Had Longs Cleaning come and clean the ducts and vents . Jonah and Zach did a great job and very professional and knowledgeable when explaining what they would be doing and the process.plus saved me a lot of money in the future by telling me about a lifetime filter for my furnace thanks guys will be using longs in the future for sure.

We were very pleased with the technicians cleaning our ductwork, they arrived on time, got right to work were polite and informative. We decided to get our dryer vent cleaned too which is such a relief to us to have that done. Our house is well over 60 years old so there was a large amount of dust and debris in the system. Pleased with the communication with the office staff and the estimate was right on.

Excellent service! The two you gentlemen that cleaned our air vents today were so professional, courteous, professionally dressed.So refreshing to see! They did an outstanding job in cleaning our vents. While they worked, they showed us the before/after photos. Amazing job and so glad we had this done. They were not disruptive. We have three dogs and both technicians were kind and friendly as the dogs followed them room to room to supervise . They ensured the doors were all secured so none of our pets would escape.I will definitely use Longs in the future for my carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. I will certainly be promoting your company as well. Fabulous job! Keep up good work!

I purchased a rocking chair on one of the online sale sites and the cushion had some marks and was very dirty. When I contacted Longs because I saw they did upholstery, I wasnt sure that they would be able to do anything for me. I was so impressed with Longs Cleaning from the friendly office staff who went above and beyond in helping me to the skilled technicians who cleaned the cushion, they all did great. When I got my cushion back it looked brand new!!! Thank you, for all your hard work and effort! I knew my cushion was in great hands with Longs Cleaning.

They did an amazing job in my home. Between my son and my dog, my carpets have seen better days. I wasnt home when they did the cleaning but they respected my home, did the cleaning and locked up for me. It was a relief knowing they could work around my crazy schedule and still have peace of mind! Thank you so much!!!

Cody from Long’s cleaned my carpets in March! I moved into an apartment and the carpets needed cleaned and deodorized! He also protected my carpets! They look and smell like new! Thank you, Cody and Long’s! One more thing... I love the paper runners they put down to keep my carpets cleaned while I moved in!😊💛👍

We will be requesting our money back.Unfortunately our vents were sealed off with what amounted to nothing more than sticky ceran wrap which failed pretty quickly. My husband said he saw the thin film flapping open while the air was forced through our vents (the 2 man crew was at it for 7 hours--7 hours of open vents spewing dust everywhere--we were better off and healthier before this service.)When our child and I returned (I have a dust allergy, she has a bad cold right now), we were distraught to find a layer of dust coating EVERYTHING. Our feet were black as soon as we walked in (we are a shoe-free home). I had to take her to her grandparents home to wash her feet (our bathroom was coated in dust as well--no where was clean), and so I could come back and wipe down my home from top to bottom without further compromising her health). Before leaving my home to get my child to a safer area, I called to express my concern with who-knows-what contaminants were everywhere and asked for reps and warrantees information. I got none of the latter, but I was told the team that had worked in our home from 8:30a to 3pm would be back to help out in whatever way possible. Short of cleaning a 3 ft section of our almost-white carpet they had left with black smudges, I wasnt sure if she was suggesting they would take up some dust rags and litterally dust every square inch of our home and scrub our floors somehow in time for our child to be on bed by her bedtime tonight?I scrubbed the entire upstairs by myself for 2 hours waiting for the crew to show up again. At 530 my husband came home and started wiping down the living room. At 6 pm or so the 2 guys from before arrived and tried to help by vacuuming our vinyl tile flooring (which did no good), and they vaccumed our stairs. They cleaned the part of the carpet they had stained (I loathe the idea of carpet cleaners, but the carpet was smudged and their least caustic methods didnt work). After expressing many times how sorry this hadnt gone so well, asking how else they might help, and the usual chit chat which I initiated, these guys seem like nice young people who are interested in doing a good job, BUT their materials failed them in our case and we are very disappoined, dissatisfied, and upset by our experience.After they left at 8pm, I started scrubbing the floors and my husband got our daughter. My knee gave out before he could return, so my husband continued scrubbing the floors til 11pm. When I took my shower the water ran grey down the walls of our shower stall. This dust is everywhere.Anyway, if you consider using Longs, they will show up on time and, apparently, stay til well after the estimated 4 hours are up, they will try to do a good job or fix it if they didnt/something went wrong. But, for goodness sake, dont let them use crumby ceran wrap / tape as a means of blocking your vents. Funny thing: I stayed up til 230am the night before scrubbing the kitchen, covering our furniture in sheets, and putting away Christmas decor/the tree just in case a little dust got out. I told one of the crew ppl that im one of those people who cant stand dust, so I covered some things, he told me I neednt worry, hardly any dust gets out if any. Well, guess not if the covering is literally blowing in the wind.Hoping Longs makes good on their satisfaction guarantee since we literally are still cleaning up from this event.
