I recently purchased a Honda at Lindsay Honda and a truck hauling rubble happened to lose a few stones so I stopped by at the body shop to see how much it would be to fix just the paint on the hood of my car. To my surprise they offered a touch up and I told them I was not worried about the dent as it was the size of a dime and it wouldn’t be very expensive to do compared to some other places around.I got there today to get it taken care of and the technicians working said they could also get the dent out.This being a newer car I was basically just worried about the hood rusting out and so on so all of this is just a relief to me that they were so helpful and efficient. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking to get dents and scratches out of their paint.
I love how my van repairs turned out in the end. However my van was in the service department for repairs for over five weeks. Yet the body shop was expeditious with the final body repairs. Frendy and Stephanie are two individuals I spoke with who were extremely helpful. I just wish there was better communication with the service department side like I had with the body shop. All in all my van is back up and running like a charm and am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would just like to change some parts of the process and communication.
I had my 2021 RDX sent to Lindsay Acura Body Shop for a collision repair. Although my insurance company gave me the names of 2 other shops, I decided to send it to Lindsay. I was a little nervous because i had not had the car very long and I wanted to make sure it was restored to its original state. I worked with Cody on my repair. He immediately consulted with me on what repairs would be needed. This immediately bought a feeling of trust and I realized I definitely had made the right decision. One of the greatest features with this company is that they provide you with an app that relays the progress of your repair, so you never feel like you are in the dark. They send a text message every 2 days to give updates and an estimated return of your vehicle. I was made aware of an issue with the insurance company regarding a tire repair and that issue was worked out. Finally I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Another wonderful service they provide is that they delivered my car to my front door, for which I was very appreciative. They did an amazing job! My car looked brand new! He went over the repairs and we inspected my car together. I cannot say enough good things about this company. A special thank you to Cody who really took care of me. Their professionalism, communication and sincere dedication to providing a great service for their customers is what sets them apart. I highly recommend this company for your automotive services. I am extremely pleased and happy to be back on the road again.
Not sure what was all done but it was collision repair. Always receive phenomenal service from any Honda facility. Everyone is polite and makes you feel as if you are part of the family rather than just a customer. Their COVID precautions are awesome as well. My car was cleaned and wiped down before I got inside. I Love Lindsay Honda.
I had my car towed there after having a auto accident. Was a great choice. Most up to date Bodyshop I have ever seen. Great work and constant updates with your advisor. Mine was named Coty. With phone calls and emails letting you know the stages of repairs. Coty was informative about everything.Need body work definitely LindseyTrying not to forget anyone, but the staff was great to work with. Also informed me with updates. Best thing was using oem parts. Amazing. They also delivered my car to my home. Highly recommend Lindsey
Ed, Calvin were very professional with handling the back and forth of my insurance company!! The entire team that answered the phone were very professional at all times!Ed spoke with directly with the manager of my insurance company to get things resolved with the adjuster!Ive been impressed with the patience of the entire team with the reassurance that my vehicle repairs on a weekly basis!Ed went over all the detail every time I called . Very, professional with communication, clean and safe environment with COVID standards.I accidentally allowed car wax to air dry on my 2019 TLX ASPEC ACURA 😳🤯🤬I thought I destroyed the paint on my car and thought it was going to cost me out of pocket expenses to repair. HOWEVER, the body shop at Acura was able to get all the wax off and have my car looking like the day I got it off the showroom floor !!!Thanks a million !P.S. They also detailed inside of my car for free !
My wifes Honda was damaged in a hailstorm. I decided not to use the insurance recommended repair shop. Instead I chose Lindsay Auto Body, putting my trust in the Lindsay name and reputation. We dropped the car off the first week of June, and are patiently waiting for it to be returned to us. After its back in our possession Ill update this review and rating.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The car was returned to us July 24th. Id delayed a bit finishing the review to provide time to see if any issues came to light after the repair. Only one item so far had to be corrected, the garage door opener. When I called about it, Ed said to bring it in right away. He had the opener fixed in less that ten minutes total. The hail damage had been extensive...$10,000 worth. Given that amount of damage and repair, I have to say the car exterior looks new. No visible sign of dents. The paint seems to be flawless. Except for the extended time in the shop and a bit of communication difficulty with our insurance co. all was done in a very professional and skilled manner. Ill also mention they were aware of and took many extra precautions for Covid-19 protection. Even though they are a somewhat new business in Columbus, the collaboration of DCR and Lindsay is a winner. Id gladly refer someone to them.
Extremely unprofessional. First, took my car for an estimate and it took 5 days to get response back from them. Then they couldn’t find the photos that they took. While working with my insurance, they were difficult to get anything or any information back from them to the insurance company. My adjuster called multiple times to get them to upload pictures and estimate. After completing repairs, they held the car hostage because they added an additional $400 worth of charges not on the original estimate. They did not attempt to get these cleared with the insurance company. Some of these bogus charges included a $50 cleaning fee, $10 to test the lights, $50 to road test the car to see if they fixed it correctly. In my opinion, they basically committed insurance fraud! Extremely unprofessional, fraudulent and horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again and will let make sure I tell people about how poorly run this business is.
Oh my goodness what is there to say. I couldn’t sleep all night because a little girl scratched my car. It’s a 2021 Honda Civic! I thought I would be charged hundreds of dollars....NOPE! I didn’t pay a dime! They buffed the scratches out and thank God! I prayed so hard too! They said even if they had to paint they wouldn’t charge me! God bless you guys so much! Thank you thank you thank you!
Never in my life have I ever encountered such kindness and care as I have it Lindsay Auto Body. Calvin, Erin, and Ed have shown me the kind of goodness many of us never find in this world. They were quick with my repairs and with the presion you will only find at Lindsay Honda. I was having trouble with my insurance paying after my car was finished and these amazing people had my car back and went to bat against my insurance company. These fine people understand what it means to have your car back and repairs done with perfection. I have found that diamond in the rough and their name is Lindsay Auto Body.
Very poor quality service. I went there for an estimate for some scratches on the door. The guy (not going to mention his name) took some photos and said they would send me the estimate via email by the end of the day or early next morning.The next afternoon when I called another guy said that I was given wrong information and that the estimate would take up to 48 hours. And the second day was gone too!The third day I called again and I was given another lollipop to wait another day as the respected guys at the corporate office were still reviewing the “minor” scratches and thinking over it!The next morning of the 4th day comes and I called again! No estimate!I called another time in the afternoon and said that I wanted to make a complaint So what was the number. They said there was no way to make a complaint and that was the routine practice!Finally that evening they emailed me the estimate and that too was way higher than the Fine line and other body shops!I wanted to get the work done at Acura shop on my TLX but the respected and most efficient guys just repelled me and I decided to go to another body shop!Go to these guys if you want to waste your money and time!
Dropped off someone’s car and popped my tire on the way back.. they were amazing at getting my car in right away, allowing us to take the other car while they fixed my tires in no more than 2 hours.. will always take my car to Lindsay auto and only Lindsay auto for all my car repair neeeds.. amazing team!

2022-01-27Walked in for a estimate on my front bumper and received the most outstanding customer service ever ! Ed took the time to fix my bumper, helped me order another part for my car. After fixing my bumper Ed asked me if they could wash my car. I was completely floored. I am impressed with the level of customer service that I received. Thank you Ed and the entire team.

2022-01-23Had a untimely collision with a deer in my brand new RDX in the same week that I was rear ended… I bought it at Lindsay so I had it towed to Lindsay Auto Body. While parts supply issues and manpower made the repair take just shy of 6 months, they did a great job! I got my car back with minor issues and they came out to my work(1 hour away from shop) picked up my RDX and left me a loaner car so they could correct the issues on my car. Way above and beyond for a body shop! Because of this level of customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction, I would highly recommend Lindsay Auto Body for collision repairs.

2022-03-30These folks are awesome. Very professional and courteous. We smoked a deer and after Lindsay Honda finished our body work the car looked good as new. There was a hiccup with the windshield that they immediately addressed. Would definitely recommend for auto body work.

2021-12-03I purchased my 1st brand new Honda July 2021. On 11/28/2021, while attending an event someone put a small ding on my bumper. Although, it was very small & certainly not worth contacting my insurance agent, I didnt want it there.My daughter suggested I call Lindsey Hondas body shop. I was a little apprehensive because it was so small & didnt know what the out-of-pocket expense would be.A couple days later, I decided to call. I spoke to a gentleman name Calvin. I told him the situation. He asked if I could bring it in so they could look at it. I went the same day & was greeted by Calvin. He looked at the ding, explained what could be done & preceeded to provide the times I could bring my vehicle in.Today (12/2/2021), I took my vehicle back to Lindsays Auto Body shop. Again, I was greeted by Calvin. Calvin took my vehicle to service so that the ding could be removed. I also needed the air in my tires to be adjusted.I gave 5 stars because of Calvins promptness, professionalism, personal attention & great attitude! In addition, to the great service & no out-of-pocket expense. Thanks Calvin for the great experience!🙂

My $5000.00 dollar job will be going to 3C body. It will be done before he could even call me back to set up my appointment. Which he never did.

The team is profession and courteous and will keep you updated on the repair.I would also add when I picked up my car, i mistakenly arrived well after closing. The specialist noticed me reading the hours at the door and re-opened in order to release my car. My vehicle was super clean from the inside to the outside and smelled so fresh when I got it back. 2021-06-15The entire team at Lindsay Auto Body was great. My insurance company was a nightmare, but Lindsay’s team kept pushing forward, looking out for me and taking great care in repairing my truck. And it looks brand new after hitting a deer at 70mph. Awesome experience. Highly recommend them.
