ZERO STARS !! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Trying for several days to return an item. Followed directions on website (several times) and no response from seller. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

A fabulous bag, its resistance to cutting is incredible, it almost becomes a game to put them in an attempt to chop it, friends are always amazed.The quality of construction is perfect in the smallest details, it is water resistant and shielded to protect credit cards from attackers, the locking system is ingenious and of a utility that has no equal, for those who have not happened to be distracted a moment and then realize that that moment of distraction unfortunately cost us a lot?in short, you can see that they really put a lot of effort and love into their work to study and create a bag in my opinion perfect !!!Thanks and congratulations to all of you for the excellent work.

2018-03-06Hello to everyone from Ukraine. I would like to say Loctote team - thank you very much. One hour ago I have received my first (hope not last) sack. I was choosing from two options - flak sack II and coalition. But since the coalition also had been upgraded after sack II came out - the difference was only in color - so I picked coalition one - I like camo color and I liked the idea of glowing in the dark. It came in Ukraine in 6 days (I have read a lot of negative about ukrainian FedEx, but it was all OK) and I really like it when I unpacked it. The quality of sack is outstanding and weight is quite persuasive :) Thank you Loctote for this great sack and also for two stickers (havent seen it in reviews, so it was a little surprise:)

2018-03-27Purchased 4 bags from them (1 kickstarter, 2 already here, 1 on the way - Excited for my Flak Sack II Black!) and theyre always nice and helpful! My original from kickstarter had a minor defect that doesnt affect the over-all look or security of the bag and still they offered me a replacement! I feel that I can always rely on them to help me out if I have problems with their products!Ive been a fan since their Kickstarter days and since those days until now, I always remember or find something to ask about their products and either Christopher or Adam always responds patiently to me!Great guys! Great product! Great company!

2019-07-24Love my Flak Sack II. I was worried about the lock after reading reviews, but Christopher at loctote told me that there was a new and improved lock. Ive been using it for a little over a month now, and I have had no lock issues. Wish they would make a much bigger bag though!

2017-07-08Product Review: I just got the sport version of the flack sak. I like it and look forward to using it! It is hard to pull the bag shut to find the grommets to put the lock through but that may become easier with use. Fully closed I can still fit 3-4 fingers through the top so small items could be pulled through but not large items. I do wish there was an inner closure to completely seal the bag.Updated Overall Review: 4 stars- My first experience with custom service was horrendous. When I did not recieve my order CS said it was delievered and offered no help. I had to work with paypal to resolve the issue. Months later I was contacted by Brittany asking to rectify the situation, although she never did apologize for the original ordeal. I was then sent a sport sak and recieved it no problem. I recieved a followup call from a gentleman whose name I do not remember calling to confirm I recieved the bag. He was very nice and seemed very genuine. I appreciated speaking with him as I am still not impressed by Brittany though it was email which I suppose could be read with the wrong inflection. I am excited to have had a better second experience with them as I now feel comfortable ordering from them. I definitely think their offerings are awesome and am excited to see what they come up with. The loctote seems to offer a great and better more versatile alternative to current travel/ antitheft item offerings.Original Review: 1 star- Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them!

2018-02-12I have ordered 2 bags. Customer service is terrible.The flac Sac original is amazing. Tightly close, indestructible. Everything you would want.The limited edition orange flac Sac was terrible. Wouldnt close properly (could for 4 fingers into the bag), had no hook. It was poorly made.The customer service representative named Christopher was terrible. Told me my return wasnt there. Wouldnt help as far as info went on how to return. I understand that you need to pay for shipping but when you have to pay for shipping when the bag is defective is super frustrating. I really wanted a replacement not a refund and they just dont care.If you order from the company know exactly what you want and only get the original flac Sac.

2020-01-11I purchase three bags which were lost in transit according to FedEx. I reached out to loctote multiple time and received no help. I guess my purchase was a donation to the company! Pathetic.

2019-12-27Terrible product - terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend this company. Cant find a phone number anywhere, and they dont reply to emails. Have over $100 worth of products I need to return and being ignored.
