Great prices in a car love the mustang convertibles that they had in the showroom. See photos attached to plenty of shopping in the local area including big box stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking including handicap. Handicap accessibility. Just a couple miles off the interstate easy to see from the road. Located in the old super Kmart building a large inventory and side to choose from.
My wife and I have bought and leased from Liberty Ford . Sales was pretty good and we had zero issues getting a reasonable trade in on both of our vehicles. There were some bumps (not their fault but issues with title transfer since my last state was electronic title) We are both happy with our vehicles for the most part (more to follow after I take mine back in for an exhaust leak (less than a year and 3,000 miles into the lease). Maintenance was ok (and the reason it’s only four stars instead of five was the three hour oil change for my truck, my wife’s oil change was just over an hour)
David was super awesome.. I went in not expecting to come out with a brand new 2021 SUV. Everyone there was super friendly and answered every question I had. I’ve been to a number of dealerships and by far this was the best experience. Very rarely do you have sales people who take the time to explain things to you and that they did from the sales team to the finance team. Awesome experience I’m so blessed to have had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Liberty Ford!
I wouldn’t purchase from Liberty Ford in Maple Heights again due to poor customer service following sale. I purchased a used vehicle about a month ago, the sales process was marginal and there are no issue with the vehicle. When I picked up the car I was handed one key with fob. I asked if there was a second key and was told by the employee he’d check with his colleague to see if he had the other key, he then said sometimes the other store location where vehicle came from (Aurora location) holds on to second key, until sale is made. The employee stated he’d find out and let me know either way on Friday. I didn’t hear from him so left him a voicemail after about a week. Still didn’t here back, so left another voicemail during week two. About four weeks and five voicemails later, including one VM left with store manager, no one has returned my call. Yesterday, I called Aurora store (where car came from) and the most friendly and helpful young man took time to research and let me know they only had one key on hand for the vehicle I purchased. I was relieved to finally have an answer. All I wanted was the common courtesy of an answer to my question. It’s a bit humiliating to be ignored and dismissed immediately after purchasing a used vehicle, has me feeling somewhat regretful and has certainly dampened the car buying experience. I wouldn’t buy here again or recommend them to anyone else. Fortunately all is well with vehicle and I can go to another location with my warranty, if needed. The employee who handled my sale worked in finance, not sales, but just happened to approach and assist me that day. He was all in and responsive until I drove off the lot, living up to portrayal of a used car salesman. I initially thought he might be off for the holidays, but twice when I called someone stated he’s in his office, before transferring me to his extension… still no answer or return call. My guess is he knows there’s not a second key. Thing is he never promised me a second key, he only stated he’d look into it and let me know by Friday, but four Fridays later… not a word from him. I can live with there only being one key, but there’s no excuse for such poor customer service. Funny thing is, during the sales process, I left dealership and went home, twenty minutes away, to grab the second key for my trade in vehicle… of course there was no pressure for me to do so, but I’m always considerate of others and wanted to provide both keys. I’ve never written a review of this nature, but I can put this experience to rest and move on now. Beware
I was a potential customer of Liberty Ford today until I overheard the Sale Manager Marley at the Maple Hts location talking badly about my situation and laughingMarley was on the phone with someone unknown to me. She didnt realize I was behind her. Id spoken to her earlier thisevening about buying a car. She ran an app and got an approval. I agreed to the down payment, monthly payment and just need to come pay and sign. When I arrived she was on the phone so I walked around the show room with my daughter. When I came back to the counter she was still on the phone but I just waited patiently. Initially I wasnt listening to her conversation until key words sparked my attention and I realized the conversation was about me. Whomever she was on the phone with she was laughing with about my past repossession and the fact that I didnt want the Ford Eco Sport she Initially tried to sell me. Marley then turned around and realized Id heard her conversation and LITERALLY HER JAW dropped. I just said ok fine bye and started walking out. Another associate followed me out and began apologizing and tried to somewhat console me...Marleys words deeply hurt, angered and embarrassed me. I fought back tears talking to the the gentleman that followed me outside. I refused to cry in front of my daughter.I wasnt an ideal customer but I was a customer and should have be treated as such. Marley lacks integrity and is bad for businessKind regards
I had the best experience @ Liberty Ford Maple Heights location it started with Clay in the collision center I was sidewiped by a semi. Clay was very lind and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to put my mind at ease, my car was deemed a total loss Clay arranged for a sales person to assist me in purchasing a replacement vehicle. Big shout out to Bryan Hawkins and Randy Smith who got me back on the road on no time flat. I highly recommend Liberty Ford in Maple Heights
Took my mom there to get a new (to her) vehicle this past week. I had taken my daughter there almost 2 years ago for her first vehicle as well. Although we didnt get the same salesperson as previously, the service was still the same..... Excellent. They did everything possible to get my mom into a vehicle. We are quite satisfied with everything. Highly recommend requesting Bryan Hawkins to work with you in your vehicle purchase or lease.
My experience working with Rich in the body shop was 5 stars. His experience and knowledge in his field was exceptional. Professional all the way. If you have a problem take it to Rich!!Just wanted to leave another review but this time for the service department. From the receptionist to the service specialists everyone was courteous and polite. All around one of the best Ford dealerships that I have dealt with!
I truly enjoyed my buying experience with Mr. Armstrong. Very knowledgeable when it came to my car questions. Also I found him to be very patience when I did not understand some of the issues about Towing. It has been a few years since I have purchased a Ford product. Due to Mr. Armstrong Liberty Ford has a new customer.
I had been looking for a truck for over a year. I test drove a couple of trucks but none had everything I was looking for. I decided to look at one more before giving up for a while. Levair Armstrong was my salesman at Liberty Ford this last time. He was the most laid back salesman ever. Finally an easy transaction with no stress. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle without any of the usual pushy salespeople.

Top to bottom disaster experience with Liberty Ford Brunswick. The GM is a sarcastic and unethical individual— top down these guys are only thinking about selling today’s car. Not tomorrow’s or next years. Poor ethics and customer service all around. If I treated my customers like this I would have none. There are lots of dealerships to choose from. Steer clear of this one. I won’t spend another cent at Liberty Ford!Update: called and left a message for Andy first thing this morning. Still waiting to hear back at 4:00.
I traveled from out of state to purchase my vehicle. I arrived at Liberty was greeted and introduced to salesman handling sales. All paperwork was ready for my signatures. Plates attached personal belongings switched and off for my ride home. Quick painless and flawless experience. I would recommend them to anyone. I would also do the same again. Had an issue with my Ford F-350 tried several places around ohio to try to get it looked at. Every dealership said they couldn’t get it in. I travel all around and am over 1,000 miles from home and liberty Ford told me to come in and they would squeeze me in. Scott Anderson was amazing and took into consideration my travel situation. Him and the diesel mechanic at liberty ford went above and beyond to get me back on the road!! I strongly recommend if your looking for any services or auto needs to call liberty Ford!! There aren’t enough stars ⭐️ for this dealership. One day wait and I’m back up and running.
My latest experience was very upsetting . I take all my vehicles there even if they are not fords. My newest vehicles I brought in was done there as well and someone ripped my dealer tag off the front plate. I feel highly offended that because my suv had a crestmont tag someone ripped it off my vehicle Noone there pays my car maintenance or note. So for that I will no longer bring anymore of my vehicles back. It is very disrecptful to me.
I took my car in for a tire repair about 3 weeks ago to the Liberty Ford in Maple Heights. I do have the tire maintainance agreement since I had purchased. Instead of them checking the agreement, the service sales person charged me 71 dollars just for a simple leak. He asked me if the tire does this quite often like once a week, I told him no. I still have tred on my tires. I could have taken this to my neighborhood tire repair and it would have been less inexpensive. I will never do that again
If you plan on writing a check for your vehicle, they probably will not accept it. Save your self time and aggravation and bring with you a cashiers check. Wondering how much to make it out for, forget about offering them less than asking price, didnt work for me. Find out how much for tax and title work.
The professionalism was very much appreciated. Its environment was clean neat and well organized, the people friendly and knowledgeable looking forward to doing more business with them. Oh! Last week on the 7th I took my Ford Explorer to their service department to see why my check charging system light kept appearing after replacing the proper parts. They did a diagnostic on my car and figured out what was wrong with it. ( a/c compressor and alternator connector) when I got the car back from the dealership I heard a rattling sound in the front of the car, mind you I was driving the car prior to taking it up there and there was never any sound. When I called up there to inform them I was instructed to check under the hood for any loose pieces or items left under the hood, of course there was nothing under the hood and they claim that they did nothing for the vehicle to make that sound and it’s simply because of the a/c compressor. I feel like they made a mistake somewhere and don’t want to own up to it because I was driving the car for a whole week and no sound but the moment I get it back from the dealership is when the noise starts. They also programmed a key I got from Amazon saying it wasn’t starting the car when it was clearly a FORD key on my key chain I only had the other fob because the buttons were worn out on the original which I explained to them, I believe they did this to cover up the mistakes they made on my car
We turned in our F150. We were assured we could get financing for a lease. They gave us the paperwork and we returned a few months later, when the lease was officially up. We were told that we could not get financing for another lease because the employee lied. We were there all day and left with a used decent Escape. They told us that our last lease payment was made. We received a phone call from Ford Credit today and were told that the payment was never made.Dont trust them.
I went here since I has bought my last vehicle here. Told them what i wanted to be payment wise with my negative equity. First day i came in, Randy didnt seem like he wanted to deal with me at all. Was dealing with Justin who was great. Told me that my payment would be $100 a month more then I wanted. After figuring finances went back again and had the vehicle picked out only to find out they werent willing to help me at all with my situation. I also had a recall on my clutch and still had to pay $100 deductible. I dont understand why I had to pay anything if it was a recall. Fought with the service department, but still had to pay it. Not very happy. I love Fords, but after this, I may be done.
We had a great experience at Liberty Ford in Maple Heights buying a certified pre-owned Ford. Matt Radeff was the best! He was very nice, personable, and helped us get a lot of paperwork taken care of before we came in to expedite the process. We never felt pressured, he was very easy going. He didnt try to upsell us, and was able to give us a really nice deal! When we finished up the buying process with Reggie Cohen, he was equally great! He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and was also very nice and respectful. Both men spoke to me as a car buyer and didnt treat me like I was (to be frank) a stupid woman - which doesnt always happen when I am looking for a car. Thank you!
My car buying experience with Liberty Ford was good. My salesman Casey was excellent in explaining the process to me and answering any questions that I had about the deal. He also did a good job of explaining the features of the car to me and even went so far as to set up my radio for me. Thanks again! Reggie in financing made the sale easy and did his best to work with me on an issue that came up which I appreciated. Altogether these gentleman made my experience pleasant and I will be referring customers to them for their car buying needs.By the way I love my 2016 Fusion!!!!!!!!
I was having problems with my vehicle an appointment was made to talk to the general manager at Ford and we sat down and talked about the problems I was having and he really listened to me and he began to work out the situations right away. He did not let me leave until I was satisfied with the results. Im very happy we could work everything out.
My car is running like clock work, after getting a oil change and vehicle check when I purchased the car on May 4th 2020. The plastic is still on my sunroof visor.I just feel like I should have had to use my points for services that should have been done at the time of purchase.I understand that we were pretty much in quarantine at that time, someone should have contacted me to come back in for services when it was safe again.SincerelyYvonne King
I don’t recommend. My vehicle had an appointment on Wednesday morning at 8am. It wasn’t even looked at until Thursday. I was told Thursday the part was ordered and the tech would work on it Saturday since he is off Friday. Today, I had to call for an update. Then I was told it’s on a parts hold and I’ll hear from Mike Monday, since he is off today. This is the last time Liberty of Maple will be servicing my explorer.I called yesterday, still waiting on the part. Advised Mike at 4:00pm, I would be in tomorrow at 7:30 to pick my vehicle up as I was taking it elsewhere to be fixed. He explained that he would check with technician to make sure my door was put back together. I received a callback that my vehicle was together and parked out front.When I arrived this morning to get my explorer, Mike was nowhere to be found. My keys and invoice was on the counter of his station. Another service advisor had to take care of me because he MIA. Not to mention my door was not put together.Its funny that it took an actual dealer almost a week to receive a part for fix my door lock. When the same part was ordered through this exact dealer and was delivered the next day!! Liberty Ford of Maple Heights is a JOKE!
When I walked into Liberty ford I was at my wits end. We had been to multiple dealerships throughout the day from Massillon to Maple Heights. I was immediately greeted by John. I asked for a specific car they had listed on their website. Pete who was nearby asked exactly what I was looking for. He immediately said he had the perfect vehicle based on my description. Pete took us in the shop to look at a car that they took in on trade the previous evening. My daughter fell in love the second she saw it. It was not cleaned yet or serviced. We decided then we needed that car.We were informed that the car would need to pass their service department inspection and need to be cleaned up. We would be able to accept delivery the following week. About a half hour later Pete took me aside and told me my daughter would be able to drive the car home that day. They brought someone in to clean the car after service gave it a clean bill of health.The memory I will hold dear for a lifetime is when I was able to hand her the keys and tell her she was driving it home. The smile was a mile long she continued to smile on our 30 min ride home from the dealership. I could see her glowing smile a few car lengths ahead. Thank you Liberty Ford.
I highly recommend this place to whoever wants to get into a car. I recommend that you talk to Matt the salesman. Really great attitude about things and a general happy tone to himself. I recently went there to return my lease on my 2017 Ford Fusion SE and I was met with very friendly customer service from him right from the start. Although I was originally there for another salesman named Walt Bailey who wasnt there at the time and I was a little hesitant because I was with Walt for a very long time but I thought Id give Matt a shot and he didnt disappoint. Now Given my situation I dont have the best credit score around. So with that being said I did walk out with the same 2017 Ford Fusion SE but they helped me get into another car (the same car in this case) with a not so good credit score and so I appreciate them for doing that.
We purchased a Ford Explorer from Liberty Ford Warrensville Heights over a month ago we have a paper saying they would mail the extra key. I have called several times to the lady that sold us the car to find out about the key and either she does not call me back or when I finally reach her . Her response is I will find out what happened and give you a call right back . 3 days later and still no call back.I have now put a call into someone above her. And still no response. Selling us the car was a breeze. But after they sign seal and deliver. Goodluck trying to get any help after that.Wendy of Akron
I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership. The whole experience was stress free and exactly how I hoped it would be. From my initial visit to the final purchase they provided top notch customer service!I would definitely purchase another vehicle here & especially from David Archer.
Overall pleased with the service, but extremely long wait times to have vehicle serviced. Waited close to 3 hours (11:30 am- 2:15 pm) for an oil change and had to go to main service to ask if service was completed vs. being told it was finished.May still continue to get oil change at Liberty Ford, but may go to a dealership closer to my neighborhood. The one where my service was done is typically crowded with many people waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.
I brought my car here after the dealership I originally bought my 2018 Explorer from did not address my sunroof issue properly among other things. Hesitant to take my new purchase anywhere after all the headaches I just went through, I choose Liberty Ford Maple Heights and I’m so glad I did. The service department at this location is AWESOME! They are very courteous, friendly and clean, not to mention fast! After explaining to them the issues I went through with the other dealership I bought my SUV from, they took me in like family! They are attentive and did a fantastic job. I have already recommended this service department to my family and friends and will continue to bring my SUV here for all my service and maintenance needs!

I have been going to Walt Bailey at Liberty Maple Heights for 7 years now to buy my cars. He has always looked out for me and treated me like family. He calls to check in on me, to make sure the car is what I wanted. He has addressed any questions or concerns quickly, focusing on what is best for me, the customer. My most recent car he found for me, called me to come test drive it, and helped me with rebates and specials to get me the best price.The rest of the crew that I have come across have been pleasant and helpful as well from the service department to the finance department. I cant wait until its time for me to buy my Mustang!
Absolutely, the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! Drove nearly 7 hours to pick up a new car I just had to have. Talked to salesman Matt the day before I headed there and he couldn’t of been more honest about everything there was to know about the car, good and bad. 20/5 star rating for him if I could! Extremely helpful and easy going the entire time. Especially purchasing a vehicle during the times were in. After we signed the papers and were ready to leave we noticed one of the tires was defected, no fault to the dealership as they were brand new. They went out of their way to get another tire for me, which wasn’t easy bc it was a Pirelli, that day and get me back on the road! The tires had to end up being replaced once I got home and they even fronted the bill for that without a question. They truly did what was right and I’d happily drive back to Maple Heights to purchase my next car just bc I would know I can trust them 100%... so Matt, Reggie, and everyone else that was so helpful in this purchase, THANK YOU! You guys really are the best!
Had a very good experience. Tonna was my sales associate and he was very easy to work with. Car was sitting upfront when I arrived we took a test drive came back got right to business. Did work with me on my trade in. Only thing that was a little disappointing was every thing went so fast and smooth deal got done very quick but when it came to financing I waited over 2 hours sitting around just to get back to finish paperwork. Once i was back was done in less than 10 mins and the finance guy was great. Pretty good and easy experience overall.
The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. I bought a certified pre owned explorer that had handling problems after three trips to the dealer still wouldnt drive right. Finally had to take it to Liberty Aurora, and pay the $117 alignment fee to get it done right. Maple Hts. Liberty wouldnt even call back to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Save the aggravation and go to a different Liberty for your cat buying and service needs. Been 9 days now. I call every day to try to reach Jeremy in service but he wont call me back. Tried to get a hold of the GM he wont call back either. That gives you an idea of how there service is. I will call back again today and on Tuesday Im just going to show up there and try to talk to someone about mu problem. If not maybe the customers I talk to will help me out.
I have had an absolutely awful experience with them! I live out of state, and it is taking forever for anything to come in. I also just found out they havent even sent the paperwork for my trade in so I am making double payments when I dont even own one of the vehicles anymore.
I had a fantastic experience at Liberty Ford. We submitted an inquiry online and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. We were greeted promptly by our salesman, Mr. Arana Lynch who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and my financial circumstances. Mr. Lynch was very experienced, patient, and really went the extra mile when it came to finding the car I wanted. His colleagues were the same way. My service was fast and personable, and I did not feel like I was just another sale for this company. I highly recommend buying your car from Liberty Ford in Maple Heights, as I was not treated this way at another dealership.
Had a great experience with the purchase of my last two F-150s. Overall the staff was exceptional and was ready to help without being pushy. My salesman, Lorenzo Martino was beyond helpful and listened to what I needed from the minute I walked through the door. Was able to turn my prior lease in a few months early and get a great deal on a newer model truck. I could not be more please with the overall experience. Also, from prior experience, I know their service department is second to none. I would highly recommend checking Liberty out. And ask for Lorenzo if you can.
Good morning Marley. I just wanted to say. You have one of the best crew of guys working for you. In all my 30 years of buying cars. I have to put you guys right there at number 1. Arana Lynch is excellent, uplifting and knowledgeable salesman. He made me feel like I’ve known him for years. The fact that he allowed me to test drive the truck without riding with me was perfection because it allowed me to really test drive the vehicle. Your guys was quick,fast and to the point and most of all, you kept the deal you promised. Really appreciate you guys and your financial guy. Didn’t catch his name was just as friendly. I was concerned about my car and if I was going to need to start putting a lot of maintenance into it. I am an essential employee and I was concerned with all this stay at home order going on I would not be able to get a good car that I would need that would fit my large family. Liberty Ford Maple took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I got want I wanted. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a car to buy here.
New to Cleveland and needed my Ford repaired. I took it in for a oil change and ended up need much more work. The car is old so I was surprised. They needed a few days for parts and work and ended up only taking a day and half. I was very happy and able to make it down to Columbus for Mother’s Day. The car is running great “knock on wood” and the staff was very nice, took time explaining everything, but not going overboard where I felt like I was being sold. I will go back, hopefully just an oil change next time. :) great staff and service team!
I have always had a good experience with Liberty Ford of Maple Heights for over 25 years. They are good, so if its not broke.....Why fix it? My experiences over the years has taken me to every department of Liberty Ford Maple Heights (Sales, service, parts and collision) with no drop-off in customer service or quality workmanship. I just recently had a serious problem with my 2018 Ford Fusion and it was resolved to my expected satisfaction. The staff and management at Liberty Ford Maple Heights are top of the line people, who are professional, courteous, friendly and understand customer service. Someone may feel Liberty Ford Maple Heights is paying me to write this however, this is how I truly feel about this company. As a Ford retiree, I am very critical of any company that I send my friends and family to, especially one where I worked for over 30 years. I would recommend Liberty Ford Maple Heights to anyone.
Was searching for a specific Ford Fusion (not a hybrid) and was not having any luck with whom I normally deal with. Out of the blue, my husband gets an email from Arana at Liberty Ford Maple Heights. He sold us another car years ago via internet. He had the exact car we were looking for my 18 son and the right color amazingly. We had to move fast. He went the next morning to Canton himself to pick up the car. We met him at 4pm that same day with the car title, a down-payment, the 2012 Fusion for trade in and financing in hand to purchase the vehicle. We drove it off the lot 2 hours later. My Sale person truly made my experience great. A friend of mine contacted Lorenzo Martino (my sales person) and had him contact me directly. (best referral ever). Lorenzo contacted me right away, no pressure and simply wanted to help me find what I WANT. I was very busy so we handle everything over the phone. He made it easier for me since I didnt have time to stop by the dealership. I expressed how I am working on my credit, had visited other dealers and was approved for vehicles I didnt find interest in. At Ford Liberty, the team was able to find me a program, lender to help me build my credit and got me a beautiful Ford Fusion. This meant a lot for me because this car was a surprise gift for my wife. It was a dream come true for me to be able to surprise her with this vehicle. I truly appreciate everything Lorenzo and the team did for me to make this a reality. I did NOT think that I could have accomplish this. I am so happy that I didnt settle for the other dealerships. I cant stop talking to my friends and family about my experience. ABSOLUTELY GREAT EXPERIENCE! I wont go anywhere else. Ill be back in two years. :)
I had a problem with the tire pressure. The service representatives performed a thorough check which included the evidence of items that might damage the tires. The work was done in a timely manner as needed. The franchise provides quality service for a variety of customers.
I went in for 22500 servicing, the staff was very courteous and fast. I have bought two Explorers from Liberty Ford before my Stang and I have always been treated fairly. When I bought my Mustang the sales staff actually gave me a celebratory send off!. I have never been treated like that by any other dealer when purchasing a car. Liberty Ford is great and if I buy another car (I plan to keep my Mustang forever!). It would be from Liberty Ford as I have had a great experience with them. Shout out to Arana Lynch from sales, he made my purchasing experience fun and enjoyable! 5 stars!
I purchased a vehicle within an hour of testing driving it, I had financing already lined up and approved with a Credit Union. I waited hours for the paperwork to be completed when everything was finalized my salesman offered to deliver the vehicle to my home which I thought was very nice unfortunately it turned out be an empty offer, because two days later I picked up the vehicle myself. After arriving home I looked through the owners manual and papers hoping the keyless entry card that has the code on it was still with the vehicle it wasnt. I emailed the Sales Manager and left him a voicemail asking if he could provide me with the code, I left voicemails for the Salesman that sold me the vehicle as well neither email or my phone calls have been returned. I guess once you buy the vehicle and drive it off the lot thats where service ends. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I have yet to have a negative experience with the service department at Liberty Ford of Maple Heights. Staff is always friendly and efficient. I also appreciate the fact that they dont try and upsell or recommend services that are not necessary.Keep up the good work Liberty Ford!
Had body work done in the Collision Center and they did a phenomenal job!!! very pleased with the time, effort, detail and energy put into restoring my Lincoln. work was awsome and went beyond my expectations!! when i purchase a new car, I will definitely be buying from Liberty Ford!!

I would say that I am very satisfied with the service that I received on my very first time at this dealership. I took my Ford F-150 in for a power steering problem and Jenna Cafani was my service advisor. She handled everything for me in regards to the warranty company and any payments that needed to be handled. My truck is back to new again and I really am appreciative.
Phenomenal, all staff are extremely knowledgeable. My Salesman Brian Hill could quickly answer any questions without hesitation. I Had previously dealt with Cary Decapite. When I came in he was on Vacation and Brian Hill flawlessly stepped to the plate and unselfishly waited on me knowing Cary would get the credit. My initial visit to the dealer was during service on a focus and bumped into Cary in the showroom. After speaking with him for 5 minutes I knew I wanted him to sell me a truck. I Let him know I would be back in the spring as I was just kicking some tires. Greg Davis was forthcoming and easy to follow in his explanation of finance and warranty packages. He was able to offer another $750 dollars in rebates by taking the time to research our current vehicles and see that we owned a focus that qualified. Ford really comes through in the training of staff and maintaining dedicated group that really want to provide the best opportunity possible. I inquired with Liberty Ford immediately after leaving another dealership that told me that they couldn’t get me into a car with a decent car note because of my negative equity. My first interaction was with Lorenzo via email and since the beginning he was very professional, thorough and committed to getting me into a car I LOVED with a car note I could handle. Lorenzo was never pushy and shared with me all the options available to me. I also worked with Bryan Hawkins and he was just as amazing. When I arrived, I expected to get an oil change and one recall issue only. I was told they would do both recall issues which made me happy. After my work was completed, I was told there was no charge. It was unexpected and made me extremely happy. I paid the money forward by serving someone else. Thanks again!!!!!
They got me in fast. I was told that I needed brakes at another shop. Went to Liberty and they told me that the other shop was wrong that there was a good amount of material left. They were not just after the money. They were straightforward and honest. Highly recommend. Although I did research ahead of time and found service coupons that they said they didnt know about. But since I showed them that they were posted on their website they gave me no problem in honoring them. Great service.
Had an appointment at 7:30 to get a oil change they took my car drove it around to the back side of the service department about 15 minutes after I arrived I waited roughly about two and a half hours approached a service advisor asked them the status of my vehicle upon that I noticed my car being driven to the lift I asked if that was my vehicle he stated yes I asked why did it take so long he said he was short a employee Im a understanding person I understand that those type of days occur but the issue I have is. one I wasnt told of this that it would take this long or offered a ride home or to possibly reschedule Ive been there many times over the years by far this was the worst visit . And during the pandemic the last thing I wanted to do was sit around inside of a building with strangers for nearly three and a half hours.

My salesman was extremely knowledgeable on both the new and used inventory. He took the time to take me on multiple test drives and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We worked with the used car sales manager to reach a fair price on my trade-in. The finance office is usually the part of purchasing a car that I cannot stand. Most finance managers that I have dealt with in the past are too pushy and always trying to tell me the extras that I need to purchase. The finance manager at Liberty Ford, Pete Syntax, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely personable and did not try to push any extras on me that I did not want. He thoroughly explained the finance process to me and I felt at ease when I left his office. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Very nice experience with Lorenzo Martino, Sales...he was very patient with me, as I wanted a car that I like, but also one that would fit it my budget. He showed me every available option for the style I wanted, even those that were at other Liberty locations. He was very knowledgeable and even came in on his day off to finish the process with me. He gets 5 stars, the only reason I gave it 4 overall had nothing to do with him personally. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I bought a car from them last week. I did get a fair price, but the car was not detailed. Find it really tough to believe that a dealership this big would sell a car so dirty that you would keep finding sunglasses, food particles, paper clips inside the car.Fifteen minutes into driving back from the dealership, I heard the brakes squeaking. Called the sales guy who I must say was really good. He asked me to call later and set up an appointment. Tried doing that and was told that they had checked the brakes and replaced pads and rotors prior to putting the car up for sale and now they are not responsible. I could pay and get it checked by their technicians. No Thanks. Had your technicians really been competent and done the job properly or if you had really changed the pads and rotors my car wouldnt have been squeaking each time I braked.Over the weekend, I had further surprises in store, drove the car through I80 and went to 75mph. The car started vibrating so violently that had to slow down to 65mph. Will take the car to neighborhood Firestone and get it checked. Phew. Stay clear of this place and avoid getting unsafe vehicles on the road.*******************************************

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox in October of 2018. When I test drove it and decided I wanted to purchase it, I discovered a few mechanical issues. (Noises coming from the wheels) I spoke with the sales manager and I told him if he was willing to correct the issues I would purchase the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was approximately $10,500. A few days after I purchased the vehicle I dropped it off to be serviced and the technician said the noise I was hearing was a wheel bearing and to my knowledge they replaced it. I continued hearing the noise so I called the service dept again. I brought the car in and they said they took everything apart and greased it very well. Again, I still heard the noise. I took it back a third time. Keep in mind Im still hearing a roaring noise as well which is the wheel bearing. The service dept said it was some type of rotor and that the part had been ordered. When the part came in I took the car in to be repaired. Again, I still heard the noise. At this point I was told there was nothing else they could do and that they had done all they could do for me. So one day I get in the car and the hands free options disappeared out of no where. I took the car to the Chevy dealer to have it repaired and to have them diagnose what the noise was coming from the wheels. (This cost me roughly $200) I was told I needed a wheel bearing (which Liberty Ford claims to have replaced) and also a lower control arm and ball joint. When I called Liberty Ford back and spoke with the sales manager he was Not willing to do anything else for me. I then called to speak with the service manager who was very kind and told me to bring the car back in. I showed him the estimates and what Chevy said was the issue with the car and Liberty Ford was not willing to fix the bearing or the ball joint and control arm. However, this particular time the noise I had been hearing was no longer being heard. The service manager told me since the ball joint, control arm, and bearings is not what was making the noise that they would not repair those items. Not even a month later that awful noise that I was hearing is back. I am so frustrated. Chevy quoted me roughly $900 for the repairs. I would not refer Liberty Ford to my worse enemy. I have been ripped off. Who pays over $10,000 for a vehicle and has to pay hundreds more in repairs. I have been trying to contact the general manager to see what can be done. Its not fair...

Went in with an emergency situation and they were no help at all. Said they were busy and it would be a couple of days and I would have to leave it. I am single, no other form of transportation and have to work. So went somewhere else more customer friendly. I have bought 4 Fords since 2011. I will not buy another one.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Liberty Ford in Maple Heights. After having a very bad experience at another dealership that told me I couldnt even test drive a car without my own insurance, I was very happy to be treated as a valued customer by Tonna & Michelle. They were even willing to pick me up at my home and bring me to their establishment. Everyone was friendly, I felt they were concerned about my needs and they knew what I was looking for and didnt try to sway me in another direction. I wish I would have went to them first.

My experience with Liberty Ford was a great experience but very time consuming ( thats why I didnt give 5 stars) I love my 2013 Ford Focus. Once you get past the little stutter in the take off the ride is smooth. I would recommend Liberty Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My salesman Guard was the best.
First I. Just state that I have always been more than satisfied with the services that you offer. I would offer 4 stars.My concern is the manner of customer service during this Critical health period. No on wore masks or sanitized their hands between customers. The computer that we has to sign in was used by all with no disinfecting. One hand after another. In paying forsevices the person also did not clean hands. Took charge card with bare hands. I would think you could permit and have a charge unit so customer could handle own charge card. Employees walked near without distancing.I do realize that this is a business with many customers and employees but I truly believe you could manage more care at a time like thisRepeating,car servicing was good but health care poor. The wife and i drove just over an hour after work to look at a 2019 ford flex sel awd. After arriving at the biggest car dealership i have ever been to lorenzo found us and showed us the three they had in stock, we took it for a test drive and lorenzo explained every feature on the vehicle, everything about the warranties plus the extended ones. They worked very hard and fast to get it financed for us considering it was already 9pm, they were very friendly even allowing our grandchildren to play in the cars. The finance guy was terrific explain how much each extended warranty would cost and asking about each one before we got it by the time we were done it was around 10:30pm. So in closing when i buy another or anybody i know needs a new car i will recommend Liberty Ford in Maple Heights.

I had a wonderful experience leasing a new Ford Escape at Liberty Ford. My salesman was Bryan Hawkins. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He also asked me for what I really wanted out of my new vehicle and gave me a vehicle with the specifics I requested. Th finance team also took the time to answer my questions and addressed my concerns. By the end of my experience I was able to lease a vehicle with what I wanted and within my price range.

Bought a beautiful used car here. The sales department is great!Unfortunately, the service department is quite abrasive and disappointing.The night I drove my car home I noticed a rough idle. The car was clicking and shaking. When I took it back to the dealership the next day, the service guy kept telling me nothing was wrong with my car and that the sound was normal until I pointed to the sound under the hood. He then kept the car for a couple days, and returned it saying that the purge valve had been stuck open. (The receptionist had to ask him to tell me what was wrong with the car because he simply handed me the keys with no explanation).Upon driving the car home after that and for several weeks afterward, I noticed that my car would shudder severely when I was taking off from a stop sign or red light, at low speeds& under low acceleration. When I took the car back when it first began, the service guy told me again, that my car was normal and nothing was wrong. He gave me lecture about the dual transmission and told me to get used to it or get a new car. He then proceeded to test the car only under high acceleration, and told me over and over, to the point where he was frustrated, that the phenomenon I was describing did not exist in my car. When I tried calling about the problem, which had worsened a few weeks later, the man on the phone got immediately upset as soon as I mentioned the shuddering. He told me he looked my car up in his computer and that there was nothing wrong with it. I could bring it in if I wanted, but that I should either get used to it or get a new car.A few weeks later took my car to another Ford dealership. As soon as I brought it in, it was diagnosed as shuddering and being OUT OF SPEC. The service department replaced my clutch and seals in less than a day all covered under a ***WARRANTY (14MO1) that was specifically extended in my car for shuddering at low acceleration, that the previous service department neglected to mention***.So, my car runs AMAZINGLY. I am very happy with the service I received from the Ford Company, but disappointed with the Service Department at Liberty Ford Maple Heights.

Ive had my car serviced by both their service department and their collision center aand theu are really good about keeping you informed about your vehicle and where they are at in terms of service/repair and making sure you are aware of estimated repair times. Also if something comes up they contact you in a timely manner to let you know whats going in. I really appreciate that about their customer service.

These people at liberty keep going above and beyond my expectations. I was very picky with the truck that I wanted to every last detail. They did not try and talk me out of my wants. The salesman (Frank) was in constant contact with me. I just got the truck and I am so happy. Costumer for life
My F150 Ive had for ages, but I was spending about 300 a month on fuel, figured I would buy a high mileage late model fusion that had great service records from liberty, the day after I bought the car a p0303 code popped up, translated that means misfire on cyl 3. Doing research found the 1.5L turbo motor had a major flaw, in that at startup and flex of the motir, a bit of coolant was allowed into cyl 3, the service manager said bring it in and let us look at it. Next day I got a call from him and my nightmare was confirmed. He tried to run it through Ford, in which they said a big NO, far too many miles. But he would call me back. He did soon after, the car needed a new motor. Himself and the GM of liberty went above and beyond what was expected, new motor cost was over 6500 bucks, but he said if I just pay a small percentage of that, the dealership would pick up the remainder. I was floored. Within a week I had the car back, new motor installed, 3 year warranty and all! I especially appreciate this because at the moment my mother was passing and I was torn up about it. I cant say enough good things about the management of this dealership!
Loved our Experience GREATLY!!!! We went in a few months prior and we were trying to get a car, but we had a difficult time because I am self employed. So verifying my income was sort of tricky. Though we werent a big money buy or people looking for some brand new car our salesman Lorenzo helped us every step of the way, he worked with us for almost 4 hours. Unfortunately that day I didnt have all the right paperwork for the deal to go through, but Lorenzo was patient & very accommodating. Fast Forward a few months after we got all our paper work in order, we arrived and found Lorenzo. He cheerfully helped us again every step of the way and we got our family a much needed new vehicle. He exceeded all our expectation for the deal, warranty and gap insurance!!! I would recommend him to anyone. Thx you Lorenzo Martino!!!!
I came to Liberty Ford, Maple Hts. to get a flat tire fixed, as I always do I walk around the showroom to look at newer cars. Lorenzo Martino stopped me to ask about a survey (I think) he wanted to let me know how much my car was worth, well I had time to kill, so I said why not, not buying anything today. how wrong I was after driving two cars in the lot I liked them more than what I had which was a 2015 Edge. The car I wanted was not on the lot... But somehow one was just arrived at the lot and had everything I wanted. the next thing I know he gave me the key to the car. Everything had been approved I was shocked I drove home in a 2017 Escape. Lorenzo is an awesome salesperson he took care and pride in making sure I had just what I needed. Great salesperson. Oh I brought my daughter in a few days later and she bought a nice used car.
My experience with ford has been great. I have been going strong with a ford since 2009 and every 2 years.,Im riding in a upgrade from the 2 years before. Bryan Hawkins has helped me get the best deals for every vehicle I have driven from ford in. Great salesman and services. So give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

This place did right by me. I live in Pittsburgh and saw the car I wanted on the web. If you have a chance to work with Lorenzo Martino please do he was great. Had had my car one day after making contact with the dealership. Lorenzo even took time out of his day off to make the two hour driver and deliver my new car to me at work!

Great service! Walt and Cary were so nice to work with and I love my Escape. They took their time with me in making a decision and made the leasing process as quick as they could. I didnt think I would like it as much as I did when shopping around for a small suv. The escape is a great value.
Brian Hill is an excellent salesman. We connected over the Internet and I visited Liberty Ford strictly because of his excellent follow up over a few months while we moved to the area. His follow up was consistent without being overly aggressive. He should train others how to do the same !I bought my car because of his knowledge and professionalism.
I was very excited to go drive a car I seen on line. It was exactly what I was looking for. I drove over an hour to get there. They even set up an appointment so someone would be ready for me when I got there. That is where the honeymoon ended. The salesman I was to see was busy. The salesman I got had no personality. I mean no small talk nothing. So awkward on the test drive. The car needed washed and vacuumed. I literally couldnt see through the dirt to look for dings or flaws. I was clear that the situation was stressing me out and I did not want to be there all day. I walked out when the salesman showed me paperwork with a 7.9 apr and a payment about a$100 over what i said i would pay a month. I know what rates I qualify for and that was an insult
2013 I purchased my first vehicle...2013 ford fusion from the maple heights location and had no issue. I absolutely loved that car !!! The price was perfect everyone was great so I figured I would trade in the vehicle and did so for a 2015 explorer but this time around everything was horrible and frankly I wish I didnt go back. I started dealing with the trade when I was 7 months pregnant. I felt pressured and felt like all he wanted was my money and not a satisfied customer. Finally after a couple of months I was ready to commit. The initial price that we agreed on (I still have the signed agreement) was not met but at this point I was ready to just get everything done with. I was give a truck that wasnt detailed yet or even the one I wanted... just driven inside from the lot. He insisted that I had to take it and I would have to return to get it detailed. I then asked for a spare key. His response was that it was locked in the office and I would have to get that another time too. Not even 24 hours later I tried to get in contact with the salesman, the manger, anyone ! I was ignored and given the run around. I felt as though they got what they wanted and I never existed. I have left surveys, I have left voicemails, I have even talked to ford credit about what I can do. And NOONE ever helped or even tried. I am beyond disappointed and have promised myself to not continue with Ford and to spread the word. I work with Hilton properties and plan on getting Ford discounts taken away by any means necessary. Its ridiculous. Im paying a price I was told I wouldnt, for a car that I didnt want, that wasnt detailed prior, and I only have 1 key. Better customer service and management is needed
Service department is amazing. I had a problem where I would have paid $550 minimum at a ford dealer closer to me. So glad I made the trip to this ford instead!! They found the problem to be caused from a recall issue that was supposedly fixed last year at the same ford dealer that wanted to charge me $550. In the end all I paid was $65 for the diagnosis. Do your research. Just because they carry the ford name doesn’t mean you’re getting the best service. Will definitely be going to this dealership from now on!
Nothing bad to say about this place whatsoever. Very friendly and knowledgable staff and my salesperson Jay was amazing!! He really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for so that he could put me in the car that was perfect for me not only in features but also price. My previous car was totaled due to a hit and run so going car shopping for the first time was stressful and nerve wrecking for me. James Kidd turned it into the best experience I had. He knows how to cater to his customers and cares about making them happy and making sure they get exactly what they want.
Made a service appointment online on Monday, July 22nd. I made this appointment for Saturday, August 3rd, because I can not afford to miss work and would need to wait for the vehicle while it is being repaired/checked out. So basically two weeks out. I gave the purpose of my visit, a check engine light. I gave the code number. I figured all was well. And I had my appointment.Fast forward to today, the day before the appointment I have waited two weeks for. I get a call from the service department, saying I need to reschedule my appointment. Why? Because they don;t have anyone there on Saturdays that can fix a check engine light. So I wait two full weeks for this appointment, and I am called the day before to reschedule it?I was told it was because I made the appointment online, and didnt talk to a person. Um, then why allow people to make online appointments? I then asked why I wasnt notified until the day before my appointment that I had waited two weeks for. I was told because they did not know until today what I was bringing the car in for. Yet, I have an email, confirming my appointment, including the reason I am coming in.So I then ask when the next available appointment is. 10 days away, August 12th. Which is a Monday. Here I thought I might get in a little sooner than the next available appointment since I had made an appointment, waited two weeks for it, only to then have it canceled on me by them.So now I need to drive around another 10 days with the check engine light on, plus I was told I need to leave the vehicle there, and cant wait for it while they fix it. So I asked about a loaner car perhaps, since my Ford has only 9700 miles on it, whatever is wrong is under warranty. Nope. But I can rent a car from them for $30 a day. Unreal. Was hoping since they are the ones who screwed this up, maybe they would figure out a way to get me a loaner.Dont get me wrong. I understand if they dont have anyone there on Saturdays that can do this work. I get that. My bigger issue is they knew why I was bringing it in, and I had to wait two weeks for an appointment, only to have them cancel the day before.8/9 Update:I contacted Liberty through Facebook on 8/3. I was told that the General Manager would be contacting me to help resolve the issue. Here it is a week later, and I have not heard a word from them.
From the minute you walk into the dealership you are welcomed with a firm handshake from one of their salesmen. They are highly interested in finding you exactly the type of car you are looking for. Although I was simply browsing; I was able to extensively walk around the used car inventory. The salesmen Steven Bissler was a great help and ran through the competitive pricing. I would highly recommend taking a visit if your in the market for a vehicle.

I am giving one star because the salesman I worked with was amazing, kind, and we connected outside of the new Ford Fusion I was looking to purchase.Everything was great and I was honestly considering purchasing the vehicle until the manager came over. What a @#$%. First off, he bad mouthed my current car, 2011 Mazda3 saying that those are hard to sell. Okay, whatever, you are used car salesman, I get it, you have to do that to get me to trade it for low. Then he became argumentative when I told him it is in the shop getting the clutch replaced and had the audacity to argue with me over why I purchased GAP insurance on a certified used vehicle. You know why? BECAUSE ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.Even after I told him I am very happy with my bank and would not be interested in financing at all, he insisted on making me later for my dinner date by going over all of my options. I tried telling him Im not worried about my payments, I am only worried about how much the bottom line is on the car, he continued to talk condescending to me and argue with anything I said.NEVER will I go back to this store. Still looking for a 2015 Ford Fusion SEL if anyone sees one :-)
This is one of the best dealerships I have been too! They were fast, friendly and very professional. They knew what they were doing and had a lot of prep work done to make it fast. They worked hard to get us a car, even when it seemed impossible, they pulled through and even dropped the price of the car. Walked away with a 2016 Dodge Challenger!! Alex Yearout was an exceptional worker and even put overtime in to help us out! The financial manager also worked hard to get us in the car! Thanks again Alex Yearout! The WORST WORST service I have ever received. If you have a choice please do not go to this dealership... They bate and switch. Very nice to get you in and promise you everything but the kitchen sink. They are liars and after they have your business you mean noting to them. God forbid you have a question and call back the next day, Ive called serval times and no one in finance ever called me back I left several messages for the director of finance and he is just as bad as the finance managers. I did not feel like I was being played. I felt like I was dealing with a trusted friend. I will be back.
I got great personal attention from the staff, especially Chad Musiek! I brought my 2014 Escape in for service, and the car was repaired much quicker than I would have expected. I had a leak in my car, I took the car in for service. Gary was off that day of which I was sad. But the other team members made me feel like family. The first day I was given a loaner car and the second day I received a shuttle ride home and back. My car was washed and ready.I would like to thank the Ford team for making me feel important.

Great service as always. Prices are reasonable and service was done quickly, a plus as I waited. Washing the truck is a great touch, as I hate washing cars, and the Escape is high enough that I cant really reach the top.Great, friendly staff in both service and the show room......the coffee isnt bad either!! :)
I bought an Escape here and it was fine. However I was in a car accident about five months later and went to have my car fixed at a Ford dealership down where I go to school. Apparently they did not fix it correctly so I brought it to Liberty where I purchased the car. It was fine at first, however they have had my car for over a month, and I have no idea when they are going to fix it. Everything is on their time and I feel as if they dont care about how frustrating it is not to have my car. They never call to give me updates; I always have to reach out to them. They dont know when theyll have it ready, and it just seems theres always an excuse. I am a college student and I need my car. They gave me a rental, but I cant drive it because Im not 21. I have to drive my mothers car which is an inconvenience for everyone. Im just truly dissatisfied with them, and Ford Inc. for the service Ive received. Which is a shame because I learned to drive in a Ford, my first car was a Ford, and I genuinely love my Escape. However, this is unacceptable and Im highly disappointed.

In addition, while the closing process was lengthy, the warranty review was complete presenting multiple options for vehicle service for the expected life of the car. Ron at Liberty Ford Body Shop in Maple Hts did an outstanding job restoring our 1995 Ford Crown Victoria. Our car needed a little work as it only had 35,000 miles. Now it looks like it is brand new. My Dad and Father-in-law were Ford employees at Brookpark. We cherish this car and what it represents to our family. Earlier we had mechanical repairs by Don Lincoln at Solon Liberty. Great job Liberty.
Everyone here was so helpful in every way. They let me know all my options to purchus a new vehicle. They even got me into a better car than I thought i could get. They were friendly too. This will be my families to go place when ever we need a new car. Trust that they will be helpful and straight forward throughout the whole process. The who time working with them, they put me first and not to many dealerships are like that. When I finalized my purchus, they made me feel so good by having the whole staff there clapping,beeping horns and congratulating me. It was great.
Was the best dealership i dealt with through my car search, within 35 minutes of being there i was in a vehicle test driving it. Im not a big Ford person but i had to get a fusion. Thanks to Lorenzo and the rest of the staff there i went home with a car that i was in love with.

2022-01-09Went with someone else to purchase a vehicle. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. He had worked with someone outside the dealership who referred him to Casey who went over everything thoroughly and was able to get him into the truck he wanted. The process was pretty quick and straight forward and he left a very excited customer with a truck he loves!

2022-04-19Where do I start. Salesman (like a group of them) didnt know basic things like warranty info of EV battery. Also they were clueless on the basics of blue cruise. Rather than offer to look anything up they should know already they let me Google it for them. IT IS SHAMEFUL FOR A CUSTOMER TO KNOW MORE THAN THE SALESMEN ABOUT WHAT THEYRE SELLING. They had also lent out my charge cord to someone, then only tried to give me the 120v adapter when it also is supposed to come with a 240v adapter. Worth noting the charge cord was pictured with the vehicle. Took days to get me the basic cord and probably a week of me following up to get what was supposed to be with the car. I will go out of my way to go to any other dealer. There were other things I wont mention here but the Maple Heights location is awful. Drive a little further go to Aurora.Edit: yall have my phone number. The above was with management involved. Also nice taking almost a month to get the title to my lender. Cant get plates.

2022-03-04Worst service Ive ever recd. The service staffs communication skills are sub standard; they didnt tell me I would need to leave my car overnight, until I arrived for my pre scheduled appointment (1.5 weeks in advance). They offered to take me home and pick me up after my car was serviced, but when it was time to pick me up the next day, they werent sure they could. Then they sent their driver to pick me up out of the blue; no call to let me know he was on the way. Very poor service. They even tried to charge me for a service under their CSP warranty for defects under recall. Im rethinking going back for future service.

2022-02-04Their service department has gone completely down hill in the last few years. If you’re assigned Scott as a service writer, just ask for someone else. Gave him benefit the first time, the second time - same thing, nothing but lies and lack of care. Twice made an appt and car waited to even be diagnosed. Was told car couldn’t even be looked at because of the ‘chip shortage.’ Once a week to get an oil change, but always the next one, day after day. Car sat outside during a snow storm, after it was ‘being looked at right now,’ went to pick it up and it was right where I parked it. Nothing but lies. I’ve purchased numerous cars from this dealership but won’t be back based on the last two experiences with the service department.

2022-05-21Im sorry but Ive been to other Ford dealerships and this by far is the worse dealership Ive been too. Had my car for over 2 weeks and told me they could find nothing wrong. There was no communication at all, if I hadnt showed up in person my car would have not been worked on. When I showed up my service writer told me that no one had looked at my car and he was going to assign another mechanic for my problem because the original mechanic was just to busy. Then showed up a WEEK later only to hear that they didnt know what was wrong smh. I spent $2000 on a rental car for no reason. Thats not even all, not only did they not find the problem they didnt even fix the minor repairs I asked for my window still doesnt work, at that point I was over it $2000 later I was left with nothing but apologies and nothing was touched ok my car. You can never get anyone on the phone, I dont recommend going to this dealership. This isnt my thing to complain but please beware of this dealership.

2022-05-13Paid a full down payment & the salesman lost the key. Im assuming there was no spare key because I was never offered a spare key… Ultimatey I sat their for 2 hours up until they closes watching the salesman look for the key. I Couldn’t drive off the lot with my vehicle. The same sales man briefly lost the key after the test drive a week earlier.

2022-04-28Have ford fusion hybrid 2019 posted on Cars.com for 18.5k ish. The cars.com site links to their website, which has the same car listed for 22.5k ish. When I texted to chat and also called to ask for the true price they never gave it to me. Three total contacts and they did not give me the price of the car. Kept trying to get me to drive over there for a test drive. This strikes me as dishonest and shady. Only buy a car when the purchase involves pushing a button. I recommend avoiding dealers that advertise untrue prices.
