Shelly is a great representation of Lexus. She was very responsive to my requests as a prospective customer. She knows the vehicles well and was able to quickly locate what i wanted, even in the current complex vehicle shopping environment.She did her best to minimize my time at the dealership, while ensuring I was well acquainted with the RX 350 features.Great experience!
This was the first time I ever visited Lexus of Akron Canton. I was very impressed with their dealership. Even with the dust of their remodeling, things were very organized in the service lanes. What really impressed me was how much work was being done in the shop and how quiet it was. Marty laughed and said it was just that there weren’t any big noisy jobs that day. The shop was super clean. I was happy with the job they did, the explanation of the work to be completed, everything. I will return there for future services.

Took care of a tire rotation and diagnosed a slight vibration while driving at certain speeds. Uploaded a video to show the issue and provided a recommended fix. Service work at Lexus of Akron is always professional, well documented and pleasant. I take my Lexus in for all my service work needed to them and they always get it done correctly!
This was a routine service visit and they anticipated it would take an hour and a half. It took an hour and a half and the additional half hour was due to a Lexus related recall. The staff are very welcoming and patient and the system is very organized. The facility is clean and the snacks and beverages are just right. The only thing that would make it a 6 out of 5 would be the addition of a masseuse, aesthetician, or a manicurist :-)
Very delighted with Lexus of Akron-Canton. All personnel were extremely courteous and professional. Service/repairs items to vehicle were completed in a timely manner to very high quality standards. Vehicle inspection was thorough and well documented. Plan to use Lexus of Akron-Canton for all of my Lexus service needs.
Everything done perfectly correctly and in the timeframe promised. Had rear brakes and 5 tires replaced. Only 100 miles later...I unfortunately hit a screw in the road which wrecked one of the new tires. Within a day or two Scott and my friends had everything completely fixed again. They made the process painless and simple. Even let me drive a new Lexus for a day when the tires needed to be ordered. Super easy. Thank you to my friends at LOA!
The guys at Lexus Akron /Canton are really great to work with. Everyone is very polite and they give all the information as to what they’ll be doing with your vehicle. Nick told me about what time it would take to service my car and came in right on time! There was no just sitting around waiting and wondering what was going on and when the job would be done.Just an all-around great experience!
The service was fast and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Somebody left a little grease on the remote touch armrest on the center console. I have to zonk them 1 star for that. My car is very clean, so that was unwanted,. Otherwise I will use them again.
Lexus of Akron Canton is so amazing I will never go to another dealership... NEVER! Scott Gilmore in service knows his job and does it extremely well. He checks over all the things the techs were supposed to do making sure everything is done. I just to repeat myself but LEXUS OF AKRON CANTON IS THE BEST!!!
Such poor service for a luxury vehicle! They kept my car for 5 days for an oil change n tire rotation. The valet service is unsupervised n unorganized. The labor cost is so inflated its absurd. Last service visit they didnt even check my fluids. I will never have them service my car ever again!
I just bought a used car and everyone was great to work with from the salesman to finance all very friendly. The salesman Scott Zehner was awesome and very patient with all my questions and me being out of state FaceTimed me and showed me all around the car inside and out.
Tried to call for a diagnostic and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then the phone call disconnected. I called again and the same thing happened. I am not very happy with the service as I am a customer that has previously owned 2 other Lexus. I will be taking my business to another dealership that would actually return my phone calls.
Very unprofessional, I purchased from them exhaust system online waiting more then 15 days after many calls they told me that special order needs to be done. I made the special order with them but then I was told they cant ship it because item was too big. I guess they have never heard of UPS,FedEx etc. , and we are talking about Lexus authorized dealership 😅
It had been almost 5 days since we picked up our 2017 Lexus RX 350, and our heads are still spinning !! The car is simply amazing and perfect. We are trying to find something wrong with the car, or something we dont like, and we cant ! We have never been treated with such professionalism and friendliness as we have been by Peter and his entire staff at Akron Lexus. It was such an awesome experience that we are already talking about our next Lexus from Akron Lexus. They simply made everything so easy and took every concern we had away. They made my wife and I feel like King and Queen for a day !Thank you, Peter, and the entire staff at Akron Lexus. We will be back soon !!
I cant say enough about the staff at Lexus of Akron-Canton. Nikolas Rair in the Service department is absolutely amazing. He is very responsive with questions and helps you in anyway he can. All of the staff greet you with a smile and are the epitome of professional. I wouldnt take my Lexus anywhere else.
Our experiences here with the dealership, Tammy, and Janelle were excellent. Tammy was a highly knowledgable sales person, who both helped us find the right car for us and steered us through the process of buying it without pushing us into anything that we did not want to do. Janelle handled our paperwork expertly, staying late to do so. We could not be happier with our experience. We will be back to this dealership.
Allowing 2 stars based on exceptional customer service from Tammy in Sales. We came in on a Saturday, had an appointment with Tammy. She was informative, helpful and genuine. Really enjoyed our time with her. Looked at 3 vehicles on the lot. Experience was pleasant until the trade in process came about. Interested in trading in our 2018 Infiniti. We did our homework prior to coming into the store, so I knew where the values were. Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer was $26,500. Used car manager Jim came back at $24,000. He wouldn’t budge. Comical to me, he still carried the typical used car manager mentality. He wouldn’t budge on the $24,000. Gave us every line of excuses in the book. Personally, I am in the business and know. I guess you can call this a secret shopper experience because I never once spoke of my line of work just to see what transpired. Our car was in exceptional condition, so this hold back was completely unnecessary. Typical dealer gimmicks. We did bring up CarMax offering us $28K for our vehicle and his excuse was for us to sell our car to them and come buy his. Well, first off, my time was not valued by that comment, as I would have to make multiple trips to do these transactions. We kindly left. Upset by these circumstances, the next day we did sell our car to CarMax for the full value offered on the car, and reached out to a contact at a dealership outside of this network area (since Metro is owned by the same people) I wanted to be sure to spend my money with a business that respects their potential clients and values them and their time. If you’re looking for gimmicks and 1980’s used car manager mentalities, this is the place for you.
I always use genuine OEM Lexus parts for our cars, the quality far surpasses what you can get from all the area autoparts stores and I always go to Akron Canton Lexus for the best service you can find anywhere. If its a replacement/repair I can handle Brad and his parts team are the best in the business.
My husband and I went to Lexus of Akron Canton mostly to look around and see what used cars they had to offer. Ruth greeted us when we arrived and gave us a run- down on all of the cars in the lot. When we didn’t see one that had the features we wanted, she offered to look at one that had just come in. It was exactly what we were looking for. Ruth, Jim, and the entire Lexus team were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely accommodating and flexible with scheduling appointments and clear with timing and communication. I’d recommend this dealership for any of your Lexus needs- you might find your perfect car like we did!

The Sales people were great, the financing managers were not all that great, I went there to trade in my car and buy a truck and it turned into a waiting game and I still wasnt able to drive the truck home because of finance issues they had amongst them selfs, I provided everything they needed and the still would not release the vehicle to me, just a bad experience with the finance managers.Patrick Carlson

My experience at the Akron-Canton dealership is ALWAYS great. I receive my regular vehicle maintenance and other services at this location. The only thing I would suggest are charging stations for mobile devices in each waiting room. On this last visit, I did not expect to stay while vehicle was serviced. Last minute decision to not take a loaner vehicle. A charging dock wouldve helped out. All in all, still a good experience. The complementary coffee kept me awake.
We had a wonderful car buying experience with Kari. She made it a very stressless exercise and was very knowledgeable about the entire Lexus line. It was comforting working with a sales consultant who wasn’t trying to be someone they’re not. The Kari that sold us our car is, I’m sure, the same Kari you would meet out in public. Very expensive service that I thought was a free service. When I purchased my car I had 5 free service. I guess I should have asked or they should have informed me how much the service would be. I didnt find out until ready to check out I owed this much money. I will ask next time before getting any service
I thought taking my car to the dealership for an exterior detail would be best... NEVER let them touch your black car. 1st there were bug guts still left on it...I was told Welp, buffing is extra....have a good day I called the manager and they brought it back to get bugs off...After I got off work and really got to check it out...I realized they took my beautiful black glass like finish and looks like they buffed it with a brillo pad....scratches & swirls over the entire vehicle... Im sick to my stomach about it. No response yet from my msg left with service manager
Awful experience. They left the coolant cap open and that allowed for all of my coolant to evaporate, potentially damaging my engine. When we brought this to their attention, they did not take full responsibility, which shows how unprofessional they are. Instead of blaming the client for your mistakes, it would be better if they at least show some accountability. Mistakes happen, but they clearly can not hold themselves accountable for their own ones!
Went in to get our keys duplicated. The staff were very accommodating, they have a cozy and clean waiting area for all of their guests, and they have free refreshments and snacks too. Special shout out to Laura for her exceptional service. Any problem that arose, she went to talk to us immediately. She was really friendly and explained to us the other services the dealership has to offer.
My Lexus had an emergency AC issue and Nick at Lexus of Akron was able to accommodate me .He reassurred me that they would take care of my and provide a loaner if need be.He was helpful,courteous,beyond professional,and had given me a wonderful experience.My car was repaired in a timely manner.I have to say that I would give Nick 10 stars! AVOID ORDERING PARTS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE.Background: On May 10, 2021, I placed an online order for some exterior plastic parts my vehicle needed after a collision. After (9) days of not hearing back from Lexus of Akron - no communications whatsoever, I decided to follow up with a phone call to the parts department. I initially spoke to Brad - He informed me that he received my items from Lexus, however, that the department hadnt sent it out to me because it would cost them more to ship to me.At first, I was startled by his statement and I asked him to explain. He said that my order was fragile and thus, Lexus of Akron will need to charge me more for shipping because of the extra packaging. (the bumper absorber specifically)I explained to Brad that Ive never heard of such a thing....I even told him that It would almost be like ordering something from Amazon only to be told later to pay more for shipping after 9 days. He insisted and held firm that I would need to pay the difference in shipping. At this point, I was confused and asked to speak to the Manager.Adam (Parts Mgr) took over and said exactly the same thing that Brad said earlier. I told Adam that the parts I ordered were plastics and probably doesnt even weigh over 10 pounds total.Adam was ABSOLUTELY unsympathetic to my point of view. He didnt care that I had waited (9) days for parts that was NEVER coming. He didnt care that my time was wasted in this whole process. That ZERO effort was made by his parts shop to contact the customer (me) to inform me of this issue. I had to call to see what the delay was. He didnt care that we were arguing over a difference of $10-$20.While we were still trying to sort things out, Adam abruptly CANCELLED my order. He never cared to give me the opportunity to decide what I will do. (Maybe remove the fragile piece and mail the others) Now I have to re-order my parts from somewhere else. Then wait another 1-2 weeks on top of the additional time I waited for Lexus of Akron to mail my order. All the while, Im in a rental that is coming due by the day.My point for writing you isnt to seek retribution, however, It is to share my experience with this dealership with the world. Its a case study of how a $10-$20 problem can turn customer against a business/brand. A totally avoidable public relations eyesore. As you can imagine, this negative experience with your establishment has forever changed my perception of how I see your establishment. All over a $10 issue!Although I appreciated the response (BELOW) from the General Mgr, it was too little too late. See his response below.------------- General Mgrs Response --------------Thank you for your email and I am so very sorry this has happened for you. I did take the time to speak to the team. It was actually Brad and Adam you spoke to. Fred, our driver was not involved. Either way, there were some logistical issues and I’m so sorry you were inconvenienced with this matter and things were not handled to your satisfaction. That is not who we are or represent us properly. It looks like we could have done better for and by you and fell short.Please let me know if you would like me to have our parts team get these parts for you.Again, my apologies.
Tracy and the entire staff were wonderful! We were treated respectfully and professionally... as well as if we were old friends!Our circumstances were a bit unique, but Tracy went out of her way to accommodate what we needed to do. Our financing agent was wonderful!! (Im so sorry, I cant think of his name, but please look it up - he deserves recognition!)Everyone took time to congratulate us on our selection and purchase - it was nice to be appreciated. The tour and tutorial of the vehicle before was left was great! We received a couple of follow-up phone calls as well - just to make sure we were happy and to find out if we had any questions. Who does this these days??? Classy!!I drove over 100 miles to buy my RX350L from this dealer and would do it again. They were well worth the time and effort .

I bought a used 2014 Cadillac ATS back in late winter. The transaction was smooth and quick. Finance Manager was very detailed and professional. My salesman was nice, but did not take the time on his own to learn what he was selling me. The car had no owners manual, he failed to go over many of the features, and now as I go to load something in my trunk, find out it doesnt have split fold down seats. Shame on me for not noticing, but I feel that is a pretty important feature the Salesman should have brought up / known about. In regards to the owners manual, I mentioned that right away, but I felt the salesman was not interested in helping with that. Must have felt it was too pricey to order one for my car. Despite that, I will say, I do love the car. They sold me a car that was / is in great condition. It runs and looks great.
I worked with Shelley Turpin. Since I was less familiar with Lexus, she took the approach of introducing and informing me about the Lexus brand and getting me familiar with the vehicle options. Everyone in this dealership (starting with the manager) was friendly and did not take that high pressure sales approach, probably because they realize they dont have to. I have been fortunate that the majority of my car buying experiences (both new and used) have been positive, but my Lexus experience is by far the best of all. That is a positive reflection of both the company and the people who work at this dealership. Now I am looking forward to driving my first Lexus for years to come.
Ruth Ham was an exceptionally wonderful sales lady to work with. She was very thorough and helpful in assisting me find a Lexus that met my needs. Also, I commend her for coming in on her day off to help me with paperwork. The whole process was easy and there were no sales pressure from all the Lexus dealership staff. If you are looking for a Lexus, I highly recommend that you visit Lexus of Akron Canton before making a final decision--they have friendly staff, great customer service and a great selection of vehicles.
HORRIBLE, just an awful experience(s). My wife sold her RX 350 while it was in the service because of the absurdly bad service at this dealership. Years ago, they were owned by some local families and they were terrific dealership. Today, you will get better service at a buy here pay here lot. Every time I call they put you in voicemail, no one is ever available to answer the phone, no one calls you back or returns your messages. We are now the proud owners of a Porsche Cayenne, a superior car, and superior dealer support.
I found this certified lexus online. I placed a call to the dealership and within minutes Shelley Turpin, sales associate returned my call. She made buying this car an absolute pleasure. I was able to negotiate over the phone very easily! She addressed all of my needs and was very proactive to address any questions or concerns. Shelley is very personable, down to earth, and honest.Ive never bought a car that I havent seen before and honesly, I was a bit nervous! The four hour drive to pick this car up was well worth my time and I would most definitely buy another car from Lexus of Akron-Canton again. My car is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.Dan Smith, finance manager was very well prepared (found a great interest rate) and I have to mention he has a great sense of humor. It was a very smooth process!The staff was all very welcoming and I highly recommend this dealership as I feel as though I received a fair price.Thank you both so very much, I love my car!!
Today, I returned to this establishment to have my car serviced, as scheduled. My experience was not nearly as good as it was the first time, in September 2020. I have driven two Lexus models over the past 20 years, and have used only three service providers: Nalley Lexus in Smyrna, GA (primary for 15 years), Germain Lexus of Easton (on and off when in Columbus, Ohio, over 10 years) and Akron-Canton Lexus (twice). Of the three, I would rank Akron-Canton as #3 - far lower than the others, because of the lack of customer focus from the time I pulled into the establishment to the time I left - six hours later. The other service providers have always given me an update, soon after arriving, knowing I was a waiting customer. My first update was almost three hours, after my arrival; there was no offer for a loaner or shuttle. After estimating it would be an hour longer; still, there was no offer for a loaner or a shuttle. I waited three more hours and have decided NEVER to return to Akron-Canton, again.After leaving this establishment, I noticed my brakes were making a grinding sound that should not be. So, rather than take the car back to have it addressed, given the poor customer service, I took my car to another establishment to have the brake job checked. The establishment just called to report all the things that were not done properly, and that I will receive a return call as soon as they know what needs to be done to fix the problem, while I paid Akron-Canton $401.73 to replace my rear brakes and resurface the rotors.This establishment is about the same distance from my residence as is Germain Lexus of Easton. So, I will return to Germain Lexus of Easton, for my servicing needs.
I had a wonderful problem free experience with Randy. I live about 5 hrs away, and they were the closest dealership that had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I literally called on a Monday evening, and by Wednesday I had received paperwork, and my car was delivered the following week. This was my first sight unseen car puchase so naturally I was a little worried, but everything was as described. I always have had a pleasant experience with Lexus, and this one was as well.
Lexus of Akron Canton seriously goes above and beyond for their customers. Talk about making the customer feel valued and going the extra mile to do the right thing..........well that speaks volumes. From the people in service to the people in sales, it is a pleasurable experience all around.
Best car buying experience I ever had. I have previously refused to deal with a car dealer due to bad experiences with pushy salesman etc.I was in a position where I had to buy a car quickly and I found a car online and sent in a request for information. Amanda was great. Responded first thing the next morning telling me it was just traded in and not ready. She personally inspected it and shot me some photos on her phone rather then telling me to check back on the website. We drove over 8hrs to buy this car. If Amanda tells you a car is nice buy it. The car was beautiful. Great price, great people!!! David was great to deal with also. Felt like good people selling cars not car car salesman/woman. Next time I am in the market for a car I will contact this dealer, even though they are 8 hours away, and see if they can find what I am looking for.
A great experience. I had to manage everything from 2000 miles away. Amanda and Tammy were great to deal with and very professional, as well as being very responsive to my various questions and requests. When I arrived, everything was arranged exactly the way it had been promised with no last minute surprises. The car was exactly as advertised and fully prepared for my arrival, so I was able to complete the paperwork and get on the road for my long drive to New Mexico without any undue delays. I highly recommend this dealership and would be very happy to buy another car from them when the time comes.
Purchased used 2010 Lexus ES 350 from this dealership back in May of this year. Had good car buying experience and staff was very knowledgeable at the time. Was told vehicle went through multi-point inspection including oil change and new tires. However, went in for scheduled oil change to Lexus dealership near me in August. Was told by service adviser there that both engine and cabin filters were beyond filthy and that cabin filter or engine filter was never changed. Personally looked at cabin filter which was totally black with soot, plant debris, and pieces of insulation a small animal packed in there. Mind you this was literally only 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. Notified Akron Lexus and spoke with service manager and salesman who sold me the car. Was told to fax original service invoice from other dealership and then called back several times to speak with whom was ever handling this. Was told to send over invoice again because not received. Was told sales manager was working on issue and had paperwork on desk. Was asked if certified vehicle but is not. Point is it that it is still a Lexus and was being sold at a Lexus dealership. That is not an excuse to bypass and let the next owner deal with unexpected costs. Ive done all the leg work and phone calls. It is early October and no resolution achieved.I wanted to follow up with this review. I did receive a phone call from the general manager whom apologized and helped resolve my concerns. Thanks again for listening and taking care of the issue at hand.
I wrote a review but now its somehow deleted?! Hmm. Long story short, the finance manager was SO rude and condescending to my wife and I because we didn’t buy the “insurance” she was offering. She made us feel very uncomfortable and said “your decision is laughable.” She belittled my wife and we left very disappointed with the service. She was not nice and obviously did not care about her customers.We were not happy with our service.
These guys have no idea what they are doing. Went in because my lights came on in my car. Asked them to take a look at my left rear brake because it stopped working and I had tried some various things to get it to work. Told them that I think it needs flushed and maybe the sensor cleaned. Didnt hear a single word I said, and told me that the VSC and ABS module needed replaced and it would cost $2600. They also said my right rear brake was not functioning well... That would cost an extra $1800 to fix. Took it to my vendor and they replaced both brakes and calipers for $500. Not only did they not listen to the complaints I had, but also didnt fix the problem I asked about in the first place. Glad I didnt throw my money in and just see what happened. Who knows how much more I would have been swindled.When asked again how my experience was, I told them how I felt. They promptly got back to me and said it looks like they did quite a bit of work on your car actually. Just to top everything off, I had to ask my wife to drive me home where we live an hour away because they had no loaner cars available. Luxury brand with luxury prices... absolutely garbage service. Will never buy from them ever again.Update 6/20:Got a call about a month ago from the customer service and they said that there was nothing more they would do. So I decided to take my car to one more place to get it fixed. So I took the car to Toyota, and wouldnt you know it, all they did was reset the broken ABS system, and voila! Everything fixed, the brake now works, spent less than $100. Its amazing what happens when the service representative LISTENS to the complaint instead of trying to get every possible dollar out of your pocket and instead of investigating the problem, just replace the entire system that didnt need replaced. What happened to good technicians who would at least listen to your complaint and address the issue asked. Just confirms my suspicion that Lexus will literally do anything and everything to get every last penny from you. Especially this place where listening does not appear to be an asset at all. Glad their diagnostic fee at Lexus was well worth the time and effort. I would run as far away from this place as possible. Your money deserves to be spent at a place with competence, not complacence.
Probably some of the worst overall service i have received from any car dealership. Specifically how they troubleshoot issues and how they fix them. Scott the rep was the only reason i gave it a 2 vs. a 1 star(nice guy, feelSorry for him having to work with that crew). Every issue i had with my car would result in the dealer breaking something else... no joke(auto headlights sensor broke, driver door controls cracked, dash not bolted/clipped so rattled, scratched rear door while detailing...). All this while trying to fix my AC issue under warranty, which by the way is still an issue... yeah they fixed the added issues after i complained, but that in itself is a problem as it shows zero attention to detail and a lack of caring to provide a quality product to their customers. I love my car... but my experience with Lexus is now tainted due to what i believe is not the manufacturer’s fault but the dealer and its service department.

I did not get the young mans name that detailed my vehicle ( a total pleasant surprise that I totally didnt excpet.He did a great job ) it really made a bad day wonderful... One of the best dealers Ive ever dealt with. Bought a 7 years old car over 110k that was in excellent condition. Ive put almost 3k since purchased and it is still problem free. Overall a great experience! A+Edit: car is still great! No issues but customer service is unresponsive. Need to get a qoute on a new es350 and contacted 2 different consultants. They did not respond to my inquiries. Sorry you lost a customer and it was your choice..
We found our way to Akron-Canton Lexus after visiting a Lexus dealer in Pittsburgh who did not want to make a deal with us and offered next to nothing for my trade. My inlaws bought a car from George last year, so we decided to give it a shot. My husband and I started communicating with Amanda, the internet sales specialist via email and phone. She went back and forth with both of us (we were probably driving her crazy!) with all of our questions and was super responsive and very helpful. The only day we could make it there was the day after Christmas. She arranged for George to come in, even though he was off that day. George was friendly and helpful and got me the car of my dreams for a great price and also offered me a good bit more for my trade. Will definitely be a repeat customer when I am due for a new car again. Thank you George and Amanda. It was well worth the almost 2-hour drive from home!! :)
We were very impressed with this dealership. We ended up going a different direction, but it had nothing to do with the team at Lexus of Akron Canton. Our sales rep Tammy went above and beyond. Even on her day off, she was available and cheerful. There is no doubt that we will do business with them in the future.
We brought our car in for an airbag recall and they did a full service inspection. My wife and I were shocked to get the recommendation that we had to replace a leaking axle seal for 2,500$. I thought that was a little steep and questioned it. Laura Davis did a great job of meeting us at our needs and went back to discuss the cost with the diagnosing service tech. My understanding was that it was a 14 hour job. There was conflicting information though. Every time I talked with Laura she said different techs were giving different amounts of time to do the work. Red flag number 1. There was also a recommendation to have the wheels rotated and balanced. I made an appointment with the shop that put the tires on to begin with. When I brought our es 350 in for that appointment casual conversation ensued and he checked and said that the seal that was leaking was actually bone dry. Red flag number 2. He suggested I take it to a family owned transmission specialist in the area. I went to that appointment this morning and confirmed that it is not what was diagnosed at the dealership and instead it is a small leak in the engine. Completely misdiagnosis by your dealership! Ill be taking our service elsewhere that doesnt want to charge me 2,500 for unneeded work. I would like to thank you, John Morris, for taking the time to explain to me what you saw and why you quoted me the price you did. I appreciated that you took the situation seriously and reached out to me and listened to my story. It was because of this that I felt comfortable enough to bring the car back in so you could have a second look, walking me through what your tech saw. Most companies wouldnt do that and I appreciate a company that does.
Excellent Customer service! I had an engine issue with my sons 2006 GS300. I searched around on the web and found a technical service bulletin related to the the issue. I called and talked the service department and scheduled an appointment to bring the car in and have it checked out. I mentioned the TSB and they knew exactly what was the issue. The proceeded to evaluate the car and fill the the paperwork with the proper terminology to submit to Lexus. Within a day or two I heard back from Akron Lexus that it was approved to compete the major engine work at no cost to me. When I dropped off the car, they had a new loaner car, ES350, for me to drive for several weeks while my car was being taken care of. They know how to take of Lexus customers! I drove 2+ hours to have my car serviced by them based on the google reviews I read and after talking to them and other Lexus dealers in Pittsburgh and Columbus. I was not disappointed. I will be taking my other cars to Akron Lexus in the future.
Mr. Pete Spacagna quickly, smoothly and professionally crafted a deal I couldnt say no to on the exact model, color and options I wanted. Pete was ultra up beat, friendly and a spokesman for Lexus!on delivery day I was brought into the showroom and was greeted by every member of the dealership team, sale, admin, service, parts, etc. who were in a circle around a large red satin cloth, Pete pulled it of and revealed my sparkling new 2019 RX450H.After that I worked with the sales specialist Tracy McCaffrey who patiently explained all of the tech features, and assisted in loading up my customized settings. Tracy has since made a number of post delivery check ins with me just to see if I had any new questions or concerns.This team has exceeded any dealership experience that I have ever had. Everyone I interacted with was warm, caring and genuinely interested in making me feel very special. I had visited several Lexus dealers in Cincinnati and Dayton, as well as Buick and Cadillac, none of them imparted the class and feeling of wow I am getting a luxury car the way the Akron-Canton Lexus dealership did (and continues to do). everything I hope the Lexus Experience would be, and more.
I found the employees that I worked with while purchasing my new RX 350 to all be very professional and accommodating. There were a couple of glitches in the process but all were settled to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. I have never been treated better at any dealership.

I live 100 miles away and they offerd to pick the car up and check it out,i took it in and they re balanced the tires. the shimmy was still there so they replaced the tires. they will keep my business for sure 6 stars! thank you,
Wow - We just had a remote start installed in our RX350....wait for it....wait for it....What a great experience. Yep, that’s right, I just left a dealership and said “What a great experience”!!!! We drove 2.5 hours to get here. Karen scheduled our appointment and Scott was our Service Advisor. We don’t normally visit the dealership because of the usual subpar service experiences in the past. But, they did an awesome job!!!! We also looked at some new cars with Tracy - Again nothing but a top notch and quality experience.We tried to schedule service at a dealership closer to the Pittsburgh area but unfortunately got hung up on three times and was told they couldn’t do anything. Lol. Yeah really!!!! Very poor service at BOTH DEALERSHIPS IN THE PITTSBURGH AREA.Bottom line - If you want quality service from good people this is place for you. If you ARE happy with subpar service and a poor experience visit EITHER dealership (ROHRICH OR NORTH HILLS LEXUS) in Pittsburgh and I am sure they can accommodate those wishes for you......just sayin.

Have leased 2 Lexuss and purchased 1 over the last 14 years, this dealership is great from the sales people and even the service writers are great. Free car washes are a plus, as is the professional atmosphere. Not your typical car dealership. Al Gray (sales) always does a good job.
Pete is the best! He is general manager but no one will believe how unassuming and caring he is. Under his leadership, this dealership has become the best in the region!We worked with Greg, a great salesman, no high pressure, no have to go check the prices etc, took us through out initial test drive and then again came back on his off day to make sure the vehicle delivery was smooth.Of course, it helps that the internet makes everyone equal, but this was a truly pleasant and painless experience.Jonathan, the finance persons was truly outstanding too, no judgement or pressure to buy any add ons. He was fair, objective and efficient in his presenting the available options - Lexus offered options and dealer offered options. When we declined, he smiled and said that it was a pleasure dealing with us. We have bought 6 cars to date and this is the first time we left within 10 min and the finance person did not try to strong arm us at all.Great experience.
I searched online and found the vehicle I wanted. I sent an info request and Amanda the internet sales manager got right back to me. We were able to work together to get the financing in place prior to my traveling the 50 miles to the dealership- all without ever talking on the phone!Once I arrived at the dealership, which is well appointed and inviting, I was welcomed and treated with respect by the sales staff.I had contacted other dealerships and none came close to the ease of online communication that Lexus of Akron-Canton did. Once I was there I was made to feel valued. The car was everything that it was advertised to be and the entire purchase took less than 24 hours. I knew noone at the dealership when I originally reached out, and I left not only with a new slightly used vehicle, but also feeling that I had made new friends.5 star experience from start to finish.
David Simpson was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoys what he does, this came across in our interactions with him. There was no high pressure sales, just friendly, relaxed conversation. This continued with all the individuals we came into contact with at the dealership. We also appreciated being able to take the vehicle home to make sure it fit in our garage.
My fiancee and I purchased a pre-owned Lexus there in the spring. Ive dealt with this dealer in the past and had, up to this point, excellent service and an overall good repore. We got the extended warranty along with the dealers warranty, and thought wed be ok. Three days later I was stranded for hours due to what we later discovered to be a faulty alternator. I immediately called the dealer for assistance but service said that I would need to get it towed, at my own expense, and they would take a look at it. It seemed like a battery issue so I attempted to get a jump. With no success i decided to replace the battery myself and return it to them. After they realized the issue, they said that wed have to come out of pocket for the repair. After some back & forth, they decided to replace it as a good faith adjustment.Tried to contact the manager at least twice about concerns of one of the two vehicles purchased from there, but he never responded. Hes always out of the office and apparently doesnt return messages. Now their telling me that washing my orignal Lexus that was purchased there isnt efficient for them to clean because it hasnt been serviced there recently.We were going to be in the market for a slightly used NX next fall and had all the intent of purchasing it there because of the awesome experience with salesman George. But I believe we will be visiting Lexus of Willoughby at this point. My dad purchased two vehicles from them, and they extend him the utmost courtesy.
Ruth gets it! Great buying experience with Ruth and Lexus of Akron-Canton. Ruth was knowledgeable and worked to hard to get to provide accurate info, meet all possible needs and do it all in a super efficient time frame. I dont have a lot of time to shop at a dealership, Ruth and the team at Lexus of Akron-Canton made the experience enjoyable and worth my time. I will do business here again.
If you are on the fence about owning a Lexus, dont be! I had a Range Rover Velar which I LOVED, but was not a crossover person. I traded it in for an SUV at Lexus of Akron-Canton. I could NOT be happier with my new GX 460!! It is beautiful, 2 years newer than my Range Rover, (Range Rover was a 2018 and GX is a 2020) bigger and $200 less a month! You will be treated like royalty at this dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Mark Stacy, Randy McQuaid, Shab Tadayon will definitely have repeat customers! Wow. Lexus of Akron provided the absolute perfect car buying experience. I worked with Amanda in Internet Sales completely via e-mail on behalf of my Mother-in-Law from Pittsburgh. Once we came to an agreement on pricing, we then arranged for delivery. Everything was delivered as promise with no pricing surprises. My Mother-in-Law cant stop raving about her experience, and would highly recommend Lexus of Akron to everyone - especially those people in the Pittsburgh area who have had less than exceptional experiences with the Rohrich and Wexford dealerships. The only issue had was a small scratch that my Mother-in-Law discovered after returning to Pittsburgh with the car. Lexus of Akron arranged to come and pick the car up and return it as good as new. Amazing customer service. Thank you again Amanda and Lexus of Akron for making me a hero :).
We were looking for a used car and the salesman we talked to was Alfred Gray. He was very rude and didnt show any courtesy. Overall he showed very poor salesmanship. We had a similar experience back in 2015 and ended up buying a Lexus from there other location in Cleveland. They were willing to work with there clients unlike this dealership. It was a very disappointing experience.
I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of Akron-Canton and could not have been more impressed with the entire process.The facilities were clean and beautiful, the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable....but what put it over the top for us, was our sale person...Tracy McCaffrey. She was knowledgeable, very easy to talk with, and made it clear that she wanted to sell me a car without being pushy or over zealous. The deal they put together for us was fantastic and I will not hesitate to refer Tracy and Lexus of AC to anyone I know.Over the years, I have bought many new/used vehicles and I would say this was the best overall car buying experience of them all. I actually enjoyed the process for a change...the way it should be. And by the way.....WE LOVE THE VEHICLE!
Outrageous pricing. This location quoted me $900 for a part that another Lexus dealership in Michigan have me for $130. This type of price inflation is so absurd it should be illegal. Service manager was very friendly and she was pleasant to deal with. Pricing is just unreal, even compared to other luxury cars Ive owned and dealt with (Infiniti, Volvo)
I have been thrilled with my experience working with Lexus of Akron/Canton, specifically with George Hallaman who helped me purchase my vehicle. I have gone through the car buying process personally with friends quite a few times in the past and would consider myself pretty knowledgeable on the topic. However, as a younger buyer, I find that sales associates often assume that they can push me around. That wasnt the case at all with Geroge. He took the time to walk me through all of my options rather than just trying to put me into the first thing I asked about. It is clear from the way that he goes about his job, that he isnt just in it for a quick sale but wants to find the perfect fit for the buyer and their unique situation. I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend George and Lexus of Akron/Canton to anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle!
Ive been tracking this dealership for a long time always looked up used lexus vehicles. This by far is the most over priced lexus dealership out of any other Lexus dealership or really any dealership for that matter. Everytime I looked for any type of used Lexus this dealership always pops up on my radar and the cars are far more overpriced than any other used lexus that Ive researched. This place just gives me all around bad vibes. Buyers beware.
My dad and I went to look at a 19 ES 350. The sales person we had was a lady named Ruth. She was very rude and disrespectful! She had no idea what she was talking about numbers wise and we were very confused. Then she preceded to have a very terrible attitude with us. When we discussed numbers she was going all over the place. At 6:54 PM (6 minutes before closing) she wants to rush us out! My dad was using a calculator and SHE HAS THE URGE TO SMACK MY DAD’S PHONE SCREEN!!! Also, she showed us wrong models when we requested for no navigation she gave us one with navigation. This was very rude, annoying, disrespectful, and not very fun. My dad and I will take our business to Classic Lexus and Metro Lexus.
Called to get the part number of a headlight bulb for my is250 and the parts guy said he’s not allowed to give me the part numbers because management is scared of me cross shopping them with other dealers or online sellers. All that says to be is they rip off customers, over price everything they do, and are too scared/ and lazy to compete with others. It’s 2018.. not 1980... this is not how you do business in today’s time. You have forever lost my business due to your business practices. Good job
Have purchased multiple Lexus vehicles in the past from multiple dealership (as well as AC Lexus) and have always brought them to Akron Canton Lexus for wash. Was told today the ‘it does is NO GOOD to wash your car if didn’t purchase from us’...WHAT?! How hard is it to run through a car wash? The lack of continuing to provide this service that has been done in the past will ABSOLUTELY confirm that I will NOT purchase a vehicle from Akron Canton Lexus again! Crazy to step over dollars to pick up pennies at a ‘luxury dealership’!
Had my lexis for ten years and had 32,000 miles on it. No rust anywhere partly due to I think ,getting a free wash job on Saturdays. Did not have to have an appointment at Lexis.Fast service and sparkled when the wash boy was finished.Had oil changed in WADSWORTH . Lexis too expensive but they give you a nice loaner to use when they are servicing your car.Didnt need a loaner in Wadsworh because I live and volunteer there. McCalls delivered me to work and picked me up to come home.Never had any problems with my Lexis. I just got a slightly smaller car but wish I had my 2004 back.If you are interested in a Lexis these sales people work with you and are not in the least pushy. There are a lot of Lexis cars on the road . You can purchase or lease. Many styles since they first cameOut .I had driven one for twenty years and my old one looks just like new. My son has it now because he had given it to me so I gave it back when I bought the 2004.

2022-04-12Just bought my first lexus , making the change from audi and I am glad I did. Nora in sales answers your text and calls even on her days off, I missed out on an IS 350 but she called the next day and provided me with the choice of two new ones coming in within the month . Everything went smooth and I was sat in the car the following month.Now I did have a sensor issue on my new car which was disappointing HOWEVER nora and John in service went above and beyond to fix.. john was constantly updating me with the issue and the fix and couldnt apologize enough. They took care of me with some extras on them and delivered my car back full of gas and detailed again.Great service and definitely a trust worthy dealer .

Updates were provided during the work process and if there were any questions they are answered quickly and efficiently. The level of service is top notch! And much to our surprise!, after the work was completed, Nikolas was even able to get our car back to us at our home, several days before we planned for pick up!!!! Thank you Nikolas and Lexus! 2022-05-29We just purchased a used vehicle from Tammy at Lexus of Akron. It was a spur of the moment necessity due to my truck finally braking down for the last time. The entire experience was fantastic. We called Tammy ahead of time and she had the 2020 Yukon XL ready for us when we got there. We arrived on Saturday at 3pm. By the time we took the test drive, talked, looked at some Lexus hybrids for a future purchase and worked out the deal, it was well after 5pm (and they closed at 5pm) and after 6pm by the time we finalized the financing. The Sales Manager Jim was great also. I felt I got a great deal and everyone was very accommodating. Will definitely purchase from Tammy and Lexus of Akron in the future.

2022-01-03The entire process from the Akron Canton Lexus team was great. I was welcomed upon entry but no pressure was applied as I reviewed inventory and asked questions. I ended up buying a certified used vehicle and the dealership accommodated my schedule and requests to complete the sales process. Mark Stacy was my sales rep and was a pleasure to work with right up to the point I drove out of the customer pickup bay.

2022-04-06Bought my first Lexus from Tamara today - an L/Certified 2019 RX350. She was very helpful and thorough! Traded in a vehicle that Shab gave me a fair price on, but…I’m thinking he owes the staff a pizza party or something…😊 And Caleb in the business office flawlessly took great care of all the necessary paperwork.
