Where can I start ?, first of all this is white washed Mexican food no tortas? , or aguas Frescas the menu doesn’t have a lot of options either . The waiter was nice and friendly her worth ethics not as much she decided what we were gonna eat ??, I wanted the “Mexican hamburger” since nothing else caught my eye after finding out they didn’t have what I wanted and I was gonna order the regular sized hamburger but instead she said there was a kids version as well and then we asked “ okey then what’s the difference between them ?” And she said she didn’t know???. But then she decided to say “ let’s get you the kids one it’s cheaper instead” don’t know if her attentions were good , but everyone perceives stuff differently. Food came right, the burger was small would have order myself a big one but who am I to pick right? I’m Certainly not the costumer . But anyways let me tell you all that the burger had was one slice of white American cheese and that’s it ,no lettuce ? Ketchup ? Veggies nothing just 2 buns and one looking unfrozen patty And some white cheese . That is no Mexican burger take my word for it but then it gets better I end up getting sick from the burger ?, I feel like the burger meat wasn’t even cooked all the way and I end up getting food poisoning ,first and last time we ever come. 👍

Got the lunch buffet. Fajitas, shredded chicken, ground beef with all the fixins! You name it it was on the buffet! To top it off it was only $9.99 including your drink! Food quality was good and food temperature was hot. Service was great! Would go again and again. The only downfall is they serve the buffet at lunch and not dinner. Highly recommend and enjoyed the experience and flavor overall!

I have dined here for lunch a couple of times while traveling through the area. Each time I purchased the lunch buffet. The food was excellent and the price is reasonable. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.
Good. A little less food items and a little more expensive then the other mexican restaurant here in town. But food came out fast. And refilled drinks good.

Food was not good, margaritas were not good. What really took me over the edge was I went to the bathroom and a waitress went to the bathroom too and left without washing her hands. That’s a no from me.

We love Los Cabos and visit about once per month. The prices are fair and the portions are large. They are usually quick with the orders and have great service. They also have a fun and colorful atmosphere.
Excellent place to grab dinner and a drink. Los Cabos has delicious margaritas, the coldest draft beers in town, and the best steak in town. Get the number 48 Steak Mexicana.

This place has kind gone down hill in the last few years. I used to love this place when Freddie was always there. He knew how to take care of customers needs. Always on top of things.They recently had an influx of new employees who really just either havent been taught decent and basic food serving etiquette. There are some really good ones that you can tell they are trying, but most of the time my drink gets refilled once, have to always ask for napkins, straws, silverware.During tonights visit, the manager Im guessing expressed how she was sick to a customer at the bar, and proceeded to make him drinks. Regardless if its not COVID or anything bad, you just dont announce that for others to hear in food service. This place is way too relaxed for me to feel comfortable now. Service is horrible. Freddie rules, He needs to be running things.
We have friends who live in the area and we visit every year with them. Its tradition for all of us to go to dinner there.Food is great and plentiful. The service is excellent.

I love this place, huge bar, ice cold beer those things alone get you major points in my book.The food is where it all comes together my favorite mexican place in the Peak of Ohio.When they do Karaoke night this place is a blast.The Horse shoe bar the big restaurant you can find a corner for privacy.Or sit at the bar for some company.What you will get is lighting fast food you will be eating in 10 mins for sitting down.And the food, and plates are hot 🔥Its not youre traditional 5 Star restaurant.As far as you dont have to dress up.But if you want some killer enchiladas with beans and rice and a Ive cold beer.And unlike Salsas this place is more alive.Dinner music is the key people I dont want to hear people whispering..lol..Im dinning out make it fun👍👍I have had some fun here..
A bit more pricey.. Could have been better to add more of the taste on their grilled shrimp. Nevertheless, its a good experience.
7pm Friday night. Party of 5. It’s busy. I get it. But we waited 20 minutes to be seated... then waited 25 more minutes and hadn’t even seen a server. We had to flag down a server from another section to place our order. Then we waited another 20 minutes, still no drinks... and watched as other tables seated after us were receiving their orders. Ended up just leaving so we could feed our son. As we were walking out the only response we got was “Oh. Sorry.” The utter lack of service was astonishing. Assuming the only thing that keeps this place in business is the liquor license and the fact that this is the only sit down restaurant open on this side of town in the evening. We’ll drive to Columbus to eat before we ever step foot in this restaurant again.
Love this place. Food is absolutely amazing. No matter what I try from here the food is always tasty. The drinks are always made perfectly. Lets not forget the salsa. The salsa I could eat all day I love it. The best part though for me is the staff. I know most of the staff and it just makes the experience so much better.
Went there tonight and the plate was so hot it burnt my sons fingers. The waitress spilled queso on my husband and the waiter we had took 30 min for our drinks. He was rude as hell... this used to be our favorite place but now least favorite and will not be returning.
I measure each Mexican restaurant on these things:1. Salsa2. Cheese dip (they seem to vary)3. The actual food4. Speed of service5. Maybe accuracy. I sometimes take it with a grain of salt.Accuracy and speed were awesome. Loved the waitress. Very attentive and helpful. The food was pretty delicious. Mostly the standard stuff I tried this time around, though. The cheese dip was mild, but still delicious. BUT THAT SALSA! Ah, delicious to the last bite. It has to be made in house. Thats the only explanation (gosh I hope Im right). I loved it very much.All in all, I enjoyed this place. Thank you for the wonderful lunch!
Although I wouldnt call the food traditional Mexican, if youre looking for good tex-mex this is definitely the place to go. The staff was friendly and the service was amazing. I would definitely go back!
When rating a Restaurant, I take into account the food, environment, and the quality of service. The food at Los Cabos was great as always, but the service and environment has gone down tremendously in the past 2 years. In this particular experience yesterday evening, my lady and I went to have dinner and a few drinks. It started out with us requesting a booth and the host greeted us and put us at a table even though there was two booths available in the section. One just needed a quick wipe down and the other was being taken by the staff just lounging around. When asking if they would be so kind to give us a booth as requested the lady gave us additude and said fine let me clean it off. She took her personal items off the table and into the back and reluctantly have us that booth.The waitress was a great change to the host and staff experience, she was kind and quick to give us service when she could. What caused things to go downhill was the staff all were lounging about, including a robust blond lady who seemed to be the manager of the place who was loud and abnoxious the whole time we were there and we could barely get service because it seemed like our waitress was the only one working. She even had the audacity to flaunt a bottle of prescription pills and have people smell them and God knows what else. I wasnt going to say anything, but I did mention to the waitress that the staff and her manager should not be that abnoxious to customers. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience and didnt pass on the message. I made it simple that I would not be coming back there until there is a complete management change.
Food was amazing, people were nice. Few small but minor things that bug me. But 10/10 Mexican restaurant out of all the others I have been too!
I love eating here, the food is always excellent and usually more than you could eat in one sitting. Plus their fresh house made salsa is amazing. If you dont know what to drink and you dont want alcohol try their iced tea. its amazing and so is their white queso dip. Its always an enjoyable experience coming here and have never had any problems here with anything.

Took 30 min. and multiple phones calls to be able to place an order. I ordered from a take out menu I picked up from them 2 weeks prior and when I paid for the food they said the menu was old they gave me the food cost more on the dine in menu and so they charged the higher price even though it was a take out . When I got back to work they forgot the Pepsi and french fries. I work across the road from this place and the food was cold when i picked it up. I will not order from this place again!

It was similar to LaPalma. The food was good but I had to ask for a spoon for my rice. And we had to ask for refills on the drinks. Also we asked for a 2nd thing of chips which we didnt receive.
Pretty good lunch today. We sat out in the patio and they added an umbrella for our comfort. Much appreciated.
Horrible Service. Rude Waiter. Poor quality food at premium price. We repeatedly had to ask for chips & salsa (before our food even came). Waiter was incredibly rude, calling everyone cheap for either sharing fajitas or ordering less than the most expensive dishes. When food finally did come, was very poor quality. Pork carnitas fatty and terrible! Waited for my friends carry out order for over 30 minutes the when it finally came to the table another very rude waiter came took it off the table and said it wasnt hers! Gave her order to another patron at the bar then waited another 20 minutes on 3 chicken tacos and the restaurant was not busy at all! Will stick with my hometown restaurants will never return! Also this is not my first experience here with same rude waiter! Spoke with management regarding issue seemed as if this individual will continue with same rude behavior!

The restaurant was quite dirty, from the floor to the ceiling (especially the fans) were extremely dirty. The food was average at best, but our group did enjoy their margaritas.

Due to a detour ended up way off track in the middle of Ohio. Needed to eat and pulled off the bus Highway at the first exit that said there was food to be had. Was going to head to Waffle House but then spotted this very brightly decorated building on a hill across the street. Got closer and found this very authentic looking Mexican place.The biggest problem was that the AC was broken and it was Hot. Other than that we lived the salsa. Huge menu. Got a platter that was enough food for the for like $13. Most of the food was good. Some was excellent and there were a few things we didnt like. In particular we found the Chili Relenos to be sub par and my wife did not like the tamales.Overall I enjoyed it and would go back though I doubt we will ever be in that part of Ohio again.

My husband and I needed a fast meal of good quality food, and we got exactly that with the lunch buffet. There was quite the variety of food options on the buffet. The only downside was the food was cold, but it was better than a fast food option.

Quality food, fun waiters, quick service! Los Cabos is always fun to visit and the food is delicious. I brought a large group here, and one of my friends was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the kitchen staff prepared our orders. The menu has many quality options, but I recommend a Fajita Quesadilla or the Burrito Texano. During the lunch hour, the buffet is a treat as well. I have visited 15-20 times and will continue to return to Los Cabos!
Every time I go to eat there magnificent food Ive been there at 11 a. M. and Ive been there at 9 p. M. The food is excellent every time very impressed good job people keep it up Ill keep coming.
First problem is they don’t have an online menu. I called to order and the girl on the phone was more worried about the conversation going on behind her. I finally went to pick it up and brought it home to find my order is half wrong. How hard is it when the place is not that busy? Nothing I got looked like a chimichanga or chalupas. So disappointed.
The place wasnt too busy, but we visited on a Sunday evening. The service was great - quick and friendly. My husband and I both ordered chimichangas and they were delicious!

Poor service. Did not refill drinks, chips or salsa. In fact did not come back to check on us at all. Did not offer boxes for take home...when requested, provided one short. Food was good, service extremely poor. No warmth...none.

2021-12-14I order take out for our family. When I walked in the establishment was super clean and very festive. I only waited a minute before being created and taken care of with my order as they were relatively busy. The waiter and the young lady that cashed me out were exceptional beyond standards. They were so polite and friendly. Made me feel welcomed. I’m wanting to go back not only for the good food but the exceptional service as it’s hard to find that anymore. Such pleasant employees. They deserve more than 18% gratuity when dining in.

2022-04-21I would give it a zero star but I had to give something. The waiter was very rude and the lady that handed the chips out was very rude too. We had never been there before and was not told how they did things there as far as the menu goes. We asked for menus and was pointed to the scan picture on the table, which you could not scan because the corners were folded up! And was talked to very rudely! I noticed the table on our right had menus too! My husband speaks Spanish and tried to talk to the lady that handed out the chips and she told him she did not speak Spanish! But a few minutes later she was speaking to another lady in Spanish! We will Never be back to that place and Will not recommend it to anyone either! The service was Horrible and the food wasnt all that good either!

2022-05-08We hv eaten here numerous times. This last visit the service was terrible and the server was complaining loudly about being short handed. Every place is short handed these days n we tip generously to help out. A bad attitude n making some in our party feel bad for asking again for something they requested 30 mins prior only to hear Its a long walk back there. The food was great as usual but the service ruined the experience-the place was not busy.

2022-01-29Fast service, never had to ask for a refill or extra napkins. Servers were fast, kind, and perfessional. Food was amazing. Had the steak fajita quesadilla, huge portions. My picky 2 yr old even ate her beans, rice, and taco happily. Will be back.

2022-03-31I guess they just started with automatically putting 18% more on your check for a tip if you have 6 people in your group. My grandpa usually tips 25% so mostly they missed out on a big tip. That upset my grandpa so he didnt leave another tip on top of the 18% his chicken in his burrito was very dry and he could hardly chew it he still always leaves a good tip. I have never heard of a place giving themselves a tip they stated its because most people dont tip, tipping used to be based on the service your provided not based on the people with you. I guess its a win lose situation because they are getting the 18% out of you if you have 6 people but what about the people who ussually tip more he stated he will never tip again there when he has 6 people since they took it upon themselves
