Highest praise for Jason Mann and the entire team at Lexus of Dayton Pre-Owned Center! As our salesperson, Jason was gracious and helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel like a priority. There was no pressure to buy a car and we were able to complete our purchase in a low-stress, friendly environment. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and satisfied. Jeff Miller came to check on us and chat with us several times, making us feel valued while we waited. Travis Himebaugh walked us through our financial purchase and helped us to understand every decision we made. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end! We live about an hour south and I will happily drive to Lexus of Dayton again for all of our future car-buying needs.
Wow, what a great experience! I live in Fl, just happened to be in Dayton checking on family. Bored, decided to do some car browsing. To my surprise, they happened to have the car on my list- the LC500. It was in pristine condition with low miles, but it was the professionalism, the easy going disposition and the Lexus knowledge of my salesman-David Phillips that made the sale! He didnt overpromise nor try high pressure tactics. He along with Manager-Jeff Miller, did everything in their power to make sure pricing was fair and the whole experience was effortless!
Had an incredible experience at this dealership. Jason Mann was tremendous in accommodating my needs. Even when they did not have the car that I wanted, he did not try to sell me another car but made sure to contact me when the actual car that I wanted was available. He checks on me regularly to see if the car is doing well. I absolutely recommend you to ask for Jason when next you visit Lexus of Dayton. You won’t regret buying at this dealership
Purchased an RX350. Was told the vehicle had rear rotors turned. Took to our mechanic. He turned front and back rotors. Told us back rotors were worse than front.. called our sales guy, Stacy. Said they would pay half. Im still waiting on the check.... two months later.
Visited this location to test drive an RX 350 tonight and was supremely disappointed by the professionalism of the sales person we had. He spoke poorly of multiple other dealers, boasted about how many cars he sold in the last two months (and how he already met his quota), and disparaged the car that we showed up in. This soured the whole test drive experience, for what was a rather nice vehicle. After returning with the car, we got the classic, sleazy, hard sale tactics even after clearly telling the sale person and manager that we were not going to buy a car tonight. I will not be going back.
When you hear Lexus you think quality, expensive cars and all around a great experience. My trip over there werent any of these... Its just another used car lot. The financial department is where my experience earned this place a one star review. I was told it had a lifetime power train warranty... Nope? Then this guy did everything he could to get me to sign up for a $2000 warranty. Pushy sales man. And I recently found out that he didnt even contact my preferred credit union for the purchase. Which has a way lower interest rate. Good luck if you decide to deal with this place.... I dont recommend trying...
Worked with Jason, Jeff and Andrew over the course of 3 days and they were great to deal with and upfront about everything. I have bought from a dozen dealerships in my life and this place is the best Ive worked with and these guys are second to none. Highly recommended. LIFETIME ENGINE AND POWERTRAIN WARRANTY WITH EVERY VEHICLE AT NO COST!! If you have good taste and are looking for a new/used car then do yourself a favor and stop in here. We visited Lexus pre-owned center the first time on Friday November 22, 2019, We test drove and purchased a 2010 Chevy equinox. Just something for the next few years. The night before Thanksgiving we pulled the dipstick to check oil levels in preparation for travel. Milky dipstick. BIG RED FLAG. We bought the car as is, but gave Lexus a call, as we had only had it for very few days. The Manager, Jeff Miller paid for a tow and got it in the shop to be looked over. The mechanics later found “significant metal shavings in the engine”. That car was on borrowed time. We were extremely upset. Jeff and our sales guy, John Grant worked with us to get us into something else. They took that car back, canceled that loan, and helped us get into something else. Our upgrade has a warranty, newer, and less miles. We spent more than we wanted, and will be paying over a longer term, but they didn’t have to do any of it. They could have just let us sit with that car since it was “as is” and washed their hands of it, but they didn’t. They did the right thing, and helped our family. Those are the people that have my business, and hopefully can help you determine if they have yours.
We had a great experience when buying our next car. The car had an unexpected defect, but the sales team came to our home (70 miles away) and picked it up, fixed the issue and then brought it back! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit this dealership again.

I had a great experience their financing was easy breeze. They took really good care of me with my pre owned. Lexus SUV .I only drive Lexus. ZERO STAR.I wouldn’t recommend you to visit this dealer for many reasons. I went to this dealer to see a car I am interested in. After I test drive it, the guy told me that they have something called pre-qualification or pre-approval without an impact to my credit. Unfortunately, it was a hard pull while I was trying to rebuild my credit. I spoke with them over two weeks, and the financial manager assure for me that he will write a letter to remove this hard inquiry by yesterday. When I call his number the, they informed me that he is in vacation. I am so disappointed with this kind of treatment. They don’t respect customers when it comes that they are in mistakes, but don’t want to admit it.
I am an auto transporter i transport cars to Dayton area, its a shame that whoever is handling transport at your lexus dealer are not doing their job properly and offering very low rates for your vehicles to be transported, junk yards are paying more than you are... you need to take care of that asap..

2022-03-16Great place to buy a car. My husband and I had the best experience here and continue to receive amazing customer service even after our purchase. Our salesman Todd was the best. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He helped us find the perfect car for us which ended up being an RX350. There ended up being a longer than usual wait to sign our paperwork so the sales manager generously offered to pay for dinner for us. This is our first Lexus and we love it. Its fun and easy to drive and has all the bells and whistles you could imagine. The quality is also outstanding. Highly recommend this dealership. We will be back for sure!

2022-06-03Have purchased two pre-owned vehicles from here and have been very satisfied with the sales process and customer service. Ann helped make the whole process very simple and stress free - we appreciate her patience with us. They let us test drive the vehicle over a weekend (which really sold us on it). There was one small outstanding issue (obtaining a second key fob) after our purchase, but she continually stayed in touch with us to ensure that it was settled. Would recommend working with Ann and her group for sure.

2022-07-22Would never purchase from here again.After purchasing vehicle i was insured to have all paperwork from truck when i picked up following day.Was told all fluids and filters would be changed within 5 miles a fuel filter light comes on for service requirement.It’s been 2 months and I’ve yet to get my paper work after several conversations calling in and they would send over paperwork by end of week.I’m very disappointed in how this was handled after spending 50,000 on a vehicle.

2020-12-22I purchased a used vehicle from this business a couple weeks ago. It was the most remarkable purchase experience ever. I have bought many cars at my age but, this was by far the best salesman, finance manager (Holly) and over all car lot Ive had ever done business with. The dealership itself is extremely inviting! I have never been offered snacks and refreshments before going in to the finance office!! Jason Mann, my salesman was extremely knowledgeable and as thorough as they come. I pulled in after a long days work and he had the vehicle I was interested in warmed up and ready for me to test drive. I was fairly certain when I got there that was purchasing. Finance was ready to go and I was in and out quickly, yet with nothing left uncovered. I would highly recommend anyone ask for Jason! You wont be disappointed! During our test drive I felt very comfortable with this young man... it was like we knew each other for years. I will definitely keep in touch! #TeamJasonMann :)

2019-12-11I have been car shopping for months and visited a dozen dealers from different brands and even different states. Car shopping can be exhausting. I ultimately ended up going with Lexus of Dayton. I worked with Jason and had a great experience. There was no pressure. They were reasonable with their pricing and you can’t beat the warranty. More so, I would say they actually went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was happy with my vehicle, something I don’t think I have ever been able to say about a dealership before. For most of us, buying a car is a big deal both financially and as a life event. You want it to be a good experience, not a bad memory or a mistake. This was certainly a good experience. The sales manager was also helpful. Based on how this experience went, if I need a car in the future I would definitely work with Jason and Lexus of Dayton again. To those of you out there shopping, best of luck and hope you find what you are looking for.

2021-03-27Went with a friend to get a car. Clean dealership with very decent cars and reasonably price. Salesman was a great guy but the finance manager (F&I), was a fast talking lying POS.Not going into details but read everything before you sign because those numbers will change on the contract and dont let him push you into buying anything you dont want or need.
