My wife hired Lorn to do our wedding 20 years ago. He photographed and had video of everyone; all of the kids, our friends and all of our family. Everyone loved his easy to get along with approach and how he got all of the kids to pose and smile. Nothing was missed and we have the memories in our albums forever.He has photographed every holiday family photo every year since and he recently just photographed our kid’s senior pictures. We love that we can go to his pond, barn or wooded areas or just in his photo studio. He has photographed the last 20 years of our life! Have we told you about our high School graduation party in June?Thanks for everything Lorn!

Lorn is a total professional his experience with lighting is unsurpassed. Look at the sample albums and images and you will see a difference from the weekend shooters. Also, he is very knowledgable using up to date photoshop skills in any situation. We were very pleased our photos and the experience overall was awesome!
Lorn Spolter took my senior pictures and did an amazing job. He spent many hours with me and it went so quickly. I brought various outfits and he match them with his great scenic outdoor backgrounds, After we took the pictures and looked on the computer, he touched them up nicely afterwards. Lorn is great to work with. He has taken my childrens pictures for over 10 years and takes his time in working with you and doesnt miss a photo opportunity. Gets you your photos back very quickly and the photos are flawless. he also does not need direction and knows who to take at any occasion

Lorn is a consummate professional, and it comes across in every aspect of his craft. He pays close attention to detail, explains proper posing and is patient and helpful. Since I had him take a head shot of me for my Jdate account, Ive enjoyed alot more success on the site. Fantastic photos!! Lorn captured the essence of our daughters entire bat mitzvah day, from the service, to the lunch, to the party. He made everyone look good, and was extremely professional.

All I can say is that this man is AMAZING. My daughter wanted winter senior pictures. Mr. Spolter said that this was a first for him, that no one EVER wanted winter senior pictures, but he welcomed it. He took well over two hundred pictures and we had to whittle them down to 8. It was VERY, VERY difficult. They were ALL beautiful. He made my daughter feel very, very comfortable. He was more than willing to trudge up and down snow covered hills to get the the best locations for my daughter. (Im talking about our recent snowfall that left several feet of snow!) When my daughter and I left, we both commented how glad we were that we came to him, not just because we loved the pictures, but because he is such a nice individual and listens to what the customer wants!!!

2015-09-13Lorn has been our photographer for years. He is wonderful! Makes you feel very comfortable during the photo shoot. Has many different backgrounds to take your pictures. We were able to see our photos right after the session. Made sure we all looked perfect with photoshop. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Very professional.

2014-01-22After an amazingly positive experience two years ago where Lorn shot our sons bar mitzvah, we were thrilled that he was available for our daughters bat mitzvah last weekend. We are so glad he was there. The pictures are simply incredible and working with Lorn is a joy. Ive never seen a photographer work so seamlessly with people, setting up large group posed shots with ease, quietly capturing priceless candids, and documenting the event with pictures of the room, decorations, invitations, etc. Guests actually remembered Lorn from our event two years ago and were happy to see him. We all reviewed the pictures the next day and everyone was blown away. The sharpness, composition, and lighting of the pictures are all terrific. I highly recommend Lorn.

We love his location with so many different backround choices indoor and especially the outdoor ares. 2014-08-18Nothing but great things to say about our experience with Lorn and, especially, the finished products. We were interested in a series of formal shots of our moderately large (~25 persons) family: six nuclear families and three generations. Lorn did a masterful job getting us arranged and photographed in a variety of groupings and settings, all with humor, patience, and professionalism. He took all the shots we wanted and then offered suggestions for others we hadnt considered. He is full of ideas. And reviewing the images was a breeze (actually a pleasure). We really did have a great time! No pressure, and he will do whatever you want done.Lorn is a photographer who clearly knows light, spacing, balance, background, computer touchup, etc. Proof of his skill is in the finished product. The images are stunning and we could not be more pleased.Absolutely recommended with no reservations.

2014-08-26Lorn is a true professional! He has done 4 family events for us over the past 15 years, and the photo quality is amazing. Recently, I asked him to do a completely different project for me- to create a professional business photo for my profile. 2014-10-24We had a wonderful session for my daughters senior portraits. Lorn was very flexible on timing of the session and spent over 2 hours and took over 300 pictures. Many beautiful natural outdoor settings and very patient with our requests. I highly recommend this photographer.

2013-09-29I had a great time doing my Senior Pictures!! He is very professional and showed me how to pose correctly. We went to lots of different locations with beautiful settings at his studio. He took 400 pictures in only a few hours and it went by so fast! I got to view the pictures all of the pictures after the shoot. 2013-10-05Just finished having my daughters senior pictures taken with Lorn Spolter Photography. Lorn spent the entire day with us at multiple locations - even taking a break because of rain. He took over 250 pictures and would have taken more if I had not stopped him. It was a great experience and I highly recommend using Lorn Spolter Photography for all of your photography needs!

2015-01-11My husband Steve and I recently got married in Columbus and had Lorn and his associate(s) do the photography for our wedding. Even though it was almost November, it was a beautiful day with unusually warm weather for the season and Lorn decided to take advantage of it. And boy, are we glad he did! We now have beautiful photographs of us and our family members in a variety of poses, both casual and formal, outside in the courtyard of the synagogue with the vibrant autumn foliage just as I had envisioned. One of the things I liked most about Lorns photography was that he made sure to take pictures of everyone and, from seeing some of his past work, knew I did not have to worry about someone being left out. 2015-08-08What a fun day having my senior pictures taken by Lorn! He spent many hours making sure I had lots of pictures and scenes to choose from! After hours of shooting, we sat down and reviewed them right away in photoshop. Great pictures for a great price!
