place has gone down hill significantly since Covid. It was not adequately ran right from the beginning, so it’s no surprise it is crumbling. I have shopped for several bags here and although inventory is always low, I’ve been happy with my purchases. After an issue with a bag, an associate who should not be working there, said there was nothing she could do. A $3,500 bag. She said “they’re known for ripping.” Sort of like her eyelashes were ripping from her eyelids. They are hiring anyone. Not the same standard they used to have.
Packing in the back area of store I do not like this store. I was here 3 times, and all of them, they took the purchased bag (after you pay) into the back area to package you cannot see what they are packing , they returned it pretty packed with the ribbon and you do not have a time to check it until you are home. My first bag had loose threads in all around the border, I felt like it was not the same I bought at store, so I returned. This happened twice to me. When, I was in a Colorado LV store, totally different experience, they bring the box and bag and packed in front of you.Today, I was at Kenwood LV and same again, arrived home and found no quality sewing in many areas. I will return it. Moreover, the seller was very mean, I wait for more than 20 minutes to enter the store, and she seemed mad and not nice to respond my questions, or give me options, no responds about colors, and reluctant to bring more bags, she did not make any effort to look online if something was not in store, totally mean. So I decided to open my box into the store, she seemed not confortable with that and she said she already had been close it with the ribbon. That is a horrible deal always, bad service for a high quality brand.
I went to get my bracelet repair today. I stood in line for over 15 minutes there was only a few guest in the store. I was told that it was going to be another five minutes. I walked over to the Tiffany store came back there wasn’t no line then told another five minutes that someone will be with me. As I look through the store I saw three sales clerks just walking around. So, I asked the lady that was checking in how come I have to wait so now. I’m not understanding when you have sales clerks that’s walking around. She said our policy is that we can only take one person at a time per rep. I was so disappointed that I left the store and I feel that if customers should be taking care of in a timely manner
I’m appalled by the behavior of the staff at this location. Thinks writing down a message to a deaf person who could not read her lips because of a mask is “playing games”. I won’t be buying from Luis Vuitton ever again and neither will my friends. Do better be better!
I was very hesitant to visit this store with all the negative reviews. My recent visit was regarding a purchase I made from a 3rd party site called Fashionphile. While my main reason of going to the store was to see if my bag was authentic they couldn’t necessarily tell me for certain. They gave me pointers and advice on the bag while standing in line outside the store to help me decipher my thoughts on the bags authenticity. They were so kind and made me feel like I belonged at the store even though my bag was not bought enough there. I would recommend going. Thank you to their employee Sarah for being so great with client care.
While this location always has a line out of the door, it is defiantly worth it because of the customer service. It is also very easy to make an appointment and not have to stay in line. I saw Victoria Klem a few times already and she is amazing, especially after the rushed service in Miami Fashion District. She helped me pick out just the right bag after I returned the one I bought in Miami. Everyone is really professional at the store, and from previously having worked at Kenwood I can say that even when I have seen employees out and about the mall, they had a lot of integrity and represented the brand well. I love the personal attention at this store and service. From now on I will only buy with Victoria, highly recommend her, but really everyone at this location is amazing and very respectful!
I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I waited in line (as expected) was greeted and asked what I was interested and was assured that they had the purse that I wanted in the store. Let me also say that I dressed as I normally do, I had on flip flops and was certainly not dressed to the nines by any means. Bayanne was amazing, she knew it was my first LV experience and didn’t rush me or act as if any of my questions were silly. She was patient and let me browse without pressure. Awesome experience.
After reading reviews for the Kenwood location, I was a little apprehensive upon embarking on our shopping trip. My wife and I were greeted by Victoria Klem, who assisted us. She provided the absolute BEST customer service throughout the entire experience and we couldnt have been more pleased! She definitely made the trip an experience, and we will definitely use her in the future for all our LV needs!
The experience I had today at this location was awful. Waited 10 minutes and not even acknowledged by the woman outside taking names. Assuming that is what she was supposed to do as there was a line but since she continued to talk to another customer in line I am not even sure what the process was to get in the store. Definitely wont be back!
My daughter and I went to the Kenwood Towne Center and wanted to shop at the LV store. The manager refused to allow us in the store due to my Deafness. She refused to write and/or remove her mask. She literally said “I am not playing this game and would call security to have us escorted out.” Security was notified and a form filled out. This is the first time that I have been refused service, very embarrassing and painful.
Staff is beyond super friendly. They do require that you wear masks, Id you dont have one they will provide one for you. The staff are dedicated to helping you find exactly what you want and are extremely knowledgeable about the stock. It is very clean, very open floor plan, very secure, and very expensive.
I had Bayann wait on me. First time in the store. Was buying a purse and wallet for my girlfriend. After reading the negative reviews on here was a little nervous on what to expect. Couldn’t of had a better experience, was blown away by the great customer service. Showed up in my construction clothes and was treated great. Would go back any time. Girlfriend loved the purse. Would definitely go back for another gift. Don’t let these negative reviews steer you away.
Ben is the absolute BEST ! He’s so easy to work with , always knows what I like , and as long as I buy Louie —either gifts or for myself —I’ll always go to Ben! I even moved away from the city and there no store in Raleigh however I’ll still shop with him . Great job, major kudos and thanks for all the attention you give me . Your policy on helping those with disabilities is appalling. If anyone who reviews this hasnt seen the video,there is a video online of the manager of this store blatantly refusing a woman with a hearing disability service. This is repulsive and horrible marketing. For shame
Victoria helped me pick out some shoes, awesome experience. They didnt have my size but she made sure to order them in to the store. I have big feet, dont mind waiting. Next thing you know I get an email from UPS to track them.Will be back to purchase more, big fan of LV already have a small collection
Very unprofessional staff... Our family were there to buy a handbag but the young male staff (sorry I didnt get the name) was very unprofessional and he seems to be bored. He was rolling eyes and sighed in front of us, while we are trying three handbags. We felt offended and just left the store. This is not an expected level of service for customer who want to spend thousands of dollar. Very disappointed!!
I returned a purse on December 13 and here it is Jan 5 and my refund is still not on my card if u shop at KENWOOD use cash only this has been a nightmare I have had to file a dispute with my bank which takes 45 I will never shop here again I came back to edit review here it is the 12 th of January still no refund back from this place
After the bad reviews, I was concerned about visiting this location, considering it was going to be a 2 Hour drive. however, I was pleasantly surprised by and happy with the commitment to service my sales rep, Julianne, displayed. She took her time to show me several options and was very patient with me. She worked with me to make sure I was happy with my final decision. Hi I left the store after purchasing the speedy 25 monogram bandolier.
First time ever going into a Louis Vuitton store today. At 21 years old and reading some of these reviews I was nervous at first. I was greeted at the door by Andrea and was welcomed to a full tour of the store. She was very helpful, extremely friendly, and helped me pick out a new belt. Definitely recommend going to this location.
Our whole family flew in from Kansas City to come to Louis Vuitton to purchase our first purses. We had this trip planned since pre-covid. We were beyond excited for this whole experience. We booked an appointment with Madi + we are so happy we did. Our first appointment was on a Friday at 11am. We got there a little early + waited in line. The line does get a little long due to COVID, but we werent worried since we had an appointment already booked. Once that clock turned 11:00am, we shreiked with excitment while Madi came to the front to introduce herself and take us under her wing. Madi led us inside, giving us a tour of the whole store. Once we were finished with the tour, Madi had a whole table in the back of the store waiting for us. She had the few different purses, wallets and make up bags that we were deciding on set out for us to look at. While we tried on + talked all about the handbags, Madi made us feel so comfortable during our shopping experience. She not only told us about all the bags, but also gave us the history of LV. I dont feel like you could go anywhere else + get the speical experience we had with Madi. We felt pretty lucky! The store had received a shipment that Friday morning, but were short staffed that day so they would not be able to get into shipment that day. Madi had told us one of those bags we came for was in that shipment. Madi bent over backwards to make sure we left happy (AND WITH A LOUIS IN OUR HANDS!). We ended up going back the next day, so we could come back for the purses that were in that shipment and to pick up our items that we had hot stamped.Fast forward to the next day, we met with Madi to see what they got in the shipment from the prior day. Madi set us up at the back table again with all of the bags ready for us to look at! Good news was one of the bags was there but the other one did not end up coming. In the end, we ended up having to order one of the bags and wallets. But we were so happy with our experience that NO DOUBT we would come back to Kenwood Louis Vuitton just for Madi. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CLIENT ADVISOR! We plan on flying back in a couple weeks to come pick our bag + wallet up. We are sure we will receive the same superb service from Madi. So, thank you Madi for all your patience, kindness + endless laughs during our time at LV Cincinnati.
I went today 1/26/2019 to purchase a purse as a gift for my daughter. The customer service was excellent!!!!! It was very busy and I was a walk in and I was greeted immediately and the gentleman who greeted me went immediately to the back and found someone to help me. I have never been to this store before and after reading the reviews I was afraid of what the service was going to be like. My experience was EXCELLENT!!! Thank you OMAR BARAZI !!!! You were very professional and found the purse I wanted. Thank you for such a great experience !!!!!
Took my bag in for a repair. The First Lady I saw was rude saying she didn’t see the obvious cracking that was on the bag. Then the second lady said that “just because you spend x amount of dollars doesn’t mean the bag will hold up it’s quality.” I mean I’m sure everyone agrees if you spend 1300 dollars on a purse you should expect better quality. Absolutely a joke of a business. I will NOT ever be purchasing another Louis Vuitton again. You would think they would take more pride in their product.
WORST customer service ever! I am the owner of several LV bags and have always received amazing customer service. I arrived at the Kenwood Center LV per my scheduled appointment time and was told they were closed, both the hours listed on the door as well as the website said the store was open. There was a man outside on his phone and several store associates leaned up again the registers casually chatting. I informed the client services advisor that I had a piece reserved to be picked up at my RESERVED appointment time and was told “sorry we are closed” in a very snippy tone (tall thin with short curly hair) I informed her that we had an appointment that was set via LV customer service and had the representative on the line as she continued to call the store to confirm an appointment had previously been set and the store failed to answer. I was told they would reopen on Monday.Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I went to this store on a Saturday to inquire about replacing a missing key bell on my bag and also to get a hot stamp for my wallet that is about 25 years old! I was very nervous walking in to the store as reviews I read about the LV stores were comprised with disappointment due to rude sales associates... NOT in THIS STORE!! Jenna helped with my wallet and Victoria helped me with my part order. While ordering the part Victoria noticed that there were possible repairs we could do for my bag and offered to take pictures to get a quote! I took her up on her offer, got my wallet back beautifully stamped with my initials and left with my paperwork for my part order. Victoria said she will let me know if they can do anything for my bag. I thought it would take weeks to hear anything as I’ve read on comments on line. 2 days later, Victoria calls me with the best news ever! I can’t wait to come back and shop with the girls and guys at this store.
I wish I could give ZERO stars! I went in after saving my money and was ready to drop 2000 dollars on a bag. They looked at me and my mom up and down and said sorry no mask no entrance. While I understand it’s recommended, it cannot be legally enforced if you cannot provide masks for people to wear. They could not, therefore they have no ability to require it. I cannot wear a mask, I have MAD and wearing it sets off an attack. I feel so discriminated against and I will be spending my money elsewhere. The girl also had the gall to yell out that other people were spending their money there and it didn’t matter. Well. Glad to see you just lost a sale.
I had a wonderful experience at the Kenwood Louis Vuitton. I went to get my first LV and it was a very special day for me. We waited in line for about an hour due to Covid-19 restrictions. LV staff was friendly and kept everyone updated on the process. Once I got inside Victoria was my sales associate. She was wonderful and so patient! She showed me several bags until I found the perfect one! I would highly recommend anyone visit this store when looking for not only a beautiful product, but wonderful and personal customer service as well.
I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend that just passed her real estate exam and I thought a business card holder from LV would be perfect to go with all the other LV items she has. I live an hour away and called to make sure they were open. No one picked up the phone but the message said they are open until 7 pm. I leave work as soon as I can and drive down to the Kenwood Mall and get there at 6:35 pm. As I approach the store, there is a guard out front keeping anyone from getting in as well as another guest waiting to get it. The guard proceeds to tell me they are not letting any more guests in after the man in front of me. I tell him that is not OK, I need just one item and I will be quick. He goes and gets a Louis Vuitton employee who tells me that I wont be allowed in. I explained at this point they are open for 20 more minutes and she said that they need to make sure they can lock up at 7 pm so no more guests. I run a luxury car dealership in Dayton and I would never treat a customer this way. If someone is buying a car we will stay if needed to take care of the customer. To refuse customers 25 minutes before closing is appalling. From a couple that owns roughly 15 LV purses, wallets, belts, glasses, scarves, and key chains, this is a disgrace to customer service. Shame on you Louis Vuitton of Kenwood!!
Went to return a purse because my wife wanted a different one and was told they couldn’t accept the returned because it looked like it had been used. Supposedly there was debris inside of the purse, but the purse literally sat in the box from the time I bought it until i tried to return it. I also asked to speak to the manager but was told that she was busy helping another customer but I was the only customer in the store at that time. I should’ve listen to the reviews and went to a different store.
My husband bought me ear rings and I didn’t like them ..So I wanted the cash back and they said he had to be there to get cash back ,, and they were very rude about it. After all the money I spend there and have never returned anything !!!!!!! I will never be back to this store .. and if your smart I would not go !!!! They are only nice if you are buying ..........
Beautiful store. Great customer service! Great inventory selection. I think some of the reviews regarding customer service are attributable to the fact that staff consists of a small group and that you must put your name down and wait for assistance. In the mean time you are free to browse and look at items on display. Its a little different from department store shopping. Stop by and enjoy the experience!
No greeting as I entered the store. Everyone was busy, went to the desk in the back which I thought I’d be quicker to get some help from. Not one associate even acknowledged me or said I will be with you. One guy even stood working on the computer for at least 5 minutes with no customer, but still said nothing. All I wanted to do was pick up my online order so maybe the assumed I wasn’t buying anything and didn’t offer help. The only saving grace was Julia, and even she said I guess I’m the only one running today smh...she’s the reason I gave 2 stars.
Today, we entered the store at 1:15pm, nobody greeted or attended us. After spending almost 10 minutes, we got the dry question, “Are you looking for something?” Lady at the front door asked me to sign my name for the waitlist, I signed and when I asked how much time does it take? She said she will send me a text message when they are ready to assist us. It’s been almost 2 and half hours and I haven’t got any message from the store. Worst customer service ever. What is the meaning of spending $2000 a trip at your store when your customer service is worse than Taco Bell. I used to go to Saks Fifth Avenue, Downtown Cincinnati when I wanna buy anything from LV. This was my first visit at the store in Kenwood Mall. Completely disappointed.
Victoria at LV was absolutely amazing! It was my first time in the store and she could not have been more helpful! The original bag I had wanted wasn’t in stock and she offered every way possible to help me find it. Another bag ended up catching my eye and she, as well as the other associates, offered their opinions on which color looked best. I loved their honesty since I was shopping alone and needed someone to help me decide. Can’t wait to go back! If you’re going to LV I definitely recommend Victoria!
The Kenwood store is real bad guest service. In my opinion, they greet to the guests is selective if you look like strolling around or something🙂🙂. And also they has a waiting list when you need service about some products . Are you really so busy?Maybe you need hiring new employees if your service not available🤧.
Manager refuses to communicate with a deaf customer and is extremely rude. So were the employees that day. She refused to let her read lips and refused to write it down so that the covid policy could be respected. Disgusting. She should be fired. And you need training for diversity and inclusion for future employees and current ones.
Iza is terribly rude and is the epitome of why many people feel uneasy about entering a store like LV in fears of dealing with snobby, judgmental, and rude sales associates. Not only was she unkind and cold, she had no (from what it seemed) product knowledge about LV.... very disappointed.The rest of the sales staff is amazing, especially Tori!All I know is the next time I step into LV, I will be staying CLEAR of Iza.
I went to this Louis Vuitton and they had great service and assistance. My helpers name was Tori and she made sure i had everything i needed and she even showed my daughters around the store and showed us many different bags that we wanted to look at. My experience was great at this store, i highly recommend this location and that you request Toris assistance.
Never Order Online Always Visit The Store!Shopping at a LV store, is always a great experience. The customer service is phenomenal, ever LV specialist is definitely a knowledgeable professional, ready to answer all your questions & not to mention the complementary Champagne & Chocolates are soO GooD!I had the great pleasure of spending time here w/ my wife on Valentines Day. Everyone took great pride in truly making my wife feel extra special. Its wasnt just buying a bag Its an Experience. The smile on wifeys face, was the best Valentines gift of them all!FYI: On Valentines Day they offer a complimentary Heart Heat Stamp to personalize your bag.
Poor customer service! Local stores can not receive phone calls. Only on their work cell phones. All phone calls get rerouted to client services somewhere in BFE. I was told that client services can not get a hold of any store nor do they have any cell #’s for any associates. As far as searching for a specific item they were only able tell me they have a “handful” of the item. That means they could have 1-5 of that item. The Kenwood store has a waiting list you are put on when you enter the store. I tried to call ahead to the store to have an item pulled for a friend. They are not able to pull any item ahead of time or put anything on hold. I am very disappointed
Incredibly disappointing experience. No greeting coming or going, no attempt to ask if I needed assistance and some associates were standing around talking to each other. Hopefully not intentional, but, I was the only non-white customer at the time. LV has not earned my business now or in the near future.
Worst customer service ever. No greeting, no attention when we walked into the store. After 10 minutes someone asked us to get our names on the waiting list. There were at least 6-7 staff members and not many customers but still we waited for almost 45 minutes and left eventually without being assisted. Store inside the 5th Avenue at downtown was much better.
I went to the grand opening of the new Kenwood store and it was a little disappointing. The store does not have a lot of merchandise.Not sure if this was just because it was the grand opening and they expected a large crowd (which there was not), but I was greeted at the entrance and asked to put my name on a list to be alerted when a “sales consultant was available to answer any questions”, similar to what the Apple Store does.
I have been in other stores always had great service but this store had beyond terrible customer service. Treated me & my husband like we had no money. If this store has people working fir them like this it should be shut down now I will go back to Easton where I am treated with dignity
I just purchased my first item from this location and I must say that they have exceptional customer service, the Sales Associates are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable of the various canvas and leather bags, wallets, and shoes. I highly recommend visiting this store if youre in the market for a luxury item.

Went to purchase a bag the lady told me that the purse will be there in a few days only to get a text the next day that the bag could not be ordered and they was refunding my money with not much of a explanation why charge me than I could not get the bag very bad customer service I will never go there again I moved to Kentucky from Texas I will fly back home and buy a bag there before I got back to this store.

2021-12-31Great service! Unfortunately I do not have an LV close to me so I rely on a client advisor and order via phone. (I have never been to this physical store.) I have worked with two CA’s at this location and most recently, Carolyn. She’s amazing! She’s super easy to work with and always quick to help. I appreciate the ability to be able to order over the phone! Shipping is always fast, I couldn’t recommend enough.

2022-06-10I stopped in here earlier this evening to pick out a new fragrance since my other ones from other brands were not impressing me anymore. I was greeted at the door by Tez, and he was friendly as always. A conversation with him is always a delight, and he can make a client laugh. Graeme helped me find my new favorite fragrance. He knows how to show different options and is aware of what scent to use for each occasion. All of the employees here were smiling, which made my day. It’s great to see a team of people working together with smiles on their faces. The managers are super great as well. They can run the store so well, even during the busiest of times. I will for sure come back to this location to find the next item that interests me!

2022-07-12Very strict return policy. I was a week over the 30 day return policy due to work travel of 2 weeks. I bought a purse, wallet, perfume, and a scarf. I wanted to exchange the unused wallet for a larger size (where I would be spending more money). The manager would not let me exchange. Yes, I understand that it’s my fault I was over the 30 days. But policy got in the way of customer relationship building. I won’t be returning due to your strict policy. The manager and staff are not very friendly.

2022-05-07I have never had bad service at this location. We shop there frequently and the Sales Staff have always been friendly, patient and accommodating. If merchandise is unavailable they always make an effort to locate exactly what I’m looking or help make suggestions for replacements.

2022-08-04Extremely lacking in customer service at this location. I have been in 20 different LV stores around the world and never had any issues. Seems this is a location issue that needs to be investigated by corporate. I have read many other reviews stating the same issues so I’m definitely not alone. Wish I would have read the store reviews before traveling over 3 hours to make a purchase at this location.

2022-06-02Customer service is lacking. You could train the four to five people you have guarding the door a bit of courtesy and respect. I dashed in to grab a new bag today and was so rudely “greeted” at the entrance and curtly told I’d have to wait 15-20 min before even entering. So, I left. I can easily just purchase online or at my other home location in Naples. I won’t return to this location. They could take a lesson from the phone consultants or other locations who actually know customer service. As my mom always said, there are some things you just can’t teach.

2021-08-18The meanest sales and Manger of this shop she dont want to change my shoes because its more than 30 days I was out of seas and I have the proof!!! What I can do the shoes I received as gift uts tooooo small for me the receipt its their she said we can help you if you buy it from this shop oh really !!!so its not about rulesIf I but from macys you have 3 month return I dont know that LV its only 30 days how come this image of this famous shop they dont give a special case for their client i cant believe she just mean and discriminationShame of you

2022-03-19I’ve purchased 3 items from Louis Vuitton within the last 3 months and this store is horrible. I was trying to decide which bag I wanted and picked one after about 30 minutes. When the sales advisor scans my item, she apologized and explained the price has actually went up but they forgot to change the price. The price should have been correct or the price should be changed for their idiotic mistake. Never again.

2021-12-03I was a little hesitant before visiting this location because I read so many bad reviews that were written about it but I was so glad that I still went because my experience was amazing. I was greeted by Natalie and a lovely gentleman who was shadowing her when it was my turn to enter into the store. Natalie was an absolute delight! She helped me with my gift exchange and purchase. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. She was great at suggesting alternative pieces when certain items I was interested in werent available. She knew what she was doing which was a plus! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but my experience at this location was spectacular and I would highly recommend visiting this location! Please ask for Natalie if thats even an option! Thank you again for the great experience!
