Clean, well organized. Consignment shop for infant toddler - age 5/6 clothing. Some toys, many baby items. Reasonably priced.
Don’t take your brand new items there 3 totes of brand new or worn once items took nothing. A lot of Items priced only a few dollars left then brand new from the store.
I reached out to the owner of the store about the very potent smell of a plug in or candle and they were extremely rude to me in their response. I offered some constructive criticism and was just told it’s not toxic and pet friendly.The smell was so overwhelming of fall fragrance that we were coughing and got instant headaches. My kids and myself didn’t last more than a few minutes in the shop and had to leave because of the overwhelming scent.We will not return due to the rude response from the store and that they seem to have no intention of changing this nor did they seem to care.
Fair prices always have decent selection. Even fpund a shirt for myself today 😁 You can also get deals and discounts with the five star app.

Honestly, do not waste your time selling items here. No matter what you bring you will end up walking out with pocket change, nothing more. Facebook market place is a far better option. At least then you have a chance of making a fraction of what you paid for your items.
I purchased a few items and loved the store and the customer service. I felt pleased to support such nice people and a local business. Since my first visit was so great, I came back two weeks later with several brand new still in the box items. I knew they would offer me half of what they plan to sell for. Retail value was about 250. I imagined receiving a minimum of 75 or so, maybe as much as 130. These people offered me 23 dollars and acted like it was a hassle when I asked for my items back. Since then, I sold 2 of the items for 90 bucks elsewhere. What a joke. I have no intention of ever walking in the door again.

I have to be honest here and say this is the best childrens resale shop around!! They have a great selection of QUALITY items and when you walk into the store everything is neatly displayed. I also love that the owner shares what her inventory is via social media. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Prices are very fair! By far this is my favorite resale shop around.
I normally LOVE this little shop. IvIvee been a return customer for the last 4 + years and have gone here to buy things for all three of my children. I was sadly disappointed when I saw that they were trying to sell Dolly Partons Imagination Library books for a profit. If you arent sure what that is- its a free book program. These books should have been forwarded to a charity or put in a free book bin in my opinion.
The BEST kids resale in the area!! The customer service they provide is unlike any other store out there. They always interact with me and my kids. I feel like I am treated as a friend and not just a customer and they treat everyone like that!Selling items to them is a breeze and pays the most! Buying items is even easier with their crazy low prices!
I checked out the store for the first time this week. WOW! It is unlike the other resale stores in this area. Everything is so organized. I was greeted as soon as I came in, which I do not find at other locations. The staff was very friendly. I got so many great outfits for my son! When I showed my best friend she could not believe the deals I got. This is now my go to place!
Everyone is so helpful and kind. Greeted as soon as I walk in. Aisles are good size and can comfortably fit my sons stroller through. Such a great selection of clothes and items I may need. Will always come here . So thankful it is right near by.

So clean and organized! This place is well maintained and the items they sell look like new. Its always busy in there and its no wonder why. There are constantly events and sales, its a fun place to shop.The owners are really nice and make you feel welcome.
I dont usually sell things to shops, rather I post and do it myself. Chose this shop to try to sell my no longer needed baby items based on the rating and its close vicinity to my job. I should have read the reviews as they are almost entirely based on people making purchases. The first problem that was that I was told there were 3 people ahead of me, even though I arrived minutes after they opened, and that it would be 1 hr for them to look over my items. I just figured maybe they had some late drop offs from the night before. Well 1 hr turned to almost 2 before they actually called me. I went in to be offered $40 for a group of items that would retail at over $350. I understand that the items are now used and are not worth that but they are certainly worth more than the 10% they offered. When I expressed my concerns the guy then refused to take one of items although I had agreed to take the pittance they were offering. At this point I requested all of my items back for him to be rude when i listed what all i had brought in and also try to keep one of the items. The he tried to be helpful by propping the doors and giving me tips on how to sell the items to other shops. I doubt the tips were genuine and they came across very condescending and seemed to have some racist undertones within them. My experience here just reconfirmed why I had stopped trying to sell items to a shop. My past experiences with other shops were essentially no different and will continue to sell my items on my own.
Stopped in today looking for some dresses and suits for my 5 kids, for a wedding we need to attend. Even though I did not find the items I was looking for, was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and warmth with which we werw greeted. Man who worked there (owner maybe?), was so nice and helpful. They even help you with items to your car. While he was outside helping another customer, he even took the time to make sure we found everything ok, and that we would stop by again in the future. Will definitely be back. :)
We love this place!!!! The quality and prices are the best. I just go brand new converse shoes for $12!!! They always do fun things like the egg hunt they just had. Lil Frogs is the best store around!
By far my favorite store to shop at for my kids. I recently was able to go in and purchase 2 nearly new pairs of shoes for my girls for just under $10. I also bought a Graco baby swing for about half retail price, and got a crib with matress for $50

Literally the greatest store in all of northeast Ohio. The owners are the best people youll ever meet. Even if you dont have kids, go to the store, youll walk out with a lollipop, a rock and play, and a huge smile on your face without even knowing what just hit you.
So many great things here for little ones as well as maturnity clothes for mothers. They even take in stuff your kids cant use/wear anymore and even have a store credit system to that can help out. Super friendly staff
Great prices, clean store...much less overwhelming than Once Upon A Child since its smaller but of course the selection is smaller too. The guy who runs the store (not sure if hes the owner) is super nice.

2022-08-27This is by far my favorite resale shop! It’s always organized, up to date with the latest fashions and extremely well priced. Not to mention always smells amazing with friendly staff and kid friendly music. Nothing they sell is stained, or old which I love as a customer. As a someone that also sells to them, their offers are very fair and turn around time is fast. Thanks for bringing this lovely shop to the Falls!!

2022-08-27Don’t waste your time! I took 9 totes in there and they offered me $6 for the few things they wanted. All barely used clothes, many with the tags still on. When I questioned the offer, they had the audacity to claim I used profanity with their staff. Blatant lies, as I have the entire conversation recorded, and never once used profanity. They are liars and scammers! Donate your clothes instead! Crazy lying owners!

2022-08-27I had a great experience when selling my baby clothes and gear that my kids had outgrown. The staff is friendly and the whole process was easy. The store has a great selection of kids clothes and toys.

2022-03-11Amazing! Everything was clean, well displayed, in good repair and reasonably priced. They not only have clothing for children, they have an entire room with books, shoes, toys and equipment. We picked up a toddler bed for a friends little one.
