We used Lenders moving company for our move and we were very impressed with the service that was provided! We happened to plan our moving during a huge snow storm, but Chris and Kevin gave me constant updates on what our plan was going to be. Our movers Scooter, Randy, and Chris were extremely quick and efficient, and made this move flawless for us. My husband and I would 100% use this company again.
Leaders Moving (Kevin) contacted me to have a player piano with stained glass panels moved from one home to another. The quote provided was fair and included insurance. They were also able to meet my very short time schedule. The pickup/delivery team (John/Mike) were on time; plus very professional and courteous. The piano arrived undamaged. I would highly go to Leaders Moving again to have something moved or when moving.
I had Ray and Will. They were on time and communicative. Did a great job explaining the process and planning the move. Navigated the truck through some tricky snow bound streets in Cleveland. And they were mindful moving big furniture around tight spots and breakable objects. The whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend and use again.
I recently requested quotes from several moving companies and Leaders offered the most reasonable and transparent pricing (no hidden fees or additional hourly charges). I was having difficulties getting a moving company to respond to me…Things changed when I reached out to Leaders. From the quote to then the actual day of the move, the staff was professional and on time. The day before, Tyrone in the main office called to confirm the move and give me a pickup window. Zach and Milton were amazing and speedy while, most importantly, not damaging my belongings. Schedule your move with Leaders and you won’t be disappointed!
Rob and Jeff were fantastic - they were very professional and were in such good spirits for the entire move. My husband and I were relocating from a 3rd floor apartment to a 3-floor townhome and the movers did not lose their stride during loading and unloading…even after all the flights of stairs we took that day, ha! We had two set backs with some large furniture pieces and ultimately they were unable to deliver the furniture to the appropriate floors in our new home, but that was totally a design flaw with the house and not a reflection of Rob and Jeff’s willingness to try and troubleshoot getting the pieces up. I appreciated how apologetic they were as well even though it wasn’t their fault at all. If we ever decide to relocate, we would definitely use Leaders Moving again.

Scheduled this group to move my grandparents from one assisted living home to another. The crew arrived shortly after 1 and promptly left because they were told that they needed to wear masks in order to comply with the state and keep their residents safe. One man refused and they left and called to tell us that they were canceling our move after already leaving. No warning, no call saying that there was an issue, just calling to cancel after they had already left. Be flexible, be understanding, it’s a piece of freaking cloth that you have to wear in the hallway, nothing more. Absolutely awful customer service regarding the issue. They left my 82 year old grandparents with their lives completely packed up all because someone didn’t want to wear a little piece of cloth on their face for 2 minutes at a time. Grandma has 2 broken arms but it looks like she’s moving her couch now. Thanks a lot.
The experience with Leaders was great from start to finish. Kevin led us through the entire process of moving and gave us options for pricing to include packaging and moving right up to the end. We were able to adjust our price based on how much we accomplished and they took care of the rest! Ray, Snoop, Will, Wate, and Tony all helped the move go smoothly! From loading to unloading these guys were always working to get the job done. They even helped fix a dining room set and never hesitated to move furniture when we changed our minds where to place items/boxes! Thanks for making a stressful process more enjoyable and fun!
We used Leaders 2 times in the past 3 months (once for an out of state move and once for a local move). Both times they have been incredible!!! We can’t recommend them enough. They are efficient, pleasant, and amazing. Scooter and Will helped us with both of the moves and we LOVED them! Scooter was one of the nicest people we’ve ever met and diligent about making sure everything got where it needed to go. And Will is such a professional and unbelievably strong. He carried completely full dressers with ease. This most recent move we also had Rob, Thomas and Damien helping as well and they were all extremely organized and quickly loaded and unloaded. We truly cannot say enough how much we would recommend Leaders to anyone who needs movers. Thank you all so much for making this stressful transition MUCH easier!!
We used LEADERS to move several pieces of furniture and some boxes from the westside to the eastside of Cleveland and it was a fantastic experience. From start to reschedule to finish. Everything was great about my recent move with Leaders. Matthew was super responsive and gave me an accurate quote a few weeks before the move. The team that came to do the job - John, Chris, and Randy - were absolutely awesome. Professional and quick. I asked them to move my baby grand piano into a particularly tight space. Many movers would have given up and asked me to settle for placing it somewhere else, but these guys worked incredibly hard and didnt give up until they had it where I wanted it. Neshawn and Nick moved my entire apartment in a matter of just a couple hours! This may not sound like much but most of my furniture had to be hoisted out of a second floor window! Century old home with tiny stairwells just doesn’t lend to oversized farmhouse furniture. Nick and Neshawn and the entire team at leaders were incredibly professional and friendly, these guys know what they are doing! Have used this company 3+ times already and will continue!
We moved from a small 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom home, plus they emptied our storage unit that was full of my studio equiptment and several rare antiques. This crew was not only fast but they took the utmost care in handling the antiques that i have collected over the last 20 years. I hope i never have to move again but if I do I know who to call.

What can I say except my movers (Deshawn, Chris, & Jeff) were the best movers I have used in my entire life. They were incredible! I was moving from a pre-furnished 2 story house to the second floor of a double. I know the job looked overwhelming and I was so worried about this move, especially with the large sectional I have. But these guys proved me wrong and did everything so well.Lets start from the beginning of this move. I was moving in a relatively short amount of time (about 3 weeks), I called Leaders and asked them for a quote. They walked me through what information they needed, where I was moving from, where I was moving to, information about each place, and any things I needed them to know about. Once they did that they gave me a fantastic quote (300+ cheaper than any other company I had asked for a quote).They sent me my estimate quickly over email and when I had questions or had to make 2 small adjustments they were able to answer everything and put me at ease.Come day before moving called to confirm my move, verify what I would be moving, helped me make sure any and all notes I had were in order, and gave me the time to expect my movers.Moving day!Right on time, my team showed up promptly when they said they would and were ready to go. I walked them through what was mine (and what wasnt), what items I was concerned about moving for any reason (fragile, sentimental, etc.) and made sure to note it down and be careful with it.They reviewed my contract, made a few on the spot adjustments, and were ready to go! And boy could those guys move. Everything was moved quickly, carefully, and done with what looked like such ease. I was amazed. Everything was loaded up in that truck safe and sound and done in just about 2 hours! I was expecting it to take so much longer.When we got into the new place, they put everything where I needed it and again did it so professionally. When it came to the nightmare sofa I SWORE it wouldnt fit. The stairs were twisty, the door seemed to small, and the couch looked like it was 4 times bigger than it was when it went on to the truck. But they did it! I have no idea how, but it is in my living room and my two cats are lounging there now looking out the windows and watching the birds.Deshawn, Chris, Jeff, thank you. John, Snoop, and Ray did an amazing job with my move. They packed and moved me all in one day. The packing was excellent. Everything was wrapped carefully in a way that made sense and the boxes were labeled. The movers were also wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything got configured correctly and in the right place. I highly recommend Leaders and their crew!

Deshaun, Randy, and Chris were polite, professional, and most importantly, completed the move on time, quickly (less than 3 hours) and with no issues. Having used Leaders for previous moves, it was an easy choice to go with them again.
[EDIT] The positive review further below was posted by one of the movers without my permission.A glass table was missing (I assume it was broken and hidden) and a rocking chair was broken. The chair was not wrapped. Both of these were family heirlooms that are irreplaceable. A couple times, items from the top of the dolly fell to the ground. The floor was scratched and the kitchen threshold was broken. Leaders does not train their movers well. The movers were nice and hard working, but need better training. The movers shouldnt feel they need to hide broken items. Also, all fragile furniture should be moved, wrapped, and packed with care. The movers wrapped most furniture, but the chair was not.[Jaylin , Jeriel , Tirione , and Avion we’re so amazing , the guys came to keep butt everything was perfect . If anyone looking to move this is your group of guys to request .Thanks Leaders !]

Another great experience with Leaders Moving! Leaders is our go to for all of our moving needs. We put them to the test last week when we called them to explain we had to get all our belongings out of the house in one day so contractors could refinish our hardwood floors. Using Leaders Moving was probably one of the best experiences I’ve in my 65 years. Kevin was courteous in his phone calls with quotes, scheduling, even box delivery.His crew of Mike, Kevin and Will were courteous, professional and quite quick. They showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. I moved 5 rooms of furniture and about a 100 boxes. It was completed in less than 8 hours.It was smooth and efficient with no damage or concerns. If the game plan changed a little throughout the day, they were quick to adapt and were quite pleasant to work with.I recommend them for any move, big or small. Just had the privilege of using Leaders movers to move to my home in Lakewood from my apartment & I couldn’t be more pleased. These guys are on top of everything. They sent me 3 knowledgeable, experienced, & hard working movers, along with being great people (Ray, Kevin & Snoop). All 3 of them are the best movers I’ve ever had. They deserve as high a tip as you can give because investing in those 3 is a good investment & working with Leaders is a great decision.
We had a great experience with Jon K, Will & Snoop as our movers! They were careful with all of our items, and a friendly team. They worked hard and quickly. They even helped take in a couple larger packages that we had at our door, which was very helpful!!! It was the little things.We had a piano to pickup on the way to our new house, and they had no issues with that. It went smoothly!In addition to the great team, the price was right and exactly as initially quoted. They called to confirm the Friday before our Monday move which was nice. We just moved locally and had a wonderful experience with Leaders Moving. They were on time, professional, friendly, careful, and worked quickly and efficiently. Ray, Kevin, and Jacob were great. Ray was the lead mover and advised them on every step and kept things going. Ray went through each item on the truck with me at the new house (I don’t know how he remembered because I sure didn’t!) before they were unloaded and asked which room they were to be put in and exactly which wall the big pieces needed to go on and the exact location. We were very impressed and they made a hectic and stressful day that much better. Highly recommend!!

We could not have been happier with the move we just completed with Leaders Moving.We recently bought a new couch from a local furniture store who provided their moving company to deliver the couch ; the mover the furniture store recommended could not successfully move the couch to the 3rd floor of our Cleveland townhouse.We had suggested to the furniture store mover that they could hoist the couch up to our the 3rd floor decks, allowing us easily get the couch into our 3rd floor family room.The movers refused to consider it as an option.We contacted Leaders Moving based upon a positive experience we had in the past. The team at Leaders were not only confident they could deliver the couchby hoisting over the deck; they did it at a more than reasonable price.Thanks to the team of 3 movers our couch was in place within an hour of the team arriving a our house.We highly recommend Leaders and we would not hesitate to use them for any of our future moving needs .

The team of Scooter, Nate, and Thomas were my movers and they were absolutely wonderful, no two ways about it!! They were courteous, considerate, careful, conscientious, extremely efficient, and completely thorough... and they even managed to be cheerful while moving some rather heavy things. I have to schedule a part two for my move and I intend to request the three of them and hope they will be available. I really appreciated how hard-working they each were and how thoughtfully they moved each piece of furniture while navigating stairs and narrow doorways. They really wereexcellent!!

I have been remiss in not sending my feedback on this exceptionally fine move. As a Marine Corps veteran and long time higher ed administrator, I have lived in 8 states and moved about 34 times - so when I say this was the finest team of movers and moving company I have ever had the pleasure of working with - it really means something. The teamwork was exceptional. The logistics and orchestrating of the move in one day with care and compassion was impeccable. The team lead was exceptional in his leadership and the team was solid. I will not hesitate to hire you again when I retire to move me home. Many, many thanks! (I don’t know what you pay these guys - but it’s probably not enough. LOL!)

First of all, I spoke with Kevin. He handled my information in detail. He was very thorough. They charge by the stuff you have not by the time which is GREAT!!!! and when I took some of the items off my price went down bcz I felt I could move that myself. But I want to give Will , Thomas, and Cody their props they moved me up 2 flights of steps which were 32 steps and they worked nonstop like machines. I thought they were robots. They were cool respectful and kind. No matter what they were friendly and professional. I will recommend this company to Whom ever I know and I make this company my lifetime movers. We decided to have Leaders move us to our new house based on reviews we found on line. From our first call to Leaders through the completion of our move, our experience was exceptional.Our moving crew- Chuck D., Mike and Jeff- exceeded expectations. The day of our move, our area received more than 12 inches of wet, heavy snow. Chuck, Mike and Jeff shoveled snow without any comment or complaint to ensure a safe and flawless move. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and careful with delicate items.We have already recommended Leaders to friends. If we ever move again, Leaders will be our moving company.
Never used movers before, but needed the help since I was moving relatively long distance (~3.5 hours away). Had a former co-worker of mine recommend Leaders. They were a little more expensive than the other quotes I had received, but others were charging per-hour - where Leaders was an all-inclusive quote regardless of time.On move day, DeShawn, Nate, and Q showed up bright and early with a ton of energy & enthusiasm. The guys were very professional, helpful, and had a wonderful attitude that made the day so much less stressful. And they were QUICK!! I had pre-prepped all the furniture & boxes onto the first floor, and the guys loaded the truck in less than 45 minutes.Again, Ive never used movers before this - but I would 100% use Leaders next time I move or recommend them to my friends & family. Instead of a stressful moving day, everything went smoothly & we actually got to have some fun listening to the movers race each other & crack jokes along the way.
Moving is such a stressful process, and then theres the question of whos actually going to move all of your dearly beloved possessions. I first discovered Leaders on Angi (formerly Angies List). Christopher promptly called me back after receiving my inquiry. After seeking out a few more quotes from other hourly companies, whose quotes varied wildly, I ultimately chose Leaders because I knew my price would not change whether I used them for six hours or 10 hours. Christopher answered all of my questions, including the ones that keep you up at night, like will my mover cancel on me because they didnt require a deposit. His answer? No, we dont cancel on people. On the day of the move, four strong, kind, and entertaining fellows showed up ready to work: Chuck, Mike, Matt, and Scooter. Other companies told me it would take 6-7 hours, two trucks, and six men. These four did the entire move (minus the hour travel time) in just over three hours with one truck (and room to spare inside, I might add). Watching the team was like watching ballet: smooth moves and no broken items. Though I didnt need them beyond the time it took them, I knew that paying by the day gave me that flexibility should I have needed it. I cannot recommend Leaders enough for the awesome service from start to finish.

Randy, Will, Alex and Darius moved our four bedroom house today. They did an amazing job! Efficient, careful, clean, friendly. Leaders was able to get us moved during Christmas week when other companies were booked into the New Year. Being able to update the moving inventory leading up to moving day was great, no surprise charges. I would highly recommend Leaders.

These guys did my move in about three hour, which would have probably taken a full day or more for me to do on my own.Definitely a fair price and I am certain I will use again.
A home run!!! Our moving crew: Mike, Matt and Tony were amazing, we could not have asked for a more professional, punctual and accommodating crew. This move involved relocating a long time Cleveland resident to her new home in Columbus. These gentlemen made the whole process effortless for my mother, and totally turned a stressful moving event into a positive experience. I will definitely recommend Leaders to anyone needing to hire a moving company.
We hired Leaders to load our packed apartment into a PODS container for a move across the country. We had previously had positive experiences with Leaders, however this time was a bit different. We had packed all of our small commodities into boxes and left the furniture pieces for the movers to wrap and transport to the container. This was decided because we felt that professional movers would have a better grasp of how to wrap furniture, as well as having an easier time of doing it.In short, our furniture was not properly wrapped. Our leather couch was wrapped only with plastic wrap directly against the leather, and no moving pads were used. We later found out that furniture of that material should be covered in moving pads AND THEN plastic wrapped at the very minimum. We also found after the container was unloaded that they packed the couch up against some wooden beams that caused the puncture.We had a similar problem with one of our more expensive book shelves. The damage is significant. There is a major puncture in our couch and the corners are pretty badly scratched up. The book shelves are also badly scratched and marked from poor packing. On top of this, several of our boxes were dropped when transporting them from the apartment unit to the container.The movers themselves explicitly said that they would be adding the moving pads to our furniture once they got it down to the container, however what actually happened is that they just left ALL of the moving pads in the same packaging that they came in and put them in the container not protecting anything. We were told by the movers on the day they came that if anything was damaged we had a 30 day window to file a claim with Leaders. They did not provide any paperwork for us to fill out in the event there were damages either during the day of packing or any follow up.The worst part of Leaders however is the customer service. Not only did they refuse to aid us in any way regarding our course of action, they actively attacked us on the phone when we were trying to resolve our damages caused by the handling of our furniture and boxes. Leaders actually does have a claims office, though Im not sure what they do because we were explicitly told that Leaders does not handle any claims for damaged goods. The Claims Manager that we talked with refused to answer our questions, and was hostile throughout the phone call. She also hung up on us after several minutes of discussion.Throughout the process, we were told conflicting and often times inaccurate information regarding our course of action should any problems arise, we were lied to when told that our most valuable goods would be properly packed, and we were verbally attacked by the Claims Manager for the Cleveland division of Leaders. At no point in this process were we satisfied at all with the service provided. The Claims Manager in particular was strikingly unsavory. Im still in shock from the lack of professionalism and common decency she displayed over the phone to people she had never previously talked to.
I used Leader to move my stored household goods from self storage unit to home. Mainly boxes with limited furniture. Three employees showed up. Packed the truck perfectly for the 15 mile drive to house. John, Thomas, and Tony were employees. Moving back to Cleveland area as I from here. Turns out John and Thomas are JMH grads….same as I. But had a few decades on them! Small world. Great job guys. They made me feel at home after being away for 50 years!
We has an awesome crew on 7-10-21 of 3 really awesome guys, DeShawn, Matt, and Nick (I think I have the names right) They went above and beyond to make my parents move to a new house seamless. All 3 were so friendly and nice and so hard working. I have never had such a good moving crew. My sister is a realtor in Cleveland and this crew has become her go to recommendation. From beginning to end the crew at Leaders Moving made my move from Cleveland to Chicago as stress free and pleasant as possible. I asked for an in-person estimate and Kevin arrived as planned. He walked through the house with me asking detailed questions about the move. Ultimately his estimate was more reasonable than other movers I contacted. Most important, what he estimated was exactly what I was charged.On the Cleveland end of the move, with Ray’s supervision, Randy, Jeff and Ray arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to pack and store all of the items on the truck. The truck arrived in Chicago exactly as planned. Ray and Cori did a remarkable job moving everything into the house with care, efficiency and speed. They arranged furniture, lay down rugs and reassembled beds etc. as expected. These two young men were warm, responsive and accommodating in every possible way. It was a genuine pleasure watching them work and working with them. In all, I could not have asked for or received a better moving experience. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I recommend Leaders Moving without reservation.
I have moved many times in my life, and this is the ONLY time that I didnt have any stress about the actual move day. Cori and Chris were absolutely incredible. They were prompt, professional, personable, funny, and really knew their business. The care they took with my belongings and home was unparalleled. They protected doorways, furniture, my walls, etc. My belongings and new home arent high-end, but they treated everything as if it was. They were kind to my pets and daughter, and my parents were blown away. They intend, as do I, on using Leaders for all future moves. And as the cherry on top of the moving cake, the final bill was LESS than my estimate. How often does that happen? I had been referred to Leaders from another moving company that didnt have availability, and I have never been more happy that my original choice didnt work out. Thank you, Chris and Cori!!

It was so easy working with this company. I did a lot of research with several companies before moving forward and this was the most reasonably priced and well rated company I could find. We moved from a second story apartment to a 2 story home. We had them move 2 bedroom sets and all our living room furniture.They were true to the quote I was given with no hidden fees or surprises. It seems I was billed for the amount of things I wanted moved which I liked. The office was easy to communicate with and I was able to easily add on additional items as they came up. They dissembled and reassembled my bedroom set which really sped up the process and allowed us to focus on other matters. They were running behind on the move in day through no fault of their own (power outage at the job before mine) but the office communicated this with me and apologized for the delay. The movers were in contact with me when they were on the way. Chuck D and Randy were hardworking, speedy and efficient yet were very careful with all of our furniture. They were sure to ask us exactly where we wanted everything set up and were pleasant and polite. They were funny, personable and had a positive attitude through the whole process. Definitely recommend this company for any moving needs! Will be using them again next time we move.
John, Snoop and Kevin were fantastic! They helped my fiancé and I move to our first home together! They were so kind, polite and hardworking! They came on time and explained exactly what they would do and walked through both houses with us so that we knew and understood what was happening. They took great care with all of our belongings and double checked several times to make sure things were going in the correct place. I found Leaders Moving and Storage by searching moving companies in Northern Ohio. Leaders had very good reviews.I contacted them via telephone because I had a custom interstate move. K. Sisson, operations manger came out to our home for an onsite estimate. Kevin was punctual, professional. The estimate was reasonable for the logistics of our move.On the actual packing day, our foreman and driver, Ray Voshall and another helper, Damien were again punctual, professional and efficient packers and accommodating to our needs. Ray loves his job and it was apparent that he had a lot of experience packing.The delivery to Georgia went off without a hitch. Ray and Chris arrived at the appointed time and dealt with steep driveways and stairs. My antiques and custom made furniture arrived without a scratch. They placed our items exactly where we wanted them and were friendly and professional through the process.I can now say the Leaders provided the best moving experience we have had throughout our many moves. Our experience with Cori, Cris and Scooter was wonderful. They showed up when they said they would be there, did a walk through of our home before they started and then got right to work. We had our home and big items from our barn and they were awesome. They were courteous, careful and very polite. It was an all day job to move us out and to our new home and they never wavered. They asked us where we wanted furniture and items placed in our new home and set up the bed and centered large items so that we didnâ??t have to move them. I would recommend Leaders Moving every time and especially this crew.

Efficient and careful! We had Eric, Thomas and Q help us with our recent move, and it was by far the easiest move we’ve ever had. It’s worth it to hire the professionals, even if it’s just for heavy/fragile items. Chris was so helpful in setting it all up so that we got the best deal. Mike, John T and Andrew were the crew that was sent to help my wife and I move. We couldn’t be happier with how smooth it all went. Typically moves are so stressful but these guys were professional, friendly and easy to work with. During the move I had questions about some high dollar items and they helped to ease my anxiety and of course all our items arrived in one piece. John and Chris did a great job, were careful with out items and did a fantastic job loading the trucks and then packing our storage units. When it comes time to move out of storage and into our new home I will use leaders again and if I can request John and Chris plus maybe a third guy this time just so I don’t work these guys into the ground. Chuck D, Randy and Mike E did a great job with our move on Saturday, April 25. They were extremely thorough and efficient, and took care in what they did. All of our belongings arrived safely and there were no marks left on walls or doors at either house. They also made sure to ask what room each piece of furniture should go upon bringing into the new house. And taking it a step further, they asked if there were particular spots in those rooms they should put the item. Leaders was awesome - other hired movers I had booked ditched last minute. Within a few mins of submitting a quote online, got a call from them and they booked me for the next day. Scooter and Zack were super flexible with the bad parking situation at my apt and dealing with a very narrow entry into the apt.

Leaders came on-site to review what would be needed for the job, and provided a good competitive estimate. John and Randy did a great packing job - professional, courteous, and efficient. They also determined not all the estimated packing materials were needed, saving us money while still doing a thorough packing job. Leaders is definitely worth your look.
We had a very positive experience with Leader Moving & Storage Co from start to finish. We hired them through the Cleveland location to move us from Ohio to NC (500 miles) over a three day period (5/24 to 5/26/21). Christopher Kermendy met with us prior to the move & addressed all our concerns, did a thorough & professional in house survey, inventoried items, provided a folder with tips to prepare for moving day, discussed insurance, and gave us an estimate. He also offered additional services: disassembly & reassembly, storage, boxes, and packing services. The movers were fantastic. Our movers Will, Snoop, and Kevin (Ohio) and Will and two gentlemen (NC) arrived on time, worked hard, quickly, were polite, helpful and friendly. All our furniture and items were moved, protected and placed at the new location w/o any damage. There were no misunderstandings, no accidents and I highly recommend this company after the experience we had. Definitely a 5 star company with 5 star employees!! A pleasure to work with.
The movers were excellent, the service was great. Danny, the GM is great to work with, very reasonable and very helpful in the entire process. I was happy with the move, with the storage and the move out of storage. Leaders is an outstanding company, I interviewed three companies, Leaders was head and shoulders above the others in transparency and pricing. There was no smoke and mirrors, everything was above board and no hidden fees. I would use them again and I highly recommend them! I called Leaders for a fairly small moving job and they were able to squeeze me in just a few days later. Eric, Randy and Mike arrived and worked very quickly and efficiently. They were also very friendly. The original quote was very reasonable to begin with, and on moving day when I told the guys I didn’t actually need a couple items moved after all, they called the office and the price was reduced. I will definitely call Leaders again if I need moving services.

We recently purchased a vacation condominium in the Chautauqua Lake area and wanted to use some of our furniture from our West side Cleveland home. No longer “spring chickens,” we decide to use professional movers and after getting a few estimates, we opted to use Leaders. As it turned out, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. From the estimating process with Christopher to the actual move, the entire experience was easy, professional yet personal and without any hiccups. We had a wonderful experience using Leaders. First off I really liked the pricing structure based on inventory and not hours. This way the movers weren’t rushing around and you knew your price upfront. The 3 men that helped us were all super friendly and nice. They had positive attitudes through it all, despite the 15 degree weather. They set up a few beds without us even asking. Kept our house as tidy as possible even though it was very snowy. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone. It was a much better experience than I’ve had with other local Cleveland movers. I had a very good experience with Leaders moving in Cleveland. My movers were Eric and Ray and they were kind and professional and very efficient. I was moving my father to assisted living and they treated each piece like it was their own. They were done quickly and I cant emphasize enough how easy they were to work with. Also, the office staff was very helpful each time I called prior to the move. This company also charges significantly less than other local movers in our area. I will never use another company. Thank you Leaders Moving for living up to very high standards!
Do not use this company to pack a storage container for a long distance move. I was told that all wood furniture would be wrapped in furniture pads & fabric furniture would be wrapped in plastic. I provided furniture pads/blankets & they gave back most after container was packed saying they didnt need to use all of them. I asked if all pieces were wrapped & they assured me they were. Container was packed full & view was blocked by my queen mattress so I could not verify if they were wrapped.Upon opening the container once it arrived at my new home I discovered they did not wrap most of the wood furniture & I had damage to 5 pieces of wood furniture. They also did not wrap my couch or couch cushions in plastic but luckily no damage sustained other than a few dirt scuffs. Here is the email exchange & denial of faultMy emailOur storage container finally arrived in Florida. Overall most of the items were ok. A few pieces of furniture were damaged because they did not cover the wood pieces with pads. They also did not wrap my couch or cushions in plastic like they were supposed to but luckily there wasn’t any damage to the couch. How do I proceed with the damaged pieces?Leaders replyYou would have to contact the transport company we only insure the items up to when we close the door and send it away. Unfortunately we would not cover any items that we did not transport because we have no way of knowing what happened in that time.My responseYour people didn’t cover them with blankets like they were supposed to. I have pictures of everything before it was unloaded. I unloaded it myself with family. It is absolutely the fault of your packers.No reply to that
I needed furniture moved to other rooms in the home and didn’t want to bother my family. I called several moving companies and they stated that they didn’t even do that. Leaders Moving came right out and on time. Darius and Randy, the movers were courteous and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this company!

After reading others reviews we contacted Leaders and spoke with Kevin, he took a verbal inventory of our home, offered a reasonable price and answered all our questions leading up to the move. The team of Eric, Will and Dashawn were right on time, double checked our needs and then did a fantastic job moving our items into their truck and then into storage. They were really hustling but they used caution around the sticking points of the house and left it in very good order. We have a second move coming in Spring and intend on using Leaders Moving & Storage for that move as well.Update: This is the second time we have used Leaders Moving & Storage. They charge a fair price for the work they do, and were prompt and courteous. Chuck, Mike and Jacob did a great job. The guys put everything where we asked, and when not sure, they checked with us. No damage to any of our belongings. We would definitely use them again.

I used Leaders for an out-of-state move, I was originally going to give them 3 stars, but my contact at Leaders was completely dismissive of my concerns so I bumped them down one star.Tldr; DO NOT LET THEM OVER-ESTIMATE your move. I walked through the house with the contact and everything we were unsure about he put in the estimate. He also made the estimate based on them packing our entire kitchen. Multiple times I was assured we would only be charged for what they did. However, we packed over 80% of the kitchen and removed items from the move. This should have saved us some money, but they charged us the full estimated amount.The moving crew was very polite and packed up our stuff in a timely manner. The problems occurred at drop off.The movers broke a few of our items. Leaders sent us a claim form to fill out, so well be working through that soon. Also, the movers put many of our boxes/furniture in the wrong place .We did a big move with a baby and a dog, and one of the reasons we hired movers was to put our boxes and furniture where we needed them. However, when I asked them to move things to the correct location they said they had to get back and abruptly left. As a result, I had to move lots of furniture and boxes all over the house after the movers left.Overall, they provided mediocre service at a decent price. However, they charged us too much, put our furniture in the wrong place, and then completely ignored these concerns when I emailed them after the move. Even a polite Im sorry these things happened would have been nice to hear. if you can afford a better service, use one.
I was impressed With the quality of service provided by LEADERS to move our family furniture. We had some untimely weather when the furniture was delivered, and Mike and Ray did a great job of keeping things clean and keeping the furniture protected. The unloading was skillful and efficient, and left us very content.
Deshaun and Snoop were so friendly, polite and helpful. They asked questions if they weren’t sure where a box went due to my poor labeling, offered to help in any way we needed (hanging ladders on the new garage wall, assembling storage racks, etc.) and overall wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving.
My wife and I had 3 guys come out to move a baby grand piano, a couple refrigerators, and a bunch of other furniture. They were on time, courteous, got the job done fast, and didnt nick up anything. We had a GREAT experience with Leader movers. Our crew, Mike F, Jon, Mike E and Will, were truly fabulous. These four guys worked long and hard and went above and beyond. They were more than happy to do little extras to help us out both with the packing up and with the setting up in our new home. Mike F seemed to be the team leader and he was spot on with his direction to the crew. Our move took all day and the guys never slowed down. This company was recommended to me by a family member, and Im very glad that I chose to hire them for my recent move on 3/28/2020. From start to finish, I received great communication from this company...they answered all of my questions before the moving day....they gave me a Very reasonable estimate & final price....they called me the night before & again on the morning of the movie just to confirm details....they offered to bring extra boxes (which I needed 2 wardrobe boxes) at no cost just to borrow them.... And, the 2 moving guys who showed up on moving day were top-notch! I want to give extra thanks to these guys: Mike E and Mike F. They were very courteous and professional, hard workers who obviously know this business & how to safely maneuver all pieces of furniture, plus, they were just cool to talk with, and had good attitudes. Leaders Moving & Storage Company is GREAT! They recently moved us from old house to new house without one complication. The crew of movers, Chuck, Randy, and Snoop were super friendly and took the utmost care with our belongings from start to finish. They even hung my clothes back up in the closet at the new house! I was referred to Leaders from my Landlord who had also used their services. We moved from the suburbs to the city (downsizing) with a lot of heavy, delicate furniture along with some large, heavy business appliances that were also moved to our business location, which was in close proximity to our new city dwelling. It was a huge move. I had several quotes from other movers, some not willing to do this move because of the amount of heavy pieces.Leaders not only gave me a competitive price, they brought in two trucks and extra helpers to achieve a seamless movewith NO damage to any of the pieces of our valuable pieces or to the business appliances. I was very impressed with the patience, time and care of the young men involved. There was one particular piece of business equipment that was too large for a door opening, they figured out a way to get the piece into the location (taking more time than planned) with success and no damage.We were so impressed that we used them again, a month later, for the remaining items at the house which was not sold when we moved the first time. Both moves were efficient, reasonably priced and professional. The crew with both moves were all friendly, respectable and willing to please. Ray was particularly professional and was the leader of the pack with both moves. I will not hesitate to call and recommend Leaders for any future moves.
This was my sixth move and the best experience by far. David and Mike E. were awesome. They arrived right on time, were incredibly efficient, and did a great job getting our furniture safely into the house. They were responsive and communicated well throughout the move. Highly recommend!
Great Company. The movers Jeff and Darius were amazing. They were on time, quick, and the customer service was great! They actually put my bed back together better than the previous movers. Cant forget to mention how affordable the prices were. Overall a great experience, will definitely be using this company again in the future.
John and Mike from Leaders Moving and Storage out of the Cleveland, Ohio office assisted me with my first out of state move. I have used them before for a local move, however, I was impressed with the quality of service, quick pick up and taking my things to storage from Pittsburgh to Columbus in less than 5 hours. I also had bags that did not fit in my car, they grabbed them and took them with no questions asked. Advised me to go through the house of a last walktrhough, and off they went. Lastly, stored my belongsing in storage neat and provided me the ability to walk in my storage with no items falling. Couldnt ask for a better group of guys. Will definitely be using them again in November with my final move. Highly recommend their service.

They moved all of our items from our one house to the new house took apart and put together things that needed to be and also helped us move our PIG which was our biggest concern in moving! I have used Leaders multiple times and the Cleveland group is by far my favorite and have provided my past 2 moves. Their movers are the most professional, kind, polite, hard working, respectful, and very gentle with my belongings than some other movers I have had in the past. Chuck D and Kevin were excellent. They arrived on time and finished my move quickly. I was so impressed with how quick and efficient they were. The additional local mover from Greensboro who assisted them was also very respectful, kind, and hard working, but I do not know his name. The additional mover in Ohio was also great. All of my movers worked so hard and kept an exceptional attitude the entire time. I cannot thank you enough for providing such a seamless move and taking such great care of my things.
We had the dream team of movers (Dan, Shawn, and Snoop) help up with our move. They were very courteous and handled the move like true professionals. We had three separate stops and they loaded the truck efficiently and securely with room to spare. When we arrived to our new home, they always asked where we would like any unmarked box. Really appreciated my Leaders team! The guys were on time, polite (seriously, extremely polite. SO NICE.), and generally enjoyable to be around all day. They took their time, were very careful with our stuff, and worked very hard to ensure furniture, boxes, and items were placed in the correct room (and in the correct location within the room!). Moving can be so stressful, but I felt all my worries wash away when the team showed up and took everything off my hands for the day.

I was referred to Leaders by my realtor and they were nothing but professional through the entire process. I talked mostly to Kevin in the office and he was always patient with me and answered all of my questions even when I called in a panic to make sure we could still move the day we had planned considering the COVID situation. The day of our move Chuck D, Mike E and Mike F showed up not only on time but early! We were still getting things ready to go for them and they were able to work around us and were fast, efficient and professional! Great experience, very professional crew of Chuck D, Mike, Randy and Will. They showed up on time, were courteous, cleaned out 4 bedroom house in 3 hours, and moved into our new house in the same time. I am so appreciative for the help that John K, John T, and Josh did for me this weekend. They were very attentive to my needs and careful with handling my property. I do not think I will be moving any time soon again, but if I elect to do so - I would request this same crew! The crew of three that moved my refrigerator was fantastic. Moving a full size refrigerator into a condo with limited space without damaging anything is not as easy as one might think. They were extremely careful as they went about the move. They were courteous and experienced. Leaders would be my first call for any future move.

We have used leaders moving two times this month! We had an excellent experience with Chuck and Snoop on 8/7 that when we were moving my mother into our home this weekend we went right back to leaders moving again and had another terrific experience with Quinton and Tony. All movers were very professional and took great care with our belongings. They were hard workers, polite, and easy to interact with. We had some heavy pieces that they remained steadfast and determined to get them placed in the correct areas without damaging any flooring, walls etc. I would recommend them to anybody. We were moving into new construction so it was very important to us that our home was not damaged in anyway. They acted as if it was their home and their belongings. Terrific to work with!
I am very happy with the services I received from Leaders. They packed up a lot of our things in a quick and efficient manner, and they were careful not only with the packing but also the transportation of the items. They also disassembled and reassembled certain furniture items for us. All of the team members (Eric, Randy, Snoop, John, and Ivan) over the course of the two days of loading and unloading were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Leaders to other people looking to move and plan on using them again in the future.
Really something special here. These guys are unique company in that they charge per item and not per hour. That scared me at first. But this is by far the smoothest Ive ever had with movers. They were quick and efficient. they were polite talkative and willing to help move anything if needed. These guys are by far the best movers in the northeast Ohio area. Chuck D/Orlando/Eric/Scott did a wonderful job with our move. We had a 4 bedroom 2000 square foot home with many stairs and they moved all of our furniture and boxes without damaging a thing. We really appreciate their hard work and great attitude throughout the entire move. I know they were exhausted by the end of the day, but they never stopped working hard and giving excellent customer service. I will definitely be recommending Leaders Moving to my family and friends!
I was extremely impressed from my phone conversations with Chris Kermendy to the professional of the three gentlemen who completed the actual moving project. This was an intricate move involving three households but they did it efficiently and correctly with zero damage to furniture or property which we appreciated greatly. They did everything we asked without having to follow them around and everything was moved without any mess whatsoever. Realizing they needed to work without maskes we were able to maintain social distancing as needed so the move was safe as well. Great experience and would highly recommend again. Last thing, we did not get any competitive bids just relied on Angies List for a recommendation and a gut feeling after talking to Chris that we were being treated fairly and professionally.
The moving team (Chuck, Randy and Thomas) were on time, professional and were careful with our furniture. This was quite different to a company we had used in the past where the only thing they cared about was how fast they could load and unload to get to the end of their day.I will definitely ask for the same team for the second part of our move
I used Leaders Moving for a local move from a second floor apartment to a third floor walk up apartment. Darius, Da Shaun, and Austin were awesome. They moved everything quickly and carefully even around the narrow staircase corners. Nothing was broken and they made the whole move so much easier. I’d recommend any of them!

My brother and I have both used Leaders now. Weve had two different crews, and both have been professional and efficient. And my stuff is intact! The crew I had was John K, Will, and Jacob. They came in with the list of items i had provided over the phone when I booked the move, identified the items on it and any additions/subtractions, and then began moving. When I remembered something I had forgotten later on, they added it without any stress to me. When they were finished and Will was writing up the paperwork, John and Jacob offered to move more things around in the new place just because. I had a 100% positive moving experience and would recommend Leaders and specifically these three guys, to anyone.

Chuck and his team were great! They started earlier than their scheduled time which was great for me. They checked all the items and explained everything clearly. They packed up the truck in record time and then hiked all the furniture up two steep flights in my turn of the century apartment building. Chuck D, Randy, Ray, and Darius did a great job. Theywere friendly and professional. What I appreciate is that even though a mirror was broken by accident, the crew did their best to clean up that large pieces and when I called in a few days after the move, another member of the company came out again to vacuum up the remaining small pieces that I had discovered. I appreciate the care that was taken after the fact even though I had already paid and signed off before discovering the smaller pieces of glass. Id use Leaders again and recommend to family and friends.
I highly recommend Leaders for moving out of state. We moved from Medina, OH to Forest, VA on 11/23/2020 and everything went very well. All employees were professional from the sales associate Kevin to the crew leader Will. There was one glitch, the 3rd party helpers did not show up in Virginia (no fault of Leaders). Will stepped up and did the work of an entire crew all by himself, even the heavy stuff. So… I just want to give a shout out to Will, great job unloading and placing all of our stuff! Leaders, you should pay Will what you would have paid the locals as a bonus! He deserves it! Also, the additional two crew members in Ohio did an outstanding job! Sorry, I forgot your names.

2022-02-16We wanted to use the services of a local company that would take care of our stuff and not mixing them with other peoples furniture. A friend recommended them to me and I am so glad we did. Thanks to John, Roger, Randy and Chris, my move from Cleveland to Indiana was as easy as it can be (moving is always hectic). They accommodated my timing and dates, they moved all my stuff overnight and delivered in less than 24 hours!! Highly recommended. Best moving company and best people!

Ray was there the whole time making sure all our needs and concerns were taken care of especially when packing our library in a way that would be neat and orderly. 2022-01-17We called Leaders to handle our move after a recommendation we received and we were not let down. Chuck, Mike, Juan, and Tony took their time to be careful yet stayed efficient and light-hearted during the whole move. They emptied our old house so quickly and when we got to the new house, they took the time to be sure of where we wanted things put so that we wouldnt have to rearrange things after they left. The last item they brought into the house was a large hutch and after we saw how it wasnt going to fit as nice as we had hoped, they happily moved it to a new location without any fuss or sour feelings at having to make one more move. The Leaders Moving team took care of my family from the initial quote through the move itself with care, consideration, and overall kindness. I would happily recommend them to anyone else planning their move.

2022-03-30Chuck, Mike, and Matt were very professional and I had a one bedroom, one bath apartment that needed to be loaded into a 10 Ft. U-Haul. I requested that they call me before they arrive to my place and they did exactly that, they called 30 minutes beforehand and told me they were on the way! We had all the boxes & furniture packed up and they packed it in the U-Haul in 40 minutes. It was insanely FAST!! And they were also courtesy to help re- position some of the furniture we already had in the U-Haul to better maximize the space & keep it from bumping into the back of the truck. Amazing job they did you can tell they work hard, are efficient, and are experts in what they do. I would recommend anyone call this company and get a quote today to help make your move EASY.

I had scheduled two well known local moving companys on two different dates and they were both a no show and not even a courtesy call, but instead the most ridiculous reasons for not showing up. And I had to call on them to hear their unacceptable excuses. CALL ON LEADERS MOVING AND STORAGE! They will accommodate you and every step of your moving needs. A company that delivers on what they commit to. Thank you Chris, and Kevin, who made it an informative and easy transaction at a good value. What overwhelmed me the most were the men, John and Snoop who were professional, courteous and responsive. They had a CAN DO attitude and never complained about the job at hand. 2021-12-23The Leaders crew moved my office from 1 location to another as well as some personal items to a different location during the same move. The crew was thorough, courteous and took time to carefully disassemble and reassemble the office furniture at each location. I will say that there wasnt a single flaw in any of the furniture. Not a scratch or dent in any wall. These guys were good. This is my second experience with Leaders this year and I highly recommend this Company for both your home and office moves.
