Took my Mercedes here for some repairs after an accident, there was a lot of work needed and I was happy with the quality of the work they did. The car came back good as new and they were very professional dealing with the insurance company. I would recommend LJI Collision Center
I would strongly recommend LJI Collision Center to anyone. I was extremely impressed with their service. I brought my car in with extensive front end damage after an accident a week before going on a road trip. I was expecting the car to take weeks to get fixed, but the service was excellent and I was able to take my car on my road trip. I was informed about the status of my car and the parts the whole time it was in the shop. I am very grateful for the kindness and the prompt and timely service on my car.

LJI did a phenomenal job with my car. With the nature of the damage, it was unsure if it would be repairable. After getting my car yesterday, it looks like a brand new car. In addition, to the detailed job they did (that was not asked for). I’d definitely recommend this collision company to anyone in need. It was a breathe of FRESH AIR. My 28 year old Mercedes-Benz is way way way newer. No way around it. The service was authentic quality at a time when it came time to pay the invoice way better than going to the dealer. They saved my life in a sense. My car is quieter now. Oh my gosh so so so happy. Even my elders were impressed on the out come of the decision I made to come here. They were way more helpful and knowledgeable than I ever figure.Very good healthy choice coming here.
We had a run in with our daughters car and a Bentleyville mailbox, and it wasnt pretty. Our car guy, who is the BEST, recommended Jill and Lauren at LJI. They didnt disappoint. These sisters own and run the 2 locations. Lauren took my call on a Sunday night. Took car in Monday morning to Beachwood location and met Jill. Couldnt have been nice. Lobby is spotless. My friend recommended LJI Collision and now I recommend this place to everyone I know! I even moved to the west side of Cleveland and would still use LJI collision. I know nothing about cars, so when my car broke down and I explained my situation, Lauren was so kind, patient, and helpful on the phone as she walked me through what my options were. She had me send pictures so her mechanics could take a look, and she even offered to come by in person to take a look and advised me not to drive it because she was concerned about my safety. That is a family run business for you! LJI Collision assessed my car for no extra charge and advised that it was not worth repairing. I whole heartedly trusted their advice. LJI Collision ended up arranging a tow truck for me and arranged for my very old and unrepairable car to be taken for scraps. They even mailed me the check from the scrap yard. I have never had service like this before! This company truly goes above and beyond your expectations. Thank you Lauren and LJI Collision! You made my very stressful situation so much easier!
I have nothing but great things to say about LJI. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate in June and I must say the customer service was excellent. They were kind and honest with me about my repairs and assured me that my car would return to me in great condition. When I received my car, I was wow’d by the quality of work that was done. I highly recommend LJI to all folks in Cuyuahoga County! Phenomenal customer service, immaculate facility, and honest folks! I stopped by unannounced and asked if they would take a look at a small dent i had in my bumper. They quickly assessed the damage and provided me an alternate solution. I returned the next morning and they had my dent fixed and paint touched up within 45 mins! Exceptional service!
I was involved in a hit and run accident. The side of my car and hood were badly damaged. I contacted LJI and they were able to take my car immediately and gave me a fair quote. I know nothing about cars, so I was grateful that the guy repairing my car walked me through the processes that were needed to fix it. They were honest and very helpful. During the repair process, LJI called me to give me various pricing options on a part I needed, and I was able to select over the phone the part that was price appropriate for my needs.One week later, I was able to pick up my car. It looked great and they even cleaned the inside. I was very satisfied with LJI, and would recommend.
Simply blow away by the professionalism, the friendliness and strong desire to return the car to as close to pre-accident condition. I drive a Porsche Panamera and was very particular about finding the right body shop and was giving suggestions by a lot of people, including friends and family. I called Porsche of Beachwood and they said theres simply no other place you should go besides LJI and they couldnt have been more correct.They simply did everything correct. They repaired the vehicle to perfect condition, resolved issues with my insurance company, had a rental car for me and even detailed the interior of the car. The service was beyond anything you could expect.I knew I was in good hands when I walked in the door initially and their phone literally rang off the hook as well as 3 walk-ins. Body shops dont have that type of activity unless they are very good and they are very good. Additionally, they had the car done much quicker than I expected. My review is probably way too long, but I feel like its worth going on and on about how positive my experience was. I had never heard of them before this experience and moving forward I will not consider going or recommending anywhere else. Simply the best!
I called LJI on a Friday morning in a complete rut, a little frazzled and needing immediate help with my car. The team was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with. They gave me an unbeatable price and were able to take care of my vehicle right away. I had borrowed my boyfriends car for the day while having to travel offsite for work, and asked that they share all the same details on cost and estimate with my boyfriend who was going to pick up the car for me at the end of the day. This required the LJI team to contact my boyfriend after explaining details of the estimate just then with me. Without grumbling, they were happy to - overall, they made the entire process really straightforward and simple, in a situation which for me (the customer) was a bit stressful, especially having to be out of town while managing it.In the late afternoon (they finished ahead of schedule!), my boyfriend went to pick up my car and his feedback was remarkable. The car had been fully cleaned (including vacuuming on the interior...a rarity!) and that everyone was extremely professional. He drove my car back to the west side that day as if it were brand new. :)I was wowed by the exceptional same-day experience they provided.Thank you LJI...hopefully we wont need to be, but if something happens, we will be back again! :)
Regarding the Cleveland Heights location of LJI. 👍👍 After I realized I didnt walk into a beauty salon and it was in fact the Collision Center, I was greeted not by trickery but by somebody who was genuinely curious what repair might actually be needed. They immediately (I was not in a hurry) addressed the problem, repaired it with my permission, and achieved a customer for life. Without exaggeration, the dealer estimate was $700 yet somehow LJI fixed the damage with a low-cost bolt, minimal labor, and a handshake. Ive since learned this is a family business and recommend their service, should you need auto body work.
We visited LJI because a car wash in the area snapped our windshield wiper right off and they sent us to LJI for the repair. Everyone we worked with was absolutely top notch. They had the part overnighted, kept in touch to let us know when it was delivered, got us in immediately to have it fixed, and sent us on our way with the utmost efficiency. I don’t know if this is how they always operate, but they treated us as though our problem was critical and handled it with the appropriate urgency. I hope we don’t have to go back - who wants to visit a collision center?! - but if we ever have a need, we will absolutely be back.
Unfortunately this is the second time Ive had use LJI. Both times Ive been extremely satisfied with their work. Whats really nice is they always deliver the car back looking brand new - inside and out!
I was referred to LJI Collison by my Porsche dealer. From the moment I arrived I knew I was in the right place. LJI is a family business and they strive to treat you like a friend and a client. All I had to do was present my insurance claim number and they expertly handled all the details from rental car, to estimates, to handling the insurance adjuster, etc.The repairs were done flawlessly, on time and on estimate. Can I just say that this place is amazing. I have been twice this year to get my car fixed, once thanks to a run in with a deer, and second a run in with a tree. Both times when my car was returned to me, I swear it looked better than when it came out of the car dealers. Not only is LJI auto body work exceptional but also the service is exceptional. You cannot ask for better customer service, they truly go above and beyond. Love, love, love them!Also I want to add that as far as price goes, if thats a concern, the first time I was looking for a auto body repair place for my deer collision, I shopped around, I went to a couple of places on Mayfield Road, but LJI actually gave me the best quote. Honestly though, even if they had been more expensive I would have gone there anyway, just when you walk in you can tell they are top notch. No messing about, no shady quotes, prompt service and smiling faces, what more could you ask for?

I went to this shop a few months ago and was too upset by my experience to publicly review it until now.I asked this place if they only did body work or if they also repaired cars because my car had a check engine light on and was shaking. They said they would look at it right away and that they could also take care of mechanical repairs. However, even though all I needed was new spark plugs, the owner suggested that I get rid of my Lexus instead of repairing it. He also asked me if I needed to consult with my mother about the car (Im a 33-year-old woman. Its my car. I have no idea what made him assume I was a teenager and why he would suggest that I sell or get rid of a nice car for the cost of replacing the spark plugs).Even though the repair was completely contained to the engine, this place decided to clean my car without asking me, which would seem like a nice thing, but in the process they damaged the seats of my car. When I showed this to them immediately upon picking up the car, they denied being in the cabin of my car. I said, well you boxed up my things in the back seat, so clearly you were in my car. Then they said that the damage must have already been there. I insisted it had not. They then made me feel like a terrible person for asking them to repair it. They publicly shamed me for asking them to make a note on my receipt that I could come back to have the seats repaired shouting Oh! This one has trust issues! The woman behind the counter stood there slack-jawed and in shock that I would ask her to make such a note and said he has been doing this for years. I dont know what his experience with body work has to do with his ability to fix damage that his crew did to my vehicle. I wasnt questioning his knowledge of cars, I was asking him to repair what he damaged. I was so upset and embarrassed that I decided it wasnt worth going back to that place ever again, even to have my seats repaired. While I will never go there again, I would like to warn people about the type of people that own this place. They may be nice to you when everything goes smoothly, but Id be very wary of them as far as pricing (especially if youre a woman) and dont expect them to be nice to you if they screw up.

If you are seeking an enterprise that is skilled in their craft of automotive restoration; demonstrates their value of the client’s overall comfort by providing consistent kindness, respect and professionalism; understands the meaning of follow-up and follow through; and has a firmly entrenched pride in their work product, you just located that company. I just picked up my 2007 Sport Edition Toyota Forerunner. When I stepped into the garage area I was welcomed by her “showcase” glistening appearance reflecting LJIs complimentary outer and inner detailing. Right then I knew this company’s reputation for quality work and attention to detail was well-founded and I was pleased to confirm that estimation upon examination of the car. Not a knick nor careless paint mark patter appeared anywhere on the car, nor was there any indication that the car had undergone collision repairs. The restoration was complete. Upon further examination of the detailed and computerized work report, I was further impressed by LJI’s attention to detail and clear automotive knowledge, two characteristics I have found to be lacking in so many of today’s enterprises. To sum up - from the pristine “white-shirt” appearance of the managers, the day following delivery follow-up, LJI’s beautiful and immaculate waiting room complete with an amazing local artisan boutique, their flexibility and regard for my time, and the fact that my car looks and rides like she was never damaged, all tally up to an absolutely excellent experience. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be recommending this company for many years to my friends, colleagues and my own clients. Try them, you will not regret your decision
Top notch service. Took my car here after an incident at a car wash. They were able to get the part in, get my car in, and fix it in under a week. Also, got my car back with a nice body wash and an added vacuuming inside. A+ service, would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

This is an outstanding autobody shop that opened approximately a year ago. It is incredibly clean, very professional and does outstanding work. The best thing about it is the customer service. I am not a car guy and was paying out of pocket on a leased car. We initially had a misunderstanding on the work to be performed. Not only did LJI take car of the misunderstanding at no charge, they also went above and beyond by performing additional work not specified. This autobody shop is really unbelievable. I am not easily impressed, but give it my highest recommendation.

After tearing off my side mirror and ruining my side skirt I had walked in planning on buying new parts. However, Mike and Lauren were able to come up with a quick fix that still lasts to this very day. Hands down the best service in Cleveland. this was now my 3rd time having cars serviced there and I dont think Ill take my cars anywhere else. They are always friendly and very efficient -- even went out of their way to fill my engine coolant and tire pressure even though it was not part of the original service. Cant speak highly enough about this place!
. Both our Toyota Camry and Highlander needed body paint work. The results are excellent and the pricing more than reasonable. Customer service is a priority-where else do you bring your car to be repainted and get it detailed as well.

A special thank you to the folks at LJI Collision Center. We began our 8 hr. journey last week with banging under the front of the car after getting on the highway. We got off at the next exit and appeared on their doorstep. Their racks were full, but they agreed to use a jack to see if they could fix it. They attached my heat shield in ten minutes and we successfully completed our trip that day! A very special thank you to them!!!

I would recommended the LJI collision center to everyone. The whole staff was very welcoming made me comfortable almost like family. I even got a hug after my estimate lol. They were very professional and even cleaned my car afterwards and put my loose change and old jelly package in a plastic bag. Great people and great customer service!!!
I have been a lifetime client of the folks at LJI - Until now. What a disapointment! After bringing my cars to them for 30 years I am really shocked. I was told by Mike now to worry after pointing out some rust on a tire well. Less then 90 days after the work was completed it RUSTED. I went into the shop and Mike told me on a friday afternoon that I needed to come back to put the car on the lift and that I was ruining his weekend!The car had over $4000 of repairs and I was ruining his weekend? He was not only rude but had a terrible attitude, like I did something wrong. He used cheap aftermarket parts that have allready broken. I was made to come back again at which time he was rude and was really a bully. He has a terrible temper and a short fuse. After knowing someone for 30 years I was really amazed at the length he went to, to get out of fixing the car correctly. He gave me my money back but now I have to spend hours getting it fixed and getting quotes. For all the money they charge, when the going gets rough they are all talk. I dont care how high tech the shop is if they let shoddy work leave the building and dont want to do the right thing. In addition the paint didnt match and he made excuses like - this is a really hard paint to match. Now I have 2 different color paints on my car and its really noticable to anyone. I would have been better off going somewhere else and wish that I did.
They always take such good care of me and my vehicle. It comes back to me looking better than brand new!
I came with minor damage to my right front fender, but it was estimated to cost $600. When Mike took a look, he suggested he might be able to pull out the dent and fix it. HE DID!!!! At NO CHARGE!!! Its great to meet such helpful, honest and friendly service providers.

If you want to get ripped off, go to this place. They did a $6k repair job on my wifes car to repair a front end collision. They said it didnt need a wheel alignment. Its shaking like crazy when you take it on the highway. Also, they said they will work with us rebating some or all of the $500 deductible. Did that happen? Not a chance! They have a very clean shop. This is the only positive thing I can say.
Once I figured out the parking lot (use the Choolah entrance) I brought in my car with a loose front panel. Everyone was very friendly, and they fixed it faster than I expected!

I havent used JSI Collision Centers in a long, long time. Mike, his daughters and his grandson went above and beyond for me. Not only that, the work is (more than) fantastic. You cant even tell work was ever done. Mike has been honest from start to finish. Id definitely use JSI again. In fact, Im sending another car to him for a very, very minor repair on another car thats bothering me. And by the way, his daughters his daughters Jill and Lauren are a pleasure to work with.Its always heartwarming to see a grandpa and grandson work together.I’m so so so so so so happy with the work delivered on my car, I can’t stop admiring it. Mike knew exactly what I wanted. It’s almost like he’s a mind reader. The work is awesome and the pricing is right. I’ll be coming back for good. FYI, I’m picky, finatical and know what I want to the point I’m a pain at times and Mike get’s that and no point did he want to say get outta here and let us do what we do. In fact, every time I wanted to add something he’d say to come here, let me show you what we’ve done. No shop has ever done that for me.That personalization and detail to his client’s put me more at ease.
Terrible location and high priced. They are at the worst point on Chagrin Boulevard and its next to impossible to safely navigate in and out of the driveway. The price is high, but youll understand where your money goes when you enter the office area, adorned with several pieces of art and jewelry for sale. No thanks, Ill take my automobile to the plain repair shop down the street, who keeps their prices affordable and attention focused on my vehicle .
Needed help with a repair. They could have easily took advantage of my lack of body work knowledge, but they didnt. I highly recommend LJI. Its a very clean shop and very nice owners/management. Hopefully itll be awhile before I need this type of service, but if/when I do, Ill be back.

2022-04-14LJI is the very BEST and would 1000% recommend them. This is the only place our family brings their cars and the only place we will continue to bring our cars. They are top-notch experts and superbly experienced with luxury vehicles. Above all, they are HONEST and they on numerous occasions will notify the customers that a the issue can be fixed without a bill involved. They are customer-oriented and the most professional autobody shop in northeast Ohio - they place great emphasis on customer satisfaction, and satisfy even the rudest of customers. The shop is very clean and the waiting room is nicely decorated. They are quick, efficient, excellent communications and do fantastic work - part of the reason they maintain a strong, long-term client base. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to take their vehicles to LJI for anything needed.

2022-07-19I brought my car in for repairs after an accident and the service was excellent and very professional. Once Lauren took my information, she worked directly with the insurance and rental companies - I didnt have to lift a finger! She would give me regular updates on the progress and the car came out looking brand new! She went an extra mile to ensure that it was cleaned on the outside and inside! I even unknowingly walked past my car when I went to pick up the car at the end. I highly recommend LJI!!!!

2022-01-18I’ve lived in a number of major cities and I’ve never had as good an experience with a collision repair as I just had with LJI. The service was excellent …good communication and responsiveness especially…and the quality of the work, sterling. It can be difficult to match paint color and finish but the quality of the painting was amazing. They have an excellent relationship with porsche in Germany and my parts came relatively quickly and the work scheduled right in. I was skeptical my porsche would come back looking like it was still new but it did. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again, even if I hope not to.

Not only was the work they did flawless, the customer service was undeniably the best I’ve had in a long time. 2021-11-13I had the most unique experience in my entire life at LJI today. My car had been keyed and needed repair. I was told LJI was the best in this region. When I arrived, I met the founder, Mike Giarrizzo. He is in his 80s. He clearly enjoys his work and meeting people. He told me they would try to buff the damage out and if that did not work, they would have to remove the door panel and refinish it. The cost would be about $700. I thought that was very reasonable. They would try the buffing straight away. 45 minutes later, he returned and the damage was gone. He refused payment! I was floored. 2022-05-14This place is beautiful. Love that theres a little boutique in there to look around and shop in while youre waiting. Theyre super busy so I expect a wait but Ill update once our truck is repaired.
