Leaders was recommended to us by a friend and we are so happy they were! Our movers, Alejandro, Jevon and Milton, were speedy, courteous and professional. They made our day so easy and stress-free. Ty in the front office was also very helpful in getting our move scheduled and inventory set up. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for local moving services.
Shameka hadled the arrangements for my move from Cincinnati to Columbus and was very responsive. The quote I received was a value compared to other movers. It was a full order estimate that was exactly what I paid in total.Brett (3377) and Erik (3353) were awesome for my move. They arrived within the scheduled window and they had my entire 1BR apartment loaded up in short order!! Brett had all the tools to disassemble my bed as well. I passed them on the highway on the drive and they were driving safely. Upon arrival in Columbus, they had everything unloaded in the same efficient manner as the load up. They were really friendly and efficient.
The team was very friendly, efficient and strong! We had a couple pieces that were very cumbersome and they were able to move them into places we were unsure of fitting without damaging the furniture or the house! Great job. Would hire again.

We moved within the Greater Cincinnati Area and had our items in storage with Leaders for almost 3 months. The employees on the pick-up and delivery ends of our move were very friendly, professional, and careful with our possessions. The two gentlemen with picked up our furniture and personal items on October 8th were brothers and they were really personable and careful. The three men who delivered our items to our new home, which is a 4th floor condo, on December 23rd were 3334 - Ryan, 3328 - William, and 3295 - MaRiko. They were fast, friendly, and careful. I will recommend Leaders moving and storage to friends and family.
Leaders storage did an outstanding job moving our household from a storage unit into our new home! The crew that came out was professional, courteous, hard working and extremely conscientious! They moved our belongings carefully and placed everything wherever we wanted them. When the job was done, in what I would consider record time, nothing was damaged, broken or scratched! My hats off to the team! I would definitely use them again!
They damaged several pieces of our finest furniture. They lost other pieces as well.. They said someone would be in contact with us. January 12th 2022 the damage and missing pieces were discovered upon our move in. Today is the 21st. After several calls to them, and promises to have it looked into all we have is silence. Dont use this company. I shelled out $250 dollars for the moving men to eat lunch on us. And this is the treatment I get?I will update this post if management decides to do the right thing. Otherwise buyers beware.
Ryan and Jodian were AMAZING!!!! They were efficient, professional and yet so kind! We had originally scheduled a babysitter for our three young children the day of our move. Unfortunately, she had to cancel and so now we were going to have movers moving our furniture while trying to keep three little boys out of their way. Ryan and Jodian accepted our children and kept calling them their little helpers. As a mom, that means so much to me! The fact that they amazing movers was great, but the kindness to our children was icing on the cake! We loved them!
Excellent service. Zak was crew leader and very helpful and caring for precious cargo of stained glass and pictures. Packed truck very tight to prevent movement. Used many moving blankets and padding to protect furniture. I would definitely hire them again. They do things differently. Charges for move are weight dependent and not a timed move.

The entire team from Richey, Andrew, lady in office to the 4 extremely hard working movers were exceptional.Alejando manged Rino, Devin M, and Devin T with precision organized delegation. We have moved a lot! These men were the hardest working professionals that we have ever had. They were strong! Energetic and entertaining. They were a delight to have in our homes. They moved and worked the entire time. But made it a little fun. I had never seen such hard working men that really seemed to enjoy what they were doing and they work highly efficiently together. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of the move and the courtesy and friendliness of the movers. I cant find the receipt where the team leader jotted down the names of the crew, but I cant say enough about their work ethic. Young guys but very professional. No hidden upcharges after the estimate, total time less than 3 hours including the drive (granted, I had packed and staged a good bit of it). I would have no issues recommending them to anyone.
What a fantastic moving experience! Pre-move communication was excellent, timely, and appropriate (not overwhelming). On move day, Deineco and Milton (movers) were professional, organized, prepared, and all around outstanding. Great attitude, helpful, and always smiling. They both handled our items with care as if it were their own. Would recommend this company for a move 100% of the time. We are overjoyed how smooth the move was during all the stress that comes along with changing residences.

The guys showed up on time and worked nonstop and quickly until they loaded all our pieces in to the truck. They had the same energy when moving those items in to our new apartment. The price was reasonable and the job was well done.

This is by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Scheduling via email was a breeze and pricing was reasonable. The guys arrived 10mins after the arrival window but gave us the heads up so we knew. And only ten minutes! When the guys, Ty and Devon, arrived they were amazing - fast, efficient, and extremely careful. They came with a great, upbeat attitude and were very courteous and professional. They are a dream team!! I will ONLY use Leaders in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I contacted Leaders to have some furniture moved (couch, desk, some tables). Everything went so smoothly.The office is very professional and are very clear about expectations and will answer any questions.The movers that came were very very fast and extremely courteous. They also did not delay to meet me at my destination.I was not charged a cent over my guaranteed price and my entire experience was 10/10. I would recommend their services to anyone.
This was our first move as a couple (our first time as homeowners together!), and because my fiancee had a good experience with them previously, we decided on Leaders Moving (see his previous review, under Joel Lee). Demeco and Kam were hard working, courteous, and professional. We especially appreciated how dedicated they were to moving our very heavy, bulky dresser up to the 3rd floor of our new home. There were a few twists and turns that were really tight and we werent even sure it was possible, but Demeco was determined to find a way, and he made it happen for us! This might sound like a small thing, but we really werent sure what we would have done otherwise, as the dresser wouldnt have had anywhere else to go. We would 100% recommend Leaders to anyone looking for an affordable move handled by people who care.
On Friday December 3rd at 9 am 3 young men from your company traveled all the way to my house in Lawrenceburg Indiana. Jake, Zach and Devin. After watching these men move all of our belongings I have to say I was very impressed! All 3 were polite, professional and communicative. They listened to instructions well, explained there process thoroughly and worked diligently. From start to finish at an impressive time of 3 pm these men never stopped. My families heaviest item was a piano. It was no problem for these young men. Thank you for helping me and my family get settled into our new house. JIC those 3 do not see this. Please let Jake, Zach and Devin know they are always welcome in our home.

Phillip and Justin showed up on time and got right to work. We didnt hire Leaders to do a normal big move. We just had our floors refinished and needed someone to move our refrigerator and oven back without scratching our floors. They took extra precautions to make sure they got it done well! Happy with our experience!

The expeirence was not great! The crew arrived on time and I did have additional items after going through the check list and I paid for the additional items. I am going to provide you with a list of items that were damaged in the move. I have had bigger fish to fry so the reason for the delay. I would be happy to provide pictures if you want them.One crew member complained repeatedly that he was doing more work than the other two.I had requested wardrobe boxes when I called to update my list and they had none so wrapped my clothes in moving blankets.It took them four hours to get to my home in Cincinnati and should have at most taken 2.5 hours.They did not have an Allen wrench to disassemble my beds, thankfully I had oneItems DamagedI had 4 custom framed artwork pieces scatched and damagedMy grill drawer was broken and the grill cover ripped in several placesMy kitchen garbage can was scratched and dentedMy water cooler was scratchedAn antique shelf was broken, another scratchedThere are oily fingerprints that I cant get off of my TV screenI have not had a chance to see if my birdbaths or any of my lawn items are damaged or to start my lawn mower to make sure it works. A piece of the shifter of my lawn mover was found in my driveway a few days later.I am sorry for the delay and as things have calmed down a bit now for me I felt you should be aware of this as I sure wouldnt want anyone else who is relocating to expeirence the things I did. Out of all of the items listed above, the artwork has upset me the most.I hope this will help you let your employees know that customer service is the name of the game in your business. The crew was nice and they had a long day, but that is part of the job.If you have questions or would like pictures, please let me know.
From start to finish, my companies experience with Leaders Moving , was great! Scheduling was easy and the guys that did the move (Ryan R. and Alec C.) handled all our furniture with care. I have to point out too that these guys showed up on time after we had a major snow storm here in Cincinnati. Thats exceptional service! I have used Leaders multiple times and they consistently show up right on time and always with a smile. They are friendly and efficient and get the job done carefully and quickly. Their prices are affordable and the thing I like the most is that they will move a few pieces of furniture for you, if that’s all you need. They will also move things within your home if you need that. Today my team moved some furniture from another location to my home, and then moved a bunch of furniture being stored in my garage to my upstairs bedroom and the basement, a feat I absolutely could not have done myself. I will continue to use Leaders anytime I need some heavy lifting— they are amazing! Highly recommend!
Matthew worked with me in an emergency situation by rescheduling my move from mid-morning to the last move of the day. Also, the young man that physically moved my belongings was fast and effective. He did an excellent job.Also, Leader charges a flat rate price so theres no guessing what the fee will be when the move is completed.
Marino and Wilcox were on time and very professional. They made my move super easy and gave extra effort in moving my washer/dryer which stacked and was in a small area. They figured out a way to get it apart and moved without any complaints or damages. Overall service was great and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future and again an extra thanks to Marino and Wilcox who were just so great to work with!
I moved across town in Cincinnati to downsize from my 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment in a two-family house. It could not have gone better! The Leaders moving crew of J. Brown, Marino and Ori Harrison were fantastic. They were polite, asked questions when needed and followed all requests without hesitation. On top of it, they were all friendly great guys. Moving is one of those experiences that no one likes, but the great crew from Leaders made this experience, dare I say, wonderful!
I want to say what an excellent job our movers Ryan (3331) and mucirk (3325) did today. I want to make sure our movers get recognized and rewarded by the company. They showed up on time and took care loading our items. They also set up items at our new house. The movers were efficient and professional and also personable. They went above and beyond and for that reason I would recommend leader movers to others.
Had a great experience with this moving company. Richie was great, professional and courteous when I called. Ryan R and Austin M was our movers and really took care of us, they did a great job moving us to our temporary location, very professional and represented the company well. Appreciate how professional, on time and fast the moving crew was: Tyler H and Ryan R. They were very fast and careful with items. Placed items where we wanted and assembled couch and bed. We had a moving window of 8-9 and they arrived right at 8, which was great. Allowed the move to be done fast and early. Richie arranging our move gave us a fast quote and then updated quote when we added items to the move.

I really wanted to give Leaders a good review. The movers were very nice and quick. However, they got grease all over two of our chairs. There were grease hand prints on our doors and our bed frame wood was scratched. They also lost our Peloton mat. I can’t get anyone to call me back or to even look for it. It’s very clear they are not planning to reimburse us for this $70 mat. I would not recommend using them. Spend a little more money and use Planes where you have better customer service and more professionalism.

The gentlemen that moved us were FANTASTIC! They were very professional , polite and courteous. What impressed me most was the way they were able to communicate with each other while carrying our heavy furniture! I know from experience thats difficult and can be extremely frustrating, but theyve got it down! They took precautions to ensure no damage to our properties or furniture. Shay and Shak were our movers today and I can’t speak highly enough about their level of professionalism and hard work. After interviewing three moving companies for our move from Cincinnati to Cleveland, it was clear that Leaders Moving and Storage was the best mover for the job!My husband and I were on a short timeline and we were thrilled that Leaders was able to accommodate our move date without issue. We arranged for a full pack and move. The price was fair (better than other estimates we received), but we chose Leaders more based on the quality of their work than the price.We had a great experience. The pack and move happened over the course of about 24 hours (packing, loading and the drive took one day and unloading took just under two hours). Not one item was broken, scratched or dented!The crew was friendly and polite, and was clearly working hard. I enjoyed working with Joe from the office to make all our arrangements, and I would gladly hire Leaders again.
My family needed to move my mom our of one assisted living facility and into another. We were given two days’ notice, but Leaders was able to squeeze us in. Because of restrictions due to the pandemic, the facilities required the movers to wear masks and submit to temperature checks and a screening. Leaders team complied, and the move was completed in half the time they estimated, and for half the quoted price! Everything about the move went smoothly and Leaders did a fantastic job. I will call them first from now on!
Tony and Tre did an excellent job moving us last week. We had a lot of very heavy antique furniture and they were very careful with each piece. No damage to the furniture or walls and door frames of the house. They were courteous and went out of their way to put our belongings exactly where we wanted them in the new house. Hard working guys. I moved yesterday and the movers could not have been better. I was so impressed with Ray, James, and Brad. All 3 guys did such a great job. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They were so professional and did a truly awesome job moving everything. They even moved everything up a VERY steep driveway with no problems.Im so impressed with this company. Other moving companies I contacted determined the estimated cost hourly and gave me a wide price range, and they still couldnt guarantee the move wouldnt go over the estimated max price. Leaders Moving provided a guaranteed price based on the inventory I completed ahead of time. That really helped me to determine what I needed to have moved before moving day. Thanks to this company, this was the easiest move of all time.Sean is also extremely helpful. He was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to emails (even on a Friday night at 8:30).I have already recommended this company to 1 friend and 2 family members for the next time they move.I will definitely being using this company again in the future, they helped make a stressful process be not stressful at all!

Three guys came and moved at a snails pace. Every piece of furniture was either, nicked, scratched or broken because movers admitted they did secure the furniture well enough during the transport. They took my bed apart (which I paid extra for) but then could not figure out how to reassemble it. I had to call Management and they came out to reassemble my bed a few days later. I originally did not want to give this review, but future customers need to be aware that some of the movers are less than professional and obviously dont care about their customers belongings. I will never use them again and will not refer them to anyone. They ended up taking some money off but my furniture is damaged.

There are many reasons someone picks a name for their business. I believe this companys name is perfect. Everyone was a Leader from Megan who worked with us on our moving inventory, to Tyrone who checked in a few days before the move to verify any last minute changes. And then there were the Leaders who showed up at our door the day of the move. As with many businesses it is the front line personnel that make the business. Phillip, Austin, and Deandre looked professional, acted professional and handled our belongings and us like they would family. They are the Leaders. Now, Leaders could be a family name, I dont know, but they make their point with the excellent employees . And, not that it matters, but the cost of this move beat every quote I received. Would recommend to anyone!
Moving around every few years is not fun at all. The moving companies are supposed to lessen my worries but somehow they keep adding to it. After trying several different big shots, I came to the conclusion that there is no better moving company than LEADERS moving and storage. Their prices are very competitive and the customer service is unbelievably prompt. The movers are all very experienced and friendly. Dakota & company(apologies I don’t recall the other employees name) took very short amount of time to finish the job, which is really cost effective. They delivered timely and made sure that the inventory list measured up. I have found my perfect moving company and I am never going back to the other thieves.Going forward I’ll definitely use them again , & have referred them to others. Thanks again for the prompt & professional service.

Leaders Moving & Storage has done it again! I have used them twice now and have been nothing BUT satisfied. I was on a time crunch, called Monday and was put on the schedule for that Wednesday. Sewell (3269) and Barker (3278) were awesome! They were professional, quick, and polite. I needed to have things unloaded at 2 different locations for my move. These guys never took a break, despite the extreme heat that day. They killed it! :)All around great company. Definitely recommend.
We had the most wonderful moving experience possible with Leaders! Service was incredible. The Team was very friendly and caring, honest and fast. Moving in the winter is one of the worst tasks, but Leaders put a bright spot on whole thing. Danny and Alex were total rock stars and one of the owners stopped by to check in and help too in the middle of the move! Of, yeah and they called on the morning drive to see if they could bring us anything. A truly refreshing experience. Highly recommend Leaders.

I contracted Leaders Moving to handle a move from Columbus to Cincinnati on June 1st, 2020. My move was handled by Lonnie and another gentleman whom I believe was new to the team and whose name I unfortunately do not recall. (He was kind of a quiet guy!) In any case, this truck crew was nothing short of world class. They displayed all of the following characteristics in abundant and equal measure: punctuality, friendliness, knowledgeability, resourcefulness, and carefulness. Beyond that, they work FAST. After having dealt with several other moving companies, I cannot possibly recommend any company to my friends other than Leaders Moving.
I spoke with Jason who took a list of the items we had to move and quickly provided me with a guaranteed price for our move. The day before the move, Leaders called to confirm the move time and the list of items. On the day of our move, Travis and Dakota arrived exactly on time, were courteous and polite, and worked efficiently moving our items through the house careful of both the items and the surfaces in the house. It was evident they have experience and are familiar working together. They loaded the truck careful and met us at the destination. They unloaded moved our items in with the same care they had showed earlier and we continually conscious of make sure we were satisfied. This is by far the best residential moving experience I have had.
The young men who moved us were quick and professional. They worked so hard even though it was extremely hot out and got us moved so fast! Love Leaders flat rate and how dependable they are. We have used them twice now and would absolutely use again and recommend.
Our crew did a great job. We moved within the same condo building and asked for Leaders to move only the furniture. They had to disassemble/reassemble a bed and a very heavy glass top table. They were efficient and courteous.

Despite extreme heat on the days of our move, them having to keep items overnight for us (due to our condo availability) & multiple changes in our move date (on our end), they did an amazing job at a very fair price ! Lowest price I found and the crew they sent me was top notch. The guys were short handed, it rained pretty much all day & some took the ramp out of their truck at the last minute! Despite all that I never once saw them take a break. Extremely polite and helpful, probably one of the best customer services experiences I’ve had in a long, long time. Guys at the office are great too. Had my quote to me quick and scheduling was easy; there was always someone a phone call away if I had any questions or last minute changes. Ive used Leaders twice now and they just keep getting better! I was impressed with the first crew but this crew really went the extra mile! Daniel K., Chad H. and Alex H. were super friendly and professional from start to finish. They took every precaution to make sure my belongings werent damaged by using pads and mats everywhere! The night before our move, it snowed about an inch. Due to the extreme cold, I was notified early the morning of our move that there would about an hour delay for them to get out - totally understandable (and also worked out well since I wasnt completely done packed either!) Shortly after the first call, one of the movers called me to make sure I was aware of the delay and he apologized again for the delay. Once the movers showed up, they reviewed our inventory and got to work. They put down pads/mats to protect door frames (and the furniture too). Great experience with Leaders - Cameron and Nick were great and I look forward to working with them again on our next move.
My team (Dakota, Daniel and Ike) did a terrific job loading and unloading quickly and with care. I was fortunate to have the same team who moved my belongings previously... glad to see them again. We used Leaders last year and they were phenomenal. We were nervous because we have had bad experiences with other companies but Leaders was great. In fact, I have personally recommended them to my friends who recently moved. Very professional, careful with my valuables, honest, and very fast. I feel bad this review took so long but Ike (3167), Chase (3170), James (3179), Travis (3172), Dakota (3173), and Brad (3178) were awesome.
The movers were friendly, courteous and took care of our things. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to get everything on the truck in good time. They moved all of our things from a 4 bedroom house to our new home in about 5 hours. Our move overall was very smooth.

My movers were Abjandro, Oshay, and Jamaal. They were fast, efficient, and funny. They made moving heavy stuff fun and it seemed like they were a great team. They were courteous and kind the entire time. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and co-workers.
This was the first time we’ve used professional movers and were feeling a bit nervous but Andrew (3212) and Armand (3215) were wonderful. Our window of time was 11-1 and they showed up at 11:30. They went through everything prior to starting and they worked quickly and carefully. They were extremely cautious with loading and unloading and asked for each item to make sure it was going to the correct location at the new house. If we ever move again I would without a doubt book Leaders and request to work with Andrew and Armand.
Just had Andrew and Kevin load up my 3rd floor apartment. They were awesome! They showed up early, required minimal explanation for the job, and immediately got to work. All my stuff was loaded in under an hour and a half and unloaded at my new hose in even less time. These two had an excellent attitude and are valuable representatives of their company. We were very impressed with our experience with Leaders. This is the third moving company we have used in the last 5 years, and this was far and away the smoothest experience. We had a quote up-front according to the furniture, number of boxes, and other items that needed to move.Once the crew arrived, they recognized that there were some items that would not have to move, and adjusted our quote down, so we actually had to pay LESS than we were expecting...what a rare surprise that was.Ray, Jason and Juan were fantastic. These guys were a perfect balance of professional and personable. They were extremely efficient (even jogging back from the truck) and careful with our belongings (nothing damaged). They were fun to talk to, and even shot hoops with couple kids in the cul-de-sac when they had a few down minutes.A different local moving company I used in the past was a terrible experience, but they had great online reviews because they would give a discount at the end if you give them a 5 star review. Leaders flat-out EARNED a 5 star review. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is moving.
Leaders is the best. So sorry it took me awhile to give these folks the credit they deserve. When another mover failed to show up for my move (see mover whose name should be 2 men who dont give a ÷×*7) I called Leaders. Taylor got right on it, got a team over to inventory and help with final packing (Stefan and Robert, I think...) then got the move into storage scheduled so my house could list. Andrew, Mark and Kendall did that move and were great- fast, polite, careful. Then when move from storage to new condo came, Andrew, Antonio and Mark were just as fast and wonderful. Great teams, great service. They also explained to me why they were so fast: Leaders charges by the item. Not the hour. These guys usually do multiple moves a day because they want to make more money. So they are not at your move until 9 pm, dawdling along, padding their bill. They get in, get it done and move on to next lucky customer. Good job Leaders. I will (and have) recommended you to others.

I had Hall and Bolev today to help me move. They were wonderful, even when there were some curve balls, like when we thought my storage unity wouldnt be big enough, or I had not thought about disconnecting the washer and dryer ahead or time to let them drain. This was our first time using a moving company and we made a good decision going with Leaders Moving and Storage. Both guys were there bright and early and worked with us to get all of our items inventoried and loaded up. They were very curtious and cautious of our belongings. Considering the weather conditions that they had to deal with, they did a great job and would highly recommend.
These guys made a mess of our move in a way I couldnt even imagine possible. Scratched furniture, broken items, boxes delivered to the wrong places? We just discovered today that when they put our four-poster bed back together, they totally messed up one of the posts by substituting screws which I guess they lost, with something that made the whole post lean in a way Im not sure is fixable.I hope that they either fix whats wrong with their business or go out of business real soon and dont mess up another move.

We recently moved from Columbus to Cincinnati and used Leaders for our move. We had an excellent experience. Honestly, we were a bit hesitant because the quote was slightly less than several other companies we received bids from, but we could not be more pleased. All of the guys who both loaded and unloaded were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. All of our stuff arrived in tip top shape after sitting in their storage warehouse for 3 months. I think I had one broken martini glass and that was because I didnt pack it well enough. We highly recommend Leaders.
Tim, Andrew, and Chase were awesome! They were very professional and careful with all of our furniture. They were super quick and handled all our belongings as if it were theirs. They drove overnight to DC and started unloading right on time. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
These guys are AWSOME! They were timely and let me know exactly when they were coming via texts. Two skinny guys picked up and GENTLY moved a very heavy armoire that it took 4 guys with moving straps to move originally. They worked constantly, carefully and cautiously and damaged nothing. And the price was great even after I added an extra stop. Ill never use another mover!
Ray and James did an excellent job for us during our downsizing through EBTH. They worked very hard moving the big pieces from our 2 story house with full basement to our detached garage. They were polite and kept working until the entire job was completed, which took approximately 2 hours. Well be moving to Florida in a few months and hope to hire Leaders Moving to provide the move for us. Kudos to Ray and James for their wonderful work ethic and to the management at Leaders for hiring quality employees!
Overall a good experience. Crew (Zach, Randy, Ray) were polite and kept a good attitude, even when the freight elevator in the building went out halfway through the move. They were efficient and took good care of our things. Leaders seemed like they were on the expensive side when I was quoted (they charge using a flat rate vs. hourly) but costs ended up being about the same in the end. Easy to work with - Id definitely use them again!

With our recent move I was nervous about some companies seeing reviews that guys were either slow, not well experienced or flat out not concerned about someone elses things.NOT to mention prices with some charging 170+ per hour with all these surcharges they couldnt really explain it was hard deciding on what company to go with. I chose Leaders because of the fantastic customer service, everything was up front as far as costs and there were NO...ABSOLUTELY no hidden fees I was not aware of! BIG shout out to Dakota and Aron, they were really nice, took great care of not only our belongings but also our house moving our things into our new house they moved everything with great care not to damage anything and were really efficient! I hired Leaders for a job on 5/23/16, somehow the date got mixed up. Jason on the sales team worked with me to get a Team out to the house to move me. They sent 2 of the most Top movers I seen, Jason & Dan.These guy were phenomenal, they moved everything with care even my old giant GE fridge (from 1992 or 93) really heavy from a tricky basement steps.They were polite, professional, and respectful, when they arrived at the other house to unload the truck they put everything in the right place. I called Leaders to schedule my move while I was in the process of buying my first home. I spoke with Grace multiple times as I had to keep changing the date due to the closing process for my home. She was kind and forgiving- although Im sure I was annoying!DeShawn Harris, Alex Hines and RaShawn Jackson showed up right on time to move all of my furniture. They were all VERY polite and friendly and I truly enjoyed working with them. They were very respectful of all of my belongings and used great care as they moved everything.Once we got to my new home, they made sure to ask me where everything was going. They even made certain the furniture was placed against the correct walls in the rooms so it would be easier for us when we were setting everything up!I am beyond impressed with my experience with Leaders and couldnt be more thankful for the quick and efficient workmanship of DeShawn, Alex and RaShawn. I have a brand new bedroom set. Leaders lost all the hardware to my king size bed. The bed has been laying on the floor not put together for over two months now. Leaders also “ lost “ some of my belongings. I was stupid and paid them in full thinking Leaders would make this right. I have talked with Doug from Leaders numerous times. Doug said I would receive the hardware for the bed two and a half months ago. I believe I deserve the hardware or they should pay for my bedroom set and give me a refund for the inconvenience this has caused me.
Phillip 3216 and Deondre 3258 did an incredible job moving our home. They worked so hard and took great care to load all our items. When other members arrived to help unload Phillip and Deondre showed them where to put things and never let up themselves. Can not be more happy with their service.

They realize that purchasing and moving into a new home is one of the most exciting, stressful and hectic days that somebody can experience. I reached out to Leaders 4 weeks in advance of our planned move, but because of the slow response time between the walk-thru estimate and the actual time that they produced the estimate (1 week after I called them daily), the move window was booked. What a headache to deal with such poor customer service and slow response time. I do not recommend even initiating contact with this company as it will be fruitless wasted effort. (Unless you want to ping them every hour on the hour) but who has that kind of time in preparation before a move. ?

Chad (3149), Dekota (3173), and Adam (3214) were AWESOME!!! Not to mention their boss, Joe, chipping in to help. They did a great job packing, primarily just our kitchen and pantry. The actual move was BY FAR the best weve ever had!! It was completed on time and on the days scheduled. The price was more than fair. All employees of the company - no day laborers picked up at the last minute to fill out the crew (as we have experienced with big name national movers in the past). While being extremely careful with all our possessions and making sure each piece of furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, they were often RUNNING from the truck back into the house to get another load (not running when they had our possessions in their hands). In addition they were very friendly. We even ended up giving Dekota a new name - but thats a whole nother story. It was simply a pleasant experience! Okay, let me rephrase that... they made it as pleasant as a move can be.

Leaders fit us into their busy schedule on only 2 days notice. They were extremely flexible, holding onto our things for a couple of hours while we toured the new apt and signed the lease. Then we called and they arrived within 5 minutes and unloaded rapidly! Thomas (3200) and Jason (3082) picked up our stuff from 2 locations, and unloaded at a third. These are two strong, smart gentleman with a little bit of Houdini in them. No idea how they get a large couch out of a very small bedroom without damaging anything or having to take the couch apart. Many thanks to the staff at Leaders (I spoke to 4 people in the office over time--Josh, Joe, Grace, Hailey) and to the stellar 2-man crew of Jason and Thomas.
I have used Leaders twice now and each time they did an excellent job with the move. The first time we moved furniture across town from a deceased relative⿿s house, and a couple of months later, moved the furniture to my daughter⿿s home in Indianapolis. Each time, the movers took extra special care with each item and were careful not to scratch any of the walls or furniture. We had Keaunte and Anthony on the most recent move, and they were very friendly and great to work with. Both moves involved a rolltop desk. One of the guys from Leaders dismantled the desk on the first move, and I was told that it would be put back together when we made the final move, but the final movers did not know anything about it or know how to put it back together. I specifically mentioned this to Josh in the main office when we set up the last move, and he said it would be taken care of, but apparently this was not passed on to our last two movers. When I contacted the Kenwood office on Monday morning, they got right on it, and within a week, the Indianapolis office called to schedule putting the desk back together. Appreciate the great service.

I had a mixed experience with this company. We did a renovation project that required us to move our bedroom furniture out, store it, and then move it back in. The guys who moved our beds out did not wrap our beds at our house before they put them in the truck. Instead, they wrapped everything back at the warehouse before putting it into storage. That was a bit unsettling. They also lost some screws to our bedframes (which we didnt find out until we tried to put everything back together).. The guys who moved our furniture back in (Phillip and Nick, I believe were their names) were very good -- very professional and careful with our stuff and our new walls. Their supervisor (Joe I believe?) was also great as he made a special trip out to our house with some screws to help put the bed frames back together.
The crew, Brian Spears, Rayshawn Jackson and Nick Jones, went above and beyond in providing the service we needed. There were numerous big, heavy boxes and three office buildings to move furniture to. They moved it all with no complaints, and with efficiency and accommodating customer service. They were really the best group of movers I have ever worked with in a professional capacity.

Furniture beat up including broken glass etc and drop off was rough with damaged stuff and they had lost most screws, bolts, etc for bed assembly, mirrors on dressers, etc. and had to call supervisor to come and do a setup taking hours. Were told everyone involved with our move up to point of return had been fired! Tried charge us $200 more than contract stated. Should have gone with more expensive established company.
They were super late but they did let us know. We were scheduled for 2-4 but they didnt get to us until 10:30pm!!! Not a huge deal but I think better planning would help. Also, they sent two rookies, I think they should have sent one experienced mover and a rookie but definitely not two rookies together. By the end of the night, one of the guys was having serious trouble moving, he looked like he might cry or pass out. My fiance ended up helping with a ton of the moving just because we wanted to get it done right/quickly. Not a terrible experience but I think it could have gone way better. Would use them again as long as they sent the proper team.
This is the second time I have used this company for moving needs. I was impressed the first time that is why I called again. I had two great guys show up, Ike and Nick. Jim, Kamron and Shawn and a large moving truck moved 3 full bed rooms a living room, family room, office, large tool box plus stuff from the garage. They padded ever piece of furniture they were nice and they did not mess around they worked as a team. They took pride in their work and it showed.
These movers were outstanding! Very professional young men; Christopher Adams and Phillips Holmes who went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended them! We will use again.

Always been skeptical of “Movers and Moving Companies”. So, decided to use Leaders because I felt that they might be different, somehow...From the first investigatory phone call I placed from my google search, to the amazingly fast/accurate proposal/quotation on that initial phone call, to prompt and early arrival of the crew, to NO DAMAGE.Leaders is “AWESOME”Moved with Leaders, today, and the “Team” totally meet and exceeded my expectations.Absolutely, would not hesitate to use this company again and again.
Weve used them twice now and both times were excellent experiences. Daniel and Chad were our movers and a pleasure to work with. They were very careful with our items and our home. The price was very affordable too. Highly recommend.
They were on time, were efficient, kind and extremely good. Travis & Virgil we’re excellent. They had a bit of a problem with a large couch, but worked efficiently to solve it and moved the couch. Overall very good, would use them again and will recommend to others.
Everything was going well; they were on-time professional and efficient. However, I was in another room and heard a pop kind of noise. Then I went to the room the movers were in and noticed that there was a large chip in the door of the room. I asked the mover if he did it, and he said no. Personally, I am confident that it was an accident they caused. I did not push the issue, fixed the door myself and completed the Leaders follow-up survey. In the survey, I mentioned what I wrote above, but they never contacted me about it. I feel they should have contacted me about the problem, and compensated me for the door.
Let me call out the winners by name. Ryan, Day Day, and Metis. Great job fellows. This was the second time that we use Leaders for a local move. Things happen when it comes to a whole house move. Always expect the un-expected. But when nothing happens you dont mind applauding those who perform with excellence.

My move with Leaders Moving was a complete disaster. Worst moving experience ever. Unwashed crew with a bad smell and dirty uniforms smashed my furniture, dented my appliances, tracked mud and grease into my houses, walked on my mattress (after forgetting the promised mattress bags), left me with holes in my walls, used rude language in my house and drove their truck through my yard and the neighbors, making a big rut. I got the distinct feeling that they just did not care about anything but getting a tip, which was the first thing the crew mentioned when they walked in the door. Leaders ended up paying for furniture repair, painting, drywall and carpet cleaning contractors, but nothing is as good as it was before Leaders touched it. The repairmen had several stories to tell of other Leaders disasters.If you like crooked, cracked & scratched furniture or your mattress to have footprints and Doritos crumbs on it, call Leaders Moving and Storage today!

The team of Ikey Walker and Chase Fleck completed our medium-size, but demanding, move this morning, in about half the time I expected, all done carefully and completely, and were appreciably courteous and helpful all around. Josh (1588) and Cassius (3217) were FANTASTIC! They were very professional and efficient, and worked very well together. Leaders charged a very reasonable price, and even let us make changes the day of. We would absolutely recommend Leaders and use them again, especially Josh and Cassius!
We were extremely impressed with the guys (Ray, Juan, Tom) who moved us from Cincinnati to Ann Arbor. They were hardworking, respectful, and easy to get along with! Tom even taught my toddler how to do a fist bump! They were organized and extremely careful with our belongings. I would recommend Leaders to anyone who needs to move in the Cincy area!
I had a team of 3 pleasant packers today. Tim, Dekota, and Travis. They worked well as a team and enjoyed their work. There was great communication and care was taken at all times to pack items safe. I am looking forward to seeing them tomorrow for the big move. I can see why Leaders is rated so high on the internet.
DJ, Antonio and Toliver were tremendous. DJ did a perfect job disassembling and reassembling our bed frame and desk. Antonio and Toliver were very careful even when bringing in the heavy stuff, such as the sofa. Made very sure not to scratch any walls, even though the corners were tight. Toliver was very friendly, helpful and detail-oriented. When I started picking up assorted debris from the rug in my daughters bedroom, now that the bed was gone, he joined in without me asking him and helped pick up some as well.Crew numbers were 3261 and 3235 for DJ and Antonio; hopefully Toliver gets a number soon, he is a first-class mover as well.This was my second move with Leaders and Im glad I came back.
Jarred and Carll moved me from Fairfield to Hyde Park recently. They were very nice and helpful, moved my items with care, and had a positive attitude.
Excellent service provided by Shakur-employee 3318 and O-Shay-employee 3319! Personable, flexible, said yes to every request with a smile. Even took an old treadmill out of my house out to the driveway. Also, very polite! We will use Leaders on our next move. And we will for sure ask for Shak and OShay! The 3 guys (3159, 3185, and 3107) did an excellent job! Very polite, quick yet safe, and pleasant to be around.They each worked great individually but also excellent as a team. They are worth a million bucks! Things couldnt have gone better! Made moving less painful. Will definitely recommend!

I feel bad I didnt post within 24 hours, but I hope my crew still gets recognized and rewarded. Ikey (?) and Thomas did an awesome job. They moved me from Cincinnati to Columbus. They were courteous, professional, and always went above and beyond what I asked of them. They never complained and were on time. This is my 2nd time using leaders for a move and I will continue to use them for my moving needs.

Josh and Jalen were SUCH hard workers. It was a horribly hot day and they just kept going. They worked well together and were very professional. Even when there was a mistake with the truck door, they worked together to fix it and reassure us. They were also incredibly willing to go above and beyond when it came to hiccups with the move. They had to take apart a futon to get it up the stairs with no drill available and maneuver a crazy big couch around a basement stair corner. They had to bring it back up and flip it around. When they came back up, I thought they were going to say, “Nope. This won’t fit,” and leave us with a huge couch and nowhere to put it. Josh just smiled and said, “let’s try it the other way.” They we’re determined to make it work, and they did. We were also always able to contact someone at the Leaders office if we had a question, and they do a final locked in rate quote when they arrive at your house based on exact inquiry, even if that means lowering the price. Overall, as someone who has moved at least every 4 years over more than 30 years, I was very impressed! Thanks Josh and Jalen for great work.

2022-03-23AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE! All of my belongings are ruined! I paid 10k for a full-service pack and move and now everything I own is shattered. Family China, dishes, holes in paintings, broken framed artwork, mattress dragged through dirt, lamps and lights trashed, shoes, clothes, possessions, all tossed together randomly with bleach, cleaner, detergents, cosmetics. unreal. unprofessional. I have been through dozens of relocations for work (even Europe) and NEVER have I ever gonna through anything like this. I filed a claim and then was pestered to people come to my home to investigate and then wouldnt even reimburse for the lack of packing which could have BEEN AVOIDED! Now I have hired a lawyer.

2022-07-25I was very pleased with the service Leaders provided me during my move. The team of Brett, Tim, Demetrius, Devin and Erik were upbeat, friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was really impressed with their upbeat attitudes while moving all our heaviest stuff on one of the hottest days of the year, and all delivered at a good value. I like the fact that they charged by the item, and not by the hour. We were able to move some of our own stuff that we originally told them would be a part of their job, and they reduced the price quoted. I would highly recommend them.

We had 2 guys come and pack up the house (forgot their names, sorry!) and they were excellent and efficient... even laughed at my terrible jokes. And on the day(s) of actually loading and moving out of state, the employees were excellent. Top-notch service, I highly recommend this company.

2022-02-09Twice now we’ve seen the quality of this company’s movers. Last March when our son moved, he chose this company. We were at the new house and saw how hard those guys worked. A month before our son moved, we decided to build in the same neighborhood, so we knew in the coming year we’d need good quality movers. So we booked Leaders out of Cincinnati once we knew our expected moving timeframe.Ryan, Zack, Milton & Jevon were just so great. They were great conversationalists - talking while quickly moving in and out with boxes and furniture, we all got along great! Cheerful, dedicated, professional - all the qualities you’d want in a good team. I highly recommend this group and think anyone who does will be happy with the hard work and considerate treatment they will give to your possessions.

2021-12-18Leaders was recommended by my in-laws who moved 3yrs ago. They raved about how professional and caring they were in their move so I knew I needed to book them for ours. I’m really glad we did! Ryan, Milton and Javon were amazing!The team arrived early and did a walk through to make sure our estimate matched the inventory. We were actually much under what we first booked over the phone and I’m blown away by the honesty of the Leader team to adjust my estimate down from the original amount.As far as the move itself the Leader team was extremely careful with our furniture and made sure they covered doorways and rolled out mats to ensure they didn’t hit walls or harm our hardwood floors.These young men had such great attitudes and really seemed to enjoy what they do. They worked as a team and communicated throughout the day. Fast, efficient and extremely nice!I would highly recommend Leaders for your next move!

2021-12-02We scheduled our move with two stops - one to storage and one at the final destination. The entire process was smooth, including the timely in-person estimate that we received. Leaders does estimates based on the items you are moving - NOT by the hour - so you KNOW that the pricing is fair, clear and transparent. We ended up moving some items ourselves ahead of time, and the day of the move the team leader walked through the list and adjusted our estimate on the spot! The entire team was friendly and professional - you can tell they like what they do! Our team was Ryan, Alec and Hill and those three men were angels! They had to carry the very heavy, solid wood top to our 8 person dining room table up 4 flights of stairs to our new apartment because it didnt fit in the elevator. They are amazing! We are moving again in about a year into our new home and we WILL use Leaders Moving again - I only hope our same team is available!
