Went to get a unit and I made some mistakes figuring what I wanted but office staff member Crissy and sister store member Nicole was a big help ,would recommend to anyone anytime....thanks to both.

The front desk has excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the needs of your move, and things you can grab while there, boxes, paper, bubble wrap, lock set, and such easy access with dollies to move bulk items. Very spacious storage space and very clean. You can even rent a Penske truck there ! Excellent service, kind staff.
Manager Kelli Lawson was very personable, inviting and knowledgeable. She was training a staff member and until she told us that, we had no clue because they were so in sync with each other. The grounds were very clean and organized. Very professional.
The facility is clean and seems to be secure. Most of all, my experience was great because of the manager Kelly. She went above and beyond to make the rental process easy on me as I was remote and needed the units that day. She was helpful, informative and super pleasant! We are grateful to have found Home Star!

Had small communication issues when the company switch over from home star storage, someone at the call center gave me the wrong information, but the staff in the office of the crookshank location were very helpful in sorting out the issue and doing what they could to make it right. Thank you again, and hope to keep doing business with you.
Very clean and the lady working customer service was a pleasure to work with.
Everything is great, except for the fact that most (only one available with the right size) of the mover dollies available are quite big compared to the elevator size and are really difficult to maneuver to fit inside the elevator, especially with a lot of things on it.
Kelli was very helpful in helping me find a storage unit that fit my needs. The facility was very clean and you could tell it was properly maintain. I highly recommend contacting Kelli for all your storage needs.
To me a couple of tries to get a unit rented but all seems well now. The first attempt they were closed and I didnt know the hours of operation. The 2nd attempt was missed because the staff was out of the office and the voice mail was full but the 3rd time was a charm. The only think I would do different if I were them is to relocate or cover the security system pad. The current location attracts attention and though I was told to avoid it, thats the first thing my fingers hit. Yikes!

Kelli and Lauren were very knowledgeable and friendly going through the reservation and info collecting process. They explained all charges and fees upfront and provided us with a space perfect for our needs.
Kelly and her staff were super helpful. One individual that helped with the moving truck pickup was very nice and made sure I was on my way as quick as possible even with snags in the system

First off I love how it is NEW so there isnt any rodent or bug infestation lurking around. That is a wonderful plus in my book...I came in thinking I would need a 10x10 and after talking with KELLY she informed me with what I was storing I should really look into a 10x15 and Im glad she recommended it cause after moving it all in a 10x10 just wouldnt have made it.The facility is very clean and the big carts to help move the stuff in was a blessing too. I have posted and expressed my opinion on Facebook and I hope it brings you guys lots of extra customers..... Lauren was great and explained everything perfectly. She answered all of my questions and got answers for the questions she didnt know. Facility is clean with great access and comparable prices to others.

2022-02-15I had a very small issue in the beginning, but, Calli took care of it. Very professional, warm and friendly. This is my first time using a storage company and I feel comfortable with my belongings in there. 2022-03-27I had a storage some years ago and I swear it was bigger than the one I just got and WAY CHEAPER but times have changed. Its a clean storage though but 5×15 still seems little too me
