Had a spring break late Saturday night. Was able to get quick, friendly, knowledgeable service and repair. I will definitely be using them again for any garage door needs.
Jamie and his team came out and solved my issue in the same day and at a fair price. They cleaned up afterwards. I was pleased with the service.
We were very pleased. We were in a bind when our garage door spring broke, and the door was too heavy to lift open without it. These fellas came out during fair week, on their way to the fair! The inspection & estimate were done free of charge. Then they repaired the door within about 20 to 30 minutes, and even gave us a complimentary lube. They were reasonably priced, reliable, and fast. We would highly recommend them to anyone else in need of garage door repair work. Thanks again!!

Jamie and Anthony both showed up right on time. They were very professional and polite the entire time. My garage door was fixed really quick and they did everything they could to save me money. Crew was efficient and polite, however it was $639 to replace a spring. I understand cost of materials has risen, but there was absolutely some sticker shock involved here. Hoping that posting the cost will help others that are looking to replace springs.

Fast, thorough, and responsive professionals who came to my home for an assessment with less than two hours notice of my garage door opener dying yesterday. By 3 pm today, theyd replaced the opener & its track, replaced the remote, installed and programmed a new keypad, installed a new wall button, and lubed/tuned the rollers and springs.

Had an appointment with them on a day I had vacation to get my spring replaced. Never showed up, never got any responses to the texts I sent. Broken garage door sat for another couple days until Monday came around. Went elsewhere for service.

2022-07-11The father/son technicians were very polite and friendly. I was able to have my garage fixed thesame day that I called ! They gave me a free estimate prior to repairs. Everything was explained to me in laymans terms so that I understood exactly what was being done and the cost. They cleaned up thoroughly after their work was completed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any garage repairs! A big Thank you to Jaime and Anthony for a job well done!

2022-06-21Great experience with these guys. They were able to see me within 48 hours of my issue happening and fit me in to their busy schedule even though they were booked. Jamie and Anthony were both easy to get along with and appeared to know exactly what they needed to do. Any time I needed to communicate with these guys they would answer the call immediately. I highly recommend to call them if you have any issues with your garage and you live in the area.

2022-01-25We needed our garage door opener replaced along with a new keypad entry. This was not an emergency, just a very old and very loud motor that needed replaced. Not only did they keep the appointment despite the snow storm (1/17/22) they were happy to do so! Super nice. Great price. And braved the snow for something that wasnt an emergency. We will definitely be using them for all our garage door needs in the future!!!

2022-04-14I was afraid that my garage door would fall on one of my cars or injure one of my family members, cables were hanging down and I knew something was not right . I called Lorain County Garage Door Repair at 3:45 in the afternoon. The gentleman on the other end asked me what the issue was, got my name and address and was at my residence within one hour. I was thinking to myself WHOA! Once at my residence he quickly diagnosed my issue and stated that he could have my garage totally repaired by the next day. Again I thought to myself WHOA!The next morning less than 24 hours from receiving my initial request my garage door was repaired. Their service was top notch, he even made some additional adjustments to my garage structure so that there was no gap on the ground when closed. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommend their service. If you have any garage repairs dont hesitate to give them a call, it will be well worth your money.

2022-07-16Horrible service. We bought a Genie brand garage door opener to get installed but for some reason they have had trouble getting it installed properly, constantly getting frustrated because something wouldnt fit right or wasnt working, and then just complain about how much they hate the Genie brand; meanwhile the father was constantly yelling at the son with the directions on what to do next. What kind of garage door repair men cant repair a garage door with a certain brand, especially a reputable brand? At one point they asked me to call a 1-800 number to get the garage door keypad working because they didnt have time to stick around. Today they were supposed to come out around 2pm but they still have not shown, this is their 2nd or 3rd time being late or never showing up. To this day, the garage door keypad and the clickers to the garage door are still not hooked up.
