LANDCONN INC. James and his team just did a job for me at my home. I cant say enough about their professionalism, quality of work, punctuality and pleasant demeanor. The job itself wasnt all that complex, but was tedious and time consuming and required a lot of patience. They stuck with it though and got it done more quickly than I thought was possible and were so friendly the entire time. I am so appreciative of the job they did for me and would strongly recommend them for any landscaping job youre having done.
Mason Riley @LandConn, came recommended to me, from a friend. While it had been 15yrs since we had done any landscaping I was apprehensive to even get started. A lot has changed in 15yrs, let alone basic customer service. Mason Riley restored that! Yes everything is a waiting process these days, but he continued to communicate with us during the entire project. I gave him a budget & LandConn stayed in that budget! My water problem is fixed and my new maintenance free landscaping around my house is beautiful and updated! Why did we wait so long?😉
We are THRILLED with James and his crew! We had yard work done a couple of years ago by another company and there had been an issue but when we called the guy he never called back and just disappeared. James is the total opposite of this! He provides excellent customer service! When we called he came out and gave us an estimate right away and got us on the schedule as soon as he could. We felt his prices were fair too. When we had a concern about a minor detail after the work was done he came out the same day and was back a couple days later to address it. We would highly recommend Landconn Inc!!
We have been working with James for 2 years now after we had our pool installed. He helped turn our backyard vision into a beautiful space and we love it. He was very accommodating to what we wanted and kept us updated on the progress. Highly recommend LandConn!

James was so helpful in helping us decide how to pave our front porch and sidewalk. He spent many days with us deciding on exact design and product. The crew that worked with us was outstanding. They were hard workers, very polite, prompt and made sure everything was clean when they left. We would highly recommend James and his crew.

My wife and I decided to extend our existing patio with pavers around July, 2020..... We contacted several contractors that were supposed to provide estimates.....never heard from them.. We then contacted LandConn who showed up as committed... The owner (James) provided excellent ideas on how to best utilize the existing space and landscaping options.....My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the completed patio... 2022-03-30We contacted James at LANDCONN to help us with a front yard project. He came out and not only helped us with our vision, but also shared his fresh experienced view of what it could look like with a few simple alterations. After a plan was established, James showed up with a two man crew on time, fully prepared to tackle the task at hand. What I thought would take a whole weekend, he accomplished in just under ten hours. When all was said and done, it blew our family away. Everything was cleaned up and when they left, the only evidence that LANDCONN was even there, was the amazing transformation of our front and side yard. Courteous, Professional, Efficient, Reasonably Priced are a few words that defined our experience with LANDCONN. We will highly recommend James and his crew to anyone!!

2022-04-01James and his team have been to our home several times and each time has been a wonderful experience! Incredibly nice and hard working. This time we had them out to remove 25 year old shrubs along the driveway and garage. They got them out, hauled them away, and cleaned everything up. They were fast and professional...we have already made plans to have them do some additional work!

2021-06-02We first dealt with James at Landscape Connections to landscape and build steps in our backyard. He was extremely professional, on time, and had great ideas for the project. SInce then we have used LANDCONN for our annual tree trimming and mulch.They are professional, work hard, and show up on time.

2021-07-15James was referred by my realtor for a new retaining wall and some work on my backyard! With the weather we’d been delayed a few times, but James kept in contact to keep me informed, it was very much appreciated. Definitely a company to use again!

2021-05-29I have been working with James and his team for over a year. He has worked on three different projects and each time we have been pleased with his service. He was delayed on two projects and both times he let us know in advance. I was happy that he was proactive enough to contact us in advance and advising us he would be delayed. With each project he has left our property clean and has made suggestions on what type of plants should be planted. I have recommended him to family, friends and other clients!

2020-11-19James and his crew are wonderful!! Everyone is very respectful and friendly!! They do a great job and make sure everything is clean and tidy before they leave. We had a bunch of new plants and trees planted and a beautiful stone wall and lighting installed. It made our yard look completely different and more modern. We love it and get so many compliments! We are getting a few more really cool projects done that James designed. Thank you James.. you’re a sweetheart 😊

2021-08-13We had James and his crew replace our old patio with a new one using UNILOCK - Beacon Hill Flagstone. The finished patio - Pattern A - looks as good as I hoped it would. They also constructed a retaining wall to insure the patios stability. Finally they reconstructed and expanded our limestone dry stack walls along the hillside below the patio - the reconstructed walls look great - the new wall stone blended well with the older stone. Couldn’t be happier with both the patio and the walls. James and his crew are professional and easy to work with.

2021-09-14Every single employee of Landscape Connections was a pleasure to work with. Their passion and perfectionism for landscaping came through in everything that they did. It was a large project that took over two weeks to complete and by the time it was finished I felt like I had more sons. They were always kind to my elderly neighbors when they would come over to see what was going on. I highly recommend James and his crew!

2021-08-19Fall of 2020 I had several very old bushes removed from my landscape. Landconn created a great landscape that brightened up my house and allowed the old rock design on the front porch to be seen once again! I wanted a simple landscape that was easy to care for and consisted of plants that would survive the Cincinnati weather. I received many compliments from my neighbors and people walking by the house!Now in 2021 the plants continue to grow and I have a beautiful yard! I was so happy with the results and service provided by the team, that I signed up for their monthly landscaping upkeep service!The crew was friendly, listened to any concerns/questions I had and was very responsive. I was so pleased I referred a neighbor and she is having work done on her yard!I would highly recommend Landconn!!

2021-08-23I highly recommend Landconn for your landscaping needs. From the first time I spoke with James I was impressed. He was very professional, listened to my requests and didn’t pressure me into work that was not necessary. My work got pushed back due to weather but James called me in advance and let me know the estimated date of service. Landconn did my landscaping in a quick manner,, were professional, cleaned up well and did a beautiful job. I love my new yard! It looks fantastic!
