Awesome laundromat, best in the city easily. Lots of machines available and they’re actually cleaned up after each use. Staff is amazing. Bry makes me wanna dirty up more laundry just to come in and chat with her and listen to her music. I would give the place 10 stars if I could.
Very big laundromat with 50+ machines available and are constantly being cleaned after every use (you can see the wonderful women cleaning them for yourself) big clean parking lot with enough parking and conveniently located near many good food places. Feels safe and has lots of cameras too. Bryanna is the best attendant I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Last week I watched her quite literally save two lives on two separate occasions, then I watched her do their laundry for them FOR FREE while they recuperated or went to hospital and lastly watched her walk the individuals out and take their laundry out load it in the car for them. She’s not only entertaining and charismatic but she goes above and beyond for her customers or even better her FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS! Not just the angel of laundromat city but an Angel of AKRON! I’m officially part of the Bryanna fan club. I love laundromat city and their staff of hardworking and compassionate ladies. Proud to have the BEST laundromat in ALL OF NORTHEAST OHIO!!

We are currently traveling around the country and we visited this laundromat several months ago. As Ive visited more and more laundromats Ive realized that this one was one of the best Ive ever been too! Clean, lots of machines, the washers got my clothes very clean. All around recommend

Laundromats make me nervous but this one was different. It was safe, clean, and easy. You load money onto a card. The washer surprised me with the high price but it was worth it bc they fit my large loads, did it quick & did it well. Dryers were cheap and did the job with only one try. Plenty of open units, even on a Saturday. The workers were very nice - the one girl insisted she helped me carry a laundry bag out to my car. That was very nice. I’ll definitely be doing my laundry here from now on. Thank you
Awesome laundromat very clean a lot of machines. Found out best time to go is about 20 min before shift swap between attendants, go a day tiff and bre are working. That way you get 20 min in the washer while talking to tiff and about 30-40 min in dryer talking to bre, best of both worlds lol. Amazing two girls who work here and make laundry experience better. Not bad watching them clean up either lol.
Great place I cant believe how cheap the washers are. I was about to do 4 loads for ten bucks!it was cool in there, free wifi. I dont feel pressed about getting my washing machine washed right now. Just super pleased
We like to thank Sienna who worked there for her welcoming and helpful ways. While we waited for our large blanket to be cleaned we watched Sienna diligently clean the equipments and the room. The machines are newer and the atmosphere is bright and clean. There were tables and chairs to sit while waiting .Thank you for providing a clean and safe space and a great staff.
This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever visited! Staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The machines worked well and the drying time was a lot shorter than I was expecting for a large load. Prices are fair and there were enough machines available that I didn’t have to wait for one to use.
Music to loud I ask attendees to lower the sound and she made an remark WHY! After that remark I am not coming back. I was new customers.
Great place! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!! I LOVE IT! Courteous staff, very helpful, did I mention clean. They disinfect IMMEDIATELY after you remove your clothes. So each machine is sanitized. So far the customer base Ive seen are respectful, no bad kids running around screaming or loud music in the parking lot. They rank high in my book👍🏻👍🏻😍😁

Absolutely the cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever been to. The young lady that was working there was so polite and beyond helpful, she helped me every step of the way including carrying out mr baskets to my car. I highly recommend this place 😊
This has to be the best laundromat anywhere. Its so clean. The attendants are friendly and theyre moving around cleaning everything all day. The FASCard system is a little annoying but once you get the hang of it its efficient.
I haven t been 2 a laundry mat in years it was shell shocking at first but their excellent staff made the transition smooth and pleasant. I was looking for a place closer to Fairlawn with large capacity, clean and contemporary machines for my biannual comforter cleaning. I have 4 large comforters, too large for my home machines. Well, I found Laundromat City and will make this my biannual comforter cleaning facility. Was my decision made because it was closer to home, and the facility was neat and clean, very modern, and with machines with huge capacity that are obviously well taken care of? Well, that helps, certainly, but Valerie is the primary reason I will return. Anyone can keep a facility and machines clean, with a little effort. But the extraordinary customer service Valerie provided without my asking, was truly incredible. Franklyits hard to find anyone as pleasant and helpful as Valerie. She made going to the laundromat for my biannual comforter cleaning a joy. She was extremely polite, wasnt demeaning when I had no clue on how to use the machines, and was helpful the entire time. She even helped me fold the comforters which were too big for me to do along. Shes an amazing facility employee or manager, whichever she is. I hope the facilitys owner is fully aware of what a gem they have in her! Thank you, Valerie!
I have been using laundromats for many years, in many locations and this is by far one of the best, if not the best! Its clean, not expensive, machines (washers and dryers) are clean and efficient. Kim, the attendant today, was friendly and very helpful! Thank you, Kim! I highly reccomend this place!!!
So due to the national coin shortage I was freaking out trying to figure out where to do my laundry at since I had no coins to do them at my place. Well...after further investigating and help from my good friend Google I found an amazing place to do it at that doesnt require quarters!!!This facility is clean. After someone was done using the machine the attendant came over and wiped down the outside of the washer/dryer and made sure nothing was still in it.The staff is helpful and sweet. The attendant helped me find which washer to use since I had my sheets and my regular clothes and how to use the machines since the last time I had been to a laundry mat I was like 5.And they have an awesome app that lets you earn points for free money to use in the machines. It also alerts you when your washer or dryer is almost done so youre not staring blankly waiting for it to finish or if you need to run an errand while doing your laundry.All in all I recommend if you need to do laundry come here. They accept debit/credit and cash.

This is by far the best laundromat in Akron. My favorite thing is how friendly the associates are to customers. They do a fantastic job keeping everything clean. The washers and dryers are fast, which saves a lot of time.

Top-Notch Laundromat! The machines are modern and easy to operate. More importantly, the clerk, Tiffany was extremely helpful and hard-working to keep the facility clean and providing customer assistance . I observed her working diligently wiping down equipment inside and tidying up and sweeping the outside area. Excellent location, hours, customer service and Covid-19 response procedures!

This new laundry mat is very clean inside and I love the look of the whole business. As for the employees there I couldn’t feel more opposite about. The little red head had the absolute worst attitude ever. The detergent vending machine charged me but never dispensed. She said I should of made sure they weren’t sold out. They did end up giving me a free dry time on the house which was very nice of her. But if it would of been done in a pleasant way I wouldn’t even be writing this. Just all around rude. Like I said place is beautiful but I will not be returning because of the customer service. I will continue to spend my money else where, I will also not be recommending .
Real great place to wash comforters and bulky blankets.their large powerful spin washers clean any soil out and now i have a clean bed.

First time in 20 years doing laundry in a laundromat. This location is very clean with excellent machines; and Tiffany is the epitome of great customer service.
So I went on February 9th,2020 at 1:30pm. The facility was very clean and easy to use. I forgot detergent at my apartment and they had some for $8. Then I went to wash and it was very fast and efficient. My clothes came out very clean. Both loads I did because I accidentally went to the medium sized washer was $10 each. Then I went to the dryer that was 35 cents for 7 minutes . You do have to option for more time, definitely liked that. The only thing I wasn’t okay with was the attendant. I had issues with the dryer I totally missed the start button (my fault) but when I approached her to help she rolled her eyes. Walked over pressed the start button and rolled them again. This is my first time in a laundromat and the machines are different than what I’m used to. I hope that the attendant has a better day but I didn’t appreciate the attitude.

I tried this laundromat out today, and have to say I was impressed.The woman working there was very quick to help show me how the washers and driers work. All of the washers, driers, and even the bathroom uses a special swipe card; something I have never seen done before at a laundromat, but I like it. (Thankfully the bathroom is free.)This laundromat is very open, theres lots of natural sunlight, and is EXTREMELY clean. I watched the cashier walk around wiping down machines constantly. The prices are more than what Im used to, but are reasonable for how well the laundromat is maintained.Its nice having actual staff there to assist you with questions and constantly maintain everything. 4/5 stars as I it was slightly more expensive than I was expecting.
Seriously the best laundromat and all of akron. They keep it clean the people are kind, the machines are clean and working, the system is really nice with the card instead of change. 10/10 would recommend any day. Theyre practicing safe covid procedures as well

VERY nice facility with modern equipment that directly accepts credit and debit cards at each machine. Valerie is super nice as well! I travel for weeks at a time on the road and will be on the lookout for Laundromat City next time I come through Akron.
Was at laundromat this morning & was helped by Valerie. She was very knowledgeable & VERY friendly. An asset to your company. She greeted every guest with a smile & a helping hand.
I went here with my room mate and my hypoallergenic service dog. We had heavier items (such as a weighted blanket) so we were looking for a specific heavier duty machine. When the woman working came up to us, saw my service dog and instantly said that pets werent allowed. We tried explaining that she was a service dog and I stepped back as it seemed the woman was scared of my dog. Then she started saying how she was allergic, but did start to help us. Once we started putting things in the washer she came back and started complaining saying that she could smell my dog, which in itself was untrue as my dog is cleaner than the building in itself due to the fact I do take her places. Ultimately I ended up having to wait in our car for close to 2 hours because this woman decided that she was the only woman in the world allergic to a hypoallergenic service dog.Not only is this illegal but also extremely frustrating. If you have an assistance dog of any kind I definitely dont recommend coming here.

This place is wonderful. I came here for the first time on a busy Saturday morning and the lady working was a gem. I was about to swipe my debit card on one of the machines but she stopped me and showed me their loyalty card program. You can download an app on your phone and link your card up and earn points. You can also load more money onto it too from your phone - you just need a debit/credit card. Will be a regular here now. Thank you!
Im all caught up ..thanks to the LG machines..and close proximity in my area..I guess its been a minute since Ive been to one ..They have a card that U download from Ur credit card 😳 no actual money is used..not even for the vending machines..the dryers get XXtra 🔥 so no long drying time..👌

First time there. Attendant was friendly and helpfull. $6.00 for wash. Wash time is 19 minutes. .35 cents per 7 minutes to dry. Need at least 3 to 4 dry times. The place was clean.

Went to the laundry early morning on a tuesday. not crowded at all. clean, lots of machines, and the biggest dryers ever. special thanks to the friendly attendant valerie. she was hard at work cleaning the floor at 7 am and it didnt even look dirty. she was very helpful and held the door for me when my hands were full. wont ever go to another laundry. this one is a keeper.
Love how they use a card system and not coins. You can recharge the card from the mobile app as well which saves me trips to the atm.
My favorite place to do laundry. Washers are 19 minutes! Dryers are fast too! I say that I spend no more than 1.5 hours in this place!

2022-03-17Cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to, we got the big washer and dryer and we were in an out in an hour and only spent $10.75. Well worth the price for getting clean clothes on vacation. Look what I dont have to do when I get home!

2021-12-02It’s true laundromat city is the cleanest laundromat around with lots of washers and dryers available and even nice vending machines for snacks and for laundry soap which already makes this place the best in ALL of summit county! What really sets this place apart from the rest though is absolutely the wonderful staff. Tuesday night I came in with my family and the attendant helped me fold my clothes and helped me take them all the way to my car and put my baskets inside for me safe and sound. I am disabled cannot walk and she saw me struggling and jumped to help me, something my family with me didn’t even do. I thanked her with tears in my eyes and she said to me “don’t worry about anything while you’re here, you will always be taken care of” bless you Brianna and bless laundromat city!

2022-02-25This is a great place to do laundry! First, it is spotless clean. The attendant is always cleaning. Covid practice is excellent. The attendants are helpful, courteous and friendly. The machines wash and dry the clothes very well. The patrons are nice and friendly, the playlist is great! One time, several people started singing the songs as they did their laundry. I love the vibe of this place.

2021-11-22The cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been too. Staff always keeps things nice and in order, very friendly too. The new girl Bre is always a delight, true breath of fresh air with pleasant conversation and great music choices. Tiffany is awesome too, never fails to make me feel at home. Love this place.

2022-03-06Wanted to give it a few visits before writing a review, a few months later I’m ready to give the complete rundown!Nice spacious layout inside and nice parking lot outside. Good food places nearby and shopping centers. Cheap vending machines inside, the washers can be a little expensive but drying is so cheap it makes up for it. The workers keep this place as spotless as possible until we the customers mess it up again. Big salutes to them.Tiffany is probably the best cleaner out of the 3, she’s very friendly and welcoming too. Plays fun throwback music. Easy to talk to never makes you feel like a problem for asking for something.Bryanna has the best customer service I have ever received in my life, this girl is more polite than even Chick-fil-A workers! You won’t see her seated her entire shift unless she’s in the back reading a book, this girl is always up and cleaning or just walking around talking to customers. Plays the most interesting music, tons of conversation to offer, and has such a cool style of clothing. I hate to play favorites but she might take the title!Kim is fun to go back and forth with but don’t press her too hard she’s the snappiest out of the bunch. Blunt and old school which I can appreciate. Plays soulful music and loves to watch game shows with us.Tl;dr: laundromat city in Akron is a great place to get your wash and dry done but a nice place to chill at too, great business ran by great people!
