I moved from NY to OH and have small kids so i couldn’t go back and forth so i relied on the professionals to be my eyes. I hired this inspector and he did not properly inspect my house and when i mentioned details of the house that should have been on the inspection he claimed it could have been done after the after by the sellers even though it was damage from months to years old.. he then argued and yelled at me and said he did his job and wouldn’t help me and home insurance won’t cover even though he neglected to do his job properly so now this has costed me thousands of dollars of damage that needs replaced. He offered no help and said it wasn’t his fault when in deed he could have done a better inspection and reported more so i couldn’t have been aware and could have offered less money or requested this fixed before buying the house.

Mr. King was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in laymens terms so that I could understand everything. His report was specific and detailed. On top of that, he was punctual, efficient, and the price was reasonable. I have already referred him to others and would definitely use him again.
