I had the misfortunate of having my vehicle being total loss. My dealings with Liberty Collision (and Steve Schram) were outstanding. I found Steve to be very fair and honest. In conversations with State Farm, they too give Liberty Collision excellent ratings. It is without question I should I need auto collision repairs in the future....I will return to Liberty Collision

I had a phenomenal experience with my first ever visit to Liberty Collision Center in Hamilton, OH. I am very skeptical of mechanics and I am even more picky about who works on my vehicle. Needless to say I have very high expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my car. Liberty Collision Center demonstrated that they are very detail oriented, and thorough with great customer service. I highly recommend services with Liberty Collision Center.

They were absolutely amazing from the time I called needing to get my car in after hydroplaning and having the front bumper ripped off.They took wonderful care of my baby even when I got my car back, and it still had a shake to it, they called back to my insurance, and got the repair approved.Thank you so very much Liberty Collision Center!
Needed noisy lower drivers side door hinge (door check) replaced on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had to remove the door to replace the hinge. These folks are super fast! Planed for 30 minute or more wait and I wasnt there 15. Door alignment is perfect. Friendly, FAST, and Fair rates. Easily earn 5 Stars!
Refused to even help us. Said my car was too old (its an 86) and would require too much of their time so I should go somewhere else or do it myself. Even told them money was not a concern nor was time frame. But they still said no. If I could do it myself I wouldnt be at a body shop.
I cant say enough about this place... Chris and staff made my collision repairs seamless from start to finish!!! From taking care of the insurance to setting up a loaner car for me, I didnt have to lift a finger!!! Would not hesitate to use them again!!! (Dan Allen)

My daughter rear ended another student in the school parking lot. The bumper was damaged and we decided to work with the other parent to pay for repairs without getting insurance involved. The father of the student told us paying cash should get us a discount and he really wasn’t trying to drive up our cost more than necessary. The car was taken in to be repaired. Original quote came in at $1,528. We called to speak to the owner several times, but it wasn’t until giving us the final price of $1628 on what he deemed himself as a simple repair that we actually spoke to him. He said “I had no idea you were trying to save money.”If paying the most you can for any repair makes you happy, this is your place. If in fact you’re like most people know that they will over charge just because they can.
They did a great job on the body work. It looks brand new. They blended in the paint perfect. I would use them again for sure!

I had my vehicle fixed here, they have the best customer service and even sent me a photo of my car everyday so I could see everything that was getting fixed on my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone I talked to!!!
Kind, helpful, and fast not that you should get in a wreck but if you do they will make things way easier for you. Especially if you have State Farm you can just default to them with everything.

2022-03-07I had to have repair work done after an accident. It was a quick and easy process as Liberty works directly with insurance and rental company making it super efficient and less hassle in the customer. Everything was smooth and very very customer friendly!

2022-04-27I took my truck in to have a dent in the bumper repaired they not only did a fantastic job on repairing and painting the bumper to match my truck but I live on a farm and the inside was atrocious they completely cleaned the inside of my truck which was completely unexpected these guys go above and beyond without no doubt

2020-12-18This is the second vehicle I’ve had them perform collision repair on. They are professional, do quality work, and keep you informed of the progress. They have a great warranty and friendly staff. They also took care of the rental vehicle return as well. Definitely recommended.

2021-02-05Absolute professionals. Had a few thousand in body damage and Liberty Collision Center did excellent work. Got it done in the exact amount of days estimated, with less the cost estimated. Got my car back clean and in great shape. Would definitely suggest you take your vehicle to these guys if you have work needing done.

2021-02-26My daughters car was hit and we took it here for repairs. The staff was very friendly but the work they did was unsatisfactory. After removing the bumper they noticed there was prior damage which caused them to not be able secure it properly. They never informed her of this. After picking up the car the guard underneath began to fall off and was dragging the ground. We took the car back the next day and that is when we were told about prior damage. One side of the bumper came unsecured as well. They fixed it to the best of their ability without replacing the bumper and gave us an estimate to replace it. When I expressed my unhappiness that they didn’t put it back together properly or even tell her about it and let her take the car with pieces falling off the car they apologized. Too little too late. They should’ve made a call when all this was discovered instead of trying to pass it off.

2019-03-14Outstanding Service and Work! Brought my vehicle in after a brush with the concrete wall. Before committing, the staff was happy to answer questions and share their repair process by taking us back to see work happening on other vehicles. What I saw made me confident I was at the right place. When the estimate was finished, they said they could take it right away. I didnt have a rental car arranged yet...so the staff gave me a lift back home! After that, I knew I was in good hands.During my repair, I was able to stop by and see progress. The owner was kind enough to send pictures to me directly. I received phone calls keeping me apprised the entire time. When my repair was finished, I found my vehicle in better condition than it was before my accident. The work was flawless, and Id be the first one to find even the tiniest mistake.As other reviews note, the staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my experience. I saw smiles everywhere I looked each time I was there. They even let me drop off my rental car there, and coordinated to get it back to Enterprise.This was my first time using collision center...and the folks at Liberty Collision took a stressful event and turned it into something positive and reassuring. Truly a great experience!
