I cant say enough good things about Laverys. Starting Laurie Doolittle, Terry Christy, Vinny Stark and Rick Sandoval. They made getting another leased vehicle so easy and not difficult. From the time we went in till we left everyone was so nice and kind to us. In the past at other dealerships, it hasnt been that nice or easy. Actually, the others were very nerve racking. Very disappointed that the dealership didnt follow the GM employee rules on not charging a documenting fee,and also that they didnt follow the GM Employee discount rules on the accessories, telling me I could back out of the deal if I didnt like it.It overshadowed the good things the dealership did like go to Flint to pick up the vehicle, since I have been waiting over 6 months for it,and also delivering it to me
Jim Pinkerton fixed a spark plug issue that Spitzer couldnt get right after 3 tries. He also found the part that they fixed trying to figure out the spark plug issue. The plugs and wires were replaced due to routine maintenance and they returned my truck in worse condition. So I am happy that Lavery was able to fix it and even delivered my truck for me. Things Spitzer failed to do.
Salesman I worked with was Sam, I traded my vehicle in here and got a new one. When I traded my truck in I was told they’d transfer plates to my new vehicle (never received a temp tag) and after trying to get an answer on if they did after over a month I was told they never transferred them but can email me a temp tag. Pretty sad considering I was told at the dealership not to worry and they let me drive with no plate or tag for a month. Also still on going on trying to figure out why I never got my title/ registration. Salesman I worked with does not respond and sales managers are a joke to try to get help from.
Lavery called and said they wanted to purchase my truck. They just had it in for service 2 weeks prior. Said I could get up to 15k with the miles. Told them it had a dent and rust.Laverys offered $350 for a 2010 chevy 2500. What a joke. Would not recommend wasting your time like I did.
Great customer service, had a very good experience and Greg is very good would recommend him if you need help with a car. Helped me get a new truck with great options for a great price a month will do business again. Went back and had another great experience with him if your looking for a car or truck would definitely recommend checking out this dealership.
Just brought home my New Chevrolet 2017 Malibu! It was truly hassle free buying! My salesman Jim Wolfe was wonderful, as was the whole staff. He will treat you right & make sure youre very satisfied! They took great care of us! Tyler that explained everything the car has (on Starr, all the buttons, gadgets, etc....) Was very knowledgeable and super friendly!The business manager and financial department was also great to deal with! We drove in to just look around and came home with a beautiful new car a short time later. I felt no pressure from anybody there, unlike other dealerships in area we have visited. Lavery Chevrolet has lifelong customers in our family and we will highly recommend them to family, friends & all!!!
I was there for recall work, and I let them know when I dropped it off that I already knew it was due for an oil change but didnt want to do it at the dealership. They still brought it up when they were done with the recall work and said they thought the tread on the tires was getting a little low. I felt they were trying to upsell me because I was there for free recall work.I did, however accept and appreciate the offer of a free car wash when they were done with it.
I drove 2 hours to get my beautiful Truck; Kyle was awesome and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything that was told to me over the phone, plus any descriptions of the Truck were spot on. Kyle even went out of his was to give me several pictures that werent on the web to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Thanks so much for making my experience an A+
I recently purchased a car from this place of work and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Not only did I get the car for a great price but I felt reassured by the excellent customer service that they provided. In particular the car saleswoman that helped me out Sarah! She was a lovely lady and I appreciated that as a young international student she really helped me out. I flew all the way from SC to buy a car from Lavery automotive. The business was in possession of one of 3 cars in the US like the that I wanted.John in sales, a young man, was outstanding from start to finish. He had a guy waiting to pick me up from the airport, gave me a detailed description of the car I was buying (letting me know what I was getting into), he was professional as you can ask for, and I got a great price for the car. The service I received didn’t lack in any department at all.I couldn’t ask for an easier experience buying a car. No hassle, no pressure, no ridiculousness, just fun. I’m in love with my car, and I can’t wait to be behind the wheel a little more.Thank you John, you’re the man. I’m happy.
The experience was great as always! The service representative Keri was was very polite and professional! Once the technicians took my car into the shop, it was not a long wait at all. I would rather them keep it for however long they need to get the job done right! Rented a car from the rental dept. Service was great. Friendly efficient people. Van showed aging and we needed tires replaced in middle of our trip. Rental dept stepped up and paid for the tires, no issues. The ac was slow to cool. Otherwise the experience was great. Will rent from them again.
Purchased a used car yesterday from Lavery and I just can’t say enough good things about my whole buying experience. I was beyond delighted with my Salesman DJ… He was professional and yet personable both. He didn’t pressure me and was extremely enjoyable to work with. I have no doubt that my next new car will be purchased right here from them!
I was in search of a 2021 Yukon XL. I located it at Lavery Automotive and contacted them immediately. I spoke with Sarah who was VERY nice from the start and provided me with the information for the Yukon. I was driving from NC to Ohio to pick this car up and Sarah stayed in contact through the whole process. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Sarah and her awesome assistant Ben. They answered all question I had and did an OUTSTANDING job getting the car prepped and ready to go and made the buying process quick. The finance manager, Brian, was very friendly and knew what he was talking about when it came to knowledge of the paperwork(even having to help the bank through the process). I can’t thank Sarah, Ben, and Brian enough for their dedication to helping make my car buying experience nice and smooth. I would definitely make the 7 hour drive again to purchase another vehicle from them. Their customer service was OUTSTANDING!!
Brooks in the body shop did an outstanding job repairing and aligning the bumper on the front of our car. Jeff in maintenance was superb in replacing the airconditioning evaperator, which involved removing the front seats,console and the entire dash board. I am very pleased with the service we received from these 2 automotive tech specialists. Thank you very much Brooks and Jeff
My wife and I purchased a vehicle out of state; DJ on the sales side was extremely professional and responsive as was Brian, the finance manager. My friend Linda DiGiulio loves Greg Ganni at Lavery in Alliance so she thought I should meet him and talk about either leasing or buying a car. Her and her husband always worked with Greg. He took so much time explaining all aspects of both leasing and buying and went with me on a test drive. I didnt hesitate after the drive and wanted to work with him.I feel very comfortable dealing with this dealership and met many wonderful and helpful people at Lavery.
Had an amazing experience with their sales team, specifically DJ Suitca. Enjoyed the first experience so much we came back a week later and bought another car. Met or exceeded our expectations (and market value) on both the trade in and the new car prices. Go see DJ...you wont be disappointed.
Laverys collision shop did great work on my car. Brooks Davis was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help with every detail possible. From ordering a special part to making sure everything was done exactly right. The work they do is great, and the people they have are even better!
Lavery Automotive did an outstanding job of making my vehicle purchase stress free. The used vehicle I purchased from them had a number of issues which needed attention before we could pick it up, and they went above and beyond to have them all squared away in time for what was a very significant trip to get the vehicle. I went to the dealership to test drive a particular vehicle and Jim offered another vehicle to also take for a ride just to compare. I ended up buying the car Jim recommended. It had everything I wanted and more. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. Had a great car buying experience here. I highly recommend Lavery.
My salesperson (Craig Vickers) and all the sales team At Lavery were helpful and knowledgeable. However, I was very unhappy with the Finance Manager, Brian Van Riper. He was way too pushy and insistent in trying to get us upgrades in warranty protection plans. I repeatedly told him we were not interested, still he continued. When I became upset, he said, My job is to not take no for an answer. We came close to getting up, leaving and making a purchase at another dealership.
We bought a GMC Yukon (used, but new to us) from Laverys back in April. After 2 months of owning the SUV and less than 400 miles the side collision sensors went bad. This totally disabled our vehicle. Laverys was able to look at it right away and get it fixed. Unfortunately, the vehicle warranty did not cover the repair. The service department (Rick) and management (Scotty) really listened to my husbands complaints and concerns. They worked with my husband on a discounted repair cost and made the deal right.
I have found in the last few years, Lavery is a dealership I can trust. And when you put your trust in a dealership; the staff are more than willing to work in your corner on your behalf to make you the best deal. Lavery works to building relationships with customers.
Ive purchased two new 2014 Sierra from Lavery, and my experience during both buys was exceptional. Nothing but good things to say about the sales staff there. Mark and Joe were always available to answer any questions I had, and Scottie made sure I got the best price on the new trucks and fair trades on my old vehicles. Bill (Lavery) even took the time to personally work through one of the trades with me. Top notch dealership with top notch staff.
Lavery Auto....Thank You!!! I went to the extreme of buying my new Silverado from out of state because I was looking for a specific one. So My salesperson, Sam, and his Sales Manager, Scotty, were super professional. There was no shell games or bs smoke screen. They dove straight into the deal. Very honest and no empty promises. When I got passed to finance, Vinny was solid. He laid everything out and again no F&I games with this and that. Laid out paperwork and addressed all of my questions. These 3 guys were honest, fair, and transparent rock stars!
Their customer service is phenomenal. Terry the salesman is super down to earth and ready to help meet your needs to get what you want. Justin the service manager is super friendly and understanding!!! This is my first time financing a car and the entire team here just made me feel so at ease.This was my first time buying a car with payments and Terry made the process feel so smooth and made sure we went into a deal eyes wide open. Then 24 hours after buying our vehicle our check engine light came on. The service department worked with terry to make sure this problem got fixed quick and with ease at no cost to me. I was referred to laveries, and Terry, by my parents who have dealt with laveries for years. I definately will refer anyone looking to laverys and I will definately love to continue doing business with them.
I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle (or even visiting the dealership), but I want to leave some positive feedback for John at Lavery. He went out of his way to text me answers to questions and additional photos of a vehicle I was interested in, which helped me rule it out based on some rust.While he didn’t get a sale from me, he saved me a couple hours of driving by being upfront and honest about the vehicle. I will certainly consider Lavery in the future thanks to the communication I received during this experience!
I banged up my 2015 ram bighorn and from the moment I walked in the door the staff was very friendly and even offered me pizza. Brooks took care of the paperwork and was very helpful and very professional. I got my truck back very quickly and it looked brand new. The body work ad paint was flawless. They even detailed the inside and outside for me. I would recommend brooks and the staff to everyone. Great job!!°°
Horrible, had a carfax that was cleared. We found damage to the underbody, and a missing part by the windshield. Clearly work has been done to it. They said car was gone over and detailed. Gone over maybe,, but not a truthful salesman. Whoever detailed the Corvette, didnt even wipe off the wax,, and put some kind of oily substance, on engine parts and all hoses. Probably to make them look new. The salesman didnt even seem liked he cared about, what I was saying to him. He seemed quite annoyed. I was supposed to see Sarah, but I never did meet her. She was the person I texted with online. I am a 51 year old disabled vet. I dont want any special treatment, but I do want honestly and some respect, when looking to buy a vehicle. I wont be back, so you can quit messaging me.
Greg was an amazing salesperson. He really took care of me and put me into an affordable lease. I just love my new truck. Bethany was amazing at taking care of the financials and she went above and beyond to help keep my payments reasonable. Ill definitely continue my relationship with Lavery Chevy dealership.
What a great facility! Craig went out of his way to spend time with me researching a vehicle that in the past went through their service department. Was thinking to purchase this vehicle from another dealer and he gave me background information. Not even a customer and he went out of his way to assist. Top of the line service - thanks Craig!!!
Service department and sales went above and beyond any expectations I had. We traveled an hour and a half and passed 3 Cadillac dealers to buy our second vehicle from Lavery. The experienced sales and service team will keep me coming back for a long time. 5 star service across the board.
If there was a zero rating theyd get it! I bought my car from lavery in 2006. For the first time ever since buying it it broke down in my drive. Theres supposedly a discount for bringing my car to laverys through AAA. The discount is only $50 first of all. Second I thought, if since I bought my car from laverys I would get a loaner car. Not the case. I had to pay an additional $30 a day on top of the repairs to rent a car. Im a small business owner and to make a long story short a starter and a battery cost over $1,000. They had my car in the garage from Friday until Monday morning. It sat all day Saturday because they needed to check the battery That was the only thing that needed done.. but because the mechanic who worked on it friday was off Sat none of the other mechanics could do that simple job. Charge a battery. So i waited until monday morning to be told my TWO year old battery was no good so theres another charge! I NEVER had a jump start or issue with that battery! EVER! Because it would have cost an additional 150 to rent a car over that period I had to return the rental after 2 days and go without a car for 3 days and miss a day of work for a starter and battery! Needless to say. NEVER take your car to a dealership. They charge 120.00 per hour. No loaner. Expensive lesson learned!! I will NEVER purchase another car from Lavery Chevy!! EVER!!! To add insult to injury I get a call from Lavery bc they read my review. Theyre trying to defend the above review. She said she was sorry I had to get a rental and that THEY offer rental cars! HELLO! Where does she think I got my rental from? She added that they have shuttle service and DO have loaners! No one bothered to offer either! My battery is an Interstate. Top rated with a warranty. They can last 5 years! The date on my battery was 12 27 18. Just over 2 years! I wasnt even asked about the warranty on it. I have the battery and will be charging it and double checking to see if it really needed replaced! Then She tries to say I was told my car might not be in the garage until Monday. I NEVER would have agreed to that! She DID say she probably couldnt get it in until FRIDAY morning. If she had said Monday I would have HAD to take it elsewhere. I cant afford a rental for a week! Why cant dealerships just admit they SCREWED up rather than take apart a review to defend themselves!!!? Especially when theyre lying. Btw. A AA says lavery offers a discount. According to Lavery. They DO NOT!
My Son bought a Sport Utility from Lavery last year from Greg. So we knew that when we were ready to purchase our next vehicle we would be at Lavery. The staff has a welcoming spirit. They are friendly. Professional but not pushy. Our Salesperson, Drue was patient and understanding from beginning to end. Mark is an exceptional Manager. The Finance Department made the final process smooth with the least amount of stress. I will not hesitate to recommend ANYONE to go to Lavery . What a GREAT DEALERSHIP.

My husband and I went into Laverys on Friday, I have to say this has been the absolute best buying experience of our lives and that is saying something as we are in our mid-50s and have purchased a few vehicles over the years. From start to finish it was completely stress free, fair and they allowed us to take our time and decide on what exactly we wanted to do. We saw Tony first who gave us a fantastic deal on our trade-in and then we had the pleasure of working with Sarah our sales person and she was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to gather several vehicles for us to test drive. Lauren, the general sales manager was there the entire way and Matt our finance guy was terrific. I know it sounds like I am gushing but I am still in disbelief over what an enjoyable buying experience that was. We went in to purchase a car and left feeling like we received an incredible deal and over the top service. I will never buy from another dealer again! I felt I was rushed and pushed out the door during the buying process. Prices were never discussed, my trade in prices were never discussed and the current GM rebates and offers were never discussed or explained. After learning about offers I was not aware of and was not presented to me from the sales team I was told if I wanted that offer we would have to redo all the paperwork at 7pm while they were closing the doors. They actually lock the doors behind me as soon I stepped out of the building. I was not looking for every dollar available but I wanted to be told upfront what all my options were. I wanted to talk about my trade in which was never discussed. I am not happy with my experience with this dealership. I should have known better and waited to visit a dealership from my hometown, but being in the military always puts me in a disadvantage.
I have never had an easier experience than I did with Tony Caserta at Lavery Automotive. I just told him what I wanted, well what my wife wanted lol, and we were driving home with our 2019 Equinox exactly one week later. You would think with the limited inventory out there today, due to the pandemic, we would have had to compromise but not with Tony. He took on the challenge and provided us with exactly what we wanted. Thank you Tony, Mark and Bill for making Debbie and me very satisfied customers with our choice of dealerships. We will definitely come back.
My husband and I just purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox LT. I was specific on color, sunroof, and all the extras. We had contacted two dealerships to help us find this specific car and Tony Caserta found it!!! Not only did he find the color but this car is fully loaded and very few miles. Love this car!!! And Tony was amazing to work with, no high pressure. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find my car. I highly recommend Lavery; Tony and Mark were absolutely the BEST!!!!!!
I was so pleased with my appointment. Lavery Automotive takes the pain out of purchasing a car. It was refreshing to have a team of people who are willing to make sure you were comfortable in a vehicle and that will work with you. I will definitely recommend friends and family and anyone in need a reliable transportation to contact them.
I went in for an air bag recall, when I arrived I lost engine oil pressure on my gauge. I shut off my engine and asked them if they could diagnose problem. They did the air bag and told me the oil pressure sensor was bad, they had the part, $295.00 + labor and $120.00 +tax for diagnosis, over $500.00. Plus several hundred dollars more for other leaking fittings on transmission lines etc. I priced a oil pressure sensor for my 2013 Avalanche 5.3 liter engine thru several parts stores, genuine AC Delco and other manufacturers. All were less than $60.00. I believe in making a profit but not in Grand Theft. I could tell you other stories about this dealership. I have my work done by another repair shop and if needed a different dealership.
I recommend to all good people. Make this your first place to look for your next vehicle. If they dont have what your looking for they will go out of there way to find what you asking for .💯 . The owner is a kind man & all the sales staff are very friendly. They truly treat you like family !

My wife and I traveled 3 1/2 hours to look at a car that Lavery had. Having been in the service industry for over 30 years, I know what great service is. The folks at Lavery were exceptional. Madison replied to our internet request first thing in the morning. The sales manager Mark sent pictures of a couple blemishes before we made the trip. The pictures looked worse than the real blemishes did. Mark introduced us to our sales professional Joe who was outstanding. Becky took care of the financing work. She was great, presented us options without being pushy. Lyle should us all the features of the car and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be willing to make the trip again. I remember going to Laverys for the first time. Jim greeted me with a genuine smile and a handshake and that has never changed. I wasnt considering a new vehicle, but he recommended that I lease a new Terrain. It was a great choice. I loved that Terrain and leasing is so much better than buying in my circumstance. The service team is amazing and they seek out every possible discount available to you (so does the sales team). Try to find another dealer that does that. I just turned in the old lease without a single hassle and took home a new one. Im a customer for life! Thank you Laverys and thank you Jim!

Lavery Automotive has an amazing, trust worthy staff dedicated to putting the customer first. I drove 4+ hours to their dealership because they had the exact car I had been searching for at a price that was perfect for me. The sales staff was excellent in their communication about the used vehicle, sent pictures and videos of the entire car, and touched up all the little scratches and dings on the car at no charge to me. There was absolutely no hassle or stress during my entire experience, and they were quick to follow up with me a few days later to make sure everything was perfect. It was easily the most enjoyable used car-buying experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend it!
Everyone at the dealership was amazing to deal with, including Mr.Lavery himself. We made a last second trip from West Virginia in hopes of purchasing our ATS-V, and made it to town at 4am. I called as soo. As the dealer opened and they immediately had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. They made the entire purchase process quick and easy, with no pressure whatsoever. Our salesman, Terri, was fantastic and was sure to show my wife every feature and explain how to use everything. I won’t hesitate to make another 4 hour drive to purchase from them again.

We were looking for a vehicle and seen just the one on the internet. We text the dealership and Sara got back to me right away. The vehicle is a Hyundai veloster. We sent Sara the information that she needed and had the finance department call me and did all the paperwork over my smartphone. It was amazing. Electronic signature on all paperwork and didnt have to leave my house. Sara call me back after we were done in a couple hours and said, congratulations on your new car and said that she would have it delivered to my house the next day. Well by 12:00 noon it was here and I couldnt believe how beautiful it was. My wife cried and couldnt believe how nice it was. I am so impressed with what sara did for me and everyone else involved. You cannot ask for a better place to purchase a new or used car cuz they will treat you like a king or queen. I will always look for my next vehicle there and know that I will be treated with respect. Thanks again to Sara for being a shinning ⭐ star.
I recently bought a new Silverado from Lavery. The staff is absolutely great, but Kaitlyn was without a doubt the main reason for giving them my business! She went over and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for until I was completely happy with my purchase. I had been to several other dealerships prior to Lavery and was never as comfortable as when I walked into their dealership. I would highly recommend Lavery, and especially Kaitlyn for finding you your next vehicle!
Kyle worked with me , and was very helpful, pleasant and courteous. I am elderly , in fact old and a widow. I went expecting a hard sell and it was just the opposite. I began with the computer and did a lot of research and had known about what I wanted . I visited all websites to get an idea of costs and had other options But working with Kyle was the best. We are thrilled with our experience at Lavery Chevy Auto working with Jim Wolfe. Craig Vicars was open and honest throughout the entire process. I even had to leave for previous appointments and he said when I came back they would show me multiple financial packages. When I came back later that day everything was ready to sign and they were just very detail oriented and good at explaining things every time I had a question.
My family and I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last year from Lavery. We are very pleased with all of our vehicles purchased from them. They have the best car prices in a 50 mile radius and friendly staff. Lavery has also taken care of all the major issues that were a concern like replacing 2 front tires,front end alignment and some paint work on the trunk lid.I would have given Lavery a 5 star rating, but I couldnt because of small issue with 2019 impala v6 emblem and the adhesive on the trunk lid spoiler that I have not received a phone call back on how to resolve the issue..The call was made 3 weeks ago. For the most part Lavery is a family oriented dealer ship and even though i have a few very small unresolved issues,I will recommend anyone who is looking for nice vehicle and at a fair price. Had a great experience leasing our 2015 Equinox. Amy, our sales lady was very good and totally understood the questions we had and gave us answers. We turned in our leased 2012 Equinox and had really loved that vehicle. Laverys staff were efficient, polite and took the time to explain any and all questions i had about their services, on star, and technology. I feel i can call them at anytime with any questions i might have. I am glad we chose this dealership. They even delivered the car to our home, which is very considerate as we have countless hours of work on the farm. I can safely say, I feel this dealership will be one that puts the customer first.

Hi! I wanted to tell you about the great experience I just had at Lavery Automotive. I had been looking for a replacement car for some time and, like everyone, used the internet to help in my search. When I found “the right vehicle”, I was somewhat put off by the fact that I live nearly 4.5 hours away from Alliance, OH. This would have to be a great deal with a great dealership, right? I made contact with the dealership via email and was contacted within an hour or so. I initially talked with Kristin in their business office who was just wonderful to talk with. She answered all of my (many) questions and then handed me off to Mark E. when we were ready to get a deal done. One of my key requirements was quick turnaround – I wasn’t looking forward to 9 hours on the road. Anyway, I showed up and met with Mark E. almost immediately. He showed me the car and, in the interest of time, had me test drive the new car with one of his associates while he inspected my trade. Long story short, we traded cars, I signed some papers and was back on the road in just about an hour – and that’s with one of their service people showing me all of the buttons and gadgets. I can tell all of you that I’ve bought a number of cars in my life, but this was the most efficient, honest, straightforward deal I’ve ever done for a car. All of the people - from the time you walk in until the time you pull off the lot - are just great. You just feel a good vibe from the moment you walk in. The only bad part is that I can’t give them six stars!
As many people, I get a lot of anxiety purchasing a car, however The whole Lavery team, from sales to financial, made this an extremely pleasant experience. Lauren, Kyle and Bethany were patient, informative and went above and beyond to get me my dream car within in my budget and had it delivered to Michigan for me, even during the covid pandemic. I was very nervous to go in and get bombarded with sales people but Sarah had a very laid back and friendly approach to the whole process. She talked me through everything and explained thoroughly what was going on every step of the way. She made my experience very personal and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with her. My wife and I recently purchased a Cadillac SUV from Lavery. It was slightly used and we noticed a few things were not working properly after we took possession. Lavery was great to work with and addressed all issues, including non-warranty items. We lived about three hours away and they made it convenient as possible by sending a driver to switch out the cars and allowing us to use a similar loaner car. I had a great experience with Lavery Automotive Sales & Service. I searched for many places to buy my very first vehicle from. It was difficult to find a great place that I trusted. It was also hard to find what I exactly wanted for a vehicle with the budget that I had. That was until we came across this place. I was able to buy my first vehicle with in two days. I had an exceptional buying experience with Lavery. They are different than most large dealerships because their sales associates are paid salary rather than commission which is great as a buyer. Also they dont negotiate their prices which isnt an issue because the prices are already so low. Missy Long provided great service, was informative, friendly, and enjoyable to be around.

I sent an email & Mark the sales manager called right away. I made appointment with Mark & my sales man was Jim Wolfe. I was treated so fairly I couldnt walk away. I got what I wanted on my trade in & they got me in the vehicle I wanted. It was straight up, no going back & forth. It was a great experience. We recently purchased a very nice 2011 used car from Lavery after an extensive web search. We found our perfect Chevrolet and commenced talking with them about the purchase, since we reside in Northern part of Kentucky 4 ½ hours away. Being an out of town purchaser can be very frustrating and worrisome since there is always uncertainty. Well, let me just say you do NOT have to be concerned with them. Their service oriented team started establishing Trust from moment one. Not only did the Service Manger help us through the details of the vehicle, but extended that further by literally doing a walk-around video commentary showing everything and sharing what we should be aware of and points we should know about. E.g., “I see a minor scratch, no problem we will take care of that for you.” That is establishing pure Trust. After the long drive we were greeted with the resounding Quality-Team-Lavery. All salaried, none of them are on commission. They automatically had a professional technician waiting go with us on the test drive to help us with understanding the vehicle and validated what they said they were going to do for us, and was in fact was done with value added. “oh I also noticed another small place and just went ahead and had them take care of that too.” I have never experienced an auto dealership with such a strong orientation towards Total Quality and Service. My experience with Todd Bollman at Lavery was Excellent. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire buying process. He spent a lot of time going over all options available to me with rebates, discounts, financing, etc. I had a lot of questions about different vehicles and Todd was patient and understanding and did not make me feel silly or awkward asking all of my questions. My experience is based on Laverys new General Manager, Rich Dietrich, who I know outside of Lavery. Rich encouraged me to consider the dealership as a local alternative for my Cadillac service. Hassle-free buying. Just purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and everything was smooth and easy. Found a car priced online, called and scheduled a test drive the next afternoon. Car was ready and waiting for us. Prices were great, no surprise costs or unintelligible fees tacked on. Gave a fair price for the trade-in, handled paperwork and didnt mind our one-year old daughter running around like she owned the place. Forget the names of everyone we worked with, but everyone was great to deal with. Thought we had an agreement for me to buy the car. They’d emailed info to my lender. Was trying to negotiate the price down a little. Sales rep said she’d have the sales manager call me. Sales manager never called. Next thing I know I get an email the car is sold to someone else.
I absolutely loved this dealership. they had very nice cars to offer as well as great employees. my sales person was Dave Sherman and he was probably the best salesman Ive worked with. he was very energetic and made you feel comfortable and laugh a lot. I recently leased a car from Lavery, and am very happy. While I generally get along with car dealers I noticed I never seemed to get a straight answer, have them answer specific questions, and I really struggled with them constantly wanting me to come to the dealership.None of this happened with Lavery. They were honest, upfront, and fair. Since Im a couple hours away Im going to regret not getting a chance to meet with them. Very smooth transaction.

I found the online and texting interactions to be fast, easy & thorough. I was an out of state buyer and handling all of the processing and communications was seem less even through Thanksgiving. There was no pressure here at Lavery from my initial contact with Larry Haidet then salesman Craig Vicars and on to Andy Hagan for the time spent making sure I understood the CUE technology and Syncing my mobile devices to the vehicle. I bought a car from them in 2015! Unfortunately, I was in a car accident at the beginning of August 2019, the car I had purchased from them was considered a total loss. I contacted them about 10 days after my accident about a used SUV they had on their lot. Madison, contacted me about a test drive and I told her I had to wait a couple of days due to not having transportation. 2 days later, I noticed the car was no longer on the website. I contacted Madison again about the test drive and she informed me the vehicle had been sold. Ok no big deal. Meanwhile, Mark Eberling (the Sales Manager), had emailed me asking if there was any way he could help me. I explained to him about the SUV being sold. He then started working to look for a similar vehicle for me to purchase. He contacted me that day and said he had a similar vehicle and asked if I was interested. I replied yes via email and asked when I could come to test drive the vehicle. The next morning he responded telling me that vehicle had also been sold. After several exchanges of emails regarding what my husband and I were seeking in said vehicle, he said he would let his buyer know. That was August 16, today is September 9 and he has yet to contact me. I really wanted to purchase from Lavery again since we had such a good experience the first time. I cannot say I will ever purchase from them again. My husband and I went to Sarchoine’s in Randolph and a bought a brand new 2019 Equinox, which is what we were looking for. It’s unfortunate that no one ever contacted me back from Lavery’s. They could have received my business, but at least I now have a new car!
I took my car here because I was told by an insurance adjuster that they were the best. The lady at the front desk was rude from the first time I went it. She didnt seem to enjoy her job at all.Jump ahead 3 days. It took a Chevy dealership 3 days to fix a Ford car. Replacing the bumper & repainting the entire back end. When I went to pick it up, the car had bubbles all in the paint job, and the paint was all orange peel. I went inside and asked the receptionist if she could please get a manager. She rolled her eyes and went and got him. He assured me that they would have it all fixed for the next time I came in and picked it up.Again, 3 days later, I went to get my car. This time I actually drove away with it (it was raining). Due to the weather I couldnt tell the car still had orange peel and the paint had bubbles, there was dirt under the paint, my car smelled on the inside (brand new car still had new car scent when I dropped it off), and the paint wasnt even the same shade as the rest of the car. It was very noticeable when the weather permitted proper vision.I called the adjuster, explained to him what happened, and he set it up with them that I would get a rental CAR comparable to what I have and they would re-fix the car for the 3x. I really wanted to go some where else by this point, but the man said that I could not since he had already paid Lavery to fix the car. I didnt complain because I had to pay no money for the repairs and I was just thankful that it was at least getting taken car of.I arrived at Lavery with my Ford Focus (small car) and she didnt have a rental like I was promised I would get. Or at least she acted like it. She said the only problem is I only have trucks (why would I be told to come in to get a comparable car and be given a truck?). I have driven many different types of cars and I drive a large van (16 people) at work everyday. She acted like it was a big deal to be given the privileged to drive one of their really nice brand new 2015 trucks. She said it only has 700 miles on it, thats how new it is.My car is a 2014 and was brand new when I got it myself (not with my dad, fiance, mom or any type of other co-signer). She acted like I had never driven a new car before (which was very rude I thought, and not because I did have a new one, but what if I actually didnt? She could have really hurt someones feelings. To me though it just felt like she was talking down to me).I took the truck and 2 days later I got another call that my car was fixed. I went in and picked it up. This time the paint job was done much better (still not the best work I have seen). There is over spray and its more metallic than the rest, but I am so done with that shop that I am paying for it to get repaired again on my own.Again, my car was a brand new car, only 1 year old, and still had the new car smell in it. My car smelled like human pee when I got it back. I am still having a hard time getting the smell out. There is white stuff all throughout my car (whatever it is that they use to fix a car) could have been a number of things. Hand prints of it are on my back door (inside). My trunk sticks when I try and open it (which is didnt before).All in all I am 110% dissatisfied with my service there and I will NEVER be returning or recommending them to anyone else ever again.There is no excuse for an actually car dealership (not a hole in the wall body shop) to not know how to paint a car. I am completely discussed.
I was driving thru town when my check DEF fluid light came on, stopped by the dealer and explained to Mark that i was 400 miles from home and the lite came on and he was able to get me in rite away. I found out there was a problem in the def tank and that it was covered by warranty and that they had the parts in stock. After about 2 hours i was back on the road.This dealer and staff where top notch!!!! Mark in service I felt went above and beyond to get me going. The mechanic worked thru his lunch and they even gave me a ride 15 miles away to pick up a car i had to transport. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE !! THANKS AGAIN!

2022-01-31These are the photo’s of my newly purchased 2019 Chevy Silverado Lt. VIN #1GCUYDED1KZ141932, the vehicle mileage was 28000 at the time of purchase. While on my way to the store with my little family.The engine dumped all oil on a busy 480 highway, just before the exit 288. With that said, I had to come to a immediate stop. I purchased the vehicle on 1/26/22 I took it to my house and left it in my driveway until I sold my old car, on the weekend I wanted to take it the new car for a spin and this is what happened. I just want everyone be aware if anyone buys and or try to buy the above mentioned car… be very careful… because the engine probably is shut. I had a wonderful experience; I was greeted quickly by Terry, who was an absolute pleasure to work with and his experience and personality were gladly welcomed. All employees that I met with were very nice and accommodating. I traveled 4 hours to purchase a vehicle at this dealership and based on my experience, would do it again. 2022-05-26We recently purchased a used Acadia from Lavery Automotive. After a couple weeks it developed a serious mechanical issue that we were unaware of at the time of sale. Upon contacting the dealership, they asked us to bring the vehicle back so their service technician could take a look at it and help us with the issue. Upon diagnosing the problem, the entire service team and management at this dealership worked with us to diagnose and repair the mechanical breakdown and also regarding the cost of repairs.The team at Lavery was extremely kind to us, communicative in a respectful and timely manner, and very understanding regarding our concerns about this mechanical issue developing after our purchase. Everyone worked well together with us, and their level of professionalism coupled with genuine kindness left such a positive impression upon us that is increasingly difficult to find anymore in todays area of customer service. I am deeply pleased and satisfied with the team working at Lavery, and would definitely consider them again the next time we are in the market for another vehicle.

2022-01-24The oil change was rescheduled due to bad weather. Keri Myers got me in as quickly as possible. The work was done very quickly. She made all the right recommendations for other service that is coming due. Best of all it cost less than the quick lube places do. Very happy with Keri and her team.

2022-03-11Recently had my car in to do work after taking it in for an inspection. Had to wait an extra day and pay for a rental because they didn’t order the part I asked for, and didn’t wash the car (though they said they did). All in all for spending $900 with them I don’t feel like I was treated as a paying customer. Bedrock Rentals however had exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone who has their car in the shop at Lavery.

There’s always the dread of pushy salesmen on an already uncomfortable situation and I had been to several so I was feeling hopeless and exhausted.. but Bill Lavery and his staff were AMAZING🙌🏽They go above and beyond to make you feel super comfortable, as if you’ve been friends with them for a long time. They’re patient, compassionate, and really work with you to find the best deal for your budget in searching for the perfect car.
