Purchased 2 vehicles from them so far and will definately go back if I need a third! We never had any service done, but dealt with the girl in the office in nearly every interaction. Shes courteous and professional, and its clear that money is the bottom line, she does care about putting people in cars that will work with minimal issues.

They have great selection and service bought my 2003 mercury grand marquis gs great car reliable no trouble at all needed brakes took it In they did repair very reasonable too would by my next car from them again. Never had any issue with my car and sales dept. Was great to work with always nice to me,and always great service too.

Customer service is important. And when you buy a car and less than a week later it is messing up thats a problem. Ive spent over 300 already in repairs and the sales woman is very rude and disrespectful. I was told if the car had any problems within 30 days they would be more than happy to fix it. This vehicle decides when it does and doesnt want to start. The sales lady basically told me to find another mechanic and hung up on me .went from the starter to the contol module to the ignition and now wiring problems . not to mention my battery was completely corroded. They wiped it off and said there you go.

My husband and I went in to test drive an SUV on the lot, because they have a couple there. We walked into the office informed the woman there that we would like to test drive. She was very rude and just plain unfriendly! I asked what information ahe had on the vehical she replyed like what do you want? Well how about miles and is there anything major wrong with it? She replyed we dont do car fax you need to do the yourself She walked out slammed the dealer tag on and walked away! We drove the vehicle and almost immediately started to regret it. The vehicle was filthy inside, so much so that there was food in the cup holders. The breaks were so bad we went maybe 150 feet before we felt to unsafe to continue. We returned immediately! When letting the woman there know there was a major break issue she replied with and I quote well we havent checked it out yet and it drove just fine from Akron when it was brought in! My husband spoke up at that time about another vehical that caught his attention she replied we dont know anything about that one either but the back door doesnt shut. I am pretty sure customer service is important when selling cars! Perhaps I am in the wrong as I have never been in car sales. The worst part of it all is this is not a new place to us. My husbands family have been buying cars here for years and have always made a point when asked to recommend Linville. Im not sure that will still be the outcome after this experience with them. Very disappointed!!

Please BEWARE before buying anything off this lot! Ask questions! Got a vehicle off them back in March 2018. Drove it for not even 2 full days and it over heated on me. Was such an inconvenience too because I was expecting a good working RELIABLE car. So I say hey, oh well stuff happens...it might just be a small fix. So I get a tow and first tow it to my mechanic, he checks it and said it would have been close to a $900 dollar fix. There was leak as well, but owner swears up and down there was no leak...but there most definitely was because there was a trail of some liquid running out on the street from where I had to pull over on the side of the road. Even a police officer pulled over to check on me and even told me I definitely had a leak. So I decided to call Linville and tell them whats going on. They told me to tow it to them and they will look at it. I paid for the tow (both times). They finally get it, had it for 2 or 3 days, called me and said it was fixed. So went to go pick it up. Was happy it was finally working. Drove it for maybe 4 days, and AGAIN it starts to over heat AGAIN on me! At this time Im furious, and just want my money back. PERIOD! I am a full time mother/student PLUS work part time to be going through all this. I need a reliable car! So I call that next business day which was a Monday, first thing bright and early!! Told them I gave them the opportunity to fix it the first time...cool whatever. But then 4 days later its over heating again!? And its still NOT FIXED! No thank you, I would like my money back and you take the car back. Well, long story short, they refused to give my down payment back to me AFTER not even being able to drive it to school work, and home for not even a week straight including the 2 times it over heated on me. So it is what it is. Karma does speak so will see. Just giving out a FAIR warning to future buyers for this place. Not saying every car they have had or sold was horrible, but just saying make sure you ask your questions, check under the hood and all that before buying! They will say ANYTHING to sell a car there. When in reality, no TELLING what that car has been fixed, looked at properly or anything. I was VERY upset after I was one of their REPEAT customers that they would not refund me after 1 week! The first time I got a vehicle from them it was fine, but this second time was a disaster and will never go there again. Waiting to hear from small claims court now.

Manager is awful, mean and disrespectful! She sold us a lemon. Refused to work with us. My son nearly died in an accident because of the piece of junk this woman sold us! Unless the owner is available I WOULDNT PURCHASE!

Ok so I am seeing these bad reviews and just because you were down on the luck and didnt get the pick of the draw one time in life doesnt mean you can be downing the guy or people that work there. I bought a 2001 ford taurus from here and he worked with me on the down payment and even let me take the dealer plates so that I could go and get new plates so I could drive my new car, well new to me. Anyways it was affordable for me at the time since I couldnt get approved at a regular dealership. The people there were so nice. They worked with us all they could and got us up and running in no time at all. The payments were also layed out for us every two weeks that way we wouldnt get behind just paying one payment during the month. Thanks to all those at Linville Auto sales. If I ever need a quick sale again I would consider doing business with them again. Thanks again. Good luck in the future.

I have shopped at linville auto sales in the past and look forward to using them again in the future. Due to losing hours during winter layoff i had to return the car but during the 8 months i had he car i had only one issues in which linville fixed and return to me within 4 hours. The owner is great to work with, and the employees are awesome and have no problems answering your questions and helping you get through any problems if any you are having with there service. please do not let a bad review turn you away from this awesome dealershipDemetri {happycustomer}Demetri

We have bought cars off this lot. They are very easy to work with and payment are great. Down payment on some are high.
