Best dealership experience Ive ever had...drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a 2018 f150 after speaking with Brad on the phone about it. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Mayer and he done an absolute awesome job showing me the truck and explaining every option it had. Ended up driving it home and am very happy with the entire experience. Thanks again guys!
My Ford Fusion had 2 recalls. I made an appointment to get both done in one day. When I called to check on the status, they told me they had to order a part and I would have to make an additional appointment. Thanks to Joe in the service department, he called another dealer, had the part picked up, and was able to complete both recalls. Thanks Joe for great service!
Making my appointment for an oil change was a breeze. They were able to fit me in within a few days. On my appointed day, I pulled right into the garage, signed the necessary documents to agree to the work, and headed to the waiting room. My car was washed and ready after 45 minutes or so. My cousin referred me to this dealership and I couldnt be more pleased.
Have been going to Liberty in Parma Heights for 5 years now and have always experienced great service. They treat you like a human being, they’re honest, and they give prompt service - on both the service and sales side. Mayer just put me into a brand new Expedition and the process was great
I recently decided to leave my hometown dealership because they had a decline in customer service and my family and friends had experienced the same. In my search for a new dealership to call home I recalled my dad telling me more then once how much he supported liberty ford in Parma heights. So even though it’s a hour away from my home l went there for my next purchase. I couldn’t be more pleased! My experience was relaxing no pressure, the sales Dept worked well together as a team and from start to finish I felt informed and left with a great truck that met all my needs. I’ve even started taking my other vehicles there for service since and even though it’s a bit of a drive from home, it’s worth it. Liberty Ford in Parma Heights reminds me of our old old hometown Ford dealership where I grew up as a kid. My family and I will be going there for our next purchase and my future company trucks will also be purchased there.
Was able to purchase a F150 including test drive and walk around in 45 minutes. This was due to Mayer Khalil outstanding service, he asked the right questions of me and had the answers for my questions. I dint think the deal was going to get done and Mayer rolled up his sleeves and got it done. Thank you Mayer!!
Wish I could give 0 stars. My daughter bought a used car here. Worst thing we have ever done. Have had nothing but issues ever since. We did an oil change and looked over the entire car and it is in great shape LIE LIE LIE. Within 2 weeks the AC broke, a month later, the windows. Within 3 months it the radio. 6 months and $3,500 later, new compressor, ball joints, brakes, radio, axle. Also, my daughter does not drive long distances, so she has yet to put more than 5,000 miles on the car! New tires, another $500. We expected the tires, cannot fault the dealer for this. I recommend staying away. I had a family member who later told me she had the same thing with a car she bought here. She ended paying around $2,700 to repair hers within 5 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
I have leased a fusion with Liberty Ford of Parma Heights, and now bought a truck. The people there are outstanding. They have given me all the time Ive needed to make my purchase decision and answered every question along the way. Mikal Mims was my salesman for my recent truck purchase, and he was great. No pressure, and he was there for any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend Liberty Ford.
Thank you so much to Miguel for making my car buying experience a positive and easy one! He went above and beyond for me and got my children and I into a beautiful and safe car! And thanks to AJ for all his help as well! Will definitely be recommending liberty in Parma to all my friends and family!
Miguel was very attentive to what I needed and it took no time at all to do paperwork, clean up the car, put plates on her. Miguel even went and filled up the gas tank before I drove away with my Dad. They all were very helpful! Will recommend this dealer to everyone!
Memo title came the day that the temp tags expire, which was today on a Saturday. Work Monday so do we just get a ticket on Monday if we get pulled over for expired tags? Understand that places are short staffed & you only have one person doing titles but also crazy that it took 45 days to receive it. Also haven’t gotten the second key to the vehicle but Aj has been awesome, called back when he said he would & has been a big help! Huge asset to your dealership.
Took my 2017 Ford Focus to be fixed at the service center, was told I need a new engine and turbo ($5,000 +). After paying for everything and receiving my vehicle back it is now in worse condition than initially. I was expected to pay out of pocket to get it back to the service center (It had to be towed in) and am now looking at additional costs since the initial issue was apparently never found, addressed nor resolved. After calling back and forth they agreed to cover the tow cost but are now taking multiple days to figure out what the problem even is. They were not transparent at all about the parts and supplies that were going to be replaced and that I was getting a refurbished Long Block and not a new engine at all.Overall unhappy with the services provided and the amount it has cost me to kick rocks and still not have a functioning vehicle.
Family has been in ford Union over 40 years, family friend Fred Schubert was highschool friend as well as salesman to my family for over 30 years at this location. Brought my taurus in too the service Advisor Rafael , told me he would take care of it calls me 2 days later while Im at work sir your car is fixed leave work early and arrive to not only my car not pulled around the lights were still illuminated in the car and you can bet they still charged me 800 for the repair, proceeds to tell me oh well look at it again my service tech said it was fixed then recieve a call asking for another 2000 for repairs. Now mind you my family has been going here 30 years with no issues under Fred. I advise anyone to avoid business here, since the salesman has passed away we have had. Nothing but terrible experiences
This Ford dealership lacks integrity and professionalism. I was told a rear camera was ordered for my car and a bulb was replaced in the back of my car. I called yesterday to check on the status of the camera was informed a camera was never ordered and the bulb for the rear of my car came in the next day after the camera was supposedly ordered. I had a issue with low tire pressure Liberty Ford Parma was putting air in my tires the gage 48 air pressure when it should have been at 36 per Mr Tire. The service advisors tolerates the customers instead of celebrating the business the customer brings.
I purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer from Liberty Ford on 6/18/2022. The Process to apply for credit and trade in values were simple and easy. The listing was quite amusing since it surprsingly dirty, but it was vehicle is what I was looking for and it was “Gold Certified”. I should have stopped there. I worked with the sales team and told them I wanted that vehicle and they reported they’d get it cleaned up for me to test drive and possibly purchase.Time of delivery, the vehicle was wildly dirty but in the moment I said I’d clean it myself since I was still in the honeymoon phase of buying a new vehicle. When I did start to clean it I started to find issues with the vehicle that would have been noticeable if cleaned. Since then, it’s been one thing after another. Here are my reasons why this was a regretful purchase:- [ ] Chasing down answers and communication. No follow up unless I initiated it. Example: returned the vehicle so they could address issues that i brought up and they agreed to look at. No updates through the repairs as when to pick it up. I had to track someone down and ask when i could pick up the vehicle.- [ ] Vehicle was promised to be detailed by 3rd party. Was told it was done in house at time of pickup. Fine, but don’t lie to me. It might have been ran through a car wash.- [ ] Promised to be given the keyless entry code, still don’t have it.- [ ] Vehicle started displaying powertrain/reduced power, & pre Collison, hill start fault codes 2 days ago. Left message asking for help and advice since it happened during the evening, luckily, it still drives. No returned call. All these issues can be perceived as minor or petty. This is my first Ford purchase, 40k+, and I can easily say this expeirence was marginal at best. I had Good customer service when the deal went down but after that it was the stereotypical dealership treatment. If it weren’t for Ford Credit, great financing, I’d tell everyone to strongly consider other options.I talked with Ford and they indicated I can take the vehicle to another dealership that will honor the warranty issue(s).
Have a recall for a 2017 Ford Mustang back up camera. Even after bringing the vehicle in for an appoinent and taking time off work, they tell us they dont have the part. Issue has still not been resolved and now cannot even get into the trunk anymore due to the same issue that caused the camera to stop working. This has now been an issue for almost 6 months now and still has not been resolved. We will no longer be purchasing anything Ford in the future.
I had a awesome salesman that help me find a car that fit me his name Mikal Mims he is the man he will makes you happy with your Purchase and he will also run you down with full details on the car that you are interested in He is the man that you want to see at liberty For Parma Location
Thank You Mark and Miguel for making me one happy customer. Ill never forget that day. I walked in the Liberty showroom with no intent to lease a new car. I was just inquiring about an email I had received offering a 2021 Escape for less per month and more miles per year in exchange for my 2020 leased Escape. Fast forward a few hours later I was driving home in a beautiful 2021 Escape that I swear God himself put there for me and Mark and Miguel made a deal I couldnt refuse. You guys rock.
I had a great experience at Liberty Ford Parma. They gave a great trade in value for my car and helped me get into the Ford Edge I’ve been dreaming of.AJ was quick to get the Edge I wanted. He is a family man and was nice to talk to.I will definitely return in the future.
I highly recommend doing business with this establishment in Parma. I called Liberty Ford in Brunswick about a recall on my vehicle back in June and I never heard back from them. I called Liberty Ford in Parma last week and they was able to get me right in. When I got there today, I was immediately greeted by the staff. They made me feel comfortable and shared as much, if not more concerned about my vehicle as I did. This Parma establishment has done a TERRIFIC job by assembling the perfect crew. I wanted to personally acknowledge Rafael Leon (service advisor) for his professionalism and going above and beyond to make sure my experience there was exactly the experience Ford want there customers to have. I cant wait to share my experience with the residents here in Medina, so they can also experience the true definition of GREAT SERVICE!
Great experience from beginning to end! When they were closed due to inclement weather, the manager reached out to us and made sure we had an appointment. Our salesperson, Mayer, was knowledgeable, polite, and made the process easy. We are very pleased with our purchase.
Went in to have them look at an issue with my 2021 Ford Expedition. The transmission doesnt fully engage in the first three gears. I was told its perfectly normal and was sent on my way. It continues to have maybe 20% power in the first three gears on take off then punches with power in 4th. Its super inconsistent on power but apparently to Ford this is normal! I truly regret spending $80k on such a terrible vehicle with subpar service.
Had a great experience with our sales associate Mayer Khalil. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. He gave us time to make our decision to buy the vehicle. He went over all the details and the car fax with us. We have had very positive experiences with Liberty Ford.
Inquired about a car about a month ago and still receive e-mails nearly daily from this place, even after telling them to stop contacting me. Jack Forsythe, if you’re reading this, I know you’re desperate for a sale but I literally already bought a car somewhere else so like, stop lol
Just overall amazing people. Made sure I got what I needed and everything was in order and if something wasnt they fixed it immediately. Special thanks to mikal mims for getting me into and making sure I was happy with my new ride. Amazing customer service and overall a great person. Much appreciation to everyone there.
I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Soul from Liberty Ford in Parma Heights and the service I received was outstanding! Beyond outstanding actually. I had a lot going against me (bad credit and not a lot to put down) the salesman I worked with, Justin Post, made sure I got into something more reliable as I have two young children. He went above and beyond to make sure he found something I liked. He worked tirelessly and through many obstacles. Everyone here is so warm, helpful and friendly. Justin and others even surprised me and DELIVERED MY CAR TO ME!!!! Can you ask for better service? I recommend Liberty Ford Parma Heights to ANYONE looking and to ask for Justin Post! By far the most honest car salesman I have ever met in my life. He will work for you! Check em out for yourself! Thank you, Justin and thank you Liberty Ford for making not only my day better, but my children as well.
Liberty Ford Southwest has amazing customer service and a staff that cares about their customers. The gentleman who sold me my car walked me through the process and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The whole experience was positive I would recommend Liberty Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ill definitely be going back when my lease is up.
Had my 2015 Mustang to have an intake manifold replaced. At pickup after completion of the work, I noticed I had 2 significant patches of scratches, one on each fender. My service advisor, Samantha, stated she advise her supervisor and to expect a call. NO CALL RECEIVED. Later I got an email from the dealership asking about my recent service. I responded by telling her the same story I am now telling you. NO CALL RECEIVED. Im sure I can buff out the scratches myself, but thats not the point, is it? The scratches appear to be from a belt buckle given their location and the type of work done. Well see if I get a call this time.......
I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer from here. I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past from several places. The drive was 2 hours and 40 minutes from my hometown. I absolutely would come back again to purchase another vehicle. I’ve told this to everyone I care about. I worked with Mayer which did a superior job and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This place is hands down the best place to purchase a vehicle.
Bought a $16,000 used car. Was going ona trip and had my mechanic check it out and it needed a brake job. Called sales department about 8:40 in the morning snd no one was there to discuss problem. Had my mechanic do the brake job because I had to start my trip. A week later brought the parts snd receipt to the General Manager who insulted me and gave approximately 1/4 of what it cost me to have the car repaired.
I brought my car into this dealership for a airbag recall issue. Never had a problem with my airbags or any kind of warning light. After getting my car back from this dealership with recall part replaced my air came on .Called dealership and they said the light was probably my other air bag and after my boyfriend took car back up they had car for 3 days and told him repair would be between 750 -1200 dollars. I refused to have them work on my car and too car to my original dealership for them to look at it.They took total of 10 min and fixed it without having to take car apart ..pinched line that they said was probably caused by the seat being moved back for them to work on recall driver airbag part...beware of this dealership service dept!! They are not honest and will take advantage of you if given the chance.
Went in for new tires before a 8 hour road trip. Noticed extra noise and vibrations. Figured it was the aggressive tired I had place. Turns out all four of my tires lug nuts were lose. This is the second time this happened. I stopped going there the 1st time after I lost lug Nuts from a tire rotation. I went a month ago to purchase a new car they sales team did right by me to a point that I figure let me give the service another shot and they failed epically. Will never go there againSales team tho is out of this world.
They were helpful I was a little irritated that I only had my car for 5 months and had to get it fixed due to a small oil leak. They paid half so i guess thats a plus also when I got the car back I noticed one of my front lights were out I havent said anything because I was just going to take it to get fixed it...besides that they are accommodating took me home so I wouldnt have to sit up there for hours which is awesome. They car seems to ride better as well or maybe I just never paid attention idk they did a good job.
Amazing purchasing experience from top-down! Bethany was fantastic working with me to get me in the door, and a little bit once I got there! From there my salesperson Mayer took over and got me an amazing deal on a beautiful 2016 Ram 1500 with low miles! I did finance a good portion of the truck and Josh was very helpful in finance to help me get the perfect warranty that expunged every worry I had about purchasing a used vehicle! All around it was an amazing experience, not to mention I was in and out in less than 2 hours! That never happens anywhere else!! Great job and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!- Zach Jogan
We were looking for a specific car, which Liberty Ford had one. We found three within 2.5 hours of our home in the Columbus, OH area. We preferred to negotiate and have a deal ready once we arrived (pending the car was as described and no major issues) because we would be driving so far. This is the only dealership of the three that would not negotiate with us at all. The three vehicles we were looking at were nearly the same down to year and miles. That being said we elected to work with a dealer who was willing to understand it would not be worth a 2 hour trip if they were not going to negotiate. We found our car and that dealer negotiated the whole deal with us before we arrived and had the paperwork ready to sign when we arrived. That other dealer made it super easy and zero stress, this Dealer (Liberty Ford) was not even willing to consider that as an option even though were paying in full without financing. I hope this will encourage them to reconsider if another potential customer approaches them with a similar scenario. I would not consider doing future business with them based on my experience. I felt as if they just wanted to get me in their showroom and give me all the sales pitches making me feel as though I drove all that way and should just buy the car so I would not have to drive to another dealer even farther away. Ill take a hard pass on Liberty Ford.
I got a new car from here yesterday and wow, are they nice there and quick. Nothing is more annoying than having to wait forever while doing this process and I walked in and everything was all ready for me when I got there. All the paperwork was done prior to me arriving the car was ready and cleaned and waiting up front for me, the process couldn’t of gone any better. I had another car to return at another dealership and I was going to Uber back once dropping the car off and they had someone pick me up so i didn’t have to do that. I also got the payment I asked for. I had the best experience with them yesterday and will never go anywhere else for a car. Thanks for being the best!
I took my 16 F150 in for the advertised The Works Package. Its advertised that youll get the oil changed and tires rotated for $49.95. I told the service advisor that if the air filter needed replaced to just go ahead and do it. After I got the invoice I about lost it. Just an air filter took that advertised price to $95. Today I noticed that the sidewall lettering is chewed only on the passenger side of the truck and the drivers side is still in great shape! Now Im going to make sure the oil filter, air filter, and oil look new, and Ill be contacting Ford corporate because Im under the impression that these guys have no business touching anyones vehicle. To add to this, its the second bad experience Ive had here. I purchased a 2011 Ranger from them in 2012 and took it back multiple times due to the speakers intermittently going out. They refused to look at them and just told me there was no fault found. All I had to do was take the door panel off myself and tighten the harness for the speaker.5 Months later, I take my truck into another dealer who now tell me that the air filter is old.
I got a great deal at Liberty Ford. So glad I stopped in. Came to showroom saw a car I liked. Decided the next morning it would be my car. Used the internet sales to complete the financing. Went in after work to drop off trade and pick up new. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to spend 4 to 5 hours at the dealership. Done in an hour. Thank the entire team for making this car buying process go so smoothly. TJ Brown
A problem cropped up during an oil change; the interior hood release broke when the technician began the work. Liberty replaced the hood release cable at no charge to us. It did add a bit of time to the afternoon, but they easily could have ignored the issue and stuck me with the repair at a later date. Instead, they were honest and stood by their workmanship. Its the kind of honesty that keeps me coming back.
I recently purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan for the sole purpose of using it for transporting my 7-year old granddaughter and three 4- year old great-granddaughters. It now makes it so much easier for them along with their car seats to gain access in and out of the vehicle. They each know their positions and can interact with each other during our jaunts around the city and through the county side. My sales person Mayer, was determined to make sure that I was satisfied enough to make the purchase and seal the deal. He would not take no for an answer and worked diligently to finalize the sale to my satisfaction. The weekend that I purchased the van happened to be a weekend that I had severe back pain and ended up in the ER, but he was patient and worked with me through my pain and anguish. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase and everything had met my expectation. The car was extremely clean and the mileage was very low and I was very satisfied. I am sure that I will refer others to him.
I have been a Liberty Ford customer since 2002. They have always been top notch in sales, finance and service. My last regular service went like clockwork. I made the appointment, they were ready for me and got me back on the road in record time. The shop and dealership were always clean and orderly but with the current concerns you could see the extra effort to protect their customers and staff.
My salesperson Miguel helped make my car buying experience a quick, and very pleasant experience. He explained every feature my vehicle has, reassured me on the approval process, and answered every question I had along the way. I recommend Miguel to my friends, family, and anyone reading this review.
Just had my wifes vehicle in for a recall and an oil change and a multi-point inspection. Very disappointed and frustrated. 1- Their time estimate was about 3.5 hours and ended up being 5.5 hours-pretty far off. 2- They want to charge upwards to $700 just in labor to fix a seat belt-really? 3- What is really is frustrating is that we were NOT told about 4 items they have listed under the the following work was recommended but not performed-we were NOT told about these items at all. Two of them relate to brakes and steering- Two areas I do not want to risk my family driving under without knowing the seriousness of the repairs. I will be calling them to follow up as well as corporate with this unacceptable service, and I will warn family and friends of this dealership and poor service. I caution anyone who plans on going here...I would recommended going elsewhere.UPDATE 2/25/18: After getting in touch with the Service Director at Liberty about my experience I am happy to say Liberty Fords service department pulled through for us. After a review of the problems found on the vehicle including the seat belt assembly issue we were able to get all the problems resolved to our satisfaction. We are very happy to have been able to get this resolved in the end. I am glad we were taken care of professionally by the Liberty Ford Service team. Our family thanks you for everything!
The service department is excellent but sales needs a big makeover. Went to showroom today to lol at cars. Was thinking of upgrading from my eco sport. Was prepared to pay cash! Looked at 2 cars in showroom and not one of the old guys sitting at their desks even budged to see if I needed any help. Guest I’ll be heading back to Auto Nation in Westlake despite living a block from Liberty Ford!
My experience with a Liberty Ford was a pleasure. I went online searched for a particular car. Sent a request about the vehicle, got a response back the next day. I let the sales lady know (Bethany) that I was prepared to come in and buy the car. She had everything ready when I arrived and I couldn’t have been happier. Very pleased with the customer service and everything that Bethany did for me in making the process smooth and not long. Thanks again Liberty Ford South
Service at Liberty Ford in Parma is terrible. I went in and signed papers two days ago. I was told they ran my credit and i got a cerified ford interest rate of 3.9% and payments would be $349 and to pick up my car today. I get contacted by Mayer at Liberty Ford, he stated that he never ran my credit and now its 9.1 interest rate. I have never experienced or heard of this happening to anyone. If you want to be disappointed and turn your smile into a frown buy a car here.
My overall experience with Liberty Ford was great. I had the pleasure to work with Todd. I had called ahead and requested that the car I was interested in was pulled up and ready for a test drive. Everything was in order, and they were upfront and honest. We negotiated swiftly without wasting time, I was happy the price, and Im sure they made money, too... win-win!Go see Todd for your next vehicle!
Looking for a truck right now isnt as easy as it use to be but my salesperson Mayer Khalil rolled up with a great truck and got the deal done along with a excellent finance team that had to do some work with my less than perfect credit but in the end they got it done, and I got a more than fair price on my trade in. Very professional, and they will put in the work to find what your looking for and get the deal done. Highly recommend making them your first stop.
I have been taking my car to Liberty for five years plus, and I have never been unhappy with the customer service and/or the attention to fixing my vehicle. I recently took my car for warranty repairs, and Samantha Harris, who assisted me, was excellent. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She met my need, and listened to my concerns regarding the warranty issue re the transmission recall for my Focus Titanium. I dont blame Liberty Ford, but I hope and expect Ford to cover my car for the lifetime of my ownership, as this was I think the 8th transmission they replaced. Five times on an issue for consumer constitutes a lemon, and I have definitely had issues with this Focus. I love the car, nevertheless, and I think Ford will be fair in the end. They always have, and I have purchased nearly 10 Ford new cars. Notwithstanding Ford Motors recall issues, I highly recommend Liberty Ford.
The salesperson AJ provided a top notch concierge level service. It would i have been a 5 star except I made the mistake of believing the used car appraiser when he said they needed to take money out of the deal because my trade needed new tires. Now my trade did need new tires and since we were in the ballpark on what I thought both vehicles were worth, I agreed to the deduction. However, as you might have guessed they are now selling the car with my old tires. All in all, I still feel like a got a good deal, it just could have been a little better deal if I would have not believed the used car appraiser.
I recently bought a lease return Lincoln MKZ from Liberty Ford Parma Heights. The car is awesome and the price was much better than I could find a similar vehicle for here in the Cincinnati area. The transaction was smooth, painless and best, no pressure. I recommend this dealer 100%
My truck buying experience was great! I walked in looking for a new vehicle and left with a great deal. My truck was spotless and ready for pick up in a couple days over a holiday weekend. The entire process was headache and pressure free. Thank you to the entire staff at Liberty Ford in Parma Heights.
Raphael was extremely helpful, first and foremost.I was driving a 2013 Ford Focus with 56,000 miles that I had gotten used. Ever since I first got it, I noticed it made this odd shudder when I would accelerate. I went to my local Mr Tire for a routine oil change and I asked the mechanic to look into the shuddering. He told me I needed a new transmission.Needless to say I was concerned. I called up the Parma Ford dealership to ask if there was anything they could do for me and they informed me that my car was still within the warranty for any transmission issues. I immediately took the car in and dealt with Raphael, who could not have been more helpful. He gave me a loaner car and told me that my car would most likely be ready on Monday (it was Saturday at the time).Come Monday, he called around noon to tell me that they replaced my transmission (which would have been $3800.00, otherwise) and all I had to pay was a $100.00 deductible. I was over the moon.My car now runs great! I was super impressed with their level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Thank you for fixing my car, Liberty Ford Parma.
Stay far away from this dealership!!! We found a used 2016 yukon we liked and got in contact with Danielle in used sales. We were very honest with Danielle about our needs of a safe, reliable vehicle since we have three young children. We needed something large and we thought we had found the perfect vehicle, so we drove from Michigan to Parma Heights, OH to check it out. The vehicle was in great condition, car fax states no accidents, and we felt comfortable that we weren’t being lied to. Well, unfortunately we went against our better judgement and bought the vehicle at the end of May. Here we are, not even 5 months later, and the vehicle has broke down multiple times. All of the warning lights on the dash will go off, gas pedal will go to the floor, and the vehicle will shut down. I reached out to Danielle, who forward my email to the manager, since she’s not able to handle those situations. I broke down again, this time with my kids, so I emailed Danielle and finally received a response from the general manager Chris Yacobozzi. And basically since we didn’t fork out more money for an extended warranty, they won’t do anything, and it’s solely our responsibility. Which, I understand we didn’t purchase the extended warranty, but I would have never thought a 4 year old vehicle would be breaking down, multiple times, in less than 5 months of having it. Not sure how this place is okay with this type of customer service, but let this be a warning to others, STAY AWAY!!!!!! LIARS and A SCAM!!!!!!***EDITED to add, I called multiple times, like I was advised and left voicemails, and never received a call back! BEWARE!!!!!!!
Great. Mikhail had the Cmax I wanted and was knowledgeable and helpful on explaining all the features. Car runs great- did a down and back to Pittsburgh just after picking it up. Averaged 37.9 mpg which is one reason for purchase. Car has plenty of pep from start and will be at 80 mph really easily. Many premium features at a very reasonable price. Would recommend the car, the dealership, and the salesman.
Ryan in sales was exceptional - not pushy, just helpful and he listens! The finance department, somehow, made it happen. I now have a newer, lower-mileage car that I didnt think l I could afford with a full, factory-backed warranty. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I was very pleased that the service dept. at Liberty Ford found the hole on the inside of my front passenger tire. For months I had to put 10 pounds of air in the tire and I had the tire checked back in May at Liberty with no success at the time of my oil change. The best part was that finding the hole and replacing the tire(tire was not repairable) only took about 30 minutes!I truly appreciated the service I received in July.
My mother-in-law had an appointment today for a simple oil change on her new Explorer. She arrived on time and it took the service dept. over 2 hours to complete. Only when she spoke up to ask about the status after waiting forever did they act quickly. Clearly they forgot about the car or prioritized someone else despite her having an appointment. They also didn’t run the car through the car wash as they advertise. They ended up comping the cost of the oil change but that didn’t make up for the time wasted. She won’t be back. The service department is poorly managed and I would take your business to any of the other reputable Ford dealers on the west side - Gillingham, Ganley, AutoNation.
First of all, to be honest, I do not enjoy going to the dealer and having work done to my truck but I’m slowly coming to grips with the fact that products are just not built the way they were in the past and problems will arise. That being said, the staff at Liberty Ford Parma Heights truly did a great job with making my experience as pleasant as possible. Samantha at Service was very informative and accommodating. The entire staff was professional and efficient. They truly made my experience as enjoyable as possible.
We purchased our Edge from Liberty and noticed that the previous owner only used Liberty for all service needs. We were reluctant to do the same believing dealership service tends not to be very cost effective. Service pricing at Liberty is very comparable to most shops. But what we are most impressed with is the quality of work, the honesty & integrity (had clicking noise in the front end and found it was just ice) the fact they let us know step by step what’s going on and let you decide what you want to do without pressure. Just all around a painless as possible experience with a super friendly staff. We are so happy we found you guys !!!
Bought a used Fusion, the car is like any other, routine maintenance must be completed and one would think the dealer would perform maintenance and equipment inspections before selling trade ins. Apparently this is not the par for this dealership, driver door window pops when closing it - cant use until I get it to the shop, afraid window will go off track, brakes were addressed TWO days after purchase, 1000 miles later - there is a grinding sound from the rear when stopping. When turning to the right and then returning wheels to straight there is a pop that likely is from a tie rod end - which is worth noting the dealer stated on the car fax tie rod end(s) replaced - but looking at them myself - they are original. I mentioned this to the salesman when bringing the car back for the brakes but he didnt even attempt to address- if it wasnt for Covid I wouldnt have let it slide. The car is a good car, the dealer has given me the impression profit is number one, whatever it takes. Not a pleasant experience, and its not over until I get the maintenance up to par. Ridiculous.
Great experience. The sales woman Julia was very knowledgeable of the truck and was able to answer all my questions on the various 4x4 systems. Financing was 1 percent less than I had arranged outside the dealership. Julia even helped the detail team get my truck ready to take home. This dealership does not offer any type of warranty so your purchase is completely as-is which made me a bit uncomfortable. I think a 10 day would be nice in case you and the sales person missed something on the test drives.
My Service advisor Samantha was very communicative with me regarding the issues I had with my car. I brought my Ford Fusion in for a factory recall on airbags. Samantha made it known to me, that there was also another recall on my car I was unaware of. It just a couple of short hours, my problems were resolved and I was on my way. The whole experience was painless. The customer waiting room had some nice amenities. I will definitely be back when my car needs service. Highly recommend this dealership for maintenance.
Don’t waste your time or money here!! My car went to the body department for an insurance job.Was supposed to be a 1 day repair. Wasn’t even told my car was going to be driven to vermillion, upon it being there, they put excessive miles on my car, and didn’t get it back for over a week.. they claimed I was told my car was going there. I Was not... I will tell them to their face.... then tried to tell me,well we filled the gas tank... that don’t make up for the almost 300 miles that was driven on my car. 😡🤬horrible experience for my first time being at that particular location. Never again will I do business with them. How unfortunate they take advantage of customers. Seems everyone is crooks these days. You can’t trust any mechanic🙁
Brought in New Ford Escape for its First Oil Change and Checkup. The Service was excellent starting with the Tech who greeted me when I pulled into the Service Garage. He directed me to the Service Desk where a service manager took all my information and had me sign for the work. He showed me the waiting room that had coffee, TV and very comfortable lounge chairs to wait. When the car was finished the service manager brought in the paper work to the cashier and thanked me for bringing in the vehicle. The cashier was efficient and took care of my payment. My car was just outside the door and as a bonus it was washed.I would recommend this service department to anyone.
Liberty Ford was the honest one in this deal - our sons pickup trucks engine light came on only 5 months after its purchase. The service dept. & Dave or Dan told us the truth about the engine & was 99% sure it would be covered by the warranty company but they sent out a real winner to do their own in-vestigation on the engine and this guy lied to the dealer & us & said they weren’t going to cover the $4,000 in repairs!! You know they (the warranty company) were dirty liar cheaters when all it took was a letter from our lawyer & they crumbled with fear and said they would cover it after all! How many poor people have been taken by this dishonest warranty company? Some people can’t afford a lawyer so they would just be out of luck! If I ran Liberty Ford, not only would I not carry them as a trusted warranty company (because they’re not), I would see to it that they be dismantled/dissolved! Shame on your distasteful dishonest way of doing business!!
Ive been to Ford Autonation and the Service there is better than Liberty Ford Parma. During the buying process they had loaner cars for me and gave the royal treatment. But once dealer made the sale all bets are off. I experienced that recently. Liberty Service Center didnt work with me to meet my needs for an issue that was not my fault(a recall). I will not be coming back to this dealership when I need another car. Thought Id try something different but I lost on this one. Lesson learned.
Great place to buy a car!!! Bethany, Paul, Chris, and Josh were great in helping us make an experience buying a car not too bad. It was an organized & smooth process to get our car. The best experience I’ve had at any dealership!!! They know what they are doing here!! Great place!! Will buy from them, again!!!
Im new with Ford and decided to go through Libertys service center for my oil change and tire rotation. The service was so quick and simple, and it was really convenient to make an appointment online beforehand so I knew exactly when someone would be available. Oscar took care of me and did an awesome job, I will definitely return for my next service.
Would not recommend this dealership. I had truck cover improperly installed. The cover flew off on I480 as my son was driving. Luckily no one was injured. Brought it to the attention of the service director. Told me warranty had expired. Dismissed my concerns!! I had to file claim under car insurance.
Excellent service department. The appointment was set up at a time of my choosing. The vehicle was taken in at that time, without delay. The dealership offered a shuttle service to take you where you needed to go within a reasonable distance. When repairs were complete, a ride back to the dealership was arranged and the vehicle was washed and ready to go. I would highly recommend this dealership for service.
I will no longer use this company to service our vehicles due to lack of communication and constantly completing repairs that were not discussed prior to their completion. One of my vans needs to go in a third time after Liberty has failed to adequately complete the repair twice.
FAST SALE! EXCEPTIONAL DEALERSHIP!I walked in knowing what model and features I wanted in my new Ford Edge. My salesman and the manager found me a car, gave me choices for the lease payment amounts with a down payment of $4K, $5K, $6K, 12K miles per year. I made my decision, put down $500 to hold the car, came back three days later and paid the remainder of the down payment, met with leasing, signed the papers. The transaction was completed in a few hours.THE CAR IS WONDERFUL! DEALERSHIP STAFF A+++++++++
Ive never in my life had a better car buying experience! Mike and Steve are PHENOMENAL! Theyre customer service was above and beyond anything Ive ever expected which is why I drove from Michigan to buy a car from them. I highly recommend doing business at Liberty Ford because instead of having a long terrible experience they can actually make it fast and enjoyable. Theyll have my business again for sure!
Recall repair, Liberty Ford Parma Heights tried to turn it into a bill worth more than the car. But that was probably the intention the whole time, to get me to buy a new car.Took my car and the service evaluation to a very reputable and honest shop. Most of what Liberty said was needed was not needed. Their use of words like heavily and severe were determined to be very inaccurate. One service they highly recommended is NOT recommended by FORD - EVER.I dont need to go into details to effectively describe the service department at Liberty Ford Parma Heights as being very DISHONEST. I have had issues with service reps in the past, and have had good experiences as well. For that, I believe that a negative review is not warranted. Not everyone is good at their job. But regarding the mechanic evaluations, they are a money making scam. Zach, you should be ashamed of yourself.
My husband and I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from here and couldnt be happier with our experience. Our sales person Delly was very thorough in making sure we loved and were comfortable with our purchase. He worked very hard to get us the best deal on our trade in and to get our monthly payments within the range we wanted. I would recommend Delly to anyone looking to make a new purchase
They were great as far as helping me find the car that was best for me. Im happy with my purchase, however they promised to call me within a week for repair of the seat material in the rear. Its now going on 3 weeks and I guess I have to call them. If they had kept their word and followed through I would have given 5 stars.
The response time was great from the dealership. Fast communication with me, however they fail to communicate with each other i.e. sales personnel and sales manager. I had been communicating with a sales rep for about two weeks. I live and work to far from the dealership to make it there during a normal work day. I informed them that I had one day that I had to take off and would be there to look at the vehicle. Well, that day came. Again i contacted the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still available, I was told it was. 45 min into an almost 2 hour drive I received another text letting me know that the vehicle had gone to auction and was no longer there... WHAT !!! I was told the sales manager made the call and it was out of the sales reps hands. Again, communication. A person willing to drive almost 2 hours to look at a vehicle is probably pretty serious about purchasing it. Im sure if the sales manager had known they could have kept it another week or so. Instead, I wasted several hours of a day off that I dont get very often.
Awesome salesman Mark! This is my 3rd purchase/lease at Liberty and I think they are fantastic. I recently leased a 2016 Explorer Sport and it truly was a Sign and Drive experience. Called Mark to let him know I was coming in to turn in my leased Explorer and I was looking to lease an Explorer Sport this time. Told him what I wanted as far as options/payment. When I arrived my new vehicle was clean and waiting for me! Signed all paperwork and was on my way.
The staff at Liberty Ford is the best. Our sales person, Paul La Rocco is extremely knowledgeable and spent so much time with us to help us choose the vehicle that was best for us. We felt absolutely no pressure to rush to a decision. The Finance Manager, Nick, was very friendly and professional and helped us choose the best warranty packages for us.Thanks to Liberty Ford for making this an enjoyable experience.Ed and Bernie
I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. They ended up having to keep my car over night because diagnosing some lights that came on was was taking time, which is understandable. However, the only reason I found out they were keeping my car was by calling them after three hours of waiting for an update, even though they were closing for the night soon. The next day, it was already midday on a Saturday and I had no communication from them, so I called again, only to find out they had to keep my car for three more nights to wait for parts they ordered to come in. Again, this is understandable. However, it appeared they knew all of this information before I called, but I was the one that had to call to get any updates from them. I was not offered a loaner vehicle until I asked if that was an option, but luckily I was able to use my husbands car for the time being and didnt have to go through that. I rearranged my schedule to be available to pick up my car on Tuesday as they confirmed it would be ready. I called Tuesday morning to confirm this was still the case, only to find out that Dave, the adviser I had been working with, was out that day. John told me that it looked like they were working on it and that it would be done by 3pm, or 4pm at the latest. After 3:00pm, still no word from them. I reached out and talked to Rafael, who told me he would look into it. He called me back about an hour later to inform me that they were still waiting on a part and that they would need to keep it over night. He was definitely the most helpful person that I dealt with and the only person to actually call me back when he said he would. He did offer to get me a loaner for the night, but at that point I didnt want to go through the trouble of a rental for one day. He worked with me to get my car delivered to my house since he was not sure when it would be done the next day. He was also able to waive the cost of the oil change. It ended up working out after the five day wait to get my car back, and I completely understand that diagnosing/repairing a car takes time, but my main frustration is that no one was communicating with me. They seemed very nonchalant about keeping my car for five nights like it was not a big deal to leave someone without their vehicle. I shouldnt have had to call them as many times as I did just to get updates that my car was no longer going to take a few hours, but days, to get back to me. I am giving three stars because of Rafaels ability to resolve the issue and help me out, but they really do need to work on their communication with customers. I 100% understand that they are busy, but informing a customer that they are not getting their car back for a period of time should be more of a priority than it was in my situation. I feel lucky that I had a back up plan to get to and from work, but I know not everyone would have that option.
This was my 1st time back with Liberty Ford in 2 years. They do seem better with their customer service. I do not hold them responsible for the manufacturing blunder Ford calls the Escape. I mean honestly, I have owned 10 cars in my life and none of them have blown a head gasket at 40,000 miles nor did they have a reputation for doing this. The team at Liberty did make me feel comfortable and treated me with respect and supplied me with a loaner car while they fixed the car. Thank God I have drive train for life. I think I will be seeing a lot of the guys at Liberty.
Towed car on 12/3/18 because my Ford Fiestas engine flooded. Was called a few hours later and told nothing was wrong and they couldn’t “pinpoint the problem”. The service guy I was assigned to - John was rude on the phone and treated me like he didn’t understand why I brought it in.While I understand that some car stuff resolves on its own I feel more sympathy and less attitude was merited especially since that’s why I bought an extended warranty - to take it in to the service center when stuff goes wrong. This is not the first time too where I get terrible service from the folks at the service center. I also feel that saying they couldn’t “pin point the problem” is not an acceptable answer. Will be taking my car to another Ford dealership from now on...
Our warranty on our 2012 F-150 was getting to expire on 3/1/16 this year. We were going through some things at home at totally forgot about setting up a appointment. I took the ford number to work thinking Ill call at work and see if we could get in for appointment.I was so busy all day at work with meetings and finally called around 4:30 on Monday. The young lady, I apologize I do not recall her name was so polite and very understanding. She made us feel good and her intentions was to help us. She made the appointment and we dropped off the truck off that night. The service was very good. We are thinking of buying another vehicle soon and will be coming into Liberty on Pearl road to buy.Great customer service!Thank YouMrs C
Brought my car in a year ago complaining of noise in front end. They said they were unable to find anything. I left and heard noise again next day after they said they had tightened something in the rear brakes which I had done elsewhere. I am rarely off work and able to get in to shop so I want able to go back right away. I mentioned it when booking subsequent oil changes and nothing. Two oil changes ago, I get my car back and the next day run out of washer fluid. I think something must have broke bc I referred to my service bill and it said fluid checked and filled, I go to the gas station and buy a gallon of fluid and pour the whole thing in...Presto! It worked just fine. So this last trip I go in for an oil change and again ask them to investigate the front end noise emphatically stating its been going on and now its bad. I get a call that its ready, again I ask did they check the front end and tell the lady if its not done Im not gonna be happy. She says its good. They tightened a cover which mustve been it. I pick up the car and not 100 ft. down the road...noise. I go back and ask to speak to a service manager. Of course they are not in but the lady at the counter goes to talk to the tech after I told her I want someone to come for a ride with me. After a while she comes back with a tech whom apparently was not the one who worked on my car. We go and I look at him and ask youre gonna tell me you dont hear that? Of course now he can hear it. They take it back in and after half hour find it is the front shock, which of course isnt covered, and did they want me to order the part now and come back in a few days when it gets in. I dont know when I will have a chance to get back in so thanks for wasting my time and lying again.
The staff at Liberty Ford has always been friendly and prompt. In the service department I have never waited more than a few minutes to register my car for service. The service turn over time is as promised or sooner than promised. If I do leave the premises they will call my cell to let me know when services are completed.Last time while I was there the smell of fresh baked cookies took over the room. Sure enough coffee and cookies were soon available.
I went to a few dealerships looking for a truck and Christian was the only salesman that took the time to ask me for my contact information and vehicle preference with options so if they didnt have what I was looking for on the lot he would search there network of inventory to find me a truck, a few days later he had a truck in Canton brought up to his Parma lot for me and my wife to look at and test drive. My wife and I were very satisfied with the truck and made the purchase. Christian took very good care of us during our time spent at the dealership and we appreciate his kindness and professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Christian for all your help. Keith
Your salesperson Dennis seemed fair but the sales manager lowballed us on a mint condition 98 Cadillac with 81.000 Miles he offered us 300.00 dollars for car and upped the offer to 1000.00 which was a slap in the face. Because of this I will never purchase from your dealership again then you add insult to injury the bank gave us a 6.5% interest rate with a 750 credit score so you are not going to get a referral from us and you will never get another dime from me you are a predator and you preyed upon good people.
The people at Liberty Ford were excellent! I went in for my airbag recall and I was glad I choose this location to have it done. Samantha took care of the paperwork and was very friendly and professional. I was told it would take an hour to finish; it actually only took about 20 minutes. The team and I were cracking jokes when I went to pick up the keys. Overall, very glad I went here.
Went to Liberty Ford for service on my wife’s vehicle and they treated us great! The service department got the work done fast and very professional. They kept us informed and let us know that there were a few things we needed done, no pressure at all. For now on that where we will be taking our vehicles for service. Thank you!!
I bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in September of 2017. It passed all inspection tests on paper however within 8 hours the check engine light came on and the transmission started to jump. I took it in to be fixed and was told they replaced a thermostat and cleared the check engine light but couldnt do anything about the transmission. I then drove it for exactly 7 days (tranny still skipping and knocking) before the check engine light came on yet again. Took it back and it is currently in the shop now, waiting to hear back. Id like to add my salesman Bryon Wolf was extremely helpful and had nothing to do with the ordeal, he has done everything in his power to help. I will update accordingly.UPDATE: It turns out there is a $900 repair needed on the transmission and liberty ford will not cover the full cost (offered to pay for half), nor will the $2000 extended warranty they sold me. The sales manager has absolutely no empathy for my situation and has told me used cars just break sometimes. I explain to him that I only had the vehicle for 8 hours when I started having the issues and he said No youve had it for 3 months, AS IF IM A LYING. I have actual paperwork showing I bought it 3 weeks ago and that the initial problem started the same day. The vehicle passed a inspection test that included leaks but according to them, the leaks started 8 hours after I drove it off the lot. So far, Ive had the thermostat replaced, 2 engine mounts, and now a transmission cooler. I promise I will make sure EVERY SINGLE PERSON I know, knows how you dealt with this situation. I Will post this on every single review site and will be driving around with a sign on my car that states LIBERTY FORD SOLD ME THIS LEMON until somebody rectifies the situation.
Was not planning on getting a vehicle but life had a different plan. They were able to find a great deal for me, make it an enjoyable experience, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I would highly recommend going to this dealership great people and great cars!
I went into Liberty Ford Parma Heights they were great. I was greeted at the door by one of the wonderful service writers they took me in got my car checked in and made sure they understood the problem my vehicle was having. They told me it might take a while for my recall but they offered me a ride home in the company shuttle and picked me up when it was done over all great service. I would definitely recommend them to take care of your car there for repairs
Do not bring your vehicle here for service! It always seemed like something was wrong after I had left. I blame myself for continuing to go back even though there was always some issue after service. One time they change the oil in my vehicle and got in without seat covers, my driver seat was covered in black greasy marks. I had to bring it back to have the seats clean. One time I had an oil change and tire rotation, I drove down the road in my truck started to lose control. They forgot to tighten and nuts on the tire down.My truck had an issue with the back up camera, they went through all the wiring, Ben said the issue was the body module controller, that did not fix it and made my windows not open. Then they said it was the software and ford had to send a specialist in to recode my truck. Three months and 30 phone calls later I got the service manager involved. I think his name is James?.Well I bring the truck in and it’s not the software, it’s the wiring they supposedly went over 3 months earlier. So that was fun and cost me $600.Then they sent my truck to vermillion for body work. It came back with the wrong mirror on it and was throwing a error code. When I brought my truck back to get the mirror replaced they broke my aftermarket blinker in the mirror. I called them and they said since it’s not a ford part they would not replace it.I called BS and a month later I called the manager. I left 3 messages and the usually responsive manager never called me back.I just accepted they suck and just never want to deal w them again.Currently using Gillingham Ford and great so far.
I had a slow leak in my tire and had to have it fixed as soon as possible. I could only make it after 5pm and Liberty got me in that same day in less than an hour. The staff was outstanding and I will be buying my next car from them because of their excellent commitment to their customers.
So I had one month left on my expensive bumper to bumper warrant when my radio began malfunctioning, I took it in and and began describing the problems, number one it just stops working, nothing, no sound, then when its not doing that it stays on after I shut off the car and get out, it wont shut off until I hit the lock button on t he remote, the technician who checked me in knew exactly what I was talking about and assured me they would fix it. So two days later I get a call telli my me its all set including a couple outstanding recalls done so I go to pick it up and they tell me nothing is wrong with the radio so they cant fix it. Now my warranty is over and my radio is still malfunctioning, so yea Im not at all satisfied with Liberty Ford.
Terrible dealership to work with. Brought my vehicle in for a recall notice. When I picked my vehicle up after the recall was completed I noticed a large chip and scratches on my drivers side door. I reached out to multiple managers at Liberty Ford and left multiple voicemails. Not once have they called back. They do not return calls and will not fix the damage they caused. Avoid this business.
I wanted a explorer limited 4 wheel drive.I bought a explorer limited fwd because salesman said they dont get stuck in snow because of ,I believe he said true track.I hope he is correct.I love the car but the interest rate was horrible.I think the people working there are nice and helpful. Will refinance if possible.
Very courteous and while my vehicle was in for service, Mike also had door hinges replaced on my vehicle, as part of a recall, so I would not have to return just for those parts. I do like how you are treated and taken care of immediately upon your arrival. I had another problem brought here previously because of another dealerships service department not recognizing the problem which existed but Liberty Ford Parma Heights DID recognize where the problem was and took action immediately. This is why I returned here again for another problem.
I was very pleased with my purchase from Liberty Ford Parma Heights! Shopping for a vehicle can be stressful...I was not looking forward to it. Brian was friendly and made me feel comfortable looking at the different Escapes. He was patient and not pushy in any way. I ended up getting an awesome car and I had fun while doing so. It was a win-win! I would definitely recommend Liberty Ford Parma Heights...and I would recommend Brian as a great person to help you find the right car! :-)
Not pleased with the service. Went in because car would not start even with new battery and properly working alternator and starter. They determined there was an open circuit in the battery fuse box after running an electrical diagnostic. They get my car back to me and I no longer have working instrument panel. My screen is off, radio cant be turned on and my air conditioning is stuck on high heat with no way to turn it off or adjust it either. I called before I even left their lot and asked what happened... They said they figured it was already like that They never thought to call me to check though. I asked why they hadnt looked into it at all. They replied, You brought it to us because it wasnt starting and we fixed that issue. You can bring it back to us if you want I think thats just lazy and I expect more service for my money. If I bring my car in for tires and you notice I dont have brakes dont just give me back the car...even if it was like that already. I dont appreciate not having thorough service. Ill never take anything back there or send any one over there. I will be contacting the management as well. Unacceptable to me.
I experienced great pressure and frustration in trying to renew my lease at Liberty Ford. I ended up with a very similar lease through another Ford dealer with much more civility and much less pressure. I would hope this organization can be reminded by the loss of my business about the importance of the customer!
Got a notice to take my Fusion in for a passenger side air bag recall. Pulled in service bay and talked to service adviser. Took all my information and said theyd contact me.A few month later, I got another notice saying I need to bring my car in for the air bag recall. Drove back to the dealership and was told they did not have my information. Fast forward a few months later and I get yet another notice on the recall. I called, and was told they did not have me on the waiting list for the recall. I raised hell and they took my information over the phone. Finally got a notice saying parts were in, and to schedule an appointment. Was done in less than a week. I was disappointed in the fact that they took my information several times but lost track of me.
I was interested in a 2014 Chevy Malibu with 16,000 miles that they had. I emailed them to see if the car still available. My salesman name was Reggie . Wow what a true professional he was. Very knowledgeable about the chevy product. After test diving the car I was sold. I told Reggie where I needed to be payment and Reggie made it happen. Liberty Ford is fantastic dealership they definitely made me a returning customer for my next purchase. Im going recommend Liberty Ford to all of my friends and family that are in the future going look for a new car or used car.
I brought a car at Liberty Ford, I brought a Hyandai Azera from them back in August 2019. I traded my car in on the hyandai Azera, I should have not traded my car in and just got it fixed. Because now 8 months later Im in the same situation. But now have no money to get it fixed. But let me tell what happened. I was driving my car the Azera and I swerved in the other lane thank God no cars was coming in the other lane. I could have been killed. I took it to the repair shop and they told me the rear subframe is rotted out and it has a big hole in it. And it cost 1,200 dollars to get fixed. The car about to collapse. So I called Liberty Ford and explain this to them and they told me nothing they can do. But when I brought the car mind you I paid about 5,600 for it spent my life savings. They did the inspection and told me everything was good condition. So the rear subframe was rotted out when I brought it. This was very serious what happened and I could have been seriously hurt if not killed. I just dont want nothing to happen to no one else. I was so scared when that happened to me and they got the nerve not to fix my car . They sold me a 🍋and now I have no car to drive.
Worst service ever, does not deserve one star. I spoke to John a service advisor on Monday 5/7/18 about having shocks and struts replaced on my 2012 F150. I was told by John the job would take 4 to 5 hours. I called back Tuesday 5/8/18 and made an appointment for Thursday 5/10/18 for 9:20 in the morning. I dropped my truck off Thursday morning and Dave started the work order for John, then Dave went and pulled my truck into the service garage. As Dave was finishing the work order I watched a mechanic get into my truck and drive it out the back of the garage. Dave told me John would call later and let me know what work needed to be preformed and how much it would cost. I then had their shuttle driver take me home where I waited for John to call. John never called so at 2:00 I called John to find out what was going with my truck. He mistook me for another customer and started telling me how the tech could not find anything wrong. I asked what are you talking about I brought my truck in for shocks, he then found my work order and told me they have not started working on my truck yet but he would get it into the garage and call me right back. When I asked what time do you close he told me 6:00 but dont worry youll have your truck back today. Liberty Ford had my truck since 9:20 in the morning it was after 2:00 they had not even stated work on my truck that would take 4 to 5 hours and they close at 6:00. About 15 minutes later John called and started babbling some nonsense about its late and it would cost more for the delivery for the shocks and started talking about doing the job tomorrow. I told him take my truck off the rack send their shuttle driver to pick me up I will take my truck someplace else for the shocks. His attitude was like ok fine, like he could not care less about wasting my day and my time, and like I was somehow being unreasonable. I called back and spoke with Jeremy the service manager, he was unaware of the situation and said he would look into it and call me back. Jeremy called back and said they have the shocks, they would do the work today and he would knock 10% off the price. I refused his offer, at this point it was close to 3:00 they had my truck for over 5 hours and had not even started the work that would take 4 to 5 hours to complete and they close at 6:00... I did not trust the quality of work that would be preformed by some hurried or frustrated mechanic. After I refused Jeremys offer his attitude also seemed like ok I tried to make you happy by offering 10% discount, you dont what it, again like I was being unreasonable. I picked up my truck and left. I was not being unreasonable I was fed up by what I see as incompetence and unprofessionalism at Liberty Ford Parma. I will not do business with any Liberty Ford dealership again.
Awesome service Mr.Hudson told me he was going to do a simple swap of my 2012 Ford focus for a 2016 focus with only a minor changes in my payments. The whole time I told him I didnt believe it could happen and I dont trust dealers. In a few short hours (wouldve been sooner but I had lots of questions went on serveral test drives and left for an hour came back) he got me approved for a 2016 focus that I now love with only a few hundred down AND no first month payment! Thanks again for everything and all of the staff were friendly! Also Im writing this review days after and since then Mr.Hudson and myself are in contact by email. I emailed him days later and almost instantly he has replied to all of my questions and concerns I had. Its important to have good customer service of course when your trying to sell something but to still have it after I already signed and purchased the vehicle drove off the lot and days later to still have amazing customer service shows that its genuine. I will continue to do business and take my car to Ford thanks to all the people that are there. I will also recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.
I requested that my tires by rotated and they were not. I did not realize this until I checked my pressure gage on my vehicle after I left. I work full time and it is inconvenient for me to go back and follow up with work that was not performed. When you request work to be performed as promised, it takes more effort to go back and complain it wasnt after investing my valuable Saturdays off to use your services. It might have been better invested in going to a quick oil change place.
I recently took my 2014 Ford Fusion in to have recall work done here at Liberty Ford. I mainly dealt with Mike(dont know his last name but he has an immaculate beard). He got my car in and out in the quoted time while arranging me a ride home and back so I would not have to wait at the dealership until my car was ready. When I went and got my car back Mike gave it back in BETTER condition than when I had dropped it off. On top of taking care of the service you come in for, they provide a multi point vehicle inspection, and wash your car for you. Mike also made my day because the blower motor on my car went out prior to taking it in for service and my vehicle is out of warranty, but he was able to provide a simple yet effective temporary solution to my problem buying me time until I can pay to have the part replaced. Based on my experience I will definitely return to Liberty Ford in Parma Heights and will recommend to friends and family. To Mike and the rest of the service staff, thank you again!
Big thank you to Dave in service. Yes buying used can be tricky, no its not always the dealer/salesman/service departments fault when things go wrong. Dave has seen me multiple times attitude & all but in the end he has always worked things out. I am truly grateful there are guys like him around.
Liberty Ford Parma HeightsLiberty Ford Parma HeightsCar Dealers6600 Pearl RdParma Heights, OH 441305.0 star rating1/3/2017On Saturday 12/31/16, I was at Parma Liberty Ford trying to help a friend find a used car. She left without a used car. I stayed behind and saw a brown Titanium Ford Escape that had just came off the truck. I fell in love with the color. I drove it and still loved it. I traded in my 2014 Titanium silver Ford Escape with 21,333 miles on it. The manager wanted my car so I traded in my car. In fact it is on their lot now. In extremely great shape. I had both Andrew and Mark help Jr with the trade and the new car. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARMA LIBERTY FORD TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT CAR. If your looking for a Ford Escape Titanium, look at mine. They have 4 on their lot and mine has the lowest mileage. See Mark or Andrew, they are awesome, as us everyone else Ive dealt with over the past few years.Holly E.
Service department was outstanding ! Both Courtney and Dave in the service department were very Courteous and Concerned with the repairs that needed to be done on my Ford Explorer. The Mechanic did an outstanding job and had me on my way. Nice to deal with people who CARE about customers needs !Many Thanks ~ Dale Havran
I went in to have them look at a tire that was leaking air. I had them schedule an oil change and tire rotation while was there. The next day I noticed the same tire was leaking air, meaning they not only didn’t fix my tire but also didn’t rotate the tires. I checked the oil and it looked clean, so I’m pretty sure they actually performed that part of the service. I took the van to another service center to finish the work that Liberty was supposed to, and paid, to perform. Next time I’ll skip the middle man and just go to another service station.
I made a last minute appointment for the works package. Tires were rotated, oil change and filter, all fluid levels were topped off and was able to get the $10.00 rebate. Even the service technician put in the computer for my rebate to be mailed to me. Liberty Ford went above and beyond my expectations. If i could rate them higher than a 5 star rating, i would rate them at a 15 star rating. They also checked oIf there were any recalls on my 2016 Ford Escape. I will come to Liberty Ford in future dealings.
I found a Jeep on CarGurus that I was interested in, Daniel at Liberty Ford was very quick to respond to my request for information and even though the car I wanted had sold he was able to find another for at one of the other dealerships, held it for me over the holiday weekend and when I went to see it he got was very friendly and accommodating. I bought the Jeep and have never been happier with a car buying experience. Thank you!
We recently leased again from Liberty Ford. We chose another Ford Focus! Paul La Rocco helped us and is the reason we came back to Liberty Ford Parma Heights. He worked to find what we wanted in the price range that we needed to be at. Everyone that we talked with during the lease process was very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back after this lease is up.
Was told the day i made my appointment about a transmission problem in my lease that it was only going to be an hour.I got there and they said 2 hours.2.5 hours later they finally finished.I have had my car in two times before that, 1 oil change, and another Recall on it. Dont get why they didnt say anything on the transmission recall when it was in when they knew about it. I will not be going to this dealership anymore.
We dealt with Paul La Rocco previously for my fiancees Focus. It was a pleasant enough experience that we went back to him to order and purchase my 2017 F-150. Mr. La Rocco was responsive through email as I inquired about the status of the vehicle along the way. We would go back to them if we were to be interested in another Ford product.
UPDATE: I contacted Liberty Ford again after they replied to this posting. They were quick to fix the problem at that point so I am changing my review to four stars because they were great in the buying process and quick to resolve once I posted this review. ORIGINAL POST: Everything was great until I drove off the lot and had a problem with the car. Now they wont call me back. Its been four weeks and multiple attempts to get a response. Guess once they have your money they dont care about their customers anymore. I wont be buying from them again.
Tried to buy a car from Liberty Ford but they didnt want to take my offer on a vehicle. They completely misrepresented the vehicle and want all the money for it. They advertised this vehicle as clean retail when the car had side door rocker panel damage and after test driving it the car also has an electrical problem. I gave up buying this car from them, I decided to keep looking for the vehicle I want. This dealership is a Steal-ership!
Women customers beware ! I have brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Liberty 4 times since August 2018 to have the air conditioner repaired. The repaired air conditioning only worked for several days and then it goes out again. It is still not working, this time it only lasted 3 days! Each time I have bought my Escape to this dealership they find other parts that need replaced in addition to me paying for the air conditioner, parts and labor. I have to pay for a rental car . I have given them several thousand dollars without satisfactory results. I feel that they are taking advantage of me because I am female and not automobile savvy. I am still waiting to here back for the General Manager and it has been over 1 week since I called and left a message. I gave on star because I can not give less!
Ive taken my vehicle to this location numerous times for the same problem. A Powertrain malfunction, which causes my vehicle to lose power. Ive waited 3 weeks to get an answer from either the tech, a service advisor, or a service manager as to what is going on, but when the service manager called back today, he claims that he is just hearing about this problem and that it takes a day or two to hear from Ford. If it takes a day or two, then why have I been forced to wait 3 WEEKS, only to get a return call because I called YET AGAIN to follow up?! Seems as though several folks here have dropped the ball, but no one is claiming responsibility. Needless to say, in the 22 months that Ive visited this location, Ive noticed that five (5) different service advisors come and go (one of which I was told had simply walked out), and yet the quality of customer service keeps getting worse. Someone needs to step in and bring in some better management.
I recently needed a new vehicle. Decided to go with a liberty certified pre-owned car. Even though I went with used these people treated me as if I were the most important person they were dealing with through the whole process. The experience was far better than anything I expected. Amazing care and service.
Living in Erie, Pa, Ive never done a deal like this primarily over the phone. That said, Mark Marcinowski made my experience absolutely amazing!Up front and comfortable would be my first 2 words that come to mind.If you are thinking of buying a vehicle, do not hesitate to call this man.Mark, thank you so much for everything! I love my Titanium Ford Fusion!Greg F
I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The service was ok. I was made to feel uncomfortable about my credit (been supporting two households and so my near my limits on most my cards, but paying on time). I didnt care for some of their policies regarding used car sales, I wasnt offered an extended warranty but was pressured into purchasing GAP insurance (which I found odd). Of all my previous car purchases, this was the first time Id ever paid asking price for a vehicle and have yet to receive the title I need to license the car. The overall experience was good, but these are some of the issues that will cause me hesitation in going back. I serve on the board of a church, and even though many members there have asked me about my experience with Liberty Ford, I have refrained from getting into too much detail about my experience (good or bad).
The service here has always been good. From the salesperson (Reggie, who still remembers me and asks how my family is doing) that I bought my car from, to the people in the service department - it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone in the service department is extraordinarily helpful. This branch is the epitome of great customer service.
This dealership is ineffectual and incompetent. It was unable to complete a warranty repair correctly, yet lied and claimed it was complete. They billed Ford for the repair and have never once responded to all of my calls and emails requesting repair completion of the AIRBAGS. The people who I called were the Service Manager and General Manager. They wont even call you back! Do not go here, members of the general public! You will be ripped off and will not receive good service! BEWARE!!!! WARNING!!!!
What can I say but Thank you!! Dave and the service team really jumped thru hoops to get my truck repaired in 1 day. You never want to hear the bad news and lets face it, when the tech guy calls you most of us are like Oh Great, but to have a crew like Liberty does it helps to ease the stress. Thank you!!
As a person who values their time, I was absolutely 100% impressed with Liberty of Parmas speed and professionalism. This was hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had and I will recommend this store and their staff to everyone. Lavair and John were an absolute pleasure to work with and I appreciate their efforts, this is a world-class dealership.
QUESTIONABLE SERVICE PRACTICESI brought my truck in for several doors rattling & truck vibration at highway speeds. Service called back said something was loose inside passenger and they wanted to apply foam for $83. Also found tires out of balance due to weights that fell off, they rebalanced tires. They charged me for all services at $238. When leaving service I reviewed prior service records from 9 months earlier where they road force balanced all tires and applied the weights, a service advisor there said if they were applied correctly in the first place they should not fall off. When driving home the door rattled the same as they did before. I called back and returned the truck s few days later, I told service I was not in agreement that I paid for tire balance when tires were balanced by them 9 months earlier, they agreed. Later that day they called and said the driver/passenger doors had issues w/strike plates & latches, they were sending to vermillion body shop. A week later I got truck back after replacing both latches. I said the only thing I was alright paying for was my $100 extended warranty deductible on the door. The tire issue was for faulty installation of weights and that was not adequate service. I figured I would have been reimbursed $138, instead they offered a free oil change. I didn’t care for that but it was about equal in value. When picking up truck the I was sent to pay $100 deductible in addition to the $238 I already paid, I advised I was not ok with that since I paid for service that I shouldn’t have (foam in door when latches were faulty & faulty tire weight application). They said ok you don’t have to pay another $100, I said that the deductible should come out of that $238 and residual should be the “complimentary” oil service. At the prior tire service I had issues also. I had extreme vibrations at varying highway speeds. Liberty blamed my new tires from Yorktown automotive that had been road force balanced.Yorktown rebalanced tires but said tires were fine but my tierod had play in it. The truck still vibrated badly at highway speeds. I returned to liberty ford and they said the tires were cupped (they had like 4K mikes on them) & our of balance. They put tires on from another super duty, test drove and said vibration was gone. They referred me to Yorktown to warranty the tires, Yorktown automotive was fair and obliged. They did not feel anything was wrong with tires but they put me into a new tire. The vibration persisted so I returned truck to liberty ford, they said I was going to be charged for all services from here on out because the truck was fine. I took a tech for a test drive at highway speeds, he couldn’t believe the amount of vibration in the floor, seats & steering wheel. They still insisted it was the tires so they swapped out tires from other super duty (just like they had previously done) to prove me wrong but this time they miraculously observed the vibration. They purchased some vibration analysis equipment and that detected a failed front axle u joint, bad tie/drag link rod & bad steering dampener. They confirmed and replaced under warranty. No apologies as it was never the brand new tires or the second set of brand new tires. My point is that their standards must be low or they don’t allow their techs proper time to investigate issues, resolve them properly and have someone check the work. It sucks because they are the closest dealer with the most convenient locations but I feel like a bad customer when I go in for service. I called ford corporate about the problems and they start an “inquiry”, there’s no follow up with the customer so what’s the point??
We can in with a tall order, a vehicle with a $200 to $250 a month payment. Our salesman, Paul LaRocco, was great. A good used was still too much as we only had $500 to put down plus the very old trade in. Leasing was the way to go and Paul worked the numbers and vehicle type to get the payment we were looking for.
Dave at Liberty Ford Parma Hts was awesome!!!!! Service for my 2014 Ford Escape was going to take longer than a day. Dave stepped in and had a loaner vehicle ready for me to my surprise. Dave also kept me informed of the time frame when my vehicle would be ready.. Great Service!!
MY one of the best ford dealer ever i i visit and have service for my commerical van 250 .All the employee or staff are so honest and always ready to take care of custember , i would suggest all my friend and and family go there and get service for one time and you know by yourself how the service and staff of these dealer.
Called last week to schedule an appointment (spoke with Kyle) I told Kyle that I had an extended warranty and asked if I could bring my paper work in prior to my appointment so he could check to see if warranty was still valid and if not if he could let me know so that I wouldnt waste my time. Kyle stated that it would not be a problem. So, last Friday I took the paper work to him and he stated that everything looked fine and that he would see me Monday. I arrived Monday after work only to be told an hour and a half late that my warranty wouldnt cover the work. Its one thing if I asked Ford to tell me what was wrong (mind you I told them what I needed and they agreed) but I dont appreciate my time being wasted which I clearly stated on Friday. You have just lost a customer.
I had been looking for a low mileage Ford Escape, mostly online. I found one I really liked at Liberty Ford in Parma Heights. I contacted them online and was told the Escape was still in stock. I decided to drive 70 miles to look at it.When I arrived it was freshly detailed inside and out. It was what I had been looking for so I looked it over and took it for a test drive. Delwyn Hudson was my salesman and he was a pleasure to do business with. He was honest and up front. Two qualities I look for. Would do business with him again. Really like my Escape so far!
I brought my 2012 ford focus in because the passenger side window wouldnt roll up and the car is under warranty. I made an appointment at 11am took it in and never got a call back the rest of the day. I finally went up there at 8 to see what was going on, the manager said they leave at 6pm and they must not have gotten to my car sorry. i asked why it took so long and why no phone call was made to let me know. He finally said i could get a loner car so i could get to work after being a condescending dick and giving excuses why it wasnt ready. Worst dealership experience so far wont be buying another car from a Liberty Ford again.
The sales person I worked with here was a racist. He excused himself after making bigoted comments towards black people during the test drive by saying Sorry, I am a little bit racist. The same sales person was unfamiliar with the sales process and offered me things that they were unable to commit to. My trade in vehicle was in the shop while I was shopping around. They purchased my vehicle sight unseen, after I offered to return another time with it, and after called me to complain about it not having all of the OEM parts on it. The entire process was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, they had the truck that I wanted with very low mileage. I wish Ford hadnt stopped making the Ranger so that I could have found one elsewhere with equally low mileage. Here it is 3/5/16 and I purchased my truck on 1/21. I still do not have a title memorandum. I am unable to transfer the title in to my name and my temp tags are about to expire.Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.Update #1 3/9/2016: A manager/director of their marketing department (corporate) contacted me about my reviews. He informed me that they have a zero tolerance policy for these things and that the sales person that I worked with was let go. He asked if there was anything else that they could do to help fix my poor experience. He followed up with the dealer to make sure I was going to get a copy of my title. They informed him that after I spoke with them on the 5th that it was mailed out. After, the sales manager from the Parma location called and asked if I felt that sensitivity training would, in my opinion, be sufficient... rather than firing the aforementioned sales person. I said this was fine... However, I am not so sure this should be a decision made by a customer. I feel like this is inappropriate to ask of me because on one side I am being asked to perpetuate this employees bad behavior and teach him that his actions are acceptable (is sensitivity training really going to change him?) and on the other side I am the sole decider as to whether or not this person has a job. I am not this employees manager and what does this say about your zero tolerance policy?I asked the sales manager why I had not received my title on time and he sheepishly admitted that it was because he put a note on the title saying not to release it to me. He said his intention was to call and convince me to give them the OEM wheels that were not on the car when I traded it in. Unfortunately, he either forgot or misjudged how much time had gone by and therefore it was never mailed to me.Yesterday I received my memorandum title and got new plates for the truck.Kudos to the marketing department for monitor your reviews and acting upon them.
Liberty Ford was above and beyond anything I could have even thought possible. Our sales man Matt was wounderful. He an Aj both were great. The found exactly what my husband wanted and the color he had his heart set on. Mind you Ive bought at least 10 cars myself in the past with the last three being leases. All from Bob Gilliam. No more. Liberty is our car dealer from now on. And Matt is our salesman.

2022-07-12Mayer Khalil was my salesman. He was friendly, and knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. The whole process was simple and easy. I even stopped back a couple days later, Mayer (my salesman) remembered my name and greeted me as I walked in to ask a couple questions. I am a repeat customer of Liberty, and will continue to buy from Liberty in Parma Heights. Thanks for the great service.

2022-06-19I am overall satisfied. However, when I left the parking lot I noticed a small crack in the windshield. I didnt notice during the test drive because it was on the wiper line and had pollen covering it. My front left tire has been losing air and even with the extra coverage I paid for the dealership had no appointments until next week. I love my car and Miguel was easy to work with and didnt pressure us at all. I just wish I was made aware of the windshield!

2022-03-24Jack and Josh F were outstanding! They were efficient, clean, honest. They even went so far as to work around my schedule and deliver a car to me. I was so impressed... 10 stars if that was possible. I really appreciated how they respected my busy schedule and made it all work. Add to that the car we bought for our daughter was in excellent condition and is another amazing Ford product.

2022-07-24Just recently moved from FL and I was looking for a place to bring my 2012 F350 diesel. My dad brings all his vehicles here and said they had some of the best mechanics he knew. If he couldnt figure it out they figure it out just by listening to it for 2 mins. I called about a week prior and spoke to Dave in service (10+ year) to set up the appointment with Peter the Diesel tech (12+ year). I brought my truck in 3 days before Christmas for them to look it over from front to back since it had made 3 trips to and from FL. Also we were hearing what we had thought was a suspension noise either shock(s) or bushing(s). They were finished in less than 1.5 hours and they came to speak to me. Let me know they could not find anything wrong in the suspension (good!) and they did fill my tires to reset the tire pressure light (the light had just come on the past day or so). They also kindly reset my oil change light since I had done it a few days prior. They did let me know they saw it was leaking/seeping coolant from somewhere (cleaned it off) and applied dye to my system. I was extremely grateful for this since I knew for sure since I had bought the truck 1.5y prior I would randomly smell coolant but we could never find a leak (even pressure tested). It was never hardly low on coolant either. They said to bring it back after the holidays so they can track down where the leak is coming from.I am so grateful for Dave and Peter, thankful that I have found a new shop I can trust my diesel with. Highly recommend.

2022-05-10Dennis Spisak was our salesman and he was awesome! There was no pressure to talk us into buying a car we didn’t want. He genuinely tried his best to help us find exactly what we were looking for and he delivered! He was kind, courteous, and thorough. He patiently sat with me and demonstrated all the features. His supervisor made it a point to come over and thank us for our business. They are a great group to do business with! I highly recommend Liberty Ford.

2022-06-30My wife and I drove 2 hours each way from Pennsylvania for the deal we got on our 2020 Ford Explorer. They let us load car seats in and take our kids on the test drive. All questioned were answered. The managers truly appreciated our business and have followed up to make sure we are satisfied. Our salesman, Miguel Bautista, was professional and personable. They even stayed past closing time to finish our sale. Thank you, Liberty Ford Parma Heights!

2022-03-18I have bought many cars from many dealers over the years and the Liberty Auto Group far exceeds all of my buying experiences with the other dealers. They go above and beyond during the sales process to create a easy and seamless buying process. I felt like family after we finished. Thank you Mayer, Josh, and Sean for everything. You have a customer for life!
