2021-07-25As an out of state buyer, theres always a feeling of inaccuracies and misrepresentation of the vehicle. I spoke with Tim prior to coming out.Tim spoke honestly about the condition of the vehicle and assured me the vehicle as he described. When I arrived, I saw the vehicle and noticed his description on the phone matched the vehicle I was looking at. He made himself available to accommodate my schedule, coming in from a few hours away. The paperwork was a breeze, and one again Tim did what he said he would, and make the paperwork transfer for an out of state buyer as simple as possible. I would highly recommend making a purchase from Tim. His honestly and accommodations to the customer seem to be lost by other dealers, but not here. Thank you Tim.

2019-11-12I was recently in the market for another vehicle and not wanting to pay new car prices I decided on, something used. After searching the internet for hours I found what I was looking for at Longs Auto Emporium. He had a low for the year mileage SUV and from his pictures it looked clean. So I made the trip over to his dealership.His place is awesome. He has a nice collection of cars and a huge collection of car memorabilia in the showroom. The SUV was exactly as he described, cleaned up and ready to go. I took for a test drive and it drove great. Once we settled on a price he marked it sold. The paperwork was quick and easy. He even took me down to get an e-check (because I live in Portage county). The price was right, the service was great and Tim is a nice honest guy. I would recommend.

2020-02-11This Dealer is not true to his word very disappointed as we did a deal and I offered to pay a deposit but he wanted cash then he sold the vehicle to someone else I booked and paid for my Airline tickets and now I’m unable to get a refund it was a very expensive experience so be careful
