Very poor customer service. Called one time said they were too busy to look up my part. Said to call back next day. Another time they said they’d call me right back. Never did. Finally went to Millersburg and got part. If you need parts or service don’t bother calling them.
Went to get u-joint. Kubotas are evidently made of gold as they cost $102! Parts guy advised me to go to local joint & clutch place for much esser cost. Did not expect that. Nice to know.
Unbelievable.Lies. All lies.Tell you what you want to hear, then come up with a million excuses as to why something is not in when promised. Really seems like they could care less if you even went there or not. Laugh it off when they dont make good on what they say.We cannot afford a new riding lawn mower or, believe me, we would never see them again.Youre better off staying away and going with a John Deere.

2019-10-07Offered me $2000 in trade for my tractor last week. I I sold it today for $7000 to the second looker, first wanted ag.tires. I had to tell 11 people waiting on list it was sold. Mast Tractor offered me $6800 in trade. Was better priced on the tractor I bought as well. I realize a dealer needs to make a profit but WOW.Lashley responded below. Guide says my tractor worth $1750? LOL Mast Tractor offered S6800 in trade but I sold outright to a happy buyer for $7000. You better get new guide. My tractor was a B2150 with front loader and a new woods 3.5 brush hog. Only 1100 hours.Lashleys Marietta store has a 2003 B7500. $7295. No front loader. 21HP. 1000+ Hours. Maybe 5 years newer than my 24HP B2150. Better check the iron guide. Thing is their tractor probably worth the money but mine was worth as much or more. Tried to steal it and got caught, now blaming iron guide.

2021-08-24I took my tractor to lashley tractor with an oil leak last year, after sending it back 2 times and a bill for over $1000 , the oil leak continued. Lashley told me if I wanted it fixed, they were probably going to have to tear the hydraulic system apart because where they said it was leaking, . Up until today I have never seen the area they said it was leaking . But the original leak which seemed to be getting worse by the day, I finally found it today which was 3 inches in front of the connection they supposedly fixed . They also told me when they brought it back that the transmission tear down was going to cost me an additional $1000 . So back I went to Lahley today to inquire about the part I needed to fix the leak which they didn’t have in stock was $220 .They ask if I wanted to order it and I declined at that price, then one of the employees referred me to a hydraulic shop , Lashley tractor store is not what it once was, I noticed a lot of newfaces which they seemed very inexperienced on the computer . They were very courteous and nice but sometimes a pretty face won’t get the job done.
