I wouldnt put one star rating but I had to put something but I have been going to this place for awhile now and have had nothing but trouble I can never get my meds the dr pit me on medications for my depression and anxiety and can never get a apt to see my dr since I have to be seen every month when I need refills i am stuck without my meds and as everyone know them medications are not something that should be stopped like that. I had a apt to be seen this morning and showed up to be told that they had canceled my apt. I told them that I work a ft job I may be low income but I do work and can not call in everyday to see if I can get a same day apt. To be seen but I am going without meds that I should not be due to this and if I cant be seen I should be getting meds called in for me witch didnt happen so I guess here I am again without my meds.
My son went here over 6months ago, they were supposed to send him for tests. Still waiting. I wouldnt go here if my life depends on it. Rude and they dont follow through with anything. I didnt want to give one star but you apparently have to give something. 5 thumbs down.
Love the respect I get on my visit there. For every question I ask I get the answers Im looking for. Just wish my insurance would cover more & I would use everything they have to offer. Dentist, psychology etc etc
They never answer the phone even when you call repeatedly. Absolutely ridiculous.

I havent been able to reach this place over the phone in weeks. The only way to get an appointment is to drive to their location.

Waited on hold for 10 minutes to make an appointment and got hung up on, called back and waited another half hour, no one ever answered.

2022-06-08Patient care isnt bad, but expect a hr wait. Dont expect them to tell you your insurance isnt excepted either, they will just bill you! And god forbid they send anything over to a new dentist. Waited 3 weeks, called twice and 2 missed appointment for them to send an x-ray and still never sent it. Come on people your playing with peoples lifes !

2022-06-13I’ve been getting some dental work done by Dr. McCord & he’s awesome! Everything is quick & he explains everything very well. I’ve been to a few dentists over the years & he is by far my favorite. The staff are also very friendly & knowledgeable.

2022-02-15You will wait at least an hour and a half to 2 hours before getting called back to your actual medical appointment. So make sure you have at least 4 hours to waste.

2021-11-08The phone wait time at this place is ridiculous 🙄Seated in the waiting room, theres only one girl answering phones AND waiting on people at the window. About 3 to 4 girls standing around, talking or looking at phone. I never received products I was supposed to get. Paperwork left at front desk is lost and i could think of a few other things, but no.....Place just needs a bit more order and organization

2021-05-07Lloyd McCoy medical center in Warren was absolutely fantastic. I put off going to the doctor for a long time and had a laundry list of issues to deal with. Within an hour, Im finally back on meds for my depression (thank god), I have a counseling appointment, I got my first covid vaccine, and I got blood work done to try to figure out whats going on. On top of that, everyone was incredibly nice and friendly and made me feel so comfortable even while talking about difficult topics. Couldnt recommend more. So glad to finally be getting myself taken care of.

2021-06-03Dr. Chima and her staff were absolutely amazing. Made me feel so much more comfortable after having several bad experiences with dentists. Everyone was super nice from the time I entered the building to the time I left.

2021-06-29ITS BEEN 2 months since my original test on the mass in my body. I was supposed to have a biopsy but because my Dr is lazy and obviously completely incapable of doing her job. I WILL BE SWITCHING PHYSICIANS. Sommer Wallace is the most negligent, UNPROFESSIONAL, Lazy Doctor i have ever seen/Met. She does not care about the actual patient. She gets you in the office and pushes you out. She doesnt truly help anything or anyone. I really will never return to this office. The whole office is completely unprofessional half of the staff members seem to always have somewhere else better to be.

2020-09-02Dr. McCord is great. He makes you feel comfortable and does great work. The staff are very kind as well. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.

2019-08-14Worst experience ever they always change drs. My prescription runs out all the timeThey keep giving me no refills meds that i need to take ever month and want me to see the dr. Every month to refill my meds and then I always call my meds and to them two weeks before Im down to my last pill they always say we will send your doctor a referral it takes 24 to 48 hours for doctor to call it in on top of that I called two days later all the time the doctor dont send it in 4 days later Pharmacy have not received anything 7 Days Later Pharmacy has not received anything call Lori McCoy again let him know whats going on they say I send the doctor a referral for your meds 3 days later still no medication its a repeating cycle all the time
