Had an order that we placed with them at 12:30pm for a 5:30pm pick-up. We ordered early knowing there was a parade that day and that they would be busy. Pulled up to the new drive through and gave them our name to get our order, was told it would be just a minute, no worries at this point we were there a couple minutes early. Then after our scheduled pick up time, we were told to move to a parking spot because our order wasnt ready. Mind you that after we moved, another car pulled up to the window and their food was brought out immediately. This is where I decide to go inside to figure out what is going on with our order. Walked in and stood at the front counter for five minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. Then I was told that there was a parade (obviously, thats why we ordered at noon) and that orders are given out in precedence that the order was placed. There is a chance that, the other lady ordered before us but I highly doubt it. On top of that if the parade pizzas were of more precedent than everyone elses, regardless of order time, how did the other lady get her food and not get asked to pull off to the side like me.No, all of these were excuses for poor management and poor planning. Will never give them my business again and will definitely tell people to go elsewhere.
My boyfriend and I were regulars here over the past year or so but its gotten worse especially since the remodel - why get rid of the TVs for stock photos of tomatoes? Tonight our waitress (young girl with purple highlights) was extremely slow -we were there for about 2 hours and messed up our order multiple times. She was only attending to two tables and we heard her messing up the other tables order multiple times as well. Were normally very sympathetic to new waitresses but this was just awful- and she still charged us for things she mistakenly gave us. We will have to start just going to the Blue Ash location since they havent remodeled and they still have good service.
Im not sure how long youve been the owner, but I grew up in Loveland my family has probably eaten there 100s of times over my lifetime....and im 57 now. Question, so always on my last trip before I leave town, I buy 3 pouches of your sauce. Do you sell/ship the dough? I cannot make dough to save my life!!
I ordered fish & fries & it was HORRIBLE 😡! I received two small pieces & they were GREASY & hard with a hand full of fries. I wouldnt even give this to my kids. I had to throw it away. Im a pescatarian & didnt wanted to try something new. NEVER AGAIN will order this again!!!! I like Larosas but this is a no go....stick with pizza & pasta!
My wife and I are from a few hours out of town to stay in a cabin for a few days, and this pizza joint was the first one on the list, so we HAD to try it. We got a classic cheese pizza with breadsticks, and holy cow! This pizza is incredible! One of the best hand made pies I’ve had in a long time. Makes me wish we had this quality back at home. We might just make a trip back to Loveland to eat the pizza again!
BEWARE! A coworker and I eat at the Loveland location at least once a month and have for years. Today the food was good as always. Time to pay was not so good. We had separate checks and both paid with debt cards. Upon review, they had charged my friend for both meals and gave me a bill for mine. My friend pointed it out. The server took it to be corrected, but couldnt explain how it was corrected. The manager, Joe, came over and supplies the transaction info as requested. We were satisfied and left. We ate both nurses, our employer pays a bonus for a pay period if you arent late. Of course, we were 2 minutes late so that lunch cost my friend $80 and myself $64 extra. I called c/s cooperate and they gave $5 credit to each of us for our next visit. REALLY! I expected lunch at least and would have been happy. C/s rep, Rebecca, acted like they had done us a favor or something as her tone changed and said it all. So, we wont be back to any Larosa location. Their error cost us. Most expensive munch I ever had!
My girlfriend and I visited this location for a Friday night dinner and we were sorely disappointed with the service we received, our server had taken 15 minutes to approach us, another 20 minutes to bring our drinks and after waiting 1 hour to receive our cold food she then without hesitation brought our check and emphasized no rush.
Its great going into a family restaurant but they also have a full bar. My friend and I split a medium pizza and got a boozy hot cocoa and cookie today. The service here is great, especially compared to other LaRosas Ive visited. The food is well-made and satisfying, and they have magic on Tuesdays. Definitely going back.
The last time we had LaRosa pizza they did a Great job making the pizzas, best in a while. This time must have been a different cook because the sauce missed the edges by about a inch and there were air bubbles in the pizzas and they were very skimpy on the toppings. The double meat chicken hoagie was not made near as good either.
We had a pretty good experience here. Wed come from the zoo where the kids were tired and cranky. Our waitress was clearly a mom, she was great with our kids, gold fish, crayons, refills fast. She was very friendly and kind, our kids made a mess and I was embarrassed but she was really nice about it. Pizza was great as usual.
Well, normally we get good servcie and food from this location, but this time was a miss 2X! We ordered an extra large pizza with black olives, sausage, ham, bacon, and onion on half. What we got was onions on the whole pizza, the ham was burnt, the bacon not cooked, so we called and asked for a manager. He was freindly, offered to remake the pizza, which we had him do, but this time to exclude confusion we ordered NO ONION, and guess what we got onion on the whole pizza! And the ham was burnt again! We took a credit, threw the (2) pizzas in the trash and ate stouffers pizza bread fro dinner. Get it together Larosas!
Ive been eating here since they opened, but I hadnt been back in a good 15-20 years. Things are still great. Interesting they have a full bar with liquor. Not sure who is going to hang out at that bar tho. Seems like a waste of space - but it looks very nice. Service was great. Id say this is above average for a LaRosas.
Really bad service.we had to ask for plates and napkins. They also forgot our breadsticks. I ordered the BLT salad , which had about the equivalent of 1 piece of bacon on it. My daughters small pizza had about 4 pieces of pepperoni total. Will not come back. Too many negative things .
The website can be very hard to navigate. We tried to order pasta with sauce on the side, but couldnt find where. We called and someone helped us find the button. However, our pasta still came with sauce on it. It was not the employees fault because on the receipt you could see the sauce on the side button did not work.
I sent my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are fantastic and the team is welcoming and cooperative. always when we go to this place we have a gorgeous evening. highly recommended.
We love Larosas! However, this Loveland location has been less than stellar in our past few visits. This is for both carry out and dining in. We dined in tonight. Waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Another 30 for our salads (served with no utensils) and another 20 for cold spaghetti. My teenage boys were still hungry and they didnt get the opportunity to order more food for the spaghetti of plenty night. Never were offered refills. We will choose another location close to us before we go to this location again. So disappointed.
I grew up having pizza from the original Boudinot Avenue LaRosas shop in the sixties. LaRosas, Pasquales, and maybe a few other mom and pop shops were the only ones around. This was my first visit to the Loveland LaRosas, and I was impressed with the restaurant itself. And the kitchen was huge but there was so little business that it seemed all the kitchen employees did was play around. Our server was Leah, and she was excellent, friendly and prompt. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful, clean, and much bigger than I would have expected, so that brings me to one thing, the pizza. We had a buddys choice which is featured on the cover of the menu and we asked for additional onion. This was an eight slice pizza, and when I bit into it the first thing I said was, I could eat this everyday. I thought the sauce was a little bit too sweet, and I did not taste any onion or or even pepperoni even though I saw it was on there. The thin crust was excellent!I dinged the place because the bill, for what I would call a medium Pizza, was $17 and some change. there was no way I could eat this every day, there was no way I could eat it every week at that price. And we drink water so they only charge was for the pizza.I first rated this location three and then changed my mind based on the facility and the service. I think if I had it again I would either forgo the pizza sauce and maybe just have olive oil.
We spent the better part of the day stripping our deck and I had eaten all day. So you figured I was very hungry and so was my wife. I ordered a Large Cheese Pizza, 2 calzones and a steak hoagie. Everything was really good and the only complaint I had was that it wasnt ready for 10 minutes after it was supposed to be around 30 minutes instead of the predicted 20 minutes. I was going to give it five stars if it wasnt for this. The staff was friendly.
Nicest people work here. It is a Loveland Ohio institution. Great place to take your family. The people who work here have been here for years. The food is very good. Any problems just ask. If youre a local you will see half the people you know who live in the town there any given Friday night.
Rated 1 star because -1 isn’t an option.Worst food quality ever at this location. LaRosas is good food. Used this location against my better judgment, simply because it was late and it’s on the way home. Picked up 2 pizzas, had to go back and have both remade. Zero sauce, huge gaps and bubbles where no toppings existed, almost zero sauce, etc etc.Manager made up excuses, even on round 2. “When a bubble comes up, the cheese and toppings push off to the side”. So, where are they then? There should be a pile of cheese & toppings at the side of the bubble. She just stared at me like I wasn’t speaking English.Loveland residents - go to the Landen location. Dine in or carry out, always leaps and bounds better. Worth the drive.LaRosas food is great when made right. We’ll be back, just not to this location.
I ordered a simple steak hoagie and the meat was over cooked it was like eating particle board with onions pickles and pizza sauce and on top of that the hoagie bun which is usually a soft, toasted bun, came out hard and crusty. Ill never dine in again there, seeing as how it was my worst Larosas dining in experience ever, not to mention the service was extremely horrible. My waitress was seemingly disinterested in my group being taken care of from now on well just visot the Sharonville or the Blue Ash store. Because Loveland has lost our business!
Jack ......Best server and service ever at La Rosas in Loveland! It was Tuesday night, October 24, 2017 and the restaurant was packed! We had a party of six and he also had other big parties;; never once did he forget us and our particular requests. Our order came out perfect and he came back to the table several times to see if we needed anything else.Great food and great service! Thanks JACK AND LOVELAND LA ROSAS for a fun evening! We will be back!
We always love la Rosas., but today Taylor ( in loveland) she just is fantastic., nice, fast, always good! She bring everything fast, and no need to ask for nothing., please.......kippe her there!!!!, Now every time we go I will ask for her!!!!......THANKS Taylor for your nice smile and beautiful attitude!!!!!, Grace!
I personally have eaten at LaRosas Pizza my whole life. Everytime they deliver or the employees come incontact with you they are generally nice people. Im giving this a 4/5 stars just because sometimes (for rare occassions) the orders are mixed up or there is more than enough greese. Otherwise, this is a great pizza place that you should definitally visit.

2022-02-22So Ive heard a lot about LaRosas Pizza. Pizza is my crack, so we stopped here for dinner. Its weird because the pizza toppings were great, but the crust was tasteless, like cardboard. Service was good and restaurant was clean, but ... 🤷🏻♀️ not a fan.

2021-11-05Larosas is one of my favorite places to order pizza from. However, the last few times I have ordered from this location it has taken longer than the quoted time and my food comes cold and old.

2022-04-02Five stars because the food was really good and Tina was a great waitress... She was serving the dining room, take out and the drive thru all by herself. Shout out to Tina!!! Good job!!! We dont live anywhere close to this location but if were ever in the area again we will most definitely stop in!!!

2022-06-07We have been sitting here for over an hour and a half at this point. We were not made aware of what was going on I had to catch the server. Our drinks were not re- filled. Our food was brought out cold and dried out. The restaurant had at most 3 families including the 2 of us. We still do not have our food! I do not recommend. They stated they are focusing on deliveries!! I havent eaten here many of times and never had such horrible service and food or the lack of food. Still no food!! Manager was argumentative stating that we were taking up too much time explaining the issues. Wont be back!!

2022-05-23This is school lunch pizza. It’s just awful, when you order a pizza , it’s should be cooked, not doughy, when you ask for vegetables ( green pepper, onion and tomato’s), you get diced up veggies that belong in salsa or an omelet, not sliced veggies. There is no flavor other than sauce on top of sauce...no, flavor at all. No thank you, ugggh !!!

2022-02-14Online it says that they are open till 11. We get seated and after a couple of mins the waitress comes back and tells us that the dining was closed and that she didnt know. I then asked her if the drive through is open and tells me that she wasnt sure. I looked at her and asked why she didnt know. She works there but she didnt know?? Like wow!!! I left and will never go back.

2021-12-07Food was amazing and was ready for take out on time. I hadn’t been to this location in a while, but they added a carry out window that made getting my order, a breeze. Love this local pizza chain.

2021-11-24Except for the initial wait for the table, everything was good. It was hot and tastie. The server was polite efficient and filled our drinks. She also removed the dirty plates giving us more room. We got plenty of thank yous as we were leaving.
