Robert was professional and courteous, went in to see about a unit and spoke with him. building and grounds were nice and clean. rates were about avg. will be recommending to friends and family.

I no longer needed the unit anymore and moved my stuff out. No one ever answers the phone so I could cancel my account and the door stays locked. I finally left a message after I couldn’t get in touch with anyone for 1 month. Manager called me and was extremely rude. Told me I was lying about leaving a message and hung up on me. Jerk!
I was in need of some extra storage and rented a space last week. Clean facility and office. The Manager, Rob, was very friendly and made sure I had just the right space for my needs. Great customer service! I would recommend the property to anyone needing storage.

I had this storage for over 6 years. It was very clean and very accessable. The rate of storage unit only increased a few times. It was very affordable . I enjoyed my unit there. Would recommend for storage, very reasonable.
The owner at the front desk was professional and courteous...The place is is clean and proper as expected...The rates are reasonably comparable with other locations...My only complaint would be the driveways, covered in ice and snow this time of year...Hint, hint, maybe theyll fix it...Over all I recommend this place...Enjoy...

Stopped in to check on pricing to store my car this winter, staff was great they did everything to rent me a space and the price was great just didnt have any big enough. Will try again in October. If your reading this and need to store a car, dont take my space.
Been using them for years for auto and other storage. The associate manager Ive dealt with the last two years has been wonderful, efficient, and patient. Well-secured location with cameras everywhere so you can be sure your stuff is being watched. Bill is emailed monthly, but you can pay far ahead if you like. I recommend without reservation.
Stopped in to make a payment for a friend. The gentleman in the office made it very easy, showing us how to pay online. This will make it easier next month. He asked me to do a review and it was the least I could do.
We have been very happy with our experience at Uncle Bobs. The associate was helpful and efficient with our paperwork, the space and location are kept very clean. Access is easy and 24 hours. The location feels safe. Will use Uncle Bobs again. This is our second Uncle Bobs experience. (We rented previously in Columbus for our son at Ohio State.) We have rented this space for 5 months and have been pleased so far. Receiving billing statements via email are very helpful reminders.
Clean and professional however Ill offer some advice: Turn around if youre going to be 1 minute late to arrive if youre in the temperature controlled storage. Also wrap your mattress air tight and do not store on its side or will have uneven firmness as my $7k Kingsdon Chairman Royal mattress now has. 😩
I am new to the area, saw this storage place from the highway. Stopped in to get a price to store my lawn furniture in the fall. The store manager was nice he answered all my questions. When we were done he asked me to do a Google review so I did.
I had limited time to move my storage to the Broadway location from Eastlake. Robert was super helpful. He got me set up very quickly and even called the facility in Eastlake to notify and help transfer my account over to the new facility. I have been with Life Storage for a few years and they have incredible customer service!
I have been using Uncle Bobs Self Storage facilities for over a year now and I have had nothing but positive experiences. All of the staff members have always been very professional when helping me with whatever I needed. The facilities are always kept clean, and I feel that my belongings are very safe in this facility because it is gated and there is 24hr. surveillance.I would recommend using Uncle Bobs Self Storage if you need to store your belongings because they always have a lot of storage space available to compensate your needs and the prices are reasonable.Everyone is very respectful and youre always greeted with a smile when you come in the door which makes my visits enjoyable. I will continue to use Uncle Bobs Self Storage when needed.
Over the last few months, Ive used Uncle Bobs as my main storage location during a transitional period in my life. Not only did they have an amazing deal for the unit, but they also provided a level of service that I would expect from a larger, more expensive storage location. From the initial setup call to when I was checking out, my experience at Uncle Bobs was wonderful. I would highly recommend this and any other location. Thank you so much for assisting me during a difficult time in my life. I will definitely use this location again if I run into another situation.
I have stored my items at two of Uncle Bobs facilities. One in Bedford Ohio and the another was Youngstown Ohio. To be truthful I have never experience and problem with any of there services. From paperwork to truck rental to storage unit. everything was perfect. I know companys can make mistakes but they have not mad one with me. Even if they do one day I will continue to use there serves and recommend them to others because I know they will resolve the issue. There the BEST. Thank you guys for years of excellent serves. I am no longer a customer I just stopped by to pick up my year end financial records for taxes and I was asked to write a review which I had no problem doing since everything was great. I really loved this place staff was always professional and the storage unit was very clean
They are awesome at Life Storage. Robery was very prompt, professional and polite. I love the cleanliness and condition of the indoor storage units! I highly recommend them for any kind of storage.
This is my first experience with Uncle Bobs Storage and it was horrible!! I called and spoke with Natasha who helped with a great deal. And put in their system that the administration fee be waived. When I arrive at the closest location to me which was Bedford, I spoke with Alberta. She was pleasant but because she over looked her system she charged my card more than she should had and could NOT even give me a refund until I called corporate. She didnt care that she got all my money. She just shrugged her shoulders and said itll be credited to my account. Again, I called corporate. That did absolutely nothing. They gave me till the end of the day to come back. HELLO! Some people have jobs to work. Im suppose to miss my job to get money back from an employee who couldnt do their job?? So now its been credited to my account and I only needed one month of storage from them. So thats money down the drain!! Horrible experience!!
Been a customer for a couple of years. I have never had any issues the manager is always nice when I pay my bill. He offered me coffee the other day when it was 10 degrees out
Company goes up on monthly fees because of winter slow months. They said its their policy with out notice. But the front desk person was very polite handling my concern.
Real great place to have a storage unit, prices are fair and rob is a helpful guy there. Couldnt ask for a better place. They have nice indoor units and outdoor ones as well.
My experience with Uncle Bob has been a pleasant one. I have a small storage outside where it easily accessable. When my bill is due, I get an email. Sometimes I am late and they just add the charge which I understand and they really dont hassel you. You pay your bill, you can get to your storage anytime when they are open and even after hours. Its great. I would recommend it.
I have been with Uncle Bobs Self Storage now for some time. I appreciate the billing statements and reminders via email and the assistance I have received in the past. My only complaint is that of droppings. I was told it was from chipmunks, but now I see even more of them every time I go to my storage bin. I think its time to move everything somewhere else.
Clean, convenient and they let me use their truck to move in. What more could I ask for. Also,Jeff was very knowledgeable and helped me make up my mind on which space would work best for me.
Took a friend there to pick up some things from his locker and the gate froze and would not open to let us drive out. It was very hot that day as we sat baking in the sun, while he made several calls to managers to get someone to come and fix the problem. We were locked in there approximately an hour and a half. Nobody ever did come they just wanted to tell him over the phone how to fix the issue, something their maintenance should be fixing, funny I dont remember him getting paid to do their job. Also we were there around lunch time on a Saturday, where is the staff?? I would never recommend this place to anyone. At the end of the day they didnt even try and make things right.... Who ever the owner is he should try putting some money back in his business.... And train his employees in customer service...
They have Excellent Customer Service. Storage Units are neat and clean. Very good space.If I ever need a storahe unit I will use them again.!!!
When we moved into our space in February, we received nothing but exceptional service and help from Robert and staff. Unfortunately, we don’t need the space any longer. It was a pleasure to do business with Life Storage.

If you have a small issue be ready to be grilled on the phone by everyone including the district manger Heather Brown. She is rude and obnoxious and will ask you a question the immediately answer it. And never give you a chance to say anything but hello when you call her. RUN AWAY BEFORE YOU COME HERE FOR AN AUCTION!

2022-02-18After starting out at $79 for a 10 x 10 storage unit, the rent has gone up every year $12. I was paying $140 the past year, now they are jacking up the rent again on my anniversary to $160! Even though they advertise for much less to new comers. I will be evacuating the unit by March 31 and going somewhere cheaper.
