Landmark is the worst place to live. The manager Shirley treats people with no respect. She will act as if she is better. The carpet is NASTY!!! My grandmother lived there Also and they never changed the carpet in either apartments and you can shampoo the carpet every day over the week and it will still be NASTY, black, sticky and it smells. There is also drug action all in those apartments. Never miss a day of seeing cops busting in apartments. Also there is shootings. I have founds drug paraphernalia on the play ground. They are INFESTED with Bedbugs! And they will never treat them right. They shouldnt even get one star. I am very disappointed with how Shirley has treated me and other tendents.
I was visiting, they are very nice,especially for seniors in bath area,I think the price is a bit much,but spaces and beautiful.
The office manager Shirley is not a decent being! She is racist and very nasty, I was wrongfully asked to leave the premises in May and my family and I have been homeless ever since! She threatened me in to believing that if I attempted to take her to court I would most likely lose my case and have an eviction on my record. So in fear and the inability to hire a lawyer, I left.She accused my son of damaging property that i was NEVER allowed to see, nor was I billed for. The police officer involved told me that my son was not responsible and was escorted home. She obtained a bb gun from another child and simply accused him because of his race. She also told me that my neighbors hated me, but upon speaking with them that was proved to be a lie! I am actively working on a lawsuit!
If your trying for an apartment here dont the staff it beyond rude and treats people like the dont matter but acts like thier all high class when their no better
If anything breaks from being old you are charged for it the children are not supervised they’ve done some bad stuff to my door which scares me to death
I deal with Shirley on a daily basis and she is as pleasant as a manager at a subsidized apartment complex, that I have ever dealt with. Subsidized being the key word here. You get what you pay for.
I was told to call and ask for the manager she said she was busy asked if they take section 8 they lied and said no.but i dont understand why would you lie these apartments look bad.and low down maybe thats is why yall have a 2.9 rating smh!

2022-06-23Well we have new management out here and theyre doing a wonderful job upgrading everything out here. Im excited about all the new things that are about to happen. I love everyone in the office their very understanding.just sad that they had to come and clean up some one mess. Big ups to the new team. Thank you for showing up and showing out. Keep up the good work every is going to be beautiful

2022-01-07Outside not very well kept. Apartments are outdated, appliances are outdated. Bedrooms are very small. No ceiling lights. Entry doors that have been kicked in barely repaired. Its livable.

2021-03-11I lived here for 2 years while I was putting myself through nursing school and it was awful. They come into your apartment multiple times a month for “inspections.” Talk about absolutely no privacy. Then when I was moving out I gave 3 different 30 day notices and they refused to respond to any of them. I called and left voicemails and still no response. I ended up calling the property manager and they were able to get them to call me once and I wasn’t allowed to answer due to being at work. They didn’t even do a move out inspection until 3 months after I already moved out and then didn’t bother to contact me about charges they had for me. I just get a notice in the mail 2 years later that I have charges reported to my credit report that were never paid. Not to mention the walls were paper thin and all I could ever hear was my downstairs neighbors physically fighting each other until they finally got evicted. I can’t count the number of times you would find a toddler randomly wandering the parking lot and would have to scoop them up until you could find their parents who weren’t paying attention to their kids. More than once I had people trying to force their way into my apartment. Just a scummy place.

2020-10-28I wouldn’t move in these apartments, unless it’s your only option. The main lady in the leasing office is very rude and disrespectful and the other employees in there seem to be just following her orders. They don’t care about the residents who live here and treat them like they’re beneath them. If for any reason you need your rent lowered they’ll take their time doing it but when it’s time to raise your rent they seem to move fast! It’s really sad that they can get away with treating residents like this. I have complained several times and nothing was ever done. They come off very nice but you will soon realize they aren’t there to help you, no matter what your situation is.

2020-11-16Always wanting to raise the rent and then penalize the tent just because they didnt turn paperwork in on time when a manner and get charged $1,000 because of it. If they dont pay $1,000 for it theyll get evicted. I do not recommend this place at all.

2018-09-06I’ve had roaches since I moved in. They just started to do something about it and will discontinue treatments for no reason. I was served with a complaint that they never asked me about and threatened with an eviction notice. Needless to say the accusations were false and neither one of the women of management knew what to do in the case of rebuttal. I’ve since called the city and they began treatments of the roaches that no one seems to have yet when I moved in they told me the last tenant wasn’t here for long ... I wonder why. I haven’t been offered another place to stay and I’m a very clean person. These roaches are an infestation and they seem to not “see” any when they come to “treat” will be moving soon. My daughter will not be around this polluted air.
