The gentleman working there is an awesome worker. He is busy cleaning constantly. It means everything during this covid 19 pandemic. On a job that could be very easy to be lazy, this man is anything but!! So good job man that smokes the vape outside on home ave! Great job!
So my story begins when i came in to ask for a refund on 2 of my cards. one of the cards had 4$ on it and that was given to me no problem. however the 2nd card had won 3.00. i was expected to get 3.27 back but instead when the guy press the refund button back it turned to 0.27 cents. i ask OK why dont i just get the 3.00 back and just use it on the vending machine. instead he had no control over it. I KIND OF WISH HE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE HE PUT IT INTO THE MACHINE. Then i ask if i could call the owner. which he Proceeded to call the owner i wondered why the owner only picked up the phone when he called but when i called on my phone he didnt pick up. Which leaves me to believe The guy Noah wasnt even calling the boss in fact probably lying and laughing.Anyway long story short, The owner really doesnt care if your inconvenience. it was just 3.00$ that they took from me, which took me 40$ of washing to earn. I never right bad reviews but this was just unacceptable.
Miles from laundry time has been doing my laundry for over 6 months now. I work 6-7 days a week so it is nearly impossible for me to find time to do it. He does a wonderful job! He folds everything perfect and the clothes smell great every time. It is a big assistance to my busy lifestyle. He even calls me to inform me my laundry is ready. All around great service! thank you!!!
I decided to try the drop off service... BIG MISTAKE!!! I have a queen size bed topper and paid the king rate because of the size. Those nasty brown marks? WERE NOT THERE AT DROP OFF!!!! My daughter got popsicle on the bed and that is what I wanted washed out. I wish I had never gone here. On top of my now RUINED mattress, it wasnt even dry! Its too big for my dryer and I have no idea how to fix it. I am beyond upset!
Very nice and clean! The day we were there, Reggie was the attendant on duty. She’s very helpful. She showed me how to work the card and the machines. Keep up the good work!!
I was at the laundry mat last sunday and I noticed a white lady with blonde that worked there she was being really rude to a group of males that had came to wash there clothes. I guess they were speaking in their language at the time asking the worker for help with the washer and she says dont look the other way while you talking to me Im right here face me while your talking to me. And I thought that was really rude of her to do so!
I used to go this place always but cant handle it no more. There was one staff which Im pretty much sure he is new(white male 5ft6inch to 5ft10inch tall), bold hair, thin and guess blue eyes, warned me to leave place without doing nothing. I asked him to give me change for 20 but Im sure he was drunk. It was around 7 or 8, feel scared ever since. They keep changing employees( dont know why)..No free wifi lol being in such big business
Very clean environment but too crowded Friday-Monday. However if you go during the week it is less crowded and they offered free laundry detergent. Staff is usually nice.

The cards are convenient so you dont have to carry a ton of quarters around in a sandwich baggie but the sheer number of people is just awkward for me. I dont like to be around a lot of people at one time.
Got six loads of laundry done in just over an hour, some of the best machines Ive come across. The cards they have to pay for loads were a new thing to me, I really liked them.
Horrible! The dryer dye all my beautiful laundry RED!! And its NOT coming off! Goodness when was the last time the owner cleaned out the machine?! Its my first time going here and it will be my last!! I could not get a refund. Horrible service!
After putting money on the card I decided that that was too far away from my house. So I went back to get my money off of the card which I have $13 on. They told me I couldnt unless it was less than $5. So now Im out $13 for going there and trying it out. So if you are going to go there dont put a lot on the card you wont get it back!
Was there for the first time last week, going back tonight. Let me tell you, I was so impressed with the whole place in general but especially the good natured help that I got from the attendant. I believe his name was Mark? A really nice and helpful gentleman !!
Ive been going to this laundry mat for quite some time now and I love it. Sometimes the card can be so annoying sometimes like it dont want to read bIn the kiosk so I would half to do it at times to get it to work
This has always been a nice place..gets really crowded though..people wait for the washer while Im emptying it!!
My favorite. All laundromats are pretty expensive these days but this is a convenient option for those without an arsenal of quarters. Its not overly crowded and I feel safe doing laundry at night
Very crowed most times I have been there. I like the card system for the money for laundry. You can also use it to get snacks with the card. Has giant washer and dryer. I put all of my clothes in there at once.
I love the Laundry Time in Barberton, great people, the one in Akron on Home Ave I dont like so much, because the customers that go there are rude.

No money refund even when you accidentally swipe your card on wrong machine . Even though sometimes clerks kick on your laundry basket and when you told them why did you kick my laundry basket they just say its in my way even sometimes laundry doesnt wash clothes nicely one of the worst place to do laundry
Black attendant on Sunday night not very friendly or accommodating.. Wouldnt let me use unused washing machines..complained about me leaning against the tables

I went on a Sunday. My only complaint was how busy it was. There was no room to move, I was able to find machines to use.

Very rude attendant. Younger guy working here was very rude and short with anyone who asked questions or asked for help. Visited this place a half dozen and this same afternoon/evening attendant was rude and snobbish every time

2022-03-30They charge more for the ultimate washers, however, I did get it of there in 1 hour with 2 if those loads. I paid double and it was closer to home so I would have saved 20$ by going to my normal place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and not crowded.

Ben one of the outstanding staff make sure you get expectational service as possible. Even though, I feel price is little competitive but services you get exceed your expectations.

2021-04-26Theyve installed some new machines but are still reasonably priced. Their dryers are about the fastest Ive seen. I can dry most things in 21 minutes and even my heavy towels in 28 minutes. The manager is friendly and always willing to help if needed. I upped from 4 stars to 5 because the previous manager would always be on her cell phone and have cords stretched out all over from the vacuum. They do get very busy as the day goes on. I try to get there early.

2019-01-12This in regards to the one on north main. My clothes upon coming out of the dryer had bleach on them. About 3 pairs of jeans and 4 shirts. So not the entire load. The gentleman working was very helpful however the response I got from his manager was not their problem they are a self service laundromat. So basically from now on in order for these people to fix anything they would have to inspect all clothes before going in the washer or dryer is what I was told, because they dont know that the bleach wasnt on there before hand. This is terrible customer service I am appalled at the way this situation was handled. Not only are the machines more expensive then home ave they are smaller. I was asking for my clothes to be paid for just for something to be done about this but apparently they are not responsible but let me say this THERE WAS NOT ONE SIGN HANGING THAT SAID THIS!!!!!!!! I hope this never happens to someone else because not everyone can afford to replace clothes because someone was to lazy to do their job and would rather play on their phone. I have been a customer for over 2 years and never thought I would be treated this way. Beware!!!!! Check your machines and if there is a spot of anything get then cleaned before u use it or nothing will be done

2019-06-30I had the worst experience with them! I recharged my card and wanted to get my clothes washed, and due to their inefficient and rude staff I decided not to. But I had charged the card already, so I asked for a refund! I was told they do not refund amount over $5 and I had $10 in my card. They made me fill out a form and was told I will be mailed a check for that amount in 5-7 business days. Well it has been months now- never got the check.Shame on you guys- you are thieves.

2016-12-15Too expensive and I feel like there washer dont produce enough water which makes me feel like my clothes in not been clean. Also its always crowded in the afternoon and evening little space with too many people. But I will say that they do offer freeee laundry detergent powder on sitting days of the week which I think is awesome if you dont have allergies to detergent or have sensitive skin.

2020-02-16My laundry gets done regardless but the staff here are HORRIBLE. I was standing in front of a washer I wanted to use and the old black lady that works there walked another lady to my washer and let her put her stuff in my washer. I left and went to the one on Howe. Horrible staff. Good washers though.
