They do a good job. Quick and easy in and out, as expected. No hassle or extra pressure for add ons like most other places.Almost finished with the remodel. If only the owner upgraded the printer during black Friday sales.
Service has declined significantly since the old crew left. Service techs spend more time vaping and cussing than working. Tonight was the last time we will visit, pulled up at 5:35 PM and was refused service because they were closing at 6 PM.
It is ok. Had to wait a bit. Thought they were kind of pricey.
Been going there since 2014. Always had good service. Only one time I had my girlfriend take my car in for oil change and she came home with a bill for a little over 60.00 dollars because someone there told her she needed some extra fluids on my brand new Altima. I went there and demanded an explanation. My next oil change was on them but actually I paid for it when my girlfriend was received by one of there employees who no longer works there. Other than that I continue to be a loyal customer because I like there service and one deceitful employee does not make them a bad service provider.

These guys are professional as it gets. They check all fluids, tires, filters.. above and beyond. Friendly and fast... Im very appreciative of john and the crew.Plus, they have the best oil ever.. royal purple.

Last year after purchasing a used car I went here to get my oil changed since I didnt know when it was previously changed. They told me they would change it if I insisted but that it definitely didnt need changed at that time. WAIT WHAT? Who does that! This told me they were honest. So today I went there to get my oil changed. They were fast, professional & reasonably priced. This is the ONLY place Ill ever go to. TNX GUYS!
Have done business with folks a long time...makes oil chang easy...I always use synthetic oil for best lubrication...good products, good ,quick service, very cordial people!!!
2016 Dodge Grand CaravanThe technicians left the rubber ring/gasket off the oil filter housing, so it sprayed oil all over my engine and leaked 4 out of the 5 quarts. When I took my van back with the bill for repairs, they wouldnt admit to their mistake, and basically told me, there was nothing they could do.I would give this place negative stars if I could.Youre rolling the dice by going there.
Fast oil change. You stay in car for it. Price is not cheap. Marked down one star for just outing air in tires based on the sidewalk rating instead of the manufacturer recommended pressure....... had to lower all the tires back down.

Stop in for oil change, tube pull wad really nice when he showed me my air filter, never pressured me into buying a new one, serifs the old one was really bad n showed me. I got a new one n was done in less than 30 min.
They have 2 bays but only use one. The young men that are working there seem to stand around too much visiting and smoking. There is only one or two that is working. Doesnt seem to be any management on site.
We were on our way from Dayton to Rochester Hills, MI to attend a bridal shower hoping to make it round trip in one day. As we approached Exit 125 our low tire pressure light came on. We got off the exit and couldnt find any gas stations with air so we pulled into the Pennzoil hoping they knew of a gas station with air. The kind gentlemen asked us to pull around the back and proceeded to check all the tires and fill all 4 tires for free immediately so we could get back on the road. We are extremely grateful as we are traveling with 2 babies under 2! So polite, respectful, and helpful! Thank you guys!

Long wait time ,not very professional . Once your cars in there though they seem to get you in and out in a decent time and offer extras for only 5.00 more.
Very rude manager/owner not sure which one dont come out and accuse people of stealing if you suspect people of stealing dont have free air! Rude af and very unprofessional not everyone is a thief.
Not a good place for veterans. Jiffy lube offers free oil change. This place does nothing for veterans.

2021-11-09Today Nov 9th my husband stated he wanted standard oil and they put synthetic oil in when he clearly stated he wanted standard and tried to charge him 20 dollars more than what he was quoted.

2021-11-09Husband went to get oil change he stated what he wanted standard oil,, and the chubby guy tried to charge him synthetic and he even put synthetic oil in it. He paid for standard but synthetic was put in. You dont charge someone for something other than what they want, even if you think its better . Its not coming out of his pocket!
