Walked in looking for a couch and was met by a very friendly salesperson who directed us to the correct area. Marlene showed us several products and then left us alone to try them out. Periodically checking on us and answering every question. ZERO pressure, we made our own decision on our purchase without any pressure.
We have been shopping at Levin for many years and have only great things to say about their selections, quality, professionalism and their sales team is great. We just worked with Brian to order furniture for 3 bedrooms for our new home and not only was he great to work with, but he was very helpful with design ideas and knew his stuff.We will definitely continue purchasing from Levin in the future.
The Avon store is visually pleasant and very comfortable to browse and shop in. Scott Geddes greeted me and directed me to the sectional sofas and price range I were looking for. I shopped several stores before I came back to Levin to find exactly what I was looking for. I have shopped Levin for more than 20 years and have always been satisfied. Thank you and I am looking forward to my delivery.
I was looking to buy a sectional and had great service from Adam M. He showed me every couch that I would like and even some other furniture in the store. I was going to buy some items today until the store manager just pulled him away from me without saying anything. Then no one came back to help me with any questions I had. So whatever the manager said to him just made the store lose a customer.
We needed help finding a small table that could be picked up immediately as we were working on a move for our mother that required quick downsizing. This was proving to be a serious challenge at a time when shortages are a serious problem. Levin managed to find a floor model that was perfect for our needs. Staff could not have been more helpful..
Bought a recliner with all extras on it. Heidi was so incredibly helpful, and kind! We were there a long time going over all the chairs (and theres a lot)Heidi was so patient and answered every question (and there were a lot lol)Love Levin Furniture!Love Heidi now too!
We went in looking for a small sleeper sofa or daybed we walked out with something we didnt know existed. It is an amazing queen size memory foam mattress Murphy bed that pulls out of a cabinet. It is the perfect fit for us and we would have never found it without our sales person listening to our needs.
I visited the Avon location late afternoon on a Sunday. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Dan Mahoney. I asked to just be free to look around without being sold to…he very kindly obliged & gave me space to roam around. When he politely checked on me maybe 20 minutes later, I had made a few decisions & he helped me with the final options. I was squared away & on my way out the door in an hour. Totally delightful experience…if you visit the Avon store, ask for Dan!
Scott Geddes was a helpful, knowledgeable salesman, he answered all our questions for the couch and loveseat we selected, and he handled the sales transaction easily and quickly. While the long delivery delay into June might have given pause, we were in no hurry for these items, so it all worked out perfectly! Thanks Scott!

My mother has waited delay after delay for her furniture. Only to show up with half of it. Missing handles, scratches, loose back on brand new chest of drawers. Pathetic!!! She has no living room furniture for her memorial day party because she was told her furniture was coming. No way to get it to her before later next week. Called and got a run around from 3 different people!!! Only to be told too bad for her!?!? Congratulations on taking money from hardworking women!!
I have never been so upset in my life. I walked in there hoping to upgrade my furniture for my new apartment, and had found a beautiful bedroom set for my sons room. Well the older Caucasian gentleman ( a nicer way of putting it) named Steve was really rude and disrespectful. He refused to sell me the bedroom set and insisted that they didn’t have it in stock. He continued to look me up and down, looking at me as if he was disgusted of my appearance, ( I’m a person of color) and wouldn’t let me get a word in. As I was trying to get a word in he cut me off and walked away. I will never in my life shop there again. I’ve purchased from levin before but at a different location and I will no longer shop at any of their locations!
Make sure you are aware of return policy when buying something here. I cant return a metal twin bed frame because its considered bedding. Now Im stuck with a metal frame that I do not want because it is not sturdy and makes a lot of noise. I wasnt able to see it in store so I didnt know the quality of the product.

Thank you John we really appreciate your quick response!****I purchased a dining table from the levin store in Avon ohio. We didnt recive the end product they keep missing few parts also the table was damaged. When we called customer service they came and told it has to be replaced and we waited nearly two months. I spoke to customer service again after two months but we were told to wait another month. We felt like this is going to take forever so I told them this is taking long and the person from the customer service was very rude to me. So my husband stopped by store again and explained the situation and they agreed to refund up on returning the product. But this was not the case they deducted the delivery charges which we were never informed about it. This whole process took 6 months and they had my money 922$ for 6 months and finally they refund me 814$ after deducting delivery fees. How is that justified when it was clearly your mistake? We never received the right product yet we are charged with delivery fees.
First time we had been to this store, great selection and utilized the sale they had going on. Prices were better than I thought they would be since the price of furniture has risen. Maryde was very helpful and showed patience with us as we needed a difficult to find size of furniture.
We spent the day yesterday searching for a very high quality leather sectional set for our great room. Went to Levins, Ashley furniture and Value city furniture. Value City was the highest and made in Vietnam! We worked with Brent at Levins. Not pushy at all and very helpful. We got the best price and made in USA from Levins. I can not say enough good things about Levins!
Tony went out of his way to help get me what I needed. Great service.Since writing the review above, I have had 4 weeks with our new box spring. We had to replace it after 4 weeks because the main spar broke on day one, and was sagging more each day. This was amish made according to the salesman. I did an inspection after it broke and found inferior wood and staples holding it all together. Not a quality product at all.
Attention owner of levin furniture avon ohio store. Tom Calkins is the best. Tom is a sales associate but for my family he went beyond his job duties. We ordered a tempur pedic extended base and hybrid probreeze queen, and a prorate full with ergo base for our daughter. My items were delivered and i had issue with full base not working ect..Tom Calkins came over to our house that same day and fixed everything. He also took the time to explain and demonstrate how all worked again.Levin furniture you are blessed to haveTom Calkins as an employee.Thank you Tom for helping us and going out of your way to assist us.The Nimon Family
I ordered two couches that cost $3,000. I wanted to use my personal credit card, but it was not with me at the time. The salesperson told me to sign up for the Synchrony credit card for the 0%, which my personal card was 0% as well. I asked the sales person if I could come in to Levin to make cash payments, since I recently had my bank accounts hacked. He said yes, thats no problem. I asked him that question multiple times and he said yes I can make cash payments inside of Levin. 2 months later when I receive my first bill, I go to Levin to pay, and I get told I cant make cash payments, the sales person lied to me, and there is nothing they can do about it since its through Synchrony. For me, its more about the sales person either not knowing, but making up answers to get the sale that night or he did know and wanted to get the sale. I dont enjoy being lied to and if you can lie about how I can make my payments, what else can you lie about? Not trust worthy or knowledgeable and not happy that Levin was unable to fix that issue for me.
We had an exceptional buying experience at Levin. We were looking for a new mattress and we were greeted by sleep specialist John Z. He steered us in the direction we wanted to go, no pressure at all. New mattress and adjustable base so far is outstanding! Delivery and setup was great, thanks to Damien. Great overall experience! Would definitely recommend!
Their inventory comes from Ashley furniture and nothing was stated on the item on display. When it was delivered it had Ashley cards attached to the couch. The Delivery service damaged my door threshold and wouldnt provide a copy of what I was signing for. Now they wont fix the damage saying I signed a release. I wish I never walked into this unethical business.
We have bought 6-8 pieces of furniture from Levins in Avon, Ohio. Decent price points and friendly sales people, all good until you try make a warranty claim…worst customer service ever!!!Do not waste your time or money on the extended warranty, they will not honor it and was not helpful at all…Levins lost my business!
Never heard of Levin until I came to Ohio and man am I glad I stepped foot in there. The products are high quality and the service is great. Frank gave us a warm welcome and didn’t stand over us like a hawk. He let us do our browse and checked up on us frequently. We liked many couches in the store but we weren’t sold on anything just yet. Frank showed us a sectional that he stood by and talked great things about. We sat down and immediately fell in love. We left the store to see what the competitors had and I couldn’t stop thinking about that couch. After 30min we rushed back to order that couch at Levin. We were even able to order a custom part of the set so it would fit better in our apartment. I am 100000% pleased and grateful that we went to Levin and had great customer service with Frank.Thank you Levin!
Kristine Ann DuPont was a wonderful, warm & friendly sales person at the Avon Levin Furniture Store! No pressure! Very informative! I had many questions about purchasing a new Purple Mattress. Kristine answered in great detail all my questions.In fact, I thought I was going to go to another competitor, but after her presentation & ease of answering all my questions, I decided not go to the competitor but decided to purchase the mattress peripherals that afternoon. Levin is a great company and they are fortunate to have such a energetic and thoughtful sales gal!
Brought my husband in with me to shop for a couch, which I had already found a couple days before with Lynn helping me. I asked Marlene for Lynn, who wasnt there today. She said Lynn would get credit, and proceeded to help us. We picked our fabrics and she rang me up suggesting the protection plan and fabric cleaner package. Very nice sales person! We love Levin! Have several pieces of furniture from them.
Walked in looking to buy a few recliners. We were pointed towards the back of the store and so we went and looked on our own. Sadly no one tried to help though there were more than enough sales people on the floor. Guess we didnt look like we were buyers. Turns out Ashley furniture and their sales people accommodated us, and was more than happy to sell us 3 recliners and a loveseat. Best $4200 spent.
Terrible experience. We ordered a living room set and paid in full back in May. We were told July for delivery. July came and no word from Levin. I called at the end of July and was told it is pushed back to mid October. October came and again no word from Levin. I called end of October and have now been told end of January. I understand that things are going on with production and shipping. But, to have no communication from them is completely unprofessional. We ordered another set of furniture from a different company on the exact same day and received it in August with a two week delay. So, I know its not everywhere. We love the set we picked out, but their customer service is making me rethink my decision.
Great experience at Levins. While we dont yet have our new living room furniture, we loved how it looked in the showroom along with its comfort and conveniences. As a huge plus, what we wanted was in stock and well be getting ours delivered on this coming Saturday.Salesman David was very helpful, polite, and a pleasure to do business with. Levins has a great selection also.
We went in looking for a sectional. Adam helped us choose one that suited our requirements perfectly. I think we looked at pretty much every sectional in the store but Adam was super patient with us and our endless questions. We also never felt any pressure to make a purchase which is nice. In the end, we went with his suggestion and we are very excited to get it!
We were very happy with our visit and purchase. Our salesman, David C did was very courteous and answered all of our questions. I was just surprised of the mailer I received for me being a, special customer. The sale in the store for ALL customers was better than the one I received in the mail. Thank goodness we could still take advantage of the deal in the store.
Salesman was good and thats about it! Purchased an in stock bed and mattress at the warehouse on Tuesday for a Friday pickup. All clearly noted on the order. Show up Friday to pickup and was told Sorry got bad news, your order didnt make the warehouse shuttle. Immediately went inside the store to look for the salesman who was coincidentally was off only to be told it will be there Tuesday. I can offer you free delivery but not for 2 WEEKS! Needless to say I found another store and company that had everything in-stock PLUS some other items for the house. Called and cancelled my order with Levin. 1st and last opportunity at my business.
My husband and I went to 4 different mattress stores before we ended up at Levin. I am so glad we saved the best for last! Our salesman Steve Molnar was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the components of each style and brand of mattresses. He was not a pushy salesperson like the other stores we went to. Steve was extremely professional and I would recommend him 1000%. Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a very long time. My husband and I so pleased with the entire transaction. I always get my furniture at Levin and Adam McQuillen is always my salesman. He is excellent to work with and I never feel pressured. He is super friendly and professional and I trust his advice!! I will, more than likely, be back to purchase more furniture for my new home and I will definitely ask for Adam!
Buyer Beware bait and switch practiced at Levine Furniture Avon Ohio. We shopped at Levine Furniture in Avon Ohio for a new mattress and box spring. The salesperson who took care of us is Tom Calkins. His card says, “Sleep Specialists” Tom did not keep his promises. We tried to return and exchange the box spring from 9-inch height to 4 inches within 7 days.” The written policy provide us at time of purchase says returns within 7 days” Tom and his boss refused to allow an exchange. They offered to sell us the 4-inch foundation at a store discount. When we tried to contact upper mangers to get consideration, we were sent back to the same salesperson we started with. Robert Levine, if you are reading the reviews, you have a customer satisfaction failure in process at your stores.When this review is answered with the standard “Dear Mr. customer we are sorry for your inconvenience please send your e-mail so we can address this; and we will help” message appears. Please keep in mind we already did all that. After this review was posted, I was contacted by Brian a Regional Manger for Levin. Brian was very understanding and helpful. He resolved our issue completely. I hope the experience helps the in store sales people who did not help.
We havent received our couches yet so I am only reviewing on the customer service we received. Stanford Jackson was amazing! He was knowledgeable, not pushy, didnt breath over our shoulder and told us exactly what to expect with delivery times. I am very happy with Levins customer service. It was Mothers Day and he greeted us at the door with a carnation. He also was personable, he talked to my 3 year old and was very pleasant. Highly highly highly recommend Stanford if youre looking to go into Levins Furniture of Avon.
Our salesman was awesome! He did not pressure us or bother us and was really professional and down to earth. He made us feel confident about our purchase at Levin furniture. I do have to say that the other couple of salespeople totally ignored us, maybe because me and my wife where still in our work clothes? lol

He explained everything in easy to understand terms. Very wonderful experience. My mom and I were looking for a sectional and coffee table. We were helped by Scott G. who was so nice, knowledgeable, professional, list goes on and on. I was set on a certain sectional, but unfortunately it would not arrive until June. I was sad, but Scott helped me find a beautiful similar color couch and different coffee table instead. He was so patient with us and answered our questions with ease. Scott is a valuable asset to the store and company. Also, the whole showroom was well organized and clean place as well. I will definitely come back here if I need other furniture in the future. Thank you and God bless you guys stay safe.
Beyond frustrated. We were told our purchase in May would be delivered middle of august. Here we are middle of August with no bedroom set. We were told a couple of weeks ago it would be September. I just called to see if they had a delivery date for September and now I’m being told it’s going to probably be November or December. We are sleeping on the floor. She told us we can come in to pick something else out because the one we picked is popular with lots of orders to be filled. That’s fine, tell people it’s not going to be for 6+ months then so they don’t have expectations that won’t be fulfilled. Our sales rep was great, she got us in and out. But the manufacturer is awful.
Be aware, they have ZERO idea of when arrival dates will be but they will gladly take your money without any communication on delays or discount/credit considerations for an additional 4 month delay. We bought our couch on 12/30/20 and were told that it could be up to 25 weeks until the delivery. We understand that its a pandemic and everything is effected. However the sales rep we had left Levin and stopped giving us updates unbeknown to us. After leaving messages and emails for the last two weeks, we just found out about the additional 4 month delay, and there is ZERO compensation for this delay despite the fact the furniture industry is booming and profit is up. Debating on whether or not we can cancel the order and wait just as long with a different company.
Update: We decided to add to our order. Adding a few more rooms to our originalPurchase. We asked to see our salesman Tom and he took good care of us. Never pushy, very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time helping us make our decisions. We highly recommend seeing him.My husband and I went to Levin for the first time. We were looking for new options for our front room. We were greeted at the door by the salesman Tom. He was very helpful in guiding us and listening to our thoughts on what we thought we might be interested in. He was very patient and gave us time to walk around without being pushy so we could look at all options. We are very pleased with our order.
We went shopping for a new mattress and chair. This was our first time in the store and I was impressed with the number of options available. They have high quality stuff in every price range. The sales rep, David, was helpful without pressuring us, and helped us make informed choices for our needs. I will definitely shop there again!

If I could leave no stars I would. First time buying furniture was supposed to be an exciting event but it has turned into a nightmare. I bought and payed in full for my sofa and chair back in the beginning of March 2021 - original date of arrival was end of May to the beginning of June. After having zero updates from the company for my constant delays, I reached out today for the third time only to be told that it has been delayed again, now to the beginning of October. When I expressed my frustration I was told my options were slim: wait it out, pick out some cheap floor model, or simply cancel the order. These options for obvious reasons simply do not work. The excuses that they provide are endless. I understand where delays are coming from due to the Covid 19 pandemic and the issues with manufacturing, however this does not excuse them for the lack of communication with their customer base. I simply asked for updates and some form of accommodation but have yet to see any results. They have given me zero reason to be a returning customer! Do not recommend!
Must have been lied to when we bought our living room set and the extented warranty. We were told it covered everything and now when i called to schedule a repair for 3 different things I was told that the warranty doesnt cover any of it! Ill never buy anything from them again. And Ill go out of my way to let anyone shopping for furniture to go anywhere else! Because these guys are liars that will tell you whatever it takes to make a sale. Shame on you Levins.
I dont even want to give one star, so this star is for the sales lady. I truly wish I could write something nice, but the only nice thing I can say is our sales lady was really nice. We ordered a bed frame that cost approximately $5000 and was told that it would be about 16 weeks for the item to come in. Ok, item finally came in and we had a scheduled delivery for Saturday October 16th, and around 10:30am it was canceled due to either 3 trucks were down or the delivery guys got ill after the first delivery, I dont know the truth because the delivery department just tells you what you want to hear. Ok, that delivery got rescheduled for Tuesday October 19th, and once again the delivery was canceled due to routing system was down. I guess Levins relies to much on computers because no one could pull out a map book and route the deliveries for that day. Now brings me to our next delivery date which is November 2nd. 11 DAYS WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR DELIVERY THAT WAS CANCELED TWICE!!!!!!!!! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Managers cant do anything and the delivery department doesnt feel that the deliveries that were canceled should be first on the list of deliveries. Now, on top of the 7 days that we have slept on a mattress on the floor, we have to wait another 11 days!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN. I truly feel that you need to revise and reamp your delivery department and learn what customer service is and prioritize your list of deliveries!!!!!!!! If you cancel on a customer twice, then those customers should have first deliveries, not just a Im sorry, theres nothing we can do.This whole situation is so wrong. After this piece gets delivered, I was considering buying matching pieces for the set, and now after this, I will be taking my business someplace else. One of the managers name Don offered me the friends and family discount if I would consider giving them another chance if I decided to buy more pieces. Hey Levin, maybe you should offer the friends and family discount to all the people who were canceled due to your delivery departments incompetence.
My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture in Avon first and then stopped at Levin Furniture to compare products, prices and service. We were looking for an L sectional.We weren’t able to find what we were looking for at Ashley’s. We found some that were close but decided to leave there to check out Levin. Levin Furniture had a better selection of sizes and more color options. With the help of sales associate David Carrero, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.He was able to get us a phenomenal deal and answered all of our questions. The entire process was so fast and easy! We’ll definitely be return customers.

I was looking to find a sofa and love seat today and was so impressed with Nick from the moment I walked through the door! Nick answered all my questions, was informative and so helpful! He gave me space to make my selections and once I made my decision walked me through the customization process, offered suggestions and was incredibly patient! I went to several stores today, and by far, Levin and Nick’s customer service and professionalism surpassed the others!! Levin will definitely be where I do my furniture shopping from here out!!
Adam M helped us find the right sectional and a great price. He was kind, courteous, and very responsive. This is our second large furniture purchase from Levin’s and I couldn’t be happier with our selection. Levin’s always has a wide variety of pieces and styles of furniture to choose from and it’s great to be able to see them in person.
Excellent service from a knowledgeable sales associate. Marlene Forst was so helpful, so patient and so kind. We are absolutely thrilled with the look and quality of our purchase. We will definitely be back when we’re ready to make our next purchase (a mattress!), and we’ll be delighted to work with Marlene again when that time comes!
Never order from here.They will tell you anything to get you to buy, including LIES. They’ve lied about delivery dates and times SO MANY TIMES. They also delivered incorrect and damaged furniture multiple times, and their delivery men told me, “this happens every single day”. I ordered my living room set in May, and STILL do not have my complete set even though it was promised to be delivered by JULY! Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had!
I purchased a sectional on 11/11/20 and it was delivered today. John Zajac was overly courteous throughout the whole process until I called today to let them know the order isn’t correct due to his error. He said, “thank you, sorry” and hung up. I spent over $2k. I don’t want a refund or an exchange, I want what I ordered. The couch is nice, however, it doesn’t fit correctly. I will not purchase from Levin again. “Thank you, sorry.”
Im really disappointed I went to Levin spent thousands of dollars on furniture and the sales person that helped me Was so thirsty for Commission she wasnt even done with my purchase when shes hawling another customer so she had the lady at customer service finish me up I guess that would have been ok if we didnt have more questions for her that she couldnt answer because she was to busy trying to seal the deal on the other customer that she hawk down
We were pleasantly greeted by Stan, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He shared information with us and gave us our time to browse. Zero pressure. Overall a wonderful experience and employees like Stan are what helped us make our decision. We had been at several furniture places and completely agreed this was the right call. Thank you.
I was just going in to check styles and prices of bedroom sets. I usually am sold on Costco for everything, but the reviews were not great on the bedroom styles I liked. It gave me a baseline of what I would spend, though. I really thought I would be oversold going in there (guard was up). Greeted by John Z., he took me right to the sets and said, take your time. He didn’t bug me, and was right there when I had questions. Long story short, entire experience was 5stars: style, quality, price, helpful sales person, all equals happy consumer. I will be back!!
Great shopping experience. Adam went out of his way to accommodate us. Also, the prices were reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. We had to change part of our order because of size and Levin (Adam) worked with us to get it right. I would shop with this store again.
My salesmen Stanford Jackson was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a dresser for my bedroom, ended up with a beautiful bedroom set for a phenomenal price. He even helped me think about measurements for my space. Very happy with the service and will be back!
I just stopped in here because I did not see anything I liked at other furniture stores. I wasn’t expecting to buy, but as soon as I walked through the door I had Steve Molnar immediately greet me and ask what I was looking for. He gave me direction on where exactly to look. He gave me my space to look. Was so professional and kind. Made my decision so easy. Purchased the couch and was in and out within an hour. Thank you so much Steve!!
Branden was our salesperson. He gave us space as we wondered about trying to decide what we wanted given the fabulous selection at the Lear Rd store. Yet, Braden was always available to answer questions. We bought more furniture than expected given the value for the price.
The salespeople were helpful but not pushy, not high pressure at all. We liked the selection of items in the store. The items we ordered are not set to come in until May, so well have to wait to see how they do with the rest of the transaction, but so far we like the way they have treated us.
I LOVE this Levin Furniture store in Avon! If you need ANYTHING for your home, stop in and see Stan! He will help you understand the look and feel of the furniture youre looking for, and he makes the process smooth and simple. Now, Im not saying that none of the other staff members do that, but Ive been to this store a handful of times, and I always ask for Stan. He probably doesnt remember me, and thats fine. Went looking for a Mattress and Marlene took us to a the Sleep Center for lack of better terms. They have a really nice variety of brands and comfort levels to fit everyone.I looked around and their prices were as good as anyones and the information Marlene provided helped us make an informed decision.They have low cost and they have top end and plenty of middle.
Don’t ever buy furniture from this place. We purchased a couch about two years ago. The cushions are already flat we have to have a board and blankets under the cushions to even make it comfortable to sit on. The springs are constantly popping out and I have to put them back in. All they said they could do was to order new core cushions. I said to order them. When they finally came in I went and picked them up. I bring them home and when installing them the zipper on the cushion broke. When I called to see what they could do they told me I should of had a professional install the core. I was never told this when I ordered the core pieces. Stay away from this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
Very frustrated with the lack of customer service and lack of communication with my order that I’m still waiting on that was placed in September. I understand that things are backed up due to covid however 8-9 months waiting on a couch is insane. I specifically asked about the set/manufacturer while purchasing to try and prevent an issue like this & was reassured that it would be no issue and was supposed to receive December 1st. Why have massive sales if you cant provide the furniture? Very displeased with this experience. Would not recommend.
Levins Furniture in Avon is simply the BEST! Our Sales Associate David, was HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and SINCERE. He answered all of our questions about our funiture purchase (new bedroom set with mattress). David set up our delivery schedule convent to our availability and made us feel valued as a GUEST (not a customer)!!! I cant say enough great things about our experience. There was no pressure to buy at all, like we felt from other funiture stores. David allowed us to take our time and find what we wanted! He even took the extra step to verify the inventory to ensure the items were available. The store was extremely clean, and we felt very comfortable shopping here. If you need furniture, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Levin Furniture! We will be returning when we replace our living room furniture for sure!!! Thank you David, and Levins for a wonderful experience.
I stopped by at the Avon Levin looking for some high quality fabric protection and cleaners for my mothers couch. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely friendly woman sales associate named Haylee. She had a very nice positive attitude and tone as she introduced herself, even though she was wearing a mask I could tell she was smiling too by her eyes. Haylee then brought me to a table and showed me what cleaning bottle options they offered. Very knowledgeable of what she was presenting to me, I knew right away I was going to make the purchase. Although it was a simple small sale I felt as if I was treated with the upmost respect and had a brief wonderful experience. Yes indeed I shall return to only her for future purchase. My wife and I are in the process of redecorating our home and are using Levins In Avon Ohio for our furniture purchases. Also we are using a representative ( Brian ) from that particular Levins to assist with interior design ideas. The experience has been great. Brian has been available to my wife at every turn even though she has changed her mind and direction multiple times. We will continue to utilize Levins as we go forward.
Steve Molnar was great. He took his time and listened to what we wanted and took us directly to the sectional we were looking for.When returned to purchase our sectional, he walked us thru so we got exactly what we wanted. He answered our questions plainly and honestly.He was great to work with and we liked to shop local.
I was looming for a bed and mattress for my son and a new mattress for myself. I found what I was looking for in less then 20 minutes. I have purchased from Levin in the past, they have great quality products. Paula the sales associate was informative and not overbearing.
Very elegant floor displays and love the options to choose from. Immediately greeted as I walked in and the staff members arent pushy they just guide you in what you want without all the pressure of purchasing. Definitely coming back for more than just a bedroom set.
Got what we wanted except the bad news is going to take a couple of months to get it. But can’t say enough good things about our salesman John. He worked so hard on trying to find us something that we can get for the same price and earlier delivery. Great service by Sean. Robert Levin bought back the company after it had closed. I had an order in process when they closed. Since Robert bought them back he issued cash credit for any open orders from the company who bankrupt the business. As a young adult living on their own for the first time and living on a budget it was hard when I had to go shopping to update my tiny childhood twin bed to a queen. I knew I was going to have to purchase everything, and my first thought was Im on my own because if I ask for assistance Im going to be scammed into purchasing something way out of my budget. The moment I walk into Levins that thought changed. John Zajac welcomed me into the store and helped me pick out the bed and mattress I wanted while helping me stay in budget. John really puts the customer first, and if you looking for any new furniture I highly recommend coming to Levins and asking for John Zajac by name. He will help you and your budget!
I would not recommend special ordering any furniture that is manufactured by Michael Nicholas Designs! I have been waiting 7 months for them to manufacture and deliver a special order sectional that I ordered through Levin. The date that the item was to be delivered has been pushed back multiple times. I was originally told it would take 8-12 weeks. The most recent update was a projected delivery date of 05/30/21. That date will be more than 8 1/2 months from the original order date, and delivery could likely get pushed back again.
WARNING! Purchased $2600 mattress 45 days before bankruptcy announcement. Shopped with Levin because of 1 time exchange policy and $300 gift card. Warranty required purchasing an overpriced mattress pad which I fell for. After waiting my 30 days to exchange as my mattress was too soft, I was told all exchanges were on hold but new business was still taking place. In addition, I had to call several times to get my $300 gift card. New company now claims they cant honor exchange or $300 gift card. Levin is picking and choosing what they want to honor in BK. This was a dirty experience from the beginning and Im sorry I shopped at Levins. I will not be returning and want to warn prospective buyers. Please be careful with this company!
Don’t waist your time, they clearly don’t update their online information often. I was unceremoniously told that they’d stopped carrying them (massage chairs) without a hint of suggestions or advise, no further conversation. Avon location 11:05am. I can’t say with certainty that race is a factor in such dismissive behavior but I can’t rule it out either, this is Ohio and would not be atypical.
Paula is fantastic. Very professional and talented. I walked in anxious without a game plan for my new home. I walked out with the biggest smile. She listened. She took time going over any deals and specials; and most importantly, she guided me throughout the process, alleviating my anxiety. Patience, knowledge, and understanding is hard to come by. Paula is beyond talented!
Initially when called that a mattress arrived, I schedule for November 4. The day arrived, was off work all day, no mattress. Turns out the note in my chart said I was requesting a date for first week in November, but was not actually scheduled. My next available whole day was two months from then even weekend. They could not give me a morning time window for half days that work, but also would not reimburse for a declined delivery once getting my time window. Due to the difficulty customer service was nice enough to offer to personally bring it if my time window didn’t fit. Luckily it did, but then the story gets interesting...I work in the afternoon from home, the morning time window was missed by 2.5 hours. Things happen not a big deal and was luckily able to pause work. I took my dogs out back amd let them put the mattress in the house. They are leaving amd I signed they were there. They were packing up the back of the truck and I was told they were done in the house so i decided to go in and peak at the mattress before they left. I let the dogs in the back of the house and they ran inside then I heard commotion! I ran up front and they had left the door open and one dog ran outside where I have a busy street that used to be a highway! Luckily she came back in when called but could have been killed. The truck drove off and I was recovering.A couple minutes later I go upstairs and see the mattress is covered in brown and red stains! I called the delivery dept and they said they would call my back Sunday. They never did so I talked to store customer service . They were nice enough to ask for emailed pictures and replied the delivery team would get back to me. Still waiting for a call 24 hours later. Hopefully they get this health hazard out of my house soon
Found the recliner we liked, gave a check for the deposit, no problems. Returned 1 week later to pay the balance and schedule delivery and now they wont accept our check any longer? No reasons given, deposit check cleared, plenty of funds in our account. Will we get our deposit back? Time will tell.
I came in an hour before close looking to get a patio set that night. Not only did we get what we wanted,but they managed to get a dock guy to stick around an hour past his shift ending, while guys from the floor took off their sport coats to help load me up. Service above and beyond.
I Paid .over three thousand dollars for fuirniture at levins One of the items I bought was four kitchen chairs.The first delievery two of the chairs wasnt flush and wobbled.levins replaced them but again the chairs wobbled not being flush with the floor. Today levins made a delivery againt replacing the two chairs but again one wobbles and the other has a spot on it.I dont know whar it takes for them to get it right. Maybe they never will because what they sell is garbage.the chairs each cost almost two hundred dollors.
Horrible customer service! I called and ordered almost $4,000 worth of furniture. Levin Furniture delivered first half to the correct address however it was damaged/ broken upon arrival. Said they would order another automaton, then called and said they couldnt find a new one and could only repair.Second half of my order got delivered to the wrong address. It was supposed to be delivered to the correct address, set up and installed. None of that happened. Called Levin Furniture, was told it would be four days until someone could come back out and resolve the issue. I had to rent a U haul, move and set up the Furniture myself.Please dont waste your time doing business with these people. They dont care....
I just went to Levin’s in Avon. My sales associate was Adam Mcquillan. I purchased a sofa and two tables , but unfortunately they couldn’t deliver the sofa because it wasn’t ready. I had unexpected family come into town and had no seating area. We just moved in our new house . So Adam helped me find a better sofa with reversible cushions and zigzag springs at a better price. Adam is amazing! I would recommend him to anyone. His customer relations skills are on point!
We needed to pick out new living room furniture tonight so we drove 40 minutes from our home to the Avon store. It was well worth it! From the moment we walked in the showroom our salesperson Jason welcomed us with a friendly handshake and a willingness and helpfulness that exceeded our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly directed us to the selections that would meet our needs. We will be making this trip for future purchases for the exceptional service that Jason provided!
I am the type that runs as soon as I enter a furniture store. I always feel the sales person try to hunt me down and are pushy to sell sell sell. Not here, they get it. Dont get me wrong they ask if I need help, the see I need some space and then find me later (by that time I have questions ready). Perfect. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The selection is great quality and prices really cant be beat(Ive tried). I love the big show room, so many choices. I like to see and touch something Im about to buy, who doesnt? Overall its a great furniture store.
I would say - 5 stars if it would let me... So visited the store, after being ignored for quite some time, while every lounged on sofas (def. employees) were finally greeted after about an hour. We purchased furniture.. they said we could have in a week- then after we left the store, was called and said oh wait, it will be two months. Went back, purchased more expensive furniture (July 13th, 2020) that was on the floor. Was told however, we wouldnt be able to get the furniture that was on the floor delivered until October 31?!?! Hired a moving company and had the furniture picked up. Got a cushion that said Extra firm but the manager assured us that the actual cushion was on order and we should receive in a few weeks. After months of follow up, told it wasnt ordered, then not-- then it was, then not-- we finally got the cushion a few weeks ago (took 2 months)- Purchased a recliner (not sure why he did this... but ok) was supposed to be here- August 15, no recliner-no call, no communication... we called- Delay again... no later than September 30th- literally just called a little while ago to follow up since it is the 9th- and guess what it should be in sometime this weekend? Literally no communication, customer service sucks... I swear, not buying anything from them again. I seriously mean it, and wont allow my husband either. You should all be ashamed of your selves. Employees should be thankful that they have a job- and maybe help people.
Our experience at Levin in Avon, was definitely positive. Stopped by to look at bedroom sets. Walked out purchasing a bedroom set and mattress. Our experience was positive for many reasons. Met our salesperson Jason Kaczur upon arrival. He is friendly and knowledgeable. There is a large selection and a variety of price points. Jason allows us to look with out crowding but alway close enough that if we have a question, we didn’t have to hunt for him. He responded to my messages in a timely manner. He was accommodating when I needed to change an item in my purchase and my delivery date. Reactive when I had an issue with a piece of the bedroom set. He and his manager addressed the issue and got it resolved to our satisfaction. We will return to Jason for future purchases and recommend him to family and friends.
My husband and I have been looking at furniture from several different furniture galleries and have never had such a great experience as we have had at Levin Furniture today. Jason K. made us feel like we had been friends for years and didnt push or try to upsell at all. Let us take our time and really find some great, wonderfully priced, pieces. We will most definitely be back and its all because of Jason, and the wide selection. Thanks for restoring our faith in customer service :)!!!
Had a great experience! Stan Jackson was our salesman. He has great knowledge of his inventory and made the buying experience painless. He was patient while we weighed the choices, was proficient with getting our order scheduled for delivery, and getting our 0% financing. We will DEFINITELY be back for our household furniture needs.
Today was my first trip to the Avon location, and the experience did not disappoint. The furniture selection was vast and reasonably-priced, especially for 20-somethings in the process of building their careers. Our sales representative, Elle, was very kind and accommodating.
Buy Levin Furniture & Mattress at your own risk. They are trash. I bought this 3 piece sectional in July 2020. It was supposed to be in a gray color. Promised to me in 12 weeks. 23 weeks later it was delivered. When the delivery team drops it off I notice it’s 1) the wrong color 2) three different colors. I told the delivery team I dont want it because who wants a tri color couch 🛋. They tell me they have to leave it because Levins will swap it out. I call Levins and they tell me the soonest they can replaces it is the week of January 5th. I ask how they will compensate me and they tell me they will give back the $150 delivery fee. I told them that is unacceptable after waiting 6 months. I was told to that is the best they can do. So I told them to come take their couch and refund me my money. There is no doubt in my mind why they went out of business before. Who does this ???
I had the most amazing experience at the Avon Levin furniture on Labor day and its all because of their Sales representative Jason. From the moment I walked in, he helped me with the application process , gave me sound advice and helped me make great decisons on my bedroom set. Being a first time buyer , I was hesitant on how this experience will go because Im a novice to mattresses and sets , etc but Jason went over and beyond to give the best possible deals. He definitely exceeded my expectations! He needs an award and a raise and Im not just saying that! It was one of the best experience I had in customer service and will definitely be back to the store and it is solely because of Jason Kaczur!
Levin had a great selection. We found exactly what we wanted within an hour. The sales people really make these places though. Ask for Jason. He really took care of us. He didn’t try the old sales tactics. He offered help, then allowed us to browse in peace, but was never too far away if we had questions. He helped get us a great (I mean, a really really great) deal on the four pieces we bought. Great guy, super honest, and very fun to deal with.

First of all, the Avon store is gorgeous so be sure to set aside enough time to see it all...and if youre thinking of bringing your small kids... dont.. theyll distract you and youll miss lots of cool stuff.Second, our salesperson was Adam Beres. If youre like me and appreciate a salesperson who is honest, dependable and truly cares about your experience, hes your person. He and I communicated via text 99% of the time after the initial purchase of our bedroom set and he was always timely with his reply. It didnt matter on the day of the week; he always replied. Well be including him in all of our future furniture considerations.Third, delivery. Cameron And Deonte we very impressive and incredibly kind. I cant say amazing because childbirth is amazing but these guys treated our furniture and our home like they were Mr. Levins. Our furniture was large , dense and incredibly heavy and they worked their butts off carefully moving it upstairs and around tight corners into our master bedroom. They assembled it, removed the debris and left with smiles on their faces. I felt great tipping them for their hard work.So, if you know the feeling you have when you wake up the next morning in a very upscale hotel in an all inclusive resort, thats our new bedroom and we love it! Now we just need a few thousand tons of sand and an ocean in our backyard to make it complete.Get to this store and see Adam! Youll be happy you did.
Initially happy with service, but once they get paid you can through it all out the window. Waiting months for furniture (understandable with Covid) but remainder of my order is produced sitting in Levin warehouse. Delivery date scheduled for 11/12, now the day before they call wanting to schedule for 11/28, I let them know it was scheduled on 11/1 for tomorrow, and the lady says no its not, you want it on the 28th or not? Cant get to management because they have all calls screened. Terrible Customer Service!
Jake was an excellent salesman! He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then showed us a multiple styles that were exactly what we were looking for. He was great about stepping back out of listening range whenever my husband and I started to discuss our opinions with one another. Jake never made us feel pressured. He was also very knowledgeable about the furniture and various materials. We will definitely be going back to see Jake at Levins in Avon for our future purchases!
I bought bed set with a 5 year guarantee . The head board broke and I was told to file on line claim I did, on 2/24/2020 at 1 pm a Cassie from Levin called and state the Sku 9305001 was no longer made and the store will issue needs a credit of $1034..48. Well Corona occurred and the store was closed and during this closure levin furniture was bought out. On 7/5/2020 the store in Avon reopened and I talked to Dave. He said that Levin will not honor the credits of the past. He gave me an inactive number of the previous administration . Neither him or the manager of the store KariAnn were helpful. I ADVICE ALL WHO READ THIS NOT TO BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE YOUR PURCHASES WILL NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY. I think Levin plans to sell its inventory and then close. Keep your money and buy from another furniture place. then i thought to myself, write a letter to CEO Robert Levin and explain everything. I did that and he resolved the entire issue. Thank you Mr. Levin, problem solved

The products are top quality and the sales and office staff are professional and helpful. I did purchase an item and again, the staff were great. The delivery folks were awesome as well. 2022-03-30Went looking for furniture for a new house. Needed to find a dining room table with clean lines and extra extension leaves. Have been looking for over 2 weeks with no luck. Found the exact table I was seeking (Amish built and available in about 4 weeks). No luck with accent chair or queen size headboard for guest room, but did find sofa side tables in the same clean lines as the dining room table. Our salesperson Adam was helpful without being pushy or hanging over our shoulder as we browsed. Very satisfied with my experience.

2022-02-14Visited the Levin store in Avon Ohio yesterday. Worked with sales rep. Tom Calkins. Could not have had a better experience. The store is huge with a great selection of everything. Everything was quality and up to date styling , choices for every taste. Prices were very reasonable. Tom was very attentive and professional. He clearly new the business and the products. He helped us find and purchase several items that were exactly what we needed for a new home, and he gave us a great price. I recommend Levins and Tom C. to anyone looking for any furniture or accessories.

2021-12-03I ordered a couch that didnt fit, and while attempting delivery, $400.00 in damage was done to my walls, trim, and archway. Ive called several times to speak with somebody about refunding our money, but I keep getting transferred or hung up on. Weve purchased from Levin several times. Unfortunately, its not the company I once was. I cant justify going back after this experience.
